THE HISTORY

Serbia in 2000. Georgia in 2003. Ukraine in 2004. Kyrgyzstan in 2005. All these uprisings and movements were textbook “color revolutions.” In each, a color or a symbol unified protestors and gave the movement a brand that could be recognized around the world.

In Serbia, the symbol was the bulldozer. On October 5, 2000, Jubisav Djokic drove his bulldozer into downtown Belgrade during mass protests against Siloban Milošević that became known as the Bulldozer Revolution. In a moment broadcast worldwide, he smashed through the front window of the state television building, helping to bring down the regime’s last stronghold.

In Ukraine, it was the color orange. In November 2004, crowds wearing orange gathered in Kyiv to protest alleged election fraud favoring Viktor Yanukovych. The demonstrations that became known as the Orange Revolution shut down parts of the capital and led to a court-ordered re-vote, overturning the original election result.

But hear me loud and clear: color revolutions are never spontaneous or grassroots uprisings. In the same way, protests and resistance movements in the US are never spontaneous or grassroots uprisings—just take a look at the No Kings protests.

THE PLAYBOOK

Abroad, color revolutions hope to install governments aligned with U.S. and NATO interests, particularly in former USSR countries or in regions key to global energy and security.

Manuals like “The Methods of Non-Violent Action” and groups like CANVAS or Crimethinc circulate tactics for the mass mobilization of “non-violent resistance,” “color branding,” and media framing. Protests often ignite after elections are labeled as fraudulent by Western monitors, and Western media outlets amplify the narratives by framing governments as authoritarian.

Western NGOs and think tanks like the Brookings Institution, creators of The Democracy Playbook, have long supported citizens in international color revolutions and protests. It comes as no surprise that they would also be equipping protesters inside America.

In the United States, we see attempts at a color revolution in protests and organized actions that aim to support globalist leaders and weaken our national sovereignty. Today, the actors claim to be a part of the “nonviolent resistance” and throw around terms like “authoritarianism” and “fascism”-- all clues that demonstrate a color revolution is underway.

THE PURPLE REVOLUTION

Inside America, members of the terrorist organization ANTIFA are notorious for dressing in all black. But the revolution we are facing in the United States is without a doubt the Purple Revolution.

Remember when Hillary and Bill Clinton came out in purple for her concession speech in 2016? They might have said that they wore purple to symbolize unity, but Russiagate and the lawfare that followed tell us that purple was a front. Forget unity—the Clintons were representing a globalist resistance to President Trump.

In fact, we now know that the Transition Integrity Project was set up and ready to operate if President Trump had not left office in 2021. And yet, the same purple theme was echoed at the 2021 inauguration when Kamala Harris, Jill Biden, and Michelle Obama all wore purple.

From The Standard

This psyop—projecting unity when they really are working to undermine the democratic process and silence certain Americans—is a key part of their playbook.

Leading up to President Trump’s reelection in 2024, Norm Eisen established State Democracy Defenders Action, “a bipartisan all-star team of experts in safeguarding democracy” that would push back against the Trump Administration.

They want you to believe that purple represents unity. But purple is their attempt to replace patriotism and the tradition of our constitutional republic, even our faith.

This summer’s No Kings protests were a failure, but it is still important to study their points. The ANTIFA, No Kings, and Purple Revolution ideologies reject not only political rulers, but also any form of hierarchical authority. The anti-God agenda is central to the Purple Revolution. It is a broader challenge to spiritual and religious order.

PURPLE AS AN LGBTQ SYMBOL

The Purple Revolution has another undertone. In their own words, purple or lavender represents LGBTQ resistance:

“In fact, lavender,” writes CNN, “has had [...] its own historical significance in representing resistance and power.” In 1969, “lavender sashes and armbands were distributed to a crowd of hundreds in a ‘gay power’ march from Washington Square Park to Stonewall Inn in New York.”

We can connect the dots easily: the LGBTQ movement is essential to the Purple Revolution because it will facilitate the destruction of our children and the nuclear family.

Look closely, and you’ll begin to see clues that they’re attempting a Purple Revolution all around us.

Don’t believe the “grassroots” or “bipartisan” lie.. The globalists are looking for any way to infiltrate the US, divide our nation, and destroy the nuclear family and the church.

Stay alert. Don’t be deceived.

Many Americans still hope that our current divisions are merely a turbulent phase we are approaching, but the reality is sobering. We are not on the brink of chaos; we’re already deep in a color revolution orchestrated to tear America apart. What we are witnessing is not organic unrest; it is a calculated, long-term effort that has captured key institutions, distorted public discourse, undermined confidence in elections, and exploited social tensions to erode national cohesion.

Acknowledging that this struggle is already well underway is not an alarmist claim it is the necessary starting point for any serious effort to restore unity, rebuild trust, and strengthen the constitutional framework that has held this country together for over two centuries.

It is the very sneaky, insidious “overthrow” of an elected government by clandestine parties.

Under Barack Obama, with the support of the socialist left and right (warmongers) in places like State, the Intel Community, and the Defense (now War) department.

There are many in our government whom I have been quietly warning about (initially) and now very publicly who want to see the American way of life completely change.

How?

1. Seize power (through rigged elections).
2. Add layers of bureaucracy along with layers of non-governmental organizations.
3. Start or extend wars and conflicts around the world.
4. Rob the coffers of our U.S. treasury to the tune of TRILLIONS of U.S. taxpayer dollars.
5. Wash (launder) that money through foreign nations and participating financial institutions and select individual foundations.
6. Rinse and repeat.

Of course, there are many other details, but you get my point.

This is the reality America faces. And if Mr. POTUS doesn’t get it and start ripping apart the key functions of the “deep state”, I’m afraid we will move rapidly through complacency to apathy and then obedience (slavery).

That’s what the radical leaders on the left want. Their application of useful idiots inside government and on the streets of America is very well thought out. It is part of a larger strategy.

The problem with getting a free pass on your responsibilities is that, after a while, you begin to think that you don’t have any. That’s what’s happened to the Democrats. They’ve gotten so used to thinking the rules don’t apply to them because ORANGE MAN BAD that when the rules do get applied to them, it feels like outrageous oppression. Take the “illegal orders” video, a combination of stupidity, narcissism, treachery, and blue falconry rarely equaled even by the low standards of the Dems.

The six schmucks who appeared in it have been congratulating themselves on their “courage” for the last week. It was the courage to cajole other people into nuking their lives for a news cycle of Democrat spin. Except this time, there is some fallout on the people pushing the button. The Trump administration could have given them a pass. They are used to perpetually getting a pass. But he isn’t offering one this time, and they are mortified. Oh well.

Let’s talk about Captain Mark Kelly, and I emphasize “Captain” because Captain Mark Kelly always uses his rank in his X username and elsewhere, because it’s very important to him that he is a captain. Yes, your rank belongs in your bio because that’s what you were – I’m an O6 too, and it is in my bio. It’s a credential. Take it for what it’s worth. But it’s not in my username. I’m Kurt, just Kurt. I just find it tacky to use rank all the time. So do most other officers. But it’s actually important for other reasons discussed below.

Anyway, Captain Kelly is now being investigated under the UCMJ, the Uniform Code of Military Justice, for his participation in that obnoxious video. That’s not a good thing for him. He could be called back to active duty and prosecuted in a court-martial. I cover the potential penalties below.

At the outset, I have some questions about whether it’s a good idea to do that, because I tend to defer to free speech even where there is a technical argument for prosecution. I would normally let it be handled in the political arena. But these aren’t normal times, thanks largely to Captain Mark Kelly et al. I have to fall back on the threshold question – what’s the rule? The new rule, supported by all six of these people, is to use the legal system to target political opponents. Would they give Trump or any of his folks a pass? We know the answer because they not only did not do so, but actively invented crimes to harass them. Well, there can only be one rule. I didn’t want this to be the rule, but they overruled us. So they can choke on their new rule.

But that is a political analysis, not a legal analysis. Let me provide one; you can weigh my credentials as a retired colonel with command experience and a lawyer with 30+years of experience. This investigation is not frivolous because a potential charge lies here. This is not, like the “crimes” of Donald Trump, a frame job manufactured out of whole cloth. But you can decide for yourself. You’ve seen the festival of onanism that was the video. Now look at the applicable statute:

“18 U.S. Code § 2387 - Activities affecting armed forces generally 

(a) Whoever, with intent to interfere with, impair, or influence the loyalty,

morale, or discipline of the military or naval forces of the United States:

(1) advises, counsels, urges, or in any manner causes or attempts to

cause insubordination, disloyalty, mutiny, or refusal of duty by any

member of the military or naval forces of the United States; or

(2) distributes or attempts to distribute any written or printed matter which

advises, counsels, or urges insubordination, disloyalty, mutiny, or refusal

of duty by any member of the military or naval forces of the United

States—

Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or

both, and shall be ineligible for employment by the United States or any

department or agency thereof, for the five years next following his

conviction.”

That’s the statute. You can make your own judgment. What’s mine? 18 U.S. Code § 2387 is potentially applicable to the conduct on the video. As a lawyer, I can see both sides. I know how I would prosecute it, and how I would defend Captain Kelly using substantive defenses (that he did not violate the statute), a First Amendment defense (free speech), and a Speech and Debate Clause defense (which I think is weak, but I would argue it).

There’s a threshold question: Why is a retired O6 (a Navy captain or a full colonel in other services) subject to the UCMJ? Because Captain Kelly is a retired active duty O6. If you retired from active duty, you’re still subject to the Uniform Code of Military Justice. This is apparently supported by case law; I have not reviewed it, and that might be another avenue for the defense. If convicted, there are a variety of penalties, none of which is the death penalty. I’m sure he’s going to squeal girlishly that Donald Trump is trying to kill him. He’s such a freaking embarrassment.

One problem Captain Mark Kelly might have is that he uses his rank and affiliation in connection with his obnoxious, potentially punishable statements. That ties him into the military in ways that, if he were just a senator, probably would not apply. “Hi, I’m a Navy captain and I’m telling you to disobey orders if your feelings tell you so” hits differently from “Hi, I’m some Twitter rando and I’m telling you to disobey orders if your feelz tell you so.”

