In other words, if someone does something egregious to a disciple then they do it as if it was a personal attack Jesus himself!

OBTW – Joy Reid said: 'Jesus wouldn't spend millions on TV ads,' If he sacrificed his life for humanity then TV ads is a ‘cakewalk’.

Joy Reid, MSNBC host, joined Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-NY, in criticizing two Super Bowl ads promoted the message of humility and loving one's enemies taught by Jesus Christ in the Gospels.

Reid slammed the ads for attempting to promote Jesus' "brand," and insisted the commercials were uncharacteristic of the Son of God Himself, claiming  He would never have spent millions on TV advertisements.

Reid also mentioned a group associated with the ads' creators is a conservative Christian legal organization  has "led fights against abortion" and "is designated as an LGBTQ hate group."

Joy Reid, host of MSNBC, slammed the two Jesus Christ-themed ads aired during the Super Bowl this weekend.

Reid focused on two ads from the "Servant Foundation's" "He Gets Us" campaign, a collection of viral ads spread Jesus' critical Gospel messages of love and peace.

The Servant Foundation spent over ten million dollars on two short Super Bowl TV commercials promoting Christ's message on Sunday night, one of which urged viewers to practice humility because we are all children of God.

The second ad featured a more contentious lesson, depicting black and white images of people screaming at each other during several recent incidents of civil unrest in the United States. The brief commercial concluded with the message, "Jesus loved the people we despise."

The lesson was not well received by everyone. On Sunday, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez slammed the ads, saying, "Something tells me Jesus would *not* spend millions of dollars on Super Bowl ads to make fascism look benign."

Reid slammed the ads on MSNBC's "The Reid-Out" Monday evening, in response to the liberal politician's criticism.

She began by criticizing this year's Super Bowl commercials in general, saying they "weren't really great," before focusing on the Christian spots. She stated, "What those advertisements did not reveal was who was behind the He Gets Us campaign. According to its backers, it is part of a $100 million campaign to promote Christianity and build the brand of Jesus."

Reid remarked sarcastically, "Because his brand has really just never been built before."

The host then mentioned the people associated with the group behind the ads, mentioning Hobby Lobby founder David Green as a donor. Reid informed her viewers Green supports "right-wing religious causes."

Reid described the Servant Foundation's donation of "more than $50 million to the Alliance Defending Freedom, a group has led fights against abortion and non-discrimination laws and is designated as an anti-LGBTQ hate group."

She also reminded viewers the Alliance Defending Freedom is the conservative legal organization  "drafted the Mississippi law at the heart of the Supreme Court's overturning of Roe V. Wade," and  the organization is "behind a Texas lawsuit seeking to reverse the FDA's approval of the abortion pill."

"In other words, it's not as apolitical as 'He Gets Us' claims," Reid added.

The host went on to say, "And I think it's fair to say Jesus Christ wouldn't spend millions of dollars on television ads promoting his image."

In conclusion: Has Joy Reid met Jesus? Does she know him? Does she understand if he was willing to die as a sacrifice then TV commercials would be an excellent tool to get his message out! Furthermore, what part of: Luke 14:23 “Then the master told his servant, ‘Go out to the roads and country lanes and compel them to come in, so my house will be full.”

And who can forget: Matthew 28:16-20 - 19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely, I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

Once again, the left proves how they are out of touch with the power greater than themselves, why? Simple, because they believe there is no power greater than themselves.
