The New York SAFE Law offends the spirit and word of the US Constitution.  The Bill of Rights will cease to exist if we permit it to be rewritten by knee jerk reactionaries and political opportunist seeking to centralize power in a government of the few.

The US Constitution will be relegated to a museum artifact memorialized as a quaint idea of self governed people.

It is a falsehood of the thinnest pretense, that free people are incapable of keeping their own safety to the point where State Managers criminalize it. Along with the crime of imbibing a soft drink, a hired City Manager concludes we must be protected from.  The dishonest cries of we must give up these freedoms to save lives are an insult to our human dignity.

The contagion of this hysteria driven, prefabricated crisis have infected willing accomplices, throughout New York and among members of County Legislatures, in lock step with the notion of Lords and Masters over you and I.

Some feigned they had no technical knowledge of firearms, when all they were elected to do was have a reasonable working knowledge of the Bill of Rights.

Instead, we bear witness to a willing acceptance of a capricious and arbitrary law passed in the dark of night that created over 5 million criminals in that instance.  Not to mention, the entire law enforcement community along with them.

There were over 5 million legal firearms owners in the State of New York.  The SAFE Law overnight created criminals in all of them, because among other things, a seven round magazine does not exist.

The use of the word ‘commonsense’ in a debate absent reality is useless.  It is a propaganda ploy to color anyone who disagrees with them as lacking it.

Every elected official swore an oath upon their honor to preserve, protect and defend the US Constitution and the New York Constitution from all enemies, foreign and domestic.

New York State’s Constitution clearly states that all Bills must be seasoned, or rest on the desk for an excess of 72 hours. Governor Cuomo wantonly violated it, under a falsehood of urgency.  The Governor and his accomplices should face impeachment for this attempt at perpetrating a fraud on the honest people of New York.

All elected employees who voted to pass resolutions and support the SAFE Law expressed contempt for the Constitution and violated their oath.  They have dishonored themselves and abdicate the customary title of “honorable”, which of tradition precedes their name.

There is no intellectually honest argument yet presented, that can bear the scrutiny of inspection, fact or cross examination, which remotely can begin to abrogate or infringe upon the Second Amendment.

History will bear witness that in our day, these misguided usurpers made a blatant attempt at displacing our founding documents incrementally, harboring an insidious agenda of disarming us.

There be none in the People’s legislative body, from the White House to the State House, who can begin to improve upon the majesty enshrined in the Bill of Rights.

The Bill of Rights guarantees your freedom of speech, religion and worship because it limits the power of government to disarm you.  We will never need it, until they try to take it.

The SAFE Law strips you of that inviolable right; anyone who voted for it, committed treason against every soldier who fell defending it.

In this article, Freedom of the Press is now the last line of intellectual defense by drawing upon all the powers of persuasion that can be mustered in an appeal to nothing more than the commonsense you own.

To you few, who shame your elected office, your days are numbered and your honor is stained, for history will bear this out.

If a day should come, where one drop of blood is spilled or one hour of liberty is denied to one honest American, in an attempt to enforce it, that curse be upon your head.

To any, who seek to restore their honor, find courage in the redemption of renouncing this contemptible attempt at supplanting the idea of self government with the stench of the Oligarch.  Repeal the SAFE Law and oppose everyone who voted for it, by word and deed.

You need to stop! I say stop editing the video like you do. I am a supporter of our cause but the editing of this video is just unfair. I do not like this women`s views but this is complete misrepresentation of what she said! You can find this on You tube and it really discredits the cause!

Just because the North won the Civil War by force of Arms doesn't mean that a SOVERIGN STATE doesn't have the Constitutional right to secede from the Union.  Please point to the Article , Section, and Clause in the Constitution that stops a State form seceding from the Union... I'll save you time there is none.

In fact, our forefather's feared that the 'federal government' may one day become a tyrant and the Declaration of Independence' clearly sums up the duty of a free people to throw off a tyrant... and when necessary to "institute new government, laying its Foundation on such Principals, and organizing its Powers in such Form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness." 

