How Democracy Dies: Big Tech Becomes Big Brother

•          The power-sharing of the U.S. Federal government with Big Tech appears a recipe for unharnessed power and corruption. Russian                  opposition leader Alexei Navalny caught on right away, saying: "This precedent will be exploited by the enemies of freedom of speech            around the world. In Russia as well. Every time when they need to silence someone, they will say: 'this is just common practice, even              Trump got blocked on Twitter.'"  

•           Fortunately, governors such as Ron DeSantis in Florida, Greg Abbott in Texas and Kevin Stitt in Oklahoma are now moving ]                            legislatively to counter federal laws that may have adverse effects on freedom of speech, jobs, election integrity, the energy industry,            the first or second amendments and general constitutional rights.
•            Democracy cannot survive in a country where a few technocrats and oligarchs can choose to deny access to information or platforms             to candidates running for office. It is simply unacceptable that they alone -- unelected, unappointed, untransparent and unaccountable --        can deem what is "harmful" to society. The job now for all of us is to prevent the United States

 "Digital giants have been playing an increasingly significant role in wider society... how well does this monopolism correlate with the public interest?," Russian President Vladimir Putin said on January 27, 2021.

     "Where is the distinction between successful global businesses, sought-after services and big data consolidation on the one hand, and the efforts to rule society[...] by substituting legitimate democratic institutions, by restricting the natural right for people to decide how to live and what view to express freely on the other hand?"

     Was Mr. Putin defending democracy? Hardly. What apparently worries him is that the Big Tech might gain the power to control society at the expense of his government. What must be a nightmare for him -- as for many Americans -- is that the Tech giants were able to censor news favorable to Trump and then censor Trump himself. How could the U.S. do this to the president of a great and free country?

     Putin made these comments at the Davos World Economic Forum, in which he and Chinese President Xi Jinping, sped on by the "Great Reset" of a fourth industrial revolution, used enlightened phrases to mask dark plans for nation states in a globalist New World Order. Thus did Xi caution attendees "to adapt to and guide globalization, cushion its negative impact, and deliver its benefits to all countries and all nations."

In March 2019, Putin signed a law "imposing penalties for Russian internet users caught spreading 'fake news' and information that presents 'clear disrespect for society, government, state symbols the constitution and government institutions.'" Punishments got even heavier with new laws in December.

Meanwhile, opposition leader Alexei Navalny has been sentenced to prison for more than three years (with a year off for time served), in part because he revealed photos of a lavish Russian palace allegedly belonging to Putin on the coast of the Black Sea. Its accouterments supposedly include an $824 toilet brush. Many of the thousands of people protesting Navalny's imprisonment have since been protesting Putin by waving gold-painted toilet brushes.

How nice that American Big Tech is pushing democracy in Russia -- even while it is denying it at home. Do you notice how many leaders in Europe have risen to condemn censorship in America even though many in Europe are censoring their citizens as well?. Nor are many exactly fans of the person who was being censored, former President Donald J. Trump. Like Putin, they probably do not want Big Tech competing with their governments, either.

What watchdog, if any, is now restraining Big Tech in America? It has become quite clear that Big Tech's censorship may well have cost Trump the election, even if one ultimately finds that election fraud did not.

Big Tech took it upon itself to censor an exposé -- published by the New York Post on October 24, 2020, as well as follow-up exposés -- reporting that Hunter Biden, Joe Biden's son, had sold his influence to China and Ukraine, and had raked in millions for the family.

The Media Research Center (MRC) found that "One of every six Biden voters we surveyed (17%) said they would have abandoned the Democratic candidate had they known the facts about one or more of these news stories". That information might well have changed the outcome in all six of the swing states Biden reportedly won.

Last August, Twitter also undertook censoring the trailer of an explosive documentary entitled "The Plot Against the President." The film, narrated by Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA) with commentary by leading members of the Republican Party, exposes leading members of the Democratic Party and their deep state allies, many of whom knowingly used phony evidence to frame President Trump and some in his circle to try convince Americans that he and his campaign had colluded with the Russian government to win the 2016 election.

The film claims, using recently declassified information, that President Barack Obama, as well  as Hillary Clinton, were involved in an almost four-year attempted coup incomparably more undemocratic than any riot at the Capital Building on January 6.

Rep. Devin Nunes, the top Republican on the House Intelligence Committee, claimed in August 2020 that Biden also knew of the ongoing efforts to unseat Trump. Nevertheless, Trump did not target them, perhaps to avoid dividing the country even further.

According to the Washington Times, the Twitter account of the movie, which debuted in October 2020, attracted 30,000 followers. Twitter blacklisted it for a day, but after a public uproar, put the popular documentary back. Our question is: How many blacklistings did Twitter not put back?

The January 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol was a pivotal event for Trump and the Republican Party. Prior to January 6, President Trump had offered to deploy 10,000 troops to the capitol, according to his former Chief-of-Staff Mark Meadows. The Pentagon and the Department of Justice had also offered help but were also reportedly turned down by the US Capitol Police The problem, apparently, was "optics" -- about a Capitol now surrounded by barbed wire and thousands of troops, which the current Administration now seems to like.

Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests for further details about the event were also rejected -- it is not clear by whom. It is ridiculous, therefore, for anyone to frame the riots, ugly as they were, as a seditious "insurrection," particularly in light of what appears to be a massive security failure that could have averted the violence. One thing is certain: the timing of the event could not have been more perfect for opposition groups, which is probably why it had been planned for weeks before January 6.

What these efforts and the media did achieve was an end to all attempts to ascertain election fraud at a time when Vice President Mike Pence was counting Electoral College ballots, and allowing speeches from those supporting that claim. Some politicians even called for the resignation of Senators Ted Cruz and Josh Hawley, and referred them to the ethics committee for even suggesting an election audit of battleground states. This was despite questions having been asked -- with no objections -- concerning the results of the 2000, 2004 and 2016 presidential elections.

Ultimately, the result of the latest "witch hunt" against President Trump, as it has been called, was a contrived impeachment attempt to bar Trump from a future presidential bid -- a kangaroo court devoid of due process, hearings, witnesses, and evidence. The prosecution, however, was undeniably eloquent in evoking "democracy" for a totally undemocratic procedure that justly resulted in Trump's acquittal.

Meanwhile, Facebook and Twitter banned Trump and some of his supporters from their cyber domains. An alternative social media platform, Parler, was banned from the Apple and Google app stores, and then completely closed down by Amazon.

Meanwhile, mainstream social media platforms were reportedly used to rally, organize and carry out riots in American cities last year. No one was penalized.

Do not, however, expect such slackness now. According to Fox News:

"People like Obama-era CIA Director John Brennan and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., have made various public statements labeling Republicans as extremists -- with Ocasio-Cortez claiming the GOP has 'white supremacist sympathizers' within its ranks, and Brennan claiming 'domestic violent extremists' in the form of far-right supporters of President Trump, are more dangerous than Al Qaeda."

Columnist and radio host Jeffrey Kuhner warns that a new bill, H.R. 350, "is the liberals' equivalent of the Patriot Act redux. This time, however, it is not aimed at Islamic jihadists. Rather, it directly targets Trump patriots." Kuhner writes that the bill "has the full backing of the Democratic congressional leadership, the Biden administration... Big Media and Big Tech."

