I would suggest the better approach is to consolidate duplicative positions with overlapping responsibilities and nearly identical jobs.
In just the past two years, the Government Accountability Office (GAO) has identified more than 1,362 duplicative programs accounting for at least $364.5 billion in federal spending every single year. . . .
During a time of budget cuts, it is irresponsible to pay two or more people to do the same job, while laying off other employees in essential positions performing critical duties.

The Elite Marxist Ruling Class Democrat President is a very sick and confused person. It starts when he was born from a Black father and white mother, (a half white and half black human), that is technically called a mulatto, but he claims he is black.... he is confused from bith. Now he thinks he is the Emperor and that is not true. He thinks he can spend endlessly and just tax the rich more when anyone in their sane mind knows you can tax 100% and not get enough to pay his Debt. He has added over a Trillion dollars of spending and created $650 billion dollars of taxes all of us are paying in our health care, food, telephone, insurance, any goods we buy, gasoline and many other items we buy everyday. So he has already created the largest tax increase in the history of the USA but he now wants more taxes so he can spend more. The only think that can save the USA now is to cut spending. The Elite Marxist Ruling Class Democrat President is sick with hate for the American people as he works diligently to destroy America as we know it. Then in 2014 ObamaCare will begin and cost $2.6 trillion dollars more that will absolutely crush the USA. We cannot stand another attack like ObamaCare, It must be repealed now. Tell your Congressmen to repeal ObamaCare. It will destroy our Health Care and no one will be able to receive health care. This will hurt the poor, the black, the Hispanic, the white and especially the elderly. We will see a collapse of the economy once it goes into effect.