The problem for Captain Kelly is that it’s clear to all but the willfully obtuse that his stupid video was a transparent attempt to undermine President Trump, our elected commander-in-chief. They are playing both dumb and innocent – “Why, we were just advising military personnel of their right.” Nonsense, unless you believe that they just happened to decide one day was a great day to remind soldiers of what every soldier knows, that you are not allowed to obey an illegal order. Oh, and to put it specifically in the context of future orders you expect the president to issue.

Now, I spent 27 years in the Army and never once had an illegal order. This is because an illegal order is not just an order you don’t like. It’s not even an order that MSNBC doesn’t like. Illegal orders are very, very rare, and it is no surprise that the example everyone uses is the My Lai massacre of almost 60 years ago. It’s just not a thing.

But these guys want to make it a thing as a means to cause division within the military by accusing Trump of being illegitimate. They specifically named Trump. But none of them has been able to cite a Trump illegal order. This is because he hasn’t issued any. They’re playing the “I’m just asking questions” game. They’re pretending that this is all hypothetical. It’s like a little kid who’s holding his fist in front of another kid’s face and going, “I’m not hitting you. I’m not hitting you.” We all know what they’re doing. They know what they’re doing. It’s nonsense, childish, and unworthy of people who served. We are not obligated to accept manifestly bogus justifications for outrageous misconduct.

Captain Mark Kelly thought it was good politics to betray his oath. Well, welcome to Consequencesville, population you.

What do I think is going to happen? Will Mark Kelly be called back to active duty and punished under the UCMJ? I think they won’t charge him in the end, but they are going to investigate him, and the investigation is likely to, correctly, point out that he’s an absolute disgrace. Not only were these creeps improperly undermining the man elected to be commander-in-chief, but some dumb young soldier – including dumb young officers (which Super Agent 003 Slotkin mentioned specifically on TV) is going to listen to these guys and get himself/herself/themself (one JAG has sacrificed – hopefully – her career on the altar of trans perversion by insisting she will not follow orders regarding discharging them) into a ton of trouble and carry a bad conduct discharge with him/her/them for the rest of his life. These jerks are not going to care. They won’t be showing up at Leavenworth to share margaritas. I find this a disgraceful betrayal of our troops – as officers, especially senior ones, we should be protecting our troops from making dumb mistakes, not encouraging them to do so to create political martyrs who can be used and tossed away like so many Cindy Sheehans once the cameramen go home.

Now, why are all of these six jerks not being investigated? Because Captain Mark Kelly is the only active-duty military retiree among them. The other military personnel were honorably discharged, but they are not subject to the UCMJ because they are not military active-duty retirees (I, for example, was a federal commissioned officer who retired from the California Army National Guard, so the UCMJ does not cover me in retirement). Neither are the ridiculous CIA hacks who are pretending to be the equivalent of vets, which is just embarrassing. They are the equivalent of DMV clerks, except DMV clerks occasionally accomplish something.

There is my analysis. That’s what I think. The bottom line is screw Mark Kelly – oh, I mean, Captain Mark Kelly.

Medal of Honor Recipient Roasts Dems Who Told Service Members to Disobey “Illegal Orders!”-Posted on The New American-By R. Cort Kirkwood-On November 21, 2025:

Medal of Honor recipient Dakota Meyer says the far-left Democrats who urged military members to disobey “illegal orders” are gambling with the military and inoculating servicemen with doubt about their chain of command.

Meyer knows a thing or two about disobeying orders. He did so to save the lives of fellow Marines and Afghan soldiers in 2009.

But what the Democrats are doing, he explained at his Substack, is different.

The Democrats’ Appeal

As The New American reported this week, six Democrats, led by two senators, former Navy pilot Mark Kelly of Arizona and former CIA analyst Elissa Slotkin of Michigan, told soldiers, sailors, and airmen to disobey orders they deemed to be illegal.

Strangely, they didn’t appeal to Marines. In any event, taking turns speaking in a video, the six said, “You can refuse illegal orders. You can refuse illegal orders. You must refuse illegal orders. No one has to carry out orders that violate the law or our Constitution.”

President Trump responded by accusing the Gang of Six of “seditious behavior,” which is “punishable by death.”

U.S. law is clear on sedition and mutiny: 

A person who is found guilty of attempted mutiny, mutiny, sedition, or failure to suppress or report a mutiny or sedition shall be punished by death or such other punishment as a court-martial may direct [Emphasis added].

That is what the six were asking servicemen to risk. The six risked nothing.

Still, Democrats repaired to their fainting couches.

Meyer Steps In

Meyer rushed into the breach yesterday on X and his Substack, The BLUF (Bottom Line Up Front).

The video “is a direct threat to the stability of this country,” he wrote, targeting Kelly. Telling servicemen they can refuse legal orders “is being weaponized as a Trojan horse to undermine trust in the Commander in Chief and the chain of command.”

Meyer accused the six of serving “their own political survival.” The war hero also accused the gang of encouraging terrorism:

What Kelly and others are doing checks every box of the federal definition of domestic terrorism: intimidation, coercion, and influencing policy through threats against government authority.

Democrats and Republicans deserve leaders who represent them — not leaders who gamble with the military to score political points.

Meyer said the gang is telling “service members to defy orders from their lawfully elected Commander in Chief.” 

Again citing Kelly, who said “our laws are clear — you can refuse illegal orders,” Meyer explained that, “on its face, that sounds harmless.”

“But trust me this isn’t about reminding troops of the law,” he continued:

This isn’t about illegal orders.

No such order has been given.

Everyone knows that.

And, indeed, the gang didn’t cite an illegal order that Trump had given. However, some say the video responds to the Trump administration’s striking drug boats in the Pacific Ocean and Caribbean Sea.

The video is a “Trojan horse,” he wrote:

A quiet insertion of doubt into the minds of the one group of Americans who cannot afford doubt:

The men and women who hold the line.

This type of rhetoric plants a subtle but dangerous seed:

“Maybe you shouldn’t trust your chain of command.”

“Am I doing the right thing?”

That is how you crack the foundation of the American military — not through force, but through confusion.

Not through violence, but through doubt.

Our military doesn’t run on politics.

It runs on trust… discipline… unity… and an oath that binds every service member to something higher than any politician’s ego.

When an elected official says something that undermines that trust — intentionally or not — that is a direct threat to national stability.

Meyer also spoke to Americans who wear the uniform of their country.

“DO NOT LISTEN TO THESE POLITICIANS,” he continued, noting the risk the service members are taking: a court-martial.

“If even one of you takes their advice, your life is the one destroyed — not theirs,” he wrote:

You will lose rank, benefits, retirement, career, freedom. They’ll leave you behind before the ink dries on your charges.

These politicians aren’t brave.

They’re not protecting you.

They’re using you.

When the consequences come, you will pay every cost.

Let’s hope none of you ever act on this because I can promise you: none of these politicians — especially judging by their records — have the backbone to stand beside you when your world burns.

On X, Meyer called out Kelly again.

“Thank God @SenMarkKelly isn’t in uniform anymore and thank God he wasn’t the aircraft commander of the Enola Gay in 1945,” he wrote:

A man this confused about duty and responsibility would’ve never had the conviction to make the decisions that ended a world war and saved American lives.

If you’re telling U.S. troops to defy orders… you’re not a leader.

You’re a political arsonist lighting matches in a dry forest.

Meyer’s Medal of Honor

Deployed to Afghanistan as an advisor to the Afghan army in 2009, then-Corporal Meyer was security at a rally patrol point when members of his unit and Afghan soldiers were ambushed. Meyer asked permission four times to rescue the men but was denied.

“With a fellow Marine driving, Corporal Meyer took the exposed gunner’s position in a gun-truck as they drove down the steeply terraced terrain in a daring attempt to disrupt the enemy attack and locate the trapped U.S. team,” his Medal of Honor citation says:

Disregarding intense enemy fire now concentrated on their lone vehicle, Corporal Meyer killed a number of enemy fighters with the mounted machine guns and his rifle, some at near point blank range, as he and his driver made three solo trips into the ambush area.

Meyer took a shrapnel wound to his arm, yet sallied into the murderous gunfire two more times. The battle lasted six hours.

He received the Medal of Honor in 2011.

What is publicly known today is already unsettling enough. Rahmanullah Lakanwal, the 29-year-old Afghan who allegedly murdered one National Guard soldier and critically wounded another two blocks from the White House, spent roughly a decade inside one of the CIA’s most secretive Afghan paramilitary programs — the Kandahar Strike Force (NDS-03), commonly referred to inside the Agency as a “Zero Unit.”

These units were not regular Afghan army. They were trained, equipped, paid, and often directly tasked by the CIA, operating with far fewer rules than even U.S. Special Forces. Multiple human-rights reports accused Zero Units of extrajudicial killings, torture, and night raids that sometimes killed entire families.

When Kabul fell in August 2021, Lakanwal was not processed through the normal refugee pipeline. He was evacuated on a CIA-coordinated flight and granted humanitarian parole under Operation Allies Welcome — a status normally reserved for interpreters and others with documented U.S. government service.

His parole expired in 2023–2024, making him technically removable, yet no deportation case was ever opened against him. In April 2025 he was granted asylum in a closed immigration hearing and remained legally in the country with a pending green-card application.

On 26 November 2025 he drove approximately 2,700 miles from Washington State to Washington, D.C., purchased ammunition en route, and allegedly carried out a deliberate ambush on uniformed National Guard troops while shouting “Allahu Akbar.”

The foregoing timeline is not from some conspiracy theorist’s vivid imagination — it is derived from the undisputed public record. Yet these known facts leave a series of questions that no official has yet answered satisfactorily: why was an individual who spent ten years in one of the CIA’s most deniable, violent units fast-tracked into the United States while tens of thousands of other Afghan allies with cleaner records languished for years — or were denied entirely?

And once his humanitarian parole expired, why was no removal proceeding ever initiated, even though ICE routinely deports far less controversial cases? Was someone inside the government still protecting him?

