Which came first the chicken or the egg?

Here is my answer: The answer depends on whether you are an evolutionist or a creationist.

• If you are an evolutionist, then whatever laid that egg was not yet a chicken, but what was inside the egg was.
• If you are a creationist, then God created the chicken, and it reproduces itself by laying eggs.
