             Recall that after The New York Times broke its story on Rosenstein’s apparent disloyalty, there was much speculation that Trump was about to send him packing. At the time, we noted what appeared to be an attempt by the Leftmedia to bait Trump into firing Rosenstein, so they could then allege that he had acted in a manner that obstructed justice. Given that Trump has made no secret of his disdain for Robert Mueller’s special investigation, repeatedly labeling it — or, more accurately, the “Russia collusion” angle of it — a witch hunt, “obstruction” is just about all they’ve got left to hope for.
               Following the flight, Trump noted that he “had a good talk” with Rosenstein, adding, “I didn’t know Rod before. I’ve gotten to know him, and I get along very well with him.” Later on Monday Trump alluded to the Mueller investigation, stating, “I think we’ll be treated very fairly. Everybody understands there was no collusion. There’s no Russia. It was all made up by the dummycrats-Democrats.”
               It would seem that Trump and company sniffed this rouse out and, knowing that there is nothing to support the dubious Russia-collusion allegation, are taking care to avoid any charge of obstruction of justice.

            Sick of politicians making grandiose campaign promises, only to discard them after the election, the American people shocked the world by electing a billionaire businessman and political novice in Trump, hoping that he, not beholden to special interests, would battle entrenched politicians and bureaucrats who wield enormous power in the dummycrats-DC swamp.
               Trump, from a conservative perspective, has excelled beyond all expectations, slashing massive amounts of economy-crushing regulatory red tape, opening the throttle on American energy production, creating a pro-growth economic environment, pulling us out of or reworking bad trade deals, and making American sovereignty and prosperity the yardstick by which policies are measured.
               Unfortunately, not every promise kept is a good thing, as evidenced by reports this week that Trump is giving a sop to the ethanol/corn industry, issuing a waiver for summer restrictions on E15 (15% ethanol/gas blend) fuel, paving the way for year-round use.
               This move is entirely political. In fact, after the announcement, Trump held a MAGA rally in Iowa, and that was no coincidence. Between helping Iowa Republicans in the election and heartland farmers hurt by Trump’s own tariffs, the political ramifications are significant, so this decision is, sadly, hardly surprising. For the American people, however, the benefits of expanding this boondoggle are dubious at best.
               Last year, when former EPA Director Scott Pruitt announced rollbacks to the ethanol mandate, the response was swift and forceful. Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA), chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, issued a not-so-veiled threat to President Trump that the move would have consequences; namely, seeing his judicial nominees move through Grassley’s committee at the speed of molasses. Trump got the message, and the changes were put on hold.
               Grassley however, has held up his end of the unspoken  deal, deftly ushering Trump’s Supreme Court nominee, Judge Brett Kavanaugh, through a vicious confirmation process that made the dummycrats-Democrats’ reprehensible “high-tech lynching” of Justice Clarence Thomas seem downright neighborly by comparison.
               Additionally, this ethanol decision may be the help needed to get Iowa’s Republican governor, currently trailing her dummycrats-Democrat opponent in the polls, and at least two at-risk Iowa House members, over the finish line to victory. These wins would be critical when many are predicting a  dummycrats-Democrat takeover of the House and Senate.
               As for the ethanol change itself, it’s unlikely that it will take immediate effect. A lawsuit is planned that challenges the legality of the waiver. Additionally, a bipartisan letter from 20 members of Congress from oil-producing states went to President Trump last week, opposing the measure, arguing it would do nothing to protect refinery jobs and would actually harm American consumers. And they are right.
               The ethanol mandate his been a huge victory for Midwestern agricultural states, which are essentially guaranteed a buyer for every ear of corn they can grow, and then some.
               Unfortunately, from a scientific and environmental standpoint, the mandate is a disaster. Ethanol harms gasoline engines, eating through seals, gumming up fuel systems, damaging tanks, and introducing stray moisture into the system. This leads to thousands of dollars of unnecessary repairs for consumers.
               Ethanol is 33% less energy dense than gasoline — meaning you have to burn 33% more ethanol to travel the same distance — and ethanol is dirtier than gasoline, generating significantly more formaldehyde, creating twice as much ozone smog.
               Investor’s Business Daily asks, “Do people want ethanol in their gasoline so badly they’re willing to pay extra for something that cuts their fuel efficiency by anywhere from 5% to 7% per mile?”