Zero Units were not only fought the Taliban; in their final years they were increasingly used for domestic political missions inside Afghanistan (intimidation, disappearances, election interference on behalf of CIA-favored governors). When those networks collapsed in 2021, many members had enemies on all sides. Bringing such individuals to the United States has always carried obvious risks. Who made the risk-acceptance decision, and on what basis?

CIA Director Ratcliffe’s own words — “This individual — and so many others — should have never been allowed to come here” — imply that even the current leadership believes the original vetting decision was catastrophically wrong. If the Director of Central Intelligence now says the man should never have been admitted, who overruled standard procedures to bring him in 2021 and then kept him here after his legal status lapsed?

Finally, and most uncomfortably: paramilitary assets trained for a decade to conduct covert killings do not usually “go rogue” without some triggering event. Was Lakanwal radicalized after arrival (the official line), or had he always carried divided loyalties that his CIA handlers either missed or chose to ignore?

None of this proves a deliberate plot.

But when an agency that specializes in plausible deniability evacuates one of its own long-term killers, places him on American soil, shields him from normal immigration enforcement for years, and then watches him travel unimpeded across the continent to murder U.S. troops in the nation’s capital, it is not irrational to ask whether something far darker than simple incompetence is at work.

The American public has been told this was a “vetting failure.”

The known facts, however, raise the legitimate — and deeply disturbing — possibility that it was something else entirely.

We recognize that the investigations are only beginning. But the country deserves answers that go beyond press-release assurances, all the way to who exactly decided Rahmanullah Lakanwal belonged on American streets in the first place, to why no one ever reversed that terrible decision.

The Democrats' narrative surrounding President Trump and supposed 'illegal orders' is falling apart at the seams. Earlier, we told you how Elissa Slotkin couldn't name an illegal order Trump has given; instead, she rambled about Venezuela and strikes against narco-terrorists in the Caribbean.

Over the weekend, two more Democrats went on the news shows and were asked about Trump's illegal orders, and neither of them could give a coherent response.

We'll start with Rep. Jason Crow (CO-06), who also appeared in the video with Slotkin. He went on Face the Nation to discuss the video.

"How do you respond to these allegations from your colleagues, fellow veterans, that what you have put out is weakening and corrosive to the military?" Margaret Brennan asked.

"These are, unfortunately, some of Trump's core supporters that are rallying behind the President," Crow replied. "They know better. They know exactly between lawful versus unlawful. We were very clear in the video that we are talking about is unlawful orders."

"You have the President's spokesperson going into a press conference this past week and saying that we called for people to disobey lawful orders. They're simply lying because the truth is unacceptable to them. It's unacceptable," Crow said. "We wanted to start a conversation, and we did, about the dangerous rhetoric this President is using and the threats that he's made to use our military in an unlawful way."

When pushed to name those "unlawful orders," Crow couldn't name a specific example.

"Well, send troops into Chicago, send troops into polling stations, kill terrorists' families, arrest and execute members of Congress," Crow said.

"He hasn't done those things," Brennan replied. And you know it's bad when Brennan is siding with the President on, well, anything.

But things get worse for Democrats. Senator Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) went on Meet the Press with Kristen Welker, and she was also asked about these "unlawful orders."

Do you know what the specific illegal acts are that your Democratic colleagues were referring to?" Welker asked.

"It's very clear in the code for the military, you cannot follow unlawful orders. And that would be, I'd just use an example, some of the judges have now found in certain citiies it is not legla to send in the national guard, and those national guard members have come home...but if their commander were to tell them 'Hey, go out on the streets and do this and that,' that's not following the order that is in law. So I just use that example," Klobuchar said.

And there Klobuchar gives away the game: Democrats judge shop to get a ruling against a perfectly valid Trump administration order, and then they can claim it's "illegal" — just like when DA Alvin Bragg upgraded charges against Trump from misdemeanors to felonies, so Democrats could say that President Trump is a "convicted felon."

But the fact of the matter remains: if President Trump had issued actual illegal orders, Democrats would be able to name them. They have not.

Their narrative is falling apart in real time, and it's incredible to watch.

A sitting Democratic senator is now facing potential court-martial proceedings after releasing a video urging military personnel to refuse legal orders from President Donald Trump.

The Department of War confirmed Monday that it is reviewing allegations of misconduct against Sen. Mark Kelly of Arizona, a retired Navy captain and NASA astronaut.

The agency said it has launched a “thorough review” under the Uniform Code of Military Justice and federal law to determine whether Kelly should be recalled to active duty for court-martial or face other administrative action.

“The Department of War has received serious allegations of misconduct against Captain Mark Kelly, USN (Ret.),” a statement read.

In accordance with the Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 688, and other applicable regulations, a thorough review of these allegations has been initiated to determine further actions, which may include recall to active duty for court-martial proceedings or administrative measures. This matter will be handled in compliance with military law, ensuring due process and impartiality. Senator Kelly said he learned about the Department of War’s probe on social media. He also said he won’t be intimidated.

“If this is meant to intimidate me and other members of Congress from doing our jobs and holding this administration accountable, it won’t work,” Mark Kelly said.

When I was 22 years old, I commissioned as an Ensign in the United States Navy and swore an oath to the Constitution. I upheld that oath through flight school, multiple deployments on the USS Midway, 39 combat missions in Operation Desert Storm, test pilot school, four space shuttle flights at NASA, and every day since I retired – which I did after my wife Gabby was shot in the head while serving her constituents.

In combat, I had a missile blow up next to my jet and flew through anti-aircraft fire to drop bombs on enemy targets. At NASA, I launched on a rocket, commanded the space shuttle, and was part of the recovery mission that brought home the bodies of my astronaut classmates who died on Columbia. I did all of this in service to this country that I love and has given me so much.

Secretary Hegseth’s tweet is the first I heard of this. I also saw the President’s posts saying I should be arrested, hanged, and put to death.

"Your medals are out of order & rows reversed. When/if you are recalled to active duty, it’ll start with a uniform inspection."

Perhaps his medals will also be stripped.

The FBI has reportedly contacted the Capitol Police to schedule interviews with the six members of Congress who appeared in a video urging members of the military and intelligence communities to disobey any “illegal” order that President Donald Trump may issue.

Last week, Democratic Sens. Mark Kelly of Arizona and Elissa Slotkin of Michigan were joined by House Reps. Chris Deluzio of Pennsylvania, Maggie Goodlander of New Hampshire, Chrissy Houlahan of Pennsylvania, and Jason Crow of Colorado, all of whom identified themselves as veterans of the military or intelligence agencies in the video.

“We want to speak directly to members of the military and intelligence community,” they began.

“This administration is pitting our uniformed military and intelligence community professionals against American citizens … Right now, the threats to our Constitution aren’t just coming from abroad, but from right here at home. Our laws are clear; you can refuse illegal orders. … You must refuse illegal orders. No one has to carry out orders that violate the law or our Constitution.”

The video did not offer any examples of Trump making illegal orders, but the clear implication was that he has done so.

In response to the video, Trump posted on Truth Social, “SEDITIOUS BEHAVIOR, punishable by DEATH!”

Fox News reported that both the FBI and the Department of Justice have been in touch with Capitol Police to arrange interviews with Kelly, Slotkin, Deluzio, Goodlander, Houlahan, and Crow.

On Monday, Secretary of War Pete Hegseth posted on social media, “The video made by the ‘Seditious Six’ was despicable, reckless, and false. Encouraging our warriors to ignore the orders of their Commanders undermines every aspect of ‘good order and discipline.’ Their foolish screed sows doubt and confusion — which only puts our warriors in danger.”

“Five of the six individuals in that video do not fall under @DeptofWar jurisdiction (one is CIA and four are former military but not “retired”, so they are no longer subject to UCMJ [Uniform Code of Military Justice]). However, Mark Kelly (retired Navy Commander) is still subject to UCMJ—and he knows that,” he continued.

“As was announced, the Department is reviewing his statements and actions, which were addressed directly to all troops while explicitly using his rank and service affiliation — lending the appearance of authority to his words. Kelly’s conduct brings discredit upon the armed forces and will be addressed appropriately,” Hegseth said.

The War Department posted that it is reviewing Kelly’s case and that he could be called back to active duty to face court-martial proceedings or other administrative punishments, such as a reduction in rank or pension entitlement, ABC News reported.

Further, the department “reminds all individuals that military retirees remain subject to the UCMJ for applicable offenses, and federal laws such as 18 U.S.C. § 2387 prohibit actions intended to interfere with the loyalty, morale, or good order and discipline of the armed forces. Any violations will be addressed through appropriate legal channels.”

President Trump called for the arrest of several Democratic lawmakers who made a video urging U.S. military members to defy orders.

“It’s called SEDITIOUS BEHAVIOR AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL. Each one of these traitors to our Country should be ARRESTED AND PUT ON TRIAL,” Mr. Trump said Thursday on social media. “Their words cannot be allowed to stand — We won’t have a Country anymore!!! An example MUST BE SET.”

Sen. Elissa Slotkin, Michigan Democrat, posted the video Tuesday on X with Sen. Mark Kelly of Arizona and Reps. Maggie Goodlander of New Hampshire, Jason Crow of Colorado, and Chris DeLuzio and Chrissy Houlahan, both of Pennsylvania.

The lawmakers, all with military or intelligence backgrounds, sent their message in the video titled “Don’t Give Up the Ship,” a famous rallying cry from the War of 1812.

“Our laws are clear. You can refuse illegal orders. … You must refuse illegal orders,” they said, taking turns delivering the lines.

Sen. Chris Coons, Delaware Democrat and ranking member of the Senate appropriations subcommittee on defense, slammed the president for “chilling behavior” like that of Russian President Vladimir Putin and Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban.

“Our service members swear an oath to uphold our Constitution, and the administration should never try to force them to carry out an illegal order,” Mr. Coons said in a statement. “Calling for the execution of senators and members of Congress for reminding our troops of that is chilling behavior we should expect from authoritarians like Orban or Putin, not the President of the United States. Every one of my Republican colleagues needs to stand up and swiftly condemn this.”

