Designated terrorist group CAIR thinks basketball fans chanting “USA” is a “racial” slur against Muslims

Fans at basketball games are sometimes rowdy. But it seems when a Tokay High School Pakistani Muslim player touched the ball or shot free throws, St. Mary’s students were led in chants of “USA, USA, USA.” Muslims and some leftists felt that was “racist.” (Really? What “race” is Islam?)

FOX40  NEW JERSEY – Some felt that was over the line. The player is senior Kashif Afzal, a Muslim. Most thought the chants of ‘USA USA’ were an expression of patriotism, until they figured out that it was directed at the Pakistani import Afzal when he shot free throws.

After the game he tweeted “St. Mary’s fans when I was at the line USA, USA, USA. That’s the coldest thing I’ve ever witnessed and has happen to me.”(Yes, how dare these filthy kuffar insult my Islamic heritage?)

Reportedly around 200 students in the visiting school bleacher section joined in. On the face of it, the chants didn’t seem objectionable except for the fact that they were targeted at the Muslim player. “I honestly don’t think you could say it was meant to be patriotic; for that person it was a little more meaningful, a little more hurtful,” Eric Sandstrom, principal, said.

(Because chanting USA is an insult to all Muslim supremacists whose only loyalty is to Islam, never the USA, Allah forbid)

UCLA Broadcasting Muslim Call to Prayer Declaring ‘Allah is Great’ on Campus

via UCLA Broadcasting Muslim Call to Prayer Declaring ‘Allah is Great’ on Campus. h/tEurope News

Less than a week after controversy erupted over an announcement that a Muslim call to prayer would be broadcast at North Carolina’s Duke University, it has come to light that students at UCLA in California have been doing so for some time.

On Friday, a video was published on YouTube of students broadcasting the call to prayer on the north side of the UCLA campus near the athletic field off Sunset Boulevard. While the audio is faint, Arabic-style chanting can be heard in the footage as students gathered on the lawn.

The university does have an Islamic Student Association on Campus, which meets for jummah prayers in the Pyramid Room on the second floor of the John Wooden Center. It also publishes a Muslim news publication known as Al-Talib.

“I bear witness that there is none worthy of being worshiped except Allah,” the common Muslim chant, known as the adhan, declares. “I bear witness that Muhammad is the messenger of Allah. … Allah is most great.”

Reports state that the adhan has been broadcast at UCLA for some time…

The article also notes that despite Duke University stating it would not air the call to prayer, it actually allowed it to continue as planned using a different loud speaker:

Instead of having the Muslim call to prayer broadcast from the chapel bell tower, Duke University said that Islamic students would instead gather outside of the chapel to chant their call to prayer before moving inside to continue their meeting. On Friday, approximately 100 Muslim students attended the call to prayer, which was broadcast from the chapel steps via a small speaker.

Vanderbilt Muslims Seek To Bully Black Professor Into Silence on Islam

via Vanderbilt Muslims To Black Prof: Shut Up | The Daily Caller.

A black Vanderbilt University professor’s op-ed critical of Islamic terrorism has touched off a wave of protest by Muslim students and other critics.

The op-ed author is Carol Swain, a longtime professor of law and political science at Vanderbilt and a self-proclaimed political conservative. Her op-ed, entitled “Charlie Hebdo attacks prove critics were right about Islam,” appeared in The Tennessean (Nashville’s main newspaper) on Jan. 15.

Swain, who opposes burqas and advocates stronger efforts at assimilation for American Muslims, argued that radical Islam “poses an absolute danger to us and our children unless it is monitored better than it has been under the Obama administration.”

In response, Muslim students, led by Vanderbilt undergraduate Farishtay Yamin, took great offense.

Yamin told The Vanderbilt Hustler, the campus newspaper, that she “could not believe her eyes” when she read Swain’s column. The student also quickly labeled Swain’s opinion as “hate speech.”

She then used Facebook to set up a “Campus-Wide Protest Against Hate Speech Published in the Tennessean” on Saturday afternoon.

Attendance at the fairly brief event was in the low hundreds, The College Fix reports. Students who showed up brought signs emblazoned with slogans such as “Better a brat than a bigot.”

Yamin, who is the publicity chair for Vanderbilt’s Muslim Student Association, told the audience in no uncertain terms that a black female professor’s speech must be restricted if she says “these kinds of things” in the future.

“What I’m really trying to show her is that she can’t continue to say these kinds of things on a campus that’s so liberal and diverse and tolerant,” Yamin declared.

Swain “used a platform of murdering people to gain publicity,” Yamin charged.

“There is no way the students here are going to allow further attacks on their own peers,” the Muslim undergrad also threatened, according to the Fix.

“And if the university respects us as human beings, it has to come out and condemn these statements and promise us that it’s not going to happen again in the future.”

Islamic supremacist Linda Sarsour says of “Islamophobes”: “Their job is to vilify Islam and Muslims”

Here is an example of how Leftists and Islamic supremacists advance the “Islamophobia” myth: as far as they are concerned, Islam and Muslims are entirely guiltless in all respects, and the only reason why anyone is suspicious of them is because of a well-heeled “Islamophobia industry” that works full-time, for unaccountable reasons, “to vilify Islam […]

Shameful Incompetence: House Scraps Abortion Bill

The GOP sure knows how to create a debacle. The House scrapped plans to pass the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, which would have banned abortions after 20 weeks. The U.S. will thus continue to stand with China and North Korea as one of only seven nations in the world to allow the practice. Today is Sanctity of Life Day, and Republican leadership had planned on passing the bill to mark the occasion. Opposition came from some women in the GOP ranks, however, who worried Democrats would exploit the bill to further the “war on women” narrative. But that’s an odd worry given the 2-1 public support (over 70% among women) for the law in question. Reps. Renee Ellmers (R-NC) and Jackie Walorski (R-IN) withdrew their sponsorship from the bill, despite having voted for the same bill in 2013. Now the Leftmedia can run headlines declaring a right-wing bill was defeated by women and moderates. Granted, the bill faced a certain veto by an abortion-loving president, but if the GOP’s historic majority can’t manage to pass something with overwhelming public support – after having passed the same legislation in 2013, no less – what can they do? More…

No Civil Rights Charges Against Darren Wilson

No matter what Attorney General Eric Holder said previously about police profiling, it doesn’t make Officer Darren Wilson guilty. The Department of Justice recommends not charging Wilson with violating the civil rights of Michael Brown when Wilson killed him in Ferguson, Missouri. (Interesting timing – the day after Barack Obama mentioned the case in his State of the Union.) Holder still needs to sign off on the end of the investigation, but if anyone could find a racial issue where there is none, Holder would. But it’s not over, either. “It gives the Justice Department an ostensible justification to subject the entire police department to an investigation over its ‘patterns and practices,’” warns Andrew McCarthy at National Review. “Using a Clinton-era statute that lowers its burden of proof, and the staggering DOJ budget and resources that make it prohibitively expensive for states and municipalities to contest federal investigations and lawsuits, the Justice Department extorts the police departments into signing agreements to conduct policing in an Obama-compliant manner.” This is unsurprising. Wilson fell back on his training when responding to an unprovoked attack and the altercation lasted a few seconds. Eric Holder could find plenty to critique as the Ferguson PD responded to weeks of protests and looting.More…

Obama’s Economic Success Story Was a Democrat Staffer

Few Americans cared to watch Barack Obama give his delusional State of the Union address. Early numbers indicate only eight million tuned into CNN, MSNBC and Fox to watch Obama – the lowest numbers in 15 years. And who can blame them? Obama continued to steal the credit for the nation’s modest economic prosperity, but he’s too far entrenched in the Democrat political system. When the White House cast about for an economic success story where an every-day American worked hard and prospered, it could only find Rebekah Erler. Obama described Erler as a newlywed and new mom who waited tables when the recession hit. As she returned to school, the economy improved, Obama continued. But, The Washington Free Beacon reports, “Unmentioned in the White House bio of Erler is that she is a former Democratic campaign operative, working as a field organizer for Sen. Patty Murray (D., Wash.). This also wasn’t the first time the White House used the former Democratic campaign staffer as a political prop.” For Obama, the only way to economic prosperity is touting to big government. More…

Netanyahu to Address Congress

To his credit, House Speaker John Boehner wasted little time in responding to Barack Obama’s absurd assertion in the State of the Union that “we’ve halted the progress of [Iran’s] nuclear program.” To make the point that Obama’s living in an alternate reality, Boehner invited Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to address a joint session of Congress on Feb. 11, specifically on “the grave threats radical Islam and Iran pose to our security and way of life.” Boehner said, “There’s a serious threat that exists in the world and the president last night kind of papered over it.” But here’s the kicker: Boehner didn’t talk to the White House first. “The Congress can make this decision on its own,” he explained. “I don’t believe I’m poking anyone in the eye.” Actually, it was almost certainly a poke, given how many times Obama has made decisions on his own. Indeed, White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest complained, “The protocol would suggest that the leader of one country would contact the leader of another country when he’s traveling there. This particular event seems to be a departure from that protocol.” The White House is worried about “protocol,” but could care less about the Constitution. Or a nuclear Iran. Boehner also added feistily, “[Obama] expects us to stand idly by and do nothing while he cuts a bad deal with Iran. Two words: ‘Hell no!’ We’re going to do no such thing.”

WH Talking Points ‘Straight Out of Tehran’

The Obama administration has done such a miserable job dealing with Iran that even some Democrats are starting to question the president’s policy. Sen. Bob Menendez (D-NJ), the ranking Democrat on the Senate Foreign Affairs Committee, said, “The more I hear from the administration and its quotes, the more it sounds like talking points that come straight out of Tehran. It feeds to the Iranian narrative of victimization when they are the ones with original sin.” Par for the course, the president threatened this week to veto any new sanctions Congress might place on Iran, insisting that sanctions would scare Iran away from the negotiating table. As if to reassure Iran the administration isn’t serious, the White House reminded the world that eliminating Iran’s nuclear program isn’t on the table.

Celebrate the Sanctity of Life

2014-01-22-81722e97.jpg

Today marks the 42nd anniversary of the two most tragic Supreme Court decisions in American history, Roe v. Wade and Doe v. Bolton. Those decisions sparked a contentious debate between those who would deny legal protection for babies in the womb, and those who rightly acknowledge that those babies constitute “life” as understood throughout history and affirmed in our Declaration of Independence. Tragically, that right has been denied to 57 million unborn children sacrificed on the altar of “choice” since 1973.

Fortunately, there are numerous new state laws restricting abortion and saving lives. Federal law, however, won’t change any time soon after the U.S. House abandoned a vote on the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, which would have banned abortions after 20 weeks. The U.S. is one of only seven nations in the world that allows the practice. The GOP couldn’t muster the votes even with its enormous majority, or with wide public support. (The same bill passed in 2013, for goodness sake.) Instead, the House will attempt to permanently ban federal abortion funding.

Though this issue will never be resolved until the yearly number of abortions is zero, there are encouraging prospects to note as we consider the sanctity of human life. And every life saved is a victory.

Both Gallup and the Guttmacher Institute show a decline in the number of abortions and the support for those abortions. But far more encouraging is the shift in the spirit of the pro-life movement. There are still peaceful marches and strong, quiet vigils of prayer outside of abortion clinics, but there are also Internet outreach efforts, maternity homes, medical pregnancy resource centers and other ministries that are empowering young women to see their true range of options.

Obama said last year about this time, “Every woman should be able to make her own choices about her body and her health.” But we know that the president and Planned Parenthood share a narrowness of vision about these options.

One young woman who left an abortion clinic scared but determined to keep her baby remembers, “As I walked out the door, I heard the receptionist yelling, ‘You can’t have your money back, you know, and you’re going to ruin your life with this mistake.’” In an abortion clinic, the only real “choice” presented is to end the life of the unborn child – a “mistake.”

Yet more and more ministries and public figures are pointing out the absurdity of a movement centered on choice that leaves a woman no choice at all. Online for Life is using the power of the Internet to reach out to those who search for pregnancy options. Former Planned Parenthood nurse Abby Johnson’s ministry And Then There Were None is giving a voice and a choice to those who desire to no longer work for the nation’s largest abortion mill. Project Rachel andAbortion Changes You, among many other such ministries, are coming alongside the hurting women who have already experienced the pain of abortion. Save the Storks takes compassion to those who are in need with a mobile resource center housed in a luxury bus. Students for Lifehas a wide presence on college campuses.

These are just a few of the innovative ministries that are leading the way to a stronger, more understanding and more effective pro-life movement.

The same cannot be said for the other side, which exploits women to serve a twisted agenda.

Roe v. Wade was the infamous case in which Norma McCorvey was used as a plaintiff by leftist attorneys to overturn laws restricting abortion in Texas. A decision upholding Texas law was ultimately overturned on appeal by the Supreme Court, which found a heretofore unprecedented “right to privacy” in the so-called “due process clause” of the Fourteenth Amendment. The despotic branch divined from their “living constitution” that this right entitled a mother to end the life of her baby before his or her birth. Simultaneous with Roe v. Wade, in Doe v. Bolton, using the plaintiff Sandra Cano, the Supremes determined that any complaint – including headaches – could be used as grounds for requesting an abortion.

Since the decisions in those cases, both McCorvey and Cano have recanted their testimony. Norma McCorvey said plainly, “I think abortion’s wrong. I think what I did with Roe v. Wade was wrong,” and she has stood by those words in the years since.

