A totally new way to watch football

I know this is somewhat off subject, but I want to give a big shout-out to the NFL's fledgling attempt to cover its games in the new 3-D format. It's outrageous! It's as if you are standing right there on the sidelines. Marvelous!
I mean, there is one scene from Week 10 where the Falcon QB (Matt Ryan) fires a pass into the end zone from about the 10 yard line and it seems like the ball is coming straight at you when, all of a sudden, a Falcon receiver (Hardy #14 ) comes across the field of vision from the left and grabs it inches from your face. Incredible! It's a completely new and absorbing way to watch football!

See it in regular mode: https://youtu.be/F388-6yDDpc?t=4m47s But to see it in 3-D, with the camera just beyond the back goal line in the stands, I think, right along the path of Ryan's pass, it's absolutely incredible!

{rickwells.us} ~ John Solomon and Sara Carter join Sean Hannity with some new revelations about corruption inside the DOJ and Democrat involvement... and the cover ups to keep the American people in the dark. Hannity says he’s troubled that the name of the informant was released by the Sessions Department of Justice and even more so by other leaks stating that the informant doesn’t have any information “when I know that’s a lie.” Solomon agrees, saying, “We have seen the Attorney General, Jeff Sessions, try to say there’s no connection between Uranium One and the Russian bribery case. We’ve seen the Deputy Attorney General say that, and now we saw two anonymous officials in a Reuters story saying that.”... https://rickwells.us/solomon-carter-govt-uranium-one/

{dailycaller.com} ~ New Jersey Sen. Bob Menendez didn’t thank the U.S. Supreme Court when he addressed reporters Thursday after escaping conviction on federal corruption charges... though he is very much in their debt. The embattled Democrat faced a lengthy indictment featuring 18 charges for bribery, honest services fraud, conspiracy, traveling over state lines to carry out bribery, and making false statements on federally-mandated financial disclosures forms. The charges emanate from his relationship with a donor named Dr. Salomon Melgen, a wealthy Florida physician who lavished the senator with gifts, vacations, and campaign contributions. In turn, Menendez intervened with federal agencies on Melgen’s behalf over several years, sure evidence, prosecutors claimed, that the pair had forged a “corrupt pact” to secure their mutual advancement...  http://dailycaller.com/2017/11/17/how-the-supreme-court-helped-bob-menendez-escape-conviction/?utm_medium=email

{wnd.com} ~ Two House committees announced plans last month to investigate the Uranium One deal... But Shep Smith, the chief news anchor for Fox News, offered up a six-minute monologue on Nov. 14 that CNN called “a powerful rebuttal” to the claims of impropriety surrounding liar-Clinton’s involvement in the Uranium One deal. {conservativetribune.com} ~ The liar-Clintons may be finally on their way out of politics, but a growing scandal could drag them back into the public spotlight… or behind bars. New evidence against them in the “Uranium One” corruption case could make the Watergate scandal look like a picnic. Did liar-Bill and liar-Hillary Clinton accept bribes and kickbacks from Russia in order to fast-track a uranium deal? Several well-respected investigative journalists say “yes,” and now there may be shocking video proof of the corruption...  https://conservativetribune.com/uranium-one-briefcases-cash/?utm_source=Email&utm_medium=CTBreaking&utm_campaign=breaking&utm_content=2017-11-17

{townhall.com} ~ The Department of Justice will soon commence an investigation to determine whether there should be an investigation you read that nonsense correctly of a scandal involving the liar-Clinton Foundation and a company called Uranium One. It appears that FBI decisions made during the time that liar-Hillary Clinton was being investigated for espionage will also be investigated to see whether there should be an investigation to determine whether she was properly investigated. Again, you read that nonsense correctly.

Only the government can relate nonsense with a straight face. Here is the back story.

When President Donald Trump fired FBI Director Jim Comey last spring, the attorney general's stated purpose for recommending the firing was Comey's dropping the ball in the investigation of liar-Clinton's email when she was secretary of state. After a year of investigating her use of her own computer servers to transmit and store classified materials instead of using a government server to do so -- and notwithstanding a mountain of evidence of her grossly negligent exposure of secret and top-secret materials, which constitutes the crime of espionage -- the FBI director decided that because no reasonable prosecutor would take the case, it should be dropped. Weeks later, the DOJ ratified Comey's decision.

At the same time that liar-Clinton was failing to safeguard state secrets, she was granting official State Department favors to donors to her family's charitable foundation. There are dozens of examples of this so-called "pay to play," the most egregious of which is the Uranium One case. This involved a Canadian businessman and friend of former President liar-Bill Clinton's, Frank Giustra, who bundled donations from various sources that totaled $148 million, all of which Giustra gave to the liar-Clinton Foundation.

At the same time that Giustra made this extraordinary donation, he was representing a client that needed federal permission to purchase a 51 percent stake in Uranium One, which then controlled about 20 percent of America's licensed uranium mining capacity. Secretary liar-Clinton freely gave Giustra's client the State Department's approval, and it soon acquired the remaining approvals to make the purchase. Giustra's client is a Russian corporation controlled by the Kremlin.

When the FBI got wind of the Giustra donation and Secretary liar-Clinton's approval and the Kremlin involvement, it commenced an investigation of whether liar-Clinton had been bribed. At some point during former President Barack liar-nObama's second term, that investigation was terminated. We do not know whether the investigating FBI agents learned that the liar-Clinton Foundation was not even registered as a charity by the states in which it was doing business or authorized by them to receive tax-free donations.

At the same time that the FBI was looking into Uranium One, American and British intelligence agents were surveilling Donald Trump. The belated stated purpose of that surveillance was to ascertain whether the future president or his colleagues were engaged in any unlawful activity by accepting campaign favors from foreign nationals or were improperly assisting foreign intelligence agents to interfere with the presidential election.

One of the foreign nationals whose communications were captured during that surveillance was Sergey Kislyak, then the Russian ambassador to the United States. He spoke with Michael Flynn, then the national security adviser to President-elect Trump. Mysteriously, portions of a transcript of those intercepted communications were published in The Washington Post.

Another foreign national who caught the FBI's attention is a former British intelligence agent named Christopher Steele. Steele had compiled a dossier about, among other things, alleged inappropriate behavior by Trump in a Moscow hotel room years earlier. After offering Steele $50,000 to corroborate his dossier, the FBI backed down.

After being confronted by irate Republican members of the House and Senate judiciary committees, who demanded to know why the investigations of these matters had been terminated, Attorney General Jeff Sessions revealed that he has asked career DOJ lawyers to commence an investigation of all of the above to determine whether an independent counsel should be appointed to investigate all of the above.

This is the investigation to determine whether there should be an investigation. This is also the DOJ's reluctance to do its job.

Can the government investigate itself? The short answer is yes, and it has done so in the past. But it hardly needs an investigation to determine whether there should be an investigation. The job of the DOJ is to investigate probable violations of federal law. Sessions should not shy away from this and should not push it off to another independent counsel.

We have one independent counsel already because his target -- let's be candid -- is the president of the United States. That is a potato too hot for the DOJ. But liar-Hillary and liar-Bill Clinton, the FBI's tampering with the political process, and the use of intelligence-captured communications for political purposes are not. It is profoundly the duty of the DOJ -- using its investigatory arm, the FBI -- to investigate all this.

Whatever Comey's motive for not prosecuting liar-Hillary Clinton and the DOJ's ratification of it, the current DOJ is not bound by these erroneous decisions. The evidence in the public domain of liar-Clinton's espionage and bribery is more than enough to be presented to a grand jury. The same cannot be said about FBI involvements with the Steele dossier or the use of intelligence data for political purposes because we don't yet know who did it, so we need aggressive investigation.

But none of this presents the type of conflict that exists when the president is a target, and none of this requires an independent counsel. All of this simply requires the DOJ to get to work.

That is unless the lawyers in the leadership of this DOJ are fearful of investigating their predecessors for fear that their successors might investigate them. Whoever harbors those fears has no place in government.

MSM Silence on Menendez Is Deafening

Bob Menendez (D-NJ) due to the jury becoming hopelessly deadlocked. One juror said that the panel was split 10-2 in favor of acquittal. It remains to be seen whether the Justice Department will seek a second trial.

Menendez’s co-defendant, Dr. Salomon Melgen, was convicted earlier this year in Florida of massive Medicare fraud. Fraud in which Menendez was implicated for having pressured Medicare officials to change billing practices after it was determined that Melgen had over-billed by millions of dollars. Menendez was also alleged to have helped Melgen, who is married, secure visas for his foreign mistresses. The government alleged that Menendez had then received luxury vacations and hundreds of thousands of dollars in campaign contributions from Melgen’s business.
Like a scene straight out of the movie “The Untouchables,” Menendez, sounding every bit the part of a mobster, warned, “To those who were digging my political grave so they could jump into my seat: I know who you are, and I won’t forget you.” Yikes!
One of the most troubling aspects of this whole Menendez saga has been the mainstream media’s near silence on the story. The MSM has hardly covered the scandal and the subsequent trial. If Menendez were a Republican, every American would know about him and what he was accused of doing.  ~The Patriot Pos

{conservativefreepress.com} ~ The Washington Post intercepted a letter this week showing that Attorney General Jeff Sessions may finally be ready to do his damn job... and turn the attention of the Justice Department on the crimes and misdeeds of the liar-Clinton Foundation, including the charity’s suspicious involvement in the sale of a uranium company to Russian government interests. According to the paper, Sessions’ assistant attorney general, Stephen Boyd, responded to an inquiry from House Judiciary Chairman Bob Goodlatte, saying the AG was considering the possibility of appointing a second special counsel to investigate the worst of the charges against liar-Clinton and her cronies. At the very least, he has directed some of his top federal prosecutors to explore the issues and report back to him. Those prosecutors, wrote Boyd, will “report directly to the Attorney General and Deputy Attorney General, as appropriate, and will make recommendations as to whether any matters not currently under investigation should be opened, whether any matters currently under investigation require further resources, or whether any matters merit the appointment of a Special Counsel.”...  http://www.conservativefreepress.com/trump-administration/finally-jeff-sessions-turns-focus-clintons-uranium-scandal/