The lawmakers in the video said American trust in the military is at risk because the Trump administration “is pitting our uniformed military and intelligence community professionals against American citizens.”

“Like us, you all swore an oath to protect and defend this Constitution,” they said. “The threats to our Constitution aren’t just coming from abroad, but from right here at home.”

The lawmakers pointed to the military code that says service members must obey lawful orders and disobey unlawful orders.

The Scummy Six Insurrectionists. An inciteful video produced by Democrat Senator Elissa Slotkin and five fellow lawmakers shows the depths to which their party will sink in order to oppose Donald Trump!-Posted on The Patriot Post-By Douglas Andrews-On November 20, 2025:

Where are the arrests? Where are the show trials? Where’s the congressional dog and pony show? I mean, isn’t this coordinated effort to weaken our commander-in-chief and eat away at the cohesion within our military and our intelligence services an act of insurrection or — dare we say it? — treason?

Two can play at this Democrat game, right?

At issue is a brief and melodramatic video posted on Tuesday by Michigan Senator and 2028 presidential hopeful Elissa Slotkin. The video enlists the help of five other Democrat lawmakers — fellow Senator Mark Kelly, and Representatives Chris Deluzio, Maggie Goodlander, Chrissy Houlahan, and Jason Crow — and it all but encourages insubordination among our warriors and our intelligence services by repeatedly telling them to “refuse illegal orders” and ominously warning them that “the threats to our Constitution are coming from right here at home,” all without having the guts or the decency to even name any of these threats.

The video also claims, again without evidence, “This administration is pitting our uniform military and intelligence community professionals against American citizens.” This is despicable. And clearly, it isn’t just directed toward the lonely leftist holdovers still embedded within our nation’s defense and national security apparatus. It’s also a message of general incitement to those already in the throes of Trump Derangement Syndrome.

Just what are these “threats to our Constitution” that Slotkin and company are shrieking about without evidence? We don’t know, because all they do is traffic in innuendo — which is standard fare for the Party of Russian Collusion, the Party of Phony Impeachments, the Party of No Kings.

Perhaps President Trump’s innovative efforts to choke off the supply of lethal and otherwise life-wrecking drugs heading into our country from Latin America is what concerns the Scummy Six. Perhaps, for example, Trump’s ongoing show of force toward the narcoterrorist state of Venezuela and its illegitimate president, Nicolás Maduro, is what concerns them. Let’s unpack that, shall we?

Nothing defines “Big Government” better than our nation’s multi-generational failure in the War on Drugs, which has for decades been both spectacularly costly and spectacularly ineffective. Perhaps the Scummy Six would simply prefer this failed status quo to Trump’s dropping the gloves and taking the fight to the cartels in an all-new way. Perhaps they’d prefer artsy public service announcements to a declaration by Secretary of State Marco Rubio that Maduro’s own organization, Cartel de los Soles, is a Foreign Terrorist Organization.

Late last month, in an interview with The Detroit News, Slotkin denounced Trump’s “secret war” in Latin America against these narcoterrorist cartels, claiming that it’s unprecedented for the U.S. to strike shadowy targets such as these and warning that — wait for it! — Trump’s enemies at home could be next. “America deserves to know who we’re in armed conflict against,” Slotkin said. “No secret wars against secret groups.”

Gimme a break. Gunboat diplomacy is as old as our nation. And it’s effective. If it weren’t effective, tough-guy Maduro wouldn’t have been reduced to singing John Lennon’s “Imagine.”

As we noted in yesterday’s Executive Summary, Secretary of War Pete Hegseth dismissed the purveyors of the video as suffering from “Stage 4 TDS.” Seriously, though: Where were these gravely concerned lawmakers when our warriors were being drummed out of the service for refusing to take an experimental and ineffective — and, as it turns out, potentially harmful — COVID vaccine? The crickets and the tumbleweeds want to know.

What this Scummy Six are doing is talking to the deep-staters, the Obama- and Biden-era holdovers, the Alexander Vindmans and the Eric Ciaramellas of the military and intelligence apparatus, the ones who are now getting nervous about all the patriots around them, getting nervous about the likelihood of being caught and prosecuted if they try to pull any of the crap that they did under those anti-American administrations.

Here again, Slotkin and company are whispering to their fellow travelers. “But whether you’re serving in the CIA, the Army, the Navy, the Air Force, your vigilance is critical. And know that we have your back” — meaning, they’ll protect them if they’re prosecuted for their surreptitious activities.

In any case, the deep-staters who are encouraged by this video had better brush up on 18 USC 2383, which covers rebellion and insurrection: “Whoever incites, sets on foot, assists, or engages in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States or the laws thereof, or gives aid or comfort thereto, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.”

More likely, what we have here is a psyop being led by a U.S. senator and Democrat presidential hopeful who just so happens to be a former CIA operative. And a desperate one at that. When Slotkin was asked for a specific example of this unconstitutional behavior that she and her colleagues are intoning about, she had to go back to Trump’s offhand comment about quelling the George Floyd riots by shooting rioters in the legs rather than using lethal force.

Really? That’s the best she can do?

So at a time when the Democrat Party is being overrun by socialists and communists, at a time when that once-proud party could most use some backbone from its dwindling moderate and centrist ranks, we get a sleazy, scummy, Trump-deranged psyop from those folks instead.

Man, is that party ever in trouble.

Trump Calls for 6 Democrats to Face Trial, Death Penalty for 'Seditious Behavior.' Trump condemned the lawmakers' rhetoric from a video published on Tuesday that urged troops to "refuse illegal orders" and stand their ground!-Posted on The Political Insider-By Rachel Acenas-On November 20, 2025:

President Donald Trump suggested that six Democratic "traitors" who urged troops to defy "illegal orders" should be prosecuted and face the death penalty.

In a series of social media posts on Thursday, Trump condemned their rhetoric from a recently published video.

"This is really bad, and Dangerous to our Country," Trump wrote in a Truth Social post. "Their words cannot be allowed to stand. SEDITIOUS BEHAVIOR FROM TRAITORS!!! LOCK THEM UP???"

He later wrote that their actions should be "punishable by death."

The Democrats who participated in the video include Sen. Elissa Slotkin (D-Mich.), a former CIA analyst and Iraq war veteran, and Sen. Mark Kelly (D-Ariz.), a former astronaut and Navy veteran, as well as Reps. Jason Crow (D-Wis.), Maggie Goodlander (D-N.H.), Chris Deluzio (D-Pa.), and Chrissy Houlahan (D-Mass.).

The controversial video published on Tuesday featured the six lawmakers who previously served in the military or intelligence community telling troops: "We know you are under enormous stress and pressure right now" and "Our laws are clear: You can refuse illegal orders."

None of them mentioned which specific orders they deemed illegal, but told troops "we have your back" and "don't give up the ship."

Some Congressional Democrats have sounded the alarm over Trump's military strikes on suspected drug traffickers traveling on international waters. Lawmakers have expressed concerns about the legality and transparency of the lethal strikes and whether Trump would launch an attack on Venezuela itself.

In another social media post, Trump repeated his calls to hold them accountable.

"It’s called SEDITIOUS BEHAVIOR AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL. Each one of these traitors to our Country should be ARRESTED AND PUT ON TRIAL. Their words cannot be allowed to stand - We won’t have a Country anymore!!! An example MUST BE SET," the president wrote.

Democratic leaders were quick to defend their colleagues and issued their own statements in response to the president's threats.

House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-N.Y.) expressed support for the lawmakers, saying their records reflect that they are patriots who love the country.

"Representatives Jason Crow, Chris Deluzio, Maggie Goodlander and Chrissy Houlahan and Senators Mark Kelly and Elissa Slotkin all served our country with tremendous patriotism and distinction," Jeffries said in a statement on X. "We unequivocally condemn Donald Trump's disgusting and dangerous death threats against Members of Congress and call on House Republicans to forcefully do the same."

Trump also shared several statements from other Truth Social users, including one who wrote:  "HANG THEM GEORGE WASHINGTON WOULD!!”

Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) warned of the consequences that could come from  Trump's calls to punish Democrats by death.

"The president of the United States is calling for the execution of elected officials. This is an outright threat and it's deadly serious ... When Donald Trump uses the language of execution and treason, some of his supporters may very well listen."

Meanwhile, House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) confirmed that the Justice Department and Pentagon are looking into the legality of the Democrats' video.

Johnson reiterated Trump's comments, pointing to Democrats' own rhetoric.

"That was wildly inappropriate. It is very dangerous. You have leading members of Congress telling troops to disobey orders. I think that's unprecedented in American history," Johnson told reporters on Thursday.

Democratic House leadership members announced Thursday that they had contacted Capitol Police in response to President Donald Trump labeling a video some of their members released “seditious” and an act of “traitors.”

On Tuesday, six Democrats appeared in a video posted on social media, instructing those serving in the military and the intelligence community to disobey Trump’s orders if they deem them unlawful or in violation of the Constitution.

Democratic Sens. Elissa Slotkin of Michigan and Mark Kelly of Arizona were joined by House Reps. Chris Deluzio of Pennsylvania, Maggie Goodlander of New Hampshire, Chrissy Houlahan of Pennsylvania, and Jason Crow of Colorado, all of whom identified themselves as veterans of the military or intelligence agencies.

“We want to speak directly to members of the military and intelligence community,” they began.

“This administration is pitting our uniformed military and intelligence community professionals against American citizens … Right now, the threats to our Constitution aren’t just coming from abroad, but from right here at home. Our laws are clear; you can refuse illegal orders. … You must refuse illegal orders. No one has to carry out orders that violate the law or our Constitution.”

The video did not offer any examples of Trump making illegal orders, but the clear implication was that he has done so.

Democratic officials have sued the Trump administration to block the deployment of National Guard troops to cities to address crime. They have won some cases, and the administration has complied with the lower court judicial directives.

However, on appeal, the president’s authority to deploy the Guard in this way has been affirmed. Past presidents like Dwight Eisenhower, John Kennedy, and George H.W. Bush have done so.