Sandra Cano, in her 2005 testimony before the U.S. Senate, said: “Using my name and life, Doe v. Bolton falsely created the health exception that led to abortion on demand and partial birth abortion. How it got there is still pretty much a mystery to me. I only sought legal assistance to get a divorce from my husband and to get my children from foster care. … At no time did I ever have an abortion. I did not seek an abortion nor do I believe in abortion. Yet my name and life is now forever linked with the slaughter of 40-50 million babies. … How can cunning, wicked lawyers use an uneducated, defenseless pregnant woman to twist the American court system in such a fraudulent way? Doe has been a nightmare. … My name, life, and identity have been stolen and put on this case without my knowledge and against my wishes. How dare they use my name and my life this way! One of the justices of the Supreme Court said during oral argument in my case ‘What does it matter if she is real or not?’ Well I am real and it does matter.”

Like McCorvey and Cano, millions of women and countless unborn babies are being denied choice by the “pro-choice” movement.

Americans are obviously tiring of a movement based on such an audacious lie. Scientifically and morally it has always been evident that life starts well before those first beautiful cries. And today’s pro-life movement is succeeding more and more where it counts most: changing hearts.

What’s Spanish for ‘Amnesty Stays’?

2015-01-22-a3675bda.jpg

Barack Obama wasn’t the only one to largely ignore immigration in his State of the Unionaddress Tuesday night. In its much-anticipated response as the majority party for the first time in eight years, the GOP opted to nix the topic as well – at least, in the English version.

Republicans thought it appropriate to give one response to English-speaking listeners and another to Spanish-speaking listeners. Go figure. Newly elected Senator Joni Ernst of Iowa made not one mention of immigration inher response, alluding to it (and a plethora of other topics) only by saying, “We’ll work to correct executive overreach.”

Meanwhile, in the Spanish version of the response, which House Republicans initially describedas merely the Spanish translation of Ernst’s response, Rep. Carlos Curbelo of Florida added, “We should also work through the appropriate channels to create permanent solutions for our immigration system, to secure our borders, modernize legal immigration and strengthen our economy.” Nothing like consistency in messaging.

Then again, why should Republican leadership invest much effort in messaging on immigration if they’re not actually serious about doing anything about it? As we previously reported, the Senate received a House-passed bill to counter Obama’s executive amnesty order. That bill funds the Department of Homeland Security, which received funding under the current short-term bill only until Feb. 27, while cutting off funding for amnesty. But Senate Republican leadership is sounding concession before the opening bell.

The Senate needs 60 votes to send the bill to Obama’s desk, where it will receive an automatic veto. Obama warned in the State of the Union address that any bill attempting to “refight” past immigration battles will have “earned” his veto. After all, he won two elections, right?

Of course, a veto would place the president squarely in the way of DHS funding. But the GOP holds 54 seats in the Senate, six fewer than the votes needed to overcome a filibuster. Because of this, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell of Kentucky cautioned Republicans against expecting miracles. Or, as one border-state congressman so eloquently put it, “Pigs will fly out of my rear end” before Senate Republicans convince six Democrats to vote contra-party. Americans would be happy to forgo miracles in exchange for an ounce of courage. Senate Republican Whip John Cornyn of Texas also announced that allowing funding for DHS to expire is “off the table.” In other words, the Senate is primed and ready to cave.

The Senate GOP leadership’s talking points – which translate into English as defeat before engagement – seem to have the same source as our unfortunate congressman’s pigs. Not that this is actually surprising. As we noted last week, the fact that the Senate is delaying focusing on the bill until February, just in time for a showdown over the funding expiration, screams defeat. And this is particularly cynical, as the House purposefully passed the bill with ample time for the Senate to do more than duck and run for cover.

It’s not too late for Senate Republicans to spend the next month whipping votes. If Republicans know what’s good for them (a questionable premise), they will use this opportunity to make good on their promise to the American people to stand up to the president’s abuse of power. Failure at this first test, however, will not portend well for the next two years. And that’s a clear message in any language.

OPINION IN BRIEF

Philosopher Bertrand Russell (1872-1970): “The essence of the liberal outlook lies not in what opinions are held, but in how they are held: instead of being viewed dogmatically, they are held tentatively, with a consciousness that new evidence may at any moment lead to their abandonment.”

FRC president Tony Perkins: “Amazingly, on a day that saw an Islamist attack on Yemen, an American ally in the fight against al-Qaeda, the President [during the SOTU address] had the audacity to proclaim, ‘The shadow of crisis has passed.’ If the shadows have passed, it’s only because true darkness has descended. An administration that ignores these threats and leaves Christians to suffer persecution at the hands of radical freedom-crushers here and abroad doesn’t know the meaning of the word ‘crisis.’ If the President got anything right, it’s this: we are turning the page. In fact, most Americans already did – in November, when they sent Washington a message of real change. Not the kind of change offered in veiled agendas or clever turns of phrase. But the kind of change it took to make America, ‘the greatest nation the world has ever known.’”

Jeff Jacoby: “Down the street or across the country, a valid driver’s license is all you need to lawfully get behind the wheel of a car. If you’ve met your state’s conditions to be issued a license – passed the test, submitted your fingerprints, paid the fee – there’s not a state in the country that won’t honor it. A valid license to carry a firearm should be treated the same way. … The case for reciprocity ought to be just as compelling when it comes to carry permits for guns. Indeed, more compelling: The Bill of Rights makes no reference to driving, but it does command that ‘the right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.’ Constitutional liberties don’t evaporate at state borders. If your driver’s license is valid everywhere, the validity of your gun permit should go without saying. … States have always had broad leeway to make their own public policy; the Constitution’s ‘full faith and credit’ principle doesn’t insist that all state laws be homogenized. But states cannot just disallow Second Amendment rights exercised in good faith by honest citizens from other states. The driver’s license in your wallet is accepted everywhere as prima facie evidence that you are competent to drive. The concealed-carry permit you keep right next to it should be given the same respect.”

Islamic killing in France a repeat of history

In February 2006, Muslims around the world were rioting.  In Indonesia, over 300 protestors stormed the European Union embassy.  In Gaza, Palestinian gunman scaled the walls of the EU offices, closing them until further notice. Some 400 Islamic students burned the French and Danish flags in Pakistan.  Angry Muslims threatened to kidnap French, Spanish, Danish and Austrian citizens.  Islam is boycotted businesses associated with the European Union.  And several EU countries recalled their diplomatic corps to avoid threatened violence in Islamic nations. What ever could have sparked such a chain of events?  A cartoon of founder of the Islamic cult, Mohammed, originally printed in a Danish newspaper. Sound familiar?

The militant reaction to a Danish newspaper printing several cartoons of the prophet Mohammed was only inflamed as newspapers in France, Italy, the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Austria and others followed suit and reprinted many of the cartoons.  One of the cartoons showed Mohammed with a bomb strapped beneath his turban. Back then it seemed as though the European newspapers were fed up with Islamic militancy and were making the point that they can print what they want in the name of freedom of speech.  But the enraged Muslims saw blood because it is considered blasphemous to make images of the prophet Mohammed-as if they needed an excuse to rape, pillage and kill. Sound familiar?

That the militant cult becomes outraged when the European free press makes a point through satire is no novelty. The killings in France by Islamists are part of a continuum of violence. The 2005 Islamic riots across Europe, after two boys, who thought they were being chased by police, were electrocuted when they hid in a high voltage box, were just the beginning of many a problem Europe faced with its fast growing Islamic population. Mark Steyn, a syndicated columnist for the Wall Street Journal wrote in 2006 that Islamic countries are having babies at a rate four to five times that of Europe, which is in a population decline.  And Islam is moving into Europe as the fastest growing immigrant population.

Steyn predicted that within the decade the European population will be more Islamic than European and that riots in the streets will be commonplace.  By 2006, Europe had taken in 20 million Muslims and in Britain more Muslims attend religious services each week than do Christians.  In Jeremiah, the Lord speaks of the Babylonian judgment where an immoral society is desolated.  Europe and the United States have a lot of Babylonian characteristics. The Lord says in Jeremiah 51:14, "Surely I will fill you with men, as with locusts, and they shall lift up a shout against you."  Locust often meant Ishmaelite, the forefathers of the Islamists, because they consumed the land like locusts and moved on. Time to turn to Christ and his salvation.

The final Obamacare regulation forcing restaurant chains to display calorie information is causing headaches for companies who say it is “impossible to comply” with the new rule.

Domino’s Pizza, one of the regulation’s most outspoken critics, said the rule from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is vaguely written and carries the possibility of jail time.

“Essentially we think this rule is a kind of disaster for everybody,” Lynn Liddle, executive vice president of Domino’s, told the Washington Free Beacon. “Not just pizza but restaurants, and anybody that’s going to fall within this law. It’s still not workable.”

One problem, Liddle said, is that the final rule broadly expanded the definition of what qualifies as a “menu.” Under the rule “menu” can refer to any writing that “used by a customer to make an order selection at the time the customer is viewing the writing,” which could apply to advertisements.

“We no longer know what a menu is,” Liddle said. “It’s really hard to interpret. Essentially they’re saying anything that a consumer can look at and make a potential ordering decision from is a menu.” She said this could apply to flyers, ads in the newspapers, or signs in the window. Glenn Beck and his radio co-hosts, Pat Gray and Stu Burguiere, responded to the State of the Union in real time on Tuesday, saying the only way they could tolerate watching the entire speech was by “addressing all the lies” as President Barack Obama spoke them.

There were a few parts of the speech that stuck out to Beck, and he discussed them on his radio program Wednesday. One of the most memorable moments, Beck said, was when the president “just snapped and got all dark and ugly,” just after encouraging the nation to come together.

The president said: “That’s a better politics. That’s how we start rebuilding trust. That’s how we move this country forward. That’s what the American people want. That’s what they deserve. I have no more campaigns to run–”

Then, as people began to applaud, the president went off his prepared remarks and added: “I know, because I won both of them.”

“Right in the middle of him saying, ‘You know what, I just love everybody and we all have to work together,’ he takes a shift,” Beck said. “[And] all he’s doing is just raising money for the campaign. That’s all this guy has done!” (Read more on how Obama snapped HERE)

Bobby JindlBy David Brody. Hey John McCain: Move over. You have a “straight talk” partner. His name is Gov. Bobby Jindal. Watch below.

This is what he said today in London, England, about Islamic terrorists who think they’re going to heaven.

Gov. Bobby Jindal: Muslim leaders must make clear that these individuals are not going to enjoy the afterlife, they’re not going to be martyrs but rather they’re going to hell.

There’s not enough left to be said other than, “Preach it, brother!” (Read more about Bobby Jindal’s statement about Muslims HERE)

Muslim Population Growing in America

By Carol Brown. Even when Muslims are a minority population they can and do transform whole cultures and societies. And not for the better.

Why? Because their holy book is a totalitarian ideology founded on submission and world domination. And toward that end, Islam is on the march. Meanwhile, the West remains mired in cowardice and complicity. Nowhere can this be seen more clearly than in Europe, which is on the fast track to join the Caliphate.

Not to be outdone by Europe’s madness, the United States is traveling down the same bloody path, importing large numbers of Muslims from Islamic countries thanks to the Islamophile sitting in the Oval Office and a nation full of dhimmis.

Estimates on the number of Muslims living in the US vary, ranging from 3 million to 7 million. Whatever the precise number, it’s already outdated as it rises with each passing nanosecond. (Read more from this story HERE)

Take Down School Shooters With ... Canned Food?
Which of these does a better job of dropping a gunman: bullets or beans? Granted, it's a stupid question, but since when did anti-gun lefties make sense? According to one Alabama school, beans -- or any other canned food item -- make an excellent self-defense weapon. "As a result of school shootings throughout the United States and discussing with law enforcement on the best procedure to follow to keep our students safe, we are enhancing our procedure for intruders," explained administrators of W.F. Burns Middle School in a letter to parents. "The procedure will be the same as we have done in the past with the addition of arming our students with a canned food item." 'Cause nothing scares a would-be shooter like a flying can of Green Giant green beans. The officials added, "We realize at first this may seem odd" -- you don't say? -- "however, it is a practice that would catch an intruder off-guard." Here's a better idea: Arm teachers who can quickly and effectively alleviate the threat. Liberals like to talk about "common sense" reforms; that is, unless it involves putting guns in the hands of good guys. More...  -The Patriot Post

Sharpton Attacks Hollywood Over Perceived Selma Snub
Al Sharpton wanted "Selma" to sweep the Oscars. The film tells the story of Martin Luther King Jr.'s marches from Selma to Montgomery in 1965, and it was only nominated for Best Motion Picture, but that wasn't good enough for race-baiter Sharpton. He's calling an "emergency meeting" with his Hollywood task force to decide what to do, because, in his eyes, the Oscars are not diverse enough this year. "With all of the talent in Selma and other Black movies this year," Sharpton said, "it is hard to believe that we have less diversity in the nominations today than in recent history. ... The movie industry is like the Rocky Mountains, the higher you get, the whiter it gets." Sharpton -- who has no film criticism cred to date -- probably threatened to attack Hollywood over this issue because he wants to sway the decision, not to mention this sort of shakedown is how he makes his living-The Patriot Post