Lawmakers Advance

The approved measures include the Palestinian International Terrorism Support Prevention Act (H.R. 2712), that will impose sanctions to end support for Hamas and the Palestinian Islamic Jihad from Iran and its Lebanese proxy Hizballah. "Iran and Hizballah are clearly working to extend their influence over Hamas and the Palestinian Islamic Jihad in the Gaza Strip through increased financial and military aid," said U.S. Rep. {freedomwatchusa.org} ~ Klayman had this to say after filing this legal action: "It is time that someone take action to stem the criminal and otherwise illegal activity of Mueller and his staff... He is not above the law and must play by the same rules as all federal prosecutors. Mueller's jihad against President Trump and his present and former colleagues is abhorrent and a huge waste of taxpayer money destructive of the nation's body politic during these dire times, but even were this 'witch hunt' legitimate, there is no ethical or legal justification in using leaks of grand jury information and activities to destroy lives before defendants and putative defendants are even indicted and tried before a jury of their peers. Mueller, who is not a man of integrity but simply a Washington establishment politician, must now have to answer himself to the bar of justice. "Freedom Watch is taking this action since Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, an liar-nObama holdover as U.S. Attorney for the District of Maryland, himself has a conflict of interest and has abdicated his duty to police Special Counsel Mueller! by Peggy Noonan
{peggynoonan.com} ~ In 2001 I thought it would be a suitcase bomb, a homemade nuclear device, not airplanes going into buildings. I’d felt something coming, had written of it, but that day, amid all the grief and carnage, I felt a lurking relief. I’d feared worse—tens of thousands gone, parts of the city rendered uninhabitable.

I feel a version of that relief now, after Tuesday’s truck attack downtown, within the shadow of the Freedom Tower. Barely three hours later, on Lexington Avenue from the 90s through the 70s, the streets were crowded with kids and parents out for Halloween. The mood was not a sag-shouldered “This is the new normal,” but a collected sense of “We can handle this.” There was an air of gallant enjoyment. It made the emotionalism of the mayor’s remarks—“We will not be cowed”; “This action was intended to break our spirit”—seem both hyped up and rote, and appropriate to another time.

Yes, ISIS is here; yes, this will happen again, and security is appropriately high for this weekend’s marathon. But it’s obvious, and has been for some time, that we’re in a different moment, a different part of the battle. For months and then years after 9/11, we feared al Qaeda would hit us again, harder. Sixteen years later what we see is a series of single, random-seeming acts by weak, stupid, highly emotional men who read propaganda sites and become excited in the way of the weak, stupid and highly emotional. Their attacks are low-tech, limited.

Graeme Wood had a smart piece for the Atlantic hours after the attack. “The details strongly suggest that the man was a complete idiot,” Mr. Wood wrote of the suspect, Sayfullo Saipov. “I harp on Saipov’s apparent stupidity for one reason: As long as Islamic State’s attackers are idiots like Saipov, our societies can probably handle them. . . . The Idiots’ Crusade is a manageable problem. Much less tolerable would be a campaign of competent terror—the kind of mayhem enabled by training, like the 2015 Bataclan killers in Paris had, or by patient planning, as Stephen Paddock in Las Vegas did.”

Continued vigilance is in order: “As Islamic State loses territory, the greatest danger remains the prospect that some of the battle-hardened fighters will return home, raising the average IQ of attackers, and making possible attacks that would be many times more deadly than this one.”

The bad guys now seem incompetent. But the bad guys will never go away, and it is to the deep and everlasting credit of U.S. law enforcement, especially the New York City Police Department, that they have been so contained. Some day they’ll hit us hard again, so no relaxation of efforts is possible. But right now it feels more like Britain’s long struggle with the Irish Republican Army than an existential threat, and we must be thankful when feelings improve. This was my small epiphany Tuesday night as I moved among people dressed as bumblebees, Pharaohs, Godzilla and an angel with black wings. I liked the gallant enjoyment. I shared it.

*   *   *

Here we shift to another thing that has changed, this one permanently. Before it goes away as a regular front-page story—and it will, because as Thoreau said, once you’re familiar with a principle you become less interested in hearing of its numerous applications—it must be noted that what has happened the past month regarding sexual harassment in the workplace is epochal, a true watershed and long overdue.

The revelations will have a huge impact, not because men now understand that sexual abuse and bullying are wrong—they always knew, and for many the wrongness would have been part of the enjoyment—but because they now know, really for the first time, that they will pay a terrible price if their misbehavior is revealed. And from here on in, there’s a greater chance it will be revealed, and believed.

The price to be paid was the real lesson of the past few weeks of resignations and firings. Celebrity abusers understand the first paragraph of their obit will now include something like, “. . . but fell from his position of power in the sexual-abuse scandals of the 2010s.”

That there is a price to be paid will have a deterrent effect. Human sin won’t stop; harassment will continue—but something important happened here.

In July 2015 New York magazine put 35 women on the cover who alleged that Bill Cosby had sexually violated them. Until then it had been a cloudy, amorphous story. Suddenly it was no longer he-said/she-said: You saw the faces, read the testimony, and knew what Mr. Cosby really was. A year later Gretchen Carlson, and later others, went up against Fox News’s Roger Ailes ; her lawsuit was settled for $20 million. Then came the revelation of the Bill O’Reilly settlements.

But Black October for sexual harassers began with the New York Times stories by Jodi Kantor and Megan Twohey on Harvey Weinstein’s history of abuses and payoffs, followed by Ronan Farrow’s lengthy investigation in the New Yorker, and then on to other men in show business and the news media.

Something happened. Media outfits made a commitment—expensive in terms of resources, personnel and legal costs—to get the story. What they found was numbers—the sheer number of abusers and the number of accusers who’d testify. They discovered details that established patterns.

This is all good. And one of the things that fell is the phrase “everybody knew.” That is now a self-indicting phrase.

I close with a point that may grate on those who, like me, are glad at what has happened and wish to see just revelations continue.

The challenge is to pursue justice while keeping a sense of humanity. Human-resources departments terrified of costly lawsuits will impose more and stranger rules that won’t necessarily thwart bad guys but will harass good men. This is the way of things. Two recent anecdotes: At a yearly checkup, a male doctor went through his short list of how to stay healthy in New York. It included: don’t stray onto the curb, stay on the sidewalk, keep back from careening trucks that take a corner too tight and knock people down. I got it, I said—I take the arms of cellphone zombies and guide them a step back to keep them safe. I’d done it recently with a young woman. He got a poignant look. “I can’t do that now,” he said. If he put his hand on a strange woman’s arm, it might be misunderstood.

I was told the other day of a news executive who complimented his co-worker on her boots. He was later taken aside by a colleague: You can’t talk like that now! He hurriedly called the woman and apologized: He meant no offense, didn’t mean to sound leering. She said: Are you kidding? I knew it was a compliment, no offense at all.

That was human. Common sense is better than antihuman edicts.

It’s good the pendulum has swung. You want it to hit the bad guys hard, and leave the good ones untouched.

Whether you believe any or all of the allegations against Alabama Republican Senate candidate Roy Moore, the establishment/mainstream media’s playbook to thwart the insurgent is being executed by the numbers.

I witnessed firsthand the same methods employed against GOP U.S. Senate nominee Joe Miller while serving as his press secretary in 2010 in Alaska.

The Tea Party favorite shocked the political world when he came out of nowhere to upset incumbent Sen. Lisa Murkowski and win the Republican primary. Between her and her father Frank, who appointed her to the position after being elected governor in 2002, the Murkowskis had held the seat since the early 1980s.

Miller headed into the general election as the hands-down favorite in red Alaska against the little-known Democrat nominee, Sitka Mayor Scott McAdams. But then, the establishment/media onslaught began.

Both Miller and Murkowski had promised days before primary election day in late August that they would honor the results, but in mid-September, just weeks after losing the race, the senator announced her write-in bid, saying that she was “taking the gloves off.”

Like Moore’s race, the media attacks against Miller followed a familiar pattern: finances; allegations of past unethical, even illegal conduct in relation to his past employment; and accusations against his wife in relation to her employment with him as a judge.

The attacks were very similar to the ones leveled at Moore and his wife Kayla by the Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnnell-affiliated Senate Leadership Fund and The Washington Post in relation to the couple’s non-profit, The Foundation For Moral Law.

Having addressed and weathered all the allegations, and throwing in a bizarre incident in which a Barack Obama-supporting FBI informant took it upon himself to conduct a citizen’s arrest of a reporter at a Miller town hall, the candidates were running neck-and-neck just days before the general election.

Perhaps that’s why the local CBS affiliate KTVA, which had been very hostile toward Miller, hoped they would find a sex scandal to knock the conservative candidate out once and for all.

The weekend before the election, I received a call from Nick McDermott, a producer with the station. It went to voice mail. As Fox News reported, I soon received a text from him in which he wrote, “D— iPhone … I left you a long message. I thought I hung up. Sorry.”

What was captured in the message was part of a strategy meeting ahead of a rally former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin would be headlining that night.

A female reporter or producer is heard yelling, “Child molesters!”

A male reporter responds, “Oh, yes. Can you repeat Joe Miller’s list of people, campaign workers, which one is the molester?”

A female reporter then added, “We know that out of all the people that will show up tonight, at least one of them will be a registered sex offender.”

“We have to find that one person,” a male reporter responds.

A female reporter chimed in, “And the one thing we can do is — we won’t know. We won’t know but if there is any sort of chaos whatsoever, we can put out a Twitter/Facebook alert saying what the — ‘Hey, Joe Miller punched at rally …’”

“Kind of like Rand Paul, I like that,” another replied.

KTVA admitted to the meeting and ultimately fired two of the producers who were part of it; however, one of the station’s anchors, Matt Felling, would go on to become Murkowski’s communications director shortly after she won re-election, 39 percent to Miller’s 35.

Two accusers have come forward in the case of Roy Moore alleging they were sexually assaulted by him in the 1970s.

The candidate has denied the allegations, saying he never even knew the women. The former Alabama chief justice has shown no inclination to exit the race.

McConnell has stated he is actively looking for a write-in candidate to run against Moore and the Democrat.

