Yes, it may have been about some deal Harry Reid was hustling. It was also a dry run for armed federal agents, who BTW aren't sworn to uphold the Constitution, to bully and tyrannize a citizen. It could have turned out to be a Waco or Ruby Ridge atrocity. But BLM found out that they couldn't get away with it in broad daylight, even with the Sheriff sitting it out. DOJ Failed to Investigate IRS Fraud Charges
Last December I filed fraud charges against the Whistleblower Office for failing to investigate multi-million tax preparer fraud. The Department of Justice refused to even acknowledge my complaint. I finally asked Senator Flake to intervene on my behalf after 8 months. In just days I received a letter from the DOJ informing me that they lacked jurisdiction to investigate violations of federal tax laws. The DOJ said the decision to investigate tax fraud is vested solely with the IRS.
IRS Handpicks Tax Preparers to Face DOJ Conviction
The DOJ prosecuted 60+ tax preparers during the last 12 months. The DOJ gets their leads from the IRS. This means that the IRS handpicks tax preparers who face a DOJ conviction rate of 94%. If the IRS is going to target small businessman for millions in fraud, then doesn’t the government have a fiduciary duty to taxpayers to hold large corporations accountable for causing the US Treasury to lose billions?
Racial Profiling Violates Civil Liberties
In 1996 the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in U.S. v Armstrong that racial profiling is constitutional in the absence of data that similarly situated defendants of another race were disparately treated. I’ve asked Senator Rubio and Congressman Issa to subpoena the IRS and demand all records regarding selection protocal that results in DOJ convictions. Congress needs to identify what criteria the IRS utilized in selecting tax preparers for DOJ prosecution.
Tea Party Scandal is Small Potatoes Compared to IRS Racial Profiling
The news media is quick to criticize and toss Tea Party members under the bus. Every American should embrace the fact that a massive IRS corruption was uncovered. The IRS was created to oversee tax collection and compliance. However, the IRS has morphed into a powerful agency that lacks transparency, honesty and integrity. They terrorize taxpayers of lower economic means who simply don’t have the money to hire a CPA or tax attorney to represent them from IRS mayhem. My research shows over 75% of the tax preparers the IRS handed over to the DOJ for convictions were minorities.
The bottom line is simple, if the Internal Revenue Service is going prosecute black and Hispanic tax preparers who’ve engaged in tax fraud, than they have a duty to prosecute white tax preparers committing tax fraud based on professional shortcomings instead of race.
If Senator Rubio and Congressman Issa find that the IRS is guilty of profiling minorities then it’s time the Internal Revenue Service faces the same fate the government bestowed upon Arthur Andersen for the Enron debacle. I’ve been a CPA over 30 years and I watched in amazement as 100,000 outstanding Arthur Andersen professionals lost their jobs as the result of a few bad apples. In contrast, having closely worked with multiple layers of the IRS in the last three years, I will attest that the IRS has cases of bad apples sitting on pallets that would require multiple railroad cars to move. I believe it’s time for the IRS to go by the wayside just like vinyl records and VHS recorders. The best use for the IRS is to become an answer to a trivial pursuit question.

Barack Obama has finally managed to drive Vladimir Putin from the front pages and BREAKING NEWS alerts by deploying armed US federal rangers from the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) in order to deal with “illegal cattle grazing” on the ranch of Cliven Bundy in Nevada.
Odd, that.
With perhaps as many as 20-40 million illegal aliens of unknown character and designs wandering about from coast to coast, Barack Obama has declared war on several hundred helpless cattle whose only known vice is unregulated (untaxed!) flatulence which, although it may contribute to the global warming myth, will surely dissipate, given enough time.

Once again the sheer incompetence of the Obama administration is exceeded only by the arrogance and mindless tyranny present in the White House!