Our founders established Constitutional safe guards to restrain the Federal Government.  However, over time these have been eroded by ill fated men and the corruption associated with the institutions of all governments. Over time we have lost our way and the Constitution has been relegated to a bygone era and is now nothing more than a historical inconvenience to those in government.  Those safe guards no longer exist as intended and the Federal Government has grossly exceeded its Constitutional Authority... rendering the contract between the federal government and the several States (the Constitution) null and void. Where there is no contract for unity there is no UNION or REPUBLIC... hence, the States no longer need to be bound to a voided contract/Constitution.

The Declaration of Independence is a fundamental founding document... the cornerstone of our Republic.  It clearly states that governments are created among men, deriving their just Powers from the Consent of the Governed AND WHENEVER any form of Government (including our present form) becomes destructive to these Ends, it is the Right of the People to alter OR TO ABOLISH IT, and to institute a new government.

The right to secession is a GOD given right... too liberty and the pursuit of happiness.  It is the right of men to establish governments that provide for the common safety and happiness of those to be governed. 

Our present government no longer abides by these precepts and has clearly overstepped its limits under the Constitution, too engage in tyranny ... looting the wealth of our nation and its people for its own purposes. As such, it is the DUTY and Responsibility of a free people to throw off the bonds of such a government and to either reestablish those original articles and precepts that once held them secure in liberty or to form a new government as they see fit.

The right of secession is found in the Declaration of Independence... and there is no article or clause that prohibits it in the Constitution.

President Obama and his Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) signed a "deal" yesterday to "allow" Russian troops on U.S. soil to provide "security"!

This action DIRECTLY violates the Constitution of the United States, directly violates the Posse Comitatus Act - 18 U.S.C. § 1385 - and as soon as Americans discover this - I expect an immediate reaction from every constituent with a brain!

Libyan Intelligence has determined - and published - Dr. Morsi (Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood President funded into office by Barack Hussein Obama) was directly implicated in Benghazi and the murder of Ambassador Stevens, this was first aired in Kuwait News last week, it is all over the Arabic news channels, it is very slowly making its way into English language news - and President Obama continues to dump Billions of U.S. Taxpayer dollars into Egypt!

Gentlemen, I do not wear a tin-foil hat. I am a Retired Soldier and I swore an Oath to defend our Constitution against enemies foreign or domestic - as did you. I have done my diligent best the past two years writing you with every incident I can discover proving President Obama is NOT what he says he is and that his agenda for our Nation is not in the best interests of our Nation. Was that all for naught? Have I been spinning my wheels writing you and telling you everything I have discovered... just for Congress collectively to allow this man to usurp our Nation and destroy it?

I know for a fact that other Retired Soldiers - Officers and Senior Non-Commissioned Officers alike -  have written you with the same, if not similar concerns, LTC (retired) Allen West has been most vocal on these topics - why is Congress not listening to your Military? We have some experience in these things... we have personally witnessed them in foreign lands, only now to find them now occurring in our own Nation - and we are rightfully concerned!

Collectively, Congress has allowed treason to occur, the rest of the people in the World seem to know it, there are demonstrations all over the world against America, creating a situation where anyplace outside our own borders is not a secure place for Americans  - all of these things this man has done were done in the name of the People of the United States - to include killing foreign civilians by drone attacks  - and the People of the United States have been continuously writing and calling their elected in attempts to put a stop to it - you have seen evidence of this by your telephone systems being overloaded to the point of shutdown on multiple occasions, your staff continually weeks behind in responding to constituents letters and faxes  - without Congress doing more than talking, writing letters, holding hearings.... and this agenda continues!

Our National deficit is at the highest point in history; Congress has continued to allow this man to take "vacations" at U. S. taxpayer expense, the most recent - also the most expensive in the written history of man - without action on your part. What happened to "sequestration"?