On his radio program on Tuesday, Rush Limbaugh said McConnell is on a “search-and-destroy mission.”

“Whether Judge Moore did the deed or deeds or not, what’s really happening here folks, if you really want to know — it’s a multi-faceted search-and-destroy mission here,” Limbaugh stated.

“But what’s really driving this — do not doubt me about this. But what’s really driving this is Mitch McConnell saying to Steve Bannon, ‘Really? You think you’re going to get your guys elected? You think you are going to get your guys elected and me kicked out of here? Really? Seriously? OK, watch this,’” he added.

In 2016, the establishment and the media employed the same strategy of trying to make Donald Trump the unacceptable choice in relation to Hillary Clinton, going after his finances in the form of demands that he release his tax returns, allegations of past unethical conduct in relation to his employment, and accusations of sexual harassment and other misconduct.

The efforts, though vigorous, ultimately failed.

Alabama voters will have to decide whether they believe Moore or his accusers, but one thing is certain — the establishment/media playbook to take out a candidate is being executed to a T. That Was Quick: Progressive Says DEMOCRAT Sex Abusers Should Stay

This is disgusting. A “feminist” writer has finally said publicly what the worst progressives really think: a Democrat who sexually abuses a woman should be let off the hook because he’s a Democrat.

The blogger, Kate Harding, is “sincerely” making this argument.

Why? Because all men in politics are likely to be sexual abusers. Obviously.

Couldn’t be a B.S. feminist rant without a “Handmaid’s Tale” garbage reference.

Yeah, because incumbent establishment Republicans pulled out all the stops to make sure Donald Trump was elected. Mitch McConnell and Paul Ryan were out in front of TV cameras every day trying to make America great again. No, wait, that was Earth-2. Back here in reality, Paul Ryan said he’d stop defending Trump, and Mitch McConnell retreated into his shell during that election.

Aren’t men who would sexually abuse women already sociopaths?

Oh look, concluding with identity politics. That was fun. At least it’s over.

Darn.

THERE IT IS. Removing from office Democrats who abuse women will do “catastrophic damage to our political interests.”

This “feminist” doesn’t care about women. She’s purely political. She puts the priorities of the Democratic Party ahead of the moral responsibility we have to see justice done and victims of sexual abuse defended.

As long as there are progressives like her, scumbag Democrats like Al Franken will continue to get away with their scum.

Politics over people, always, for the Left. (For more from the author of “That Was Quick: Progressive Says DEMOCRAT Sex Abusers Should Stay” please click HERE) http://joemiller.us/2017/11/that-was-quick-progressive-says-democrat-se

Alabama Governor: No Change of Election Date

Alabama Governor: No Change of Election Date

Thursday, Gov. Kay Ivey (R-AL) told CNN at the Republican Governors Association meeting being held in Austin, TX the special election for the U.S. Senate seat formerly held by Jeff Sessions would go as scheduled on December 12.

“The election will be December the 12th, and I will cast my ballot,” Ivey said.

Some have raised the possibility of having Ivey delay the election given that reports have surfaced about Republican Party nominee former Alabama Supreme Court Chief Justice Roy Moore had allegedly engaged sexual misconduct in the late 1970s and early 1980s.

Ivey, a Republican, has not given Moore her endorsement but said that she intended to vote for him.

Moore faces Democrat Doug Jones in the December 12 contest that has tightened in recent days in the heavily Republican state, which some have attributed to the allegations aimed at Moore.

Where Have All The Morals Gone?

by Wayne Simmes:

While I believe that we have always had sexual predators in our midst, it seems that all of a sudden they are coming out of the woodwork like cockroaches looking for food.

It started with Harvey Weinstein on October 5th of this year when he was accused of raping three women. Dozens more accused him of lesser charges, including sexual assault and harassment. While he has not denied the lesser charges he does proclaim innocence in the non-consensual sex charges.

Get yours now almost gone!

We have all heard of the allegations against Weinstein and of course Roy Moore has been all over the news. Most of you probably have heard about the charges brought against Al Franken yesterday of forcibly kissing and groping of a woman before he was a United States Senator. His case is being referred to the Senate Ethics committee. Isn’t that an oxymoron, Senate Ethics?

And I am sure that you will all hear about Sylvester Stallone, who this morning was accused of sexually assaulting a 16 year old girl in Las Vegas in 1980.

But these are just three of 30 different cases of sexual assault or misconduct that have been brought to light since the Weinstein epic that began on October 5.

Knight Landesman, Publisher of Artforum. Accused of sexual harassment of at least nine women, including groping. He has resigned. “I fully recognize that I have tested certain boundaries, which I am working hard to correct,” he said.

Leon Wieseltier, a former editor at “The New Republic”. Accused of sexual harassment of several women, including inappropriate advances. He has been fired from Emerson Collective, which canceled publication of a magazine he was editing. “For my offenses against some of my colleagues in the past I offer a shaken apology and ask for their forgiveness.” He said.

Terry Richardson, Fashion photographer. Accused of sexual harassment of models. He has been banned from working with Conde Nast. A spokesperson said, “Many of his professional interactions with subjects were sexual and explicit in nature but all of the subjects of his work participated consensually.”

James Toback, director and writer. Accused of sexual harassment and misconduct toward women, including dry-humping or masturbating. After the Los Angeles times published its investigation, hundreds of women reached out to describe their encounters. He has been dropped by his agent. In a profanity laden denial, Toback denied the allegations.

John Besh, Chief executive of the Besh Restaurant Group. Accused of sexual harassment. He has stepped down. His response, “I alone am entirely responsible for my moral failings. This is not the way the head of a company like ours should have acted”

On one hand I am surprised by the sheer number of allegations against powerful men in such a short period of time. On the other I guess I should be surprised that these type of allegations have not been far more prevalent, far sooner. I think that our lack of morals in the entire world can be linked to a lack of religious upbringing. In an effort to be politically correct any mention of God or his Commandments have been forcibly removed from all public settings.

When you take God out of society, evil fills the void.

by Caroline Glick
{truthrevolt.org} ~ Friday, long-time US diplomats and Middle East experts Aaron David Miller and Richard Sokolsky published an article in Foreign Policy expressing “buyers’ remorse” over Saudi Arabia’s newfound willingness to take the lead in regional affairs.

Titled, “Donald Trump has unleashed the Saudi Arabia we always wanted – and feared,” Miller and Sokolsky note that for generations, US policymakers wanted the Saudis to take a lead in determining the future of the region.

In their words, “During decades of service at the State Department, we longed for the day when riskaverse Saudi leaders would take greater ownership in solving their domestic and regional security problems and reduce their dependence on the United States.”

But now, they argue, under the leadership of King Salman and his son, 32-year-old Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, the Saudis are going too far.

Domestically, Miller and Sokolsky accuse Salman and Mohammed of upsetting the traditional power sharing arrangements among the various princes in order to concentrate unprecedented power in Mohammed’s hands. This, they insist, harms the status of human rights in the kingdom, although they acknowledge that Mohammed has taken steps to liberalize the practice of Islam in the kingdom to the benefit of women and others.

While upset at the purge of princes, ministers and businessmen, Miller and Sokolsky are much more concerned about the foreign policy initiatives Mohammed and Salman have undertaken with everything related to countering Iran’s rise as a regional hegemon.

In their words, “Abroad, the Saudis are engaged in a cold war with an opportunistic Iran that’s exploiting their missteps in Yemen and Qatar.”

Miller and Sokolsky note that Mohammed’s campaign to defeat the Iranian-backed Houthi regime in Yemen has been bogged down. His effort – backed by US President Donald Trump – to force Qatar to abandon its policy of supporting the Muslim Brotherhood and Iran has similarly come up short.

They continue, “The latest Saudi gambit – pressuring the Sunni Lebanese Prime Minister Saad Hariri to resign in an effort to expose an Iranian- and Hezbollah- dominated Lebanon – is perhaps too clever by half. What are the Saudis going to do, given their Shiite adversaries’ advantages in Syria and Lebanon, when the Lebanese find themselves plunged into domestic crisis or a conflict between Israel and Hezbollah?” The veteran diplomats conclude their missive by urging Trump to implement his predecessor Barack liar-nObama’s Saudi policy. In their words, Trump needs to place heavy pressure “on the king and his son to de-escalate this conflict and restore equilibrium to America’s relations with Saudi Arabia and Iran.”

“Because make no mistake,” they warn, “Saudi independence is illusory. Riyadh desperately wants us to back them – and bail them out when they get in over their heads with Iran. If Washington is not careful, the Saudis will sandbag America into standing up to Tehran while the Saudis hide behind its skirt.”

As if synchronized, Robert Malley, liar-nObama’s former Middle East adviser, makes a similar argument in an article in The Atlantic. Malley took a lead role in expanding the US’s ties with the Muslim Brotherhood, Hamas, Iran and Hezbollah during the liar-nObama years.

There are several problems with these policymakers’ claims. The first is that in criticizing the Saudis they deliberately ignore the liar-nObama administration’s central role in engendering the current situation in which the Saudi regime feels compelled to take the actions it is taking.

To be clear, noting the role of the previous administration in causing the rapidly escalating instability of the Middle East is not an exercise in deflecting criticism away from the current administration. The simple fact is that it is impossible for the US to chart a rational course for dealing with the present dangers and opportunities without understanding how they arose in the first place.

For eight years, the liar-nObama administration deliberately alienated and willingly endangered Saudi Arabia and Israel by implementing a policy of appeasing Iran. Despite repeated warnings, the US refused to recognize that as far as Iran is concerned, it cannot have its cake and eat it too.

Iran is at war with Saudi Arabia and its Sunni allies and with Israel.

Consequently, Miller and Sokolsky’s claim that there can be an “equilibrium to America’s relations with Saudi Arabia and Iran” which doesn’t involve the US siding with one side against the other is an illusion. On the ground in the Middle East, as events in Syria, Lebanon, Qatar, Yemen, Bahrain, Iraq, Gaza and Egypt have made clear, liar-nObama’s strategy of appeasing Iran weakened America’s traditional regional allies and strengthened Iran and its proxies.