Recently I've searched the Internet and found actual signs posted by the BLM (federal) - that state "First Amendment zone" - the problem with this is the Constitution of United States covers the United States. The Constitution of United States does not have gray areas or blackout areas or areas that it doesn't cover within the sovereign land of the United States of America. Now the very people who have sworn to uphold the Constitution are the ones who are defiling the Constitution by stating that there are only certain areas within the borders of the United States of America that the Constitution applies to - in other words the "First Amendment zones". There are no such thing as amendment zones or constitutional zones or any other zones for that matter when it comes to freedoms of the people of the United States of America. The citizens of the United States should not have to fight against the federal government, rather the federal government should be fighting for the people of the United States of America.
When Americans fear their own government and that same government is limiting our constitutional rights it is time for a change in power, so get out there and vote!
Catch phrases that could be used are too numerous to mention but none of them really drive the point home. We do not want a country where the words "hi I'm here from the federal government" cause fear and panic among the people.
There is no reason that the United States of America should have snipers targeting citizens who are exercising their constitutionally given rights. Now that being said, if those same citizens break the law, then of course rule of law must be maintained. But rule of law must be maintained within the boundaries of the Constitution.

If one were to take Jeb Bush seriously— something even he is too intelligent to do— one might ask :Why does illegal alien “love” always flow toward the vast riches found in America?

Bundy Ranch exploits Congressional Cover-Up of Obama’s Ineligibility

As near 200 Federal Agents have circled about the Cliven Bundy southeast Nevada Ranch a problem has been created. The problem is not that which has been caused by Cliven Bundy or the Federal Agents who are under jurisdiction of the Office of the President as the legal enforcer of the law in the Executive Branch. The problem has been created by Congress who has been unwilling to hold a hearing on Obama’s eligibility and qualification for the Office of the President placing in danger the Executive Branch’s enforcement ability under the Constitutional.
The Judicial Branch of government covering all the Court System is the interpreter of the law, the Legislative Branch the writers or creators of the law, and the Executive Branch the enforcer of the law. It is crucially important that the Judicial and Legislative Branches of the government see to it that the Executive Branch has a qualified person in the Office of the President or else they really have no means, legal authority, or power to enforce the laws they pass.
This has been exposed very clearly in the House of Representatives that in March of 2014 passed a bill entitled “Enforce the Law” by a vote of 233 to 181. They indeed are like benched football players unable to participate in the game because Obama said so. The public should be able to see this quite clearly with the example of Obamacare that Obama has changed a dozen or so times without Congress’s approval.
Of course Congress is furious about Obama creating changes in Obamacare for his own political purposes or parties’ benefits, rather than coming to them to re-write the law for the changes. Republicans in their own little game have sought to enrage the public by Obamacare by implementing it without exemptions so people could feel the pain of the law rather than the benefit. Democrats frantically seeing how the law will affect their constituents and big donors run to Obama begging for a quick fix by executive order to get around the law or extend benefits to those who would be hurt.
The People are not so dumb that we can’t see this. The House of Representatives controlled by Republicans as a majority now, also charged with financing Obamacare, says Obama is not ‘enforcing the law’ when their plan of pain for the public doesn’t work because Obama is shape-shifting it.
Of course it’s against Constitution for Obama to re-write the laws the Legislative Branch passes under normal circumstances, but it is also against the Constitution for Congress to knowingly try to enforce the law with an illegal commander-in-chief or foreigner in the Office of the President who isn’t qualified under the Constitution by passing a directive to Obama to “enforce the law”.
Of course we the people see through this in answering the question, which came first the chicken or the egg? It’s an Abbott and Costello classic: Who’s on first (Judicial Branch), and What’s on second (legislative Branch) till we get to the “I don’t know” on third base Obama as head of the Executive Branch we certainly do not know, and then it trickles down to the public who doesn’t give a damn about all the confusion playing the short stop position not knowing which base to point at for missing the ball, or who to cover if a ball is hit in either direction.
