In the article it seems "The Press" is just now catching on to the Fraud in the White House's 'activity, but they still haven't quite linked point A to Obama not being a natural born citizen qualified for the Office of the President with Point B, exactly what someone who is not qualified as a natural born citizen for the office of the President's actions would be.

This lends to the really dunce theory that once someone's in office illegally in the first place, all you can do is pull your hair out if your unsatisfied. America is waking up to the facts but Obama still is charging ahead convinced his imperialistic character will win the battle over the Constitution. 

While Congress is at an impasse with the White House it is very important to seize the day with the information to Congress to take a stand for the Constitution. The House of Representatives has indeed pulled the cord on Obamacare recognizing its the biggest tax in American history and it violates the independence of each American with a mandate over control of healthcare. 

Before Americans wake-up with their paycheck garnished empirically, because Obamacare was not signed by a qualified President, the House has got to fight this all the way and go back to point A wherein the Constitution says you must be a natural born citizen defined very well as those born in American to Citizen parents, and hold hearings with the information brought by a Candidate for President with standing that includes the Cold Case Posse evidence Obama's long form birth certificate is nothing more then a fabrication and he is not qualified.

My fight for the Eligibility of the President began in 2007-8 with Judy v. McCain, so leave your comments at the garbage of those who claim its only a 'racist' argument, and mine certainly has included Obama and as my Dec. 2007 letter to the U.S. Supreme Court explained is based on the principle of the Constitution for which re-construction is prohibited unless authorized expressly by Amendment.

Of course I continued that legal representation in 2012 with Judy v. Obama 12-5276 that in2012, and 2013 were encased in the United States Supreme Court without a hearing, and with some very shady things happening I have rehearsed in other entries.

This could be so valuable to the Republicans in the House at this time if they would only see it and decide tis better to take a stand for the Constitution then compromise with the enslavement of a Nation. Pass it on to your Senators and House Representatives in your home state, because coming from you it will make a difference to them.

As negotiations are rambled about about the shutdown, I can only hope that House Speaker Boehner see's and hears from you exactly what needs to be heard at this time, first that the Eligibilty Card is the Ace, and second that compromise is not an option with FRAUD, FORGERY, and THEFT of many American generations.

It has been announced that the chicken little Obama is using the excuse of the shutdown to pull in National Guard troops from surrounding states to blockade the 495 Beltway and stop the truckers protest slated for tomorrow. The truckers vowed to legally block the Beltway and demand Obama’s resignation from office.

This is yet another of Obama’s tactics and excuses. The people of this country are no longer allowed to protest. Especially if it is against Obama or his administration. This dictator/Tyrant wannabe leader is so afraid of a negative public opinion that if it is possible that he will get negative words, he will do all he can to avoid them.

Now Obama calls out the National Guard to block truckers from their legal right to protest. Yet it is ok for Obama to violate the law in any manner he chooses. Running guns to terrorists (al Qaida), Mexican Drug Cartels in the Fast & Furious scandal, receiving private IRS tax payer information that he is not authorized to have from Lois Lerner and now the woman he has heading up his ObamaCare at the IRS.

The list goes on and on, as does the trail of American dead bodies that Obama does not care about. He bars American veterans from the very memorials erected to honor them, their service, and sacrifices. Yet completely opens closed areas for illegal immigrants to hold rallies with democratic leaders, like Nancy Pelosi in attendance with no peril. Something is drastically wrong when illegal immigrants can hold rallies without being arrested for being illegal immigrants, yet our veterans have to push past barricades to visit the memorials meant for them.

Our valiant Republican leaders finally have an audience with Obama who is finally ready to talk. Now that he is taking heat and his approval ratings are at 37% (should be 0%). Obama and Harry Reid want to push the debt ceiling off until after the mid-term elections. I bet so Obama can rig another election and try to steal Republican seats for more democrats. An Obama dream would be a super majority for his final two years. Which would be a complete disaster for the rest of the country, if  dictator/tyrant Obama had a free run of it.

