commie-Sanders is conjuring up a scheme “that would eliminate all $1.6 trillion of American student debt,” according to Fox News, which adds, “The proposal package also includes making public universities, community colleges and trade schools tuition-free.” Recall that Warren recently outlined her own scheme. As the Associated Press explains, “The key difference is that Warren’s plan considers the income of the borrowers, canceling $50,000 in debt for those earning less than $100,000 per year and affecting an estimated 42 million people in the U.S.” In other words, Sanders is attempting to one-up his colleague, who is a legitimate threat, if polling is to be believed.

This is clearly frustrating Sanders, who still believes the Democrat Party overlords are conspiring against him. Last week, Politico ran a headline titled, “Centrists are coming around to Elizabeth dinky-Warren as an alternative to commie-Bernie Sanders,” to which commie-Sanders responded, “The cat is out of the bag. The corporate wing of the Democratic Party is publicly ‘anybody but commie-Bernie.’”

Of course, “commie-Sanders reportedly plans to pay for the lofty proposal with a tax on Wall Street, which his campaign says will generate more than $2 trillion over 10 years,” Fox News notes. Right. Just like students loans were predicted to be “profitable.”

As we reported last month, “In 2017, the CBO … stated that the government-managed student-loan program would garner a respectable $114 billion in revenue over the ensuing 10 years. Then, in 2018, that revenue estimate nosedived to just $8.7 billion. … Now, the CBO is calculating a $31 billion deficit over the next 10 years. A Bloomberg Government report parsed this development as ‘a shift from past CBO forecasts that the government would profit from the program.’ That’s not merely a shift. That’s a deviation of epic proportions.”

This is par for the course when it comes to government-funded programs. Regardless of whether commie-Sanders’s or Warren’s plans prevail, the fact of the matter is that student-loan forgiveness is a nonstarter. As Frank J. Fleming aptly notes, “The problem is that college costs have skyrocketed versus inflation due to government interference in loans, and the solution people are proposing is to have the government pay off those loans, giving colleges even less incentive to cut costs. There would be no student debt crisis if colleges hadn’t been fueled into an inflation of costs. If you’re talking about loans and nothing about making colleges reduce costs, despite all you posturing about caring about students, you are … making things worse.”  ~The Patriot Post

So why did loose lips liar-Biden go ahead anyway? Well, it appears it was loose lips liar-Biden’s bumbling attempting to push back on criticism over his flip-flop on the Hyde Amendment. As The Atlantic reports, “loose lips liar-Joe Biden’s aides knew that the 2020 front-runner was going to get ripped apart over his support of the Hyde Amendment, which bans federal funding for abortion procedures. They were frustrated that the former vice president wouldn’t change his stance, and that he wasn’t initially receptive to their concerns. Now that loose lips liar-Biden has come out against Hyde, his aides are trying to prevent him from being labeled a flip-flopper.”

Following loose lips liar-Biden’s remarks on Eastland it didn’t take long for his Democrat presidential opponents to see blood in the water. Sen. lowlife-Kamala Harris (D-CA) opined that loosev lips liar-Biden “doesn’t understand the history of our country and the dark history of our country.” Sen. scumbag-Cory Booker (D-NJ) demanded an apology, and both Senators Elizabeth dinky-Warren and commie-Bernie Sanders took the opportunity to offer criticism.

A couple of quick observations can be made here. First and foremost is loosec lips liar-Biden’s own misrepresentation of bipartisan compromise. He worked with Eastland, who was a big-government progressive Democrat/“Dixiecrat” and not a conservative as some within the mainstream media have erroneously asserted. In fact, loose lips liar-Biden’s example serves only to demonstrate his long history as a savvy political opportunist.

Second, Democrats clearly desire no civility when it comes to President Donald Trump and Republicans. loose lips liar-Biden, the only leading Democrat presidential contender who isn’t a socialist, is in very real danger of being weeded out by the party’s intolerant Left.

Finally, the truth is, unlike the other Democrat candidates, loose lips liar-Biden has recognized that the “hate-Trump” and “free-stuff” messages aren’t going to win the election, and he’s making a half-hearted and fingers-crossed call for civility. Unfortunately for loose lips liar-Biden, he is a gaffe machine. With 50 years in government, surely he could have come up with a better example of bipartisan compromise and civility than chumming up to fellow Democrats infamously known for their racism.