How does this constitutional crisis hit Congress for not manning up and holding a hearing like responsible elected leaders would who having been petitioned over and over and over again by the public with Obama’s fraudulent long form birth certificate, mis-matched social security card also prominent with illegal aliens who don’t have a birth certificate, and phony draft registration?
Well it’s not long before the Federal Government decides to enforce some law like, I don’t know, collecting taxes or getting someone off BLM land, or trying to enforce an endangered species act of Congress that someone sits back and says, “You know what, you don’t have a qualified commander in chief in the Office of the President so you don’t have the ability to enforce the law legally according to the law that your professing pronouncing a shame on Uncle Sam.
Of course if he’s right and the law has become unlawful according to the Constitution as we do live in a Republic then the ball comes back to the Judicial Branch which it has in many instances my own case going clear up to the United States Supreme Court in Judy v. Obama 12-5276 as a candidate for President who has all the standing required to meet all three statutes of standing, and the Judicial Branch basically saying its Congress’s job to hold hearings and sort through this in trial which they have every right and duty to do, especially when the Judicial Branch is telling them that.
We see the House of Representatives avoiding impeachment proceedings because? Well, a guess is they have more candidates who want to run for President who are not qualified then the Democrats, but Mr. Bundy is pointing at the enforcement of the Executive Branch with a lot of facts saying Obama doesn’t have the authority and as head of the enforcement branch of Government these Federal Agents are trespassing essentially and that is lawful thing for him to say and its backed up with in fact law enforcement professionals.
In fact, Mr. Bundy’s sheriff could easily walk in and tell the Federal Authorities to leave until they come back with Constitutional Authority actually approved by the Constitution. The sheriff does have the most authority in this given circumstance.
Let’s take a look at exactly what departments are under the Office of the President and in such presuming authority under the Executive Branch and the danger of these departments authority to legally execute the law if Obama’s not qualified.
Now whether Mr. Bundy's problem originates with the BLM or with the TAX Division, enforcement of all of these departments come under and must be qualified under a qualified person in the White House. Now is Mr. Bundy responsible for seeing to it that the person in the White House is qualified? Heavens no. He has a right a citizen however just like every single American to insist that if the Federal Government is going to enforce something that the person in the Office of the President is a legally qualified person. Right now there are a lot of militias headed to the Bundy Ranch, and if there's any blood spilt there this is going to come back to Congress!
According to Sheriff Joe's Cold Case Possee whose done a heck of a lot more investigation on this subject then Congress Obama's got a fraudulent birth certificate,a forged draft registration, and a mis-matched social security card. Does that sound like a qualified person in the Office or the actions of a foreign usurper? Obama's long form birth certificate says he receives some citizenship from his father listed as Kenyan and his mother listed as American, but dual citizens can't be President. Besides that, we have a great investigation done by law enforcement that also has been submitted to the Judicial Branch up to the U.S. Supreme Court who wouldn't give it a hearing. If we are so over run with unconstitutional powers there's sure no authority that says anyone has to pay their taxes, because if your going to live by the Constitution by God there better be a qualified natural born citizen in the Office of the President to enforce the law, otherwise your just setting yourself up for a whole bunch of problems and blood thats going to be shed.
Tell me who is the law enforcement official who wants to start shooting Americans and throwing them in jail based on the facts that the person in the office is not qualified under the Constitution?
You know I want to say that the Bundy Family has purchased meat from two or three times as I've visited there ranch. They are good folks and have never written me a bad check or anything like that and it was each time about a $500 dollar order. People can say a lot of mean things until they have met someone but in my business dealings with them they have been honest folks.
Now can I say the same thing about Obama in the White House whose at the head of the BLM Land Management Enforcement Agencies and the Tax Agencies. I most certainly can not say they are honest folks. In fact I have made complaints about the dis-honesty in Courts of Law clear up to the U.S. Supreme Court who feels its the duty of the Legislative Branch under the disability impeachment hearings procedures to place the evidence on the table. If Congress won't do that they are not being honest with you and they are not being honest with Mr. Cliven Bundy and you have my witness on that.