               Then there is the destruction to the environment caused by clearing millions of acres of land for corn production. In the year 2000, only 5% of America’s corn crop went to ethanol production. By 2013, that had skyrocketed to 40%. To envision what a boondoggle the ethanol mandate is, consider that the amount of corn required to fill a truck’s 26-gallon gas tank would feed a person for an entire year!
               A 2009 Duke University study found that growing corn for fuel production actually produces more CO2 than it saves. The Associated Press, in an in-depth investigation of the “green” energy industry entitled “The Secret, Dirty Cost of scumbag/liar-nObama’s Green Power Push,” concluded:
               The ethanol era has proven far more damaging to the environment than politicians promised and much worse than the government admits today. As farmers rushed to find new places to plant corn, they wiped out millions of acres of conservation land, destroyed habitat and polluted water supplies. …
               Five million acres of land set aside for conservation — more than Yellowstone, Everglades and Yosemite National Parks combined — have vanished on scumbag/liar-nObama’s watch. Landowners filled in wetlands. They plowed into pristine prairies, releasing carbon dioxide that had been locked in the soil. Sprayers pumped out billions of pounds of fertilizer, some of which seeped into drinking water, contaminated rivers and worsened the huge dead zone in the Gulf of Mexico where marine life can’t survive. The consequences are so severe that environmentalists and many scientists have now rejected corn-based ethanol as bad environmental policy. But the scumbag/liar-nObama administration stands by it, highlighting its benefits to the farming industry rather than any negative impact.
               President Trump has done much right since taking office, but this is a decision he needs to reconsider.
               It’s also an area where bipartisan agreement — between limited-government, free-market advocates on one side, and environmentalists on the other — could be found and, who knows, maybe even generate enough goodwill to find common ground on other issues.
               King Corn has ruled politics long enough. It’s time for a coup.

             But who was this woman? Well, it turns out, like many of the screaming protesters, she’s essentially a professional. The Wall Street Journal explains that Ana Maria Archila is a Colombia-born sexual-assault victim who “is co-executive director of the Center for Popular dummycrats-Democracy. Her salary was listed as $156,333, with a bonus of $21,378, in a recent Internal Revenue Service 990 form.” And guess who significantly funds Archila’s organization? scumbag-George Soros.
               This fact lends weight to President Donald Trump’s recent description of the anti-Kavanaugh protesters as “an angry left-wing mob” of “professional protesters who are handed expensive signs … paid for by scumbag-Soros and others.” dummycrats-Democrats and the Leftmedia have been hard at work orchestrating the “Resistance,” seeking to suggest that the majority of the country is opposed not only to Trump but to conservatism in general — hence the push back from the Leftmedia to these protesters being correctly labeled a leftist mob.

             While the classic images of Marines are those storming beaches somewhere in the Pacific, fighting house-to-house in Fallujah, or making an incredible retreat at Chosing, there is more to the Marines than just that. They do a little bit of everything.
               One of the most important, yet lesser-known, areas they are involved in is aerial combat. Not only do Marine Corps aviators help transport Marines, they are also capable of just about every aerial combat mission. Unfortunately, Marine aviation has taken some big hits since the end of the Cold War.
               In 2016, not that long ago, the Marines had to go to the boneyard to get enough F/A-18 Hornets to maintain operational readiness. These were the baseline F/A-18Cs, because the Marines never received the more capable F/A-18E/F Super Hornets. Just bringing those online not only would have made the Marines more capable but simplified logistics on Navy carriers and given the Marines an insurance policy for the F-35’s teething problems.
               Here is one other startling tidbit about the F-35B that the Marines plan to use as their only multi-role fighter: It cannot haul 2,000-pound bombs. Not the GPS-guided Joint Direct Attack Munitions, not the Paveway laser-guided bombs, not even dumb bombs. Even the old Hornets could haul 2,000-pound bombs.
               The Marines have also had to stand down a number of squadrons. Keeping the Super Hornet line open could enable them to have more squadrons on standby and maintain the ability to drop 2,000-pound bombs on the enemy. But the fixed-wing fighters aren’t the only area where Marine aviation has taken a hit.
