Federal authorities this morning arrested a South Los Angeles man who allegedly made a series of online threats to kill law enforcement personnel and others at the Los Angeles Superior Court’s Inglewood Courthouse, a nearby school and a private business.

John Patrice Hale, 42, who used the online moniker “Frost K Blizzard,” allegedly made the threats using techniques designed to make his internet communications anonymous, which included using Tor and proxy servers.

Hale is expected to be arraigned on a 10-count indictment this afternoon in United States District Court in downtown Los Angeles.

The indictment alleges that Hale sent the online threats over several days in May 2017 to the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department’s Court Services Division website. Some of the threats invoked ISIS, but authorities have not uncovered any evidence linking Hale to international terrorism. The threats specifically alleged in the indictment are:

· “Our brotherhood will celebrate today when allah sets the explosives planted in Inglewood sheriff vehicles at Inglewood court,” which was sent on May 12. This threat prompted the evacuation of the Inglewood Courthouse, and the LASD’s Arson and Explosives Unit and the Threat Interdiction Unit responded.

· Two similar threats sent on May 15, one of which read, in part: “Allah willing we will be able to take out as many officers that pull out your parking structure. It will be a plus to take part of your american school across the street. ISIS will have revenge today.” Law enforcement again responded to the Inglewood Courthouse, which was not evacuated after a threat assessment.

· Two threats made on May 16, one of which read: “Item under deputy car. Impact for half city block. 6 hours to locate it. At Inglewood sheriff station. If you have units out better call them back in.” These communications again prompted a significant response by law enforcement and evacuation of the Inglewood Courthouse.

In addition to these threats, Hale allegedly sent a threat to a private business through its website on May 23 that read: “All praises to Allah. Today, we will detonate an explosive at your La Brea and Arbor Vitae location if our needs aren’t met by your company. ISIS.”

The indictment further alleges that on May 25 Hale submitted bogus information to the FBI’s “Tips and Public Leads” webpage, despite a warning posted on that webpage that submitting a false tip could result in a fine and/or imprisonment. In the submission, Hale allegedly made the false claim that he knew a man who “would supply ISIS with explosives even planting them for them” and who had received instructions from ISIS “to send inglewood sheriff department bomb threats via email.”

The indictment returned by a federal grand jury on November 7 charges Hale with five counts of making false and misleading statements concerning terrorism, four counts of making threats to injure in interstate commerce and one count of making false statements to federal law enforcement.

An indictment contains allegations that a defendant has committed a crime. Every defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in court.

If Hale were to be convicted of the charges in the indictment, he would face a statutory maximum sentence of five years in federal prison for each of the 10 counts.

These rocket launchers may have been intended for use not against anti-drug police units, but in jihad attacks. “Many of the radical Islamists involved in recent terror attacks in France have been known to have criminal backgrounds leading some to worry that weaponry could be finding its way into the hands of radical Islamists. In Germany, there has been a growing cooperation between the drug scene and the radical Islamist scene with both Arab criminal gangs and radical Islamists recruiting in asylum homes.”

Indeed, and the Taliban have financed their operations via drug sales for years, justifying this by noting that they’re selling them to non-Muslims only. “Muhammad is the apostle of Allah. Those who follow him are merciful to one another, ruthless to disbelievers” (Qur’an 48:29)

French police have arrested four individuals in connection with organised drug dealing and have also found a massive arsenal of weapons including fully automatic rifles and anti-tank rocket launchers.

The four men were arrested in the regions of Eure-et-Loir, Eure and Yvelines which lies just west of Paris. Republic of Chartres prosecutor Rémi Coutin commented on the case saying investigators had found narcotics, 13,000 euros in cash and a massive arsenal of military-grade weaponry, radio broadcaster Europe 1 reports.

“The investigators seized seven weapons of war, including two loaded and ready-to-run M80 rocket launchers capable of destroying a tank, two Kalashnikovs, one Spanish assault rifle, two machine guns,” Coutin said.

The prosecutor added that the investigators also found, “twenty-two long guns including seven shotguns, 80 kg of ammunition or tens of thousands of rounds, and four jammers.” Four vehicles were also confiscated in the raid.

The arrests are the culmination of an investigation that began in November of 2015 after weapons were found at a garage just outside of the city of Chartres. A fifth suspect is also being sought after by police who have issued an international arrest warrant for him.

