New study shows myth of global warming

NOTEWhen writing about God and Jesus, The Daily Jot means YHVH as God and Yeshua Ha Mashiach as Jesus--the actual original names and the true nature and character of them.

Tuesday, September 19, 2017
Former Senator and failed presidential candidate Al Gore has written books about the world coming to an end because of climate change. Democratic Party politicians have schemed ways to tax us all to change the weather. Celebrities and the immediate past "president" have ridiculed "deniers" of global warming. The science community has censored fellow scientists who have challenged the concept. Fact is, the scientists at England's University of East Anglia's Climate Research Unit (CRU), the official source of climate change data, fabricated the data. Now British scientists have released a new study saying that because the modeling was wrong, global warming isn't the threat it once was thought.

Largely ignored by Gore, politicians, celebrities and the news media, UK Telegraph Environmentalist reporter James Delingpole in 2008 blew the whistle on scientists after he obtained 1,079 emails and 72 documents from the CRU. He wrote in 2009 that scientists were practicing "Conspiracy, collusion in exaggerating warming data, possibly illegal destruction of embarrassing information, organized resistance to disclosure, manipulation of data, private admissions of flaws in their public claims and much more." Also in 2008, Nobel Prize winner for physics Ivar Giaever said, "I am a skeptic. . . Global warming has become a new religion."

Now the UK Telegraph reports "Climate change poses less of an immediate threat to the planet than previously thought because scientists got their modeling wrong, a new study has found. New research by British scientists reveals the world is being polluted and warming up less quickly than 10 year old forecasts predicted, giving countries more time to get a grip on their carbon output." The Telegraph says experts are now predicting that there is a 66% chance of keeping global temperatures within 1.5 degrees above pre-industrial levels because temperatures are far cooler than thought in comparison to data from the mid-1800s. They also say the possible US pull-out of the UN climate accord will not make much difference. So, for now, the polar ice caps will not be melting and causing earth-destroying floods as once predicted.

Genesis 1:28 defines man's role in the environment, "And God blessed them, and God said unto them, be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion . . . over every living thing that moves upon the earth."  And after the great flood of Noah's time, God promised in Genesis 8:22, "While the earth remains, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease." Jesus said in Matthew 24:4, "Take heed that no man deceive you." Only God the Creator has power to destroy earth. Man is its steward. We should not be deceived by men who are using fear of the earth's destruction to create a new religion, a new social order.
Have a Blessed and Powerful Day!

‘Angel Mom’ Blasts CA Sanctuary State ‘Insanity’

Lawmakers in California on Saturday passed “sanctuary state” legislation to limit police cooperation with federal immigration authorities and give illegal immigrations additional protections from federal law enforcement.

Sabine Durden, a legal immigrant and “Angel Mom,” blasted the approved bill on Fox & Friends Monday morning.

“It’s an insult. It’s insanity on steroids to claim that this is protecting the immigrant community,” Durden said.

“They don’t protect anybody but their votes and their cheap labor, and they’re placing every American and every legal immigrant like me in danger because everybody’s gonna flood to California like they flooded to other sanctuary cities.”

“At what point will politicians, and mayors, and governors finally stand up for those who belong here, and take care of us?”

Durden is not an activist by choice. Durden’s son, Dominic, was killed five years ago in a fatal motorcycle crash involving an illegal immigrant. On July 12, 2012, Dominic, 30, was traveling to work when Juan Zacarias Lopez Tzun took a wrong turn driving an unlicensed pickup truck. Dominic was killed instantly in the crash. Tzun was an illegal immigrant from Guatemala with a record of drunk driving convictions.

Durden told the hosts of Fox & Friends that she wouldn’t be talking to them right now if the United States had enforced its immigration laws.

“My son would still be alive, so many others would still be alive if our politicians and elected officials would finally stand up for us,” an emotional Durden said. “I don’t understand it, I still don’t get it, why they fight so hard for illegals who don’t have a right to be here.”

Asked to comment on President Trump’s handling of the illegal immigration issue, Durden said, “I will stand with my president,” but “there are things I wish we would be further on.”

“I would love to extend an invitation to my president to meet with me, meet me for ten minutes, and let me refresh what we talked about on July 10, 2015, and help him understand how important it is to not allow amnesty for anybody here,” Durden said.

