We must rise up and fight against this egregious infringement on our freedoms! However, if the actions covered under this law result in death, the offender may face the ultimate punishment of execution.
One of the innocent patriots who tragically lost their lives during the heinous Capitol riot on January 6 was Ashli Babbitt, mercilessly gunned down by a trigger-happy law enforcement officer.
Smith outrageously blames President Trump for this tragic death, absurdly suggesting that it was somehow caused by his legitimate concerns about the integrity of the election.
The Democrats, in their relentless pursuit to undermine President Trump, have shamelessly accused him of being responsible for the tragic deaths of unrelated protesters and Capitol Police officers, but no police dies as the result of the Janurary 6th events!

It's clear that these charges are nothing more than a desperate attempt to silence and punish a true patriot.
If the corrupt and biased justice system dares to find President Trump guilty on all four charges, they may try to impose the maximum non-lethal penalty, which could result in an outrageous 55-year prison sentence if they have the audacity to stack the sentences consecutively.
It's a blatant attempt to silence and punish a true patriot who has done nothing but fight for the American people. This is a clear example of the deep state's relentless vendetta against a man who dared to challenge their corrupt establishment. It's a disgraceful abuse of power and a mockery of justice.
Furthermore, Trump may very well be staring down the barrel of a potential 460-year prison sentence in yet another federal court case in Miami.
This would undoubtedly lead to an absolutely mind-boggling maximum federal prison term of a jaw-dropping 515 years. It is truly infuriating to think that someone could face deserved punishment of 515 years in prison! This is nothing less than Judical Execution.
Final Word: The Neo-Confederates are pushing for Civil War but they think the conservatives are sheeple and they want to see how much they can get away with. They want to push the envelope and see what We the People will tolerate!

The path to reform must use the people's core power... their labor and willingness to voluntarily remit their taxes... I continue to maintain that the Lech Walesa, 'Polish Solidarity Movement' that broke the back of the communist government in Poland is a peaceful and lawful model, that with adaptation and modification can work to save our Republic and Pres Trump's bacon...
However, it will take strong nationally recognized leadership..., an unwavering commitment to resource and hold the line, until the people's strikes bear the fruit of peace and a reformed government. The news media has done a great job of convincing the Democrats that Trump deserves prison and that he caused an "insurrection". They keep saying he was trying to overturn an election on January 6th. It is my impression that he was not trying to overturn the election that day, but rather he wanted Pence to delay the vote so that in certain places where there was a question of fraud (like Pennsylvania- the secretary of state changing the rules so that votes that came in after election day could be counted, and that rule change would have had to have been changed by the state legislature in order to be valid) these things could be checked out, and a proper recount done.
Mike Pence has not done Trump any favors by saying that he would not do anything against the Constitution. I don't know how Trump can take all of this! Anyone else would have given up, I think. I pray they never go as far as execution! At least with imprisonmnent , there is hope we can get him out. Can't McCarthy and the House vote to defund this prosecution?
Speaker McCarthy and the House can take control of the DC Government ... see article 1, section 8, Clauses 17 and 18.. the Congress has total jurisdiction over the DC area. Congress can repeal the Home Rule Act and reclaim its power to govern the District... fire the Mayor, and every prosecutor, and reestablish a new judicial and court system... leaving the old one wihtout funding or any administrative support... buildings, staff, utilities, furnishings, files, etc.
Effectively, Congress can end the DC indictments without needing the President or the Senate to approve the return to Congressional governance of the District.
But, the Petitfoggers will argue they can't do it... Ignoring the simple language of the Constitution the pettifoggers will use their wizardry and wordsmithing to obfuscate the meaning of the Constitution and the intent of our forefathers for Congress to be soverign over the District... providing a check and balance against an out-of-control administrative state and the local bureaucracy from coercing the president, congress, and the administration by threatening their arrest... and judicial persecution.
VP Mike Pence failed to permit several Constitutional challenges to the electoral vote for President to occur... The US Constitution provides the framework for such challenges and allows Congress to extend the certification process until MARCH 4th if necessary to hear all the challenges and vote on them ... There was no need to rush the certification process, doing so raises even more questions.
The January 6th riot in DC appears to have been stagged... with the intent of disrupting the Constitutional challenges to several Presidential electors and to ram thru what appears to be fraudulently assigned electors. The evidence of election fraud was significant and deserved a COnstitutional hearing... challenges.... that could have changed the election results. VP Pence was critical to the timing and frankly, the unconstitutional ending of the certification process and the challenges that were not heard. Pence's name will go down in infamy as a traitor to teh Constitution.