Gentlemen, the time to act is now - if you fail to act and remove this entire administration - our Nation WILL fall. Congress will go down in the history books (if there are any left to write history books) as the facilitator. Do you really want that?

We ARE out of time - this is not going to go away and we are not going to survive as a free Nation if you fail to act now. The petty squabbles and partisan politics in Congress have to stop.

Are you planning on waiting until Obama declares Martial Law to act?

Lord, deliver us from evil. I was appalled hearing black University of Pennsylvania Professor Salamishah Tillet say during a panel discussion on MSNBC that pro-lifer's opposition to late-term abortion is really about white power racism.

Minority birth rates are up. Nutty professor Tillet believes those who oppose white women killing their babies are fearful of a decline of “whiteness, white supremacy, white privilege”. It takes a pretty sick mind to find racism in desiring that women not kill their babies.

By the way, Americans aborts 4000 babies a day of which a disproportionate high number are black babies. Planned Parenthood was founded by racist Margaret Sanger to fix “the negro problem”.

Liberal blacks like Professor Tillet and Democrat so-called advocates for black empowerment ignore the blatant racism of Planned Parenthood. Heck, they even cheer Planned Parenthood on. With friends like Professor Tillet, Obama and his Democrat posse, black America does not need enemies.

In his speech praising this vile organization which targets black babies, Obama said, “God Bless Planned Parenthood”. Around half of black pregnancies end in abortion. Apparently, the first black president is “down” with self-induced black genocide.

Research confirms that at the current rate of black abortions, the indigenous black man is near extinction.

Meanwhile, ill-informed blacks keep looking over their shoulders, fearful of conservative Republicans.

The fact that a vast majority of blacks continue to vote Democrat confirms that blacks are still falling for liberals urinating on them and telling them it is raining. Whenever blacks recognize the smell of urine, liberal media and Democrats tell clueless blacks that racist Republicans are the source.

As a black conservative, I know Republicans are real friends of blacks, not Democrats who say blacks are too stupid to acquire a photo ID and have for decades replaced live-in fathers in black homes with government. Thank God a few prominent blacks are beginning to wake up and smell the Democratic Party betrayal.

Two truths were exposed during Professor Tillet's remarkable chilling words on national TV. One: The visceral racial hate against whites that is pervasive, tolerated, created and nurtured in liberal academia. How many students have been influenced by this hate filled racist black professor at a cost of $50,000 a year tuition?

But folks, teaching students to hate whites, particularly white males, begins in middle school and probably earlier.

Around 15 years ago, a white friend said her son came home from middle school extremely upset in tears. The poor kid was devastated suffering with overwhelming guilt for being white after learning all the horrible things white men did to blacks, women and native Americans. His liberal agenda operative teacher actually implied that he should feel guilty.

Today, that same kid, my friends son, is a twenty-something year old zealous member of the Communist Party. He believes white males and Capitalism are the greatest sources of evil in the world. Yes, I do believe public school indoctrination contributed to this young white man's self hatred and hate for his country.

A second truth exposed in the MSNBC panel discussion is the slavery of “political correctness”. I am sure at least one of the whites on the panel was thinking in response to Professor Tillet's remarks, “this sista is crazy”. And yet, no one challenged Tillet's outrageous proclamation. The white liberals on the panel knew their place. Political correctness rule 101 is whites are forbidden to challenge “liberal” blacks.

Now as for black conservatives, well it is open season on them. As a matter fact, white liberals get a gold star beside their name for every attack on a black conservative. White liberals are granted permission by fellow liberals to “freely” use the “n” word. I have been called a “stupid self loathing n-----” for loving my country, being proud to be an American and not viewing myself as a victim.

Professor Tillet has a history of promoting wacky, far-left and racist ideas. In a sane world, Professor Tillet would be fired. A white professor expressing similar ideas in reverse would have been long gone.

Tillet is paid to infect the brains of our youths while conservative thought is banned on most campuses. Whenever students successfully sneak in a conservative speaker, the guest speaker is physically attacked with pies thrown at them and worse during their speech.