As the fallout continues, it will be interesting to see if loose lips liar-Biden is able to recover. Will he stick to his (double-barrel shot) guns or eventually capitulate to the outrage mob and apologize?  ~The Patriot Post

A landmark nuclear agreement? More like one built on a pack of lies, unconstitutional machinations, and abject surrender to extortion, all promoted by the scumbag/liar-nObama administration and its media sycophants as a “breakthrough” that was nothing of the kind.

Right from the beginning, the former president lied about the timeline, insisting negotiations only began when “moderate” Hassan Rouhani became the Iranian president in 2013. In fact they began a year earlier — and Barack scumbag/liar-nObama essentially gave the mullahs everything they demanded. The ongoing charade was orchestrated by White House National Security Advisor Ben Rhodes, who proudly admitted that he was quite adept at creating a media “echo chamber” supporting the deal. Willing dupes like The Atlantic’s Jeffrey Goldberg and Al-Monitor’s Laura Rozen, who Rhodes insisted “helped retail the administration’s narrative.”

After that? “Republican leadership colluded with the White House and congressional Democrats to enact … the Corker-Cardin Iran Nuclear Agreement Review Act that guaranteed scumbag/liar-nObama would be authorized to lift sanctions against Iran,” columnist Andrew McCarthy explained in 2015.

That law, enabled by former GOP Senator Bob Corker, allowed scumbag/liar-nObama to sidestep the constitutional requirement necessitating a two-thirds vote of approval by the Senate for any treaty. Corker’s machinations flipped this requirement on its head, allowing scumbag/liar-nObama to prevail unless two-thirds of the Senate opposed the deal he refused to call a treaty. Hence, only 42 senators gave Democrats the power to filibuster any subsequent vote, and scumbag/liar-nObama prevailed.

It gets worse. Despite scumbag/liar-nObama’s  insistence the deal would be based on “unprecedented verification,” he never told Congress about two secret side agreements negotiated exclusively between Iran and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) — that no Americans were ever going to see.

America then learned the administration secretly sent a plane loaded with $400 million in cash to Tehran. After that, the administration admitted it furnished Iran with an additional $1.3 billion just days later. It also granted Iran access to U.S. financial institutions, despite telling Congress it never would.

The cash was purported to be a goodwill gesture that precipitated a prisoner swap. But as a bombshell 2017 report by Politico reveals, scumbag/liar-nObama’s insistence that he was making a “one-time gesture” of releasing Iranian-born prisoners who “were not charged with terrorism or any violent offenses” was also a complete lie. “Three allegedly were part of an illegal procurement network supplying Iran with U.S.-made microelectronics with applications in surface-to-air and cruise missiles like the kind Tehran test-fired recently, prompting a still-escalating exchange of threats with the Trump administration,” explained Politico columnist Josh Meyer. “Another was serving an eight-year sentence for conspiring to supply Iran with satellite technology and hardware.”

On top of that, scumbag/liar-nObama’s Justice Department released 14 other men described as fugitives. One of them was Seyed Abolfazl Shahab Jamili, who Meyer adds had been charged with “being part of a conspiracy that from 2005 to 2012 procured thousands of parts with nuclear applications for Iran via China. That included hundreds of U.S.-made sensors for the uranium enrichment centrifuges in Iran whose progress had prompted the nuclear deal talks in the first place.”

And while it was all unfolding, scumbag/liar-nObama officials were characterizing anyone who didn’t buy in to this disaster — including Democrat Sen. Chuck scumbag-Schumer — as a war-monger. scumbag/liar-nObama himself insisted “Iranian hardliners” also opposed to the deal are “making common cause with the Republican caucus” during a speech on Aug. 5, 2015.

So who’s prevailing now? Are we supposed to believe “moderate” Iranians are threatening to increase uranium enrichment if a new deal isn’t in place by July 7? Is it moderate Iranians stoking war in Yemen, or financing the efforts of Hezbollah and Hamas to eliminate Israel? Is it moderate Iranians like Gen. Mohammad Hossein Bagheri, the chief of the general staff of Iran’s armed forces, who warned the world that if Iran decides to block the Strait of Hormuz, they will to do it “in a way that even a drop of oil won’t pass the strait?”

Is it “moderate” Iran that attacked oil tankers last week? Or that shot down an American drone just yesterday?

Does anyone still remember that, despite this so-called deal, scumbag/liar-nObama himself admitted that it won’t prevent Iran from ultimately obtaining nukes, while his equally feckless Secretary of State hanoi-John Kerry admitted some of the money they gave the regime will be used to fund terror?