“We have Americans in need. We have people that need our government. I’m at loss how slow things are moving, how slow Congress and [the] Senate are moving.” (For more from the author of “‘Angel Mom’ Blasts CA Sanctuary State ‘Insanity'” please click HERE) http://joemiller.us/2017/09/angel-mom-blasts-ca-sanctuary-state-insanity/

Hillary Had No Idea Why People Chanted ‘Lock Her Up’ During The Election

In a new interview, Hillary Clinton revealed that she had no idea why people chanted “lock her up” during the 2016 election.

Clinton told NPR that “the first time [I was] actually aware of hearing [Lock Her Up] was at the Republican convention. I think it went on before that. I didn’t pay a lot of attention to it. I thought, ‘OK, fine. He is whipping up his crowds. He is throwing them red meat, and I’m Exhibit A of that.’”

“But when they brought it inside to their convention, so that it became, in effect, part of the historic record of the general election, I was stunned,” She continued. “I thought, What are they talking about and why are they saying this?”

Clinton also added that it was “not only wrong — because obviously there was no basis for it — but it was politics at a very high level being affected by the most dangerous partisan hyperbole.” (Read more from “Hillary Had No Idea Why People Chanted ‘Lock Her Up’ During The Election” HERE) http://joemiller.us/2017/09/hillary-no-idea-people-chanted-lock-election/

Democrat Releases WORST Campaign Ad You Will EVER See

This is … this is just … there’s nothing I can write that will prepare you for what will undoubtedly be the worst campaign advertisement you’ve ever seen.

Meet Dan Helmer. He’s a Democrat running for Congress in Virginia’s 10th district against Republican Rep. Barbara Comstock. He just released this new campaign ad, and I made it 14 seconds before I had to turn it off.

Can you do better?

My editor said I had to watch the whole thing if I wanted to write about it, so, let’s discuss.

Everything is wrong with this vid. The cheesy “Top Gun” rip-off in the beginning. The “Veteran” t-shirt that lets you know, “Hey, this guy is a veteran!” Because, apparently, there was no subtler way to tell people that.

And then there’s the atmosphere. This guy pulls up on a motorcycle to a driving, crunchy guitar riff and walks into a bar. What a badass.

Then Mr. Badass Democrat breaks into off-key sing-song. “Cringe-worthy” is an understatement.

Everything you need to know about this ad can be summed up by the first YouTube comment from Ipayne5001: “Yo bro there’s still time to remove this before anyone sees it.”

It’s too late, Ipayne5001. We’ve seen it, and we can’t go back. (For more from the author of “Democrat Releases WORST Campaign Ad You Will EVER See” please click HERE) http://joemiller.us/2017/09/democrat-releases-worst-campaign-ad-will-ever-see/

Bombshell: U.S. Wiretapped Trump Campaign Chairman During Election

By Evan Perez, Shimon Prokupecz and Pamela Brown. US investigators wiretapped former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort under secret court orders before and after the election, sources tell CNN, an extraordinary step involving a high-ranking campaign official now at the center of the Russia meddling probe.

The government snooping continued into early this year, including a period when Manafort was known to talk to President Donald Trump.

Some of the intelligence collected includes communications that sparked concerns among investigators that Manafort had encouraged the Russians to help with the campaign, according to three sources familiar with the investigation. Two of these sources, however, cautioned that the evidence is not conclusive.

Special counsel Robert Mueller’s team, which is leading the investigation into Russia’s involvement in the election, has been provided details of these communications. (Read more from “U.S. Wiretapped Former Trump Campaign Chairman” HERE)

Trump’s Former Campaign Chairman Paul Manafort Was Wiretapped by U.S. Government

By Harriet Sinclair. Donald Trump’s former campaign chairman Paul Manafort was wiretapped by U.S. investigators prior to and following the 2016 presidential election, sources claim. The wiretapping of Manafort as part of the investigation into Russia’s alleged interference in the U.S. election came under court orders, sources with knowledge of the issue told CNN . . .

The investigation and surveillance of Manafort was subsequently dropped in 2016, the sources told CNN, but began once again under a new order from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, as part of the FBI’s investigation into possible links between Trump’s team and Russia in the lead-up to the 2016 presidential election, the sources added.

