Biden Regime installs Diversity, Equity, Inclusion hiring requirements. Diversity Equity Inclusion mandate is now in effect…… but wait there’s more!  

Wait a minute! I am supposed to fly on an airplane whose pilot may be severely psychiatric or intellectual incapacitated! WTF! I’m at 30,000 feet over the Atlantic and my pilot goes wacko all because of Diversity, Equity! and Inclusion !

Why is DEI spelled this way? (Diversity Equity Inclusion)

Why isn’t it spelled DIE! (Diversity Equity Inclusion) Isn't this more appropriate?

 To clarify this complex issue of DIE hiring criteria here is a list of what the medical profession considers some of the psychiatric disorders:

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has recently implemented an initiative aimed at promoting Diversity, Inclusion Equity, (DIE) by actively seeking to recruit individuals with a range of mental and physical conditions, including "severe intellectual" disabilities and psychiatric issues.

Read this again and let it sink in: 

Let it be known all individuals with severe intellectual and psychiatric disabilities are eligible to be hired by the FAA for pilot positions, jet engine mechanics and any and all aviation positions including but not limited to Flight attendants, Airport mangers, flight instructors, aviation managers, aerodynamic engineers, ground-based air traffic controllers, and more. Please use the "On-the-Spot hiring process"  on the FAA website.

Get this. FAA's hiring plan, as outlined on its website, highlights the significance of diversity in fulfilling its mission of ensuring safe and efficient travel across the nation and beyond. The guidelines on diversity hiring were last updated on March 23, 2022.

To better define these complex issues of DIE hiring here is a list of what the medical profession considers some of the intellectual disorders:

• Cerebral palsy
• Dyslexia
• Tourette syndrome
• Apert syndrome
• Cognitive disorders

Safety minded citizens have expressed their concerns, especially considering recent incidents in the airline industry. After a plug door failure occurred on a Boeing 737 Max 9 during an Alaska Airlines flight, the FAA took immediate action by grounding all 737 MAX 9 planes. They also implemented thorough inspections and maintenance procedures.

There has been a lot of debate surrounding the industry's focus on DIE initiatives and its potential impact on safety. Even public figures like tech billionaire Elon Musk have raised concerns about this issue on social media.

Last week, Elon Musk raised a question about the prioritization of DIE hiring over safety in airplanes. He asked, "Do you want to fly in an airplane where they prioritized DEI hiring over your safety” tech billionaire Elon Musk wrote on X last week. "That is actually happening."

The FAA stood by its hiring initiative, emphasizing the importance of DIE (Diversity Inclusion Equity). The agency highlighted its support for various associations, programs, coalitions, and initiatives aimed at accommodating employees from diverse backgrounds.

Dr. Stanley Goldfarb, chairman of an organization dedicated to safeguarding healthcare, drew a parallel between the aviation industry's commitment to traveler safety and the healthcare industry's responsibility for patient safety. Goldfarb emphasized the importance of maintaining high standards for entry into these fields, highlighting the need to prioritize safety over other considerations.

The FAA's website provides a detailed process for managers to hire individuals having 'Severe Intellectual' and 'Psychiatric' through an efficient "On-the-Spot hiring process"  requires specific documentation. In addition, the agency guarantees  employees with 'Severe Intellectual' and 'Psychiatric' will be provided with "reasonable accommodation" in the workplace.

FAA is dedicated to DIE and assures all Americans they consider Safety First in all their 'Severe Intellectual' and 'Psychiatric' hiring.

Final Word: Isn't D.I.E. more appropriate given the impending events? Remember the previous trainees with "severe intellectual" and "psychiatric" disabilities piloted airplanes into buildings!