If Obama had a free run, we would all be forced to be loyal to the Quran, women forced to cover up with burkas (which I would never do), be subservient to men (LIKE HELL), and be over taken by Muslim law. Not to mention our Beloved Constitution would be burned and no longer exist.

No, we all must stop this mad man with a complex so insane a blind man could see it. Finally the rest of the country is beginning to see his true nature. That Obama is willing to hurt the American people to gain whatever objective he wishes. That grieving military families will be hurt by Obama to make a point, and Obama will deflect blame to anyone besides himself. There is no such thing as the buck stops here with Obama. To him it stops anywhere but here!

I am a new Tea Party member and I finally reached my limit with the direction this tryannical government is going so I sent my first protest letters to the president, congress and different media outlets last night.  I am hand delivering them in a few hours.  The eviction of homeowners in Lake Mead Nevada with only a 24 hour notice by armed federal park police and the Veterans struggle to see the WWII Memorial erected in their honor all because of the "shutdown" put me over the top.  I am new to prostesting so I hope my now fellow tea partiers don't laugh at me or what I wrote.  I just felt like I had to do something.  I modeled my letters after boiler plate legal notices.  I tried to attach my notices as a file but they wouldn't download so they are pasted below.  They look better in a word document as far as formatting and spacing.  I'm learning so thanks for your patience and please comment and share.

NOTICE OF EMPLOYMENT VIOLATION

Pursuant to your terms of employment, you are all employees of the Citizens of the United States.  The location of employment is the U.S. Capitol, Washington, DC, 20515 and your home States. That's it, no more...all done. Yep, that's right no more... “and by the (blank) State, I hereby pronounce you man and wife.” What has precipitated my ending and calling all Biblical Christian pastors and Christians to call it “quits” with Government ordained marriages and this often-read portion of almost all “church weddings”? Well there are several reasons actually... the first is the wide-spread acceptance of the Homosexual lifestyle which of course according the the Bible, is a sin. I really don't care what the Liberal's, Fox New Network(aka the Catholic Lawyer Channel) or the Roman Catholic Pope and other so called religious nutcases like Joel Osteen tell you and I, the act or even thought of partaking in homosexual activities is a sin and wrong. http://www.charismanews.com/opinion/watchman-on-the-wall/41253-what-joel-osteen-has-in-common-with-the-pope-and-the-president.

The Bible teaches us as I shared earlier that homosexuality(as is all sin) is bad, is wrong and should not be partook in. There are negative consequences for such acts. If you don't believe me, just look in today's news headlines. This nation(and other nations around the world) are in deep trouble, why is this ? Many suffer these days not just socially, but economically and in many other ways as well. Those with their heads up in their clouds keep telling us “all we need to do to correct this is ...” when in reality the whole issue of our suffering is based on the rejection of God's Word. Plain and simple folks; If God said something is bad, don't do it or.... well, once again...just take a look around you. As well, there are folks who are today suffering because of someone else's activity in sin. I really don't care who your favorite talking head is on television or who in Government you choose to support these days, it's not what they tell you or what to do that will get you where you need to go. Nope, with more and more American's accepting homosexuality and other sins as described as such in the Bible, what sin is now “normal” and acceptable, we will only see this nation continue in declining someday(probably soon) to come to implode.

Marriage like many areas of the Bible where God instructs us Christians to have responsibility over just as in other areas such as, taking care of the poor, widows and orphans, has been wrongly taken over by our Government. It is not, I repeat NOT the job of the Government to do our job as Bible based Christians. I realize there have been religions past and present that have faked their way into what the Bible declares us real Christians to do and have greatly abused our Biblical mandates, but that should not prevent us Christians from doing our jobs. The Bible quite clearly tells us to separate ourselves from such evil acts and quite frankly from the world as well. Homosexuality and marriage(“civil unions”) and anything to do with joining intimate relationships is God's business and His business alone. It is not the Government's job nor responsibility what-so-ever. Homosexuality has polluted the sanctity of marriage in our nation(and world) therefore, I and all Christian Pastors and Christians should no longer attain “Government marriage License's” or marry couples or get married according to the “State.” That's correct, no more Government sanctioned marriages should be partook in. Instead, we should only be performing and participating in “Biblical Covenant Marriages” with no mention or interferences of the Government.

