Does Obama Have The Right To Assassinate U.S. Citizens?

Then why did he? Am I next? Where is 'due process'?   In the name of 'Stopping Terrorism' does the President have the right to start killing us? 


Remember, the Tea Party has been called Terrorists by high powered Politicians including Mr. Joe Biden. Does this mean we are now on the Presidential 'hit list'?


The left has been screaming about Bush and Guantanamo Bay, but did we hunt down and openly kill U.S. Citizens there? NO! Yet, when it is convenient for the Obama administration to kill U.S. Citizens he gets a free pass?

    It is unfortunate the people just let is slip by with no outward cry of criminal intent...The Patriot Act, FISA, Homegrown Terrorist Act and the election of someone who grew up outside America, who had no working knowledge of America and was backed by ALL the major Corporations. Someone with absolutely minimal voting record. In effect the American's gave the Government every right to assassinate an American Citizen and yes...if you research the history of our Government...this is how they do business...arm them...then create a war against them.

    O.k. what I'm hearing is this 'terrorist' deserved to die and OBTW he was also a U.S. Citizen, so in the end his killing was justified.  The last time a President ordered a killing of a U.S. Citizen was during the Civil War and that was done by President Lincoln.

    Lets follow the logic:

    X. it's o.k. to kill a terrorist who is a U.S. Citizen if he/she is on foreign soil doing terrorist acts.

    No, he does not have that authority.  While I wouldn't waste any tears on that terrorist, it sets a bad precedent.  Obama's whole presidency has been one of skirting the laws and constitution, getting around them or ignoring them at every turn.  Worse, though, is that nobody holds him accountable.  Where is our Congressional Ethics Committee and what are they doing?  Where are our conservative leaders, and why aren't they speaking out, but more importantly, calling for an investigation?

     

    But if it's any consolation to you, he probably hates me more, and will shoot me first.... for whatever that's worth.

    It really raises the question, why is Obama killing Americans without due process.  He seems to be willing to extend Constitutional rights to radical extremist, but subjugates Americans with no due process. 

     

    Wild animals behave irrational when they are pinned in.  I believe the truth is, Obama will do anything to promote his re-election bid.  This is really about building a resume for political gain or re-election.  Our nation is in peril and we lack sane Constitutional Leaders in Washington.  It is time to vote the Rinos, Dinos and Progressives out.

    My answer is, NO. Not assassinate.

    If a U.S. Citizen becomes hostile in the course of a military
    action or during warfare, that Citizen becomes an enemy combatant.

    Example: WWII the U.S. executed American spies (who were U.S.
    Citizens) without due process. The police can kill a U.S. Citizen if they are
    committing a crime which does endanger the life of another.

    However, to execute a U.S. Citizen that is NOT an enemy combatant
    or committing a crime which threatens the life of another is highly suspect and
    must be adjudicated.