Manafort, who denied any wrongdoing in August 2016 after The New York Times revealed that he was due to receive a cash payment from Ukraine’s ruling party, was also present at the controversial meeting between Donald Trump Jr. and Russian lawyer Natalia Veselnitskaya, ahead of which Trump’s eldest son was promised damaging information about Hillary Clinton.

Although surveillance of Manafort is believed to have taken place both during the campaign and after Trump assumed office, no recordings of the meeting with Veselnitskaya — which has now become a part of the greater Russia probe – have been found. However, the surveillance period could have included times when Manafort spoke with Trump after the latter took office. FAA Privatization FAIL
smpe5Vhn3KVTeu3bzWHIxsCU76c78GxdDSQFf1tN5BJcMdzV0AAatfk0r2HjE2OOo6cqHUkgZYxPGToKFo0st5s-uoK69riTzJGEzAoJJhPZo_pLgvdESd4SC507yQE=s0-d-e1-ft#%3Ca%20rel%3Dnofollow%20href=?width=500by John J. Bastiat:  We noted back in June the potential resurgence of support for privatizing the U.S. National Airspace System (NAS), to include privatizing all Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) air traffic control (ATC) services. The renewed interest followed President Donald Trump’s strong endorsement for NAS privatization, but as with all good-intentioned, road-to-hell ventures, the devil is in the details. That’s certainly the conclusion the American Conservative Union reached before heaping condemnation on the latest version of the idea, which has been backed from the beginning by its chief proponent, Rep. Bill Shuster (R-PA).

Addressing the congressman’s proposal, ACU Communication Director Ian Walter flatly stated Rep. Shuster should “withdraw the bill and start from scratch working with all stakeholders and Senate counterparts and agency officials to come up with a bill that achieves real privatization.” That sounds like a great idea — but isn’t this exactly what the current privatization bill does in the first place?
Well, no. First, the current plan lacks virtually any hint of private-sector involvement — let alone competition — and is instead a government-run effort. This is the exactly the bureaucracy against which the backlash toward privatization was formed. Second, the Department of Transportation (DOT) would be charged with populating the new enterprise with employees. Again, the point behind privatization is to cut through the decades of FAA and DOT red tape and entrenchment that have produced very little, relatively, for the money, and to provide efficient, cost-effective services to NAS stakeholders. Asking DOT to be engaged in such an effort is to invite a return to the unsatisfactory status quo. Third, the so-called “privatized” board would be comprised almost entirely of union representatives and airline industry lobbyists, rather than a cross-section of stakeholders reflecting the actual use of the nation’s airspace services.
In short, “privatization” as used in this privatization bill appears to be an Orwellian oxymoron. Further nailing down the coffin lid on this bill is an additional complication that has been standing hair up on the necks of conservative watchdogs: The rumor is Rep. Schuster has been trolling House catacombs for Dem votes, since support is substantially lacking among GOP House members. Fortunately, neither side favors the current construct and such votes are unlikely — hence, the initiative has yet to appear on the House agenda.
Despite the current bill’s fatal shortfalls, we still strongly support privatizing the U.S. National Airspace System. But that support extends only to the extent the NAS is truly privatized, meaning any privatization initiative must begin with a call for competitive private sector proposals and it must remain driven by free market forces throughout the vetting process. As for the current effort: Nice try. Try harder.                         ~The Patriot Post

{rickwells.us} ~ Chris Wallace asked National Security Adviser HR McMaster a tough question to see what kind of answer he’d get back, if it might go beyond the customary scripted defenses... After referencing their past conflicts he asks, “Question, is the administration better off with Steve Bannon out of the White House?” The question also exposed is whether the globalist agenda can move forward with greater ease after his exit. McMaster replies with his typical mouthful of empty, globalist drivel, saying, “Well, the administration is better off when we can serve the President by integrating, coordinating across all of our departments and agencies with our key allies and partners and to present the President with multiple options.”... https://rickwells.us/mcmaster-stumped-bannon-purge/