"The bill empowers the Deep State to monitor, surveil and spy on American citizens' social media accounts, phone calls, political meetings and even infiltrate pro-Trump or 'Stop the Steal' rallies."Conservatives who are deemed potentially 'seditious' or 'treasonous' can be arrested and jailed, fined and/or lose their employment. The goal is simple: to crush all dissent to the Biden regime."

Moreover, last month the new Secretary of Defense, Lloyd Austin, ordered a "stand down "of the entire military for 60 days, "so each service, each command and each unit can have a deeper conversation about this issue [extremism]." Normally stand downs last only a few hours or days and do not involve the entire military. Austin, in addition, has pledged to "rid our ranks of racists and extremists."These are words that can be applied to anyone dreamed up, including Trump supporters, and based, of course, on nothing but propaganda.

Austin's plan is therefore needless, divisive and dangerous, considering the foreign dangers now circling their prey. This punishment of the regime's "foes" makes one wonder what is next. Are we already marching in lockstep with Russia and China? The way to unite and strengthen the United States is not through suppression and punishment but through political power with checks and balances, a free press and closer adherence to the Constitution.

But here, again, there seems to be. a problem. The Federalist wrote in July:

"According to a new Quillette survey released last month, 70 percent of self-identifying liberals want to rewrite the U.S. Constitution 'to a new Americans constitution that better reflects our diversity as a people.'"Oh, so that is what we lack: diversity!

What can Americans Do? We are presently at a tipping point in America. Communist China is working hard and is focused on global domination; we are just messing around. In an increasingly digital world, the war against infringements on our freedoms most probably needs to be fought largely in the digital and cyber-space. That is why ending censorship in both the traditional and social media is such an important priority. First, break up the Big Tech companies. Let them become the utilities they originally claimed to be, or else be liable to lawsuits as other publishers are.

We do take some comfort that whereas dictatorships in authoritarian countries such as China and Russia is vertical -- from the top down -- in America, the central government shares power with the states from the bottom up, and with powers separated: the executive, the judiciary and the legislative. Fortunately, governors such as Ron DeSantis in Florida, Greg Abbott in Texas and Kevin Stitt in Oklahoma are now moving legislatively to counter federal laws that may have adverse effects on freedom of speech, jobs, election integrity, the energy industry, the first or second amendments and general constitutional rights.

This does not speak, however, to the major issue here -- that democracy cannot survive in a country where a few technocrats and oligarchs can choose to deny access to information or platforms to candidates running for office. It is simply unacceptable that they alone -- unelected, unappointed, untransparent and unaccountable -- can deem what is "harmful" to society. The job now for all of us is to prevent the United States from slowly becoming a full-blown tyranny.

If Major Leftism, aka USSR & Commie China, Killed 200 Million, What's the Defect? Why is Liberalism so Wildly Destructive?

Intro: Having observed liberalism for many years, here are observations which would appear to explain its inevitably catastrophic nature. By reading history and observing current events one easily deduces that the more liberal ideas are applied, the more failure results. Total liberalism = absolute destruction.

I. Lack of Fact Centered Beliefs:
The first and most obvious trait of Leftism is the theory lacks any provable core facts. This explains why they deify a cult of ‘science”—because if they represent “science” then they can beat down opponents with this shtick yet avoid scrutiny. Again, much Leftism relies on impossible to prove postulates such as Evolution or Global Warming. If Evolution provides an unrepeatable set of events, it is un-testable and fails the scientific method outright. Again, recall, Anthropomorphic Global Warming has never given rise to any accurate predictions in 50 years, but is daily hyped in the press as menacing earth to sell public policy.

Now, claims to redefine gender plow new, toxic soil in the goal of propagandizing the credulous. How would anyone “prove” a person’s gender since it’s based upon their current, ephemeral mental state? If a person changed their mind many times a day on which sex they are, who could deny their gender flip-flopped like a boated fish – all day long?!! Overall, Leftism presents a kingdom of opinion, always expanding, never static which is then rigged to punish or outlaw any dissent. But how will a society survive without any debate over important issues?

II. Desire for Revenge & Need to Prove Evils of Capitalism
Another inescapable aspect of modern Leftism is its bottomless thirst for revenge. Revenge for what, you ask? Good question. Outside of slavery, which no one defends, it’s a litany of unproved accusations based on ever-increasing types of harm and oppression against an incredible, ever-expanding victim pool. But the casual approach liberals take to destruction of institutions, subsets of the population and the economy is jaw dropping. If the US economy collapsed due to Covid 19 incompetence and wild spending of deficit trillions, would the Democrats celebrate? Yes. The main reason capitalism is tagged as evil is because Marx claimed the rich steal from the poor. Therefore, mixed messages from Democrats reveals a true hatred of capitalism, merely providing funds for our democratic republic to survive and thrive.

III. Insatiable Need for Revolution
Leftist suffer from a sad bankruptcy of profound ideas or productive policies. This is why Leftists cannot separate from the umbilicus of Marxism. Because there are no wholesome thoughts associated with Leftism. Instead, following Marx’s crazy claims, they demand revolution in the most sanguine and sunny times. When Democrats support Leftist DAs who refuse to enforce “quality of life” laws, they are attempting to illustrate the unseemly underbelly of capitalist society. Massive homeless compounds, used needles littering city streets, fecal piles and scary crime rates all prove the need for “Revolution.” Karl Marx’s writing partner stated at his funeral, “For Marx was before all else a revolutionist. His real mission in life was to contribute, in one way or another, to the overthrow of capitalist society and of the state institutions which it had brought into being.”

IV. Unstable Rules, Evolving Ideas & Irrationality
Another unmistakable detail of Leftism is its addiction to chaos and evolving standards which are illogical, historically indefensible and clearly deleterious to society as a whole. The BLM/Antifa/Floyd riots, looting, assaults and arson across the country were ignored and even encouraged by Democrats like Pelosi. Vice President Harris actually bailed out rioters who returned to the affray. So, what sense does it make to decry “Capital Riots” after yawning at national violence for months? Ultimately, Leftists employing shifting standards, rules and laws fosters a sense chaos, anarchy and nihilism. According to Heisenberg’s Uncertainty Principle – If rules are not established, no one can predict the future. This gives Democrats a decided advantage. Because they never have to follow the rules in any encounter and will use subterfuge, dissembling and political pressure to rig a colossal and impossibly biased attack. Against a timid foe this makes them unbeatable.

V. Liberalism as Religion
The chief reason Leftism lacks rigor and historic structure is that it’s not really a political movement at all, but a religious belief system. This is why a lack of rigor doesn’t bother the adherents, who are fine with the command-control structure, not unlike Catholicism. Leftism as a pseudo-religious cult, it’s always adapting to a combination of the latest trending theories, presented as unimpeachable facts, then buttressed by statutes and punishments.

Influential Leftist philosopher August Comte first suggested a Religion of Humanity in a society led by various “scientists”, purifying society from all superstition. The dream of the Enlightenment! It’s no coincidence a flight from reason and God was introduced by Comte, a man institutionalized at Dr Esquirol’s Sanitarium, then released as “uncured.” Today this pseudo-political cult offers apocalyptic environmentalism, unbridled wealth redistribution, radical political monism, pseudo-scientific evolutionary ethics, a full-blown sex cult, anti-free speech politicking, and gender-erasing efforts of a Frankenstein movement to deliver hormone blocking, sex reorientation even on preteens.

