My guess is that his "handlers" are dosing him with adderol or some form of amphetimine. It really doesn't matter, the debate is really between Trump and CNN, Biden is just their to legitamize Jake Tapper's and Dana Bash's bashing of the past President. It will be a Schiff Show.
Since Hunter is involved with everything else, it is likely that he is the dealer. The question is, when is something going to be done about it?