The raid is not the first time French authorities have found military-grade weaponry this year. In August, police in the no-go Paris suburb of Seine-Saint-Denis, a known hub of radical Islamism, found an anti-tank rocket launcher, two sawn-off shotguns, high power explosives and other equipment and ammunition….

Whether you agree with Jayda Fransen is of no import. Her right to say it is everything. It is the foundation of a free society. Without it, a tyrant can wreak havoc unopposed, while his opponents are silenced. Putting up with being offended is essential in a pluralistic society in which people differ on basic truths. If a group will not bear being offended without resorting to violence, that group will rule unopposed while everyone else lives in fear, while other groups curtail their activities to appease the violent group. This results in the violent group being able to tyrannize the others.

Islamic law forbids criticism of Islam, Quran, Muhammad. If they cannot be criticized in the US, we are in effect accepting Islamic law as overriding the freedom of speech. This would establish Muslims as a protected class and prevent honest discussion of how Islamic jihadists use the texts and teachings of Islam to justify violence and supremacism. If speech that offends a group is outlawed, that group has absolute power, and a free society is destroyed. A group that cannot be criticized cannot be opposed. It can work its will no matter what it is, and no one will be able to say anything to stop it.

A PSNI spokesman said: “A 31-year-old woman has been arrested by PSNI Criminal Investigation Branch Detectives in London today.

“The arrest was made in Bromley by PSNI detectives working with officers from the London Metropolitan Police Service.

“The woman is being brought to Belfast to be interviewed under Art 9(1) of the Public Order (NI) Order 1987 in relation to speeches made at the Northern Ireland Against Terrorism Rally on Sunday 6th August this year.”

The result of this, according to the ÖIF, is that only two of the mosque associations foster the integration of their members. During the discussion, its imam said: “Every country, as with Austria, has its rules and laws and — something I always stress — it is our religious duty to comply with these standards and to integrate accordingly.”

With regard to gender roles, in all of the mosques they visited, the authors were struck by the almost complete absence of women at Friday prayers:

“Only three of the mosques… provide women with their own space, which is reserved for them and actually used by them. If they exist at all, most of the mosques make the women’s areas on Fridays available to men, too.”

Nikki Haley, U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. hit one out of the park yesterday. Well worth the 9 minutes to watch this video.

Amidst calls from UN members for her removal, she tells the UN, “Our principles are not up for a vote.”

She refers to a UN vote on Wednesday this week, when the UN General Assembly overwhelmingly voted for a resolution condemning the United States’ embargo on Cuba.

The vote was 191-2, with Israel being the only country to side with the U.S. again, ISRAEL, THE ONLY COUNTRY TO VOTE WITH THE US.

Among several other important things, she said, “Let’s be honest about what we really see going on here. This assembly does not have the power to end the U.S. embargo. It is based in U.S. law, which only the United States Congress can change.”

‘The statement from Ambassador Haley reiterated that the United States is an independent and sovereign nation that will not be bullied by nations that talk a good talk while at the same time carry out human rights abuses against their people. It was made clear that the United Nations does not control the U.S. Congress.’

‘Speaking to the assembly, Ambassador Haley explained that the United States is a democracy and that the people exercised their constitutional right to elect President Trump and that President Trump’s decision to leave the embargo in place is not up for debate.’

After a few sentences to apologize for the 2016 decision by the Obama administration in 25th of 26 consecutive annual votes by the UN to coerce the U.S. to end the embargo, Ambassador Haley stands her ground and pushes back against the UN oligathugs, “To those who are confused as to where the United States stands, let me be clear: as is their right under our Constitution, the American people have spoken. They have chosen a new president, and he has chosen a new ambassador to the United Nations.”

She also clears the table regarding several calls within the UN for her resignation.

“The United States does not fear isolation in this chamber, or anywhere else. Our principles are not up for a vote.”

Sarah Sanders Drops Piping Hot Mortar on Dems Who Filed Impeachment Articles for Trump

A group of six Democratic House members introduced articles of impeachment against President Donald Trump Wednesday, claiming the president has violated federal law, the public trust and should be charged with high crimes and misdemeanors.

Democratic Reps. Steve Cohen of Tennessee, Louis Gutierrez of Illinois, Al Green of Texas and Adriano Espaillat of New York introduced five articles of impeachment at a press conference at the Capitol Wednesday.

The articles have two more co-sponsors: Reps. Marcia Fudge of Ohio and John Yarmuth of Kentucky.

Some stories need to be told because they help others gain an understanding of their own story. This is one such story. I’ll be rolling it out as an 11 part mini-series and I personally invite you to read it.

