A teenage gap-year student was knifed to death in the street in broad daylight by a “laughing” stranger in Manchester, a jury has heard.

Kieran Crump-Raiswell, 18, was heading to look for a job when Imran Hussain, 27, walked up to him and “without warning” stabbed him four times in the chest, Manchester Crown Court was told.

Witnesses to the shocking scene in Whalley Range said Hussain appeared to be “sniggering” as he ran to his car and drove off, jurors heard.

The killing was the second of two street assaults committed on total strangers within 12 days in January.

Mature student Hussain, from Bracknell, Berkshire, drove from his student flat in Coventry on January 4 and punched a man in the face in Nottingham and ran off.

On January 16, he travelled up to Manchester from Coventry.

Peter Wright QC, prosecuting, said: “It is the prosecution case that on this occasion, fortified by the apparent ease at which a stranger could be attacked, this time he travelled to Manchester armed with a knife and intending to kill someone.”

A 26-year-old former soldier from Moreton has died after being attacked in the town of Rugby in the early hours of Sunday morning.

David Ryding was so badly injured he was put on a life-support machine at University Hospital Coventry & Warwickshire.

A statement from Warwickshire Police today said: “It soon became apparent that nothing could be done to save him and life was pronounced extinct at 3.30am this morning and his life-support machine has been turned off.”

Police arrested a 21-year-old man from Rugby on suspicion of murder following the incident, which occurred at 5am on Sunday, at the Clock Tower in Market Place, Rugby.

Education is not the great system it use to be back 200 plus years ago when it was first introduced.  Political agendas and politics in general spread throughout the classroom and corrupt kids minds.  Poor initiative by the people who are suppose to lead us has lead to an ever declining number of individuals who can even make the proficient category.  I hope to spend my life to reforming education for the better.  I am already finding the faults in the curriculum and am in the process of making and introducing a new curriculum to my home town school of Pine Grove Pennsylvania which will hopefully be implemented or I will fight till it has been.  good results start from the elementary level and continue through high educational standards.  We are no longer a post secondary compatible nation and a continuance of a post secondary curriculum with hold us back indefinitely.  I'm Richard Stahl and I hope to lead America's education system back to greatness.  Thank you and I hope you are with me.

     I watched all those Egyptians on TV the other day and it reminded of our country's history of becoming a country.  Just like our country, we had Loyalist and Patriots, Egypt has Radical Muslims and Patriots(including Muslims).  It seems like our country is going backwards and Egypt is going forward.  I feel like our country is going to the dogs, but I know it's just the way I feel.  We all need to, and I'll say it again, get out and go door to door and get our country back on the right track and make sure we win this next election and the one after.  I watched on TV a little of the program of the future of the republican party, they mentioned a little about the Tea Partys', especially Carl Rove who said that we were all regular people who were not really involved in political parties and didn't really know very much (at least that is what I got out of what he said), this is not verbatum.  I'am still waiting to go out canvasing, I'am just waiting for the elections to get nearer.

I recently made a video to honor our founding fathers and veterans of all kinds to show my appreciation for America's freedom. Its not much but it states a point that Courage and Wisdom created this beautiful country. Why has America become so scared of our government. Thomas Jefferson once said that we the people have the right to over throw our government when they try to control us. We do not have to do it in violence but we the people do have the right to take our country back like Egypt has done. There was over 30 million people that protested. If we the people did that then there would be no stopping them from hearing us. I miss my country. I have 4 children that do not deserve this. My children are related to John Adams and my oldest Son is 15 years old. He looks just like John Quincy Adams. He told me the other day that our government has gone out of control and he wants to become a Congressman so he can fix this mess. Does this sound familiar. John Adams started out as a Lawyer and was a member of council that eventually started the movement to fight back against the British. John Adams stated "that if all that we have done and fought for was ruined then all we have done is lost. If this happens I will be repenting in heaven to take it all back." Well its a sad thing to say that I bet he has been repenting. We the people should show our founding fathers that everything they did for us is not lost. God Bless America

There are circumstances under which a military officer is not only justified but also obligated to disobey a legal order. In supporting this assertion, I discuss where the tipping point lies between the military officer’s customary obligation to obey and his moral obligation to dissent. This topic defies black-and-white specificity but is nevertheless fundamental to an understanding of the military professional’s role in the execution of policy. It involves complex issues—among them, the question of balance between strategy and policy, and between military leaders and their civilian masters.

