None of these crooks are doing this on their own... and the DOJ/FBI along with the other law enforcement agencies are neck deep in this mess... we need a complete overhaul of the Justice Department and our Judicial system.
Everything from rewriting the Federal Judiciary Act to recertifying LAW SCHOOLS and creating new internal watchdog agencies that replace the failed ABA and the other current watchdogs of our legal systelm... no more self-policing or regulating the law profession.

Any nation that bribes a US Government Official must be forbidden from recieving any and all foreign aid from the United States for a minimum of 100 years, NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
Sadly your comment regarding the 10% is probably all too true... the swamp did get there without help, nor is it able to function without serious criminal enterprise within the government as a whole.