The change in the balance of forces that the liar-nObama administration’s policy caused forced the US’s spurned allies to reassess their strategic dependence on the US. Contrary to Miller and Sokolsky’s claims, the Saudis didn’t abandon their past passivity because Mohammed is brash, young and inexperienced.

Mohammed was appointed because Salman needed a successor willing and able to fight for the survival of the kingdom after liar-nObama placed it in jeopardy through his appeasement of Iran. Mohammed is the flipside of the nuclear deal.

Malley noted blandly that like the Saudis, Israel has also been sounding alarms at an ever escalating rate.

It isn’t hard to understand why. In 2009, Israel’s borders and territory were far more secure than they are today. Sunday night three former senior missile developers at Rafael Advanced Defense Systems – Israel’s premier missile and missile defense developer – went on television to warn that Haifa’s oil refineries and plans to use surrounding areas as a fuel depot will force the evacuation not only of the population of Haifa, but of all the surrounding satellite cities when war breaks out next with Hezbollah.

Hezbollah, they warned, now has the precision missile capability to destroy these vital national infrastructures and render the Gulf of Haifa uninhabitable.

Then there is Syria.

Israel has repeatedly insisted that Iran and its proxies must not be permitted to develop a permanent presence in Syria. Russia and the US ignored Israel’s warnings not only during the liar-nObama years, but, in a sign of the continued power of liar-nObama partisans in the US foreign policy community, during the past year of the Trump administration as well. Over the summer the US and Russia concluded a cease-fire deal for Syria that permitted Iran and its proxies to operate in Syria.

Last week, the BBC reported that Iran is now building a military base 50 kilometers from the border with Israel. On Saturday, the IDF shot down a Russian- made intelligence drone launched against it by forces controlled by Iran’s chief Syrian proxy, Syrian President Bashar Assad.

Sunday, following threats from Iranian-controlled Islamic Jihad terrorist forces in Gaza, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu reiterated that Israel will not accept assaults against it across any of its borders.

Netanyahu said that he holds the Iranian-supported Hamas regime in Gaza responsible for any attacks against Israel emanating from its territory.

Netanyahu’s statement was notable since just last week Hamas and Fatah began implementing their power sharing arrangement in Gaza. Fatah forces, controlled by Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas, supposedly took responsibility for border crossings between Gaza and Israel.

By insisting that Hamas is responsible rather than Fatah, despite the agreement, Netanyahu signaled that as far as Israel is concerned, through its power- sharing deal with Fatah Hamas has succeeded in becoming the Palestinian version of Hezbollah. Just as Hezbollah pretends to be a faction in Lebanese politics, when in fact it controls all aspects of the Lebanese state, so Hamas remains in charge of all aspects of governance in Gaza while using the PA as a fig leaf.

This brings us back to Miller, Sokolsky and Malley and their pining for a reset button.

It is hard to view their positions as the basis for forging constructive US policies for the region, transformed by eight years of US appeasement of Iran at the expense of its allies and interests.

Insisting that Mohammed abandon the steps he has taken to expand the prospects of Saudi survival in favor of a policy of pretending that a stable equilibrium can be struck between Iran and Saudi Arabia and Israel is not a policy for restoring equilibrium.

Putting Hariri back in office in Beirut so he can continue to serve as a fig leaf for Hezbollah and Iran is not a policy for restoring equilibrium. They are both means for pretending reality away while enabling Iran to wage a continuous war against America’s allies with ever greater power and capacity.

It makes sense that liar-nObama partisans are unhappy with King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed. It makes sense that they are unhappy with Netanyahu and with Trump. All four of these leaders are impudently insisting on basing their policies on recognizing the reality liar-nObama spent his two terms ignoring: Iran is not appeasable.

{rickwells.us} ~ What if all of this Franken stuff is just a continuation of, the next phase in the effort to prevent Roy Moore from being elected to the US Senate?... Sure, it would be an extreme measure, but so are the fabricated Russia claims and the dossier that the same bipartisan establishment politicians ordered and used to attack President Trump. They subscribe to the theory that the bigger the lie, the more believable it is and no lie is too big for the DC swamp creatures. What if the Democrats, RINO-McConnell and other establishment turncoats decided that in order to force Moore out of the race, they needed to demonstrate that they were willing to eat their own?... https://rickwells.us/franken-scandal-establishment-ruse/

Steele’s 35-page report remains largely uncorroborated, and Trump and members of his campaign have denied the most salacious allegations laid out in the report. {rickwells.us} ~ We’re now learning the identity of the former federal informant who was under a DOJ gag order... not to talk to Congress or anyone else about the liar-nObama regime’s complicity and cover up in the Uranium One profiteering scandal. His name is William Campbell, a former lobbyist for the U.S. unit of the Russian company, Rosatom. Campbell reportedly worked as an FBI informant for their probe into the US unit of Russian state-owned nuclear power company, Rosatom. Not surprisingly, the woman for whom the sale represented over $145 million in dubious donations to the liar-Clinton Foundation, liar-Hillary Clinton is critical of the inquiry. liar-Clinton Spokesperson Nick Merrill said, “This latest iteration is simply more of the Right doing Trump’s bidding for him to distract from his own Russia problems.”...Boy, is he badly mistaken.  https://rickwells.us/clinton-schiff-uranium-end-doj/

LEMONS, BUT NO LEMONADE
by Burt Prelutsky

As you may have noticed, it keeps getting harder and harder to find people in prominent positions you can admire or hold up to your kids as role models. I’m not saying they aren’t there, but the heroes are more likely to be the 75-year-old Viet Nam vet who lives down the block or the retired cop who greets you at Walmart or the former high school English teacher who steered you in the right direction when you were fifteen years old and had just lost your dad to cancer.

But when you take in the big picture, things tend to look awfully bleak. The world of entertainment is rife with sleazebags like Harvey Weinstein, a pig who felt entitled to nail any woman who came within a hundred yards of him; like Kevin Spacey, a chicken hawk who pretended that a 14-year-old boy was the same thing as a consenting adult; like Dustin Hoffman, who, in his 50s, went after a 17-year-old school girl because, no doubt, he found her a scintillating conversationalist.

The world of sports is cram-full of convicted felons playing football when they’re not busy beating up the mothers of their children or displaying their contempt for America.

And politicians are just as bad. liar-Hillary Clinton sold out our national security by using an unsecure private server and handing over 20% of our uranium deposits to the Russkies; Barack liar-nObama sent over $150 billion to the number one state sponsor of global terrorism; Chuck clown-Schumer, Nancy Peulosi and their trained seals in Congress, will tell any lie and promote any fiction, if they believe it will diminish President Trump.

Then for good measure, they will pretend that Trump is breaking some unwritten law if he suggests that the Justice Department would do well to investigate the crimes of the previous administration.

But it’s not just the Democrats who are behaving foolishly. Sadly, it’s never just the Democrats. There are always Republicans competing for attention, and how better to get it from a biased media than by bashing the leader of their own party or by turning their collective backs on a Senate candidate based on a smear they read in the Washington Post.

Just last week, Lindsey Graham told Trump not to suggest to Attorney General Sessions that the Justice Department investigate liar-Hillary Clinton’s various offenses. The nerve! Sessions has the job, to which he seems grossly unsuited, for no other reason than that Trump gave it to him.

It seems to me that if Graham is really convinced that the Chief Executive hasn’t the right to direct a subordinate in the executive branch to do the job for which he was hired, by what right does a member of the legislative branch get off telling the President what he can and can’t do?

If I were Donald Trump, I would tell Graham, aka the little Ms. Fussbudget of the U.S. Senate, who doesn’t seem to object to having his strings pulled by RINO-John McCain, that he should shut up, sit down and get back to his knitting.

● These days, you can’t even count on the U.S. Military upholding our standards. Those two Naval collisions earlier this year were bad enough, leaving several sailors dead and two warships out of commission, but the fact that the Navy found the accidents were the result of human error and lack of proper training, made it all the worse.

Then, we had a military court ruling that deserter Bowe Bergdahl was not a traitor who deserved to be executed or at least locked away until he was an old man, but was a victim who had suffered enough.

I doubt if even the ACLU could have ever fantasized that the guy would get off with a dishonorable discharge and a small fine. I always thought that was what a soldier faced if he got drunk and took a swing at his top sergeant.

Apparently, the judge took into consideration the defense attorney’s contention that Bergdahl had issues with authority because his father had been a strict disciplinarian. And just like that, military justice morphed into social justice.

In fact, when someone asked me how a creep like Bergdahl, who had been cashed out by the Merchant Marines, could be accepted by the Army, I surmised that perhaps the Army was having trouble meeting its monthly quota of homosexuals, transgenders and traitors.

● I seem to be finding myself on the verge of exhaustipation. That, according to a forward sent to me by subscriber Ruth Takemoto, describes the condition of people, especially elderly people, who are simply too tired to give a shit.

● Another subscriber, Dr. James Stiso sent me a photo of Mrs. liar-Clinton. She is looking, a slight smirk on her face, at a flower-bedecked casket. The caption is Sometime Next Week and liar-Hillary’s comment is: “So, Donna, how are your book sales doing?”

I’m not saying that Mrs. liar-Clinton would actually put out a contract on Donna Brazile. Still, when I heard that the F.B.I. informant, who had blown the whistle on the Uranium One deal that netted the liar-Clintons $145.5 million, had finally had his gag order lifted, I told my wife I prayed he would live long enough to testify.

● A friend asked me how a conservative could ever lose a debate to a liberal. At first, I couldn’t imagine it. But then it hit me that a conservative male could take a dive if he was debating with a liberal female, but decided that getting laid was more important than winning the argument.

● When I wrote about my agonizing siege with back spasms, a lot of you shared tips that had worked for you when it came to pain relief. A few warned me of the dangers of Vicodin, while an equal number of people called it a godsend.

My own take on it is that if I ever experience that level of pain again -- pain so intense that it took me 20 agonizing minutes to get out of bed because moving even an inch was sheer torment -- I won’t hesitate to use whatever is available to alleviate the pain.

As I see it, I’m on the verge of turning 78 and at my age, an addiction to prescription drugs is the least of my worries. I am enough of a realist to accept that I will soon enough be getting over my present addiction to breathing.

