Who do they think they are kidding, congress has been ripping off seniors for over 60 years. So I e-pmailed the RNC the following.

I have observed firts hand, the senior citizens of the U S getting ripped off for over 30 years. They are getting ripped off by having their trust fund confiscated in various ways and repolaced with promissory notes issued by the treasury department and by having to return some of their benifits by having those benifits subject to income tax. The current income threshold triggering the taxation of SS bemifits is $20,000 single and $32,000 married for married and has never been adjusted by the cost of living adjustment available to several types of income.

I have worked as an income tax proffessional for close to 50 years and am disgusted with this back door procedure to steal from the SS trust fund.

This past income tax season, I conducted a study on what effect this tax has had on my clientele, I have performed this study using simple arithetic, no mathematical gimmickry or complex formulas.  After completing the clients tax return for 2011, I simply removed the taxable SS from the gross income and recalculated the tax.  This study covered a gross income range of $20,000-$85,000 (no super rich people here) and the results were amazingly revealing and shocking.  The reduction in the tax liability for the year ranged from $115 to $10,800.  The shocking part of this study revealed that when the decrease in tax liability was compared to the tax liability including SS taxable inmcome represented 45%-52% of that tax laibility

Our income tax system uses a progressive tax rate application as well as COLA application ie: the tax rate increases as taxable income increases and COLA is applied to various portions of the tax code.  Not so in the taxation of SS benifits.To apply the progressive tax theory and COLA adjustments to people with higher incomes and not the senior taxpayer is a form politically selected discrimination.  Hence the income threshold for this taxation should be raised to $200,000  but I have yet to find a member of congress with guts enough to initiate legiuslation to that effect.

Any loss of revenue to the treasury should be made up by improving the management of the trust fund by removing political crony's, relatives, etc and let the true management proffessionals run the show.

The future of the trust fund can also be greatly enhanced by removing the earnings cap of $110,800 on the SS payroll tax.  I am 83 years old and am still working and contributing to the program through payroll tax being witheld from my earnings every pay day from the time 65 years ago when I began working for wages. Another indication of selected class discrimination by government by allowing those fat cats earning an exemption for SS payroll tax when the earnings cap is reached.

Other ways to further the future of the SS mprogram can be as follows.

Tax all types of bonus's, perks, and other methods of remuneraqtion as self employment tax imposed on working induviduals operating their own business; at the normal rate of 6.2%

Require all federal employees to pay the 6.,2% payroll tax by having it witheld from their pay (another form of selective political discrimination) , the goverment employers share could be excluded from this tax.

Make all types of self employed income, such as royalties, certain types of capital gains, venture capital income, etc subject to the self employment SS tax.

Require the trust fund to retain 10 years of payable benifits in interest bearing cash accounts and allowing aonly those funds in excess of those future benifits to be used for the purchase of bonds or promissary notes of any kind

We need a congress with GUTS to display, in a practical way, a national appreciation for the effort that senior citizens have rendered in contributing to the growth and propserity of this greates nation on earth.

After reviewing several health insurance plans, I have been unable to find any plan that does not include elective procedures including abortion.

I refuse to finance any one elses elective medical procedures as part of the premiums that I would be required to pay especially abortions.

When I accepted Jesus into my heart, I became totally committed to the doctrine and precepts as set down by God so by paying into a fund which encourages and promotes abortion, I would be violating Gods trust in me and when it comes to choosing Gods way to any ones political way, I CHOOSE GOD.

Hunreds of thousnds of tax payers have availed themselves of the energy tax credit available to them, this credit reduces tax burden by a percentage of the cost of instaling and adding energy savings to your home.  The I R S is currently formulatiung plan to recover those energy credits from those who did not meet the requirements of maintaining the "manufacturers trax credit certification" which verify's the qualifications for the energy savings devices.  If you cannot produce the manufacturers tax credit certification statement, the I R S will demand that you return the amount of credit you have claimed.  If you did not bother to make sure that the energy savings devices you purchased had recieved a government certification, before you paid for it, your future income tax refunds can and will be attached.