Black pundits, comedians, actors and professors are permitted and even celebrated for making racist hate-filled comments about whites. Meanwhile, the slightest slip of the tongue that could possibly be interpreted as a racial slur against blacks has ended the political and professional careers of numerous whites. Such unfortunate whites are tarred and feathered in the mainstream media – forced to beg for forgiveness while humbly bowing and kissing the rings of Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson. What a sickening visual.

Folks, Americans agree that racism is wrong which a majority have expressed by electing a black president. But somehow, black America is given a pass, allowed to be racist. This is wrong and evil. Racism should not be tolerated from whites or blacks.

The American education system is infested with hated-filled racists who hate America as founded. I am talking the likes of professors Salamishah Tillet and my friend's son's middle school teacher. Passively continuing to allow and fund their access to our precious kids is insane.

An Open Letter to the Courageous 242

It was August 17, 2011. Approximately 350 people had gathered for a meeting of the Arizona Surprise Tea Party to hear Dr. Jerome Corsi discuss his new book, “Where’s the Birth Certificate?” I had read Dr. Corsi’s book and what it revealed about Barack Obama was troubling to say the least. The book reinforced my concerns that developed after viewing President Obama’s birth certificate which was posted as a computer PDF file on the White House website, April 27, 2011.

At this point, I must clear up some issues. I was not then, nor am I now a “Birther.” I simply wanted to know the truth about the various anomalies that I had viewed on the President’s birth certificate. The Left has strategically, but erroneously given credit to Dr. Jerome Corsi as being the initiator of the plan for Sheriff Arpaio to investigate the Obama document. Dr. Corsi, came to the August 17, 2011 Surprise Tea Party meeting at my request, at my personal expense and after I gave him my written proposal about petitioning Sheriff Arpaio for a criminal investigation into Obama’s long form birth certificate. Dr. Corsi graciously consented to participate. Apparently, because it was easier to discredit the project as “conspiratorial” in nature, Dr. Corsi was labeled the initiator of the project by the Left. Dr. Corsi was simply the draw for my petition. As the initiators of the project, Denise and I were interviewed for over 3 hours by 5 members of the non-profit corporation called The Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office Cold Case Posse ( MCSO CCP). The first question asked by the CCP? “Are you going to write a book or run for public office?” We replied that our motivation for the request was to seek the truth and not to write a book or run for political office. Dr. Corsi was subsequently interviewed by the CCP. I still give credit to the good Lord for the idea.

For the 242 of you who signed my petition nearly two years ago, I want to thank you for having the courage to take a stand for the truth, especially in light of the current Obama Administration scandals that are being revealed almost on a daily basis. I believe that I have a responsibility to give you a brief update regarding what has transpired during the past twenty-two and a half months.

During our August 18, 2011 meeting with Sheriff Arpaio, my wife Denise and I, along with three members of the Surprise Tea Party and Dr. Corsi, presented the petition with your signatures requesting a criminal investigation into the alleged Obama birth certificate. On August 22, 2011, I met alone with Sheriff Arpaio and Chief Sands and presented a formal letter of request for the investigation along with an evidence book. I was asked by Sheriff Arpaio to become the liaison between the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) and the Surprise Tea Party. Sheriff Arpaio assigned the investigation to the all volunteer MCSO CCP. The Sheriff also directed that all documentation was to flow to the MCSO through me. This one directive soon became a major issue of contention when Dr. Orly Taitz tried to submit information to the investigation. She was informed by the CCP about the process. She objected and was rather abrupt with me. Much to Dr. Taitz’ credit, she later apologized. I was impressed with here sincerity and I accepted her apology. She has worked tirelessly for years on the eligibility issue.

