Let us be clear NATO' nuclear arms are currently deployed... they are however not forwardly deployed.. Many don't have the needed triggers, warheads, and/or codes installed and can therefore be considered stored and not deployed... all of which can rapidly be cured. It just more noise for the uniformed or misinformed to become enflamed over.
The use of tactical nuclear weapons in what some call limited nuclear war is a JOKE... once the nuclear Jeannie is out of the bottle she will not return voluntarily. She is likely to call on her big sisters for help if she feels she is losing the war. It is very disturbing to hear world leaders speak of the viability of limited nuclear war... as there IS NOTHING LIMITED or VIABLE about these weapons of mass destruction. The only sure thing is that limited will become full use once a nuclear belligerent is about to lose the war...
Only an idiot believes nuclear war can be restrained to a limited tactical role... no one wants to lose