VI. Why do the Heathen Rage
What is this crazed effort to overturn all human history for a techno-tyrannical Marxism – on the level of difficulty in trying to boil the ocean? Psalm 2 likewise asks “Why do the heathen rage?” The answer is because the Lord is scorned, so reality is rejected. At some level, all the present, crazed innovations are reducible to a war with God. Fake religions, driven by humanism are meant to replace authentic religion. As Eric Nelson wrote in The Theodicy of Liberalism, the entire argument is actually a debate over Theodicy (aka God’s goodness in a broken universe) which finally gives birth to liberalism. Two thousand years ago it started as a theological argument then migrated to the philosophical world and is now the hidden battle driving politics. But the same question is always jousted over – Whether God is truly good.

But as Eric Voegelin wrote in The New Science of Politics – the ultimate war involves attempted deicide – trying to murder God. Why? Consider, once we rid ourselves of God, the notion of sin can be jettisoned – no longer to torment and damn mankind. Yet, this massive historical folly is doomed to fail. And all wasted efforts eminently avoidable once humans admit the most basic facts of the universe. Unfortunately, we try to hide our essential nature, like Adam and Eve skulking off to hide in the Garden from God after sin.

Instead, we must accept our origin and the state of mankind in a world deformed by sin and its consequences, for only then can we logically accept and benefit from a gracious and unmerited salvation. 

Question: Was Texas and other states deliberately targeted and is this the dark winter that Joe Biden was talking about?

KEY POINTS RE QUESTIONABLE ELECTION RESULTS IN FIVE STATES
• The U.S. Constitution gives absolute authority to State Legislatures to
determine the “manner” of how a federal election isrun.
• The U.S. Constitution gives absolute authority to State Legislatures to
appoint presidential electors.
• State Legislatures have enacted election laws that permit citizens to
participate and express their will regarding the selection of presidential
electors.
• Under the U.S. Constitution, however, State Legislatures always have final
authority regarding how presidential electors are chosen.
• Democrat Party committees and left wing allies circumvented numerous
state election codes by filing lawsuits and seeking executive agency
actions to pressure judicial and executive branches of numerous state
governments to “rewrite” their election codes without legislative action.
• In its election lawsuits, the Trump campaign documented
thousands of illegal votes that were cast, counted, and included in the final
tabulation of these five states.
• These votes violated the Election Codes adopted by the State Legislatures,
which also violates the U.S. Constitution.
• These illegal votes were outside the margin of victory in all five states.
• Time is short for the courts to remedy these wrongs and declare the
elections null and void.
• There is also a constitutional remedy:
-The U.S. Constitution vests in State Legislatures absolute authority to
choose presidential electors. If the “manner” chosen by the State
Legislature is not followed, which occurred in the 2020 presidential election
in these five states, then the State Legislature must reclaim its
constitutional authority and responsibility to do what the constitution
requires: appoint the presidential electors.
-In the alterative, the State Legislature can decide not to certify any
presidential electors because the “manner” of voting was illegal and
unconstitutional. The election than goes to the U.S. House of
Representatives.
-Congress has the ultimate responsibility for receiving and counting the
electoral college votes.
-There is no constitutional obligation for Congress to accept fraudulent vote
and electoral votes.

ARIZONA
(11 Electoral votes: 10,457 vote gap)
Democrat-controlled Maricopa County election officials did not “allow political party
observers to effectively observe” the process of verifying mail-in signatures.
• Almost 700,000 mail-in votes were counted without any Republican oversight
according to eight witnesses at the November 30 hearing in Maricopa County.
• Observers had to remain behind a specific point, which was at least ten to twelve
feet away from the counting process.
• Most of the computer screens were turned so that the observers could not see
them even if they had been sufficiently close to the screens.
• Arizona election law states that “procedures shall allow political party observers
to effectively observe the election process….” (Emphasis added.)
• Many Republicans were escorted from the building by election officials when
they protested the illegal situation of not being allowed to effectively observe the
process.
Democrat-controlled Maricopa County election officials violated Arizona election law
regarding handling duplicate ballots.
• A duplicate ballot situation arises when a ballot is damaged or defective so it
cannot be properly counted. Arizona election law requires that when a new ballot
is to be substituted for a damaged or defective ballot (duplicated), it shall only be
done in the “presence of witnesses,” shall “be clearly labeled ‘duplicate,’”
and shall “bear a serial number that shall be recorded on the damaged or
defective ballot.”
• Maricopa County transmitted electronic information for duplicate ballots to an
offsite printing company, which printed them offsite.
• The offsite company delivered the duplicate ballots to the election center in
“batches,” which were not connected to the originals in any clearly observable
way. Thus, there was no effective way of confirming whether the duplicates
matched the originals.
• The duplicating process took place without Republican witnesses.
Maricopa County utilized Dominion machines.
• Six minutes after the polls closed at 7 p.m. November 3, Biden received a net
gain of 143,100 votes. Cyber Security expert witness, retired Col. Phil Waldron,
testified that such increase was a mathematical impossibility because there were
not enough machines in use to process that many votes in that short amount of
time.
• The Dominion voting machines were connected to the internet,
thereby completely violating all security mandates.

