(Patriot Command Center) History is witnessing a harsh turn of events in the justice system. Right is now labeled as wrong and black letter law is being erased and being replaced by political hearsay.

Many Patriots have criticized the Justice Department's indictment of former President Donald Trump, arguing that there is a widespread misunderstanding of the law regarding the case.

The charges against Trump are not criminal because the Presidential Records Act, which governs the handling of presidential records, is not a criminal statute. He explained that when presidents leave office, they take various documents with them, some of which are stored in presidential libraries, while others remain in their personal possession.

Previous presidents, such as Obama, Bush, and Clinton, also retained classified information after leaving the White House, often in less secure ways, without facing criminal charges.

Open criticism of the Biden administration for treating Trump differently and turning a standard practice into a crime is turning into a rebellion.  

The voices are growing shouting Trump's legal team should have argued that the records in question are personal under the Presidential Records Act, and he predicted that Trump would eventually be able to request the return of these documents to his Mar-a-Lago residence.

This direct attack against the rule of law especially Trump’s indictment is politically motivated, aimed at preventing Trump from challenging Biden in the upcoming election.

Trump is scheduled to appear in court in Miami for the arraignment on Tuesday and no doubt will cause a media frenzy!

Final Word – This is just the tip of the iceberg. Soon innocent citizens will be subject to nonsense turned into absurdities transformed into enforceable laws and then resulting in political persecution.