What does a “Biblical Covenant Marriage” mean ? This means the Government has no right to interfere or intervene in your marriage for any reason. No Government divorces, no Government taxes, No Government Family Court actions in your marriage and so on. The Pastor and Church should be the only (as in the Bible) entity to teach, instruct, intervene in any marriage/family issues. Rather than a wife or husband running to wicked Family Law attorneys regarding disputes, the Pastor and the Church would have authority to help reunite, counsel, help, bless and teach husbands and wives how to love, respect and help one-another in and through Jesus Christ. The Church would keep record of such marriages and if and when the couple moves and needs to attend another Biblical Church, that record with a letter from the pastor would be sent to the new church home and the new pastor as to the marriage and if the marriage is in right standing or not. This is all quite Biblical and simple which is probably why the world will hate those who participate.

The whole idea of “Biblical Covenant Marriages” is to keep sin and an increasingly wicked Government and the world out of God's business. If you follow the Biblical Model for marriage, you won't be able to get some Government sponsored benefits I suppose because according to their evil documents, the Government will not recognize a “Biblical Covenant Marriage.” The sacrifice is worth it however in the long-run. Keeping away and keeping out Government intrusion and money hungry lawyers, judges, cops, CPS workers, Domestic Violence Program workers, teachers, counselors, politicians, psychologists is key to the survival of not only your marriage but this nation. That brings me to reason number two(2) for advocating only for “Biblical Covenant Marriages.” As with much of our Government, money and control are motivators to destroy husband, wife and families in general. Billions and Billions of Federal, State and County tax payer paid monies are used to purposely destroy families. Let's face it, the Government will do whatever it can to make a little cash from you, however it can. Sadly, there are an increasingly amounts of so called “christians”(small letter 'c' used purposely here) who seek out the Government and or Government paid agents to terrorize spouses, children, parents and their very own family members. Real Bible believing Christians need protection from those who turn their backs on Jesus Christ and use Government sponsored terrorists and their evil tactics to come after them.

So, let every good and Biblical Pastor reject all Government sponsored marriages. End all relationships with evil and the world. It is in 2 Corinthians 6:14-15, the Word declares, “Do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers. For what fellowship has righteousness with lawlessness ? And what communion has light with darkness ? And what accord has Christ with Belial ? Or what part has a believer with an unbeliever ?” Fairly simple to understand, you don't need to know Biblical Greek to understand this. It is time to end the wrongful(from the get-go) relationship with Government. No more Government sponsored marriages. That's it, the end, no more. The one and only way Biblical Christians should get married from here on out is through a “Biblical Covenant Marriage.” If you are considering getting married, I highly suggest you and your future spouse find a real Bible based pastor and church and do what is right before the Lord.

Our Tea Party real nowhere man for U.S. Senate, Steve Lonegan, has suddenly become a force to reckon with; remarkably surging from 35 points behind Obama clone Cory Booker to only 3.

To stop the bleeding, Hollywood (Oprah, Ben Affleck and several others) has funded a $337,000 smear campaign against Lonegan. We can not allow Hollywood to buy this seat for hardcore liberal Booker and the Democrats.

Unquestionably, the once cocky Booker camp of deep-pocket Hollywood heavyweights have become a bite anxious, stunned by Lonegan's surge. They realize that the wake of a Lonegan victory over Booker in New Jersey will cause a tsunami impacting the national political landscape.

Aside from contributing to a Republican majority in the Senate, a Lonegan victory means that when Conservatism is confidently articulated it resonates with voters. Folks, I am talkin' Obama's worst nightmare.

Democrat pundits and their co-conspirators in the media pound us daily with the false narrative that a majority of Americans have embraced their liberal agenda. Some say the Democrat/liberal media tag team is too powerful and well-funded. My reply is I love my country far too much to roll over and surrender. Lonegan's amazing surge confirms that anything is possible when We The People are fully engaged.