Georgia law allows federal elections to be contested under specific provisions if
sufficient to change or place doubt in the result. The relevant provisions are 1) if there
was misconduct, fraud, or irregularity by election officials and 2) when illegal votes have
been received or legal votes rejected.
• Georgia officials allowed approximately 100,000 unqualified persons to register
and cast votes that are illegal under the above provisions as follows:
66,247 Underage persons allowed to register illegally, then voted
8,718 Potential number of persons deceased prior to the date the state
records accept votes, relying on available records re: name and birth
year. Only the Secretary of State has the full birthdate information
to ascertain the exact number of illegal votes cast in the name of
deceased persons. Witness affidavits show that absentee ballots
were sent to dead persons in Georgia
2,560 Felons
2,423 Unregistered persons
4,926 Persons registered in another state after moving from Georgia
1,043 Persons registered using a P.O Box, not a legal residence
15,700 Persons who had filed a national change of address with the USPS as
having relocated to another state prior to Election Day, and
40,279 Persons who moved without reregistering/ voting in their new
county.
• Secretary of State Raffensperger violated Georgia law, which requires voters to
request absentee ballots, no earlier than 180 days before the election for which the
absentee ballot is requested
• Raffensperger sent unsolicited absentee ballot applications to all persons on the
active voter rolls before the 2020 Georgia primary, and allowed requests for
absentee ballots for the general election by checking a box on the application for
the primary.
• At least 305,701 persons, according to State records, applied for absentee
ballots more than 180 days prior to Election Day, violating state law.
• At least 2664 absentee ballots were mailed to individuals more than 180 days
prior to Election Day, which violates state law.
Raffensperger allowed at least 217 persons to vote whose absentee ballots, according to
State records, were applied for, issued, and received all on the same day.
By signing a Consent Decree purporting to change statutory language regarding
receiving applications and ballots, Raffensperger violated Georgia law, which mandates
election officials to “compare the identifying information [on an application for an
absentee ballot] with the information on file” and if the application is signed by the
elector to “compare the signature or mark” on file. The same comparisons foridentifying
information and signature are mandated regarding information contained on the absentee
ballot. Votes not fulfilling these requirements must be rejected.
• The Consent Decree changed the number of personnel required to reject an
absentee ballot for signature mismatch.
• The Consent Decree added cumbersome steps to the mandatory signature
verification process.
• The Consent Decree allows election officials to match signatures on absentee
ballot envelopes against the application rather than against the voter file as
required by law.
• The low rejection rate of 0.34% of absentee ballots for the 2020 election
compared to 2.9% for 2016 and 3.46% in 2018 is evidence that the signature
matching and identification verification statutory mandates were not followed.
• Had the statutory procedure been followed, applying the historic
rejection rate, 30,000 to 40,000 absentee ballots lacking proper signatures
would have been rejected and not included in the vote totals.
• Raffsperger has refused to conduct a signature audit despite being
requested by the Trump campaign five times since November 10 to do so.
The Constitution and Georgia’s Election Code guarantee citizens the right to vote in a
transparent system.
• This right requires votes be counted, tabulated, and consolidated in the presence
of representatives of parties and candidates, and election observers. Further it
requires that the entire process be completely and fully open to the public.
• Georgia law also requires election duties be performed “in public,” and entitles
each candidate to poll watchers, who may be permitted behind the enclosed space
to observe the process and “counting and recording of votes.”
• Moreover, during the recount, Raffensperger declared that designated monitors
would be “given complete access to observe the process” even “more closely”
than the general public and media, which did not happen
• On Election Day, Fulton County officials claimed there was a “flood” because of
a “pipe burst.” The incident was later revealed to be a leaky toilet.
• At about 10 p.m. on Election night, Fulton County officials at State Farm Arena
instructed Republican poll watchers and the press that they were finished counting
votes for the day and made them leave. Observers were told that ballot counting
would resume at 8 a.m. the next day.
• Without the required transparency and access to observe by Republican poll
watchers, and in violation of the U.S. Constitution and Georgia law, Fulton
County officials continued from approximately 10:35 pm until 12:50 am to count
ballots taken from beneath a covered table in the counting room. It is estimated
approximately 18,000 ballots were illegally counted during this time.

MICHIGAN
MICHIGAN
(16 Electoral votes: 150,000 vote gap)
Republicans were prohibited from meaningful observation of mail-in vote counting in
Wayne County.
• Michigan law requires an election challenger “be provided a space within a
polling place where they can observe the election procedure and each person
applying to vote.” The challenger must also be allowed to “inspect poll books as
ballots are issued to electors and witness electors’ names being entered in the poll
book.”
• Michigan law authorizes the election challenger to challenge election procedures
not being properly performed, any person who the challenger has good reason to
believe is not registered, improper handling of a ballot, violations of time the
polling place is open, campaigning and fundraising by an election inspector, and
any other violation of election law.
• An election challenger may examine each ballot as it is being counted.
• Michigan law provides a felony punishable by up to two years in prison for: any
person who threatens or intimidates a challenger performing any of the above
activities, any person who prevents a challenger from exercising their rights, and
any person who fails to provide a challenger with “conveniences for the
performance of the[ir] duties.”
• Over 500,000 mail-in votes were counted in Wayne County without
any meaningful Republican observation.
• More than 100 Michigan credentialed challengers provided affidavits describing
the numerous methods used by Democrat-controlled Wayne County to deny them
a meaningful opportunity to carry out the election duties described above. Some
of these methods include the following:
- Most of the challengers designated by the Republican Party or
Republican candidate were denied access to the TCF Center
(formerly Cobo Hall) while all Democrat challengers were allowed
access.
- Those few Republicans who were admitted were not allowed sufficiently
near the vote counting process to have meaningful observation of it.
- Those few Republicans who were admitted were forced to remain at least
six feet from the vote counting process but Democrat challengers were not
forced to remain behind such a barrier.
- At least three challengers swore Wayne County election officials physically
pushed them away from the counting tables so they could not meaningfully
observe the vote count.
- Many challengers swore they were threatened and harassed by Wayne
County election officials, including being called “a racist name.”
- One challenger observed Democrat challengers sharing a packet of
information entitled “Tactics to Distract GOP Challengers.”
- An election official told a challenger that Wayne County had a police
SWAT team outside the building if Republican challengers argued too
much.
- Another election official told a challenger that “since English was not[her]
first language…[she] should not be taking part in this process.”
- Whenever a Republican challenger was ejected from the counting area,
Wayne County election officials would cheer.
- Many challengers swore that their challenges to ballots were ignored
by not being recorded or by being told “you cannot challenge this.”
One challenger was told that her challenges were no longer being
accepted because the “rules no longer applied.”
Challengers were prohibited from viewing the process for making a “duplicate” ballot.
• Michigan law states “If the rejection is due to a false read the ballot must be
duplicated by two election inspectors who have expressed a preference for
different political parties.” The duplication process must also be observed by
challengers.
• One challenger was told he was not allowed to observe ballot duplication
because it “was personal like voting.”
• Many challengers testified that duplication was performed only by Democratic
election workers.
Wayne County election officials ran batches of ballots through the vote tabulation
machines-some multiple times.
• One challenger observed a stack of about 50 ballots being fed “multiple
times” into a ballot scanner machine.

• Another challenger witnessed the same group of ballots being rescanned into the
counting machine “at least five times.”
There were numerous other violations of Michigan election law.
• When a challenger protested that the name on the ballot envelope did not match
the name on the voter list, she was told to “get away” because they were using a
“different process than other tables.”
• Many challengers swore that when a voter’s name was not in the poll
book, Wayne County election officials would enter a new record for that
voter with a birth date of January 1, 1900.
• Challengers observed ballots being counted where there was no signature or
postmark on the envelope.
• One challenger observed that batches of envelopes “bore the same signature on
the opened outer envelope.”
• Another challenger observed passengers in cars dropping off more ballots than the
number of persons in the car and an election worker accepting a ballot after 8 p.m.
on Election Day.
• One voter swore her deceased son has been recorded as voting twice since he
passed away, once in 2020.
• Numerous challengers swore they witnessed pre-dating of ballots and were
informed that officials had instructed workers to pre-date ballots.
• A law suit filed by the Great Lakes Justice Center alleges the Election Board
“systematically used false information to process ballots, such as using incorrect
or false birthdays,” including inserting “new names in the QVF [Qualified Voter
File] after the election and recording these new voters as having a birthdate of
1/1/1900.”
• An affidavit filed by elections worker Jessy Jacob swears she was trained by
officials from Detroit and the state of Michigan, both Democrat-controlled
entities. She avers she:
- was trained to pre-date ballots,
- was instructed not to ask a voter for any photo ID,
- was instructed not to look for any deficiencies in the ballots nor to
compare signatures on absentee ballots with those signatures on file,

- witnessed workers coaching voters, and
- observed “a large number of people” who asked to vote in-person, but who
had applied for an absentee ballot and were not required to produce or sign
an affidavit swearing it was lost.
Wayne County, and other Michigan counties, utilized Dominion voting machines.
• The Trump campaign requested to have an observer witness testing of the
Dominion machine. The campaign was only permitted to view part of the test of
one machine by Zoom.
• An affidavit filed by Dominion worker Melissa Carone avers that she
observed one ballot batch being counted over eight times. When she
informed her boss, he replied he did not want to hear about it.
• Ms. Carone also avers that the city workers and Dominion employees made
terrible comments about Republicans, so she did not reveal she was Republican.
Note: Biden outperformed Clinton by over 300,000 votes. He outperformed Obama by
2000 votes.