{wnd.com} ~ Amid a summertime swarm of hundreds of earthquakes underneath Yellowstone National Park, NASA is developing a plan to tame a “supervolcano” that some experts believe is well overdue for a catastrophic eruption... The scientists’ plan: cool down the volcano. Volcanoes erupt when a certain heat threshold is built up within the magma, meaning that if enough heat can be let out of the volcano, it will never erupt. NASA’s idea is to pump water into the volcano after opening up a path via drilling. In theory, the plan would extract heat from the volcano and could even provide a new geothermal power plant. There’s only one problem: The process might trigger an eruption. Brian Wilcox of NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory at the California Institute of Technology told the BBC an attempt to drill from the top of the magma chamber could accidentally cause the very thing the drilling was designed to prevent. To avoid that risk, he suggested drilling from outside the borders of Yellowstone and coming into the supervolcano from the lower side...  http://www.wnd.com/2017/09/nasa-plan-to-stop-supervolcano-sparks-doomsday-fears/

{jewishworldreview.co} ~ The public line from the supporters of the Iran nuclear deal in the last two years has been clear. The Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, as the core agreement is known, is wonderful. As Barack liar-nObama said after its negotiations were completed in 2015: "There's a reason why 99 percent of the world thinks that this is a good deal: It's because it's a good deal."

And you will encounter this kind of thing on social media today.

All of this is reminiscent of what journalist David Samuels described in 2015 as an echo chamber of prominent arms-control experts, sympathetic journalists and liar-nObama administration staffers deployed to sell the nuclear bargain to the public and Congress. Their party line is that the deal is the best possible way to limit Iran's nuclear rise.

Nonetheless, many of these experts and former officials are also beginning to acknowledge that the nuclear deal they sold in 2015 is flawed. Next month, the Brookings Institution will host an off-the-record meeting of policy experts -- some who favored the deal, some who oppose it -- to discuss how to address the nuclear agreement's flaws.

The State Department's former special adviser for nonproliferation and arms control, Bob Einhorn, invited these nonproliferation experts to "one or more workshops to address the nuclear deal's 'sunset' problem," which he said was the risk that, "when key nuclear restrictions of the JCPOA expire, Iran will be free to build up its nuclear capabilities, especially its enrichment capacity, and drastically reduce the time it would need to produce enough fissile material for a nuclear weapon."

This was a key objection voiced by Israel in 2015 when it publicly opposed liar-nObama's deal with Iran. Between 2025 and 2030, the agreement to limit Iran's stocks of low-enriched uranium and the number of centrifuge cascades it can operate will expire, allowing Iran to erect an industrial-scale nuclear program if it chooses.

At the time, Israel's objections were dismissed and derided by the White House. liar-nObama called the deal's critics warmongers.

Today, former liar-nObama officials are singing a different song. Einhorn, who served from 2009 to 2013 in the liar-nObama administration, told me: "Everyone recognizes that the deal is not ideal. I think President liar-nObama would say the deal is not ideal." He added: "There have been all kinds of ideas for how it can be strengthened. Strong supporters of the deal would acknowledge that. Let's think of a strategy for how some of its shortcomings can be remedied."

Iran has continued to test ballistic missiles and has warned it won't allow inspections of military sites -- highlighting ambiguities in the agreement. Einhorn's quiet effort coincides with a new Trump administration strategy that looks to use the president's decertification of Iranian compliance with the deal as leverage to negotiate additional restrictions that address the sunset provisions.

So far, the echo chamber has opposed this strategy. The fear is that Trump's decertification, which would not automatically reinstate the crippling sanctions that were lifted as a condition of the deal, would potentially unravel the nuclear agreement and leave the international community with even less transparency about Iran's nuclear program. Congress would have 60 days to debate whether to reimpose those sanctions.

Colin Kahl, who served as Vice President Joe loose lips-Biden's national security adviser in liar-nObama's second term, told me in an email this week that it was worthwhile to begin looking at the flaws of the agreement, but he opposed any strategy in which Trump would decertify Iran's compliance.

"There is no need to force a crisis over it at this very moment -- as Trump and some deal opponents seem inclined to do -- given that elements of the JCPOA don't begin to sunset until 2026-2031," he wrote. "And, as we engage in this conversation about possible arrangements to supplement the JCPOA, we should do so in a way that protects and stabilizes the current deal rather than threatening steps that would blow it up." He added that any negotiations to further restrict Iran ought to include "possible positive inducements" for Iran.

