Here is the ONLY equitable Reparations Plan. Any American who can bring positive evidence of being the progeny of a person who was brought to the United States of America and/or was sold into and served as a slave in the United States of America between 4 July 1776 and 9 April 1865, the US Government shall pay to the ESTATE of that positively identified slave the amount of $30/month that positively identified slave was actually held or owned as a slave within the borders of the United States of America as defined by the ratified states and territories of the United States of America at that time by year. So, if there was a slave brought into North America in July 1750 and died in July 1800, that estate would receive a check in the amount of $8,640. (07/1800 minus 07/1776 = 288 months x $30/month.) All current living descendants of said slave can then file against that sum of $8,640.
However, when the US Congress passes this bill, it MUST stipulate that American Citizens who CANNOT trace their lineage to a positively identified slave and/or those American Citizens who CAN and HAVE traced their lineage to a positively identified slave and have been paid the amount due from the estate of that slave, that any further mention of reparations is a Federal Crime punishable by Loss of Citizenship and Deportation from the United States of America!

Simplify it! Any person of African origin who complains and or demands reperations loses their American citizenship and gets a ticket to Afrika........never allowed to set foot on American soil again.

They aren't happy here, let's do their DNA, figure out what hellhole their ancestors came from.....and send them home so they can unite with their relatives.
Since the beginning of war, there have been slaves. Once a tribe defeated another, the losing tribe became their slaves. So how far should reparations go back? Everyone’s ancestor at one time was a slave. These carpet bagging leaders are not concerned about blacks they only want to remain relevant because their days are numbered.