(20 Electoral votes: 82,000 vote gap)
Republicans were prohibited from observing the mail-in vote counting in Philadelphia
and Allegheny Counties.
• Over 680,000 mail-in votes were recorded without any Republican oversight.
• Although Democrats were mostly (but not always) also prohibited from observing
the mail-in vote count, it was of no significance: where Republicans were
excluded, the Democrat-controlled county had hired the counters.
• The prohibition violates state law, which requires that each candidate and political
party “shall be entitled to appoint” watchers.
• In Philadelphia, Republicans obtained a court order to allow watchers to observe
within a specific distance. Democrat-controlled Philadelphia election officials
threatened the Republicans with arrest if they walked beyond the metal barriers,
which were 20-100 feet from the vote counting area.
• Democrat-dominated Pennsylvania Supreme Court held that since the state
legislature did not specify the exact distance for “observing,” it would not do so.
Thus, it held that just being in the room (some the size of a football field) was
sufficient to “observe” under the statute.
• Allegheny and Philadelphia counties claimed the reason for not allowing
Republicans to observe the counting process was COVID. However, other
Pennsylvania counties had no such problem when permitting all candidates to
have “watchers” to observe mail-in voting.
Although Pennsylvania election law, upheld by its Supreme Court, does not provide for
“curing” a defective ballot, some counties allowed curing while others did not.
• “Curing” a ballot means that if a voter provides a mail-in ballot prior to election
day and it is defective, e.g. insufficient information on the outside envelope or
missing a second internal envelope containing the ballot, election officials contact
those voters to “cure” the defect.
• The night before the election, Secretary of State Boockar emailed all county
election officials that defective ballot voters should be contacted and provided
provisional ballots.

• Mostly Republican counties did not cure because they considered to do so
violated state election law. Mostly Democratic counties allowed voters to cure
defective ballots.
The facts above establish that votes/voters were treated differently in Pennsylvania,
depending on the county. Some votes were scrutinized by the candidates while
others were not subject to any Republican oversight. Some voters were permitted to
cure defective ballots while others were not. This difference in treatment of votes
violates constitutional Equal Protection, as decided in Bush v. Gore, where the
Supreme Court found that Florida was treating chads differently in vote counting.
The Pennsylvania legislature violated the state constitution when it passed Act 77.
The constitution permits absentee ballot voting only in a few specific instances, such
as sickness or having to work on election day. Act 77, which allows mail-in voting
for any reason, is unconstitutional.
The Pennsylvania Supreme Court violated the U.S. Constitution when it ignored the
(unconstitutional) Act 77’s deadline for receipt of ballots. Act 77 retained the
requirement that no ballot can be counted if received after 8p.m. election day.
Under the U.S. Constitution, Art. I, only state legislatures have authority to
prescribe “times, places and manner of holding elections….” The state Supreme
court changed that deadline to three days after the election and even held that if the
post mark cannot be read the ballot should be counted. Justice Samuel Alito
directed Pennsylvania officials to segregate those ballots received after the deadline
from those received timely under state law. How do we know that was done honestly
if no Republicans could observe the process?
Note: Biden outperformed Clinton in the city of Philadelphia by 20,000 plus votes. He
outperformed Obama by approximately 16,000 votes.

Absentee voting is a “privilege” under Wisconsin law and therefore must be “carefully
regulated to prevent the potential for fraud or abuse….” The Legislature has made clear
that the statutory requirements for absentee voting are mandatory and must be strictly
applied. Four major issues in Wisconsin are based on violations of these strict
provisions. Milwaukee County and Dane County, the two largest counties in the state,
counted over 200,000 votes that were cast in violation of the state constitution and its
election laws.
Wisconsin law S 6.86)(1) (ar) specifically prohibits a clerk from issuing an absentee
ballot “unless the clerk receives a written application.”
• The Canvassing Boards in Milwaukee and Dane Counties decided that the Clerk’s
receipt of the envelope that contains the completed absentee ballot satisfied that
requirement.
• 170,140 absentee ballots without the statutory required application were issued,
cast, and counted in Milwaukee and Dane Counties.
• Other Wisconsin municipalities followed the statute by requiring a written
application.
• Representatives of the Trump Campaign objected to counting absentee
ballots that did not have a written application but were overruled by the two
Democrat- controlled counties.
Wisconsin law S 6.87 (6d) is clear. “If a certificate is missing the address of a witness,
the ballot may not be counted.”
• After completing an absentee ballot, the voter must place it into a secure
envelope and seal it in front of a witness, who must sign and provide his or her
address.
• 5,517 ballots were cast and counted with incomplete or incorrect Ballot
Envelopes.
• Clerks in Milwaukee and Dane Counties illegally altered envelopes by supplying
the missing information, either by using their own knowledge or searching
unknown data bases.
• The Wisconsin Legislature in 2015 reaffirmed the long-held legal position of the
State that specifically prohibits a Clerk from altering ballots in any respect and
requires exclusion of ballots that are contained in incomplete or improperly
completed envelopes.
• Representatives of the Trump Campaign objected to counting such incomplete or
improper ballots but were overruled by the two Democrat-controlled counties.
Wisconsin law that permits a person to request absentee voting on the basis of being
Indefinitely Confined contains strict monitoring provisions.
• To qualify, a voter must be “elderly, infirm or disabled and indefinitely
confined,” such as a nursing home resident.
• Clerks are charged with reviewing and expunging from the voter rolls those
claiming to be Indefinitely Confined where the Clerk has “reliable information
[the] elector no longer qualifies for the service.” No effort was made by the
clerks in Milwaukee and Dane Counties to follow this mandate. A simple Google
search revealed “Indefinitely Confined” voters who attended weddings, parties,
and protests.
• 28,395 Indefinitely Confined Absentee Ballots were issued in Milwaukee and
Dane Counties after March 25,2020.
• In Milwaukee County, the Indefinitely Confined ballots were 11,978 in 2016
and 45,693 in 2020. In Dane County, the Indefinitely Confined ballots were
4569 in 2016 and 22,519 in 2020.
• Representatives of the Trump Campaign objected to counting Indefinitely
Confined ballots but were overruled by the two Democrat-controlled counties.
Dane County’s city of Madison on several different dates created 206 locations
dubbed “Democracy in the Park” during which absentee ballots were distributed
and certified.
• The events did not comply with Wisconsin law S6.855(1).
• The sites were not established by an act of the City of Madison CommonCouncil,
the governing body, as required by law.
• Biden campaign officials advertised the events, thus inappropriately coordinating
with the city’s election officials.
• 17,271 absentee ballots were distributed during these events.
• Representatives of the Trump Campaign objected to the counting of Democracy
in the Park votes but were overruled by the two Democrat-controlled counties.
Note: Biden outperformed Clinton in Milwaukee by 28,000 plus votes. He
underperformed Obama by 14,000 plus votes.