               Currently, each Marine tilt-rotor squadron has a dozen MV-22 Ospreys, which replaced the aging CH-46 Sea Knight helicopters. That’s all well and good, but the squadrons had, at one point had up to 18 CH-46 helicopters (the number was reduced to 12 in the 1980s, according to the Thirteenth Edition of the Naval Institute Guide to the Ships and Aircraft of the United States Navy). Restoring those squadrons to 18 aircraft each would make the Marine Expeditionary Units far more capable.
               Even the Marines in the Ground Combat Element have taken hits. In 2011, the scumbag/liar-nObama administration canceled the Expeditionary Fighting Vehicle, which would have greatly helped the Marines when it came to taking Marines onto hostile beaches. Today, the new Amphibious Combat Vehicle may not enter service until 2022 and would be far less capable than the EFV.
               Marines also will be in need of ground-based air defense — another capability that has greatly atrophied since the end of the Cold War. Marines used to rely on MIM-23 HAWK surface-to-air missiles. The good news is that ground-launched versions of the AIM-120 AMRAAM are available and can be launched from the High Mobility Multi-Purpose Wheeled Vehicle. It’s a cheap and easy fix to give the Marines an urgently needed boost.
               The Marine Corp has always managed to avoid the worst of the budget axe, but since the end of the Cold War, they have taken hits. The Marines have always been elite, but “the few” need to be not-so-few, and they need the best gear they can get.

             Remember, this UN report comes just 12 years after scumbag-Al Gore declared we had 10 years left to save the planet. And 36 years after the UN itself said we had 20 years.
               This latest doomsday scenario claims that if the nations of the world don’t take major steps to reduce carbon emissions, we will miss the last opportunity to reduce rising temperatures, basically signing humanity’s death warrant. No really; they mean it this time!
               The New York Times is appalled … at President Donald Trump. “A day after the United Nations issued its most urgent call to arms yet for the world to confront the threat of climate change, President Trump boarded Air Force One for Florida — a state that lies directly in the path of this coming calamity — and said nothing about it,” the Times harrumphed in an editorial masquerading as a news report.
               The UN report calls for limiting global warming to 1.5 degrees Celsius (2.7 degrees Fahrenheit) over the next 10 years. In order to reach this goal, of course, governments must make “rapid and far-reaching” changes to their energy industries by switching to renewable energy sources and phasing out global coal production, while forcing automotive companies to ramp up production of electric cars. Several nations already want to ban combustion engines by 2040; California dummycrats-Democrats do too.
               It’s a long shot that the nations of the world can reduce carbon emissions by one million tons a year, so the UN report conveniently notes that a brief overshoot of the temperature goal will still put us on track to save the planet, so long as everyone sticks to the overall plan.
               This latest climate report follows the leftist game plan to use climate change as a path to global socialism, to bring sovereign governments and the international economy to heel under a Marxist cabal that would dictate what countries can manufacture and what people can purchase and how, or if, they travel.
               The climate alarmism of the Left goes back decades, and it has always been tied to forcing people to change their behavior in a manner that suits the leftist worldview.
               In the 1970s, we were told that overpopulation and a coming ice age would deplete our resources and cause massive starvation. The solution was for First World middle- and upper-class people to stop having children and consuming resources. In the 1980s, global warming became the new culprit with the claim that our coastal cities would all be underwater by the turn of the century. The cure? Massive price and tax hikes for First World energy producers and consumers to convince them to reduce their “carbon footprint.”
               Why should the United States pay such a high price for global warming? Of all the nations that are signatories to the Paris climate accord, America is the only one that has actually reduced carbon emissions. And, of course, we’re the only signatory to withdraw, just as Trump promised. Yet most of the solutions that scientists propose to “fix” the problem disproportionately target the capitalist U.S., leaving communist China — the world’s largest polluter — alone.
               In every instance, a large number of climate scientists have, either willingly or without realizing it, tried to advance the agenda of the Left. Some have admitted to manipulating data to enhance the danger. Others simply trash the reputations of any colleague who dares question the gospel of global warming. Reasoned debate and research, the backbone of good science, has no room when the real goal is to force a particular outcome or behavior upon the people.