Any member of the military has a commonly understood obligation to disobey an illegal order; such cases are not controversial and therefore do not fall within the purview of this article. Instead, the focus is on orders that present military professionals with moral dilemmas, decisions wherein the needs of the institution appear to weigh on both sides of the equation. Whether the issuer of the order is a superior officer or a civilian leader, the same principles apply. However, because issues at the strategic level of decisionmaking have greater consequences and raise wider issues, I focus on dissent at this level.

In the face of such a dilemma, the military professional must make a decision, which cannot simply owe its justification to the principle of obedience, and must take responsibility for that decision. But when and on what grounds should the officer dissent? And how should he do so? I offer three propositions:

The United States strongly supports the great strides many African countries have made to ensure good governance, rule of law, and respect for human rights.  We commend the progress they have made to broaden political participation and improve governance, and will remain a steady partner as they continue to work to strengthen electoral processes, ensure transparency and accountability in government, and provide security while respecting and protecting universal rights and fundamental freedoms.

In addition to our ongoing diplomacy and our efforts in multilateral institutions, in 2012 the United States – through the U.S. Department of State and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) – provided more than $292 million in support for these efforts, including in the following priority areas:

Supporting Civil Society and Independent Media

Civil society and independent media play a critical role in any vibrant democracy.  Across sub-Saharan Africa, the United States supports efforts to ensure civil society organizations and independent media can organize, advocate, and raise awareness with governments and the private sector to improve political processes, transparency, and government performance.  Examples include:

• In Kenya, the $53 million Yes Youth Can program empowers nearly one million Kenyan youth to use their voices for advocacy in national and local policy-making, while also creating economic opportunities.  In advance of Kenya’s March 2013 general elections, Yes Youth Can’s “My ID My Life” campaign helped 500,000 youth obtain National identification cards, a prerequisite to voter registration, and carried out a successful nationwide campaign with Kenyan civic organizations to elicit peace pledges from all presidential aspirants.
• In Tanzania, the United States has dedicated $14 million to strengthening government accountability institutions and linking them with Tanzanian civil society watchdog groups and civic activists in a constructive partnership to further government transparency.  The program focuses on improving access to information for Tanzanian citizens in four key development sectors:  health, education, natural resource management, and food security. 
• The United States will soon launch a program in West Africa to build the capacity of civil society organizations to responsibly advocate on land tenure issues, including land rights, working closely with governments and the private sector to improve responsible natural resource utilization and the protection and advancement of human rights and economic development.

Since when did it become practical or constitutional to spend $292 million U.S. taxpayer funds on some foreign country's political processes and identification programs?

What about the hundreds of thousands, if not millions of homeless, helpless, suicidal veterans who walk the streets of the U.S. with no place to go, no way to get medical attention, no food, and no hope?  Don't we owe these people that $292 million before we waste it on some political campaign of Obama's friends in Kenya?

I thought Obama was not born in Kenya, and it was not legal for American elected officials to participate in foreign elections.  I guess these were just foolish assumptions. Obviously, we no longer have any laws except only those that are convenient for the current regime at unspecified times. This must be the New World Order.  Just make up the laws as we go, like former House Speaker, Nancy Pelosi said about the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act..."we have to vote on it, so we can tell what's in it."   This statement was prophetic, and also insanity.   I am literally in disbelief that our Congress would allow this.

In case Americans missed this important news this spring, Obama changed the War Powers Act of 1933 to include InterPol troops, something that no other president in history has done.  This allows foreign troops on our soil to fire on US citizens.  This E.O. enables President Obama to institute Martial Law and seize our bank accounts, property, and families with a pen-stroke.

In the following Text, the word “Constitution”, shall refer to the “Constitution for the United States of America”.

>1.  ”This constitution, shall be the Supreme Law of the Land; and the judges in every state shall be bound thereby, anything in the constitution or laws of any state to the contrary notwithstanding.” (U.S. Constitution, Article VI, paragraph 2.)