 SOTU Will Push Income Redistribution
Barack nObama will use his State of the Union Address tomorrow to call on the Republican Congress to pass his progressive tax policies. It will not be a speech to update the legislative body on the state of the union, but to embarrass Republicans before the nation. nObama will promise tax plans that redistribute "free" stuff, calling on Congress to hike taxes so the government rakes in an extra $320 billion over 10 years and can then "give" the middle class $175 billion. Top White House aide Dan Pfeiffer said, "I think we should have a debate in this country between middle-class economics and trickle-down economics. I think, in divided government, each side should lay out their agenda, what they think is in the best interest of the country." Liberals miss that "trickle-down economics" -- their pejorative term for Reaganomics -- is based on people keeping their own hard-earned income. nObama proposes increasing the capital gains and dividend tax rate to 28%, placing a limit on how much money Americans can save for retirement -- and even taxing college saving plans to pay for his "free" community college boondoggle. So much for encouraging responsible personal finance. It's a shameful policy rooted in envy. More...

nObama Goes on Offense, Will Seek 7% Budget Hike

Congressional Republicans better take note that Barack nObama has no intention of quietly riding off into the sunset -- even if he does frequently check out and play more golf over the next two years. "I'm not going to spend the next two years on defense; I'm going to play offense," he told congressional Democrats Thursday. Part of that offense is going to be on the budget, which the White House is due to release on Feb. 2. According to officials who leaked details, nObama wants to increase spending by 7% -- clearly indicating he's not content with allowing Republicans to slow down his spending bonanza. Thanks in large part to the sequester and the stalemate in Congress since 2011, the budget deficit for the fiscal year ending Sept. 30 was $483 billion -- the smallest since 2007. Obviously, that's better than the trillion-dollar deficits of nObama's early years, and lower deficits are likely why the economy is finally showing signs of life. That means increasing spending by 7% isn't going to be good. It's up to the Republican-controlled Congress to stop nObama in his tracks. More...  -The Patriot Post

 Ryan: No Gas Tax Hike
Some in Washington, including Republicans, have recently pushed a hike in the gas tax. What better time to gouge consumers replenish the Highway Trust Fund than when drivers are finally paying less at the pump? Well, House Ways and Means Chairman Paul Ryan (R-WI) put an end to such talk, saying flatly, "We won't pass a gas tax." Ryan added that he'd love to tackle more comprehensive tax reform, saying, "We just want to make sure we have the best possible tax reform that creates jobs [and] is fair." But he also acknowledged Barack nObama stands in the way of any sensible tax policy. In related news, Ryan recently announced that he would not seek the 2016 GOP presidential nomination, despite calls for him to run. For our part, we're glad to see him running the Ways and Means Committee, as it seems he's right where he belongs.

 When Illegals Kill Cops
(Lloyd Billingsley) - Rep. Ami Bera, a northern California Democrat, has invited Susan Oliver, 46, to President nObama’s State of the Union Speech. The White House is aware of the invitation, and Mrs. Oliver has a message of her own for the chief executive... “Build unity between citizens and law enforcement,” she told Richard Chang of the Sacramento Bee. “The damage is tearing people apart.” Activists, she said, try to “excite people who don’t know all the facts” and “people will do negative things just because there’s an opportunity.” Mrs. Oliver, an African American, can speak to the issue with some authority. She can also address another issue the president and his handlers prefer to avoid: the murder of American law enforcement officers by people who are not supposed to be in the country.      http://www.frontpagemag.com/2015/lloyd-billingsley/when-illegals-kill-cops/?utm_source=FrontPage+Magazine&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=aa5dcb3683-Mailchimp_FrontPageMag&utm_term=0_57e32c1dad-aa5dcb3683-156509103

 No No-Go Zones? Really?
(Robert Spencer) - The Leftist media and Islamic supremacist groups have been doing a victory dance ever since Saturday night, when Fox News issued an apology for statements made on the air by terror expert Steve Emerson and others about Muslim no-go zones in Britain and France...However, the apology doesn’t say what it has widely reported as saying – and there is considerable evidence that Muslim areas in both countries are a growing law enforcement and societal problem. However, Emerson was not guilty of fabrication, just of overstatement. Some of the comments on a piece in the UK’s Daily Mail about his gaffe and British Prime Minister David Cameron’s reaction to it (he called Emerson a “complete idiot”) insisted that Emerson was at least partially right: “Just shows cameron doesn’t even know what is happening in this country , as the news presenter is totally correct , its a no go zone .” “There ARE some parts of Birmingham where you darent or shouldn’t go !” “Is he far off the truth? Maybe it’s not true for Birmingham as a whole but there are certain areas where it is true. Certainly it is true of certain other Towns in the UK. Bradford, Leicester, Luton spring to mind.”       http://www.frontpagemag.com/2015/robert-spencer/no-no-go-zones-really/?utm_source=FrontPage+Magazine&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=aa5dcb3683-Mailchimp_FrontPageMag&utm_term=0_57e32c1dad-aa5dcb3683-156509103

 Alberto Nisman’s Warning About Iran
(Claudia Rosett) - Nisman spent the past decade seeking justice for the victims of the 1994 terrorist bombing of a Buenos Aires Jewish community center, which killed 85 people and wounded many more. Nisman compiled a massive case, accusing Iran and its Lebanese terrorist affiliate, Hezbollah, of the attack...He indicted a member of Hezbollah and a number of former high-ranking Iranians officials. And he found himself increasingly at cross-purposes with the machinations of Argentina’s President Cristina Kirchner. Last week, Nisman filed a criminal complaint almost 300 pages long, accusing Kirchner, her foreign minister Hector Timerman, and a number of others, of orchestrating a cover-up of Iran’s responsibility for the 1994 attack. A summary of the complaint, sent out last week by Nisman’s office, accused Kirchner of secretly cutting a deal with Iran to concoct a story that would exonerate Iran and its fugitives from the 1994 bombing, thus opening the way for Argentina to trade grain for Iranian oil, at the cost of “sacrificing a lengthy and legitimate quest for justice.” Nisman was due to testify Monday to Argentina’s Congress about his allegations. He never made it. On the eve of his testimony, the 51-year-old Nisman was found dead in his Buenos Aires apartment, shot in the head.   http://defenddemocracy.org/media-hit/claudia-rosett-alberto-nismans-warning-about-iran/

Official Outsourcing of Security to Muslim Terrorists in Benghazi
(Ben Barrack) - If there has been a U.S. Congressman whose behavior relative to the investigation of what happened in Benghazi on September 11, 2012, has been bizarre...it’s Rep. Mike Rogers (R-MI), the recently retired congressman and former chairman of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI). According to John Shaw, former deputy undersecretary of defense to international technology security, the security company Rogers’ wife worked for as a high-ranking official, may provide more of those answers. As Shoebat.com reported, shortly after Mr. Rogers became HPSCI Chairman in early 2011, the company she worked for (Aegis) began its work in Libya. What role Aegis played has to this point, been largely unclear. However, Shaw’s claims point to a trail of security outsourcing that ended up in the hands of February 17 Martyrs Brigade (F17MB), which provided security at the Benghazi Special Mission Compound (SMC) the night four Americans were murdered.       http://shoebat.com/2015/01/19/ex-defense-dept-official-connects-outsourcing-security-muslim-terrorists-benghazi-company-congressmans-wife-vice-chairman-board-directors/

House McCaul Bill Is Republicans Caving On Amnesty
(Rick Wells) - A diversionary tactic to provide protective insulation from angry Americans will be “marked up” in the House Homeland Security Committee tomorrow and falsely promoted...as an effective piece of legislation that will fulfill Republicans’ promise to secure the border and fight Hussein nObama’s illegal amnesty. It does none of that. What it does is attempt to perpetrate yet another fraud upon the American people, with our sovereignty and surrender to illegal foreign invaders hanging in the balance. Senator Jeff Sessions (R-AL) is the preeminent patriotic voice against the lawlessness of the executive branch and the multitude of complicit and corrupt members of Congress. He issued a statement today detailing just what is wrong with the proposal and why.      http://gopthedailydose.com/2015/01/20/sen-jeff-sessions-house-mccaul-bill-is-republicans-caving-on-amnesty-surrendering-to-outlaw-Obama/

nObama and UN Created Terror State in Libya
(Alex Newman) - When the nObama administration and NATO, acting under the purported “authority” of a United Nations resolution, backed al-Qaeda-linked jihadist rebels and helped overthrow the regime of Moammar Gadhafi...a former U.S. terror-war ally, Libya was supposed to have been “liberated.” Instead, it spiraled into deeper and bloodier civil war, and has now essentially become a terror state — with groups ranging from the Islamic State (ISIS) to al-Qaeda openly roaming the capital and operating training centers across large swaths of the nation under their control. Libya today, following what analysts and even former U.S. generals described as nObama “switching sides” in the terror war, also features multiple self-styled “governments” battling each other for control over the ruins and traumatized survivors. Amid the chaos, it has become open season on Christians and journalists, too. And he wanted to do the same with Syria.        http://www.thenewamerican.com/world-news/africa/item/19939-obama-and-un-created-terror-state-in-libya?utm_source=Newsletter&utm_campaign=14c00dd091-The_Editors_Top_Picks_3_12_143_12_2014&utm_medium=email&utm_term=0_8ca494f2d2-14c00dd091-289778381

nObama’s Bergdahl Deal, Treason, High Crimes And Misdemeanors
(Rick Wells) - After claiming that deserter Bowe Bergdahl served his country with honor and distinction, the validation of those now obviously false claims has not slow in coming...The military investigation is supposedly complete, but the Army and the nObama regime are sitting on the results, with no information of any kind as to the results or the timetable of future actions being provided. Judge Andrew Napolitano says that, given this “president’s” personal involvement, the truth may never come out. He says, “The ‘president’s’ personal, personal involvement in the trade of Sgt Bergdahl for five Taliban leaders at Gitmo is so toxic, such a hot potato, I think he prefers that we never know exactly what happened.” He indicates it is possible that the government might never decide which crime it chooses to charge him with, from missing a roll call to treason or anywhere in between.       http://gopthedailydose.com/2015/01/20/judge-napolitano-obamas-bergdahl-deal-treason-high-crimes-and-misdemeanors/

Israel Braces for Retaliation After Airstrike in Syria
(investigativeproject.org) - Israel is bracing for potential attacks from Hizballah, after an airstrike in the Syrian Golan Sunday killed 11 members of the Hizballah-Iranian axis...The dead include Jihad Mughniyeh, a son of former Hizballah leader Imad Mughniyeh, Iranian General Mohamed Allahdadi and Mohammed Issa, the leader of Hizballah's operations in Syria and Iraq. In response, Major General Mohammad Ali Jafari, the commander of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps, warned of a "destructive" retaliatory actions against Israel and called for the destruction of the Jewish state. Gohmert received the committee chairmanship despite his recent historic challenge to House Speaker John Boehner earlier this month. “It is an absolute privilege to represent the Lone Star State, more specifically east Texas, in the capacity of subcommittee chairman of such a relevant and responsible subcommittee,” Chairman Gohmert told Breitbart Texas. “This administration has hindered the United States’ ability to produce and manage our own vast resources, but I am really looking forward to helping the federal government become more responsible.”       http://www.breitbart.com/texas/2015/01/19/gohmert-to-have-oversight-of-blm/

U.S. to Award Iran $11.9 Billion Through End of Nuke Talks
(Adam Kredo) - The nObama administration on Wednesday paid $490 million in cash assets to Iran and will have released a total of $11.9 billion to the Islamic Republic by the time nuclear talks are scheduled to end in June, according to figures provided by the State Department...Today’s $490 million release, the third such payment of this amount since Dec. 10, was agreed to by the nObama administration under the parameters of another extension in negotiations over Tehran’s contested nuclear program that was inked in November. Iran will receive a total of $4.9 billion in unfrozen cash assets via 10 separate payments by the United States through June 22, when talks with Iran are scheduled to end with a final agreement aimed at curbing the country’s nuclear work, according to a State Department official. It sure seems like we are just giving and not receiving nothing in return.      http://freebeacon.com/national-security/u-s-to-award-iran-11-9-billion-through-end-of-nuke-talks/
Whiners & Sore Winners
Burt Prelutsky

(burtprelutsky.com) - Sometimes when I attack urban blacks, I worry that some pinheads will fail to understand that I am not tarring all black Americans. I’m certainly not referring to those who work hard, get married and raise their children to be good citizens. Obviously, I am not referring to the likes of Thomas Sowell, Walter Williams, Allen West, Condoleezza Rice, Tim Scott, Herman Cain, David Clarke, Mia Love, Ben Carson or Jason Riley.

The ones I have in mind are the 95% of plantation blacks who vote for Democrats year in and year out, the ones who not only know which side of their bread is buttered, but know only too well who gave them the bread they didn’t have to work for or bake for themselves.

Democrats are like those zombies in the movies who are constantly prowling the countryside looking for brains because they have none of their own. But that doesn’t matter to black voters, who understand the deal is that so long as they vote for liberals, they’ll be fed, housed and clothed, and not only will their mob violence be tolerated, but it will be encouraged by the likes of nObama, Holder and De Blasio.

They’re also aware of the fact that the liberal media, in collusion with academia, will promote the false narrative that these scofflaws and human sloths are being persecuted by white society, when in fact they are being coddled by white taxpayers.

Racial bias that favors blacks has become so endemic in America that I’m wondering if the Democrats haven’t cried “Wolf!” or, rather, “Racist!” once too often for their own good. There used to be a slogan popular during the Vietnam War that asked: “What if they threw a war and nobody came?” I think it’s time to revise it to read: “What if they cried ‘Racist!’ and for once nobody cowered?”

Recently I wrote about a friend who said he would prefer it if I referred to the Democrat Party instead of calling it the Democratic Party. In my defense, I said that “Democrat Party” looks wrong to my eye and sounds wrong in my ear.

