She Did It Again !!!

Barack Obama may have stolen the 2012 presidential election by keeping the lid on several “phony scandals” with the aid and encouragement of the mainstream media.

However, much to Obama’s consternation, the Benghazi issue is most assuredly NOT DEAD, despite all the lying, obstruction, and stonewalling that the White House has thrown at the issue, aided and abetted by a biased, corrupt mainstream media.

Indeed as reported, the Benghazi scandal has exploded and is front and center:

A key House committee has subpoenaed Secretary of State John Kerry to testify about newly released Benghazi documents, after the Republican chairman accused the administration of hiding the records following an earlier congressional subpoena.

The House Oversight and Government Reform Committee announced Friday that it has issued the subpoena for Kerry to testify at a May 21 hearing.

“The State Department’s response to the congressional investigation of the Benghazi attack has shown a disturbing disregard for the Department’s legal obligations to Congress,” Chairman Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif., wrote in a letter to Kerry.

He added: “Compliance with a subpoena for documents is not a game. Because your Department is failing to meet its legal obligations, I am issuing a new subpoena to compel you to appear before the Committee to answer questions about your agency’s response to the congressional investigation of the Benghazi attack.”

Issa, at a hearing on Thursday, lashed out at the administration over the latest documents. The emails in question were obtained and published by the conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch, following a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit. Issa said the State Department also told his committee about those emails in an April 17 letter.

One email showed White House adviser Ben Rhodes discussing a “prep call” with then-U.N. ambassador Susan Rice, before she went on several Sunday shows and made controversial and flawed statements linking the attack to an anti-Islam Internet video. The email from Rhodes emphasized the role of the Internet video, though the White House claims that was in reference to protests elsewhere in the Middle East and Africa.

Regardless of the context, Issa claims those documents were withheld for Congress for well over a year. “It is disturbing and perhaps criminal … that documents like these were hidden by the Obama administration from Congress and the public alike,” Issa said at Thursday’s hearing. He claimed the withholding of these documents is the worst transparency violation since at least the Nixon administration.

Before the subpoena was announced, House Speaker John Boehner also called on Kerry to testify before Congress in light of these revelations.”

Lest we forget, the deadly events of September 11, 2012 occurred during the lame watch of Hillary Rodham Clinton.

Is america really the land of the free? Does spying on our own citizens count as "Necessary"? "Does Ob I think not. Does security really matter that much? Don't let them take over! There is work to be done, we should be willing to do it.

It's been an astonishing week in Washington, with revelation after revelation exposing the Obama Administration's incompetence and duplicity. First, Secretary of State Kerry slandered our ally Israel, the Middle East's most vibrant democracy, by saying that it could become an "apartheid" state.

Second, the Administration made this statement even as the Palestinian Authority planned to join with Hamas, an anti-Semitic, jihadist, terrorist organization.

Third, the Obama Administration's spin about Benghazi collapsed as it was revealed that it knew a video wasn't to blame for the attacks, and the Administration did not even try to rescue Americans who were murdered.

How are these things connected? They show the Obama Administration still doesn't understand the Middle East, and it still doesn't know our enemies. Israel understands the threats. Israel confronts jihad even when we retreat. Stand with Israel today.

It never fails to disappoint me when I ask a fellow American how they feel about the NSA spying on them and they reply, "Fine, why should I be concerned?  I'm not doing anything wrong."  Not only are the atrocities visited upon America by the National Security Agency so unthinkably unconstitutional, but the average American isn't concerned or even aware about them.  As long as they believe the government won't incarcerate them, they don't care about drones peeking into their lives, or police kicking down their door without cause.  Here in America, we are innocent until proven guilty, not the other way around.  Americans should not be treated like criminals on probation, and suspected of crimes until proven otherwise. This freedom of the citizens and the trust in them by the government was what once made our nation so great, and allowed it to prosper for so long.  The oppression initiated by the government's National Security Agency needs to be stopped before it can spread any farther.  It is a violation of our implied right to privacy guaranteed by the IX amendment and a violation of one of the core ideals that America was founded upon.

Every minute that our nation has to spend under the rule of a "President" like Obama is a minute in which we are loosing our liberty, dignity, and freedom. But we can, and will be heard. The Senate places the agenda and bill voting in the hands of the Speaker of the Senate, who is voted into that position by the majority party of that branch.  That speaker can permanently table the calling up a bill for voting on and passage.   Important bills often languish on this speakers desk because he does not want possible passage of a bill his own political party is against. This is far too much power put into one man's hands.  It has now evolved into an  anti-citizen , evil approach to fair government.  Currently, on Harry Reid holds that post and we can clearly see the damage his non-calling for votes has done to our country.  The Senate and House should change this system,now.

