Just so you know, we got a ticket, this morning, you might find interesting. The ticket came in as an extreme emergency from a mother. There was a 19 year old man that needed immediate rescue. He was restricted to his bed, on a ventilator, with only a couple minutes of gas left in their (oxygen) generator.

Emergency 911 refused to go out and help him, so our dispatcher got into our main channel on Zello and starting asking for help. Within seconds, someone on the channel responded, that he would find help. Within two minutes, the other guy was able to find a citizen with a private helicopter and a medic to go out there and try to rescue this young man.

As the helicopter touched down, sprinting into the house, the medic found a hysterical, screaming mother, watching her suffocating son dying in front of her eyes, because the generator had run out of gas shortly before.

Tonight, the man on the main Cajun Navy channel shared his secret as to how he was able to recruit a helicopter, in a matter of seconds. He simply called every phone number around the Lake Charles airport, asking if they had a helicopter. After about the third try, he found a man who said, “Yes, I have a bird, a medic and enough room. I’ll go get him.”

We later received a phone call from the mother, sobbing and in tears, that this young man was transported to the hospital, placed in the ICU and is in stable condition, tonight. She thanked the Cajun Navy for saving her son’s life, when nobody else, even 911, could or would respond.

This young man is alive, tonight, because os Ticket and the other devs in this team gave us the ability to field and respond to his mother’s request for help. You guys at os Ticket should know, even though you don’t have a single boat in the water and you’re in Alexandria, north of Ville Platte, the unofficial end of Cajun Country, you and the other devs, @fedaykin422, @alex are still a vital part of the Cajun Navy. Also I was involved in this call as medical assistance from *C.H.I.N.D.

Both volunteers have been found and are no longer with us. Please say a prayer for these two Search and Rescue volunteers and their families.

Officials have said it was an unprovoked attack at Medborgarplatsen Square and that the knifeman has been arrested for attempted murder.

The attacker is said to have crept up behind the police officer before delivering a blow to the neck at around 10.30am this morning.

Canada: Church vandalized with Islamic State graffiti

According to an officer on the scene, someone started to write the words “Islamic State will rema[in],” in black spray paint on a wall outside the church.

It is reprehensible when any place of worship is vandalized; this is the second such incident recently in Ontario. A Burlington Church sustained “heavy damages” from a fire only two weeks ago, and “ISIS” was spray-painted on the building.

There should be a loud outcry in Canada over these two acts against Christian churches in such close proximity, both of which were marked with Islamic State graffiti.

The Prime Minister of Canada, Justin Trudeau, spoke out after a mosque fire in Ontario last year, and that is good. Unfortunately, no such statement has come from Trudeau or his government regarding the church  fire or the Islamic State graffiti. The silence is deafening and sends a loud message. Intolerance apparently is recognized only in one direction.

Linda Sarsour seems unable to pass up any opportunity to make a quick buck, even at the expense of vulnerable Americans. Her latest target? Caring people all across the country who are looking for ways to help the hundreds of thousands of Texans who have lost everything as the result of Hurricane Harvey.

Sarsour recently requested donations for the Harvey Hurricane Relief Fund, which, on its face, sounds innocuous enough. But it turns out that this fund is, in fact, a thinly veiled front for leftist community organizing. From the fund’s website:

Together we will organize and advocate for our devastated communities, shining a spotlight on inequalities that emerge in the restoration of lives, livelihoods, and homes, amplifying the needs of hard-hit communities, and providing legal assistance for residents wrongfully denied government support.

This is pure political activism, not a charitable quest to assist hurricane victims as they rebuild their lives. It’ll reroute the money not to actual charities such as the Texas Diaper Bank or the Houston Food Bank, but instead to the Texas Organizing Project Education Fund, a nonprofit that advances racial and economic justice through community and electoral organizing.” On its Facebook page, the Project announced that all donations received “will only be used to organize in the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey.”

In other words, not one cent of this money will be donated to people who have lost their cars, possessions, and even their entire homes. Instead it’ll be poured straight into the pockets of activists such as Sarsour as they continue their political posturing, dividing the country over race and “inequality” in the wake of Harvey’s devastation rather than focusing on the nonpartisan goal of helping Texans restore their community.

This week, Sarsour has also actively discouraged people from donating to the Red Cross, suggesting instead that they contribute to sundry political-activist organizations. Sarsour has already shown her willingness to use disunity to turn a profit. Now we know she’s willing to exploit disaster in the same way.

The Roe v. Wade decision struck down dozens of state abortion laws when I was a college freshman. It was a 7-2 decision that prevailed only with the help of three Republicans appointed to the Supreme Court by Richard Nixon, including Chief Justice Warren Burger. Otherwise the Texas abortion statute would have been upheld by a 5-4 prolife decision, and the other states would have been allowed to make their own abortion laws instead of obeying the Supreme Court’s abortion law.