How about the reality that restrictions on the ballistics missiles Iran continues to test — aided by North Korea — were never part of the so-called the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, or that Iran’s “military facilities” are off limits to inspectors?

In May 2018, Trump kept his campaign promise and withdrew from the agreement. “This was a horrible one-sided deal that should have never, ever been made,” Trump said. “It didn’t bring calm, it didn’t bring peace, and it never will.”

Unsurprisingly, the Democrat/Media Complex has taken Iran’s side. “The Iranian regime is authoritarian, ideological and repressive, a serial human rights abuser and regional troublemaker,” USA Today columnist Aaron David Miller asserts. “But we now find ourselves in a dangerous situation largely as a result of a great unraveling begun by the Trump administration’s unilateral decision last year to withdraw from the 2015 Iran nuclear agreement.”

Utter nonsense. America has been in a “dangerous situation” with Iran since 1979, and all scumbag/liar-nObama did was postpone its development of nuclear weapons until he was safely out of office. And while Americans are rightly loath to involve the nation in further “foreign entanglements,” it is utterly naive to believe the choice is wholly ours to make.

Iran remains a nation in which Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei routinely leadsdemonstrations where cheers of “death to America” remain a staple; that killed  600 U.S. service members in Iraq; and directed a terrorist plot aimed at assassinating Saudi Arabian ambassador to the United States Adel Al-Jubeir with a bomb, and precipitating additional bombings of the Saudi and Israeli embassies — in Washington, DC.

As for Iran being a “regional troublemaker,” senior U.S. officials claim Tehran is willing to carry out proxy terror attacks in the United States using domestically based Hezbollah operatives to do so. Hezbollah has been a designated terrorist organization since 1997.

Would a nuclear Iran give Hezbollah a nuke to detonate in America? After our nation’s vulnerability was exposed on 9/11, one would think that question would be the essential part of any conversation regarding Iran. That it is not is indicative of the poisonous political atmosphere that currently exists, whereby anything Trump is for — including national security — Democrats and their media allies are reflexively against.

That orchestrated disunity — above all else — accrues to the advantage of not only Iran but all of America’s enemies. Until that contemptible reality changes, Iran won’t be the only nation seeking to exploit our foremost vulnerability.

The bottom line is that leftists don’t want to be associated with ideologues who murdered millions based on race/ethnicity. Never mind that National Socialism’s leftist ideological sibling, Marxist Socialism, resulted in the murder of tens of millions based on politics and power.

Thus, leftists accuse anti-totalitarian Republicans of being totalitarian Nazis. President Donald Trump has been slapped with this label more times than we can count, even though if he’s trying to be a Nazi, he’s doing it all wrong. This week brought several new comparisons.

It all started with the obnoxious and ignorant representative from the Bronx, commie-Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, who declared that the U.S. Border Patrol is “running concentration camps on our southern border.” For good measure, she added that Trump’s is “an authoritarian and fascist presidency.”

Likewise, CNN’s Don Lemon, while lecturing about Trump and race, said, “Think about the despicable people we’ve had in history. … Think about Hitler.” His argument was essentially that Trump and conservatives who say things he doesn’t like should be censored because they’re just like Hitler.

CNN’s scumbag-Chris Cuomo — we can’t believe we’re saying this — got it right, firing back at Lemon, “Comparing anything to an extreme like a Hitler weakens the argument.” He added, “A guy who says things I don’t like … is not necessarily a step away from a genocidal maniac.”

As for House Speaker liar-Nancy Pulosi, she’s smart enough not to invoke the Nazis, but she did nearly everything but and didn’t exactly rebuke commie-Ocasio-Cortez for her hateful hyperbole. Instead, liar-Pulosi added to it, calling Trump’s plan to uphold the law by deporting illegal aliens “cruel,” “discriminatory,” “an act of utter malice and bigotry,” and “inflicting inhumanity.” She then had the gall to accuse Trump of “sabotaging good-faith efforts” to solve the immigration problem.

If it’s “good faith” to call Trump a Nazi — or even just the relatively mild epithets liar-Pulosi hurled — we’d hate to see an ugly attack.

To tie this all together, it’s more than ironic that the Democratic Socialists are screaming that Trump’s enforcement of immigration law — never mind his agenda of deregulation and smaller government — represents totalitarianism, while it is their party advocating not just government control of our lives and redistribution of our income but censorship and punishment for all who dare disagree.