While functioning as a Surprise Tea Party board member, I also did volunteer research for the MCSO CCP as a private citizen for 7 months. I was twice asked to formally join the CCP, once in January 2012, and also in April 2012. Mike Zullo recruited me by invitation over 3,500 existing Posse members and I was sworn into the CCP on April 17, 2012 by Sheriff Arpaio. I participated in interviews, did research and traveled in 8 states. Volunteers are not paid, however I was provided with a county unmarked Crown Vic, a CCP badge and a county gas key for my use as a Posse member. Posse members are support for law enforcement, they are not sworn police officers. I resigned from the CCP on June 30, 2012. I was twice asked by Zullo, over a 10 day period, to reconsider my resignation. During my stint with the Posse, high levels of stress landed me in the hospital. I was also uncomfortable with the potential liability issues that I could see as a CCP volunteer. But among the most pressing concerns, a year ago, I couldn’t see the investigation being brought to any meaningful conclusion. One year later, I still see no meaningful end in sight to the CCP investigation. The extended investigation may have stimulated contributions to Sheriff Arpaio’s re-election campaign and it most certainly resulted in contributions to the CCP’s financial coffers.

On March 1, 2012, the MCSO CCP announced to the public that probable cause existed that the crimes of forgery had been committed regarding the Obama birth certificate and his Selective Service System registration form. Since March 1, 2012, to my knowledge, no criminal complaint has ever been filed by Sheriff Arpaio and the MCSO CCP with state or federal officials and all members of Congress have not been notified of their findings. Crimes have been committed. One can only speculate about the lack of action and what appears to be an unwillingness to release information to those in higher authority. Is this effort really about writing another book?

Just prior to the March 1, 2012 press conference, Dr. Jerome Corsi and CCP Commander Mike Zullo co-authored a book regarding the Obama birth certificate investigation. Many on the Left and the Right were highly critical of the CCP publishing a book that is still currently for sale on the internet. I was shocked. Could it get any worse? In a recent article published by the news outlet and book publisher WND, it was disclosed the CCP is currently working on a possible 700 page report. Will the 700 page report be released free to the 242 petition signers and to the general public or, will it be sold at retail as a second book? Are book tours coming next?

At a recent (June 4, 2013) Surprise Tea Party meeting, Commander Zullo curiously referred to the CCP investigation as a “fishing expedition” and said that taxpayer money can’t be used on a “fishing expedition.” Apparently, the investigation wasn’t considered a “fishing expedition” when Maricopa County taxpayer dollars were used to send a compensated sworn MCSO Deputy to Hawaii to assist with the investigation. As I understand it, a sworn compensated Deputy is required to travel out of state with all volunteer Posse members when their official duties take them across Arizona borders. To the CCP’s credit, they tried to reimburse the county with a portion of the nearly $10,000 in taxpayer funds used for the MCSO Deputy’s trip to Hawaii. The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors refused the partial repayment of private funds offered by the CCP.

Here’s where it may get a little muddy for the possible publication and sale of a second book by the CCP. Now that taxpayer dollars have been utilized to send a paid MCSO Deputy to Hawaii to assist the volunteer, non-profit corporation called The Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office Cold Case Posse, it could be argued that Maricopa County taxpayer dollars have been used to partially fund the investigation. Do potential second book sale profits now go to the county or to the CCP? What is the opinion of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors regarding the apparent use of County taxpayer dollars, our tax dollars, in conjunction with the possible publication of a second retail book by the CCP?

On June 1, 2013 CCP members appeared at Richard Mack’s Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association (CSPOA) convention in St. Charles, MO. CCP Commander Zullo gave a closed door presentation to law enforcement officials and at least one member of Congress. There has been talk about trying to get members of the CSPOA to back Sheriff Arpaio if and when he ever approaches all members of Congress with his findings. We approached Sheriff Arpaio in August of 2011 because Congress wouldn’t investigate. If anything, with the current NSA wiretap scandal unfolding, members of Congress will exhibit even more timidity regarding the birth certificate issue.