               Everyone suffers in this climate of fear. When UN panels, universities, and hustlers like Gore lay out doomsday scenarios and use cooked data to warn of “last chances” and “tipping points” to stop the apocalypse, how is the public supposed to know what is true and what is false about global warming? Environmentalists appear puzzled that people aren’t more concerned about the issue. Perhaps they would be more attentive if they weren’t being lied to so brazenly.

However, Monday’s official swearing-in ceremony for Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh was palpably different. After the nation experienced one of the most contentious political battles surrounding the confirmation process of a SCOTUS nominee, the air was still thick with tension. And President Donald Trump, who has repeatedly demonstrated that he will not be bullied into silence, was not about to let the moment pass without setting the record straight.

             In introducing the newest justice, Trump started by thanking all the Supreme Court justices for their service. He specifically recognized retired Justice Anthony Kennedy, stating, “Justice Kennedy, America owes you a profound debt of gratitude for a lifetime of noble service to our nation. And I want to thank you very much.”
               After thanking several others, including Antonin Scalia’s widow Maureen and White House Counsel Don McGahn, and then welcoming Kavanaugh’s family, Trump shifted to deliberately address the elephant in the room — the dummycrats-Democrat-orchestrated hit-jobagainst Kavanaugh. Trump declared:
               I would like to begin tonight’s proceeding differently than perhaps any other event of such magnitude. On behalf of our nation, I want to apologize to Brett and the entire Kavanaugh family for the terrible pain and suffering you have been forced to endure.
               Those who step forward to serve our country deserve a fair and dignified evaluation, not a campaign of political and personal destruction based on lies and deception. What happened to the Kavanaugh family violates every notion of fairness, decency, and due process.
]               In our country, a man or woman must always be presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. And with that, I must state that you, sir, under historic scrutiny, were proven innocent.…
               Margaret and Liza, your father is a great man. He is a man of decency, character, kindness, and courage who has devoted his life to serving his fellow citizens. And now from the bench of our nation’s highest court, your father will defend the eternal rights and freedoms of all Americans.
               Trump also acknowledged the Republican senators who worked to confirm Kavanaugh, specifically highlighting the leadership of Mitch McConnell (KY), Chuck Grassley (IA) and all the Republicans of the Judiciary Committee, as well as Susan Collins (R-ME) “for her brave and eloquent speech.”
               After taking the Judicial Oath, Kavanaugh spoke of his gratitude for all those who have influenced and impacted him throughout his life. Near the end of his comments, he acknowledged that “the Senate confirmation process was contentious and emotional,” but he noted that “although the Senate confirmation process tested me, as it has tested others, it did not change me.” He pledged, “My approach to judging remains the same. A good judge must be an umpire, a neutral and impartial decider who favors no litigant or policy. A judge must be independent and must interpret the law, not make the law. A judge must interpret statutes as written. And a judge must interpret the Constitution as written, informed by history and tradition and precedent.” He then concluded, “As a Justice on the Supreme Court, I will always strive to preserve the Constitution of the United States and the American Rule of Law.”

             Like so many of his dummycrats-Democrat colleagues  and their supporters, scumbag-Booker endorses thuggery and intimidation as a legitimate expression of political dissent. And having convinced themselves that President Donald Trump is apocalyptic, they and their equally contemptible media allies have fully embraced an “ends justify the means” approach to politics that is nothing less than rank fascism, masquerading itself as a commitment to “social justice.” One of the newer weapons in their wannabe totalitarian arsenal? Doxxing.
               For American who may not be familiar with the term, “doxxing” is about searching for, and publishing, a person’s private information on the Internet, almost invariably with malicious intent. Not content with harassing Republicans  and members of the Trump administration — even in restrooms  — leftists have taken to publishing the personal information of several Republican senators in the hope that protesters will surround their homes and intimidate not just the senators themselves but members of their family, including children, as well.
              Last Tuesday, one of the alleged perpetrators of this tactic was arrested. Jackson Cosko, 27, was caught in the office of Sen. Maggie Hassan (D-NH) by one of her staffers, who called the U.S. Capitol Police. At his arraignment last Thursday, Cosko was charged with making public restricted personal information, witness tampering, threats in interstate communication, unauthorized access of a government computer, identity theft, second-degree burglary and unlawful entry. Specifically, he’s accused of posting to Wikipedia the personal information of Republican Sens. Lindsey Graham, Mike Lee, and Orrin Hatch, as well as two other senators who remain unnamed.