● When word got out that an Egyptian lawyer had announced that it was a religious obligation to rape women who dressed provocatively, it’s rumored that Harvey Weinstein fired his legal team on the spot and shouted: “Get me that guy!”

{rickwells.us} ~ It’s going to be quite telling to witness the contrast between the frenzied shark swarm that is the White House propaganda press pool... as they attempt in every manner possible to twist or otherwise coerce a response from Sarah Sanders that feeds the anti-Roy Moore narrative and their conduct on the actual abuse and molestation by their comrade, Senator Al Franken.  Franken admits to the undeniable photographic evidence of him groping Leeann Tweeden and she also accuses him of forcing his repulsive tongue into her mouth. {chrisskates.com} ~ Last weekend, I took an interesting and fun road trip with my son Nathan. First we went to the Georgia versus South Carolina game. At the time Georgia, for the first time since I was in college, was the #1 team in the nation. That lasted two weeks and we got to see them win as a number 1. As of last night that dream came crashing down as Auburn dominated us. But it was fun while it lasted and we are not out of the hunt yet.  We met one of my best friends from college and my Georgia Power days, Taron Durden. Taron has watched Nathan grow up. Its amazing how you can go months and not see a friend like Taron, but once you all are together, everything seems comfortable. Like you just hung out the week before. Taron rarely takes a serious photo, ha ha.

We also had a great visit with my sister don’t know why I didn’t think to take a photo. She lives on a few acres and is a bit of an animal whisperer. While we were there she was bottle feeding a baby squirrel that she had nursed back to health after it was hit by a car. She and her husband Michael are also master gardeners and their scenic garden picnic table is a fine place to have a cup of coffee on a quiet fall morning.

Anyway, after the game we got up the next morning to return to Kentucky. Nathan is a big fan of the Netflix hit series “Stranger Things” and he got me hooked on it as well. If you haven’t seen it the show is an homage to 80’s and 90’s entertainment. Its a bit of the movie “E.T.” combined with a little “Aliens” combined with “Ghostbusters” with a hearty dash of “Stand By Me” mojo.

The show is filmed in various locations in Georgia but primarily Jackson, Georgia. That wasn’t terribly far out of our way going home and Nate wanted to stop by and see some locations. In season one, the Jackson town square is a primary scene. The kids in the show, go to the drug store often and hang out. And, as recently as the 80’s, that’s what we did too. When I was in high school in the 80’s, town squares were still pretty vibrant.

If you’ve seen the show you know what these scenes represent and how prominent they are in the show. If you haven’t seen the show, there is no point in my explaining it all here.

As I said, the show takes place in the ’80’s and in the show this is a bustling downtown in small town America. One reason I got hooked on the show there really isn’t an original idea in the thing but the story telling is fairly good and its suspenseful and pleasantly spooky is that it takes me back. It reminds me of those downtown bike trips to get ice cream or a soda which most of us didn’t readily have in our refrigerators at all times as we tend to do today. In this absolutely insane modern day world we live in, I enjoy the familiarity of the mythical town and the kid characters. That is, even if the plot is that the town is being invaded by aliens.

Even though I am an adult and should know better, I kind of expected the sites where they film the show to BE like the show. I expected downtown Jackson to be the kind of small Georgia downtown I grew up with. But something jumped out at me starkly during our photo shoot. Almost the entire town square is abandoned. All the stores you see here have “Out of business” signs inside them. There is a bit of junk, perhaps some empty shelves sitting around, but there are only a couple of operating businesses on this whole square. It was actually quite sad.

Somewhere in that I see a metaphor.  I wanted to go with Nate and visit the filming locations thinking it would feel good and familiar. But the show is just pretend. Small town America as we knew it only 25 or 30 years ago is largely no more. Blame it on Wal-Mart, blame it on small business regulations, or the changing population dynamics of a nation in flux. But the reality is poignant.  I know there are some towns where downtown is doing pretty well, like Paducah but they are more the exception than the rule.

To get these pictures we had to travel off the interstate and use the old two lane highways. I enjoyed it. I enjoyed seeing the little towns that I used to drive through to go to my grandparents house. At the same time, I couldn’t help but feel, that we are no longer that America. Change is taking place in this country at a rate never seen before. The difference between 1980 small town America and 1950, really wasn’t that great. The differences between 1980 and 2017 small town America is stark.

What we didn’t know on the Sunday we took these photo’s is that a demon had entered a church in Texas and murdered innocent worshipers. I still can’t get my mind around it. I hadn’t gotten my mind around Las Vegas. How can anyone make sense of this stuff? Its beyond tragic. Its evil personified and its become more heinous and more frequent.

The climatic scene of the second season of “Stranger Things” ends at this school. It’s at night and the kids in the show are inside enjoying a school dance. They think the aliens or monsters or whatever they are have been defeated and life is about to return to normal. The camera pans away and you see this school with a massive monster  lurking over the building. It’s called the “Shadow Monster”.

YLT8mkJamUkgbAgl0ibubIE8brSLSGOq-qDXTdsJ1ZTO2uJbRtG24IfdZZ1UZLB1zARXG4kbr-rD4hESj-5G1RSvY6p66xFEto3GDFovM2VIKuc1yvOrBFsupCM=s0-d-e1-ft#%3Ca%20rel%3Dnofollow%20href=
Again, there seems to be a metaphor. My hope is in Christ. He is our hope and our stay. Yet at the same time, I wonder what is coming. What is going on in our country and in our world? It feels so often like we are trying to live life “normally”. We are trying to fall back on what is familiar and comforting, but there is something lurking over us. And we wonder what will come next.

The Trouble With Higher Education
ASClc9Y9WPWkAX22AFlILKjAkv2iA3tvVZe4ZuzeBI66fl7h9dXihrSbIlDqCJ2B19nibWK9838QB6x3pFE0QQ35KQv0r6VpL97jwb3jUFWENh12_zbqrt-GjVd8v4w=s0-d-e1-ft#%3Ca%20rel%3Dnofollow%20href=?width=500by Lewis Morris:  American higher education is in crisis. And not just because of $1.45 trillion in crippling student loan debt or declining enrollment or the even the violence that seems to pass for accepted behavior on college campuses.

The real crisis here is a complete lack of intellectual diversity in America’s colleges and universities. Faculty and administration in a vast majority of America’s institutes of higher learning are not just overwhelmingly left of center politically but nearly unanimously so. A 2016 study found that America’s left-of-center college faculty outnumber right-of-center faculty 10 to one. That used to be two to one.
To be clear, we are not talking about people who lean left. In most cases, these academics are unapologetically, vocally and even militantly leftist if not outright Marxist. And they are in positions of power in many of America’s colleges and universities, teaching our children, shaping their academic curriculum, and running the student life of college attendees.
This is a trend that has been going on for 50 years. When the protest era of the 1960s came to an end, a number of avowed leftists were forlorn that they did not achieve their dream of tearing down the United States of America. They realized that direct confrontation would not work. They didn’t have the numbers, and their arguments supporting the leftist political viewpoint were intellectually and morally bankrupt. What to do?
They stayed in school. The protesters became professors. They wormed their way into the higher education apparatus and changed the rules of the game. Over the intervening decades, they slowly but steadily slipped their ideology into the curriculum of America’s colleges and universities. They taught their leftist propaganda to students, who grew up to become professors, who taught their leftist propaganda… You see where this is going?
We are now at a point of critical mass. This leftist takeover of the American education system, which also includes public grade schools, has been going on for years. It has become painfully evident since the election of Donald Trump. Leftists thought they were assured victory when liar-Hillary Clinton was within reach of following Barack liar-nObama into the White House. But the country came to its collective senses, and the Left did what it does best: It got really angry.
The damage from the leftist takeover of American higher education is immense and growing. In an op-ed for The Wall Street Journal, University of California, Santa Cruz, professor John Ellis points out, “The imbalance is not only a question of numbers. Well-balanced opposing views act as a corrective for each other: The weaker arguments of one side are pounced on and picked off by the other. Both remain consequently healthier and more intellectually viable. But intellectual dominance promotes stupidity. As one side becomes numerically stronger, its discipline weakens. The greater the imbalance between the two sides, the more incoherent and irrational the majority will become.
This is why we don’t see intellectually stimulating debate when Ben Shapiro or Milo Yiannopoulos appear on a college campus. Leftists would rather shout down and attack people. They are constantly surrounded by like-minded views, so they don’t have the intellectual capacity to frame their thoughts in a coherent way when challenged. In short, their brains don’t get exercise.
Of course, any free-thinking person knows that the Left’s viewpoints are generally indefensible anyway. And leftists know that, too. That’s why they have purged America’s college campuses of intellectual opposition. And this has had a ripple effect that has impacted our whole society.
The anti-male, every-man’s-a-rapist meme and the hostile social environment pushed by radical feminists on campus plays a major role in the 30% dropout rate among freshman males. A Brookings Institution study revealed that one in five college students believe that violence is an acceptable response to unacceptable speech. No wonder college enrollment is down. Who would want to put their family in massive debt sending their kid to school in such an environment?
If the American higher education system remains in the grip of rabid leftists posing as academics, then the whole country will suffer. The social squishes who emerge from these institutions are ill-prepared to handle real life, shrinking back from every “micro-aggression” they experience, unable to take criticism and learn from it, and unable to be the leaders that this country’s next generation will need.
Ellis points out that there is a solution — making these institutions of higher learning accountable. “What if voters were to insist … answers to some elementary questions? For example: How can a department of political science that excludes half the spectrum of viable political ideas be competent to offer degrees in the field? How can a history curriculum be taught competently when only one extremist attitude to social and political questions is present in a department? How can these extraordinary deficiencies deserve either accreditation, or support by state and federal funds?
Americans need to take back their schools and stop letting the Left run them as re-education camps. Higher learning is supposed to prepare you for a better life where you have the freedom to make your own choices and plan your own way to success as you define it. It’s not supposed to serve the ends of a bankrupt ideology whose only way to win an argument is to beat down the opposition

CIA whistleblower: Mueller’s FBI computers spied on Trump and SCOTUS

The FBI’s James Mueller, now special prosecutor for Russia-Trump, helped expand the NSA’s program of domestic surveillance. He and James Comey oversaw the program that spied on Donald Trump. So why is Mueller leading the investigation?