A few of my mutinous readers let me know they agreed with my friend, pointing out that I unintentionally give the Democrats too much credit because there’s nothing democratic about them.

In response, I said the mistake was theirs because there’s nothing all that wonderful about democracy. I realize that sounds like heresy, but the fact is that in Venezuela, Hugo Chavez won a democratic election; in Russia, Vladimir Putin did the same; the so-called Palestinians voted for Hamas; and here in the U.S., we elected a tyrant of our own. In fact, we did it twice.

When it comes to voting, the truth is that most people just aren’t very good at it. What’s more, Democrats, in spite of being really awful at it, are so fond of voting, they often do it twice or three times in the same election.

In the past, while I’ve never been a booster of backstabber John Boehner or Mitch McConnell, I have usually refrained from attacking them. After all, it is just possible that the Republicans who have to deal with them on a day to day basis like them for reasons I can’t possibly imagine. The worst I’ve ever said about either of them is that they don’t speak well on camera and neither is particularly adept at presenting the GOP position on the important issues. I usually summed it up by stating that what they lacked in smarts, they failed to make up for in charm and personality.

But that was then and this is now. I can’t ignore the fact that backstabber Boehner is so thin-skinned that simply because 25 House Republicans either voted for others to be the majority leader or merely voted “Present,” he had a hissy fit. As a result of which, he decided to punish Florida congressman Daniel Webster for opposing him, and Florida congressman Richard Nugent for supporting Rep. Webster, by removing both of them from the powerful House Rules Committee.

So much for those who insist that backstabber Boehner lacks a backbone. Like nObama, who only sticks to his guns when opposing Republicans, never when confronted by Syria, Russia or Iran, backstabber Boehner turns into a mighty warrior when confronting conservatives. The most pathetic part of all this is that backstabber Boehner faced very little resistance by his lickspittle colleagues, and easily won re-election. So, just in case you thought there was nothing worse than a sore loser, allow me to introduce you to crybaby backstabber John Boehner, who gives new meaning to “sore winner.”

Recently Barack nObama invited Mexico’s President Enrique Nieto to the White House. Predictably, Nieto complimented nObama on granting legal status to five million illegal aliens through an unconstitutional executive edict.

What does it say about the swamp known as Mexico that one presidente after another urges the U.S. to accommodate millions of their fleeing countrymen? Frankly, I wouldn’t object quite so much to the influx if it were a quid pro quo arrangement in which we accepted their illiterate peasants in exchange for our own ungrateful welfare junkies, but that deal, you’ll have noticed, is never on the table.

Shame on Rudy Giuliani and the other politicians and bureaucrats who chided the New York cops who turned their backs on Mayor De Blasio at the funerals of the two assassinated police officers. They weren’t showing disrespect to their two fallen comrades or to their families, and we all knew it. In fact, I was reminded of the All Star baseball game in St. Louis a few years back when nObama figured he wouldn’t be booed if he rode out onto the field in a convertible seated next to Cardinal legend Stan “The Man” Musial. It helped some, but he still got razzed because the Cardinal fans, Mr. Musial and the rest of us, all knew for whom the booing was intended.

Finally, I’m going to have to work on my timing. For years, dinkyHarry Reid took great pride in pushing nObamaCare down our throats and preventing any Republican legislation bound to embarrass his Senate colleagues or the president from even reaching the Senate floor. It took a while before I began hoping and praying that the schmuck would wind up in the hospital with broken bones and a concussion.

It finally happened, but only after the midterm elections had transformed dinky Reid from being the second most powerful man in Washington into just another cranky old geezer from an inconsequential state that was put on the map by mobster Bugsy Siegel.

Now I’m targeting backstabber John Boehner in my prayers. Let’s see how long his luck holds out.

Obama’s State of the Union Address

By: Tim McClellan, Political Strategist January 21, 2015

While I watched Obama present his State of the Union Address last night I was horrified by the amount of lies and deception being fed to the public. Apparently he is in full agreement with Gruber that Americans are stupid. All my response are in bold

Mr. Speaker, Mr. Vice President, Members of Congress, my fellow Americans:

We are fifteen years into this new century. Fifteen years that dawned with terror touching our shores; that unfolded with a new generation fighting two long and costly wars; that saw a vicious recession spread across our nation and the world.

Wars the the United States started. the invasion of Iraq, the funding of the Syrian Rebels to overthrow President Al-Assad's Syrian government. The Rebels were funded and trained by the CIA. They did not overthrow Al-Assad's government, but did turn into ISIS/ISIL and took over approx 2/3rds of Syria and 3/4s of Iraq. Obama still refuses to call them the terrorist that they are.

It has been, and still is, a hard time for many.

But tonight, we turn the page.

Tonight, after a breakthrough year for America, our economy is growing and creating jobs at the fastest pace since 1999. Our unemployment rate is now lower than it was before the financial crisis. More of our kids are graduating than ever before; more of our people are insured than ever before; we are as free from the grip of foreign oil as we’ve been in almost 30 years.

When you hit the bottom there is no place to go but up. What he did n't tell you is the jobs people are getting are low paying jobs. He also did not comment on the fact that there is a huge number of people that have given up looking for a job. If you factor in these people and the current unemployment numbers you will see the unemployment rate is approx. $27%. The highest in the history of the United States.

Tonight, for the first time since 9/11, our combat mission in Afghanistan is over. Six years ago, nearly 180,000 American troops served in Iraq and Afghanistan. Today, fewer than 15,000 remain. And we salute the courage and sacrifice of every man and woman in this 9/11 Generation who has served to keep us safe. We are humbled and grateful for your service.

We abandoned Iraq and Syria and are now are abandoning Afghanistan. The Taliban has been waiting patiently for this day to come. They will come back stronger than ever and completely control Afghanistan and anyone that sided with the Coalition Forces will be executed.

America, for all that we’ve endured; for all the grit and hard work required to come back; for all the tasks that lie ahead, know this:

The shadow of crisis has passed, and the State of the Union is strong.

He is delusional, the war has just begun. Only this time it will be on U.S. soil.

At this moment — with a growing economy, shrinking deficits, bustling industry, and booming energy production — we have risen from recession freer to write our own future than any other nation on Earth. It’s now up to us to choose who we want to be over the next fifteen years, and for decades to come.

The economy is in the worst shape since the Great Depression. In fact the financial indicators show the stock and housing market will collapse before the end of June 2015. All the indicators and experts agree on this. They also agree that it can not be stopped as it is too late and Obama's policies have put us in this position. China is the number one world economy now and has become the worlds bank. We no longer control the markets.

Will we accept an economy where only a few of us do spectacularly well? Or will we commit ourselves to an economy that generates rising incomes and chances for everyone who makes the effort?

Obama has created thousands of new regulations on businesses that are not even aware they will not be able to adhere to these regulations and will go out of business, thus furthering the unemployment problem.

Will we approach the world fearful and reactive, dragged into costly conflicts that strain our military and set back our standing? Or will we lead wisely, using all elements of our power to defeat new threats and protect our planet?

Reactively? Obama's version of reactive is to do too little, too late. A pattern that has been repeated over and over in his six years.

Will we allow ourselves to be sorted into factions and turned against one another — or will we recapture the sense of common purpose that has always propelled America forward?

Obama, has pitted the blacks against the police, blacks and now illegal aliens against the police, blacks against whites, Christians against Muslims, gays and against straights and has destroyed the very fabric of our society. Like we are supposed to believe that gays are supposed to be married like a couple to procreate. If you say it enough people will believe it. Divide and conquer.

In two weeks, I will send this Congress a budget filled with ideas that are practical, not partisan. And in the months ahead, I’ll crisscross the country making a case for those ideas.

More demands, they just passed a 1.1 Trillion dollar budget for 9 months that is about 25% garbage. How do you like giving $12,000 to $17,000 to every person that broke our law and became an Illegal alien. Then giving them instant citizenship as a reward. Out citizenship isn't worth a wooden nickel anymore. Now we need another budget? We are over 18 trillion dollars in debt with nothing to back it up.

So tonight, I want to focus less on a checklist of proposals, and focus more on the values at stake in the choices before us.

Because he doesn't have a checklist and can't talk about his hidden agenda to destroy the United States.

It begins with our economy.

Seven years ago, Rebekah and Ben Erler of Minneapolis were newlyweds. She waited tables. He worked construction. Their first child, Jack, was on the way.

They were young and in love in America, and it doesn’t get much better than that.

“If only we had known,” Rebekah wrote to me last spring, “what was about to happen to the housing and construction market.”

As the crisis worsened, Ben’s business dried up, so he took what jobs he could find, even if they kept him on the road for long stretches of time. Rebekah took out student loans, enrolled in community college, and retrained for a new career. They sacrificed for each other. And slowly, it paid off. They bought their first home. They had a second son, Henry. Rebekah got a better job, and then a raise. Ben is back in construction — and home for dinner every night.

“It is amazing,” Rebekah wrote, “what you can bounce back from when you have to…we are a strong, tight-knit family who has made it through some very, very hard times.”

We are a strong, tight-knit family who has made it through some very, very hard times.

America, Rebekah and Ben’s story is our story. They represent the millions who have worked hard, and scrimped, and sacrificed, and retooled. You are the reason I ran for this office. You’re the people I was thinking of six years ago today, in the darkest months of the crisis, when I stood on the steps of this Capitol and promised we would rebuild our economy on a new foundation. And it’s been your effort and resilience that has made it possible for our country to emerge stronger.

Did you see the look on Rebekah's face. It clearly showed this was all BS.

We believed we could reverse the tide of outsourcing, and draw new jobs to our shores. And over the past five years, our businesses have created more than 11 million new jobs.

"We believed we could reverse" the operative work here is "could". Who is "We", it sure is not Obama or congress.

We believed we could reduce our dependence on foreign oil and protect our planet. And today, America is number one in oil and gas. America is number one in wind power. Every three weeks, we bring online as much solar power as we did in all of 2008. And thanks to lower gas prices and higher fuel standards, the typical family this year should save $750 at the pump.

The lower oil prices are a scam to get the oil companies in the US to go bankrupt. It cost OPEC and the Middle Eastern companies between $30 to $40 dollars a barrel to get the oil out of the ground. It costs American producers around $60 per barrel. Opec and the other oil producing countries know we are sitting on the largest oil and naturals reserves of any county in the world. Once they bankrupt the American companies watch out, the prices will go through the roof and it will take years for the American oil producers to rebuild and get the production back online.

Remember this is the same Obama that has vowed to Veto the Keystone XL pipeline from Canada that would reduce our dependance on the Middle East oil. As for wind and solar, complete bs. We are a long way from reaching dependency on these technologies.

We believed we could prepare our kids for a more competitive world. And today, our younger students have earned the highest math and reading scores on record. Our high school graduation rate has hit an all-time high. And more Americans finish college than ever before.

More lies. The student that actually graduate from High School today have about a 50% literacy rate. Meaning 50% cannot read or write. College, who can afford to go. Now he is going to give everyone a two year degree for free to them. At a high cost to what's left of the middle class.

We believed that sensible regulations could prevent another crisis, shield families from ruin, and encourage fair competition. Today, we have new tools to stop taxpayer-funded bailouts, and a new consumer watchdog to protect us from predatory lending and abusive credit card practices. And in the past year alone, about ten million uninsured Americans finally gained the security of health coverage.

More bull. One change was made last year that the FDIC would no longer insure highly speculative and dangerous derivative investment that just about killed the banks last time. Healthcare, only 26 States signed up for it. It is being challenged in the Supreme Court to see if it is Constitutional to tax some people and not others. The number of people that signed up is dismal. Obama said you can keep your Doctor, not true, once you sign on you can never leave no matter how high the price gets. 232,000 specialists have said they will not treat Obamacare patients. 44% of general Doctors polled have said in the next ten years they will try to sell their practice, quit or just retire. Who will treat you?

At every step, we were told our goals were misguided or too ambitious; that we would crush jobs and explode deficits. Instead, we’ve seen the fastest economic growth in over a decade, our deficits cut by two-thirds, a stock market that has doubled, and health care inflation at its lowest rate in fifty years.

They were "misguided" and full of lies and misdirection. Nothing good has come from any of his programs. I have already talked about the economy, but the stock market being completely and dangerously overvalued is not a good thing for anyone. Why is Warren Buffet and George Soros, exiting the stock markets as fast as they can? Soros, is even shorting stocks, meaning he is betting the market will drop.

So the verdict is clear. Middle-class economics works. Expanding opportunity works. And these policies will continue to work, as long as politics don’t get in the way. We can’t slow down businesses or put our economy at risk with government shutdowns or fiscal showdowns. We can’t put the security of families at risk by taking away their health insurance, or unraveling the new rules on Wall Street, or refighting past battles on immigration when we’ve got a system to fix. And if a bill comes to my desk that tries to do any of these things, it will earn my veto.

He has put more roadblocks in the way of business than anyone I have seen in my 59 years. I have owned 12 companies and would never start one in this environment. Immigration? Still think it was for the Mexicans? It was for the millions of Muslims here and flooding in daily. He just willingly accepted 70,000 Muslims and guaranteed them citizenship. Like the others, no background checks, no criminal checks, no check of any kind.

Today, thanks to a growing economy, the recovery is touching more and more lives. Wages are finally starting to rise again. We know that more small business owners plan to raise their employees’ pay than at any time since 2007. But here’s the thing — those of us here tonight, we need to set our sights higher than just making sure government doesn’t halt the progress we’re making. We need to do more than just do no harm. Tonight, together, let’s do more to restore the link between hard work and growing opportunity for every American.