On June 28, 2013 Sheriff Arpaio and Commander Zullo went on the air with Carl Gallups’ Freedom Friday radio program to give updates. Sheriff Arpaio stated that he could use taxpayer funds for the criminal investigation but he won’t. He stated that he authorized Zullo to attend the CSPOA meeting as his representative. From what I’m told, Zullo was not accompanied out of state by a sworn MCSO Deputy as required by department policy. By not assigning a Deputy to Zullo, county taxpayer dollars were not utilized. Why aren’t taxpayer dollars being utilized with the full resources of the Sheriff’s Department for the most important criminal investigation since Watergate? At the end of the interviews, familiar requests were made for more donations from the public for the cause. Zullo’s most remarkable statement was to tell the listening audience to “stand down” and recommended that people hold off “a little longer” contacting members of Congress on the birth certificate issue. Asking for delay? Can America really afford another delay? Weren’t the defenders in Benghazi also told to “stand down?“ We all know how that worked. It’s time for Team Arpaio to shoot straight with the American public and show us their hand. Is it a Royal Flush or is it all just a bluff? Time will tell.

President Obama could have saved us all a lot of time, aggravation, acrimony and division if he would have only had the common courtesy to put the paper hard copy of his Hawaiian long form birth certificate on display. It seems obvious to many that he has an agenda that is not in any way related to transparency or the best interests of the country. America deserves to know the truth about the alleged Obama birth certificate. Hopefully, the truth will come from a Congressional investigation or a filed criminal complaint and not from another book published by the CCP. America remains in perilous straits. God help us!

The Associated Press has reported an offer by the Afghanistan Taliban who purportedly has held the only American Soldier POW in captivity since 2009; to trade him for 5 GITMO prisoners.

Bergdahl was kidnapped while unarmed, in a latrine, while on his own base.  An alert was issued at the time to be on the look out for a white van.  Since his captors claimed responsibility for his abduction; the Geneva Conventions have not been adhered to, no one has seen him, examined him or interviewed him from the international community, Red Cross, or even negotiators.

A few photos and a video were released several  years ago as the only, scant proof of life for us to examine.

I have a working comprehension of the sensitivities involved with hostage negotiations and the adverse policy to POW exchanges as an excuse to kidnap more Americans as currency for trade.

In this particular case, we can only surmise the level of psychological torture and erosion of mental sanity an extended length of captivity a human can endure or what he must do to survive, mentally and physically.

Publicity does not help the Sgt. Bergdahl negotiation in influencing his captors.  It actually increases his propaganda value.  Neither do the detractors who say; "let him rot, he is a deserter, he belongs with his people".  

Accusing a POW of desertion and consorting with the enemy does not negate or trump the sacrosanct tradition that Americans leave no soldiers behind.  If he did indeed commit a crime, then he will be punished for it by us, under our system of justice, not the Taliban's. 

So, what can we the American public do, if we so choose to attempt to secure the release of one of our Soldiers from his captors?

Pressure your Congressional and Senate representatives.  

If the Obama Administration, have exerted all the power, prestige, might, and intellectual stamina to secure the release of the one and only American POW we know of since 2009; then they have come up way short.

Imagine the psychological torture of a POW being told that he has been abandoned by his government and his fellow countrymen.

Imagine, when they show him the news at Benghazi, the scandals, and other degenerative events taking place, and show him that his name is not in one publication or cable news casts since his capture.

Imagine, how his captors are trying to convert him, turn him to their side, to get him to deny the country and people, that have turned their backs on him.

The bottom line is this.  With all of our technology, boots on the ground, intelligence networks; we are led to believe all of our resources have been out witted, out maneuvered, and out played, by an innocuous group with none of what we have. 

Every American combat soldier is infused with the knowledge and core belief that if captured he is to keep true faith with his fellow prisoners, try to escape if can make it, and do everything he can to stay alive, secure in the knowledge, that his Commander's are doing everything they can to get you back.

It is not beyond reason to surmise the US Government could have mounted an effective rescue or quietly offer to for his release long ago.

It is evident, that there are elements in the Obama Administration who oppose a  swap or ransom payment or military rescue.