CAN YOU ANSWER THIS QUESTION?

What is America to you.  Most people have never even thought about it. "What does The United States mean in my life?"  Let me help answer it for you!  This nation is your home.  It is the home of your family, your closest friends and your children.  Of course you already knew this and I'm not telling you anything you didn't already know.  Be that as it may, are you aware your home is subject to the greatest danger it has ever been in since the civil war.  You can dispute this all you want but deep down you know it's true.  The debt the Marxist laws recently passed by Congress.  Laws like the Patriot Act, The NDAA, and Obama Care to name only a few, combined with the militarization of almost every government agency , and police department serve as ominous indicators of a President and administration completely out of control.  A President and administration unwilling to obey the law, and at the same time commit unconstitutional acts almost daily.  Why should you be concerned about these things?  I will help you answer this as well.   I seriously doubt 1 out of every 300,000 people have read any of the legislation mentioned above.  If they had we would see many more people standing against this tyranny and treason.  If people truly understood that they can now be arrested without charge, held in prison indefinitely without having broken any law whatsoever.  If they understood they could be targeted by the government for assassination for no other reason than someone "thinks" they "might" be a threat.  If they understood that any government employee with any agency could enter their homes and search it without warrant or any cause whatsoever.  If they only knew there are many more tyrannical laws hidden in the NDAA and Obama Care they might know America means life, their lives.  Just where do you think you will go if you lose your home country.   Now, what does America really mean to you?

In one of the most despicable and immoral acts of any president in the history of the United States, President Obama, the Commander in Chief, is playing politics over the dead bodies of American soldiers killed in action during the government shutdown. These soldiers were killed following his orders.

Richard Thompson, President and Chief Counsel of the Thomas More Law Center, commented, “I cannot conceive of any other president in our history doing what Obama is doing in this situation.  As Commander in Chief, he signed the orders sending these young men into harm’s way.  They died following his orders.  Now he is denying their families the military’s “death gratuity” normally given within 3 days of the death, which covers funeral expenses and travel to Dover Air Force Base to receive the flag draped casket that holds their fallen hero. President Obama is callously adding to the unimaginable grief and the heavy burden these surviving loved ones carrying just to score some political points.”

Thompson continued, “The generals in the Pentagon and the combat general in the field also share in the moral responsibility to our troops. How could they allow this to happen?”

The recently passed Pay Our Military Act should allow for these death gratuity payments.  If the lawyers in the Obama administration say otherwise, Congress must act to quickly overturn this outrageous injustice to our fallen warriors. See if he will veto the bill.  Or he could issue his oft-used Executive Order as Commander in Chief to allow those payments.”

This is the latest optic in the “make it painful policy” his administration is using in his battle with Republicans over the government shutdown.

Sadly, this isn’t the first time the Obama Administration has played politics with the lives of those serving our Nation. Obama and his administration already showed total disregard for the WWII Veterans attempting to visit the WWII Memorial.

In Benghazi, for the sake of Obama’s re-election rhetoric, the Obama Administration issued “stand down” orders, offered no intervention and no reinforcements; actions that resulted in the death of 4 Americans including Ambassador Chris Stevens and 2 former Navy SEALS. A year later, the administration is still wrapped up in the politics of that incident.

What do you call a political leader that refuses to heed the will of the people, refuses to obey the law, and openly punishes the nation's citizens when he doesn't get his way?  The only word I can think of is "TYRANT"

Indifferent to a 37% approval rating in the latest polls Obama continues to punish, in any way he can, the American people for not allowing him to force a political and economic model on this country that is overwhelmingly unpopular.

The majority of the people oppose Obamacare and wish to see it appealed or at least delayed.  Polls show that the American people, by an average of two to one, feel that the Debt Ceiling should not be raised without significant cuts to spending.  Why, in the face of these facts, would Obama, Reid and Pelosi shut down the government and refuse to even talk to the Representatives of the People?

Remember the roll of the Congress and Executive Branch.  The House of Representatives is the people’s voice in government.  The Senate is the individual states’ voice and the executive is the enforcement arm of government.  (We could discuss the failings of the Senate since the passing of the 17th Amendment, but that is a discussion for another day.)

