The Tea Party was based upon smaller government and lower taxes. The fight was against Obamacare and the swelling Democrat control over the budget. Then Trump stepped in with his motto, "Make America Great Again." Little did he realize it spelled MAGA, and soon all those who followed the Make America Great Again agenda were known as MAGAs. The Tea Party ranks emptied into MAGA, just like the Minutemen (Minuteman Project) emptied into the Tea Party. This process is a political evolution, not multiple groups. What the Tea Party did was set the stage with millions of members but had no strong leader with political capital. Thus Trump filled that place and became president. He absorbed the Tea Party, remnants of the Minutemen, and a host of other conservative groups coalescing into MAGA.
Our enemies are just not political opponents. They are the neo-Confederates willing to hurt anyone and crush any career, and some have even speculated about taking lethal actions to push their socialist agenda.
The way those kinds of dangerous people are stopped is by stopping their funding, which is exactly what Trump has done and is doing.
Stop their muscle. Antifa, BLM, and others are now on watch lists, and Antifa is now a terrorist organization.
Next, the indoctrination centers and systems must be dismantled, which they are by stopping DEI and defunding universities that teach anti-American doctrine and Communism.
Therefore, your core question about a ‘reawakening’ is answered: it is happening in a broad-based manner.
If there is one voice preaching the reawakening, then that voice will be silenced: Example: Charlie Kirk—assassinated. Trump gets death threats every day. So, the broad approach where there is no ‘head’ to kill is working, and permanent changes have happened without much bloodshed.