               According to prosecutors, Cosko was caught “at a computer.” They also allege that one senator’s Wikipedia page contained threats of future doxxing, as in the assertion “it’s my legal right as an American to post his info,” posted on the same page.
               Cosko allegedly logged onto the computer using the credentials of the staffer who caught him. Police allege that staffer received a threatening email. “If you tell anyone I will leak it all. Emails signal conversations gmails,” Cosko allegedly wrote. “Senators children’s health information and socials.”
               Cosko was a former congressional staffer in his own right — working for Hassan “from January 2017 until May 2018 as a legislative correspondent/systems administrator,” according to a spokesperson for the senator.
               Hassan apparently knows how to “pick ‘em” as it were. Another of the senator’s interns, Caitlin Marriott, was the woman who shouted, “Mr. President, f—k you!” across the Capitol Rotunda at Trump on June 19.
               Cosko has also worked for Sen. Dianne Fein-stein (D-CA) and former dummycrats-Democrat Sen. Barbara Boxer.
               His most recent Capitol Hill job is cause for curiosity. His position was initially described as that of an “unpaid intern” for Rep. scumbag-Sheila Jackson Lee (D-TX), whose office says he has been terminated. Yet according to his own lawyer, Cosko was a far more important “fellow in her office,” one “paid by an outside institution,” Fox New reports. What outside institution? Perhaps Rep. scumbag-Jackson Lee, whose office insists they’re fully cooperating with the police, could enlighten us. No doubt by sheer coincidence, Cosko allegedly posted all the personal info shortly after Christine Blasey Ford testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee.
               Unsurprisingly, the media has attempted to shape The Narrative. “Kentucky’s Republican Sens. Mitch McConnell and Rand Paul joined a growing group of D.C. lawmakers who have had their private information leaked to the public,” reports the Louisville Courier Journal.
               Not DC lawmakers. Republicans, three of whom sat on the Judiciary Committee during the Brett Kavanaugh hearings.
               Moreover, Republican senators needed police escorts to shield them from protesters unlawfully demonstrating in Senate offices. Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA) and Sens. Susan Collins (R-ME), Jeff Flake (R-AZ), and John Kennedy (R-LA) were swarmed by protesters demanding they block Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh’s appointment to the Court. 
               So how did CNN Political Commentator Sally Kohn view the orchestrated chaos? “This, my fellow Americans, is what democracy looks like,” she insisted.
               No, this is what Brownshirt thuggery, replete with more  than 300 arrests, death threats aimed at GOP senators and their families, and Kavanaugh and his family, looks like, Ms. Kohn.
               As for doxxing, it would be useful if Kohn herself experienced what Rand Paul’s wife, Kelly, has detailed in an open letter directed at scumbag-Cory Booker, regarding how she and her husband are currently forced to live:
               “It’s nine o'clock at night, and as I watch out the window, a sheriff’s car slowly drives past my home,” she writes. “I am grateful that they have offered to do extra patrols, as someone just posted our home address, and Rand’s cell number, on the internet — all part of a broader effort to intimidate and threaten Republican members of Congress and their families. I now keep a loaded gun by my bed. Our security systems have had to be expanded. I have never felt this way in my life.”
               Mrs. Paul then reminds the Sally Kohns of the world that Rand was present at the congressional baseball practice when commie-Bernie Sanders campaign volunteer James Hodgkinson — who had a list of Republican names in his pocket — nearly killed Rep. Steve Scalise, and that Rand himself had six ribs broken by a neighbor “leaving him with lung damage and multiple bouts of pneumonia.”
               “The thing I don’t understand is, why do dummycrats-Democrats like scumbag-Cory Booker, scumbag/mad-Maxine Waters, Chuck scumbag/clown-Schumer, etc., think they are the only ones who can use violence to advance their cause?” asks  columnist John Hinderaker. “Do they not understand what a whirlwind they will unleash if they try to use political violence as a path to power?”
               dummycrats-Democrats have already unleashed the whirlwind. From the purposeful chaos they created on first day of Kavanaugh’s judicial hearing, right through the end of the  seventh FBI investigation they insisted was insufficient, Democrats — in lockstep with a corrupt media lending credence to maliciously outlandish accusations — made sure their ideological allies remained in a heightened state of hysteria. Allies like Jackson Cosko and others who believe it is their “duty” to make America’s lawmakers and their families as vulnerable as possible to the mob.