Roe’s guardians against reversal over the ensuing decades were two Justices (Anthony Kennedy and Sandra Day O’Connor) appointed by Ronald Reagan and one (David Souter) appointed by George H.W. Bush. Pro-abortion Democrats on the Court never broke a sweat.

I would have been thrilled to see the Constitution amended to protect unborn life, but it hasn’t happened in 44 years and that was more than 61 million dead babies ago. Are we willing to let another 61 million die before we end legalized baby-killing in America?

“We need not resolve the difficult question of when life begins,” wrote Justice Harry Blackmun on behalf of his colleagues in the Court’s majority. And they didn’t. He wrote that “the judiciary, at this point [1973] in the development of man’s knowledge, is not in a position to speculate as to the answer.”

And yet they admitted elsewhere in the same decision that “if this suggestion of personhood is established, [Roe’s] case, of course, collapses, for the fetus’ right to life is then guaranteed specifically by the [14th] Amendment.” That is the Amendment that forbids states to deprive any person of life, liberty or property without due process of law.

Who can legally establish the personhood of unborn children, then, if not the Supreme Court? Well, Section 5 of the 14th Amendment says Congress has the “power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this [14th Amendment] article.” Those provisions include, in Section 1, the guarantees of due process and equal protection of the laws to “any person.”

The United States Congress, therefore, by a simple majority of both chambers, may establish the personhood of an unborn child. It’s not necessary to amend the Constitution. It’s not necessary to overturn Roe v. Wade. It’s only necessary to take the Roe majority at its word, and establish the personhood of unborn children – legislatively – from conception. Then enforce the 14th Amendment guarantees of due process and equal protection.

S. 231, the Life at Conception Act of 2017, was introduced in January by Sen. Rand Paul. It declares “that the right to life guaranteed by the Constitution is vested in each human being at all stages of life, including the moment of fertilization, cloning, or other moment at which an individual comes into being.”

If you have a Senator – Republican or Democrat – who claims to be prolife but isn’t on the list of 11 co-sponsors (Google it), you might have a fake pro-lifer on your hands. This is the time of year when they’re going home and meeting the folks. Ask them if they’re fake. Maybe they’re not, in which case – what are they waiting for?

The bill has been referred to the Senate Judiciary Committee, chaired by Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa). Its Republican members include Orrin Hatch of Utah, Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, John Cornyn of Texas, Mike Lee of Utah, Ted Cruz of Texas, Ben Sasse of Nebraska and Jeff Flake of Arizona. None are co-sponsors of S. 231. What are their intentions?

Alexander Mooney (R-West Virginia) introduced an equivalent bill in the House of Representatives, H.R. 681, “to implement equal protection under the 14th article of amendment to the Constitution for the right to life of each born and preborn human person.” It declares that the right to life is vested in each human being.

H.R. 681 defines “human person” and “human being” as “each and every member of the species homo sapiens at all stages of life, including the moment of fertilization, cloning or other moment at which an individual member of the human species comes into being.”

The House bill has been referred to the Judiciary Committee, and from there to the Subcommittee on the Constitution and Civil Justice. Rep. Steve King (R-Iowa) is chairman of that subcommittee. Four other Republicans are members: Ron DeSantis of Florida, Trent Franks of Arizona, Karen Handel of Georgia and Louie Gohmert of Texas. King, Franks and Gohmert are listed as H.R. 681 co-sponsors. This is a solidly prolife subcommittee. When are we going to see some movement on H.R. 681?

I see my own Congressman’s name listed as an H.R. 681 co-sponsor. Now I wish he would have a talk with my two invisible prolife Senators.

The University of Colorado at Colorado Springs apparently approved the posting of a newsletter around the campus that calls for the banning of U.S. military veterans from attending four-year colleges and universities . . .

Liberal activist U.S. District Court Judge Susan Bolton, who canceled former Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s upcoming sentencing hearing for his criminal conviction for enforcing our laws, and who had gone as far as telling attorneys not to refile replies to motions that were pending before his recent presidential pardon, has now done a 180 and has decided to challenge President Trump’s Presidential Pardon.

Judge Bolton who was appointed by former President Bill “The Rapist” Clinton appeared to have had a change of heart on Tuesday. Or maybe George Soros paid her to change her tune and not throw out the conviction based solely on Arpaio’s request because of President Trump’s pardon?
Instead, she has ordered Arpaio and the U.S. Department of Justice, which is prosecuting the case, to file briefs on why she should or shouldn’t grant Arpaio’s request. So basically this activist judge is actually going against a presidential pardon on principle.
I for one wish we would have had judges like her on the right when former President Barack Hussein Obama was busy pardoning violent drug dealers and thugs. But sadly we know all too well that would have never been the case because the right actually follows the law and the United States Constitution.