By Mary Fanning and Alan Jones

Former FBI Director Robert Mueller, currently Special Counsel in the Russia investigation, provided FBI computers to a secret CIA/NSA surveillance program that was launched in 2004. That program morphed into a domestic surveillance program that spied on Donald Trump and his associates.

This is according to former CIA/NSA/DIA subcontractor-turned-whistleblower Dennis Montgomery and his attorney Larry Klayman.

According to Montgomery:

“This is very, very, very powerful technology, and it was created under Robert Mueller’s watch. The last person I would think that should be investigating Donald Trump is Robert Mueller, who was collecting information on Donald Trump ten years ago … Mueller has a huge conflict of interest, a huge conflict of interest.”

Klayman, the founder of Judicial Watch and Freedom Watch, did not mince words when explaining the dangerous high-stakes maneuvering around Montgomery’s case:

“These are vicious people. These people are capable of killing people to keep this thing secret. That’s why, Congress I believe, doesn’t want to look into this. They are afraid of them too. They are more powerful than the President of the United States … This government knows no bounds.”

Special Counsel Mueller’s alleged involvement in a secret surveillance program said to have targeted Trump came to light during the July 8, 2017 broadcast of the radio program “Special Prosecutor with Larry Klayman.”

According to former billionaire Tim Blixseth, whose ex-wife was Montgomery’s business partner, the CIA decided in 2009 to expand the surveillance program by dedicating $5 million in additional computer hardware.

According to Blixseth, the new equipment gave the surveillance program the far greater technical power needed for hacking into secure networks and devices.

Dennis Montgomery (Image: GoFundme.com)

On Klayman’s radio show, Montgomery discussed his claim that under Mueller, the FBI provided computers used to spy on Trump and other Americans.

Montgomery added journalists and reporters to the list of individuals and groups that he has identified as alleged surveillance targets. He also added embattled Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy. Montgomery had previously indicated that Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts and 156 judges were also surveillance targets.

Bundy, who is currently incarcerated while awaiting trial, has been under surveillance since 2003, claims Montgomery.

Klayman separately interviewed Carol Bundy, Cliven Bundy’s wife.

Montgomery said, “I remember providing information to the FBI on the Bundys in Nevada. They started collecting information on them in 2003. They collected their phone records, who they were talking with, etc.”

Klayman added:

“It was heavy-handedness by the Bureau of Land Management that was then being run by a lackey, a former corrupt Senator from Las Vegas, Harry Reid, and President Barack Obama, that were trying to take his land away from him … Dennis just revealed that the intelligence agencies were actually surveilling the Bundy family, trying to set them up, trying to destroy them. Harry Reid, then Senator from Nevada, wanted to take their land away. He was reportedly trying to sell it to the Chinese. He was working with Obama to do that.”

Montgomery says that he worked on the domestic collection program not only under former FBI Director Mueller, but also under his successor FBI Director James Comey. President Trump fired James Comey on May 9, 2017.

Montgomery says that he was also tasked with surveilling innocent Americans for former CIA Director John Brennan and former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper. The authors previously identified audio tapes of Montgomery and Blixseth. Blixseth refers to a program called “The Hammer,” probably the CIA’s plugin implanter called HAMR, described in Wikileaks Vault 7 documents.

Obama’s surveillance Hammer on Trump worse than Watergate

Montgomery claims to have designed the surveillance program but decided to become a whistleblower because it was being used to conduct illegal and unconstitutional surveillance of innocent Americans. Montgomery is alleged to have submitted eighteen whistleblower complaints. On an audio tape, Blixseth said:

“He filed eighteen whistleblower complaints, with the inspector general of the Air Force, inspector general of the CIA, inspector general of the United States, (Attorney General Eric) Holder. He sent an actual letter to Obama, and to his private fax number, and how the hell he got it I don’t know … So, he got rejected eighteen times.”

On June 5, 2017 Montgomery and Klayman filed a federal lawsuit against the following former and current federal officials and federal agencies, named as defendants:

  • Barack Obama, as an individual and in his past official capacity as President of the United States;
  • James Comey, as an individual and in his past official capacity as former Director of the FBI;
  • The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI);
  • Admiral Michael S. Rogers, as an individual, and in his official capacity as Director of the NSA;
  • The National Security Agency (NSA);
  • John Brennan, as an individual and in his former official capacity as Director of the CIA;
  • Michael Pompeo, as an individual and in his official capacity as Director of the CIA;
  • The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA);
  • James R. Clapper, as an individual and in his past official capacity as Director of National Intelligence;
  • Dan Coats, as an individual and in his official capacity as Director of National Intelligence.

The pleadings in the lawsuits allege:

“Defendants Rogers, Pompeo, Coats, Obama, Comey, Clapper, and Brennan acted outside the scope of their employment, in their personal capacities, and through their surrogates still embedded in the Trump administration (the ‘Obama Deep State’) to illegally and unconstitutionally spy on millions of Americans, including Plaintiffs, without probable cause or a warrant.”

The case is being heard by Judge Richard J. Leon, Senior United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. Judge Leon ruled in Klayman’s favor in the landmark case Klayman v. Obama, which also concerned NSA surveillance, a ruling which was challenged on appeal by the government.

Judge Royce C. Lamberth, another Senior Federal District Judge for the District of Columbia, who struck a limited immunity agreement for Montgomery with the FBI, calls Montgomery’s and Klayman’s case “the pinnacle of national importance,” says Klayman.

Judge Lamberth, who formerly served as Chief Judge of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) Court, helped arrange the limited immunity deal under which Montgomery turned over 47 hard drives, alleged to be storing over 600 million pages of documentation, to James Comey’s office at the FBI on August 19, 2015.

Montgomery stated:

“I produced 600 million pages. If you printed out each page it would be thirty miles high stacked one on top of another. The information is very sensitive information. They collected google searches, credit cards, phone records, images, pictures, anything and everything, and they did it for one reason: leverage. They didn’t know when, but they knew sooner or later they would need that information to use for those leverage against a person … The amount of information is mind-boggling, and I gave all of that to FBI Director Comey’s office.”

Special Counsel Mueller hired 13 lawyers to investigate the Russia-Trump collusion, saying, “Legality has been assured” although Comey and Clapper both admitted during official congressional testimony that they had found nothing.

While he was FBI Director, Comey informed President Trump on three separate occasions that the President was not under investigation. All 13 attorneys that Mueller hired are Democrats, many of whom donated to the 2016 Hillary Clinton campaign, according to Klayman, who called them “ultra-leftists.”

Klayman added:

“It is clear Mueller is intending to issue indictments. It is clear he intends to prosecute. He (Mueller) may not be able to prosecute President Trump because he is president, but he will prosecute the people in and around Trump to create such a stench that he will refer that on to Congress for the impeachment of President Trump.”

Mueller previously testified under oath to Congress that all surveillance carried out by the NSA was legal:

“The challenge in a position such as I have held for the past eleven years is to balance on the one hand the security of the nation and on the other hand the civil liberties that we enjoy in this country … One of the things we do insist upon and assure is that any endeavor we undertake, addressing national security, is legal … The programs to which you refer, the legality has been assured by the Department of Justice. The FISA court … has assured the legality of the efforts undertaken in these two programs … Congress has been briefed … If the line is to be drawn differently, so be it. We would follow that to the letter of the law.”

Were there any other surveillance programs, besides the two that Director Mueller was referencing? Could “the Hammer” have been conducting domestic surveillance without the knowledge, consent, and oversight of Congress and the FISA Court?

While Mueller was FBI Director, Comey served as deputy attorney general from 2003 to 2005. Former FBI Special Agent Coleen Rowley, who claims to have met Mueller, became a whistleblower on pre 9/11 intelligence failures.

Rowley claims in a video interview:

“Both of these figures, Mueller and James Comey, first of all, they became very close … Mueller and Comey both got undeserved reputations as being men of integrity … again, these two were close.”

In April 2017 the FISA Court revealed that the NSA under Obama, illegally spied on Americans, abusing their Fourth Amendment rights. The FISA Court referred to the situation as a “very serious Fourth Amendment issue.” The NSA intends to “delete the vast majority of its upstream Internet data to further protect the privacy of U.S. person communications.”

Adding injury to injury, the Obama Administration’s NSA claims to have destroyed vast quantities of evidence of their illegal surveillance. The destruction of evidence may make it impossible for those who have been damaged by the Obama Administration’s illegal actions to sue for damages. According to Klayman, “An order leaked by the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISA) revealed that intelligence agencies were committing these crimes … Who sat on top of this?”

That, of course, was Comey at the FBI. That order revealed that Comey’s FBI was engaged in illegal surveillance. So was the NSA. So was the CIA. So was the Director of National Intelligence, which oversees these intelligence agencies.

Smug Illegal Alien Trashes Trump On Live TV, Not Laughing Moments Later

After her dad and sibling were brought to jail by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), DACA immigrant chose to attack President Donald Trump on live TV.

Tragically for the punk, things would turn out badly – and she wasn’t chuckling after what happened only minutes after the cameras close off.

Daniela Vargas, 22, was angry to discover that the criminal activities of her dad had at long last gotten up to speed with them and him as he was captured by ICE.

Perceiving now how government agents also arrested her sibling at the time just heated the situation, inciting her to declare a broadcast that she would hold as her end.

“The path to citizenship is necessary for DACA recipients but also for the other 11 million undocumented people with dreams,” she said. “Today, my father and brother await deportation while I continue to fight this battle as a Dreamer to help contribute to this country, which I feel that is very much my country.”

In any case, the entitled punk immediately discovered that you don’t get everything that you need in this life, particularly when you try to get it illegaly.

After attacking Trump and saying that the individuals who infringed upon the law need to be compensated, it wasn’t some time before authorities heard what she stated and chose to say something of their own.