               Allies who, if guilty as charged, must be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
               “There are no random events,” writes columnist Michael Goodwin. “It is a straight line from the unprecedented plot by President Barack scumbag/liar-nObama’s administration to infiltrate and wiretap the Trump campaign in the summer of 2016 to the scurrilous accusations of sexual misconduct against Kavanaugh.”
               It’s what happens where leftists believe they are entitled to run the country, even when the electorate says otherwise. And it’s easy to understand how dummycrats-Democrats can convince a certain segment of the public to act like a hate-filled, braying, anti-democratic mob:

             Regarding Chinese propaganda, Pence charged, “Beijing has mobilized covert actors, front groups and propaganda outlets to shift Americans’ perception of Chinese policies. … What the Russians are doing pales in comparison to what China is doing across this country.” Pence later noted, “In June, Beijing circulated a sensitive document, entitled ‘Propaganda and Censorship Notice,’ that laid out its strategy. It states that China must ‘strike accurately and carefully, splitting apart different domestic groups’ in the United States.” He further highlighted that, “by one estimate, more than 80 percent of U.S. counties targeted by China voted for President Trump in 2016. China wants to turn those voters against our administration.”
               On China’s threat to fair trade, Pence noted, “To win the commanding heights of the 21st century economy, Beijing has directed its bureaucrats and businesses to obtain American intellectual property — the foundation of our economic leadership — by any means necessary.” Pence welcomed “fair and reciprocal” bilateral trade with China but warned that the U.S. will “levy even more tariffs” if Beijing refuses.
               Finally, Pence called out China over its aggressive militarization of the South China Sea with its illegal construction of artificial islands, stating, “America had hoped that economic liberalization would bring China into greater partnership with us and with the world. Instead, China has chosen economic aggression, which has in turn emboldened its growing military.” Then noting an incident from earlier this week in which a Chinese naval vessel sailed within 50 yards the USS Decatur as it sailed through globally recognized international waters in the South China Sea, Pence declared, “Despite such reckless harassment, the United States Navy will continue to fly, sail and operate wherever international law allows and our national interests demand. We will not be intimidated. We will not stand down.”
               The Trump administration’s stance toward China has been appropriate for a communist nation that presents quite the geopolitical challenge to the U.S. Pence’s words are welcome.

             Albright is, of course, a dummycrats-Democrat fixture and a trusted friend and supporter of liar-Bill and liar-Hillary Clinton. Her February 2016 comment was meant to criticize and marginalize women who didn’t toe the angry-leftist line in supporting liar-Clinton in the 2016 election. In that case, of course, there are a lot of women whose “sin” of thinking for themselves has them judged and sentenced for Hades.
               The circus events of the last several weeks whirling around the Senate confirmation hearings of now-Associate Justice Brett Kavanaugh reveal a great deal about the tremendous divide among those with XX chromosomal biology. Yes, the female gender does, indeed, have a biological code, complete with hormones unique to women. But those facts are either rejected or minimized by the political Left, which relies on identity politics to slice and dice individuals into segments of voters, framed with a narrative of a grievance aligned with the identity of that segmented voter group — women, blacks, homosexuals, illegal immigrants, etc. Of course, those grievances will be remedied only by dummycrats-Democrat-run government intervention.
               The #MeToo movement was used in hopes that America would see a conservative jurist blocked from the Supreme Court by a broken woman, Dr. Christine Blasey Ford, who became a living, breathing victim willing to step up to expose a crime that had been perpetrated against her 36 years ago. The aim of the angry women on the Left was to provide a sense of justice to all women who had been harassed, assaulted, raped, or in any way abused by a man — particularly a man who, in their minds but with no evidence, had escaped confrontation and prosecution only to rise to great prominence due to his white, male biology. dummycrats-Democrats worked to galvanize all women around a surrogate target of hate that would influence the midterm votes of millions.
