It once was that the heaviest traffic volume on I-95 was at the Baltimore/Washington DC/Richmond stretch. Now it extends from NYC to the south. Now who will pay your budget, NYC?

Retirement funds are being drained, and property taxes are rising, which means senior citizens on fixed incomes will be squeezed, and in the future, there may not be enough to keep their homes!
