Yep, and even a broken clock is right two times a day. The Founders designed a governmental system for our Union of Sovereign States that vested the power to make law in the representatives of We the People. What Raskin apparently doesn't understand is that ALL power is vested in We the People, and only administered through the three branches of government by the servant leaders that we elect for that purpose. Congress may be the predominant branch but, and sadly, many of them have abdicated that sacred duty, and their oath of office to protect and preserve our Constitution, to the unelected bureaucracy and the party organizations that seek to control the election process. Time for all good and honorable citizens to get more involved in local politics, as that is where politicians like Raskin come from in the first place.
Raskin is just another part of the current commie government clown show who's worthless to humanity.

The US Constitution is clear. The Office of the President of the United States is by far the most powerful entity in our beloved Republic. President Trump is doing the right thing by assuming this constitutional power and by building on it. Before too long he will have total authority over all levers of power in the United States just like the US Constitution and our Founding Fathers envisioned it.