               This #MeToo effort morphed into a #YouToo scenario: You, too, could see your brother, your son, your husband or yourself sitting accused of serious crimes with no evidence to support the allegations, yet facing public humiliation and the assassination of character and career. In the attempt to paint every man as a drunken fool driven by animalistic instincts without discipline or care, the militant women have successfully framed themselves to be emotionally incontinent, incapable of reason and critical thinking, and driven by their own feminine organs, which they wear as hats at protests.
               Instead of identifying with women angry and aggrieved, there are more women, regardless of partisan identification, who have husbands, while imperfect, who are life partners and friends. There are more women who have those annoying brothers who always welcomed the advice and intervention of a sister in important moments in life. There are women, young and old, with sons, and those women now see a world without a system of justice, replaced by a hyper-politicized process that could publicly crucify her own child and his future.
               Add to this reality the fact that conservative women don’t find their identity merely in a political label. Their identity doesn’t come with a set of emotions, grievances, or a victim status like a boxed Barbie complete with a themed wardrobe. It doesn’t come with a segregated menu of issues that all lead back to a demanded right to kill an unplanned or unwanted child in the womb.
               With less than four weeks from the Nov. 6 elections, the dummycrats-Democrats’ much-hyped “blue wave” is jeopardized by a counterforce of conservative women standing alongside the men in their lives. Polling has captured the momentum of the highly energized angry female on the Left suddenly eclipsed by a 12-point surge of Republican women, who now lead the “enthusiasm gap” in a Marist poll that had them, back in July, as less concerned or engaged.
               Maybe it’ll turn out that the Left’s fact-free assault on Brett Kavanaugh will backfire.
               In 2004, the palette of issues that moved female voters revolved around security, hence, the push by the George W. Bush campaign for the security moms. In 2010, there were a field of female candidates endorsed by former Alaskan Governor and VP nominee Sarah Palin deemed the Mama Grizzlies. In 2018, women again play a vital role in the outcome of these critical midterm elections. This November, voters will decide whether America’s federal legislative body is run by those who are promoting chaos and mob rule driven by emotional malcontents and who turn individual citizens into subjects whose identity and rights come only from a massive government — or whether it’s run by those who guard the Liberty that authentically empowers individuals in a nation governed by the Rule of Law. Which is it, #MeToo or #YouToo?

             Shortly after a highly contested 50 to 48 vote last Saturday, Kavanaugh was administered his oath by Chief Justice John Roberts, becoming the 114th Supreme Court Justice. After his nomination was delayed, he will be seated on the Court a week into its current term, as Justice Roberts noted, “so that he can begin to participate in the work of the Court immediately.”
               Joe Manchin (D-WV) was the sole dummycrats-Democrat voting for Kavanaugh, relieving the need for Steve Daines (R-MT) to return from his daughter’s wedding Saturday to cast his vote in favor of Kavanaugh. Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R?-AK) voted “present.”
               This latest SCOTUS vote represents the lowest support for any nominee, just behind the 52-48 vote to confirm Justice Clarence Thomas in 1991, and a partisan trend. The 2005 confirmation of George Bush’s nominee John Roberts was 78–22, with half of dummycrats-Democrats voting with Republicans. Bush’s 2006 nominee Samuel Alito was confirmed by a vote of 58-42. Donald Trump’s nominee Neil Gorsuch was confirmed by a vote of 54-45. Adding Judge Kavanaugh to the Court restores it to the balance under Ronald Reagan.
               What is also notable about this vote is that, since the 1991 confirmation of Justice Thomas, no Republican president replaced a dummycrats-Democrat appointment to the Court. Despite the absurdly contentious opposition to Kavanaugh, should President Trump have the opportunity to replace a Democrat-nominated justice — Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Stephen Breyer, Elena Kagan, or Sonia Sotomayor — expect the dummycrats-Democrats to go completely ballistic.
               Sen. Bob Casey (D-PA) summed up the vote for  dummycrats-Democrats: “It was a very tense moment in the chamber. I think that reflects the tension in the country.” It reflects precisely the tension dummycrats-Democrats hoped to generate.
               For Republicans, Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) said, “A good man made it through a terrible process. If this is not bottom, God help us.”
               Sen. Susan Collins (R-ME), who cast a deciding vote for Kavanaugh, said, “We have come to the conclusion of a confirmation process that has become so dysfunctional it looks more like a caricature of a gutter-level political campaign than a solemn occasion. … One can only hope that the Kavanaugh nomination is where the process has finally hit rock bottom.”