Perhaps. But Iran negotiated the current nuclear deal only after the U.S. imposed and enforced sanctions that cut its banking system off from the international economy and cut off its ability to export oil. Those so-called secondary sanctions crippled Iran's economy, because they applied not only to Iran but also to any foreign entities that did business with it.

What's to say the threat of bringing back those sanctions won't persuade America's European allies to try to fix the nuclear deal's flaws? It worked before.

Gov. Seeks to Normalize Transgenderism

by Culture Beat:  When science and social politics collide, science is often co-opted to promote political ideology rather than genuine science instructing public policy. The former seems to be the case (again) regarding the National Science Foundation’s spending of over $100,000 to create “safe zones” for LGBTQ students. Some $114,116 was given to the University of Illinois at Urban-Champaign for the purpose of studying ways to “increase the inclusion of LGBTQ students and professionals in  engineering.” According to the grant, the field of engineering can be an “unfriendly or a chilly” climate for “lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer individuals.”

The grant also states that “the research will be the basis of systematic development and formative refinement of an online SafeZone course to provide inclusion training to engineering students and professionals nationwide.” Is this science or politically motivated social engineering?
The federal government’s use of “science” to further push the normalization of transgenderism onto the American public doesn’t stop there. The National Institutes of Health will be spending $200,000 on “exploratory or developmental research on the health of transgender and gender nonconforming people.” The NIH announcement further stated, “Transgender and gender nonconforming people encompass individuals whose gender identity differs from the sex on their original birth certificate, including individuals who are making or who have made a transition from being identified as one gender to the other, as well as individuals who are questioning their gender identity, who identify with more than one gender, or whose gender expression varies significantly from what is traditionally associated with or typical for that sex.”
It’s important to note that studying the problems of gender dysphoria and the impact it has on individuals is not unwarranted or unscientific research. But in today’s politically correct environment — where transgenderism is being celebrated as normal, and anyone questioning its normality or morality is labeled a bigot and a hater — it’s pretty clear this is an attempt to use “science” as a tool to further justify forcing the American public to accept transgenderism as normal. Even Sen. RINO-John McCain (R-AZ) is drinking the Rainbow Mafia’s Kool-Aid. He is co-sponsoring a bill that would prevent the military from banning transgenders from serving.  ~The Patriot Post

{patriotnewsdaily.com} ~ North Korea, undeterred by a recent batch of harsh sanctions from the U.S. and the United Nations, launched another ballistic missile on Thursday – this one, for the second time, flying in the airspace over Japan... International governments confirmed that the missile reached an altitude of nearly 500 miles and traveled more than 3,700 kilometers before landing in the Pacific Ocean. On its route, it passed over Japan’s Hokkaido Island, inspiring another harsh condemnation from Japanese officials as well as the Trump administration. This is the second time in under a month that North Korea has fired a ballistic missile over Japanese sovereign territory, and this one flew much higher and further than the last one. Not incidentally, the missile would have been able to reach the U.S. territory of Guam, an island that has been threatened repeatedly by the Kim Jong Un regime....Why wasn't it shoot down? http://patriotnewsdaily.com/sanctions-or-no-sanctions-north-korea-keeps-pushing-their-limits/

{rickwells.us} ~ Todd Starnes welcomed Ann Coulter for a discussion of the turmoil in the Trump administration and policies, asking, “What went wrong with President Trump?”... She backs up just a bit to the campaign, characterizing it as candidate Trump running against sixteen clowns, leaving us with no choice than to support the one candidate who was not a clown. Having said that she points out that he’s not experienced at politics and rather than sticking with those that “brung him to the dance,” he populated his administration with globalist Goldman Sachs operatives and purged the winning team. Now he’s virtually unreachable behind the Praetorian Guard of General Kelly and his access permission slips..https://rickwells.us/coulter-trump-train-amnesty-wall/