As near 200 Federal Agents have circled about the Cliven Bundy southeast Nevada Ranch a problem has been created. The problem is not that which has been caused by Cliven Bundy or the Federal Agents who are under jurisdiction of the Office of the President as the legal enforcer of the law in the Executive Branch. The problem has been created by Congress who has been unwilling to hold a hearing on Obama’s eligibility and qualification for the Office of the President placing in danger the Executive Branch’s enforcement ability under the Constitutional.
The Judicial Branch of government covering all the Court System is the interpreter of the law, the Legislative Branch the writers or creators of the law, and the Executive Branch the enforcer of the law. It is crucially important that the Judicial and Legislative Branches of the government see to it that the Executive Branch has a qualified person in the Office of the President or else they really have no means, legal authority, or power to enforce the laws they pass.
Of course Congress is furious about Obama creating changes in Obamacare for his own political purposes or parties’ benefits, rather than coming to them to re-write the law for the changes. Republicans in their own little game have sought to enrage the public by Obamacare by implementing it without exemptions so people could feel the pain of the law rather than the benefit. Democrats frantically seeing how the law will affect their constituents and big donors run to Obama begging for a quick fix by executive order to get around the law or extend benefits to those who would be hurt.
The People are not so dumb that we can’t see this. The House of Representatives controlled by Republicans as a majority now, also charged with financing Obamacare, says Obama is not ‘enforcing the law’ when their plan of pain for the public doesn’t work because Obama is shape-shifting it.
Of course it’s against Constitution for Obama to re-write the laws the Legislative Branch passes under normal circumstances, but it is also against the Constitution for Congress to knowingly try to enforce the law with an illegal commander-in-chief or foreigner in the Office of the President who isn’t qualified under the Constitution by passing a directive to Obama to “enforce the law”.
Of course we the people see through this in answering the question, which came first the chicken or the egg? It’s an Abbott and Costello classic: Who’s on first (Judicial Branch), and What’s on second (legislative Branch) till we get to the “I don’t know” on third base Obama as head of the Executive Branch we certainly do not know, and then it trickles down to the public who doesn’t give a damn about all the confusion playing the short stop position not knowing which base to point at for missing the ball, or who to cover if a ball is hit in either direction.
How does this constitutional crisis hit Congress for not manning up and holding a hearing like responsible elected leaders would who having been petitioned over and over and over again by the public with Obama’s fraudulent long form birth certificate, mis-matched social security card also prominent with illegal aliens who don’t have a birth certificate, and phony draft registration?
Well it’s not long before the Federal Government decides to enforce some law like, I don’t know, collecting taxes or getting someone off BLM land, or trying to enforce an endangered species act of Congress that someone sits back and says, “You know what, you don’t have a qualified commander in chief in the Office of the President so you don’t have the ability to enforce the law legally according to the law that your professing pronouncing a shame on Uncle Sam.
Of course if he’s right and the law has become unlawful according to the Constitution as we do live in a Republic then the ball comes back to the Judicial Branch which it has in many instances my own case going clear up to the United States Supreme Court in Judy v. Obama 12-5276 as a candidate for President who has all the standing required to meet all three statutes of standing, and the Judicial Branch basically saying its Congress’s job to hold hearings and sort through this in trial which they have every right and duty to do, especially when the Judicial Branch is telling them that.
We see the House of Representatives avoiding impeachment proceedings because? Well, a guess is they have more candidates who want to run for President who are not qualified then the Democrats, but Mr. Bundy is pointing at the enforcement of the Executive Branch with a lot of facts saying Obama doesn’t have the authority and as head of the enforcement branch of Government these Federal Agents are trespassing essentially and that is lawful thing for him to say and its backed up with in fact law enforcement professionals.
In fact, Mr. Bundy’s sheriff could easily walk in and tell the Federal Authorities to leave until they come back with Constitutional Authority actually approved by the Constitution. The sheriff does have the most authority in this given circumstance.