The president responded to the Democrats’ video with several posts on Truth Social, including one that said, “It’s called SEDITIOUS BEHAVIOR AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL.”

“Each one of these traitors to our Country should be ARRESTED AND PUT ON TRIAL. Their words cannot be allowed to stand — We won’t have a Country anymore!!! An example MUST BE SET. President DJT,” Trump wrote.

In still another, he added, “SEDITIOUS BEHAVIOR, punishable by DEATH!”

House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, Minority Whip Katherine Clark, and Democratic caucus chair Pete Aguilar issued a joint statement following the posts, which read in part, “We have been in contact with the House Sergeant at Arms and the United States Capitol Police to ensure the safety of these Members and their families.

“Donald Trump must immediately delete these unhinged social media posts and recant his violent rhetoric before he gets someone killed,” they said.

The Detroit News reported Slotkin has been assigned around-the-clock police protection after receiving “hundreds” of death threats following the release of the video and the subsequent social media posts by Trump.

A reporter asked White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt if Trump is calling for the deaths of members of Congress.

“No,” she answered, but pointed out that he was responding to “sitting members of the United States Congress who conspired together to orchestrate a video message to members of the United States military, to active duty service members, to members of the national security apparatus, encouraging them to defy the president’s lawful orders.”

“The sanctity of our military rests on the chain of command. And if that chain of command is broken, it can lead to people getting killed. It can lead to chaos,” Leavitt added.

She concluded by saying these six Democrats sent a “very, very dangerous message” to the military, which “perhaps is punishable by law.”

Democrats have officially taken the next logical step in their deranged, 10-year crusade against President Donald Trump and his supporters.

In a remarkable and unsettling clip posted Tuesday to the social media platform X, six elected Democrat legislators spoke directly to members of the U.S. military and intelligence communities.

Using language one must hear to believe, those Democrats effectively encouraged what one X user called a “military coup.”

Indeed, four members of the House of Representatives — Reps. Chris Deluzio of Pennsylvania, Maggie Goodlander of New Hampshire, Chrissy Houlahan of Pennsylvania, and Jason Crow of Colorado — joined Democratic Sens. Elissa Slotkin of Michigan and Mark Kelly of Arizona in encouraging military service members and intelligence professionals to view the sitting, duly elected Trump administration as hostile to the Constitution.

“We know you are under enormous stress and pressure right now,” Slotkin said.

Meanwhile, all six Democrats took turns reading from the same script.

“Americans trust their military,” the Democrats continued. “But that trust is at risk.”

Then came a line that sane Americans have regarded as unfathomable since the 1860s.

“This administration is pitting our uniformed military and intelligence community professionals against American citizens,” the lying, reckless Democrats contended.

Of course, it cannot get much worse than that, but the Democrats tried to make it so.

“Like us, you all swore an oath to protect and defend this Constitution,” they added. “Right now, the threats to our Constitution aren’t just coming from abroad, but from right here at home.”

How should military service members and intelligence professionals “defend this Constitution”?

“Our laws are clear,” the Democrats said. “You can refuse illegal orders.”

Then, they repeated that last line for emphasis.

“You can refuse illegal orders,” they added. “You must refuse illegal orders.” “No one has to carry out orders that violate the law or our Constitution.”

Next, they feigned empathy and, in a dystopian inversion of reality, suggested that service members struggle to serve under Trump.

“We know this is hard and that it’s a difficult time to be a public servant,” they continued. “But whether you’re serving in the CIA, the Army, our Navy, [or] the Air Force, your vigilance is critical. And know that we have your back. Because now, more than ever, the American people need you. We need you to stand up for our laws, our Constitution, and who we are as Americans.”

Finally, the six troublemakers concluded with the line, “Don’t give up the ship.”

As one would expect, prominent conservatives and Trump supporters on X had choice words for the six Democrats.

“Leftists promoting a military coup?!” Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton wrote.

Meanwhile, Homeland Security Advisor Stephen Miller accused the Democrats of “openly calling for insurrection.”

“This is wild. Could you imagine the outcry the left would have if the right or Trump tried this? Insanity,” former Trump campaign official Brad Parscale wrote.

Others called the Democrats’ behavior “mutiny” or “treason.”

Democrats, of course, have spent years setting themselves up to record a video like this.

After all, when you and your minions in the establishment media routinely slander Trump and his supporters as fascists or Nazis, eventually you will begin to believe it yourself.

Worse yet, your unhinged supporters will believe it. We saw this in demonic leftists’ gleeful reactions to the Sept. 10 assassination of conservative Christian icon Charlie Kirk.

In short, Democrats still have time to step back from the precipice. Videos like this, however, suggest that they prefer political brinkmanship.

Time will tell, of course, whether Democrats push the country beyond the brink — and how much they’ll like it when they do.

When President Trump disarmed Iran's nuclear capability, the Left became apoplectic, resorting to their usual fits and starts over what is undoubtedly an American and free world triumph. Likewise, as the Trump Administration blows Venezuelan drug boats out of the water and is preparing to neuter the Venezuelan narco state, the Left can barely contain itself. Never mind that 200,000+ Americans have died from narco traffickers’ synthetic opioids, much of it emanating from Venezuela.

Columbia also has been problematic as their current leader does nothing to stop drug traffic, and likewise, Trump will take no guff from that nation.

Ignorance is Not Bliss

The Left, ever-ignorant or feigning ignorance of history, unless it supports them in some way, has conveniently overlooked that 222 years ago our third president, Thomas Jefferson, made a strike on the Barbary Pirates to stop them from their pervasive high-seas extortion, ransoms, and blackmail.

In 1961 as well, John F. Kennedy’s Bay of Pigs invasion was a covert operation …gone horribly wrong.

More recent presidents, including George W. Bush, Bill Clinton, George H. W. Bush, Barack Obama, and Joe Biden, have made calculated strikes, without Congressional approval, to protect our shores, citizens, and sovereignty. Nevertheless, unbeknownst to the Left, for many years leading up to 9-11, the U.S. only rarely took any action against invaders and terrorists.

Rarely Striking Back Against Terrorists

Including American citizens, facilities, or interests, between 1983 and 1998, the U.S. endured a staggering 2,400 attacks, and in a brilliant 2001 Foreign Policy article, author Fernando Reinares explained that the U.S. rarely struck back.

Despite the onslaught, the U.S. military responded only three times. First, in 1986, the Department of Defense went into high gear when Libya bombed a West German nightclub that enjoyed a regular clientele of Americans and pro-American individuals.

Second, the U.S. took action by sending troops to Kuwait in 1993 to quell Iraqi aggression following Iraq’s attempt to assassinate President George H.W. Bush. Third, in 1998, the U.S. responded when Osama bin Laden's compatriots bombed our embassies in Tanzania and Kenya.

Many Attacks, Few Responses

Why so few responses to such provocation? Disturbingly, the U.S. had a de facto policy of responding only when the bad guys could easily be identified and had already committed grievous acts of terrorism against us, and when American citizens were specifically targeted.

As restrictive as this policy was, in 61 other instances, all three criteria were at play, but none led to U.S. retaliation. Such non-responsiveness incalculably emboldened our adversaries.

Dateline 2025: The Trump Administration has the smarts, the will, and the capability to identify threats, devise action plans, and execute them with precision.

Hesitation Kills

Hesitation is often extremely costly. Suppose Donald Trump had not taken out Iran's nuclear facilities. Do you care to dance with the devil? Who knows what Iran would be capable of and what targets they would select? Iran already has amply demonstrated the willingness to wreak havoc on the U.S. anywhere around the world.

How many Venezuelan narco-traffic boats should the U.S. tolerate? The regime of Nicholas Maduro deliberately seeks to poison Americans, and without any retaliation, has become increasingly bold.

The Trump Administration is taking action to halt the danger both at home and abroad to Americans. Donald Trump knows that incurring the wrath of the Left now, rather than waiting and enduring far more destruction, is prudent. Later, amidst any possible massive devastation, the pitiful Left, currently railing about Whitehouse renovations, would gin up even greater wrath.

Home Grown Hostility

The Trump Administration’s action via ICE and the National Guard in hostile sanctuary cities is merited. Are we supposed to endlessly endure having our nation flooded with illegals who contribute little or nothing, and whose predisposition for criminal acts has been well documented?

Are we supposed to tolerate I.C.E.-free zones? Trump is taking the battle to them now and demonstrating to other deep blue cities and to paid protesters, agitators, and domestic terrorists that this crap ends now.

Donald Trump is our president, not Kamala Harris, not Joe Biden, not Hillary Clinton, and not any of the communist or socialist Democrats who’d never take step one against our enemies, foreign or domestic. We are fortunate in ways that so many on the Left will never understand or appreciate. And, among those on the Left who do understand, they will never acknowledge, amidst their perpetual disdain for everything that our President accomplishes.

One MSNBC host and her guest called Trump a war criminal who is igniting a five-alarm fire. Jennifer Welch, a liberal podcaster, said that all Trump and the right do is lie, and DNC advisor James Carville says Trump hates America and the future is hopeless. This is just a sample of the dangerous propaganda from the Left.

They want our blood, and they’ll get it. They nearly took out Trump, succeeded in assassinating Charlie Kirk, and now the Democrats are after the ICE officers carrying out lawful deportations of criminal illegals. They want Trump gone, ICE defeated, and a permanent dependent class of illegal voters.

Backstory: Attempted Coup

It started when the Democrats crafted the Russia Collusion hoax with a fake dossier, even as the CIA declared that Trump was innocent. Next came a full-blown coup against a sitting President in which they spied on Trump and his aides, tapped phones, and got good people to step down (like Jeff Sessions and Michael Flynn).

• Then they manipulated the 2020 election to make sure Donald Trump lost.
• When good people questioned the results, FBI Director Christopher Wray and AG Merrick Garland approved an intelligence investigation created by Deputy FBI Director Lisa Monaco called Operation Arctic Freeze.
• Arctic Freeze led to the intel community spying on 92 Republicans, including nine GOP Senators. These people were targets simply because they questioned the results of the 2020 election.