Talk is cheap. "We know that more small business owners plan to raise their employees’ pay than at any time since 2007." Again, who is "we". I don't know anyone saying this. Everybody I know is just hoping to keep the doors open.

Because families like Rebekah’s still need our help. She and Ben are working as hard as ever, but have to forego vacations and a new car so they can pay off student loans and save for retirement. Basic childcare for Jack and Henry costs more than their mortgage, and almost as much as a year at the University of Minnesota. Like millions of hardworking Americans, Rebekah isn’t asking for a handout, but she is asking that we look for more ways to help families get ahead.

In fact, at every moment of economic change throughout our history, this country has taken bold action to adapt to new circumstances, and to make sure everyone gets a fair shot. We set up worker protections, Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid to protect ourselves from the harshest adversity. We gave our citizens schools and colleges, infrastructure and the internet — tools they needed to go as far as their effort will take them.

That’s what middle-class economics is — the idea that this country does best when everyone gets their fair shot, everyone does their fair share, and everyone plays by the same set of rules. We don’t just want everyone to share in America’s success — we want everyone to contribute to our success.

So what does middle-class economics require in our time?

First — middle-class economics means helping working families feel more secure in a world of constant change. That means helping folks afford childcare, college, health care, a home, retirement — and my budget will address each of these issues, lowering the taxes of working families and putting thousands of dollars back into their pockets each year.

Here’s one example. During World War II, when men like my grandfather went off to war, having women like my grandmother in the workforce was a national security priority — so this country provided universal childcare. In today’s economy, when having both parents in the workforce is an economic necessity for many families, we need affordable, high-quality childcare more than ever. It’s not a nice-to-have — it’s a must-have. It’s time we stop treating childcare as a side issue, or a women’s issue, and treat it like the national economic priority that it is for all of us. And that’s why my plan will make quality childcare more available, and more affordable, for every middle-class and low-income family with young children in America — by creating more slots and a new tax cut of up to $3,000 per child, per year.

Spend more money we don't have. I am certainly not against helping with childcare, but a $3,000 tax credit is not going to much. This is not a $3,000 check going to families. They will get a fraction of that. Assuming it passes as a law.

Here’s another example. Today, we’re the only advanced country on Earth that doesn’t guarantee paid sick leave or paid maternity leave to our workers. Forty-three million workers have no paid sick leave. Forty-three million. Think about that. And that forces too many parents to make the gut-wrenching choice between a paycheck and a sick kid at home. So I’ll be taking new action to help states adopt paid leave laws of their own. And since paid sick leave won where it was on the ballot last November, let’s put it to a vote right here in Washington. Send me a bill that gives every worker in America the opportunity to earn seven days of paid sick leave. It’s the right thing to do.

Most companies do this already and to make this a law may just hurt more people than it helps. It will certainly be an additional financial burden on small businesses that can't afford to be without their employees when they have a small workforce. This is where family comes in to help out. You can bet there will be plenty of paperwork the government will impose on small business too.

Of course, nothing helps families make ends meet like higher wages. That’s why this Congress still needs to pass a law that makes sure a woman is paid the same as a man for doing the same work. Really. It’s 2015. It’s time. We still need to make sure employees get the overtime they’ve earned. And to everyone in this Congress who still refuses to raise the minimum wage, I say this: If you truly believe you could work full-time and support a family on less than $15,000 a year, go try it. If not, vote to give millions of the hardest-working people in America a raise.

Higher wages will kill small businesses and is nothing more than another tax. Who pays the extra money in wages? You and I. Regarding equality of wages between men and women may be the only thing I agree with him on.

These ideas won’t make everybody rich, or relieve every hardship. That’s not the job of government. To give working families a fair shot, we’ll still need more employers to see beyond next quarter’s earnings and recognize that investing in their workforce is in their company’s long-term interest. We still need laws that strengthen rather than weaken unions, and give American workers a voice. But things like child care and sick leave and equal pay; things like lower mortgage premiums and a higher minimum wage — these ideas will make a meaningful difference in the lives of millions of families. That is a fact. And that’s what all of us — Republicans and Democrats alike — were sent here to do.

The last thing we need is to strengthen the communist controlled Unions. How do you think Obama got elected twice? You need a big well organized organization around you to make that happen. Like the Unions? Especially when you are a nobody with no background from what is arguably the most corrupt city in America, Chicago.

Second, to make sure folks keep earning higher wages down the road, we have to do more to help Americans upgrade their skills.

America thrived in the 20th century because we made high school free, sent a generation of GIs to college, and trained the best workforce in the world. But in a 21st century economy that rewards knowledge like never before, we need to do more.

By the end of this decade, two in three job openings will require some higher education. Two in three. And yet, we still live in a country where too many bright, striving Americans are priced out of the education they need. It’s not fair to them, and it’s not smart for our future.

That’s why I am sending this Congress a bold new plan to lower the cost of community college — to zero.

Forty percent of our college students choose community college. Some are young and starting out. Some are older and looking for a better job. Some are veterans and single parents trying to transition back into the job market. Whoever you are, this plan is your chance to graduate ready for the new economy, without a load of debt. Understand, you’ve got to earn it — you’ve got to keep your grades up and graduate on time. Tennessee, a state with Republican leadership, and Chicago, a city with Democratic leadership, are showing that free community college is possible. I want to spread that idea all across America, so that two years of college becomes as free and universal in America as high school is today. And I want to work with this Congress, to make sure Americans already burdened with student loans can reduce their monthly payments, so that student debt doesn’t derail anyone’s dreams.

Thanks to Vice President Biden’s great work to update our job training system, we’re connecting community colleges with local employers to train workers to fill high-paying jobs like coding, and nursing, and robotics. Tonight, I’m also asking more businesses to follow the lead of companies like CVS and UPS, and offer more educational benefits and paid apprenticeships — opportunities that give workers the chance to earn higher-paying jobs even if they don’t have a higher education.

If the middle class is brought back we will not have to rely on the Federal government for everything. When I went to Community College I worked to to pay for it. These kids are at a major disadvantage. the can't find jobs and too many don't want to work and are for the dangerous concept of the Federal government taking care of them.

And as a new generation of veterans comes home, we owe them every opportunity to live the American Dream they helped defend. Already, we’ve made strides towards ensuring that every veteran has access to the highest quality care. We’re slashing the backlog that had too many veterans waiting years to get the benefits they need, and we’re making it easier for vets to translate their training and experience into civilian jobs. Joining Forces, the national campaign launched by Michelle and Jill Biden, has helped nearly 700,000 veterans and military spouses get new jobs. So to every CEO in America, let me repeat: If you want somebody who’s going to get the job done, hire a veteran.

I agree 100% with this statement. We are not doing enough for our veterans. However, I don't believe for a second that Michelle and Biden helped 700,000 get new jobs. It is not even possible in this economy. That would be equal to about six month of improved employment numbers.

Finally, as we better train our workers, we need the new economy to keep churning out high-wage jobs for our workers to fill.

Since 2010, America has put more people back to work than Europe, Japan, and all advanced economies combined. Our manufacturers have added almost 800,000 new jobs. Some of our bedrock sectors, like our auto industry, are booming. But there are also millions of Americans who work in jobs that didn’t even exist ten or twenty years ago — jobs at companies like Google, and eBay, and Tesla.

Not that he had anything to do with any of these three companies he mentioned. They did it via going public and raising million/billions of dollars that allowed to to hire people. They now have shareholders to answer to and must produce profits. Just the way is should be. Free markets and Capitalism, no the Socialist government being put in place now.

So no one knows for certain which industries will generate the jobs of the future. But we do know we want them here in America. That’s why the third part of middle-class economics is about building the most competitive economy anywhere, the place where businesses want to locate and hire.

I can tell for certain what industries will be the future of the USA, why can't he.

21st century businesses need 21st century infrastructure — modern ports, stronger bridges, faster trains and the fastest internet. Democrats and Republicans used to agree on this. So let’s set our sights higher than a single oil pipeline. Let’s pass a bipartisan infrastructure plan that could create more than thirty times as many jobs per year, and make this country stronger for decades to come.

The main reason is these high speed trains and ports keep getting voted down by the public because the are money losers. If a proper plan was presented and there was a middle class that had a dollars worth of disposable income they would vote for these projects. Stronger Bridges? What planet is this guy on? Every gallon of gasoline and diesel is taxed to the hilt to pay for the infrastructure our roads and bridges. Where does the money go? Nobody seems to know. What we do know is our road are tragic.

21st century businesses, including small businesses, need to sell more American products overseas. Today, our businesses export more than ever, and exporters tend to pay their workers higher wages. But as we speak, China wants to write the rules for the world’s fastest-growing region. That would put our workers and businesses at a disadvantage. Why would we let that happen? We should write those rules. We should level the playing field. That’s why I’m asking both parties to give me trade promotion authority to protect American workers, with strong new trade deals from Asia to Europe that aren’t just free, but fair.

Obama, why don't you and why haven't you leveled the playing field. Six year and nothing. We don't charge China, Taiwan or Japan any Tariffs (taxes) on anything they send here for resale. They all charge us a 35% Tariff making it impossible for us to be competitive those countries.

Look, I’m the first one to admit that past trade deals haven’t always lived up to the hype, and that’s why we’ve gone after countries that break the rules at our expense. But ninety-five percent of the world’s customers live outside our borders, and we can’t close ourselves off from those opportunities. More than half of manufacturing executives have said they’re actively looking at bringing jobs back from China. Let’s give them one more reason to get it done.

More lies, we don't have the facilities, the trained people or the financial investments for such risky venture. I wish it were true because China has become the largest threat to the USA.

21st century businesses will rely on American science, technology, research and development. I want the country that eliminated polio and mapped the human genome to lead a new era of medicine — one that delivers the right treatment at the right time. In some patients with cystic fibrosis, this approach has reversed a disease once thought unstoppable. Tonight, I’m launching a new Precision Medicine Initiative to bring us closer to curing diseases like cancer and diabetes — and to give all of us access to the personalized information we need to keep ourselves and our families healthier.

Cancer, way to jump on the bandwagon 6 years too late. I have no idea what a "Precision Medicine Initiative" is but I suspect it will be a bureaucratic nightmare.

I intend to protect a free and open internet, extend its reach to every classroom, and every community, and help folks build the fastest networks, so that the next generation of digital innovators and entrepreneurs have the platform to keep reshaping our world.

I want Americans to win the race for the kinds of discoveries that unleash new jobs — converting sunlight into liquid fuel; creating revolutionary prosthetics, so that a veteran who gave his arms for his country can play catch with his kid; pushing out into the Solar System not just to visit, but to stay. Last month, we launched a new spacecraft as part of a re-energized space program that will send American astronauts to Mars. In two months, to prepare us for those missions, Scott Kelly will begin a year-long stay in space. Good luck, Captain — and make sure to Instagram it.

Dreams, sweet dreams...

Now, the truth is, when it comes to issues like infrastructure and basic research, I know there’s bipartisan support in this chamber. Members of both parties have told me so. Where we too often run onto the rocks is how to pay for these investments. As Americans, we don’t mind paying our fair share of taxes, as long as everybody else does, too. But for far too long, lobbyists have rigged the tax code with loopholes that let some corporations pay nothing while others pay full freight. They’ve riddled it with giveaways the superrich don’t need, denying a break to middle class families who do.

He identified part of the problems with our congress. The reality is when a decision is made the Lobbyists are first, then big business, then the Super Pacs, then the who? Oh yeah the people.

This year, we have an opportunity to change that. Let’s close loopholes so we stop rewarding companies that keep profits abroad, and reward those that invest in America. Let’s use those savings to rebuild our infrastructure and make it more attractive for companies to bring jobs home. Let’s simplify the system and let a small business owner file based on her actual bank statement, instead of the number of accountants she can afford. And let’s close the loopholes that lead to inequality by allowing the top one percent to avoid paying taxes on their accumulated wealth. We can use that money to help more families pay for childcare and send their kids to college. We need a tax code that truly helps working Americans trying to get a leg up in the new economy, and we can achieve that together.

Yes, great idea, let's create more Federal Government programs that the population will have to rely on.

Helping hardworking families make ends meet. Giving them the tools they need for good-paying jobs in this new economy. Maintaining the conditions for growth and competitiveness. This is where America needs to go. I believe it’s where the American people want to go. It will make our economy stronger a year from now, fifteen years from now, and deep into the century ahead.

When I went to Community College I worked to and paid for it. I never considered a government handout. We are becoming way to dependant on the Federal government to solve all our problems. What they need to do is get the hell out of the way and let business people create companies to fill needs and hire employees the proper wages commensurate with their talents and skill. This motivates people to study, learn more and be better so the can have a better life.

Of course, if there’s one thing this new century has taught us, it’s that we cannot separate our work at home from challenges beyond our shores.

My first duty as Commander-in-Chief is to defend the United States of America. In doing so, the question is not whether America leads in the world, but how. When we make rash decisions, reacting to the headlines instead of using our heads; when the first response to a challenge is to send in our military — then we risk getting drawn into unnecessary conflicts, and neglect the broader strategy we need for a safer, more prosperous world. That’s what our enemies want us to do.

Does he really think our military commanders form their strategies based on the "headlines". He is the number one person in the military and perhaps he was describing himself. Obama fired Secretary of Defense Chuck (don't be fooled he resigned) because he was against releasing Obama's friends from Gitmo. He fired close to 2,000 high ranking military commanders and replaced them all with Muslims. What I am hearing is the American commanders would not agree to kill Americans.