Today is our National Day of Prayer!!

Before I watched this video I was very skeptical. Sometimes people use the national anthem for their own twisted agendas (Lady Gaga – halftime shows - anyone?) This young man sang the national anthem in a different key - all the words with the same, he just used a different key.

What a sad state in time we live in when, while listening to something like this, we can imagine a funeral.
And that is what this song represented to me: This was a funeral dirge for America.
I could just envision thousands and thousands of caskets, all draped with the American flag, burning. I could just envision the enemies of the United States, both foreign and domestic, those enemies of freedom, holding the Constitution of the United States and using it as the torch to light the pyres that would burn freedom from the face of the earth.
I could just imagine those enemies of freedom, both foreign and domestic, dancing wildly and euphoric through the ashes of the bodies of men and women who sacrificed for this country. I could nearly smell and taste the choking, oppressive smoke as the sickening glow of the fires reflected off the wrecked and ruined remains of the land of the free and the home of the brave. I could see, in my mind’s eye, men and women lined up with their families to receive their “papers” from the deceptively “generous” government that sadistically ensures them that the government will take care of them. Each person given the same, all personal property seized by the government for the betterment of all. Of course there would be those hopeless few who would try to remain true to freedom and the Constitution – but as the government had already removed, by force, the Second Amendment – it was mere weeks before all firearms were confiscated throughout America. Those who tried to fight against the oppression were slaughtered, in droves, by those who blindly followed the self-proclaimed leadership. I could just see the same person sitting in the White House term after term after term, more a totalitarian dictator than a president, smiling as the serfs that used to be free citizens plod through their hopeless lives, while those who hate freedom sit in seats of power - laughing at those who are subservient to them. I could sadly imagine the book burnings; millions of copies of the Constitution, Bibles, any reference to freedom - all gleefully thrown upon the conflagration that would sterilize America of such notions as liberty, freedom of speech, freedom of religion, freedom in general. The vassals that once stood proud, I saw in my brief vision, slumped with the weight of oppression working only to further empower those who oppress them. Even, for a brief moment, I could see those who would gather in the name of God being punished for their beliefs. I could see entire families being imprisoned unless they renounce their religious freedom, more specifically – their faith in God.
Just then, my friends, as my blood was boiling, my breath was heightened and my fists were clenched in agony at the death of freedom (amazing how fast the mind works) - the song was over. Seldom have I been so moved, seldom have I been so induced to what may equate to hopelessness as when I heard this. Now understand that I believe what the young man did in this video was very appropriate and necessary. I think that most people who will watch us will not make the connections that I have made nor will they see the things that I’ve seen – and that is not a judgment from me upon them - merely a statement. From the crushing depths of hopelessness as my imagination put these images before my mind’s eye, I was desperate to rise.
So I quicly turned and looked at my library and the many copies of the Bible that sit on my shelves. I also looked at the numerous business books, theology books, poetry and prose that I have in my collection and was reassured that we still live in a free America.

Ten conservative organizations are protesting legislation designed to help one of the richest men in the world warning that it violates federalism, opens the door to regulation of the Internet and is an pure example of crony capitalism.

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC), and Rep. Jason Chaffetz (R-UT), have introduced legislation known as the Restoration of America’s Wire Act as a way to helping billionaire casino owner Sheldon Adelson stamp out competition coming from states that have legalized online gaming.  Adelson's minions have testified that the movement in the states will have devastating impact on Las Vegas and the Sands Corporation's bottom line.

Led by David Williams, the President of Taxpayers Protection Alliance, the letter to Congress notes that “TPA has many concerns with the Restoration of America’s Wire Act, which would essentially ban Internet gaming across the country,” said Williams. “This legislation goes too far by interjecting the federal government in what has traditionally been a state issue. Additionally, the legislation would not stop online gambling and would instead embolden criminals to prey on consumers in a black market that is typically operated abroad with little oversight. I encourage the chairmen and ranking members of the House and Senate Judiciary Committees to stand strong against this gross overreach by the federal government.”  Williams concluded, “this legislation is also a backdoor attempt to regulate the Internet.