Why Judge Susan Bolton blocked key parts of Arizona’s SB 1070

US District Judge Susan Bolton issued a temporary injunction that halted key parts of SB 1070, the Arizona immigration law, that would have required police to check the immigration status of anyone they suspected of being an illegal resident.

A federal judge in Phoenix issued a temporary injunction Wednesday blocking implementation of the toughest portions of Arizona’s controversial immigration law, known as SB 1070, but the judge allowed other sections of the state statute to stand.

US District Judge Susan Bolton agreed to block the section of the law that required local and state law enforcement officials to check the immigration status of those they suspected were illegal immigrants.

That was the provision that critics said would lead to racial profiling.

Judge Bolton’s decision is an important victory for the Obama administration in the face of a rising tide of concern among several states that the federal government is not effectively enforcing immigration law or effectively protecting US borders.

Five states have introduced legislation similar to Arizona’s law, and 20 others are reportedly considering it.

The ruling adds fuel to an already heated national debate over US immigration policy and sets the stage for more rounds of litigation in a case that could eventually make its way to the US Supreme Court.

In her ruling, Bolton also blocked a portion of the law that required state officials to check the immigration status of anyone in custody in Arizona before they were released from jail.

The judge said the state measure was preempted by federal law because such checks would swamp federal immigration officials who are pursuing different priorities.

“The number of requests that will emanate from Arizona as a result of determining the status of every arrestee is likely to impermissibly burden federal resources and redirect federal agencies away from the priorities they have established,” Bolton wrote.

The judge said the same problem would arise under the provision requiring police officers to check the immigration status of suspected illegal immigrants. “Federal resources will be taxed and diverted from federal enforcement priorities as a result of the increase in requests for immigration status determination(s),” she said.

The judge said the provision would also create an impermissible burden on immigrants who are lawfully present in Arizona.

Bolton concluded that there was a likelihood of irreparable harm to the interests of the federal government if certain provisions of SB 1070 took effect.

“The court by no means disregards Arizona’s interests in controlling illegal immigration and addressing the concurrent problems with crime, including the trafficking of humans, drugs, guns, and money,” Bolton wrote.

“Even though Arizona’s interests may be consistent with those of the federal government, it is not in the public interest for Arizona to enforce preempted laws,” she said.

Opponents of SB 1070 said the law would lead to illegal racial profiling by state and local law enforcement officials. Supporters countered that the state law was necessary to make up for lax and ineffective border enforcement by the federal government.

Another Democrat appointed so-called judge has injected himself into and obstructed the orderly exercise of authority by the Chief Executive and the legislature, this time on the state level, in Texas.

US District Court Judge Orlando Luis Garcia has temporarily blocked most of Texas’ tough new “sanctuary cities” law which passed the legislature elected by the people and was signed by the governor, also elected by the people. Even in Texas the authoritarian globalist Democrats usurp the will of the people and rule by fiat.

Among other measures, the law allows police to inquire about a person’s citizenship status, and if they’re not, their immigration status and permission to be in the United States during routine traffic stops. That would provide a means to fight back against the invasion, so naturally the leftists activated their puppet to put a stop to it.

Garcia was born in America but clearly shares a heritage with illegal aliens which may have adversely impacted his presumption of objectivity. It’s of no consequence as those tendencies, if they exist, must be roundly ignored or those questioning them face being branded a racist for raising them.

It’s racist not to ignore the obvious, including sympathies, trends in decisions and potential conflicts of interest which might prevent Garcia from objective judicial action. Then again, simply being a globalist, anti-American Democrat is enough to taint one’s presumption of objectivity. It’s the same situation President Trump found himself confronting with the Democrat Latino supremacist Judge Gonzalo Curiel.

Hillary Clinton’s husband and fellow patronizing liberal, “Biting Bill,” appointed Garcia in 1994 and he became Chief Judge of the Texas Western District Court on January 1st, 2016. He was a sleeper ready to be activated for an occasion just such as this, when the people of Texas attempted to recapture their state from the pirating globalists of the Democrat Party and establishment.

Globalist Democrats and their allies demean the anti-invasion, pro-sovereignty law as a “show us your papers law.” If you’re stopped by police you are already required to identify yourself, so that’s not really correct. It’s an identify the illegals law so they can be turned over to ICE and deported law. That’s why the anti-white, anti-America left is fighting it.

The San Antonio judge’s ruling prevents the law from going into effect on Friday, as was scheduled and allows time for a legal challenge to proceed.

A key provision of the law are the sanctions against law enforcement agencies and counties and their officials for refusing to comply with federal detainer requests. Those sanctions include removal from office and criminal charges for police chiefs and sheriffs.

Maybe the law should be amended to include agitator activist judges as well.