As a result, President Trump and 18 co-defendants were charged with election interference. In addition, the people lawfully selected to present alternate slates of electors at the certification were indicted of a federal crime. The process of this law fare becomes the punishment, resulting in good people facing bankruptcy, families disrupted, and careers and reputations ruined.

None of this would be possible without Democrats gaining control of the lower courts. Globalists like George Soros and a network of far-left “charitable” organizations funded political campaigns and installed their picks—everything from judges and district attorneys, to school board members.

As a result, our cities and counties are controlled by anti-Christ, anti-American globalist puppets.

That’s not all. Soros and his ilk have brought in millions of penniless immigrants as a secure voter base. The endless social programs, no-bond bail, and LGBTQ agendas have subdued the American culture and crippled the middle class.

Now, to keep it that way.

Democrat Mayors in cities like Los Angeles, Chicago, and Boston have vowed to obstruct ICE and harbor illegals. They are committing felonies that could lead to charges of criminal conspiracy or even sedition. Still the mayors double-down on their threats to subvert justice.

It’s about to Blow

Trump is making enemies everywhere. He’s targeting criminal illegal aliens, narco-terrorists, cartels, the Mafia, and other powerful enemies. This week alone, the Trump Administration announced:

1. Indictments in a widespread sports gambling scheme, including the Mafia and several NBA players and coaches, plus rigged poker games with x-ray tables and contact lenses that could read through cards.
2. Investigations into trucking firms hiring illegals and others who can’t speak English. This comes after several fatal accidents, including a CDL driver who was under the influence and killed 3 people with his truck on Thursday.
3. Targeting California, a main offender of awarding 62,000 CDL licenses to illegals. They also waive the federal requirement for English language proficiency, allowing applicants to skip Level 1 inspections—which include mechanical reviews of the vehicle—because officers are at risk from drivers who can’t follow basic directions. CA has already lost $40 million in federal funding and could lose licensing altogether if rules continue to be ignored.

4. Providing intel to Mexico that led to the arrests of top cartel members and launderers. Among those captured include human trafficker “La Diabla.” According to DNI Director Tulsi Gabbard, this person ran a money-making operation centered around kidnapping pregnant women, performing C-sections on them against their will, harvesting the babies’ organs and selling newborns.
5. Military strikes in the Caribbean against narco-terrorists importing fentanyl and other dangerous drugs. President Trump announced possible kinetic military strikes against cartels on land. He announced Thursday, “To every terrorist thug smuggling poisonous drugs into the United States of America, please be warned that we will blow you out of existence. That’s what we’re doing. We have no choice. Can’t let it happen.”

Possible Arrests of Mayors and Governors

Federal authorities are now openly discussing the arrest of state governors and officials who conspire to obstruct immigration law—a move that could trigger the biggest political showdown in modern US history. Attorney General Pam Bondi announced that anyone who puts a bounty on the agents, whether “figurative or real” will be held accountable.

Democrats insist that Trump is creating a “five-alarm fire,” and can kill anyone he wants. In one MSNBC segment, The Atlantic writer Tom Nichols claims Trump is acclimating people to the idea that the military is his private army. He says the military strikes have nothing to do with drugs and Trump will have us in a war by the time the elections roll around. This will enable Trump to claim that any opposition to him and his party is treason. The MSNBC hosts heartily agree.

Why this Matters: Immigration is the last straw, and Democrats are fighting like crazy to stop Trump’s deportations and lawful killing of enemy combatants. It’s not just their harmful talk, they’re now inciting violence by painting Trump as a second Hitler.

In Chicago and Los Angeles, politicians are launching a “master ICE tracker” to bring harm to ICE agents who are already experiencing a 1,000 percent increase in assaults. Their names and private information are now on social media, bringing extra danger to the agents and their families. Former Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot is asking the public to help so the states can find and prosecute these agents. She told the public to record the height, weight, hair color, shoes, the car that they’re driving to put together a profile of each one.

These are the same people who believe the Marxist screed that revolution is the solution—burn it all down and start over again, a la Karl Marx, Lenin, Fidel Castro, etc. They’ve taught it to our children who are now the adults. As Jesus warned us, they hate you because they hated me first.

The former lecturer-in-chief visited comedian Marc Maron’s final “WTF” podcast on Monday to scold the Left and Right alike for disappointing him. Naturally, his remarks were chock-full of hypocritical gaslighting.
“You can’t constantly lecture people without acknowledging that you’ve got some blind spots, too, and that life’s messy,” Obama opined. “Some progressive language,” he said, “was almost asserting a holier-than-thou superiority that’s not that different from what we used to joke about coming from the Right Moral Majority and a certain fundamentalism about how to think about stuff that I think was dangerous.” He warned, “You can’t just be a scold all the time.”

Unless your name is Obama. No one scolds America like Barack and Michelle.

How many times did he smugly dismiss his opponents while he opined about being on the “right side of history”?

As for being on the wrong side, he spoke to his ideological fellow travelers about the issue of “transgenderism,” which, by the way, is largely a social media contagion that seems to be losing popularity. “If I talked about trans issues, I wasn’t talking down to people and saying, ‘Oh, you’re a bigot,’” Obama explained. “I’d say, ‘You know, it’s tough enough being a teenager. Let’s treat all kids decently. Why would we want to see kids bullied?’”

Obama was indeed awfully slick in his rhetoric about the Left’s growing sex cult. He didn’t even embrace same-sex “marriage” until 2012, and the “trans” movement didn’t really take off until the end of his second term. But Obama engineered the Democrats’ slide down the slippery slope that yielded a dude flashing his prosthetic breasts on Joe Biden’s White House lawn.

Another subject Obama addressed was the weaponization of the DOJ. “We don’t want kangaroo courts and trumped-up charges. That’s what happens in other places that we used to scold for doing that. We want our court system and our Justice Department and our prosecutors and our FBI to be playing things straight and looking at the facts and not meddling in politics.”

Obama, of course, presided over the DOJ and FBI that colluded with Hillary Clinton’s campaign to sabotage Donald Trump’s first bid for the White House. When that didn’t work, they launched Phase II — the attempted coup.

His DOJ also targeted the Little Sisters of the Poor over ObamaCare’s contraception mandate, and it engineered a gun-running operation to Mexican drug cartels to advance the “need” for gun control. His IRS targeted Tea Party and Patriot groups leading up to the 2012 election to hinder their ability to participate. His entire legacy was marked by scandal and weaponization, despite his mythology of denial.

Despite the “norm” of former presidents quietly retiring, Obama arguably ran the Biden White House. Thankfully, he got trounced in 2024.

I’m not going to bore you with other lowlights from the podcast, but one other “norm” Obama and Maron did not talk about is government shutdowns, which became a more regular feature beginning under Obama.

This time, his party shut down the government to preserve his namesake entitlement program, ObamaCare.

Back to the idea of history, we live in a moment in which much of Obama’s legacy is being repudiated. Trump was elected both times to stop the advance of the Obama agenda. How about a podcast of self-reflection on that?

And there you have it. That bombshell wasn’t dropped on some fringe podcast; it was delivered by journalist Jonathan Choe directly to President Donald Trump at a White House roundtable. A stunning new report, “Infiltrated,” finally exposes the Left’s brilliant, cynical grift: the “Homeless Industrial Complex.”

This is how the scam works. Radical groups use legitimate charities as fronts to launder taxpayer funds and donations to their violent foot soldiers. Like a cancer, Antifa has metastasized within the non-profit world, using its cover to grow stronger. This isn’t a flaw in the system; it is the system.

Tax Dollars Fueling Terror

A top IRS official has put together a list of potential targets, the report said.

The report named Gary Shapley, an adviser to Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, as the lead figure in the effort. Bessent is also the acting IRS commissioner.

Shapley was one of the whistleblowers who appeared before Congress to allege that the investigation of Hunter Biden was heavily influenced by Biden administration politics.

The Journal reported that Shapley seeks to replace Guy Ficco who currently heads the investigations unit, as Bessent carries out a directive from President Donald Trump to find the financial networks underpinning antifa and other groups that are causing anarchy in major cities.

“Scott will do that. That’s easy for Scott,” Trump said during a recent cabinet meeting when asked about Bessent’s efforts.

In an interview with Andrew Kolvet on “The Charlie Kirk Show” on Tuesday, Bessent said his work is much like the efforts to identify the financing of the 9/11 terror attacks.

“We have started to compile lists of the other networks, and there’s a long record here,” Bessent said.

“This is mission-critical for us now. … We are operationalizing this here at Treasury. We are going to track down who is responsible for this,” he said, referring to the upsurge in left-wing political violence, including Kirk’s Sept. 10 assassination.

Shapley responded to a Journal question about the alleged changes at the IRS by saying, “I’m grateful to continue in my role in reforming the IRS.”

A Treasury representative said the administration is bringing “the best of America’s private sector practices and organization” to the IRS. “The team’s focus remains collections, privacy, and customer service.”

The Journal report said the current administration approach was adopted after obstacles emerged in an earlier Trump administration effort to remove the tax-exempt status of nonprofits.

In August, Trump linked Soros to ongoing riots.

“George Soros, and his wonderful Radical Left son, should be charged with RICO because of their support of Violent Protests, and much more, all throughout the United States of America,” Trump wrote on Truth Social.

The National Guard Fight in Portland and Chicago. Given the choice between supporting violent criminals and Donald Trump, Democrats are choosing the violent criminals every time!-Posted on The Patriot Post-By Nate Jackson-On October 6, 2025:

Democrats are not serious about fighting crime. Donald Trump is.

We can certainly debate the merits of Trump’s decisions to deploy the National Guard to help combat crime in Washington, DC, Memphis, Portland, and Chicago. Democrats are absolutely litigating Trump’s moves, fighting harder against that than they do against the crime running rampant on their streets.