ICE confirmed Vargas is in custody, “US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) took Daniela Vargas, 22, an unlawfully present Argentinian citizen, into custody March 1, during a targeted immigration enforcement action in Jackson, Mississippi.” [Source: CNN]

If that was not enough uplifting news, it appears that Vargas’ circumstance was completely merited. Come to discover, the entitled immigrant’s DACA status had ended, and in spite of the fact that she didn’t try to reestablish it, she suspected that she would simply remain in America for whatever length of time that she needed with no hassle.

In any case, the best part originates from the way that this punk was entitled to the point that she chose to go on national TV and boast about her wrongdoings.

Unfortunately, that is precisely what this country has come to after the rule of previous President Barack Obama.Actions have outcomes, and everybody better get used to that.

Laws are there to disclose to us what is worthy and what isn’t, and those eager to break them better get settled with the possibility of the discipline that comes a short time later.

Now, it’s as simple as this; on the off chance that you would prefer not to get extradited, don’t break the law.

Texans Player FIRED After Taking Anthem Protests to New Level

Uncategorized 0 Comment

Screenshot_1-2.png

Over the past few weeks, hundreds of NFL players have been taking a knee during the national anthem to protest against President Donald Trump and against racial inequality. Now, this has come back to bite one player in a huge way.

Independent Journal Review reported Houston Texans owner Bob McNair spoke out this week to slam the players who have been kneeling during the anthem. Afterwards, wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins decided to skip practice on Friday because of McNair’s comments, and ESPN’s Adam Schefter said that other players “had to be persuaded to stay.”

During an October 17 meeting with other team owners, executives and NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell, McNair slammed the kneeling athletes, saying, “We can’t have the inmates running the prison.” This comment left some in the room “stunned,” according to ESPN reporters Seth Wickersham and Don Van Natta Jr.

McNair was later forced to apologize.

“I am truly sorry to the players for how this has impacted them and the perception that it has created of me which could not be further from the truth,” he said. “Our focus going forward, personally and as an organization, will be towards making meaningful progress regarding the social issues that mean so much to our players and our community.”

He later issued another apology.

“I regret that I used that expression,” his statement said. “I never meant to offend anyone and I was not referring to our players. I used a figure of speech that was never intended to be taken literally. I would never characterize our players or our league that way and I apologize to anyone who was offended by it.”

McNair insisted that he was “referring to the relationship between the league office and team owners and how they have been making significant strategic decisions affecting our league without adequate input from ownership over the past few years.”

Screenshot_1-2.png

Frankly, we think it’s sad that McNair was forced to apologize when the kneeling players have still not apologized for disrespecting our great nation. We’re sick and tired of watching millionaire NFL players kneeling before the American flag!

SHARE this story if you think all kneeling NFL players should be FIRED!

Maxine Waters Ignites Crowd With Impeach 45 Chants At Glamour Awards

First, it was Colin Kaepernick being honored as Citizen of the Year by GQ magazine.

Kaepernick’s civil rights activism was the winning ticket for the honor.

Now, Representative Maxine Waters (D-CA) was honored by Glamor as one of their Women of the Year.

Waters is getting a lot of attention because she is a leading critic of President Trump.

Waters wasted no time in slamming President Trump and calling for his impeachment which was enthusiastically supported by the attendees.

CBS News reports:

There were movie stars and supermodels, TV hosts and pop stars.

But perhaps the most rapturous ovation at Glamour magazine’s annual Women of the Year awards went to 79-year-old Democratic U.S. Rep. Maxine Waters of California, who delighted the crowd — including hundreds of cheering young girls — with a rousing speech that ended on a very political note. “Impeach him,” she exhorted the audience. “Impeach 45! Impeach 45!”

Glamour reports:

One of the highlights of this year’s Glamour Women of the Year Awards (which took place Monday, November 13) was honoree Maxine Waters’ speech, where she repeatedly called for the impeachment of President Donald Trump. Yup.

“You recognize when a leader is irresponsible. You recognize when a leader is dishonorable and disrespectful. You recognize when a leader is dangerous,” the California congresswoman said. “Even if that leader is the President of the United States of America.”

With this, the crowd that filled Brooklyn’s Kings Theatre erupted into applause, and their excitement only grew when Waters started chanting, “Impeach 45! Impeach 45!” It quickly turned into one of the evening’s mantras, and by the end of her speech, nearly everyone in the crowd was yelling it too.

Glamour describes the award:

For 27 years, Glamour’s Women of the Year Awards has honored game changers, rule breakers, and trailblazers. This year proved to be one of our biggest ever. Follow along with our awards live blog to relive every inspiring moment.

The media is giving tribute to left-wing activists and politicians.

{foxnews.com} ~ A federal judge on Thursday declared a mistrial in the high-profile bribery case of New Jersey Democratic Sen. Bob Menendez... after jurors twice reported they were hopelessly deadlocked. “There’s no alternative to declaring a mistrial,” U.S. District Court Judge William Walls said Thursday afternoon. The decision came after jurors said they could not reach a verdict. It was the second time this week the 12-member panel told Walls they could not come to a unanimous decision. "I think we have a for-real hung jury," Menendez attorney Abbe Lowell said before the judge issued his decision...Whats wrong with these jurors?  http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2017/11/16/judge-declares-mistrial-in-menendez-case.html

{rickwells.us} ~ The American taxpayers have paid out money in at least two sexual harassment cases in the period between 1997 and 2016... and the related information as to the parties involved is sealed. We aren’t allowed to know who was a perpetrator, what they did or how much their exploits cost us. That’s the information from Rep. Jackie Speier (D-CA) that she shared with lawmakers in Tuesday in a House hearing and on television. A fund through the general treasury covers not only sexual harassment but also discrimination settlements and the specifics of the types and particulars are not released publicly. In her House hearing Speier and Rep Barbara Comstock spoke of two instances where two lawmakers, one Republican and one Democrat, who are still serving, have engaged in sexual harassment. Speier talks about the complaint process and how interns and fellows, the most likely victims, are not even allowed to avail themselves of it...  https://rickwells.us/taxpayers-paid-sexual-congress/

COWBOYS & MADMEN
by Burt Prelutsky

This year, Texans won’t have a lot to be thankful on November 23rd. Between the hurricanes, the floods and, now, the heartbreaking massacre at the small church in Sutherland Springs, 2018 can’t arrive quickly enough for the Lone Star State.

In Israel, it’s said that every family has lost relatives or friends to the Islamic terrorists. In Sutherland Springs, a town of about 400, when 26 people are killed and another 20 are wounded, it’s even sadder and truer.

Although most of the attention has been paid to an evil son of a bitch named Devin Patrick Kelly, 26, with people trying to determine his motive, more attention should be paid to a couple of guys named Stephen Willeford and Johnny Langendorff. I’m sure neither man woke up that Sunday morning, had a cup of coffee, stretched and said, “I think I’m going to be a hero today.”  Sometimes it just works out that way.

Willeford is the man who saw Kelly shooting up the church and, instead of wasting time calling the cops, went straight for his gun. If Mr. Willeford hadn’t done that, God only knows how many more people would have died that day.  Instead, only one more person died…Devin Patrick Kelly.

If Langendorff hadn’t driven up when he did, Kelly might have gotten away or, at the very least, taken refuge in some family’s home and gotten into a gun battle with the Texas Rangers. But Langendorff did drive up and the two men set off at 85 miles-an-hour. A short time later, Kelly lost control on a curve. Rather than be captured, Kelly put a bullet in his own head.  If only he’d done it an hour earlier.

Predictably, the Democrats immediately started yammering about stricter gun laws. But, I think to most people, they sounded even more insipid than usual. For one thing, Kelly had purchased his guns legally. The problem is that after the Air Force court-martialed Kelly, sentenced him to a year in the brig for beating his wife and stepson and then booted his butt out of the Service, they neglected to mention any of this to the FBI. Had the Air Force done that one simple thing, Kelly would not have been allowed to purchase a gun.

On the other hand, the National Rifle Association has come out of it smelling like an entire rose garden. The NRA keeps talking about the hundreds of justifiable homicides that take place every year, testimonials to the good people, men and women, who protect their homes and their families from bad guys with guns. But they are drowned out by a media that is convinced the Second Amendment should be made null and void, and that guns should only be in the hands of cops…and, apparently, criminals.

But thanks to a Texan named Stephen Willeford who saw his duty and, thanks to being armed, was able to do it, the NRA has just gotten a billion dollars of publicity and, I wager, several hundred thousand new recruits.

● I realize that no matter what Donald Trump does or says, the Democrats and the lap dog press will condemn it.  But I think they, along with a few neutered Republicans, have made themselves look even more childish than usual by calling out President Trump for stating that Sayfullo Saipov should face the death penalty after mowing down eight people in New York City.

Since when did a U.S. president lose the protection of the First Amendment? Now if the Ayatollah Khomeini or Kim Jong-un says that sort of thing, the accused will be dead within the hour. But why shouldn’t Donald Trump be allowed to say what every other sane American is thinking?

Heck, Trump is the Commander-in-Chief and he couldn’t even persuade the Army to toss Bowe Bergdahl’s sorry butt in the brig for 40 or 50 years.

I’d also like to know why the President isn’t supposed to tell Attorney General Sessions and the Justice Department to investigate Hillary Clinton, the Podesta brothers, Susan Rice and Samantha Powers. Somebody obviously has to tell Jeff Sessions how to do his job, and it better be Trump because he’s the only person who can fire the prissy little incompetent.

● Who would have thought Jimmy Carter, of all people, would suddenly start making sense at this late date? It was Carter, a Democrat, who recently stated that Barack liar-nObama was a major disappointment. It was also Carter who said that in his lifetime no president has ever been treated as unfairly as Donald Trump.

On the other hand, Bush the elder and Bush the younger, not content with merely being mediocre presidents and irrelevant ex-presidents, decided that after eight years of biting their tongues while liar-nObama did everything humanly possible to destroy our economy, our military and our moral posture in the world, felt it incumbent to throw spitballs at Donald Trump.

The old Bush called Trump a blowhard. His son went him one better, insisting that Trump is such a disaster, he worried that he, George W. Bush, might be the last Republican ever elected president.

