Dear Patriots, I am heartbroken, but fired-up more than ever! If the Tea Party was dying, the Supreme Court upholding Obamacare is unquestionably the rebirth of the Tea Party.
I briefly mourned the death of America as we know it. Upon stabilizing my emotions, I realized that as a Christian, I must trust God. I know some of you will want to slap me across the face for my optimism. Perhaps, the Supreme Court ruling is a blessing in disguise.
Had Obamacare been ruled unconstitutional, Obama's reelection team which includes the mainstream media would have launched a shock-and-awe campaign ranting – Four racist white guys and a black Uncle Tom took away your health care! The Supreme Court ruling has taken that evil low-rent scumbag way-of-thinking narrative away from the democrats.
I believe the Supreme Court ruling in favor of Obamacare will unify a majority of Americans to crawl over broken glass and walk across burning hot coals to vote for Mitt Romney. Obama getting a second term will mark the end of freedom and America as we know it.
Anyone who emails me saying they will not vote for Romney because he is not conservative enough, I will hunt you down and slap you! Just kidding, but you get my point.
Folks, we are about to lose our country. All foolishness, selfishness and pettiness must be cast aside.
We have been given an issue, repeal Obamacare, to rally voters to defeat Obama in a landslide. Let's roll!

You must be right about the SC ruling stirring people up. Hours after I heard the decision, I joined the Tea Party. When I told my grocer I had joined the TP, he said uh oh, now you're on "a list", you better be careful. Really? I said, this is still America isn't it?
Where did you get the T-Shirt ....I love it..Ghostrider....
Lloyd, forget about hunting me down; it's no longer necessary. I didn't have all of the pieces to the puzzle yesterday. Today I do. I have pointed out on several occasions now that both sides of the left/right paradigm are controlled by the same group, the financial globalists. That is how we got the 2008 TAARP bailouts even though polls showed the majority of taxpayers were against it, not to mention the secret bailouts that were exposed. That is why our borders remain open though the majority of Americans are against it.
Now, they would have us to believe that the healthcare plan was forced to the Supreme Court and magically came up with a solution to have the IRS responsible for collecting health insurance tax at the last minute. Bullsh*t. The IRS has been hiring to increase there staffing now for some time. They knew that they were going to do this.

What they needed was a mechanism to hand collection to the IRS, so: they force it into court, comes up with an "equitable" solution as imposing it as a tax, and at the same time, it is all deemed constitutional. Pure theater. Let's give them a round of applause for their Shakespearian style performance. (Golf clap)
That's it. I have officially snapped. I now see this election as an opportunity to let all politicians of all political persuasions know that we, as Americans, have collectively had it. We're tired of them trying to force amnesty down on us for the last ten years. We're tired of them leaving our borders open while sending our military off to fight wars for a globalist agenda. We're tired of our welfare system being depleted by people from another country while our jobs are being given away. We're tired of our tax base being given away for American corporations to move their manufacturing facilities offshore. We're tired of them exposing our soldiers to depleted uranium rounds without protection. We're tired of them using our soldiers as vaccine guinea pigs for big pharma. We're tired of them paying out our tax base to bailout loans that our grandchildren will be paying the interest on till they die of old age. We're tired of presidential administrations, both Republican & Democrat, involved in approving genetically modified foods without testing and without labeling. We're tired of them putting fluoride in our water supplies. We're tired of the FDA chasing after small farms, dairies and ranchers while corporate agra and Monsanto are unaffected. We're tired of the EPA raising safe levels of radiation after a nuclear disaster because it's the easiest thing to do. We're tired of tainted vaccines. We're tired of our schools being used as indoctrination camps. We're tired of you trying to force carbon tax down our throats for being alive. We're tired of Washington trying to dream up ways to destroy our second amendment as well as the rest of the Bill of Rights and I'm sure if President Washington had given it a little more thought, he would have been much more selective as to whom he would allow to bear his name. As a matter of fact, we're so tired, we're not tired any more. We're motivated.
This is more than a presidential election; we need to make it more than an election. We need to force, and I mean force issues to the table. This is our opportunity to let all incumbent politicians know that we are not happy with their performance. Not happy at all. Not even close. It's time for all Americans who don't like what they see happening to this country to join together. It's time to remind the federal government that We The People ARE the federal government. We have months of campaigning left. May I humbly suggest that we go completely apesh*t. Let's roll.
Roberts' decision was a shocker at first, but then I realized had since none of the liberal judges were swayed to vote against the law, and he had, then that would probably have guaranteed Obama another term. Roberts, in his own words, told us the job to turn this country away from socialism isn't his, but our responsibility of the every day citizen. As it now stands, I think he has given the conservatives a very big boost.
I never knew it is the job of a Supreme Court Justice to " make a law work " without regard for it's constitutionality AS THE LAW IS WRITTEN. Roberts "interpreted" the PENALTY (as clearly written in the law) to be a TAX! Why did he interpret it this way? It in not a tax and even if it was interpreted that way, the constitution only allows congress to levey specific types of taxes and this "selective tax" is not one of them. I'm affraid to say that it seems we now have juctices on the court that are truly activists and want to re-write the constitution either to suit their political bias or in accordance with their failure to understand their job and hold to the tenets of the constitution when they are perfectly clear. This is a disgrace to the Country and will destroy us if not corrected. Rome fell to the folly of idiots that thought they were above reproach , and put politics before the welfare of the people by doing their jobs, like the current supreme court.
I don't know if our repulbic will surve if Obama gets in. Maybe even if he doesn't get in.
We needed a majority in the house. 60 seats in the senate to stop a filerbuster. That's if Romney gets in.
Romney will move under pressure.
I don't think the house will be a problem.
The Senate is the problem. These communist know it.
Half the voting people of the United States are still fooled by this communist and his comrades.
The real problem is people are not voting. I can't believe only about 50 % of the people vote at the most. 10 % to 20 % would vote our way this would be over.
I agree 1000%. If nothing motivates Americans to get out and vote, this does. Democrats are stacking local elections..running weak, democrat supported republicans against strong republicans in the primaries where they can vote..their plan is to overwhelm the system to get their weak candidate in, then defeat them in the regular election..happening here in AZ in 5 districts. Americans..we are fighting an epic battle..no longer can we sit idly by with our heads in the sand! God help US!!!!!
Thank you for your comments. I had a similar thought: actually this may galvanize our efforts and bring more undecided voters to our side. As a physician, I can see that I will no longer be part of the greatest healthcare in the world. Mediocrity is stepping in and people will die; like all those who think that now that they are on Lipitor they can eat whatever they want, and those that leave their ICU bed with their freshly bypassed grafts on their way to the convenience store to buy a pack of cigarettes, and all those who take no responsibility for preventable chronic disease will further bankrupt the nation as they rocket along to an earlier death. Keep over eating, smoking and drinking because the tab is on us. It looks like I am going to be busy, but I fear my care will never be as successful as it could have been if my patients were to value the direction I offer. People do not respect that which they have not worked hard to obtain. I will do my best anyway.
Yup, after the initial rage faded somewhat the same thoughts occured to me. If this doesn't bring every Republican, Libertarian, Independant, Conservative out to vote for Romney in Nov. I don't know what will. Roberts may have actually done US a favor, nothing else would have been so dramaticly awful.
I could be wrong folks, I often am; but, I can't help believing that Justice Roberts had a "method to his madness"! I want to belive that so very, very much!