We are left  to conclude, Sgt. Bergdahl has been abandoned by the Obama Administration, because the Military I grew up in would never stop trying to retrieve a soldier officially designated a Prisoner of War.

I support a well planned, tightly executed operation to engage in a  prisoner swap in keeping with the rules of war, in this particular case, with this particular POW, and accept all of the weighted consequences, intended and unintended, to include dismissing his detractors,  to get him back.

It's about Honor, What say you?

Anyone following the list of Obama scandals and the accompanying media spin assuring us that every thing is fine, just turn the channel to a reality show; are surely on sensory overload.


 Let's just stop this torture by a thousand cuts and get down to what is happening before our 'lying' eyes. The Bill of Rights, our founding principles of guaranteed freedom for the individual from an encroaching government is being whittled down to nothing. 

 The proof is before you. There is a palpable chill on anything resembling dissent against this regime. If you oppose Obama, it is because you are a racist. 


 If you are in support of the notion of the "Tea Party", as a spiritual revival of assertive, American individuality in defying a powerful king, by tossing his "tea" into the Boston Harbor of our discontent, you are a bigot.


 First Amendment: The Right of the people to freedom of religion, press, speech shall not... well, seems the IRS under the spell of the Obama regime abolished that Amendment based on applicants with opposing perspectives, and members of the Press Corps. were targeted for no better reason. 


 The mantra that seems to lull the public into an hypnotic trance is "terrorism", "safety", "public good". Everyone just walks away as if drugged, sedated, and mindlessly aloof. 


 Second Amendment: The Right of the People..to keep and bear arms.. shall not be infringed. Well, that one is all but eradicated from the New York State Constitution. The very notion of owning a firearm is being purged from the American mind. Toy guns, cops and robbers, good guys vs. bad guys, are being scrubbed from the brain with a metal Brillo pad. 


 If a child so much as bites a pop tart into the shape of a gun, he is punished, lambasted, and treated as if he has a mental disease. Any protest to oppose it is met with again, the hypnotic mantra of; "terrorism", child safety", "security". Then the public wanders off to look at the  and animal shapes floating in the clouds. 


 Which brings us to the discussion for those of you who dare to cling to the Bill of Rights. Who dare to think for yourselves. Who dare to question. Who, if you are like me, cannot be so easily entranced into inaction. 


 First, Mr. Snowden, who is the whistle-blower that exposed the insidious conduct of the U.S. Government secretly, and without your authorization, is invading your privacy, your right to be secure in your private papers, home, and inner thoughts, with a massive, leviathan serpent driven by an insatiable  for your private information, whose belly is being built in a massive construction project in Utah, that our U.S. Congress did not know about or authorize, yet got  approval for it, under the hypnotic mantra of "safety and security and terrorism."


 Well, Bull hockey and horse apples, if you believe we are supposed to be kept safe from totalitarian minded terrorist, by surrendering our Bill of Rights to a fascistic, totalitarian government. 


 I make the case for No, Thank you. I make the case for we will keep our Bill of Rights, forego surrendering any more freedoms to this government, and reclaim those already absconded. 

 The spin story is not Mr. Snowden's hero or traitor status for exposing what the government should not be doing to us.   His and their mission is not to protect government secrets from us.  His and their mission is to protect us from a secret government trying to take over by destroying our Constitution.


 The real story is the government is doing it right under our very nose, before our eyes, under the guise of State secrets, national security, and public safety. 

 Nothing is further from the truth. The IRS was used as a political weapon against free speech and political dissent by this Regime. That is an affront and assault on the Bill of Rights.

 Our military is being torn to pieces by incompetence and dereliction at the highest levels of our Executive Branch. That is an assault on our national security of greater impact that what Mr. Snowden pointed out.


 Our economy, our currency, our markets, are being ravaged by an ideology that is incompatible with capitalism. This is an assault on our economic prosperity and attack on the fabric of our national power. 