Despite an unpopular position in the polls, Obama refuses to meet with the People's Representatives and instead chooses to punish the American People in every way he can possibly devise to force capitulation.  He wants to realign the distribution of powers defined in the Constitution and is prepared to use coercion to accomplish this goal.

We have seen it time and time again, from Fast and Furious, where he and Holder ran guns to the drug cartels to undermine the Second Amendment, to the disenfranchisement of conservative organizations by the IRS in order to sway elections.  He will use any means available to him to further his agenda which is the complete restructuring of the American system of government.

We should not be punished for expressing support for our elected officials, who in turn stand for our beliefs in the Congress.  Should he continue to deprive us of services and access that we have paid for solely as a reprisal for thwarting his will, we will have little recourse but to demand, by any means available to us, the restoration of these rights.  This is no longer about government spending.  It is now about the relevancy of the People's Representatives in opposition to tyranny.

The Washington Times notes that the lobbyists for the recording industry -- the same recording industry that raised millions of dollars of President Obama's re-election -- are up on Capitol Hill demanding the imposition of a new tax that would go directly into the pockets of their CEOs and companies.

In fact, the bill is worse than the Washington Times describes.  Introduced by liberal Rep. Mel Watt, H.R. 3219 would create a royalty tax on AM/FM radio stations.  The tax rate would be imposed by a non-profit called the "Sound Exchange."  The Sound Exchange is a creation of, you guessed it, the Recording Industry of America (RIAA).

For over 80 years, radio stations have given artists free airplay.  Every musician who ever cut a song has prayed for their songs to be played on AM/FM radio because of their reach to the public.  Even today, despite iPod and other forms of delivery, airplay touches over 240 million listeners.  Free promotion means record sales and concert sales.  

But now the greedy recording industry wants Congress to force the radio stations to pay the recording industry when they play a song.  They want the promotional value of airplay and they want the radio station to pay them for the privilege.

Thankfully some members of Congress are finally getting a spine and standing up to the recording industry.  Rep. Mike Conaway (R-TX) has introduced the “Local Radio Freedom Act,” a resolution that opposes a new performance tax on local radio stations. A companion bill, S. Con. Res. 6, was introduced in the Senate by Sens. John Barrasso (WY). This legislation is supported by more than 170 bipartisan members of the House and 12 senators. That is still not enough to stop the Watts bill but it is a start of a strong firewall.

The Watt's bill is a non-starter for people who support a free market and oppose government price fixing monopolies.  We will be watching to see how many Republicans are willing to throw aside principle for a few thousand dollars in campaign contributions.

  i.. Money market mutual funds: $337.7 billion (2.4 percent)
  j.. United Kingdom: $346.5 billion (2.4 percent)
  k.. Private pension funds: $504.7 billion (3.5 percent)
  l.. State and local governments: $506.1 billion (3.5 percent)
  m.. Japan: $912.4 billion (6.4 percent)
  n.. U.S. households: $959.4 billion (6.6 percent)

So America owes foreigners about $4.5 trillion in debt. But America owes America $9.8 trillion.

I can't believe they will let this go on too long, someone has to speak up if they haven't already.

Members of the military did not close up shop when the government shut down. In fact, five of them lost their lives in Afghanistan this past weekend. But because the "government" IS shut down, their relatives will NOT receive the death benefit of $100,000 that is usually paid within 36 hours of death to cover funeral and travel expenses for the family to be at the funeral at the CLOSED national cemetery. 
AND, Jesse Jackson Jr., is now receiving 8500 big ones a month plus 45K per year because he got caught stealing. 8500 is disability because when he got caught he suddenly developed a mood disorder and the 45 grand is his pension from his government "job."

Police  arrest 8 House members at immigration rally

WASHINGTON (AP) — At least  eight Democratic members of the House were among about 200 people  arrested Tuesday after they blocked a main street near the Capitol during a  massive rally seeking to push Republicans to hold a vote on a stalled  immigration reform bill.