These tax credit certifications are supposed to be available on the manufacturers web site and should have been included in the packaging of the product you purchased

Every time I see Michele Bachman and hear her talk, I am impressed with her display of her core christian beliefs. Her criticism of the of the other candidates is simply recounting the discrepencies thay have displayed through out their careers. these criticsms or voiced without rancor or laced with vitriolic remarks. she never does or says anything which would compromise her core beliefs.  She exhibits the courage to maintain her core beliefs regardless of temptations to compromise them for political expediency. I did not come to a more complete relationship with my maker until I was 70 years old when he inspired me to put some of my lifes experiences to rhyme in my book "Positive Poetry" during that time, i came to realize that so many of my lifes experiences where my being that which God created me to be.  Sure I was a sinner many times, as every human has been, but I came to realize that those sins became part of my growing into that which he created me to be.

As I review the things that Michele Bachmann has done with her life, I can see much of the same pattern that I have experienced whereas the the good things I have done and accomplished were a direct effect of my sins.  I beleive that my own personal experiences in estasblishing my relationship with God has given me a special insight in being able to recognize the same trait in others and I see that in Michele,

The next leader of this country founded under God which promotes the inalienable rights granted by God must have an eclesiastical communication with God in order to know when Gods wisdom is available to be used.

Michele Bachmann has been blessed with that type of relationship and she will be invaluable in the restoration of this great nation  in whatever capacity God wants her to.

We are very fortunate to have a Michele Bachmann available to us and we could use a lot more like her.

Auction politics came to public attention when the ex governor of Illinois attempted to sell Barack Oboma's senatorial seat to the highest bidder. Oboma has openly endorsed that typ of influence auctioning. On one side, he has the unions siding with the oil company's desire to use domestic and canadian natural resources to create jobs and on the other side he has Al Gore and his supporting cast of "green energy" clowns demanding that we protect the environment, each group are major contributers to his political agenda and ambitions.  Are his delaying decisions and actions until after 2012 elections in the general interests of this country or simply a ruse to get the maximum monetary support from both groups with his decisions and actions going to the highest bidder?  With this country screaming for energy independance, it certainly is obvious that Barack
Oboma is placing his personal ambitions ahead of his country's financial and security well being.  Unfortunatly there are many citizens who are unaware of the seriousness of our financial predictiment and weakend security by having to depend on our energy needs being dependant on other nations who want to destroy our republic and way of life.  I can remember when such actions and beliefs were considered treason.

My grandparents on both sides were German immigrants and I rember the susdicions that my parents, my brothers and myself were subjected to during the first stages of world war 2, yet our society seems to have degenerated to the point that obvious actions of treason are ignored.  It certainly appears that the JIHAD infiltration of our society is not the only dangerious infiltration theat we have to contend with.

In watching c-span this morning, I was reminded why I divorced all political partys many years ago and why I vowed never to make any kind of political monetary contribution ever again, especially when there are more

worth while things I can contribute to, like the wounded warriors, etc.

Both Partys are playing politics with the current uproar of extending the payroll "(SOCIAL SECURITY)" tax, unemployment benifits, medikcaid payments et al as well as the 60 day time requirement for President Oboma to decide which interests to cater to-oil or environmtalist. What a deal, the life of this legislation is 2 months equivilent to 60 days. Oboma doesn't want to alienate either the unions who support the pipe line or the envirometalists wo oppose it. In other words the highest bidder wins my decision. Typical chicago politics like selling his senate senate to the highest bidder.  The democrats continue to attempt to pull the wool over the eyes of the opposition and to disguise their desire to continue to finance those who want to kill us by buying our energy needs from those who finance our ultimate destruction.

Meanwhile, the house is abandoning the senior citizens by allowing the misnomered "payroll tax reduction" to continously steal from the funding of the social security trust fund. If they want to give a 2% tax reduction, they should apply that decrease in the general tax rate of everyone earning less than 150,000 per year.  AND they should remove the earnings tax requirement for contributions to the social security trust fund,  AND they should relieve social security recipients with modest pensions from payng income tax on their social security benifits by raising the tax threshold of 30,000 of total income to 200,000 AND they should eliminate the foriegn tax credit for corporations which is how corporations like G E can make trillions of dollars in profits and not pay 1 cent of income tax to the united states, which one of Obomas top financial advisors, jeff Imelt, president of GE would not allow Oboma to approve of.