Let’s take a look at exactly what departments are under the Office of the President and in such presuming authority under the Executive Branch and the danger of these departments authority to legally execute the law if Obama’s not qualified.
Now whether Mr. Bundy's problem originates with the BLM or with the TAX Division, enforcement of all of these departments come under and must be qualified under a qualified person in the White House. Now is Mr. Bundy responsible for seeing to it that the person in the White House is qualified? Heavens no. He has a right a citizen however just like every single American to insist that if the Federal Government is going to enforce something that the person in the Office of the President is a legally qualified person. Right now there are a lot of militias headed to the Bundy Ranch, and if there's any blood spilt there this is going to come back to Congress!
According to Sheriff Joe's Cold Case Possee whose done a heck of a lot more investigation on this subject then Congress Obama's got a fraudulent birth certificate,a forged draft registration, and a mis-matched social security card. Does that sound like a qualified person in the Office or the actions of a foreign usurper? Obama's long form birth certificate says he receives some citizenship from his father listed as Kenyan and his mother listed as American, but dual citizens can't be President. Besides that, we have a great investigation done by law enforcement that also has been submitted to the Judicial Branch up to the U.S. Supreme Court who wouldn't give it a hearing. If we are so over run with unconstitutional powers there's sure no authority that says anyone has to pay their taxes, because if your going to live by the Constitution by God there better be a qualified natural born citizen in the Office of the President to enforce the law, otherwise your just setting yourself up for a whole bunch of problems and blood thats going to be shed.
Tell me who is the law enforcement official who wants to start shooting Americans and throwing them in jail based on the facts that the person in the office is not qualified under the Constitution?
You know I want to say that the Bundy Family has purchased meat from two or three times as I've visited there ranch. They are good folks and have never written me a bad check or anything like that and it was each time about a $500 dollar order. People can say a lot of mean things until they have met someone but in my business dealings with them they have been honest folks.
Now can I say the same thing about Obama in the White House whose at the head of the BLM Land Management Enforcement Agencies and the Tax Agencies. I most certainly can not say they are honest folks. In fact I have made complaints about the dis-honesty in Courts of Law clear up to the U.S. Supreme Court who feels its the duty of the Legislative Branch under the disability impeachment hearings procedures to place the evidence on the table. If Congress won't do that they are not being honest with you and they are not being honest with Mr. Cliven Bundy and you have my witness on that.

When I conjure up a vision of total failure, many things come to my mind including the Dodge Pinto, Kathleen Harding and now appropriately the health and human services secretary Kathleen Sebelius. Though my criticism may seems harsh, I think it’s certainly apropos when looking at the facts. Though I don’t directly blame her for the heavy-faulted and crony capitalistic law, she along with Obama will forever will forever bear the scar of this ignominious Scarlet Letter.
Here are the Facts:
1. Insurance Costs Continue to Rise: One of the central claims made by the “central planners” was that insurance premiums would go down for buyers. However, the law actually mandates plans to cover more and more (“children” must be covered to age 27, “free” “women’s health” services), adds new taxes and fees, raising the minimum requirements and force high-risk patients into pooled-plans. So where does this money come from? That’s right, the consumer. Most with private plans have been hit with over a 100% increase!
2. Too Many Loopholes to be Effective: One of the problems with a bill written by lobbyists and bureaucrats, passed by people who never read it, and numbers in the 2,000s of pages is that it is too complicated and has too many loopholes. Take for example, employers have cut back hours or reduced staff to avoid hitting certain requirements—raising the unemployment numbers.
3. Leaves 31 Million Uninsured by 2023! How does this help our country? With 40 million already uninsured and many by choice, did we really have to disassemble almost 20% of the economy for these underrated, dismal numbers?
4. Program Costs Continue to Blow Past Initial Estimates: The CBO already conservatively estimates the 1 Trillion dollar allocated budget is almost another trillion dollars over budget.