This story is for you if you were terrified of what would happen next after Trump’s victory in the 2016 Presidential Election. This story is for you if you voted for Trump and are sometimes confused about being branded “deplorable” when you feel like a patriotic American. This story is for you if 2016 was such a dumpster fire, you abstained from participation altogether, but deep down inside, wonder what is really happening and how it will unfold for you and the people you care about. Finally, if the sharp political divisions left in the wake of the Trump Presidency have affected your relationships, this story is definitely for you.

Along with my invitation, I must also extend a dare. There is something in this story to anger just about everyone because I discuss opposing views. I dare you to read it anyway. Be detached for a moment. Get through the part you will certainly find reprehensible. I am not trying to change your beliefs or imply my beliefs are better than yours. A French academic has suggested creating a Muslim state within France in order to prevent a civil war.

Professor Christian de Moliner claims that a second society has formed in France, which he described as: “A branch that wants to settle their lives on religious values and is fundamentally opposed to the liberal consensus on which our country was founded.

“We can never convert the 30% of Muslims who demand the introduction of sharia law to the merits of our democracy and secularism.

“We are now allowing segregation to take place that does not say its name. Rather than veil the face or adopt unimaginable measures in democracy (remigration, forced evictions of the most radical), why not establish a dual system of law in France?”

De Moliner writes that Emmanuel Macron winning the Presidential election will not make the problems disappear, it will only kick the can down the road.

“We will never be able to eradicate the radical Islamism,” he says, adding: “While we are not yet at open war, the faithful of the Prophet are already regrouping in areas sometimes governed by special rules.”

The academic’s ‘solution’ is to create a “state inspired by colonial Algeria and Mayotte of the twentieth century: one territory, one government, but two peoples: the French with the usual laws and Muslims with Qur’anic status (but only for those who choose it).”

“The latter will have the right to vote unlike the natives of colonial Algeria, but they will apply Shariah in everyday life, to regulate matrimonial laws (which will legalize polygamy) and inheritance.”

“They will no longer apply to French judges for disputes between Muslims, but to Cadis. On the other hand, conflicts between Christians and believers will remain the responsibility of ordinary courts.”

“However, this system would involve schools or hospitals reserved for believers and therefore the creation of local committees that will manage them independently. A council of ulemas will fix the religious law, but the autonomy will stop there.”

“It is obviously out of the question that an embryonic Muslim government is settling in France.”

“This system worked without too many problems from 1890 to 1940 in Algeria.”

It’s sad that this is now openly being regarded as a solution to Europes Islamism problem…

The American People are the real losers because of Senator Mitch McConnell.

The recent replacement process in Alabama (if nothing else) has shown us all just how flawed, corrupt and deceitful our political process has become in the United States. The tragedy is, the corruption and deceit didn’t come from wayward candidates, voter fraud or campaign finance illegality. The irony of this entire fiasco is the very ones who usually are guilty of fraud and deceit are the Democrats. In the case of this election, the Dem’s appear to be innocent in all of this “he said, she said” mess, and it is the Republicans who are pulling the dirty tricks.

Message for McConnell and Judge Roy Moore;

The United States Senate is the body that has traditionally been filled with upstanding, righteous, and honorable men and women. It is the body of the United States government that is recognized around the world. You are 100 of the most influential individuals on planet earth. You can all but start wars, collapse economies or build them, dethrown despots, make laws that affect a billion people on this planet literally. 

While ‘we the public’ will never know the phone calls and meetings held by Senator McConnell, we know beyond a shadow of a doubt that you interfered with the elections held in Alabama. We know that you invested tens of millions of dollars in trying to defeat Judge Moore in the primary. This is an act that almost has never been carried out in our history. Usually, the party, the White House and either the House or Senate leadership (depending on the race) will stay out of a primary process until the smoke clears, then they will back the nominee. So what happened here? How and why did you become so involved in the Senate race in Alabama Mr. McConnell? Could it be because you felt threatened? Could it be because a man was about to go to Capitol Hill that was going to expose the cronyism that has been transpiring for decades finally? 

As an activist, Tea Party dude, conservative bloviator, I am often asked what the most significant threat to America is, in my opinion? Up until recently, I considered liberalism or progressivism the biggest threat to America. Not Anymore! Today, I am convinced the most significant threat to our Republic is corrupt politicians on both sides of the aisle.