I have recieved corespondance from democrat senator kristen Gilllibrand and democratic congressman paul tonko regarding my insistence that something be done about the actions of attorney general Eric Holder.

Both of them state that they understand my concerns about A G holders lack of cooperation in the Fast and furious operation investigation.  Senator Gillibrand stated that she supported and voted for Senator Cornyn's amendment to the FY2012 Commerce, Justice, Science appropriations bill ''wich would prohibit Department of Justice finds from being used knowingly transfer a firearms to agents of drug cartels where U S law enforcement personnel are not continiously monitoring or controlling the firearm"

Congressman Tonko states that he is closely monitoring the issue and will keep my thoughts in mind shoild consideration of the attorney Generasl's record come for consideration before the house.

These reply's do not do much to contribute to anyones peace of mind when you read through and try to cut through the doublespeak that is so prevelant in polotics

Rick santorim bragged about winning hisn legislative views in aq democratic congress while Michele Bachman has not won her legislative basttles.  What Mr Santorim fails to note is that the congress he served in was in a differnt time with a different cast of characters.  For all of the time that Michele Bachman had to deal with a congress dominated by presidential puppet Harry Read in the Senate and mistress Nancy and her dungeon of slaves.  This was a legislative atmosphere that was impossable for a good christian legislator to win anything. If Senator Santorim had those two to deaL with, it is very doubtful that he would even be allowed to propose any meaningfull legislation.

All the prospective candidates hire experts who specialize in political imageing, they will mold the candidate into an image that will satisfy the political establishment.

So how much of the real person are we allowed to see.  Sarah Palin tried to rebel against the hiding her light under a bushel full of political gambits, for some reason the political excperts dont want us to know much about a candidates core values. what do we know about the real Newt Gingrich, He has been in the political arena for so long, does he know where and what the real Newt Gingrich is all about or has the real Newt Gingrich been buried in politics for so long it no longer exists. What do we know about the real Mitt Romney, he has been on a merry go round for so many years, does Mitt Romney even know what the real Mitt Romney is all about.  What do we know about Ron Paul, we know he is an extreme Libertarian, but what does an extreme anything know about the realities of life as we know them to be. An extremist always lives in a single dementioned dream world so how could he be real to the extent that we could ever know about the real Ron Paul. The same can be said about Santorim, Huntsman, Pawlenty, etc.  They have all been politically imaged to the point that we can't know them.

But when I see and listen to Michele Bachman, I get the sense that what I see  and hear  is the real deal she   speaks  and carries herself in a manner consistent to the core beliefs that she so eloquently express's.  I do not beleive that there can be any doubt about where she is coming from.  I hope and pray that she will not allow herself to be politically imaged by the so called experts because I like and admire what I see.

Oboma has been politically imaged to the point that even he does not know who or what he is and his hypocritic behavior shows it.

I came across a replay of the repubilican Iowa debate of 2000 featureing George W Bush, Steve Forbes, Keyes, Mccain and others.  What a difference there was , there was no critiscm , no disrespect of the other guys point of view  and a profound respect that the candidates expressed for each other. This year our candidates have allowed themselves to be manipulated into trying to destroy each others credibility by leftist leaning moderators.  These moderators appear to be implementing a Democrat strategy to have this years potential presidential candidates  attack each other and destroy the teamwork necessary to defeat Oboma in 2012.  Newt Gingrich objected to this straqtegy on the part of the moderators on at least 3 debates that I remember.  Tjhe Democratics have many devious methods to ensure a democratic victory in 2012 and it appears that this strategy has the potential to influence that outcome.

Our candidates entered into these debates as a team but a team divided unto itself can never suceed in the ultimate goal.                                                                                                                                                   OUR CANDIDATES MUST STOP DEMEANING EACH OTHER AND RECOVER THE TEAMWORK NEEDED TO DEFEAT OBOMA.

I have my personal favorites in thiese debates as I am sure many of you also have, but I am irevocably committed to support, campaign and vote for whomever the final selection is. I am an independant and refuse to align myself with any political party, I have seen both the good and bad in the political party system and am a beleiver in the two party system.  The executive and legislative mix that exists today will lead this country down to a 3rd or even 4th country status and we must rediscover our principles and shared beliefs and recover our greatness, pride and dignity .