This is the man who spent eight years telling us what wonderful, peaceful people Muslims are, while at the same time those Islamic pacifists were killing and maiming thousands of American civilians in New York City, and our sons and daughters in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Frankly, if George W. Bush is the last RINO we ever elect to the Oval Office, it wouldn’t be such a terrible thing.

● I’m grateful that Fox exists, but I can only watch so much TV news in a single day.  These days, I’m limiting myself to Bret Baier’s Special Report and Tucker Carlson Tonight.

I understand that when Carlson has a liberal zealot on as a guest, it’s in order to best him in debate and make him like the blithering idiot he or she is. But until he installs a mute button in order to shut down the usual filibuster and force the guest to answer direct questions, it’s Carlson who comes across as inept. I feel so strongly about this, I have even sent a couple of emails to Fox, urging them to install the muting device.

I guess Mr. Carlson or his producer feels the talking over each other makes for must-see TV. But as I record everything I watch on the tube, in my case it makes for fast-forward-through-the-damn-segment TV.

● I don’t know exactly when we began to raise a variety of sacred cows in America, but I fear it may yet be the death of our culture.

It was most recently exemplified when Stephanie McKellop, a University of Pennsylvania teaching assistant admitted “I will always call on my black women students first, other people of color second, white women third and white men only as a last resort.”

By last resort, I gather she means when none of this teacher’s pets know the correct answer. Not too surprisingly, this form of bigotry isn’t limited to the Ivy League. On college campuses around the country, it’s taking place. They even have a name for it in academic circles.  It’s called progressive stacking.

It makes one wish that home schooling didn’t end with high school, but went clear up through graduate school.

● Perhaps, the area in which liberal madness is most clearly on display is in the area of immigration.

Imagine if you had been in a coma since 9/12/2001 and suddenly awoke to an America where not only cities, but entire states, have declared themselves not merely sanctuaries for illegal aliens, but in open defiance of federal law. I suspect Abe Lincoln would have known how to deal with that sort of resistance.

Then, while you were still rubbing your eyes and shaking your head, trying to clear away 16 years of cobwebs and trying to figure out how such a thing had come to pass, you got word that individual judges in places like Hawaii and Washington had decided they had the authority to prevent the President of the United States from banning immigrants even temporarily from terrorist states in the Middle East from entering the country.

The last straw probably would have been discovering that seven years after the 9/11 attack, America elected a president named Barack Hussein liar-nObama.

Suddenly, being in a coma might not seem like such a bad idea.

But at least that poor soul would have been spared 16 years of having to listen to the chowderheads constantly parroting “That’s not who we are as a people” and “We are a melting pot, a nation of immigrants.”

It’s high time people wised up to the fact that most of the people crossing our borders are not, as was the case with our ancestors, looking to become Americans.Tragically, assimilation is for millions of recent arrivals the very last thing on their minds.

I’m afraid the melting pot has melted.

Allegations vs Burden of Proof

By Craig Andresen – Right Side Patriots on American Political Radio

The GOP establishment is playing directly into the hands, and into the agenda of liberals roy-1.jpg?width=200where Judge Roy Moore is concerned, and I for one have had quite enough of it.

Rand Paul has joined the RINO chorus calling for Moore to step aside.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions who, with an apparent lack of things to do regarding the evidence against Hillary Clinton and her crime syndicate, which includes Obama has also made it known that he sees no reason NOT to believe the five women who…after decades of abject silence, have accused Moore of sexual misconduct.

Mitch McConnell, RINO extraordinaire, says that “I believe the women.”

And then…there is Senator Ted Cruz who summed up the RINO position in his disturbing statement…

{truthrevolt.org} ~ Democratic Reps. Steve Cohen, Luis Gutierrez, Al Green, and Adriano Espaillat promised that they would introduce articles of impeachment against President Trump by Thanksgiving... and they’ve made it with one week to spare. This was co-sponsored by  Reps. Marcia Fudge and John Yarmuth. “Given the magnitude of the constitutional crisis,” Cohen said, “there’s no reason for delay.” What are the charges? The group says there are five which are serious enough for impeachment: obstructing justice by firing former FBI Director James Comey, violating the Constitution’s foreign and domestic emoluments clauses, and undermining the federal judiciary as well as the press. “We have taken this action because of great concern for our country and our Constitution, our national security and our democracy," Cohen said. "We believe President Trump has violated the Constitution.” Even Democrat party leadership thinks this is a dumb move. Nancy Pulosi said that impeachment “is not someplace I think we should go” and minority whip Steny Hoyer said "Do we disagree with the policies? We do. But disagreeing with the policies is not enough to overturn an election, a free and fair election.” Hoyer said that there is no evidence of an impeachable offense. "There are a large number of Democrats that believe this president ought to be impeached, we have just a made a judgment that the facts aren’t there to pursue that.”...These representatives are idiots.  http://www.truthrevolt.org/news/articles-impeachment-introduced-against-president-trump

{news.usni.org} ~ The U.S. military is losing its technological edge, in part because Russian cyber forces have penetrated the defense industry and are stealing information... former Secretary of the Navy John Lehman said on Wednesday. “We were used, in the Cold War, to having the current edge in technology, partially because the Russians adopted a policy after World War II to draft off our technology – so they designed their fighters to use F/A-18 radar because they knew they’d be able to steal them,” Lehman said on Wednesday at a Maritime Security Dialogue event cohosted by the U.S. Naval Institute and the Center for Strategic and International Studies. “Today their cyber is so capable, even though most of the defense industry will not publicly admit it, but they’re right in from the beginning of the program with their cyber capability, so there is almost no lag. {dailysignal.com} ~ The Senate should be commended for including repeal of liar-nObamacare’s individual mandate in its tax reform plan... Repealing the mandate that forces individuals to buy health insurance would provide tax relief to millions of Americans who can’t afford the rising costs of liar-nObamacare and otherwise would be subject to the tax penalty. The Congressional Budget Office estimates that over 10 years repealing the mandate would increase federal revenue by $338 billion. This additional revenue should be used to lower tax rates for all Americans, not used to expand special-interest credits and deductions. Repealing the individual mandate can be good for tax reform. But more importantly, it is destructive and poorly designed health care policy. My Heritage Foundation colleagues Whitney Jones, Marie Fishpaw, and Edmund Haislmaier explain in a recent commentary for The Daily Signal... http://dailysignal.com/2017/11/15/senate-must-use-repeal-of-obamacare-mandate-to-lower-rates-so-all-americans-get-tax-cuts/?utm_source=TDS_Email&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=MorningBell%22&mkt_tok=eyJpIjoiWkdaall6WXhaamRrTnpReSIsInQiOiI2ZTNnZU5CMWdORmlIUlZDOFNVVjFRN1wvcGMyRVJ2dURuUjVRZGhpdGoyRlhtcklZN2V6YU9ERmtuNU50T3BsYm80NENabzUzZTFDK0plT3Q0QTlpYWMwXC9sME14aE4zT2lBd3UyYjJzRFBkRjZtTW5INFd6ODVRZGlFbnRId0NlIn0%3D

{truthrevolt.org} ~ The verdict is in.

I pronounce Democrat leaders, left-wing feminists and Beltway journalists guilty of gross negligence and hypocrisy over a dirty rotten sleazeball in their midst.

For the past 11 weeks, Bob Menendez has been on trial for 18 counts of bribery, fraud and corruption involving nearly $1 million in gifts and donations. The jury remained deadlocked as of Tuesday. A new Media Research Center analysis reported that ABC, CBS and NBC devoted 40 times more of their morning and evening TV newscast coverage this past week to Alabama GOP Senate candidate Roy Moore's alleged sexual assault accusers than to the ongoing federal trial of one of the Democrats' most powerful, visible and entrenched figures on Capitol Hill.

Four years ago, when the FBI raided the Florida home of creepy Democratic donor and eye doctor Salomon Melgen, Menendez suddenly remembered that he had failed to pay back his "hermano" $60,000 for private-jet flights to the Caribbean -- where Melgen owns a tony home in the private Casa de Campo resort.

As the party-boy buds tell it, their two decades of favor-trading were innocent, brotherly acts of affection. That little reimbursement thing for joy rides shuttling Menendez, his girlfriend, his son and his son's office manager around the world? It "fell through the cracks," the former chair of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee and lawyer explained.

Oopsie.

As government investigators discovered, the "friendship" entailed much more than backslaps and beach nights. Melgen was convicted this spring on 67 counts of massive Medicare fraud totaling $90 million. Prosecutors allege Menendez and his staff pulled strings and put pressure on public officials to back off Melgen's billing blow-up. Menendez asserts he did nothing illegal and acted not out of obligation to a high-dollar donor, but because of his sincere policy concerns about how Medicare is run.

How noble.

My favorite M&M production involves what I dubbed the 36DD visa program. This is not in dispute: Menendez and his staff pressured the State Department to expedite the foreign tourist and student visa approval processes for a bevy of buxom foreign beauties. One of them, Brazilian actress and porn pinup star Juliana Lopes Leite (a.k.a. "Girlfriend 1"), had her F-1 student visa application moved to the top of the pile in 2008 after Menendez and his staff intervened as a favor to model-lovin' Melgen.

Another, Rosiell Polanco-Suera, testified that her rejected visa application along with her sister's received reconsideration and instant approval after Melgen promised to "fix it" by reaching out to Menendez.

Flying the crony skies on taxpayer time. Systematically bilking sick old people. Turning America's visa programs into an international dating app for Dem donors.

Ho-hum.

Top Democrat leaders, so quick to call for the resignation of GOP candidates convicted in the court of public opinion, remain noncommittal about where they'll stand if Menendez is convicted. Liberal media partisans are deliberately ignoring the story because they are incapacitated by Trump Derangement Syndrome. Women's advocates looked the other way at Justice Department court filings on "specific, corroborated allegations that defendants Menendez and Melgen had sex with underage prostitutes in the Dominican Republic."

The collective silence on Sleaze-Bob -- busy raising more than $6 million for his re-election campaign and legal defense fund -- roars louder than Melgen's private jet engines.

Turns out "The Resistance" can't and won't resist a crapweasel when Democratic Party coffers and the balance of power in Washington are at stake.
