Since I came online into the world wide web on January 1st, 1990, I ran one of the first, if not the first, civilian websites. Which at the time was a de facto corporate monopoly and cost around four thousand dollars a year, for all intents and purposes. I posted patriotic pictures that you could click on and linked to other websites. I have seen over the course of three decades on the internet, via social media and youtube and twitter and Facebook, a great deal of Russian Communist Party propaganda and Chinese Communist Party propaganda from mainland china, go unregulated and unabated. Too many naive people believe everything they read online or hear from those in their closed clicks. Many are paranoid, This is not good.
