Late last week thehill.com reported on the mass of pending regulations. This site already linked to it, but I'll include the link below for convenience. But for now, a quick question. Am I the only one who's sick of this crap?
In the title of this post I refer to this regulatory process as legislation, and that is more or less what it has become. These regulations carry the same weight as laws. We can be fined or imprisoned for defying these regulations and yet we have no input on the regulations themselves or on the appointment of the people who write them. People who do not represent us can use the regulatory process to impose their will upon us with impunity. Yet any word of protest is followed by an admonishment such as "Don't you understand that this is for your own good." It seems to me that everything that our government does that's "for our own good" is no damn good.
More and more these elected officials and appointed bureaucrats are violating our personal sovereignty. They have long since forgotten that We the People rule this country. Hamilton once expressed his fears about an "embryonic Caesar" and we have reelected him. And our Dictator-in-chief keeps appointing these regulators to impose his "fundamental transformation" regardless of what We the People think about it.
I for one am fed up with regulations. If the government wants to pass laws let them do so in the proper manner. Although we still get shafted when they do that. I suggest that every conservative, every TEA party activist, every constitutionalist, and everyone else who is disillusioned with this administration adopt the rallying cry of "NO LEGISLATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION" before we are all regulated into oblivion.

Since the illegal occupied white house congress and Obama has passed everything that is illegally against our constitution and our wishes. We have been asked to write letters-e-mails-make phone calls-attend town hall meetings-donate our money for last 4 1/2 years. What the hell have we gotten from it? Absolutely nothing. Sheriff Joe has done more for American public than all of Congress and White House. Congress has held more hearings and issues subpoenas against Holder ,Lerner , Obama and they all say suck off congress. Those who still believe in Obama or top republicans are out right stupid and ignorant or have sold out their country. We have to dismantle whole federal system as we have waited so long to fix problems that all has been infected with greed and corruption. Has anyone else noticed how many Americans have given up their citizenship? Obama wanted redistribution of wealth of USA and the citizens and we the people are helping him. Letting him stay in office is like cooperating and agreeing with his Muslam liberal illegal tactics.
The time to push back has been here for quite a while., but our representatives in congress are not listening.n We mush push back even harder now and get prepared to defend ourselves and our freedom.

I dont mean to be a smart as* but if you desire to stay in america you'll need to get use to it.Only thing is America in an other three years wont be a free nation anymore.America wont be a Christian Nation anymore.And of course the new religion of islam wont allow any other religion in America.We have a black dictator who is intent on taking over America and destroying it and remaking it into a muslim marxist communist nation.The only way we can avoid this fate is to stand up to him and take it back its that simple.
I do not understand why the Military is not arresting Obama. Their is a slue of criminal offences Obama can be charged with. Starting with perjury. We still do have a Military I hope. This is crazy letting him get away with what he is doing to our Country. It is NOT his country. He and Mr or Mrs Obama should be evacuated from the White House. The trillion of dollars most likely went for his private army, and Fema camps. Nice of us to help him out with our tax dollars.

I wonder what would happen if all citizens who are fed up, angry and disgusted by Obama's government (if one can call it that) would refuse to pay their taxes? There are millions of us who fall into these categories. No money for Obama to spend on himself or to throw at America's enemies. They couldn't jail all of us.
Obama is not my president.