Police would not identify those  arrested. Representatives of the social policy organization Center for Community  Change and The Associated Press witnessed the arrests of Reps. John Lewis,  D-Ga.; Luis Gutiérrez, D-Ill.; Raúl Grijalva, D-Ariz.; Keith Ellison, D-Minn.;  John Crowley and Charles Rangel, both D-N.Y.; Al Green, D-Texas; and Jan  Schakowsky, D-Ill.,

Representatives of other groups whose  members attended the rally, such as United Farm Workers and Farmworker Justice,  confirmed that several of their members were arrested as well.

Those arrested will be charged with  "crowding, obstructing and incommoding" under the local laws of the District of  Columbia, the Capitol Police said. The arrests began about 4 p.m. EDT and had  ended two hours later, police said in a statement.

Before being arrested, Gutiérrez said  he planned the act of civil disobedience "so the speaker of the House can free  Congress and finally pass immigration reform."

The rally took place after the six-time  Grammy winners Los Tigres del Norte performed at the National Mall during a show  in which the Mexican band dedicated each song to the estimated 11 million  immigrants living in the United States illegally.

Prospects for passage of a  comprehensive immigration bill appear dim. A bill passed by the  Democratic-controlled Senate and backed by the White House includes billions of  dollars for border security as well as a 13-year path to citizenship for those  already in the U.S. illegally.

It's unclear whether the GOP-dominated House will ever pass legislation that could form the basis for a final deal with the Senate. Most House Republicans have rejected this comprehensive approach, and the House Judiciary Committee has moved forward with individual, single-issue immigration bills that could come to the floor sometime later this year or next.

Citing the demonstration, the White  House issued a statement calling for the House to take up the immigration  bill.

"The enthusiastic demonstration of  support for immigration reform this week has proven to Congress that the broad  coalition behind commonsense solutions to our nation's broken immigration laws  is as strong as it has ever been," according to the statement from press  secretary Jay Carney. "It's time for the House of Representatives to reopen the  government, pay their bills and get back to the important work of moving the  economy forward."

  I have been listening to all the Congressmen and Senators and the President argue and fight like children not getting along over Obama Care ,Debt ceiling ,wanting to talk the Republicans is wanting to do but the President acting like a Dictator he is not going to Negotiate is that not Tyranny.

 But this is what really gets to me they talk about fixing this and that but it does not matter what any of the Government officials do that suppose to work for the American People .So why is their not any Government Officials or news networks not talking about how and why these High Gas and Diesel Price at the pumps are crushing this Country and no matter what they do things will not get better until the Fuel prices go back down to $1.50 a gallon and the shipping prices go back down on every single item we buy in America is shipped powered by either Gasoline or Diesel fuel and the middle class is turning into the Poor and the Poor are below that I guess miserable . This is America and the very ones that we all voted in is so wealthy that they are obviously not hurt by the outstanding $3.50 gallon gas because they are not at all trying to help out the American people .

Look in 2008 Gasoline was $1.49 a gallon in Lexington Tn. and Obama takes office and the gas jumps up to $3.80 a gallon ,folks this country was built on the fact we could move effortless affordable from place to place and to the point Trucks became the most efficient way to ship goods across America and trains was being used less and less .The American people are being crushed and restricted because no body in Washington is fighting for the one thing that can single handed turn the economy around in the United States of America once and for all and Why are our Government officials so blind to this fact and if they cant understand that and they can't see were it would turn this country around then maybe they don't need to be an official in our government supposing speaking for us the people America someday might be ready for $3.50 a gallon of gas someday but it is so obvious that we are not ready yet and that is the so reason our economy is not recovering and if they do ever lower the prices because they came to their senses and that light bulb comes on they will have to make the greedy shipping companies drop their prices and then the industry drop their prices back .

See nobody can be competitive on anything really when everybody is struggling the competitiveness is dead and the people goes into survival mode .Isn't America better then just existing in survival mode .

I do hope by some way somebody that will fight hard for this will see this and lets turn America back into the country we know and Love Wake up Washington to the peoples real needs .