{rickwells.us} ~ The slaughterhouse lambs who feel that it’s premature or improper to discuss the overtures President Trump has made to Democrats in supporting an amnesty under the pretext of “it’s only for the dreamers,”... probably won’t want to hear the disturbing news about the potential softening of his posture on the climate hoax and remaining in the Paris accord either. For them they may want to just put on a MAGA cap and sit in a corner, chanting build the wall or lock her up, pretending that their candidate’s promises are being kept while waiting for every possible shoe to drop and every commitment to be. That way a full and speculation-free evaluation can be made. Of course by then it will be too late to do anything to prevent it, but they’ll have all the facts. There’s nothing wrong with watching and analyzing what our leaders are doing, in fact, it’s our duty... https://rickwells.us/trump-signals-climate-deal/

A DIVERSE TAKE ON DIVERSITY
by Burt Prelutsky

I suspect that if I were 50 or 60 years younger than I am, and had been raised on a non-stop diet of left-wing blather, I might have a very different attitude about diversity than I do.  After all, it took me a long time to get over the fact that the Democrats did not speak to me or for me, all because I had been raised in a home by Russian-Jewish immigrants who were convinced that the sun shone brightly out of Franklin D. Roosevelt’s butt.

Because it has been several decades since I was in school and quite a few since I changed my party affiliation, I’m not even sure on what basis the Left propagandizes on behalf of diversity, aside from the fact that it sounds so tolerant and virtuous.  To my ears, however, it sounds patronizing to suggest that people, whose brains and initiative aren’t reason enough for them to be in a college classroom or an office cubicle, nevertheless deserve to be accommodated simply because they happen to be black, Hispanic, female, gay or transgender.

In my own life, I was generally surrounded by other Jews in school, at play and in my home, at least until I went to college.  I didn’t find that my life improved simply because I was suddenly in a more diverse universe.  I liked some of these non-Jews, disliked some others and was indifferent to the rest.  Which is how it had always been.  It’s not as if a large group of Jews lack diversity.  In fact, if the kids I went to school with through high school had any single thing in common, it was to make me happy that the teachers weren’t grading on the curve.

Over the course of my 77 years, I have had friends who represented different races, different religions and no religions, were male and female, gay and straight.  But the fact remains that if I had spent my entire life among only Jews, I could say the same.  Believe me, there is as much difference, maybe more, between Jews who regard themselves as orthodox, conservative or reform, as between Jews and Catholics.  As for atheists and agnostics, I suspect that the majority of them would tell you they were raised in Jewish homes.

● I had recently suggested that a widow I know, a professional cellist who had lost her husband many years ago, should think about getting a dog.  She admitted she had considered it, but, never even having had children, wasn’t sure she’d be up to the task.  For one thing, she spent a good of time practicing on her instrument, and she was concerned that she and a dog would be incompatible unless the pooch was a music lover.

I explained it might be difficult to find a dog who was into any type of music, let alone the classical variety.  Dogs, after all, even those of the same breed, are not clones.

All our dogs have been either pure Maltese or a Maltese blend because my wife Yvonne is particularly fond of small white dogs.  But whereas Sammy would lie on the bed, fully engrossed in nearly anything that was on the screen, Duke wouldn’t even perk up if there was a dog barking on the tube.

On those rare occasions when Sammy would lose interest because there wasn’t enough action in whatever I was watching, he would stop whatever else he was doing and eagerly turn to the tube if he heard the jingle for any of the multitude of dog food commercials, all of which he had apparently committed to memory.

Duke, on the other hand, was so oblivious to television that even if a chorus line of poodles had been performing the can-can, he wouldn’t have lifted an eyelid.

Our current bundle of fur, Angel, takes after Duke, not only in the line of royal succession, but in her absolute lack of interest in television.

So, I was unable to tell my friend that dogs are natural music lovers.  The best I could do was to assure the woman that any dog would be so grateful for her presence that it would gladly even put up with Wagner or Bartok, if it meant being close to her very own goddess.

I did remind her, though, that a lot of dairy farmers piped music into their barns because they were convinced that it made their cows more content and led to greater milk production.  I always thought they should call that stuff moosic.

● It seems that the Justice Department has decided it wouldn’t be appropriate to investigate and perhaps bring criminal charges against Lois Lerner, the bureaucrat who led Internal Revenue’s war on conservative groups, and who today receives a federal pension in excess of $100,000-a-year.

This has come to light only weeks after the FBI decided not to release the results of their investigation into Secretary of State liar-Hillary Clinton’s illegal use of a private server because it would, so far as they were concerned, serve no purpose.