Of all the weird things that have happened during the never ending season of hate, over the last couple of decades, is our culture’s tolerance for out and out lies. Lies have become the norm because truth and facts just don’t matter anymore. Politicians lie on the record. (I guess that’s not news.) The media knowingly lies to support whatever their agenda of the day happens to be.

The destruction of the fabric of our culture and our very society is the result of the lies perpetrated by the progressive, liberal, secular, Socialist Democrats elitists (SDe), their surrogates in the various media, and those that bankroll them.

Useful Idiots, Climate Change, Black Lives Matters
The truth is that there is no such thing as a socialist or communist utopia. No one can point to a successful socialist or communist country anywhere in the world that isn’t run by a tyrannical, elitist, governing class. The idea of a socialist or communist utopia is a bald faced lie, and this dangerous lie has been sold 100 % to the young American useful idiots by other useful idiots in the out of control education system. These useful idiots need to try living in one of these socialist or communist utopian countries for three years as a working stiff. Maybe, just maybe, real education would then take place.

Then there is the case of human caused climate change. Since the 1970s, the SDe have been using “junk science” to sell a theory that first, climate cooling, then climate warming, and now climate change is human caused. I can safely use the term “junk science” because many of these “scientists” were exposed and have admitted they lied and simply made up data to support the lie of their theory. Even after the liars were exposed, the SDe are still successfully selling the climate change lie to the useful idiots

In our world today, we have the case of Black Lives Matter (BLM), which is an organization built on a lie that is fully supported and endorsed by SDe. BLM is nothing more than an admittedly Marxist organization (check their website) that lies about the very purpose of their organization. This is an organization that is generating violent action against law enforcement when a black individual is killed while resisting arrest. BLM is a group with a political agenda. How do I know? If black lives really mattered to BLM, they would be demonstrating in every Democrat run city in the country where nearly a hundred black people are killed almost every weekend. But oh no, black lives don’t matter when they are killed by other black people. This is probably the biggest ongoing lie in America that BLM cares about black people dying. However, BLM has been masterful in sucking millions and millions of dollars from the useful idiots that have white guilt. And it was truly masterful when BLM even sucked in the useful idiots that operate major corporations for hundreds of millions of dollars. Masterful indeed!

The Impeachment Lie
This week we are witnessing the most incredible case of lying one could ever imagine: the Senate “trial” of Donald John Trump, a private citizen. Lies! Let me count the ways. The number one lie is the title of the event; it is being called an “Impeachment.” In accordance with the U.S. Constitution, an impeachment is against an official that can be removed from their federal office. This is a lie because Donald Trump does not hold a federal office. The number two lie is the House claims to be acting against a “President.” It is a lie because the only President today is President Joe Biden. The number three lie is that if it were not a lie, this proceeding would be presided over by the Chief Justice of the United States Supreme Court. However the Chief Justice has declined to participate and perpetuate this lie. The number four lie is that Congress claims they have some sort of jurisdiction over former President Trump. That is a lie because the truth is there is nothing in the Constitution or in any other federal statute that gives any form of legal jurisdiction for Congress to place a former President on trial.

So, here we have what should be the most honest, well respected body of government in the whole wide world lying to themselves, lying to American voters, and, embarrassingly, lying to the world. They clearly think that if they keep telling their lies over and over again, these lies will somehow morph into the truth. Unfortunately they are right, to some extent, because about 30% of American voters remain their loyal useful idiots. For the rest of America and the world, it is the greatest clown show on earth. The SDe should be ashamed except they lost their ability to be shamed a long time ago.

American patriots still have high hopes of being able to reason with the SDe. Unfortunately, people that are so full of hate and people that base their values on lies can never be reasoned with. In their twisted world, truth is only what they want it to be. Accommodations and agreements cannot be made unless all parties can agree about what is true and factual.

Because of an election that was extremely suspicious in at least 6 battleground states that no one in government is willing to investigate, we now have a criminal president with dementia. We have a communist vice-president that dated her way to the top, who will probably be president soon but couldn’t get 2% of support from her own party for president. As California’s attorney general, she harassed investigative journalists for exposing Planned Parenthood for selling human body parts taken from fetuses they aborted. We have an overweight man who thinks he is a woman for Assistant Secretary of Health, while Biden insists on including those confused individuals in our military.

We’ve lost tens of thousands of jobs during the first week of Biden’s presidency on top of the millions of jobs already lost during a so-called pandemic that has been allowed to nearly wreck, for political purposes, the best economy in our history. COVID fear, perpetrated by those who can profit from it, has destroyed millions of livelihoods, families, and small businesses. At the same time Biden proceeds to open our borders to people, many with diseases we have long since eradicated, who want jobs. The ‘pandemic’ closed churches and schools in mainly Democrat cities where liberals don’t like God and teachers don’t want to teach. It kills people at a similar rate of a normal flu season, but you wouldn’t know it because every hospital that treats a COVID patient is paid much more than for treating a flu or any other like condition.

As a result, everyone, including gunshot victims are said to have the virus. Now Democrats want us to take an untested, new technology, experimental vaccine, much of it financed by Bill Gates, who believes we have too many people in the world. We have no knowledge of the long-term effects of this vaccine, but it has already killed as many as 400 people with thousands suffering serious adverse reactions. Men are even being told to freeze their sperm before getting the vaccine, because of future fertility problems. The current administration is destroying the oil and gas industry, the farming industry, the automotive industry, the transportation industry, and the personal firearms industry. They are in the process of doing away with the First Amendment, and working at killing the 2nd Amendment. They don’t like the national anthem or the pledge of allegiance, but insist they are pro-America.

Is that about right?

Why? Because the former president was getting too close to finding that much of our government is run by a criminal organization popularly referred to as the Deep State. And that this organization has aligned themselves with a communist/fascist global plan to take over the world with a single socialist government called the New World Order with a plan called the Great Reset. The current cancel culture pushed by the Left is now zeroing in on the racism in mathematics, but, don’t worry, Oregon says it has a solution. It is even affecting Democrats like Dianne Feinstein. The SF School District is considering removing her name from an elementary school because of a comment she made 37 years ago. Democrats need to place school names on chalk boards.

In essence, anyone who wants America to remain great, is now considered a domestic threat. The Democrats do not want to be disturbed while they dismantle our country. Like Bolshevik Russia, you will now be graded according to your politics. Hollywood, as crazy as they are, couldn’t come up with characters we are witnessing. Cartoon scripts are more believable.

There are powerful forces working hard to bring down America, reduce it substantially to get it ready for a global takeover, and they have taken residence within the Democrat Party. At this point, I have very grave doubts the two sides can continue to live together in peace. It has become clear to me that the Left is spoiling for a fight that the Right is trying to avoid.

The bottom line is that the Democrat leadership and their followers are totally nuts. Just because the faces are familiar doesn’t mean they are looking out for you. They are not! They have dragged this country into the gutter where they are most comfortable, but very few, it seems, are willing to say they have no clothes. Not only that, they want everyone else to disrobe and spread the sickness.

It seems the nation is in a state of shock, not knowing what to do, or who to look up to, or even if they should laugh or cry.

The Left is pissing on you and insisting its raining. I’m even concerned I’m going to get a call from some government official for writing this article, and I’m an American in America! At least I think so.