I believe in a smarter kind of American leadership. We lead best when we combine military power with strong diplomacy; when we leverage our power with coalition building; when we don’t let our fears blind us to the opportunities that this new century presents. That’s exactly what we’re doing right now — and around the globe, it is making a difference.

First, we stand united with people around the world who’ve been targeted by terrorists — from a school in Pakistan to the streets of Paris. We will continue to hunt down terrorists and dismantle their networks, and we reserve the right to act unilaterally, as we’ve done relentlessly since I took office to take out terrorists who pose a direct threat to us and our allies.

Sure we stand with them, but Obama doesn't. Instead of going to Paris for a show of solidarity, he went on U.S. TV to tell Americans what great people the Muslims are.

At the same time, we’ve learned some costly lessons over the last thirteen years.

Instead of Americans patrolling the valleys of Afghanistan, we’ve trained their security forces, who’ve now taken the lead, and we’ve honored our troops’ sacrifice by supporting that country’s first democratic transition. Instead of sending large ground forces overseas, we’re partnering with nations from South Asia to North Africa to deny safe haven to terrorists who threaten America. In Iraq and Syria, American leadership — including our military power — is stopping ISIL’s advance. Instead of getting dragged into another ground war in the Middle East, we are leading a broad coalition, including Arab nations, to degrade and ultimately destroy this terrorist group. We’re also supporting a moderate opposition in Syria that can help us in this effort, and assisting people everywhere who stand up to the bankrupt ideology of violent extremism. This effort will take time. It will require focus. But we will succeed. And tonight, I call on this Congress to show the world that we are united in this mission by passing a resolution to authorize the use of force against ISIL.

This is just comical Obama has done nothing to stop ISIS other than to create it. To say "We’re also supporting a moderate opposition in Syria that can help us in this effort...". Moderate? For who? ISIS or Al-Assad's brutal government?

Second, we are demonstrating the power of American strength and diplomacy. We’re upholding the principle that bigger nations can’t bully the small — by opposing Russian aggression, supporting Ukraine’s democracy, and reassuring our NATO allies. Last year, as we were doing the hard work of imposing sanctions along with our allies, some suggested that Mr. Putin’s aggression was a masterful display of strategy and strength. Well, today, it is America that stands strong and united with our allies, while Russia is isolated, with its economy in tatters.

Complete horse manure. Where was he when Russia took over Crimea? The only reason Russia has not taken over the Ukraine is they are broke. Plus, the Prime Minister of Australia put the fear of God into Putin at the G20 Summit.

That’s how America leads — not with bluster, but with persistent, steady resolve.

In Cuba, we are ending a policy that was long past its expiration date. When what you’re doing doesn’t work for fifty years, it’s time to try something new. Our shift in Cuba policy has the potential to end a legacy of mistrust in our hemisphere; removes a phony excuse for restrictions in Cuba; stands up for democratic values; and extends the hand of friendship to the Cuban people. And this year, Congress should begin the work of ending the embargo. As His Holiness, Pope Francis, has said, diplomacy is the work of “small steps.” These small steps have added up to new hope for the future in Cuba. And after years in prison, we’re overjoyed that Alan Gross is back where he belongs. Welcome home, Alan.

Obama has the legal authority to open ties with Cuba, but he has no authority to do anything other than that. He claims the sanctions and embargos have not done anything in 50 years. Cuba has hated us for 60+ years. In addition, nothing has changed in Cuba. They are still a Communist government, still treat their people poorly and according to Castro's Daughter, if the U.S. thinks anything will change with this they are very much mistaken. I sincerely hope that our spineless congress doesn't lift any sanctions or embargoes. They are not our friends. Also, Obama would just love to have a communist friend 90 miles away to stage a takeover of the U.S.

Our diplomacy is at work with respect to Iran, where, for the first time in a decade, we’ve halted the progress of its nuclear program and reduced its stockpile of nuclear material. Between now and this spring, we have a chance to negotiate a comprehensive agreement that prevents a nuclear-armed Iran; secures America and our allies — including Israel; while avoiding yet another Middle East conflict. There are no guarantees that negotiations will succeed, and I keep all options on the table to prevent a nuclear Iran. But new sanctions passed by this Congress, at this moment in time, will all but guarantee that diplomacy fails — alienating America from its allies; and ensuring that Iran starts up its nuclear program again. It doesn’t make sense. That is why I will veto any new sanctions bill that threatens to undo this progress. The American people expect us to only go to war as a last resort, and I intend to stay true to that wisdom.

"Our diplomacy is at work with respect to Iran..." He is unbelievable. We both new when the first and second centrifuges were built then heard nothing. Centrifuges are necessary to build nuclear weapons. The last report is they now have 23. I suspect the number is much higher. Obama has done nothing to stop the Islamic State of Iran from being the Superpower of the Middle East. In fact he is encouraging it since he is a Muslim.

Third, we’re looking beyond the issues that have consumed us in the past to shape the coming century.

No foreign nation, no hacker, should be able to shut down our networks, steal our trade secrets, or invade the privacy of American families, especially our kids. We are making sure our government integrates intelligence to combat cyber threats, just as we have done to combat terrorism. And tonight, I urge this Congress to finally pass the legislation we need to better meet the evolving threat of cyber-attacks, combat identity theft, and protect our children’s information. If we don’t act, we’ll leave our nation and our economy vulnerable. If we do, we can continue to protect the technologies that have unleashed untold opportunities for people around the globe.

What he neglected to tell us is in the 1.1 Trillion dollar budget bill for 9 months the NSA was given the legal right to "hack" any computer and see what you have or place incriminating documents on your computer and have you arrested and then they will find those documents. This a a direct violation of the 4th Amendment. No more "Due Cause" or a signed order by a judge. The enemy within!

In West Africa, our troops, our scientists, our doctors, our nurses and healthcare workers are rolling back Ebola — saving countless lives and stopping the spread of disease. I couldn’t be prouder of them, and I thank this Congress for your bipartisan support of their efforts. But the job is not yet done — and the world needs to use this lesson to build a more effective global effort to prevent the spread of future pandemics, invest in smart development, and eradicate extreme poverty.

While Doctors without borders and many other non-profit organization have made huge sacrifices and risked their live the U.S. government had nothing to do with it. We sent 4,000 Soldiers to West Africa to build temporary hospitals. Since most did not go to do that they fell way behind and by the time they had a couple done the Ebola hotspot had moved making the hospitals useless. The bulk of the Soldiers are in Nigeria protecting our oil interests. We have tried for decades to get in there with no luck. Ebola played the perfect cover. Then, the locals believe they got Ebola from the vaccines they receive from the Red Cross. The vaccines were provided by the US Government. You can draw your own conclusions here.

In the Asia Pacific, we are modernizing alliances while making sure that other nations play by the rules — in how they trade, how they resolve maritime disputes, and how they participate in meeting common international challenges like nonproliferation and disaster relief. And no challenge — no challenge — poses a greater threat to future generations than climate change.

There is a huge and deadly problem brewing in Asia right now. We have over 320,000 troops stationed around China and 2/3rd of our Naval fleet patrols of the coast of China. At stake is the oil in disputed waters that are claimed by China, Japan and a few other countries. China is in desperate need of oil to continue the growth and product products.

In addition to this, the trade imbalance is killing us. When goods are shipped into the US we change China, Taiwan and Japan no Tariffs (taxes). If we ship anything to them the slap a 35% tariff on it making it impossible for us to be competitive.

Again, the Chinese laughed in Obama's face. He went there chewing gum (disrespectful) and China and the US agreed cut emissions that pollute the air. A week later China said they were not going to honor the agreement.

2014 was the planet’s warmest year on record. Now, one year doesn’t make a trend, but this does — 14 of the 15 warmest years on record have all fallen in the first 15 years of this century.

Complete lies, statistics by experts show just the opposite.

I’ve heard some folks try to dodge the evidence by saying they’re not scientists; that we don’t have enough information to act. Well, I’m not a scientist, either. But you know what — I know a lot of really good scientists at NASA, and NOAA, and at our major universities. The best scientists in the world are all telling us that our activities are changing the climate, and if we do not act forcefully, we’ll continue to see rising oceans, longer, hotter heat waves, dangerous droughts and floods, and massive disruptions that can trigger greater migration, conflict, and hunger around the globe. The Pentagon says that climate change poses immediate risks to our national security. We should act like it.

That’s why, over the past six years, we’ve done more than ever before to combat climate change, from the way we produce energy, to the way we use it. That’s why we’ve set aside more public lands and waters than any administration in history. And that’s why I will not let this Congress endanger the health of our children by turning back the clock on our efforts. I am determined to make sure American leadership drives international action. In Beijing, we made an historic announcement — the United States will double the pace at which we cut carbon pollution, and China committed, for the first time, to limiting their emissions. And because the world’s two largest economies came together, other nations are now stepping up, and offering hope that, this year, the world will finally reach an agreement to protect the one planet we’ve got.

As I stated China backed out of the deal. The Scientist do agree there is now global warming problem. In fact, the polar icecap has been growing for years. One of the rules of communism have the government grab as much land as possible. See a pattern here?

There’s one last pillar to our leadership — and that’s the example of our values.

As Americans, we respect human dignity, even when we’re threatened, which is why I’ve prohibited torture, and worked to make sure our use of new technology like drones is properly constrained. It’s why we speak out against the deplorable anti-Semitism that has resurfaced in certain parts of the world. It’s why we continue to reject offensive stereotypes of Muslims — the vast majority of whom share our commitment to peace. That’s why we defend free speech, and advocate for political prisoners, and condemn the persecution of women, or religious minorities, or people who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, or transgender. We do these things not only because they’re right, but because they make us safer.

There we have it. protect and promote the minority and blame the majority. Why is he so adamant about protecting the Gay community? Because he himself is gay.

This hypocrite was the reason and the only person to benefit from releasing the "CIA Torture Report" that no one will ever be held accountable for. He endangered every US facility around the world and now US officials are afraid to leave the country for fear they will be arrested and tried for War Crimes. The UN filed charges against the US for this.

Then while he condemns the CIA for doing what they were ordered to do, he runs a bombing campaign from 30,000 ft and killing an unknown number of innocent people.

Then he has the audacity to state "It’s why we speak out against the deplorable anti-Semitism..." He is the worst offender and is covering his ass so when Israel gets wiped of the map he can say I was even against it in the State of the Union speech. Pitiful

As Americans, we have a profound commitment to justice — so it makes no sense to spend three million dollars per prisoner to keep open a prison that the world condemns and terrorists use to recruit. Since I’ve been President, we’ve worked responsibly to cut the population of GTMO in half. Now it’s time to finish the job. And I will not relent in my determination to shut it down. It’s not who we are.

But apparently it makes sense to release them so we can fight them again. Or better yet, let them go and the put a $5,000,000 bounty on one to get him back. Do you know our Soldiers were forced to read the Miranda Rights to prisoners captured on the battle field? The are not US citizen, they are not in the US and they have no rights. But Obama protects his buddies.

As Americans, we cherish our civil liberties — and we need to uphold that commitment if we want maximum cooperation from other countries and industry in our fight against terrorist networks. So while some have moved on from the debates over our surveillance programs, I haven’t. As promised, our intelligence agencies have worked hard, with the recommendations of privacy advocates, to increase transparency and build more safeguards against potential abuse. And next month, we’ll issue a report on how we’re keeping our promise to keep our country safe while strengthening privacy.

Civil liberties, he has removed more civil liberties and rights than any President I can think of in history. Transparency, my stomach hurts. He has found every way possible to illegally and unconstitutionally get what "HE" wants. Can you name one thing he has been transparent on? I can, the "CIA Torture Report" that should never have been released to the public. But is served his purpose to damage the reputation of the US again.

Looking to the future instead of the past. Making sure we match our power with diplomacy, and use force wisely. Building coalitions to meet new challenges and opportunities. Leading — always — with the example of our values. That’s what makes us exceptional. That’s what keeps us strong. And that’s why we must keep striving to hold ourselves to the highest of standards — our own.

You know, just over a decade ago, I gave a speech in Boston where I said there wasn’t a liberal America, or a conservative America; a black America or a white America — but a United States of America. I said this because I had seen it in my own life, in a nation that gave someone like me a chance; because I grew up in Hawaii, a melting pot of races and customs; because I made Illinois my home — a state of small towns, rich farmland, and one of the world’s great cities; a microcosm of the country where Democrats and Republicans and Independents, good people of every ethnicity and every faith, share certain bedrock values.

Did anybody notice how he went on and on about Chicago, arguable the most corrupt city in America. But no mention of the beautiful hawaii were he supposedly grew up in.

Over the past six years, the pundits have pointed out more than once that my presidency hasn’t delivered on this vision. How ironic, they say, that our politics seems more divided than ever. It’s held up as proof not just of my own flaws — of which there are many — but also as proof that the vision itself is misguided, and naïve, and that there are too many people in this town who actually benefit from partisanship and gridlock for us to ever do anything about it.

I know how tempting such cynicism may be. But I still think the cynics are wrong.

Aah, no they aren't, Obama you have made a complete mess out of the USA, you have divided us up, your moral standards are garbage, bankrupted most of us and made millions rely upon the government to exist. You are a fraud, a pathological liar and a disgrace to this county of "OURS".