In fact, Scandinavians are moving toward greater private health insurance coverage. The Daily Signal observes, “Between 2006 and 2016, the portion of the population covered by private insurance increased by 4% in Sweden, 7% in Norway, and 22% in Denmark.” Many of the private health insurance plans are designed to supplement government plans. The Signal notes, “This growing European interest in private health insurance typically stems from dissatisfaction with the state-run systems, which often provide poor or incomplete coverage and long wait times.”

As conservatives have long explained, government-run health care tends toward a subpar product; bad service, long wait times, lack of innovation, and little customer recourse. The beauty of a free market, capitalist system is that it fosters competition, which in turn benefits the customer by producing a higher-quality product, increased innovation, and speed of service. This is the reason why the U.S. has led the world in health care developments. And this is why the Scandinavian countries are moving away from welfare-based health systems.

Medicare for All would go far beyond the Scandinavian models into a full-blown socialist-controlled system. Unlike the Scandinavians, commie-Sanders’s plan abolishes private health insurance. Washington bureaucrats would be determining everyone’s health care needs, not the patient and their doctor. And inevitably everyone’s taxes would increase, while the efficiency of health services would only decrease. Image everyone in America subject to a system similar to that of the VA…

As could be easily predicted, this created a host of problems, but by the time the law was changed, the practice had taken root. Over the years the problems have grown, only to have the “solutions” created by Congress make things worse.

scumbag/liar-nObama used the rising costs of health care as an excuse to push for his quasi-socialist plan for health insurance, which he considered a stepping stone to a fully socialized “single-payer” (i.e., government-run and controlled) health system.

The results were disastrous.

Under the “Affordable” Care Act, premiums more than doubled in the first four years, leaving millions of Americans with unaffordable premiums and deductibles. National health spending jumped from 16.3% of GDP to 17.9% (estimated to hit 19.4% by 2027), and per capita spending on health care jumped $2,841 per year.

And now, $586 billion later, more than twice as many Americans are concerned about health care than before scumbag/liar-nObamaCare was passed. But for Democrats this was a feature, not a bug. They wanted the private system to collapse so they could justify fully socialized health care in America.

But now there is hope.

On Sunday, President Donald Trump announced the roll-out of a new health care plan in the next two months, and though the specific language is not yet available, the initial provisions are very promising.

The first provision is the release of a final rule on HRAs (Health Reimbursement Accounts) that will significantly increase choice for employees. Employers can make tax-free contributions (with no statutory limits) to accounts for employees, who can then use the funds to pay for out-of-pocket costs not covered by traditional insurance, but to also pay for premiums for private insurance.

This will have a dramatic effect on the insurance market, giving millions of currently uninsured Americans an affordable coverage option. It is estimated that within first five years, as many as 800,000 small businesses (most with less than 20 employees) will sponsor HRAs for their employees, funding coverage for more than 11 million workers.

This option also addresses two major issues in the health system; namely, the lack of portability in health insurance and coverage for pre-existing conditions. The latter is largely a result of the former.

HRAs provide portability in health care plans, because you would take your insurance with you from one employer to the next. It closes that gap in coverage that insurers use to justify denying payment for care.

This will also create new suppliers in the health insurance market to meet demand. Currently, 81% of small businesses (> 200 employees) and 42% of larger firms only offer one health plan. A single plan is no choice at all; you accept it or you go without coverage.

By ending the discriminatory tax treatment which favors employer-based plans and penalizes individual plans, employees will not feel pressured to stay at a job they hate simply because of the health insurance benefits. As a result, health care options will increase, employment mobility will increase, and prices will fall.

The Trump administration has also included built-in mechanisms that prevent employers from treating classes of employees differently, or insuring healthy employees while dumping older, sicker employees onto the scumbag/liar-nObamaCare plans.

Another step taken by President Trump may pay even greater dividends in the long run.

As early as next week, President Trump is expected to issue an executive order requiring pricing transparency throughout the health care industry. Industry providers of all sorts will be required to publish costs for services, medicines, etc.

It’s hard to overestimate what a game-changer this could be.

Today, it is impossible to determine actual costs, with pricing being significantly higher for the same service depending on the insurer, group plan, geographical location, etc. For example, a 2011 study found that a lower-limb MRI in New York was 12 times higher in New York than in Baltimore, and that pricing even varied 900% within the same city (Miami).

While still a long way from a true free market in health care, President Trump is taking steps that make significant strides in that direction.

Now Congress must do its job and finally address the mess it created 77 years ago, and which it has only made worse since. It is time for a true free market in health care, and President Trump is taking the lead.