               But I doubt we have hit rock bottom in dummycrats-Democrat partisanship, and given the extreme reactions they have fomented, security details for SCOTUS members and congressional Republicans need to be greatly enhanced.
               The partisan debates over Kavanaugh’s nomination defined several overarching distinctions between Republicans and dummycrats-Democrats in general, and we hope the American people took notice.
               First, after Donald Trump nominated a second constitutional constructionist candidate for the Supreme Court, one who would uphold his oath “to support and defend” our Constitution’s Rule of Law as every justice should, dummycrats-Democrats tipped their power-lusting statist hand for the nation to see in full.
               dummycrats-Democrats made clear that they don’t support the fundamental principles of Rule of Law, and they object to SCOTUS nominees who do. They want nominees who will use their position on the High Court to do their statist political bidding in order to gain evermore power — precisely why Thomas Jefferson warned the Court could become “the despotic branch.”
               This opposition to constructionist judges was laid bare in the deceptive strategy to stop Brett Kavanaugh scripted by Sen. Dianne Fein-stein (D-CA), the judiciary committee’s ranking minority member.
               That scripted deception leads me to the second distinction between Republicans and dummycrats-Democrats: Leftists will employ any scorched-earth strategy in their “end justifies the means” politics of personal destruction in their quest for power.
               Fein-stein and Minority Leader Chuck scumbag/clown-Schumer (D-NY) crafted a subversive strategy to make Christine Ford, who accused Kavanaugh of groping her 36 years ago, the poster proxy for every woman who has ever suffered some regrettable sexual encounter — the entire spectrum of such encounters, from a sense of being objectified to actually being sexually assaulted and raped. And there are millions of legitimate allegations and convictions associated with such claims.
               In other words, Fein-stein and scumbag/clown-Schumer used Ford’s unsupported, unsubstantiated, uncorroborated and in fact refuted allegations as a political charade to generate outrage among women who have been victims of assault and their supporting friends and family — all in an attempt to convert that collective victimization identity into political capital, both against the Kavanaugh nomination and as fodder for the midterm elections.
               After the confirmation vote, one dummycrats-Demo constituent summed up their strategy: “I feel raped all over again.”
               The Fein-stein/scumbag/clown-Schumer strategy betrayed a third distinction between Republicans and  dummycrats-Democrats. dummycrats-Democrat congressional leaders believe — in fact depend — on their assumption that women are emotionally incontinent idiots, whom they can stir into a political frenzy that will convert to votes in election cycles.
               For this reason, dummycrats-Democrats framed Kavanaugh as the poster proxy for every male who has ever offended a woman — the full spectrum of offense.
               Former senior scumbag/liar-nObama spokesperson, Marie Harf, elucidated that strategy: “[36] days from now we go into a midterm election, and [Kavanaugh] will help dummycrats-Democrats at the polls. Women will be fired up.” Ya think?
               Finally, the responses by Fein-stein and scumbag/clown-Schumer demonstrate the depth to which dummycrats-Democrat hypocrisy has sunk.
               According to scumbag/clown-Schumer: “Let them look back on this chapter as the shameful culmination of the scorched-earth politics practiced by the hard right in America.” Every inch of “scorched earth” was laid to waste by  scumbag/clown-Schumer and Fein-stein.
               According to Fein-stein: “Judges are expected to be ‘even handed, unbiased, impartial, and courteous.’ However, at the hearing last week, we saw a man filled with anger and aggression.” Actually, those who stand in judgement of judicial nominees are expected to be “even handed, unbiased, impartial, and courteous.” Judge Kavanaugh’s response to Fein-stein, et al., was entirely fitting.
               And for the record on their abject hypocrisy, both Fein-stein and scumbag/clown-Schumer voted against impeaching liar-Bill Clinton for perjury after he lied about having “relations” with a low-level subordinate employee in the Oval Office.
               Now, the Senate should request that the FBI investigate Fein-stein’s scripted charade, starting with the timing of her media leak regarding the Ford accusations. Put her under oath…
               As for the impact of the Fein-stein/scumbag/clown-Schumer charade on the midterm elections, it may backfire on them. It’s notable that in the wake of their assault on Justice Kavanaugh, Donald Trump’s approval rating is up.