The complete letter sent to Congress reads as follows:

Dear Chairmen Goodlatte and Leahy, and Ranking Members Conyers and Grassley,

We, the undersigned individuals and organizations, are writing to express our deep concerns about
the Restoration of America’s Wire Act (H.R. 4301), which would institute a de facto ban on internet gaming in all 50 states. The legislation is a broad overreach by the federal government over matters traditionally reserved for the states. H.R. 4301 will reverse current law in many states and drastically increase the federal government’s regulatory power. As we have seen in the past, a ban will not stop online gambling. Prohibiting states from legalizing and regulating the practice only ensures that it will be pushed back into the shadows where crime can flourish with little oversight. In this black market, where virtually all sites are operated from abroad, consumers have little to no protection from predatory behavior.

Perhaps even more concerning is the fact that this bill allows the federal government to take a heavy hand in regulating the Internet, opening the door for increased Internet regulation in the future. By banning a select form of Internet commerce, the federal government is setting a troubling precedent and providing fodder to those who would like to see increased Internet regulation in the future. We fear that H.R. 4301 will begin a dangerous process of internet censorship that will simultaneously be circumvented by calculated international infringers while constraining the actions of private individuals and companies in the United States.

H.R. 4301 also creates carve-outs that exempt certain special interests from the federal government’s reach. This amounts to the federal government picking winners and losers – choosing select industries or private-sector businesses to succeed at the expense of others, which is at odds with free-market competition.

In total, H.R. 4301 is an inappropriate and unnecessary use of federal powers that infringes on the rights of individuals and states. We applaud you for standing against this government overreach and preserving the principles of federalism and free-market competition that underscore American democracy.

I made this music video because I want low-info voters to get it; to understand that four Americans unnecessarily died at the hands of Al Qaeda terrorists who overtook our U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Libya.

Please do not be offended by my use of the term “low-info”. I am merely referring to Americans like my brother. He works hard, coaches youth football and gets his news from the mainstream media. He does not listen to talk radio, watch Foxnews or surf the internet. Thus, he is a low-info voter.

The MSM has refused to seriously investigate the Benghazi terrorist attack. Why did Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Obama refuse to answer the cries for help of those trapped in our consulate. U.S. Ambassador Chris Stevens was brutally humiliated, tortured and murdered.

Before being killed, Navy SEALs Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty killed 60 of the consulate attackers.  Diplomat Sean Smith was also killed during the attack.

The attack was before the 2012 presidential election. Obama was on the campaign trail pounding his chest like Tarzan proclaiming that Osama Bin Laden was dead, Al Qaeda was on the run and terrorism was no longer a threat.

With the anniversary of 9/11 coming up, Ambassador Stevens requested more security at our consulate. Strengthening security at our consulate would imply that terrorism was alive and well. So, the Obama Administration (Hillary Clinton) denied Stevens' request.

In essence, Obama and Clinton decided that the lives of Americans at our consulate in Benghazi was acceptable collateral damage to protect Obama's narrative. The Obama Administration’s decision was unprecedented because we never leave Americans behind.

My friends, what we see here is a real failure. I'm not talking about the FAIL videos that we see on the Internet, I'm talking about a failure that has a palpable and negative affect on people. I have served our country, but I am not a hero. The heroes are those who are suffering needlessly while waiting on a system that needs to be dramatically improved. The heroes are those who have put their lives on the line for your freedoms, it doesn't matter what conflict they were in, the fact is they were willing to sacrifice so that you can maintain your freedoms.
It is time that we stopped… We simply need to bring common sense and decency back into America. How much money are we sending to other countries or how much money are we giving to special interest groups? How much money are we literally throwing away on things like multi-million-dollar websites that are complete and utter failures of the most embarrassing kind? How much money will we allow (it is you and I, my fellow Americans, who decide what the government can and cannot do by way of those whom we elect) our government to throw away on things that DO NOT help our country in any way, fashion, shape or form?
I have heard too many times some politician, during a campaign, making promises that we will not have any more homeless veterans or that the veteran healthcare system will be fixed or, or, or,… just sickening as we see that those promises go unfulfilled.
This particular issue hits home for me rather dramatically as I will very soon be reliant upon that very same Veterans Administration for my personal healthcare needs. Please understand that I think the vast majority of those who work for the VA are, themselves, patriots who are trying to do the very best they can for the heroes of this great nation. But without proper management even the best intentions will have caustic and devastating effects - those effects are something that you and I are party to. I am placing the responsibility, inasmuch as I am able to, upon you and I as we are the ones who have voted (or have chosen not to vote) for the people that currently hold the highest offices in our country.
The time for half measures and staying home because you don't think voting will do any good, or you don't like something about the people that are running, or using some other excuse for not voting, is over! It is time to step up, it is time to bring the responsibility for this country back upon ourselves. We need to take care of our citizenry. We need to give a hand – up to those who need it and we need to ensure that proper care is given to those who have fought for this country.