Senator Mitch McConnell; You Sir are a threat to our democracy, our freedom, our liberty, and you have demeaned the stature of a Senator beyond compare. You are corrupt; you lie, you strip the will of the people from their decisions and you Sir, NEED TO RESIGN YOUR SEAT AND GO HOME~ 

President Donald J. Trump was elected lawfully, and he was the selection the American people wanted as our new Commander and Chief. We could clearly see his vision for our nation, and we loved his message. We embraced his strength as a leader, and we cherished his straightforward language rather than the delicate non-answers we typically receive from professional politicians.    

Mitch McConnell has done more damage to our Republic in the past year than most can do in a lifetime. Remember America; it was Mitch McConnell who promised to rid our nation of the bank-busting Obamacare that is punishing our citizenry. He not only did not press it through the Senate, but he didn’t because of the (God only knows what) friendships he has with the Insurance Lobbyist. Lest you think this is not the case, just look up how much they spent to keep Obamacare as national healthcare. They did so because of the hundreds of billions in a slush fund to offset losses. In the past 5-years, Insurance companies in this nation have made higher profits than they had in the previous fifty years. They did so because of the amount of money put in a slush fund by Senator Mitch McConnell and former Senator Harry Reid.

Senator McConnell is not just destroying our chances in 2018, but he is also destroying the GOP brand.

Now Senator McConnell believes that he knows best for the State of Alabama and “Who Should be Senator.” He lost the primary after he dumped some $30,000,000 into a race to support a Senator the citizens didn’t want. That slap in the face apparently did not get his attention. Keep in mind, the last thing McConnell can afford to happen is Roy Moore go to Capitol Hill. Now McConnell decides to poison the well by some last-minute campaign dirty tricks. Nobody will ever know if all these women are legitimate or not. The only person that truly knows the answer is Judge Roy Moore himself. But the handwriting is all over McConnell and company for these disastrous events for the Moore camp.

Senator McConnell; You sir are a self-righteous hypocrite of the first order. You’re a liar, you’re deceitful, and you’re dangerous. You continue to thwart President Trump’s agenda, and you don’t even remotely resemble a traditional Republican.

As for Judge Roy Moore; Sir, you have been bent over and royally shafted by the very party you represent. This is a tragedy of the highest order. The sad truth is, you probably will not win because of Mitch McConnell and company. I am not going to pretend to know what you should do at this time. In the same breath, I will say that I am not going pass judgment on all of these ladies claims. The truth is, only you know the truth. That is between you and the good Lord as to what happened or did not happen. I will just say that if it is true, then I am sorry for both you and the ladies.

In the end, Judge Moore ends up being a victim to the scourge known as McConnell. In the end, not only do the people of Alabama lose, the American people suffer as well. We are stuck with Mitch McConnell as the Leader of the Senate. We are stuck with a liar, and we are stuck with a corrupt politician. The worse part is, we lose a seat to a liberal and we are still not getting our Presidential agenda pushed through. Thanks, Mitch!

Alabama lady Beverly Young Nelson guaranteed on Monday that Judge Roy Moore sexually attacked her 40 years ago — disclosing to her story at a New York City q&a session held by prominent liberal lawyer Gloria Allred.

Nelson, 56, sat beside Allred and expressed that she came to know Roy Moore when she was 15 years of age, working in a neighborhood restaurant close to her secondary school. Moore was, a normal man eating in a similar seat each night and frequently complimenting her on her looks.

As indicated by Nelson’s announcement, one night, soon after her sixteenth birthday celebration, in December 1977, Moore offered her a ride home, just to pull his auto around back of the restaurant.

Gillibrand’s comment in a New York Times interview made headline news.

Gillibrand’s comments in a New York Times podcast interview came as a surprise even to people close to her, according to multiple Democrats in her tight political circles. Asked whether Clinton should have stepped down, the senator paused and responded, “Yes, I think that is the appropriate response.”

The comment by Gillibrand was a surprise because the Clinton’s helped her get the New York Senate seat.

Clinton supporters were not happy with Gillibrand’s comment about the former president.

Doug Schoen, a former adviser to former President Bill Clinton, slammed Gillibrand on numerous Fox News programs including “Outnumbered.”

“Sen. Gillibrand, having accepted endorsements, campaign funding and support for many, many years, to turn on President Clinton gratuitously, boy, I think there’s just a special place in hell for people like that,” Schoen, a former adviser to Clinton, said.

He said that Bill and Hillary Clinton probably did more to help Gillibrand than anyone else, yet she turned on them as soon as she saw that they presented no benefit to her in a prospective 2020 presidential run.
