The Mayor of Washington D.C., Muriel Bowser, is adding a 51st star to the American flags displayed on Pennsylvania Avenue for Tuesday's Flag Day holiday.
This June 14 marks the 106th Flag Day celebrated in the United States.
Bowser's controversial decision to add a star to the already existing 50 - which represent each state in the Union - comes on the heels of a measure approved by the US House that would grant the District of Columbia statehood.
The Senate, however, has not approved the measure - nor is it likely to.
There is a growing movement among Democrats to induct the District of Columbia as a full-fledged state. The people living within its boundaries do not currently have a voting member of Congress, despite its residents paying more in federal taxes than 21 other states.
In a statement, Bowser said: 'Today, ahead of Flag Day, I directed our team to hang 51-star flags along Pennsylvania Avenue as a reminder to Congress and the nation that the 700,000 tax-paying American citizens living in Washington, DC demand to be recognized.'

Mayor Bowser MUST be arrested, tried and convicted under 18 U.S. Code § 700 - Desecration of the flag of the United States; penalties! She does NOT have the authority to add a star to the Flag of the United States of America and by doing so she is guilty of desecration!
Exactly... but no one in Congress or the DOJ will even mention the law or the desecration of a flag they all regularly spit on... with their legislation and prosecution of its citizens.

No, Congress or some private party sue the City of DC administration as operating an illegal and unconstitutional government... demand the return of US Tax dollars and use it as the STANDING to bring the lawsuit... as the courts will undoubtedly declare a citizens lawsuit has no standing... it does however due to our federal tax dollars funding it.
The Founding Fathers and the original 13 States all voted for and established our Capitol as a neutral zone ... a seat for non-partisan government, a place solely under the administration and leadership of the Federal Government. In Fact, the HOME RJLE law is unconstitutional... the Constitution clearly states Congress and Congress only " ... shall exercise EXCLUSIV LEGISLATIVE control whatsoever over the District of Columbia... Home rule is unconstitutional. If Congress -wants the District to be a separate soverign it must AMEND THE CONSTITUTION.

Congress DOESN"T have the authority to grant the District of Columbia its autonomy PERIOD... the STATES by way of the Constitution gave Congress not the citizens of DC the power to govern and administer the District of Columbia. Home rule is unlawful and any member of Congress who doesn't understand that needs to be EXPELLED immediately from Congress for failing to defend the Constitution... a violation of the Oath of Office.
The US CONSTITUTION STATES:
The Congress shall have Power: "To… exercise exclusive Legislation in all Cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten Miles square) as may, by Cession of particular States, and the Acceptance of Congress, become the Seat of the Government of the United States…" (The U.S. Constitution, Article I, Section 8, Clause 17)

The January 6th incident is just one example of why local rule is unconstitutional ... it was our forefather's plan to create a Capitol District free of political disputes over its administration. They did not want our Capitol to become paralyzed by a debate with local authorities over security and assembly issues. Home rule is unconstitutional PERIOD. END IT... forefathers and the original States understood that a separate governing body in our capital would lead to serious problems, in the event of civil unrest and serious polarization of the government. The People need to file a lawsuit to get the SCOTUS to rule on the unconstitutional creation of home rule