The secession of 1860 will not happen again, but a different kind is already taking place. Lately there has been so much frustration with the last election and the direction of our country that some Trump supporters have been talking about “secession.” Many conservatives and libertarians are asking if it makes sense for certain states to leave the union the way South Carolina left in 1860, after the election of Abraham Lincoln as President of the United States.

Whether it makes “sense” or not, we can be assured that it will not happen. Although the South Carolina state legislature voted in November of 1860 to initiate the process of secession, no state legislature would do that today. This is because most modern state legislatures, even conservative ones, do not have many members who are angry enough at the federal government to support seceding from it.

Americans who live in rural and some suburban areas are executing a secession of their own! Never forget that many individual state legislators are professional politicians. They may disagree with some of the policies that flow from Washington D.C., but they are not angry enough to vote for secession, and that is what is required to secede, anger. While an official secession will not happen, there will be a different type. In fact, it has already started in our country and it may not end well. 

Instead of state legislatures, dominated by urban dwellers, voting for secession, Americans who live in rural and some suburban areas are executing a secession of their own. They are disassociating themselves from the lifestyles, cultural mores, laws, and self-inflicted wounds exhibited in our large cities.

Of course, rural Americans are already living in areas removed from large cities, but geography is only one of the many differences. An even more striking distinction involves political ideology and attitudes on an array of issues like criminal justice.

Citizens living outside of ultra-progressive urban areas do not accept what is going on in large cities. Surely, the thinking is “I am not one of them. They are different from me. We do not agree on basic things, like what laws should govern human conduct.”

This mental disassociation did not exist in previous times of crisis in our country. There was much more national unity in December of 1941 or even September of 2001. At that time rural Americans and city dwellers still had many shared values and followed the same laws. Clearly, the similarity in culture and politics between rural and urban Americans is dying, and the pace of its death march is quickening.

Who can forget what happened to Mark and Patricia McCloskey in St. Louis?

This same type of disassociation is also felt by many Americans living in suburban areas. They recognize their way of life is incompatible with that exhibited in large cities. This results in suburban dwellers venturing into cities less often. Once there, they feel unsafe and unwelcome. According to the FBI, crime rates in our urban areas are significantly higher than suburban and rural areas.

More crime is not the only difference Americans notice in large cities. There are also different laws regarding decency, civility, and cleanliness. Unfortunately, manners and traditional customs are rarely, if ever, practiced.

Many horrific things can happen to you in a large city, without warning. You can be struck from behind in a “Knockout Attack,” or wounded by a stray bullet. You can be surrounded by violent demonstrators who scream at you and tell you are evil because of your wealth, race, religious views, or political beliefs. This is not a place that feels comfortable or feels like home.

Over the past few decades, millions of Americans who support traditional American values, and even some who value safety, have already left our large cities. They are disgusted with the political corruption, high taxes, racial politics, homelessness and, over the past year, the excessive Covid-19 lockdown orders.

People leaving are also those who value their second amendment rights. They do not want to be charged with a crime if they have to defend their home. Who can forget what happened to Mark and Patricia McCloskey in St. Louis?

On June 28, 2020, their neighborhood was overrun by protesters and a mob was descending on the McCloskey’s home. The couple waved firearms in front of their home to encourage the protesters to leave. No gun was ever fired at any of the trespassers. Incredibly, Mr. and Mrs. McCloskey were charged with the unlawful use of a weapon even though they feared for their lives. If convicted, they could face up to four years in prison and a fine of $10,000.

Urban areas have been failing financially for many years. As this trend continues and cities like St. Louis, Detroit, San Francisco, Seattle, Portland, Washington D.C., and New York City decline even more, these areas will simultaneously become more similar. They already have much in common politically. Future cooperation will likely continue on issues such as drug legalization, the treatment of homelessness, gun control, permissive law enforcement, and providing a sanctuary and support for illegal aliens. With so much commonality, these cities will forge even closer bonds in the days ahead.

With unworkable policies and massive bureaucracies, these cities will need greater and greater subsidies from productive, tax-paying citizens living in rural and suburban America. Urban areas have been failing financially for many years, but as the policies become more progressive, the costs are escalating even higher.

In large cities, politicians spend vast sums of money on enormous municipal government systems which include inefficient departments featuring payrolls that are too large and are too expensive. Other characteristics include broken infrastructure, rampant homelessness, and an overly generous municipal pension system.

How much longer will productive taxpayers living in rural and suburban communities agree to subsidize large cities? Sooner or later, these citizens will say “Enough is enough, we want out!” They will want the urban centers to form their own “United Cities of America,” with their own laws and lifestyles. Simultaneously, Americans living in non-urban areas will want to forge closer bonds of their own as similarities are recognized even more.

The secession of 1860 will not happen again, but a different kind is already taking place.

The Republic is not dead yet. “We the People” need to realize that we are the Republic! We the People are at the Crossroads: Perpetuation or Poisoning of the Republic?

It is well know about Ben Franklin’s prophetic warning regarding the Republic falling prey to despots, but there is another prophecy, or quite dire prediction regarding the nation that should be brought out the cobwebs of history as it may have just come true. Ironically, on January 27, 1838, a young yet unknown man gave his first official speech to an audience gathered at the Young Men’s Lyceum of Springfield, Illinois. His address was entitled, “The Perpetuation of Our Political Institutions.” The young man was 28 years of age, but soon to have a birthday, but by that time, he had been involved in politics for five years.

At such a young age this young man was truly concerned about the continued existence of the Republic— the government of the United States as it had been instituted. One of his immediate motivations for offering such a speech seems to have been the burning alive of a negro man in St. Louis. Yet, it had been only the most recent of a series of horrible events ravaging the nation over the issue of what southern ‘gentlemen’ referred to as their peculiar institution of African slavery. This young man’s concerns may be somewhat similar to our concerns in this day as we observe the ‘poisoning of the well’ by the new regime that has just come to power. In his day, the young man witnessed the President of the United States forcibly removing American Indian peoples from their ancestral homelands at gunpoint. The action was ruled unconstitutional in that time, but it did not matter. The founder of the Democrat Party, Andrew Jackson, did not concern himself with the rule of law.

Violation of the U.S. Constitution
Some things never change. The Party of Jackson has just seized the institutions of the federal government under illegal means, part of which was violation of the U.S. Constitution, and part of which included violation of their own state constitutions. Americans have just witnessed the rule of law violated again and again, and those whom we deem ‘leaders’ have failed to exercise true justice. American citizens may be just as concerned as this young man was in his time about the future of our political institutions, whether they can be salvaged and perpetuated, or whether they are slowly being poisoned by a political party insane with power. The prescient words from the young man’s speech are worth reading again because there is an uncanny parallel between the deep divisions he witnessed in his time, and that which we have been exposed to in ours The young man’s name was Abraham Lincoln. He went on to do great things. Here is a brief excerpt from that speech:

We, when mounting the stage of existence, found ourselves the legal inheritors of these fundamental blessings. We toiled not in the acquirement or establishment of them—they are a legacy bequeathed us, by a once hardy, brave, and patriotic, but now lamented and departed race of ancestors. Their’s was the task (and nobly they performed it) to possess themselves, and through themselves, us, of this goodly land; and to uprear upon its hills and its valleys, a political edifice of liberty and equal rights; ‘tis ours only, to transmit these, the former, unprofaned by the foot of an invader; the latter, undecayed by the lapse of time and untorn by usurpation, to the latest generation that fate shall permit the world to know. This task of gratitude to our fathers, justice to ourselves, duty to posterity, and love for our species in general, all imperatively require us faithfully to perform.