 Now, look into my eyes, when I snap my fingers, you will wake up, reject this destructive behavior by this regime, restore our Bill of Rights, assert your individual freedom, protect your home, your family and economic well being with every molecule of your existence. 

 If we abolish the Bill of Rights, and surrender our individualism, then collectivism and totalitarianism will be all that remains. 


 SNAP!! WAKE UP!! Now get to it.

I graduated the Defense Intelligence College, Staff Attaché course in Washington, DC, during the height of the Iran Hostage Crisis, where US diplomatic personnel were held hostage for 444 days by Iran’s Ayatollah Khomieni. 

 Under the norms of international law, an attack on a diplomatic mission and their personnel is an act of war. Without divulging details of that Top Secret course; I was trained in what to do if the diplomatic mission came under attack and how to survive if taken hostage. Over the course of my , I lived for a year in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, worked on security details at the Saudi Embassy in Washington, DC, as well as provide a variety of  to other Embassies, to include the British, Kuwaiti, Jordanian among others. I also provided similar services to the US Embassy in Tel Aviv, Israel. 

 So, when I analyze the testimony and narrative provided by Hillary and Obama in regard to the fiasco at Benghazi, it does not match what every diplomatic security professional, military veteran and common-sense gifted American intuitively knows. No matter what your political flavor is, no red blooded American abides leaving our people behind at a diplomatic mission, under attack for what-ever reason, when they are frantically calling in for help, period. Yet, that is precisely what happened at Benghazi.

 For the sake of good order, let’s set aside what nefarious policy may or may not have been taking place there that would deliver a US Ambassador into the hands of Jihadist on what is a day of high security alert for every diplomatic mission, in every jihadist active country in the world, September 11th.

 Here is what happened; the US Ambassador on behalf of the President and Secretary of State went into a hot bed of Jihadist activity on Sept. 11th without an ample security detail. No military resources were put on stand-by alert to extract them as a normal precaution. When the call came in, up the entire chain of command, directly to the Commander in Chief, who was made completely aware the Ambassador and dozens of Americans were under blithering military attack as was every military commander in the region, in real time. An order to stand down from any rescue attempt was given. A stand down occurred. Our people were abandoned. A dis-information campaign, orchestrated by the White House spin machine followed. 

 Here is what did not happen; a concerted effort to deploy every military resource in the region to rescue them at best or avenge them at worst, immediately. This is the equivalent of ordering the firemen responding to a 5  to remain in the firehouse and let it burn. 

 In the chain of command, the only stand down authority who can order 4 star General Commanders to withhold their men from a rescue is the Secretary of Defense and President of the United States of America. 

This fact alone is a disgrace and dishonor to any Commander in Chief who violates the one and only inviolable and unforgivable act of any American commander, never, ever, leave a man behind, Sir.

Is this thing on?

I am sitting here trying to understand why the 41% plus of Americans that publicly identify themselves as Conservative are still supporting a political system that has……..short of shooting us down in the streets…….completely attacked and or violated every single moral, ethical, legal, religious or political value we treasure.

If the last 12 months have not demonstrated that we are living the nightmare of a 2 party political reign of terror, created by a ruling class, that has usurped power with the help and full support of elitists from academia, crony capitalists, crony finance and banking, media, and the useless idiots they have created by their monopoly of these segments of society, then what is it going to take?

If you have ever read the entire Declaration of Independence than you recognize that we have far surpassed the violations of our rights that moved our forefathers to action and subsequently create the GREATEST EXPRESSION OF SELF-DETERMINATION IN THE HISTORY OF THE WORLD!

I have changed only 10 words to modernize this document, every other word is as it was published 237 years ago this July 4th.

I have intentionally changed and moved sections to hopefully get your attention and more importantly get you mad as hell………….because you should be.

Well what could be more insane than the last 12 months of political betrayal by all members of our 3 branches of government? Do I need to list them for you, they far out way and infringe on our defined rights and liberties and defy our rule of law than anything George was guilty of 237 years ago.