>2.  Article IV section I: “Full Faith and Credit” Clause

“Full Faith and Credit shall be given in each state to the public acts, records, and judicial proceedings of every other state.”; Meaning that Public Officials, Officers and Agents of the government, must provide Proof of their Authority to act, must Authenticate their Authority to act, must provide for Commercial Liability coverage for their acts to guarantee their Faithful Performance of Duties and Responsibilities to “We the People”, the Public Citizens. Therefore, their acts must be signed Affidavits, sworn to be true, correct, materially complete, and not misleading under their own Commercial Liability and Notarized for Authenticity. Anything less than this shall be construed to be Deliberately Evasionary Behavior and Fraud on their part against the Nation, its Constitution and the American People.

>3.  Article 1 section 10 of the Constitution: “No State shall… pass any… law impairing the obligation of contracts.” Nor shall any Union of the States or the Government of the United States pass any law impairing the Obligation of Contracts.

>4.  Article 6 of the Constitution:

All lawmakers, court officials, and enforcement officers are Bound by Oath to the Constitution.

All judges are Bound by Oath to support the Constitution.

14^th Amendment of the Constitution:

Due Process of Law and Equal Protection of the Law

5^th Amendment of the Constitution:

“Just Compensation”… “nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation”. Therefore, there shall be Just Compensation for Taxes prepaid for Service, not Disservice.

Oath-Consensual Commercial Consequence: Disservice mandates the application of Oath-Consensual Public Commercial Liens against the Government Treasury to Rebate Taxes to the Public to be managed and disbursed under the Public’s Oversight Control of the Government.

>5.  Article 1 section 9 of the Constitution: “No title of nobility shall be granted by the United States”.

Article 1 section 10 of the Constitution: “No State shall…  grant titles of nobility”.

>6.  14^th Amendment section 3: No person shall hold office if he rebels against, or violates the Constitution.

Article 3 section 1 of the Constitution: “The Judges, both of the Supreme and of the inferior Courts, shall hold their offices during good behaviour,…”. Inferior Courts are called District Courts.

Article 1 section 2 of the Constitution:

“The House of Representatives shall have the sole power of impeachment…”

Article 1 section 3 of the Constitution:

“The Senate shall have the sole power to try impeachments,” and the power to Judge Impeachments, and the power to convict on Impeachments.

Therefore, of the Congress of the United States of America, the House of Representatives shall impeach, and the Senate shall criminally prosecute, anyone who rebels against or violates the Constitution.

The Congress has the Duty, the Professional Responsibility, the “Commercial Liability”, and the Power to police the Judges and hold them accountable, by impeachment, indictment, trial/prosecution, judgment/conviction, and punishment according to law, including imprisonment or death, for their Criminal Behavior.

>7.  18 USC § 2 – Principals

(a) Whoever commits an offense against the United States or aids, abets, counsels, commands, induces or procures its commission, is punishable as a principal.

(b) Whoever willfully causes an act to be done which if directly performed by him or another would be an offense against the United States, is punishable as a principal.

>8.  18 USC § 3: Accessory after the fact: Whoever, knowing that an offense against the United States has been committed, receives, relieves, comforts or assists the offender in order to hinder or prevent his apprehension, trial or punishment, is an accessory after the fact.

>9.  18 USC § 4 Misprision of Felony: Whoever, having knowledge of the actual commission of a felony cognizable by a court of the United States, conceals and does not as soon as possible make known the same to some judge or other person in civil or military authority under the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.

>10.  18 USC § 241 Conspiracy Against Rights

This statute makes it unlawful for two or more persons to conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person of any state, territory or district in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him/her by the Constitution or the laws of the United States, (or because of his/her having exercised the same).

>11. 18 USC § 1622 Subornation of Perjury

Whoever procures another to commit any perjury is guilty of subornation of perjury, and shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.

>12.  18 USC § 2383 - Rebellion or insurrection

Whoever incites, sets on foot, assists, or engages in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority* of the United States or the laws thereof, or gives aid or comfort thereto, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States. Judges are failing or refusing to provide “Full Disclosure” by Affidavit sworn to be true, correct, materially complete under their own Commercial Liability, and failing or refusing to require other Court Officers and Agents to do likewise in connection with all Judicial Proceedings, and to answer all Affidavits point-by-point categorically.