I still believe that we are one people. I still believe that together, we can do great things, even when the odds are long. I believe this because over and over in my six years in office, I have seen America at its best. I’ve seen the hopeful faces of young graduates from New York to California; and our newest officers at West Point, Annapolis, Colorado Springs, and New London. I’ve mourned with grieving families in Tucson and Newtown; in Boston, West, Texas, and West Virginia. I’ve watched Americans beat back adversity from the Gulf Coast to the Great Plains; from Midwest assembly lines to the Mid-Atlantic seaboard. I’ve seen something like gay marriage go from a wedge issue used to drive us apart to a story of freedom across our country, a civil right now legal in states that seven in ten Americans call home.

So I know the good, and optimistic, and big-hearted generosity of the American people who, every day, live the idea that we are our brother’s keeper, and our sister’s keeper. And I know they expect those of us who serve here to set a better example.

So the question for those of us here tonight is how we, all of us, can better reflect America’s hopes. I’ve served in Congress with many of you. I know many of you well. There are a lot of good people here, on both sides of the aisle. And many of you have told me that this isn’t what you signed up for — arguing past each other on cable shows, the constant fundraising, always looking over your shoulder at how the base will react to every decision.

Obama served in congress for 173 days and most of that was spent out campaigning. He never voted on one bill and was totally useless. He is still delusional, "always looking over your shoulder at how the base will react to every decision." Congress could care less what we think, They are so far removed from reality they don't even know how to wipe their own asses anymore.

Imagine if we broke out of these tired old patterns. Imagine if we did something different.

Understand — a better politics isn’t one where Democrats abandon their agenda or Republicans simply embrace mine.

A better politics is one where we appeal to each other’s basic decency instead of our basest fears.

A better politics is one where we debate without demonizing each other; where we talk issues, and values, and principles, and facts, rather than “gotcha” moments, or trivial gaffes, or fake controversies that have nothing to do with people’s daily lives.

A better politics is one where we spend less time drowning in dark money for ads that pull us into the gutter, and spend more time lifting young people up, with a sense of purpose and possibility, and asking them to join in the great mission of building America.

If we’re going to have arguments, let’s have arguments — but let’s make them debates worthy of this body and worthy of this country.

We still may not agree on a woman’s right to choose, but surely we can agree it’s a good thing that teen pregnancies and abortions are nearing all-time lows, and that every woman should have access to the health care she needs.

Yes, passions still fly on immigration, but surely we can all see something of ourselves in the striving young student, and agree that no one benefits when a hardworking mom is taken from her child, and that it’s possible to shape a law that upholds our tradition as a nation of laws and a nation of immigrants.

"Yes, passions still fly on immigration..." They sure do. when you give away citizenship as if it had no value at all, that is a problem. There needs to be reform but his "Policy" is disastrous to our society as a whole.

We may go at it in campaign season, but surely we can agree that the right to vote is sacred; that it’s being denied to too many; and that, on this 50th anniversary of the great march from Selma to Montgomery and the passage of the Voting Rights Act, we can come together, Democrats and Republicans, to make voting easier for every single American.

"make voting easier for every single American." Like Obama letting the Black Panthers intimidate people at the polls? Or how many times Mickey Mouse can vote? The allowing of people to register to vote and vote right after they are done filling out the form? People going from county to county and voting over and over? Allowing people to vote over and over because there are no checks in place to stop it?

We may have different takes on the events of Ferguson and New York. But surely we can understand a father who fears his son can’t walk home without being harassed. Surely we can understand the wife who won’t rest until the police officer she married walks through the front door at the end of his shift. Surely we can agree it’s a good thing that for the first time in 40 years, the crime rate and the incarceration rate have come down together, and use that as a starting point for Democrats and Republicans, community leaders and law enforcement, to reform America’s criminal justice system so that it protects and serves us all.

No thanks to the race-baiting Obama. He went on TV the night the Furguson Grand Jury decision came in. While he spoke all hell broke out as if on cue. Then the man that is always on TV everyday, disappears for 3 weeks and never says a word about the protest and violence associated with it. It is still going on and he still won't stop it. Lawlessness everywhere and that fits his agenda so it is ok.

That’s a better politics. That’s how we start rebuilding trust. That’s how we move this country forward. That’s what the American people want. That’s what they deserve.

I have no more campaigns to run. My only agenda for the next two years is the same as the one I’ve had since the day I swore an oath on the steps of this Capitol — to do what I believe is best for America. If you share the broad vision I outlined tonight, join me in the work at hand. If you disagree with parts of it, I hope you’ll at least work with me where you do agree. And I commit to every Republican here tonight that I will not only seek out your ideas, I will seek to work with you to make this country stronger.

"I have no more campaigns to run." Thank God for this.

Because I want this chamber, this city, to reflect the truth — that for all our blind spots and shortcomings, we are a people with the strength and generosity of spirit to bridge divides, to unite in common effort, and help our neighbors, whether down the street or on the other side of the world.

I want our actions to tell every child, in every neighborhood: your life matters, and we are as committed to improving your life chances as we are for our own kids.

Of course this only applies if you are a black child.

I want future generations to know that we are a people who see our differences as a great gift, that we are a people who value the dignity and worth of every citizen — man and woman, young and old, black and white, Latino and Asian, immigrant and Native American, gay and straight, Americans with mental illness or physical disability.

I want them to grow up in a country that shows the world what we still know to be true: that we are still more than a collection of red states and blue states; that we are the United States of America.

I want them to grow up in a country where a young mom like Rebekah can sit down and write a letter to her President with a story to sum up these past six years:

“It is amazing what you can bounce back from when you have to…we are a strong, tight-knit family who has made it through some very, very hard times.”

My fellow Americans, we too are a strong, tight-knit family. We, too, have made it through some hard times. Fifteen years into this new century, we have picked ourselves up, dusted ourselves off, and begun again the work of remaking America. We’ve laid a new foundation. A brighter future is ours to write. Let’s begin this new chapter — together — and let’s start the work right now.

What he fails to tell you is we are about to experience the worst economic collapse in the history of the USA. It will make the Great Depression look like someone lost a dollar bill. It will take many years or a century to recover. Most people will immediately go broke and our US dollar is expected to be worthless afterwards. Udder chaos will break out as people scramble for food and water. All the things I said about the Muslims in our government and military does not bode well for us average citizens.

Thank you, God bless you, and God bless this country we love.

Durham SchoolBy Eleanor Harding and Mario Ledwith. Pupils at a Christian school have been branded bigots after a young boy gave the wrong answer when asked what a Muslim was.

Durham Free has been told to close after inspectors branded it an educational failure and said some children displayed ‘discriminatory views’ toward people of other faiths. The boy’s answer to the Muslim question apparently included a reference to terrorism.

But teachers said the verdict was grossly unfair and based on a throwaway and ignorant comment made by a single pupil. They said the school’s Christian ethos made it an easy target for officials who wanted to show they were promoting the Government’s diversity agenda.

A second Christian school in the area has been put into special measures. Inspectors also concluded its children were intolerant after allegedly asking ten-year-old pupils what lesbians ‘did’.

Teachers at Grindon Hall Christian School in Sunderland said the critical Ofsted report came as a shock because it was performing well. (Read more about the Christian school shut down HERE)

Muslims Target Black Vanderbilt Professor

By Eric Owens.

The student also quickly labeled Swain’s opinion as “hate speech.” (Read more from this story HERE)

I confess. With 5 minutes left in the championship game, Russell Wilson's third interception and Seattle two touchdowns behind, I turned the channel assuming Green Bay won. Upon turning back to the game, I was shocked to see Seattle ahead by one point. Seattle ultimately won the game in overtime and is going to the Superbowl. During his post game interview, Wilson said despite 3 interceptions and the score, they simply kept fighting.
RUSSELL WILSON(1)
Watching the game, I watched Seattle blow numerous opportunities and make mistakes leading to turning the ball over to their opponent five times. Wilson admitted that he did not play his best game. Still, he kept encouraging his teammates to keep fighting and believing that they would win the game.

Please note that Wilson did not waste energy verbally beating up receivers for dropping balls, nor did the linemen stop blocking for their quarterback Wilson after he threw three interceptions. They stuck together laser focused on defeating their nemesis the Green Bay Packers rather than each other.

Brother and sister patriots, I hate it that we are so quick to kick a courageous patriot to the curb who fumbles the ball during an interview or is targeted by the dems and MSM for standing up for conservatism.

Shame on you folks who ran to the tall grass away from Sen Ted Cruz and Sarah Palin claiming they are simply too toxic. These two patriots are among a hand full displaying the character and guts to fight for us at their peril. Is this how you treat your friends? And then, you whine about Obama acting like our king with no one out there attempting to stop him. Well, you can not have it both ways. Whoever takes on Obama is going to be trashed by the dems and MSM.

Have you noticed the pattern? Anyone on our side who strongly pushes back against the left or does not let the racist stupid inmates run the asylum, we are told are toxic and must be kicked to the curb; less we suffer sure defeat. We have seen it happen with Cruz, Palin and others.

The latest is district attorney Daniel Donovan selected by the GOP to run for the congressional seat in NY vacated by Grimm. For crying out loud, what did Donovan do that was so horrible. He stood up for the law and did not unfairly indict in the Garner case.

It is time that we view the selection of Donovan as our candidate as an opportunity to push back against the dem's lies; make them accountable for rhetoric leading to the assassination of two police officers and painting a target on the backs of all police. It is one thing being on the defensive for doing the wrong things. It is cowardice and morally wrong to allow ourselves to be put on the defensive for standing up for what is right. http://bit.ly/1CcqfXp

During the post game interview after Seattle's extraordinary come from behind victory, I loved Wilson tearfully giving thanks to God. It was also very cool that the TV camera gave the international audience a glimpse of the Seattle team holding hands while kneeling in a prayer of thanks.

Russell Wilson encouraged his teammates to ignore their failures, shortcomings and the odds appearing against them and keep fighting which led to them emerging victorious. This is what I have been relentlessly preaching to the tea party. Evil (Democrats and the MSM) has a way of appearing all powerful. If we keep fighting with God on our side, we win!

Decided to run for US senate. I believe one should work for the people first and family beyond his own greedy needs. If I am elected I will hold to these truths, I come from grassroots growing up in a town that was a farming community, In school I went to every student or at least 95 percent came from working farm families . I have sat here and watch what our government has done in doing just what the American public does not want. Our constitution is what our country has been founded on and it is not being followed, laws changing to the benefit of the people that are in there now. Not the benefit of you the American citizen. You deserve a honest voice.. one who will listen to you,  If I do get elected I will set up a website and listen to the majority of my constituents. The site will list bills I will be voting on and it will have a section for you  the people to vote yes or no on each and every bill that comes across my desk. I will vote with the majority of those who vote, this will give all the people I will represent your voice in government . this is a solemn promise to you, the American public of this Great nation. I hope and pray that this will happen and I am looking for anyone with ideas on how this can be accomplished with your help  to make this happen. Thank You and God bless America, Yours , Bruce E Everett

ARIZONA PASSES LAW REQUIRING HIGH-SCHOOL CIVICS TEST
Gov. Doug Ducey, R-Ariz., signed the American Civics Act making Arizona the first state to require high school students to pass 60 out of 100 questions on the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization civics test. The Arizona Republic reports that the class of 2017 will be the first group impacted by the new law. Students can start taking the test in eighth grade and are allowed to continue retaking it until they pass. The test is the same one immigrants take when seeking citizenship.  -Fox News

War Against ISIL Now in Europe
After a violent Islamist took hostages at a Kosher market in France, European police traced the man's connections across Europe, arresting another man who wanted to buy a car from the jihadi's wife, and apprehending one more in Germany on suspicion that he had returned from Syria after fighting with ISIL. The investigation came to a head in the Belgium town of Verviers Friday, as Belgium police closed in on a group of jihadis about to launch a terrorist attack in that country. Belgian prosecutor Thierry Werts told reporters after the raid, "This operational cell of about 10 people, some of whom had returned from Syria, was on the point of launching significant terrorist attacks in Belgium. During the search, certain suspects immediately opened fire at special forces of the police with automatic weapons. They opened fire for several minutes. Two suspects were killed and a third was arrested." CNN now reports there may be 20 such "sleeper cells" across Europe, plotting eminent attacks. Because many of these jihadis are fighters who returned to their home countries after fighting for ISIL in the Middle East. In other words, the fear that ISIL would fragment and take their terror to the West is realized. More...