The latest legal move came late Sunday, when U.S. District Judge Karin J. Immergut, a Trump appointee, temporarily blocked the administration’s order to send troops to Portland, Oregon. The crux of the issue is that after her temporary restraining order against sending Oregon National Guard troops, Trump instead said he’d deploy California National Guard personnel — over the objections of Democrat Governors Tina Kotek and Gavin Newsom.

“Donald Trump tried to turn our soldiers into instruments of his political will,” Newsom crowed, “and while our fight continues, tonight the rule of law said ‘hell no.’”

Next up is Illinois. According to Abigail Jackson, a White House spokeswoman, “Amidst ongoing violent riots and lawlessness, that local leaders like [Democrat Governor JB] Pritzker have refused to step in to quell, President Trump has authorized 300 national guardsmen to protect federal officers and assets.”

Pritzker, who runs a sanctuary state for illegal aliens, pushed back, posting in a long X thread, “It is absolutely outrageous and un-American to demand a governor send military troops within our own borders and against our will.”

“We must now start calling this what it is: Trump’s Invasion. It started with federal agents, it will soon include deploying federalized members of the Illinois National Guard against our wishes, and it will now involve sending in another state’s military troops,” he continued. “There is no reason a President should send military troops into a sovereign state without their knowledge, consent, or cooperation.”

Now, let’s back up a minute and consider why Trump is doing what he’s doing.

The why is the important part, according to Seattle Mayor Bruce Harrell. “I have no desire to put [criminals] in jail,” even after multiple crimes, he said. Instead, “I don’t know his or her story. Maybe they were abused as a child. Maybe they’re hungry. But my remedy is to find their life story to see how we can help.”

Trump was born in… Okay, I’m kidding. We won’t back up that far.

In DC, Trump’s rationale was pretty simple: Democrats in charge of the federal district’s government were not doing their job to clean up the streets, so he took charge. Despite Democrat denials, it worked.

His authority in other cities is less clear, but the rationale is largely the same. A key difference is that Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents and facilities have come under attack in Portland and Chicago, and Trump aims to secure federal property and personnel. Democrats have run both cities for a long time, and both are infamous for their lawlessness and rampant crime.

On Saturday, Judge Immergut contended that there is “substantial evidence that the protests at the Portland ICE facility were not significantly violent or disruptive in the days — or even weeks — leading up to the President’s directive.” While she was issuing her order, law enforcement officers were using pepper balls and chemical irritants to battle an unruly mob gathered outside an ICE facility.

There is concern in Portland that the city’s police department is effectively complicit with antifa thugs. In fact, the Justice Department has opened an investigation to determine the extent of this issue after videos revealed officers arresting a journalist and letting thugs go.

Also on Saturday in Chicago, what the media call “a female motorist” rammed her vehicle into ICE vehicles as part of a coordinated attack by “protesters” in other vehicles that boxed in ICE agents. An armed agent shot her. The assailant was also armed at the time, and other people threw bottles and rocks at enforcement officers.

Law enforcement officers are putting their lives on the line for the Rule of Law, and Pritzker blames them for the chaos.

“They are the ones that are making it a war zone,” Pritzker argued of ICE agents. “They want mayhem on the ground. They want to create the war zone, so that they can send in even more troops.”

Remember that, just a couple of weeks ago, a man with a rifle ambushed an ICE facility in Dallas, aiming for agents but killing two detainees. He was motivated by the kind of rhetoric Pritzker continues to spout daily. In between the Dallas and Chicago attacks, Pritzker called ICE agents “jackbooted thugs.”

Chicago police, by the way, were ordered away from the scene of the ICE attack, and then the department lied about it.

Still think Trump has no reason to send Guard troops to secure certain cities?

“They are just putting out their propaganda,” insists Pritzker.

Given the choice between supporting violent criminals and Donald Trump, Democrats are choosing the violent criminals every time.

In case there were any lingering doubts that President Donald Trump’s immigration agenda is helping America and hurting its enemies, this Department of Homeland Security news release should dispel them.
On Tuesday, DHS put out a blistering release that chronicled a sickening plot from south of the border that was targeting Immigration and Customs Enforcement and Customs and Border Protection agents — all the way in Chicago.

Here’s the blistering headline: “Bounties Originating From Mexico Offered to Shoot ICE and CBP Officers in Chicago.”

According to DHS, the group has acquired credible intelligence linking Mexican criminals to a tiered bounty system targeting ICE and CBP agents.

Worse yet, DHS claims that those Mexicans are working “with domestic extremist groups” to accomplish this vile task.

“These criminal networks have issued explicit instructions to U.S.-based sympathetics, including street gangs in Chicago, to monitor, harass, and assassinate federal agents,” DHS describes.

DHS adds: “Cartels have disseminated a structured bounty program to incentivize violence against federal personnel, with payouts escalating based on rank and action taken.”

And the payouts are significant.

According to this tiered system, participants are promised:
• $2,000 for gathering intel or doxxing federal agents, which includes sensitive family information.
• $5,000 to $10,000 for “kidnapping or non-lethal assaults” on ICE and CBP agents
• Up to $50,000 for the assassination of high-ranking officials

“These criminal networks are not just resisting the rule of law, they are waging an organized campaign of terror against the brave men and women who protect our borders and communities,” said DHS Secretary Kristi Noem.

Noem then highlighted just how dangerous things are getting for her agents — and how committed to the cause they still are.

“Our agents are facing ambushes, drone surveillance, and death threats, all because they dare to enforce the laws passed by Congress,” she said. “We will not back down from these threats, and every criminal, terrorist, and illegal alien will face American justice.”

Worse yet, DHS highlighted that these criminal networks are interested in more than just an influx of cash.

“In neighborhoods like Chicago’s Pilsen and Little Village, gang members affiliated with groups such as the Latin Kings have deployed ‘spotters’ on rooftops equipped with firearms and radio communications,” DHS said. “These individuals track ICE and CBP movements in real-time, relaying coordinates.

“This surveillance has enabled ambushes and disruptions during routine enforcement actions, including recent raids under Operation Midway Blitz.”

And it’s not just in the Second City.

“In Portland and Chicago, Antifa groups have provided logistical support such as pre-staged protest supplies, doxxing of agent identities, and on-the-ground interference to shield cartel-linked individuals from deportation,” DHS said.

'Not Even Close to Done': JD Vance Slaps Down Reports of a 'Looming' Elon Musk Exit From DOGE!-Posted on RedState-By Sister Toldjah-On April 3, 2025:

The fake news media are what they are, and that was proven true once again Wednesday after reports surfaced that Elon Musk would be departing DOGE earlier than expected in part due to an alleged rift between the Tesla CEO and the Trump administration on grounds they "have become frustrated with his unpredictability and view the billionaire as a political liability."

As we reported, White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt quickly panned the story. "This 'scoop' is garbage," Leavitt tweeted.  "Elon Musk and President Trump have both *publicly* stated that Elon will depart from public service as a special government employee when his incredible work at DOGE is complete." 

White House spokesman Harrison Fields echoed the sentiment in a statement to Fox News, noting, "This is exactly why President Trump and DOGE have terminated millions of dollars in wasteful, government contracts to so-called news organizations that have diminished their credibility."

As it turns out, Vice President JD Vance, too, had a lot to say about the rumor, telling Fox and Friends co-host Lawrence Jones during an interview that the story is "total fake news" and that Musk's work "is not even close to done":

"Well, first of all, that report I saw was total fake news. Elon came in, and we said, ‘We need you to make government more efficient, we need you to shrink the incredible vast bureaucracy that thwarts the will of the American people but also costs way too much money.' And we said, ‘That’s going to take about six months,' and that’s what Elon signed up for, but of course, he’s going to continue to be an adviser. And by the way, the work of DOGE is not even close to done, the work of Elon is not even close to done.

DOGE has got a lot of work to do, and yeah, that work's gonna continue after Elon leaves. But fundamentally, Elon is going to remain a friend and an advisor of both me and the president. And he's done a lot of good things. People don't realize how vast and uncontrolled the bureaucracy was. We've started to chip away at it, but there's a lot of work to do. It's not gonna happen all in six months, it's going to take a long commitment."

We've documented before how the MSM loves to report on alleged "feuds" between Republicans in stories that oftentimes end up being half-baked or not true at all.

We saw this play out in early March when the New York Times ran a story about a purported "explosive" cabinet meeting where they claimed Musk and Trump Sec. of State Marco Rubio had a heated argument while Trump looked on for a short time before intervening.

Trump sought to debunk the story. There was "no clash. I was there. You're just a troublemaker," he told the NBC News reporter who asked about it. "Elon gets along great with Marco. They're both doing a fantastic job. There is no clash." 

And in a show of solidarity two days after the Times report, both Musk and Rubio tag-teamed on Twitter/X to debunk Polish Foreign Affairs Minister Radosław Sikorski's claims about alleged threats to cut off Ukraine's Starlink access.

Two weeks later, Rubio pushed back on a CNN story that suggested he felt "overshadowed" by United States Special Envoy to the Middle East Steve Witkoff. 

In a tweet, Rubio wrote, "CNN is an anti-Trump gossip tabloid that uses thinly sourced stories to generate clicks and try to make trouble. Witkoff is one of the people I work with the CLOSEST on our team. These people are pathetic."

Witkoff, too, slammed the CNN article, writing that "We work in complete sync together. There has never been a moment of friction between us and we have become close personal friends. It’s scary what these writers will do to attempt to be relevant."

All of this is just one more reminder about how if you think you hate the media enough, you don't. You really don't.

President Trump, Elon Musk, and DOGE are bringing much-needed accountability to our out-of-control government as they take a chainsaw to rampant waste, fraud, and abuse.

Tyranny is an Eternal Threat.  And its supporters are full of “passionate intensity!”-Posted on FrontPage Magazine-By Bruce Thornton-On April 3, 2025:

From its beginning, the foundational story of the United States has been the struggle between freedom and tyranny, which is a conflict over power. Should the elite minority defined by lineage, wealth, or education control and rule the collective people; or should the people share in that power, since their consent is required? Which is worse, the tyranny of the few, or the tyranny of the many?