Failure to provide “Full Disclosure” is Fraud.

Judges and/or County Attorneys are “Ordering” Court Clerks and County Recording Clerks to refuse the filing of Citizen’s Legal Instruments into Court Records and into Public Records.

Judge(s) who Fail or Refuse to “Order”, Officials, Officers or Agents of the government, including U.S. Attorneys, and inferior Judicial Officers of the Court called “Esquires”/Attorneys, to answer State Citizens’ Affidavits by Affidavit sworn to be true, correct, materially complete and not misleading under their own Commercial Liability, are being Deliberately Evasionary and Fraudulent.

>3.  Article 1 section 10 of the Constitution:

Judges are suppressing the “Obligation of Contracts”, by suppressing Citizens’ First Amendment Administrative Commercial Lien Right to peaceably assemble, to petition the government for redress of grievances by the use of Oath-Consensual Public Commercial Liens filed against the Rebellion or Insurrection of certain Public Officials.

>4.  Article 6 of the Constitution:

Public Officials, Officers and Agents of the government, especially Judges, are ignoring the Fact that they are bound with “Commercial Liability” by the Constitution to “We the People”, the Public Citizens, for their Tax-Financed Compensation of Service, which they are under Absolute Covenant Oath-Consensual Contract to provide to the Citizen.

14^th Amendment of the Constitution:

Congressmen are failing or refusing to “Impeach” Judges for their Criminal Behavior of violating of Citizens’ Civil Rights of “Due Process of Law and Equal Protection of the Law”.

5^th Amendment of the Constitution:

Judges are failing to provide “Just Compensation” to Tax-paying State Citizens by failing and refusing to provide for, and demand, “Truth, Affidavits, and Justice” in the Courts.

Failure to provide “Full Disclosure” is Fraud, predicated upon violation of “Due Process of Law”.

The Inferior Judicial Officers of the Court, have been given a title of Nobility, “Esquire”,

which is outlawed under the Constitution. “Esquires” are known as Attorneys. Attorneys practice “Attornment”. Lawyers practice “Law”. Lawyers serve the Public in obedience to the Constitution for the United States of America, and in obedience to the Constitutions of the several States. Living Lawfully is the Highest practice of the Law, and requires no License.

>6.  14^th Amendment section 3:

Article 1 & 3 sections 1 & 3 of the Constitution:

Congressmen are failing or refusing to “Impeach” Judges for their Criminal Behavior of violating the Constitution.

Judges are denying State Citizens the Right to an impartial Trial by Jury of their “Peers”, which means a trial by friends and people who know them. (A U.S. 7^th Amendment violation)

Judges are forcing “Equity”, Judge only, Bribery-Controllable, Courts upon the Citizens of the United States of America, without their written “Consent”.

>7.  18 USC § 2 – Principals

Public Officials, Officers and Agents of the government, especially Judges, are engaged in violation of the Constitution by failing to Honor their Oaths to the Nation, its Constitution and the American People. They are failing or refusing to answer/contest State Citizens’ Affidavits, presented to them in any Court Process or in any pretrial operations involved in any Court Process, by Affidavit sworn to be true, correct, materially complete and not misleading, under their own Commercial Liability, and they are changing the Titles of Affidavits and other Legal Documents presented to the Courts, and are therefore committing Forgery and Fraud in order to discharge them as being “Friviolous” filings.

>8. 18 USC § 3: Accessory after the fact:

Public Officials, Officers and Agents of the government, especially Judges, who receives, relieves, comforts or assists the offender in violation of the Constitution.

>9.  18 USC § 4 Misprision of Felony:

Public Officials, Officers and Agents of the government, especially Judges, who become aware of felony violations against the Nation, its Constitution and the American People, are refusing or failing to report, and initiate prosecution, against said offenders. (Civil Rights Act of 1866)

The Judges are committing Fraud by Forgery of Legal Documents by changing the Titles of Citizen’s Criminal Complaints filed pursuant to 18 USC § 4, to Civil Complaints.