 'Every Religion Has Its Dignity'?
Pope Francis is no stranger to making waves with what he says, and his pronouncement regarding Islam, the jihadi attack on Charlie Hebdo and free speech is no exception. "One cannot provoke, one cannot insult other people's faith, one cannot make fun of faith," the pope declared. "There is a limit. Every religion has its dignity." We take issue with a couple of things here. Let's start with "cannot" instead of "shouldn't." Certainly, people should be respectful in dialogue and debate, but free speech is a universal right worth defending -- even vulgar, unintelligent and pointless speech such as that produced by Charlie Hebdo. More to the point, not all religions have dignity. Any religion that kidnaps girls to deploy them as suicide bombers, that beheads innocent victims, that slaughters playwrights and cartoonists for expressing their beliefs, or that flies airliners into skyscrapers has no dignity-The Patriot Post

Duke Cancels Plans to Broadcast Muslim Prayer From Chapel
Duke University prides itself in tolerance. This is probably why the university intolerantly canceled a talk on motherhood in 2010 because the university learned the speakers were pro-life. And then there was the time in 2013 when the open-minded academy kicked Chick-fil-A off campus because three people emailed the administration to complain about the restaurant after its CEO declared his support of traditional marriage. On the other hand, the spirit of inclusiveness compelled the university to announce it would broadcast the Muslim 1 p.m. call to prayer every Friday starting Jan. 16. But after the likes of Franklin Graham asked alumni to pull support from the school, the school backed down and announced that Muslim students will only gather in the quad before using the chapel for Friday prayer, sans an amplified call to prayer. Duke Vice President of Government Affairs Michael Schoenfeld told the Associated Press, "Duke remains committed to fostering an inclusive, tolerant and welcoming campus for all of its students. However, it was clear that what was conceived as an effort to unify was not having the intended effect." The problem for Duke is that they believe some faiths deserve more inclusivity and tolerance than others. More...   -The Patriot Post

Carter Official Slams nObama's Foreign Policy
Foreign policy guru Leslie Gelb is no conservative -- he's the former assistant secretary of state for Jimmy Carter. Early on, Gelb championed Barack nObama's administration and the change it brought from the George W. Bush years. But now, the hope has faded. Late to the party, Gelb writes, "The failure of nObama or Loose Lips Biden to show up in Paris made clear that most of the president's team can't be trusted to conduct U.S national security policy and must be replaced -- at once. Here's why America's failure to be represented at the Paris unity march was so profoundly disturbing. It wasn't just because President nObama's or Vice President Loose Lips Biden's absence was a horrendous gaffe. More than this, it demonstrated beyond argument that the nObama team lacks the basic instincts and judgment necessary to conduct U.S. national security policy in the next two years. It's simply too dangerous to let Mr. nObama continue as is -- with his current team and his way of making decisions. America, its allies, and friends could be heading into one of the most dangerous periods since the height of the Cold War. Mr. nObama will have to excuse most of his inner core, especially in the White House." But even that won't be enough if nObama remains his old, stubborn self. Gelb adds, "In the end, making the national security system work comes down to one factor, one man -- Barack nObama." Indeed it does, and that's why we're in bad shape until at least 2017. Then again, Hanoi John Kerry took James Taylor to France to sing "You've got a friend," so that should fix it.  -The Patriot Post

Russian Defense Minister in Iran for Arms Pact Talks
(Adam Kredo) - Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu is in Iran for high-level talks with Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei about boosting Tehran’s supply of submarines, torpedoes, and sea-based cruise missiles...according to Russian media reports and sources familiar with details of the talks. Shoigu, whose trip is being kept quiet with few details being released publicly, landed in Tehran on Monday to talk with Iranian leaders about “increasing defense cooperation and arms trade with the Islamic republic,” the Moscow Times reported. The talks will focus on Iran’s desire to purchase from Russia a slew of advanced military hardware that would significantly boost Tehran’s sea power, particularly in the Gulf of Oman, according to one source familiar with the substance of the talks.       http://freebeacon.com/national-security/russian-defense-minister-in-iran-for-arms-pact-talks/

 GOP: Articulate Republican values
(David Limbaugh) - If we can’t have a wholly unified Republican Party, can the GOP at least agree on some major issues that are essential to the Republican brand and, more importantly, help to get this country back on the right track?...If we can’t come together on some of the basic issues that have always defined us, how do we effectively oppose President nObama’s ongoing destructive agenda? How do we sell ourselves in 2016 as not just a plausible but an imperative alternative? Part of our problem, especially in presidential races, is that too many among us are fearful that if they advocate truly conservative solutions, we’ll be scorned by the media, the PC culture, the finger-wagging Democratic Party and the liberal establishment and lose elections. They simply don’t believe in the power of our ideas anymore.       http://www.wnd.com/2015/01/gop-articulate-republican-values/

Paul Krugman Rejected by His Peers
(John C. Goodman) - Paul Krugman has become an embarrassment to the economics profession...Despite his Nobel Prize and despite his previous high regard in the profession, his twice-a-week editorials in The New York Times are causing even progressive economists to treat him as somewhat of a kook. Since 2011, the United States has followed what Krugman correctly calls a policy of “austerity.” For example, the federal budget deficit has declined from 8.4 percent of GDP in 2011 to a predicted 2.9 percent of GDP for all of 2014. All along the way Paul Krugman protested that such policies would prolong the recession and even push us into a “low-grade depression.” In fact the opposite occurred. As Jeffrey Sachs wrote the other day:       http://townhall.com/columnists/johncgoodman/2015/01/17/paul-krugman-rejected-by-his-peers-n1944174/page/full

nObama buys attention with other people's money
(washingtonexaminer.com) - With just two years left in the White House, President nObama faces a major challenge — not so much from Republicans as from the public at large...As Democrats look ahead to 2016 and imagine the coming campaign of a yet-to-be-chosen nominee, nObama risks being written off by all parties as irrelevant. Having now lost both houses of Congress, nObama has lost the platform from which he can set the agenda. Soon, his party will choose a new leader to move forward, and he will be a thing of the past. This means nObama must now go to greater lengths than before in order to assert his relevance and keep the attention of a weary public. To that end, his proposals are now beginning to match the worst stereotype of liberal policymaking — a stereotype often unfairly applied, but which certainly fits now. nObama's ideas are getting more expensive and more generous with other people's money, because that's what he believes it will take to keep the public's attention.       http://www.washingtonexaminer.com/in-the-face-of-irrelevance-obama-buys-attention-with-other-peoples-money/article/2558838?utm_campaign=Washington%20Examiner:%20Opinion%20Digest%20PMI&utm_source=Washington%20Examiner:%20Opinion%20Digest%20PMI%20-%2001/19/15&utm_medium=email

 Texas Islamic Protest Erupts
(Bob Price) - The protest over the Honor the Prophet conference nearly turned violent as the two sides clashed over an incident in the parking lot. The incident occurred shortly after another heated verbal altercation occurred in the parking lot driveway that served as a demilitarized zone of sorts...The crowds from both sides had filled the driveway and the Muslim driver was attempting to exit the parking lot. He was blaring his horn in an inflammatory manner. One of the protesters placed a sign with the image of Muhammad under the front right tire of the vehicle and the driver stopped before running over the image.        http://www.breitbart.com/texas/2015/01/18/texas-islamic-protest-erupts-graphic-language/#sthash.rLOUnBLg.dpuf

Fonda: Once a Traitor, Always a Traitor
(fixthisnation.com) - More than 40 years have passed since Jane Fonda made her trip to Hanoi in North Vietnam, but some wounds last a lifetime...As a liberal activist against the war, Fonda raised the ire of a generation of military men and women (to say nothing of patriotic Americans everywhere) when she decided to visit the enemy in the midst of combat. On her two-week tour of the country, Fonda visited villages, schools, factories, and hospitals. She met American prisoners of war, and – most damningly – posed for pictures atop an anti-aircraft battery. When the pictures, along with Fonda’s insistence that American soldiers had deliberately destroyed the Red River dike system, hit the media, the backlash was swift. Fonda was given the moniker “Hanoi Jane” and labeled a traitor. While younger generations are more likely to relate Fonda to Ted Turner, exercise videos, and the occasional movie role, many Vietnam veterans will always see her as the woman who spit in the face of the troops. That’s why 50 former members of the military and their supporters gathered outside the Weinberg Center for the Arts on Friday night to protest Fonda’s appearance.  http://www.fixthisnation.com/conservative-breaking-news/fonda-once-a-traitor-always-a-traitor/

Is it Time for States to Ban Islam?
(Jim White) - One high-profile blogger says it’s time to propose legislation to ban Islam. Tim Brown, of Freedom Outpost and Sons of Liberty Media, is no stranger to controversy....If you follow any of his widely published articles, or spend any time on the websites that Tim edits, you will quickly realize that Tim is, unapologetically, a devout Christian who backs his worldviews with Biblical truth. However, has Tim Brown gone too far this time?       http://freedomoutpost.com/2015/01/time-states-ban-islam/

Muslims Want to Pass Shariah Law in Alabama Get Some Bad News
(conservativetribune.com) - A number of states have taken legislative action to guard their own courts and citizens against the use of a foreign codes of law like Shariah...Alabama just became one of those states by passing a popular amendment to their Constitution during the recent election, according to The Political Insider. The amendment, which prohibits the use of foreign codes of law in Alabama courts, passed overwhelmingly by a vote of about 72-28%. Of course, Muslim groups and suicidally tolerant liberals are going crazy about their religious rights and freedom being violated. But the new law doesn’t infringe on individual religious freedom at all and merely prevents lawyers from making arguments based on Shariah in Alabama courts.       http://conservativetribune.com/muslims-shariah-alabama-bad-news/?utm_medium=twitter&utm_source=twitterfeed

Reporter Mystified to Find ISIS is Evil
(Tad Cronn) - Jurgen Todenhofer, who is believed to be the first Western reporter to live among Islamic State fighters and survive to share the tale, told al-Jazeera that he was surprised by the violence of ISIS...I know. Right? Todenhofer somehow managed to get himself a 10-day vacation among the “non-Islamic” Islamic Statesmen, bringing his son (!?!?!?) along with him as a cameraman. The real “insight” in the interview came when Todenhofer started blabbing about ISIS’s plan to exterminate infidels. “Something that I don’t understand at all is the enthusiasm in their plan of religious cleansing, planning to kill the non-believers. … They also will kill Muslim democrats because they believe that non-ISIL-Muslims put the laws of human beings above the commandments of God,” he said. “… They were talking about (killing) hundreds of millions. They were enthusiastic about it, and I just cannot understand that.”       http://politicaloutcast.com/2015/01/reporter-mystified-find-isis-evil/

SF Bay Area To Consider Banning Backyard BBQing
(Brian Anderson) - The problem is, the people of California’s Bay Area, which includes San Francisco, Oakland, and San Jose, have too much damn freedom...Sure, they can’t express their 2nd Amendment rights, are banned from using plastic bags, and are forbidden to own butterflies but the liberals in charge still think the people’s freedoms are running rampant. With that in mind, a ban on backyard barbequing is being floated. The booming popularity of outdoor kitchens among homeowners in the San Francisco Bay Area has an increasing number of their neighbors coughing and hacking from the smoke, leading air-quality officials to consider tightening rules on wood-burning pizza ovens and smokers. It’s not just smokers and pizza ovens that are facing restrictions, but all wood or charcoal burning outdoor grills.       http://downtrend.com/71superb/sf-bay-area-to-consider-banning-backyard-bbqing/

The “dead” TEA party movement makes
itself felt while media/Democrats/GOP-e
make believe it is gone
Kevin Coach Collins

(coachisright.com) - Last week both the Republican and Democrat wings of the Uniparty celebrated another “defeat” of the TEA party movement with the re-election of backstabber John Boehner as the Speaker of House. After all, try as it might the TEA party movement was not able to muster the necessary votes to at least push the contest into an embarrassing second round. Closer examination suggests a very different reality.

The rules of the House say that in an election for Speaker the person who gets the most votes of those actually present when the roll is called wins. Clearly this gives an advantage to an incumbent Speaker as he/she is in a position to work behind the scenes to lower the number of voting members.

In a collaborative effort that brought both the Republican and Democrat wing of the Uniparty together, the Democrat leader, Nancy Pulosi allowed (more like instructed) 12 of her members to stay away using Mario Cuomo’s funeral as their excuse; even though it was the day before the vote. That would have given them plenty of time to get to Washington and vote, but of course they didn’t. That stunt, combined with a few legitimate weather problems, resulted in a voting poll that was reduced to 408 meaning backstabber Boehner really only needed 205 votes. Going into the vote the TEA party movement Republicans knew they could not derail backstabber Boehner yet 25 of them courageously voted against backstabber Boehner’s re-election.

This small step forward was absolutely a function of the TEA party movement’s, grass roots activism that elected more conservatives and swung state after state legislature to the conservative side.

Perhaps the biggest victory the TEA party movement has scored lately is going completely ignored by the Democrat/media/GOPe and sadly enough the so-called conservative media as well.

As part of Barack nObama’s sellout of the Cuban people, the Castro Brothers had to agree to release fifty three political prisoners. Initially they ignored this concession, but this week they finally caved in and let these brave Cuban patriots go.

There can be no doubt whatsoever that if the TEA party movement did not deliver the stunning upsets it did in the Senate and increase the conservative presence in the House, not a single one of them would have been released. A dinky Harry Reid Senate would have turned their back on those people. This was a very sizable victory for our side and a smack in nObama’s face.

Not bad for a “dead” movement.

From 1975, but, originally from 1919

A reader, who has kept a copy since we first published it in April 1970, has suggested that (Least we forget) the following be published again:

In May of 1919 a Dusseldorf German, the Allied Forces obtained a copy of the Communist Rules for Revolution. Fifty years later the reds are still following these rules.

  1. Corrupt the young, get them away from religion, get them interested in sex. Make them superficial, destroy their ruggedness.
  2. Get control of all means of publicity thereby:
    1. Get the people’s minds off their government by focusing their attention on athletics, sexy books and plays and other trivialities.
    2. Divide the people into hostile groups by constantly harping on controversial matters of no importance.
    3. Destroy the people’s faith in their natural leaders by holding the latter up to contempt, ridicule and obloquy.
    4. Always preach true democracy, but seize power as fast and as ruthlessly as possible.
    5. By encouraging government extravagance, destroy its credit produce fear of inflation with rising prices and general discontent.
    6. Foment unnecessary strikes in vital industries, encourage civil disorders and foster lenient and soft attitude on the part of government toward such disorders.
    7. By Specious argument, cause the breakdown of the old moral virtues, honesty, and sobriety. Confidence, faith in pledged word ruggedness.
    8. Cause the registration of all firearms on some pretext, with a view toward confiscating them and leaving the population helpless.