THE PRESIDENCY IS NOT THE TOTAL ANSWER

Our legislative branch also need to be overhauled and we must also work to restructure the congress into a workable body which will effectivly represent our entire citizenry, republican, democrats, libertarians, christians, jew, caucasions, black, american indians, legal citizen imigrants of all nationalities, etc etc etc

Perhaps the most important personal characteristics the President of this great country should have is the courage and confidence in their personal convictions and never fail to or refuse to take advantage of every opportunity to display those convictions.  Any president of any company must use those core convictions to make his company sucessful.  Sucess hinges on the ability to face all comers, both friendly and not so friendly while maintaining and strengthening those core convictions, so why are Romney, Huntsman and Paul ducking the opportunity to put those core of convictions on the table at the December 27 th Newsmax debate simply because of the announced moderator. Donald Trump is not the most obnoxious person or country that the president of the United States will encounter, in fact he might be a pussy cat by comparison to some of the personality's they are likely going to encounter as president.  These other personalities they will have to deal  with are not debate moderators who in actually are pre-schoolers by comparison. Pawlenty, excuse was financial, Cain put family before politics when he was confronted by nobodys who were seeking their 10 minutes of fame and probably book royalty's by selling their lying allegations.

A question for everyone. Do Romney, Huntsman and Paul realy have the courage of their convictions and if they do I urge them to bury their dislike of the conditions of the Nov 27th debate. If they allow their personal dislike of certain conditions of a specific situation to put themselves on the shelf, then how will they be able to be effective as the leader of this country.

We already have one noodle backbone as president, can we afford another?

ALL THIS FUSS ABOUT A 2% PAYROLL TAX CUT IS PREYING ON THOSE WHO HAVE NOT HAD ANY PERSONAL OR EXPERIENCE IN PAYROLL TAXES WHICH IS A COMPLEX TOPIC AND HAS BEEN CONVOLUTED WITH A LOT OF POLITICAL B S.  THERE ARE DIFFERENT TYPES OF PAYROLL TAX DEDUCTIONS IN THE PAYROLL SYSTEM, I HAVE BEEN DIRECTLY INVOLVED WITH PAYROLLS  FOR OVER 50 YEARS AND I RESENT THE MISREPRESENTATION THAT PREVAILS IN OUR MEDIA AND POLITICAL RHETERIC. A PRIMARY SOURCE OF INCOME FOR THE NATION IS THE INCOME TAX WITHOLDING TAX WHICH IS THE AMOUNT OF TAX EACH INDIVIDUAL PAYS INTO THE GENERAL TAX FUND WHICH IS THE FUND INTENDED TO FINANCE THE COST OF GOVERNMENT. IT WAS ORIGINALY INTENDED FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF GOVERNMENT FIRST AND OTHER THING LAST.  THE SOCIAL SECURITY TAX DEDUCTION WAS EXPLICITLY STATED IN THE ORIGINAL LAW TO BE A CONTRIBUTION INTO A GOVERNMENT MANDATED RETIREMENT FUND FOR  ALL WORKING AMERICANS ON A 50% CONTRIBUTION BASIS SHARED EQUALLY BY THE WORKER AND THE EMPLOYER. THIS IS THE PAYROLL TAX REFERRED TO IN THE CURRENT MISNOMORED PAYROLL TAX.  THE REDUCTION IN THIS TAX ONLY MEANS THAT LESS MONEY IS PUT INTO THE SOCIAL SECURITY TRUST FUND WHICH IN THE END MEANS LESS FUNDS FOR THE FEDERAL RESERVE TO ILLEGALLY TRANSFER TO THE GENERAL INCOME TAX FUND.  IT WAS NEVER INTENDED TO FUND THE GENERAL MAINTINANCE OF GOVERNMENT.  SO WHAT DOES THIS 2% PAYROLL TAX DEDUCTION DO? IT IS A DELIBERATE THEFT OF THE FUTURE RETIREMENT BENEFITS OF THOSE WORKING PEOPLE WHO ARE CURRENTLY CONTRIBUTING.  PRESIDENT OBOMA'S THREAT EARLIER THIS YEAR TO NOT SEND OUT THE SOCIAL SECURITY CHECKS WAS A STATEMENT THAT THE TRUST FUND HAD BEEN RAIDED TO A CRITICAL LEVEL AND HE COULD NOT CONTINUE TO PAY HIS INFLATED BEAUROCRATIC CRONIES AS WELL AS MEET THE LEGAL REQUIREMENTS OF SOCIAL SECURITY BENEFITS. SO NOW HE WANTS TO CONTINUE TO FUND HIS OVERLY INFLATED BEAUROCRATIC COLONY AT THE COST OF THE FUTURE BENEIFITS TO THOSE DESERVING WORKERS.    