>10.  18 USC § 241 Conspiracy Against Rights

Public Officials, Officers and Agents of the government, especially Judges are engaged in conspiring to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate people in their free exercise or enjoyment of their 1^st Amendment Rights of Freedom of Religion, Speech, Press and right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances, and 2^nd Amendment Rights to keep and bear arms, which is needed to enforce the 1^st Amendment Rights.

>11. 18 USC § 1622 Subornation of Perjury

For years the Internal Revenue Agents have been suborning and are still suborning County Recorders to Fraudulently file Notices of Federal Tax Liens into the County Public Records as Federal Tax Liens, on the County Tax Lien Index. The IRS Agents then suborn the Recording Clerks to give them Certified True Copies of the County Tax Lien Index, which they then use as evidence of the filing of a Lien instead of a Notice of Lien, which is a Commercial Fraud, to seize property. The “Certified True Copy” of a Recording Fraud is a Fraudulent Document.

The IRS depends upon this Fraud to collect Taxes. This Fraud is called the Federal Tax Lien Registration Act and it has been imposed upon every State and County Recorder system.

The Internal Revenue Service is not, and does not claim to be, a part of the United States Department of the Treasury.

IRS Title 26 Code (26 USC) is not Positive Law, and it violates the Constitution.

The IRS has information sharing Tax Treaties with every foreign country, including our enemies.

The IRS shares all of your Tax information with the world, aiding and abetting the enemy.

Hey America, How Much Evil Are You Willing To Tolerate ?

According to the Christian Bible, a nation's survival is totally dependent on how much the people in that nation and or society will follow the precepts and Commandments of God. History has shown quite true, that nations that follow God and His ways become blessed and quite successful. This realization was quite noted in the American's Founding Father's writings and thus the great deal of blessings many Americans have come to reap in the past. Yes, as I just highlighted and shared here... I used the word “past” because by and large, America has lost many blessings it once enjoyed for abandoning God's ways. It's not that there has not been some hardships or trials in our nation's history even when most followed God's Word, but it was often the heart and resolve of the American people to repent and then then on externally towards removing unrepentant evil and rely on God's strength, courage and success during those hardships and trials that kept the American people in continuing in God's favor.

Looking at recent events in Egypt as well as not so long ago historically also in Thailand and the Philippines, it would appear that those people in those nations have learned the lessons that most America's have forgotten, including that of having little to no tolerance for evil. En mass, the people in those foreign nations previously mentioned, have largely gathered to remove the wrongs and evils their government leaders engaged and refused to repent from. They took to the streets in mostly peaceful protest demanding the ouster of Presidents and their tyrannous government leaders. With their successful campaigns to free their societies from tyrannous evil, they had at some point obviously decided they had enough of their personal liberties and human rights being trampled on. In fact, history records that there rose among themselves common persons who took great chances of harm towards themselves including arrest and or being killed by the government for organizing, leading and actually going out to demand the ousting of corrupted and tyrannical government leaders. Unlike the majority of Americans today, one could simply say those that arose against evil government and government leaders had the moral fortitude and actual “grapes” to do something about it's removal.

With so many effeminate men now living in and ruling America, it is really no surprise to me that many men have no stomach to remove evil and even have the audacity to hide behind strong women like former Alaska State Governor Sarah Palin and current Congresswoman Michelle Bachmann. To the absolute delight of tyrannous evil here and around the world, there are very few men here that will actually take a (physical)stand against evil. Men of America are so much different and unlike America's historical past when also the Lord was still blessing America. It was often the Godly men such as Rev. Peter Muhlenberg, Rev. Abiel Foster, Rev. John Foster and many others who led not only their church congregations to remove evil but also outside their church walls as well. They often set to demand repentance from wrong doing, of course starting within themselves and then pleading and demanding of others. They did not hesitate to state and stand in their words with action and in the absolute need to take up arms against those who would force tyranny down the throats of honest men. We rarely see men like that in the pulpit today. More often then not, instead of Godly and brave men, we see “hirelings” and “wolves” propagate the idea of false gospel teachings including that of “prosperity”, “feel good”, “prayer only” and all too many other false gospel teachings that frequent the pulpits in “churches” today.