5. The Program is Run by Government: This point speaks for itself. Plus, to make the matter worse, the IRS is implementing it. That’s like the Gestapo running the healthcare system of Nazi Germany.
6. The Web Site is a Failure: Don’t forget, the web site was and still is a failure. Plus, it cost over 3 billion dollars to create. That’s both grossly inefficient and absurd at the same time.
7. True “Benefits” Unclear: If you haven’t seen all the benefits promised since the passage of Obamacare, you are not alone.
8. Negative Employee Repercussions: In order to escape the heavy hand of government, businesses have been forced to follow the law as passed and find ways to avoid being negatively impacted. As a result of the law, businesses have been forced to drop full-time employees to part-time status, stop hiring altogether, and scrap plans for expansion.
9. You Don’t Get to Keep Your Doctor: Remember this flagrant lie by the president? Also remember how he promised premiums would go down by 2500 dollars? Lie and double lie!
10. 7.5 Million Sign Up: Obama is celebrating about the 7.5 million enrollees. However, when you look at these numbers most of them are from people who lost their insurance due to the law. And worse yet, most have not actually paid for the coverage. Lastly what about the other 32.5 million people?

New EPA Land Grab, Complete Control Over All Private Land in America!-Posted on Your Early Dose of Conservatism-By Rick Wells-On April 10, 2014:
The EPA is in the process, right this very minute, of seizing control over all private land in the United States. They are following the United Nations blueprint, their minion Gina McCarthy is implementing it, and B. Hussein Obama is facilitating it.
Anywhere in America where it rains or where water collects or through which water moves will now, according to this new rule change they are implementing, be under their control. Not because Congress or the people give them that authority or jurisdiction, but simply because they are seizing the power. It is just another component of the illegitimate tyranny, which is oppressing the American people.
On Tuesday the agency, which operates as the misnamed Environmental Protection Agency, unveiled their proposed change to the Clean Water Act, which would extend their regulatory control to temporary wetlands and waterways.
This definition consists of any water, including seasonal ponds, streams, runoff and collection areas and irrigation water. It could include runoff from watering your lawn, or puddles on your own property. They will control the presence of and can prohibit through regulation, your right to the water and your actions regarding water upon your own land. The opportunities for their abuse would be limitless.
Louisiana Senator David Vitter, the ranking Republican on the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee, offered an understated precautionary objection stating, “The … rule may be one of the most significant private property grabs in U.S. history.”
The EPA proposal would extend their authority to include “pollution regulations” to “intermittent and ephemeral streams and wetlands” – which are created temporarily during wet seasons or following rainfall.
Recognize this for what it is America; The EPA is giving themselves legal jurisdiction to replace our rights with their permissions anywhere it rains or water exists.
They are expanding the same kind of California fish-based drought or Nevada tortoise land restrictions or Oregon spotted owl tyranny to every square inch of the United States.
The EPA is asserting that all ground water, whether temporary or not and regardless of size is part of the “waters of the United States.”
Their position is in contradiction to the Supreme Court rulings in 2001 and 2006, restricting the EPA to flowing and sizeable, “relatively” permanent bodies of water such as “oceans, rivers, streams and lakes.” Of course, progressives just keep trying until they get what they want, and they never have enough.
The proposed rule change is now in a 90 day comment period during which they will assess just how much they can get away with, based upon public outcry and pushback.
Senator Vitter accused the EPA of “picking and choosing” their science and of attempting to “take another step toward outright permitting authority over virtually any wet area in the country.” He also warned that if approved, more private owners could expect to be sued by “environmental groups.”
Senator Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) shares Vitter’s concerns, warning of potential economic damage and questioning the EPA’s motivations.
She said, “[I]t appears that the EPA is seeking to dramatically expand its jurisdictional reach under the Clean Water Act. If EPA is not careful, this rule could effectively give the federal government control of nearly all of our state.
Of course, that is exactly what they are after, as well as 49 other states and territories.