How then shall we perform it?—At what point shall we expect the approach of danger? By what means shall we fortify against it?—Shall we expect some transatlantic military giant, to step the Ocean, and crush us at a blow? Never!—All the armies of Europe, Asia and Africa combined, with all the treasure of the earth (our own excepted) in their military chest; with a Buonaparte for a commander, could not by force, take a drink from the Ohio, or make a track on the Blue Ridge, in a trial of a thousand years.

Are citizens witnessing a slow death by suicide of the United States?
At what point then is the approach of danger to be expected? I answer, if it ever reach us, it must spring up amongst us. It cannot come from abroad. If destruction be our lot, we must ourselves be its author and finisher. As a nation of freemen, we must live through all time, or die by suicide.

I hope I am over wary; but if I am not, there is, even now, something of ill-omen, amongst us. I mean the increasing disregard for law which pervades the country; the growing disposition to substitute the wild and furious passions, in lieu of the sober judgment of Courts; and the worse than savage mobs, for the executive ministers of justice. This disposition is awfully fearful in any community; and that it now exists in ours, though grating to our feelings to admit, it would be a violation of truth, and an insult to our intelligence, to deny. Accounts of outrages committed by mobs, form the every-day news of the times. They have pervaded the country.

Are citizens witnessing a slow death by suicide of the United States? Political leaders seem to simply want to move on, as if the most fraudulent election in our entire history has not honestly happened. They are too polite, or too refined to stoop to such nonsense as an election being stolen. Besides, the trusted mainstream media moguls have the best paid journalists to keep watch for the citizens and ensure that we ourselves would not commit suicide. Right?

Patrick Buchanan wrote a very controversial book not long ago concerning his own predictions about the demise of America. It was called “The Suicide of a Superpower.” Buchanan served as an advisor to three American presidents, and he ran for president three times. He expressed that it was only a matter of a few decades, that the United States of America would expire forever. Are we there yet? Last week, he wrote a column seemingly answering that question in his piece that he titled, “Now, the Left Owns It All,” which is brutally honest, but there are reasons he was never elected POTUS.

Definitely, the Left has seized control of the federal government and several state governments, and it does appear hopeless to most of the Christians, conservatives, and patriots who had so much hope in building a greater America. However, the nation was in a much worse situation in 1838 than it is today. It even got worse after 1838, and that young man named Lincoln who was so sincerely moved to address his audience over the future of the government, stuck with it, and moved forward with his ambitions to actually salvage the Republic. Positive change comes from people who desire it so badly no one can stop them. It is highly likely there are many Lincolns in our midst today.

Not so long ago, the Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr. and many concerned common citizens worked incredibly hard against near impossible odds. They were victorious over oppression. The nation was in a much worse situation in 1958 than it is today. To move forward in such a time as this, it will take everyone who cares about the survival of the Republic to reach into their hearts to find the passion and strength of will to take ownership of the sruggle and find the ways open to push back, to resist, to work hard, and work smart. Networks of concerned citizens need to be built around burning desires for positive and productive change. Cooperation and alliance with other networks is needed to reconstruct the institutions of the Republic from the grassroots up.

An Assessment: The Biden administration is living in an altered reality and he is in charge! OMG!!!

The Rise of The Oligarchy.....The Republic has fallen…or is in near collapse. It is rapidly becoming a working Oligarchy, faster than I thought was possible. Power will be in the hands of a few. The presidency will be controlled, in part, by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). They have the goods on Biden, his family, and many others who decided to take their money, and they intend to use it.

Our economy will be a selective capitalism with winners being chosen according to party loyalty. Almost all small business will eventually be gone. The people around Biden know he is incapable of being president. His duties will shrink in a relatively short time. Congress will be a private club of the elite, and the Supreme Court will soon find much help with the arrival of additional justices. If they can manage to do away with the Electoral College, 85% of the country, which supplies the food and energy, will be unrepresented, its people mere serfs. There would be no reason for those people having any allegiance to such a political system.

The Democrat Party will be the new Democrat-Socialist/Fascist party looking to the CCP for guidance to complete the destruction of our Judeo-Christian culture, eliminating our God, our faith, and many of our rights. Big Tech will work closely with the Biden administration to recreate our society into a totalitarian state, the very definition of fascism. They will get us ready for the move to global governance. The Democrats will waste no time building a wall (yes, I said that) around their power base. They will guard it fiercely. Any future elections will be tightly controlled as to the outcome. They now know how to do it.

Whether Big Media, academia, large corporations, and Biden supporters are aware of their future is unclear. Many, for the time being, seem to be falling in line. They are voluntarily complying. This is evident by announcements of their refusal to do business with those that do not cooperate with the new political order. Democrats have announced a new war on domestic terrorism. Sounds good until you realize the enemy are all those Trump supporters. Liberals are demanding deprogramming of conservatives. It makes further central government directives unnecessary. They have created the hate, and it has blossomed. Many on the left have not understood that their progressivism was a required prerequisite for what is to come. It is only a minor turn for what Democrats and the CCP are planning…a totalitarian, secular, socialist society using political, social, and financial coercion within a new world order of which China will be pre-eminent.

The Democrat Party is now hopelessly corrupt. The Republican Party is hopelessly spineless…and corrupt. The Republican Party will eventually die a natural death, but give birth to The Patriot Party, the only future opposition force. In what order the events will occur is unclear.

China and the Democrats have declared war on the United States. President Trump blocked China economically and militarily at every turn while supporting their freedom movement. The CCP knew they could not win a military conflict with America so they resolved to take down our government by further infiltrating every institution of our society. They found allies within the Democrat Party and decided to partner with them for one final blow, conduct a color revolution, a CIA type regime change operation to topple Trump. They used a pandemic and an election fraud scheme that is unequaled in history.

The Biden administration is living in an altered reality and they did it and are not stopping! 

This Biden government may not be fully aware as of yet, but there are signs of some concern and even paranoia. Biden was not given a government jet to take him to Washington. He had to charter a private plane. The latest analysis of the election shows that Trump had upwards of 80 million votes with Biden at about 68 million. There is even some indication that Trump may have flipped California. The majority of the 80 million are not casual voters. These Patriots represent a powerful movement that is not giving up. They know Biden could not have won the election when he spent most of his time in his basement. When he did appear, he couldn’t attract 20 people to a rally. They know the election results were fraudulent. The win illegitimate. Their quiet is deafening. They want what has been missing in this country for too long…justice.

Once again, forget all the fake polls, the majority of Americans, in spite of party, do not believe Biden won this presidential election. Between 25 - 30% of Democrats believe the election was stolen from Trump (Rasmussen). The formation of a new political party, the Patriot Party, will relegate the Republican Party to 3rd party position. The Patriots will be a force to reckon with.

The Biden administration is living in an altered reality. They know they didn’t win and are looking over their collective shoulders. There is a powerful force quietly assembling, they know that too. Maybe that is why they are working so feverishly.

But the Patriot Network is growing and America will be saved.