American's by and large have no fear of God and evil. This growing open “love affair” with evil has even brought us the very recent event that even Satanists have chosen to distance themselves from pro-abortionists who outside the Texas State Legislature protested with chants of “hail Satan”http://www.lifenews.com/2013/07/04/satanists-distance-themselves-from-pro-abortion-hail-satan-chants/. Tell me, how is it no man was outside chasing these evilists who proudly shouted over and over “hail Satan “ ??? Are there no more men in Texas who fear God more then mere men ? The State of Texas with it's proud Governor Rick Perry recently signing into a law allowing “Christmas” and the multitude of mega churches there contains not even one true Godly man who who go toe to toe with these quite evil people ? This incident in Texas tells a much larger story about the hearts(especially) of most American men. It is a sad day and time in America where evil runs free to do what it wants, where it wants and how it wants, without direct challenge from people who claim to be “God's very own.” What kind of sick and cowardly society allows people to openly and unashamedly shout out in public “hail Satan” ?

As many of you already know, our Federal, State and County Government's are a facade. As I have mentioned in a number of my past articles already, I have been to Washington DC and have witnessed who really runs our Government. So that the remaining ignorant may no longer claim their folly, let the truth be told that it is the endless army of lawyers, special interest groups and lobbyists that control our Government, not your so called “elected government officials.” As the many of your American Government elected an non-elected Leaders and Officials plead ignorance or flat out lie about their knowledge of wrong doing(laughing at the hypocrisy of our tyrannical Govt. as I think of the many Congressmen and Congresswomen who demand from Obama appointed Agency Department Leaders in hearings their knowledge of illegal activities, yet those same Congressman also use “'gatekeepers” like the Obama appointee's who keep knowledge of illegal activity from Congressman/women), it's not that American's don't pay attention to the vast amount of God Given and Natural Freedoms that are being taken away by our own Government on a daily basis, no not at all. In fact like me, you probably hear fellow American's “pissing and moaning” all the time about all the corruption and tyranny occurring in government all the time. Yes indeed, American's are well aware of what is occurring but largely unwilling to do anything about their own evil in cleaning up their own mess, no less participate in dragging evil out of the White House, Halls of Congress or even the Supreme Court. To the delight of Obama, the Clinton's, Holder, Cuomo, Judges Robert Noonan, Tracey Bannister, Lawyers like Julie Falvey, Donna Haslinger, Larry Friedman, Lisa Robinson, CPS, Domestic Violence Programs, illegal aliens like Jennie Basal and many other evilists in our land , the majority of men of our nation that desire their freedom and liberty back from tyranny only keep their focus of their “war on tyranny” by making more social media groups. There are very few men in the USA that have the real courage to leave their (false sense of security) home and challenge those who willfully violate our US Constitution by the minute.

Consider this last and final comment on this article a personal challenge of every America male's “manhood.” Whether you are employed in “Law Enforcement, or a “stay at home dad, or whatever your vocation may be, I'm challenging your “manhood”...God is not looking for evil hearted men, nor men who compromise with evil, not even at what some may consider the smallest percentage. God is looking for real men who will clean up their own lives, their marriage, their families and then go out to challenge other men to do the same. Additionally, God of the Bible is also looking for more than men who know how to call out orders, shoot straight or post “American history trivia challenges”on Facebook to somehow encourage other men to “fight against tyranny and evil.” God instead is looking for real men like King David, that is... a heart hard after God and wanting to rid their lives and their land of evil so that all around them in the end may live in peace by displacing evil with Godly good. Take this now as personal challenge to you.....Will you be like most men and keep hiding behind your mama's skirt and just piss and moan some more with other like minded men ? Or will you take up your Godly place and rid the evil within yourselves then on to remove unrepentant evil in our Government other places ? Let's see what you will do... I'm ready any time you are. In fact, I've already taken steps to challenge evil to it's face and have no plan in ever stopping my actions(even alone if necessary)until all evil and tyranny are completely eradicated. How about you ?(Women, this your chance to also challenge the men in your life as well). Surely if men in third-world nations(like Egypt) who know not God of the Bible can do it, why can't you ???