Most of our political conflicts go back to those questions. Take the current clash between Donald Trump’s administration, and the unelected federal judiciary. A district court judge has ordered Trump to stop deporting vicious illegal alien gangsters, per the 1798 Act Concerning Aliens, which makes it “lawful for the President of the United States . . .to order all such aliens as he shall judge dangerous to the peace and safety of the United States, or shall have reasonable grounds to suspect are concerned in any treasonable or secret machinations against the government thereof, to depart out of the territory of the United States.”

This judge also violated the principle of separated and balanced powers by egregiously interfering with the president’s power. Another district court judge issued an injunction against Trump’s Executive Order to transfer biologically male prisons who self-identify as women, back to male prisons. According to the judge, “The fact that they have already been transferred and, allegedly, have been abused at their new facilities can only strengthen their claims of irreparable harm.” You don’t have to work in a prison, male or female, to know that all inmates are subject to physical abuse, rape, and other sexual assaults.

That injunction also violates the Constitution’s separation of powers for district court judges to encroach on the powers of an elected president who is carrying out his duty to “take care that the Laws be faithfully executed”? And as such, are not the judges’ orders an act of tyranny?

According to Aristotle, tyranny is “arbitrary power . . . which is responsible to no one, and governs all alike, whether equals or betters, with a view to its own advantage, not to that of its subjects, and therefore against their will. No free man willingly endures such a government.” Unelected district court judges who issue restraining orders on elected presidents can be a tyranny of one, disenfranchising the millions of citizens who put the president into office.

In our history, this moral hazard of tyrannical harm has been a bone of contention between those who favor the people, and those who favor elites. Andrew Jackson, our first non-elite, populist president, frequently addressed this struggle. Such “closed elites,” as historian Walter McDougall calls them, were empowered by the federal government, and vulnerable to the corruption of concentrated power. In 1824, Jackson wrote that a Federalist administration “is calculated to raise around the administration a moneyed aristocracy dangerous to the liberties of the country.”

Furthermore, Jackson wrote, “Our government is founded upon the intelligence of the people . . . I have great confidence in the virtue of the great majority of the people,” a belief that challenged the technocratic pretensions that elites were more capable than the non-elites who relied on experience, virtue, faith, and common sense to guide their political choices. Jackson also distrusted institutions like the Supreme Court, whose authority “must not . . . be permitted to control the Congress or the Executive when acting in their legislative capacity.”

The recent use of restraining orders validates Jackson’s fears of corrupt encroachments on executive power. This abuse of restraining orders by unelected judges has increased in recent years in order to serve partisan ideological ends by using egregious double standards that overwhelmingly favor Democrats.

PJ Media’s Matt Margolis has pointed out this violation of the 14^th Amendment. “In the sixty years between 1963 and 2023, federal courts issued a total of 127 nationwide injunctions.” But 64 of those were issued against Trump during his first term alone. . .”  Worse, “in just the first two months of Trump’s second term, activist judges have already issued 37 more injunctions.”

Moreover, Margolis reports, “The partisan nature of this judicial assault couldn’t be more obvious. A staggering 92.2% of the injunctions against Trump in his first term came from Democrat-appointed judges. Only five Republican-appointed judges joined this partisan circus.”

Many of our Founders and populist ancestors would not have been surprised at this corruption, which they predicted would follow from social and economic elites who had control of concentrated federal power, especially a judiciary unaccountable to the voters. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts’ inappropriate scolding of the president for even talking about impeachment was also a blow to the separation of powers and accountability. Impeachment, after all, is one of the guardrails given to the people for checking, albeit indirectly, the tyranny of the federal government minority.

But there are other partisan assaults on the critical Constitutional structure of divided and separated powers. One of the more tempting forms of judiciary corruption is court-packing, altering the structure and protocols of the Supreme Court for partisan advantage. The Biden administration last July attempted to “reform” the Court, as obviously self-serving as FDR’s in 1937.

Biden’s “reforms” comprised 18-year term limits for justices; and government oversight, external to the Court itself, to investigate and punish dubious or manufactured charges of “corruption.” The real purpose was to prepare the court for Dems to appoint activist, “living Constitution” candidates when Democrats are in power. By this means Dems could swamp conservative and originalists like several of the current Court’s justices, who have corrected unconstitutional precedents such as Roe v. Wade, which was a grievous blow to progressives.

Finally, the second Trump administration has already made great strides in rolling back the century-long progressive assault on the Constitution’s structure of separated and balanced powers, and the Bill of Rights–– not just to thwart the technocratic progressives’ aim of “solving problems.” More important, Trump’s reforms will restore guardrails protecting the freedom and unalienable rights of citizens to improve their own lives, rather than surrendering to the dysfunctional, tyrannical, and corrupt federal regulatory Leviathan, and its pretensions to “follow the science” at the same time they marginalize common sense and the Constitution’s traditional wisdom.

But that achievement is only the start of restoring our Constitutional order. The party of the centralized empowerment of elites may seem in disarray at the moment, but like Yeats’ “worse,” they are full of “passionate intensity.” The lovers of ordered liberty, and haters of tyranny must never flag in their defense of their freedoms and unalienable rights, but prove Aristotle right when he said of tyranny, “No free man willingly endures such a government.”

The easily excitable Harvard University political scientist Steven Levitsky told the Times that Trump's "intensifying conflict with the federal courts is unusually aggressive," adding that the administration's "increasingly open, authoritarian behavior is unlike almost anything I've seen." (As the co-author of "How Democracies Die" and "Competitive Authoritarianism," we know he's not given to overreaction.)

The casus belli is that Trump is sending bloodthirsty, murderous, face-tattooed terrorists from your neighborhood, out of the country, to prisons in El Salvador. Hey! One of those guys was only a rapist!

Liberals were cool with President Biden defying federal immigration law to import thousands of Venezuelan Tren de Aragua gang members to rape and murder American girls, engage in human trafficking, seize apartment complexes in Colorado and murder police officers. (By contrast, Islamic terrorists haven't killed anyone in the U.S. since 2017.)

Only when Trump kicked them out did liberals start wailing about a "constitutional crisis," which is currently defined as anything that raises Levitsky's systolic blood pressure more than 10 points.

District Court Judge James Boasberg issued an oral order from the bench insanely demanding that the planes carrying the gang members be turned around and rerouted to the U.S. -- no doubt, pursuant to the judge's authority as commander in chief. The killers were deprived of their "due process"! (To add insult to injury, the in-flight movie was Disney's new remake of "Snow White.") Where was the public's "due process" when Biden was letting these gangsters into the country?

But Trump just keeps sending Democrats' favorite immigrants to Salvadoran prisons. (Not that I think it would have made a difference to the hero of this story, DJT, but Boasberg's written order said nothing about turning the planes back.)

This, liberals tell us, is a "constitutional crisis" because Trump is allegedly defying a court order. And God knows, liberals would never defy a court order. Unless they didn't like it.

The Supreme Court has repeatedly held that the president has near-exclusive control over immigration as part of his management of international affairs. That's why Arizona couldn't pass a law abiding by federal immigration laws when President Obama decided to ignore those laws. That's why, under President Clinton, an 8-year-old boy had to be captured at gunpoint and sent back to a brutal communist dictatorship. That's also why the court upheld Trump's so-called "Muslim ban."

But Democratic states and cities across the country brag about their refusal to obey these consistent rulings from the Supreme Court -- not from some dinky little district court judge, I note. They proudly call themselves "sanctuary cities" and "sanctuary states." (Because a "I'm pro-rapist mass-murdering drug traffickers, and I vote" sticker wouldn't fit on the bumper of their Subaru.)

No "constitutional crisis" there!

In June 2023, the Supreme Court issued a blindingly clear opinion ordering Harvard and the University of North Carolina, specifically, and all universities by implication, to stop discriminating on the basis of race.

You might remember it. Students for Fair Admissions v. Harvard produced no end of wailing from the roughly 2 million DEI wastes of plasma.

In response to the court's ruling, the Biden administration helpfully sent out a "Dear Colleague" letter, coaching universities on ways to defy the court's ruling -- principally by recycling the exact same arguments already advanced by Harvard and rejected by the court.

Harvard's leading hysteric, Levitsky, retweeted a video statement from college president and noted plagiarist Claudine Gay, claiming to abide by the decision -- while simultaneously using all the buzzwords for not abiding by the decision: "diversity is critical," "our resolve to continue opening doors" and -- my favorite -- "we will be working to understand the decision." It wasn't that complicated: Stop discriminating. (Next you'll be telling me Dr. Gay refused to condemn antisemitism on campus, ha ha!)

The results are now in and oh my gosh are universities defying the Supreme Court.

Harvard admissions one year before SFFA v. Harvard:

Black: 15.5%

Latino: 13.3%

Asian: 27.8%

Harvard admissions one year after SFFA v. Harvard:

Black: 14%

Latino: 16%

Asian: 37%

The numbers are similarly unchanged at Yale, Dartmouth, Northwestern, the University of Virginia, Wesleyan, Williams, Bowdoin, Princeton, Duke, etc. etc. In fact, the percentages of black and Hispanic admissions actually went up at most of these schools.

The colleges' own sworn statements prove that they are brazenly ignoring the ruling. Harvard's expert told the court that, without giving racial preferences to America's Brahim class, black people, admissions would drop from 14% black to 6% black. Other universities claimed that the percentage of blacks would fall to about 2% -- slightly higher during March Madness.

Just last week, we got a clearer picture of academia's dogged refusal to stop discriminating when New York University's webpage was hacked and replaced with the SAT scores for different racial groups admitted in 2024. The average Asian SAT score was 1,485, the average white score was 1,428, the average Hispanic score was 1,355 and the average black score was 1,289 -- or two standard deviations from the Asian score.

I can't help but notice that the Constitution gives Harvard and the University of North Carolina no role whatsoever in our federal government. It's bad enough to have courts assuming the powers of the presidency, but we have colleges and universities assuming the role of a super-Supreme Court.

Liberals don't care about respect for the courts. They just like discriminating, and they love face-tattooed, savage Venezuelan gangs.