WE CURRENTLY HAVE EIGHT WELL QUALIFIED PEOPLE COMPETING FOR THE NOMINATION FOR PRESIDENT, BUT HOW MANY OF THEM ARE SITTING ON THEIR HANDS WITHOUT DOING ANYTHING TO TRY TO GET IMMEDIATE LEGISLATIVE ACTION BEFORE THE YEAR 2014.  CAN WE AFFORD TO WAIT FOR OVER A YEAR UNDER THE CURRENT ADMINISTRATIVE CRONY CORUPTION TO CONTINUE WITHOUT AT LEAST MAKING AN EFFORT TO CORRECT THE SITUATION.  EVEN IF THE EFFORTS FAIL UNTIL SOMETIME IN 2013, A LOT OF HELL CAN BE RAISED BEFORE THEN TO SET A POSITIVE STASGE FOR THE CHANGES NEEDED IF THE EIGHT CANDIDATES USE THEIR TALENTS AND CONNECTIONS TO TRY TO MAKE GOOD THINGS HAPPEN NOW.  EACH AND EVERY ONE OF THESE CANDIDATES SHOULD TAKE A PLEDGE THAT THEY WILL NOT WAIT UNTIL 2013 TO TRY TO MAKE THINGS HAPPEN, NO MATTER WHO GETS THE NOMINATION. IT IS UP TO ALL OF US TO PUT CONGRESSIONAL FEET TO THE FIRE STARTING NOW AND CONTINUING THROUGH THE NEXT SEVERAL YEARS, WE SHOULD NEVER LET UP. WE CAN NOT AFFORD TO BE QUIET ANY LONGER, WE MUST LET OUR COMMON SENSE IDEAS PREVAIL NOW.

CONGRESSWOMAN BACHMAN SEEMS TO BE THE ONLY ONE WHO IS CONTINUALLY USING HER POSITION AS A  MEMBER OF CONGRESS WHO IS CONTINUING TO WORK TO MOVE HER IDEAS AND PROPOSALS THROUGH THE MAZE OF POLITICAL B S EVEN WHLE SHE IS ACTIVLY IMBEDDED IN A RIGOROUS AND DEMANDING CAMPAIGN.

I HEARD CONGRESSMAN PAUL RYAN ON FOX AND FRIENDS THIS MORNING GIVE AN OUTLINE OF THE SUPER COMMITTEES EFORTS TO COME UP WITH SOME SOLUTIONS. HE RECAPED SOME OF THE TAX REFORM ITEMS BEING CONSIDERED AND I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED TO HEAR THAT MOST OF THE BASICS BEING CONSIDERED FOR REFORMEING THE TAX CODE WERE IDENTICAL TO THE BASICS IN CONGRESSWOMAN BACHMAN'S PLAN FOR AMERICA THAT WAS POSTED ON HER FACEBOOK PAGE BACK IN LATE AUGUST AND EARLY OCTOBER.  EVIDENTLY THE MEMBERS OF THE SUPER COMMITTEE FOUND THAT HER PLAN MERITED CONSIDERATION. THIS REVELATION HAS ADDED SOME SIGNIFICANT POINTS ON THE SCORE SHEET THAT I AM KEEPING ON EACH CANDIDATES DISPLAY OF LEADERSHIP, DEDEICATION TO COMMON SENSE PRINCIPLES AND WHO IS PUTTING AMERICA AHEAD OF PERSONAL AMBITION. I AM NOT KEEPING SCORE OF WHAT I AM PERSONALLY IN AGREEMENT WITH, BUT ONLY IN DEDICATION TO OUR COUNTRY AND LEADERSHIP QUALITIES.