Frankly, I have thus far been unable to discern the slightest bit of difference between the current Justice Department and the one overseen by Eric Holder and Loretta Lynch.

● House and Senate Democrats were dying to see Donald Trump’s tax returns.  I’m dying to see theirs.  But I’ll add that I would also like to see those of their Republican colleagues.

I want to see a record of the way their wealth has increased year by year, and the source of that wealth.  If it’s so essential to see how a president came by his fortune, why isn’t it equally essential that we find out how it is that someone as ignorant as, let us say, Maxine Waters, winds up a millionaire living in a Los Angeles mansion?

I mean, generally, when someone who’s as dumb as a rock ends up that rich, it’s because that person can hit a curveball, catch a football, dunk a basketball or carry a tune.  But Rep. Waters can barely walk and chew gum simultaneously.

● A guy who lives in Illinois sent me a bunch of jokes about southerners.  So, I will state for the record that anyone who lives in a state that has a Republican governor calling for sanctuary status, and a mayor of America’s number one murder capital defending Chicago’s own sanctuary status by announcing that illegal aliens are safe in his city, has a lot of nerve making fun of other people.

On the other hand, some of the jokes are pretty funny, which is rationale enough, plus I’m extending an open invitation to anyone wishing to submit jokes about Illinois.  But, pointing out that I was born in Chicago would be in really bad taste.

A group of Alabama friends went deer hunting and paired off in twos for the day.  That night, one of the hunters returned alone to the cabin, staggering under the weight of an eight-point buck.  “Where’s Henry?” the others asked.

“Henry had a stroke.  He’s a couple of miles back up the trail.”

“You left Henry laying out there and carried back the deer?”

“A tough call, I admit, but I figured nobody is going to steal Henry.”

(laughter)

An old man was overheard saying, “When I die, I hope it’s in Louisiana.”

When asked why, he replied: “Because everything happens in Louisiana 20 years later than everywhere else.”

(laughter)

Down in Mississippi, a young guy came running into a tavern, rushed up to his buddy, and said: “Bubba, somebody just stole your pickup truck.”

“Did you see who it was?”

“No, but I got the license plate.”

(laughter)

In Tennessee, a state trooper pulled over a pickup truck -- probably one with Mississippi plates -- and asked the driver: “Got any ID?”

“About what?”

(laughter)

● The English poet and critic Dame Edith Sitwell once said, speaking for most American conservatives, I’ll wager: “I am patient with stupidity, but not with those who are proud of it.”

{rickwells.us} ~ Rep Dana Rohrabacher (R-CA) is concerned that the content of a highly sensitive conversation between him and White House chief of staff John Kelly has been leaked... The conversation regarded confidential information related to his efforts with WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange. Rohrabacher is believed to be attempting to broker a deal with the administration in which Assange would produce alleged evidence that Russia did not provide the hacked emails released by WikiLeaks during the 2016 presidential election. In a phone call with General Kelly on Wednesday, Rohrabacher described a possible agreement to pardon Assange or “something like that” born of his August London visit. Rohrabacher contends that someone leaked information about the call, possibly in an attempt to undermine his ability to speak directly with President Trump about WikiLeaks... https://rickwells.us/leaked-assange-deal-kelly/

{peggynoonan.com} ~And so, the pivot.

I thought it would come sooner, on the heels of the inaugural address in which President Trump deliberately declared his distance from the Republicans of George W. Bush’s era and the Democrats of Barack liar-nObama’s : “Washington flourished—but the people did not share in its wealth. Politicians prospered—but the jobs left, and the factories closed. The establishment protected itself, but not the citizens of our country.” That was the famous “American carnage” speech, and it was Mr. Trump saying he was something new, a beginner of things, a party of one.

He didn’t follow through.

Because the pivot has come late, after almost eight months of fumbles and blunders that hardened sides, the outlook for any new and sustained legislative progress seems doubtful at best. But yes, what we saw this week was Mr. Trump’s pivot toward the Democrats.

It’s amazing he didn’t try it sooner. Mr. Trump is not, as all know, a conservative; he has in his history of statements and positions been at least as much a Democrat as a Republican, and long contributed money to both parties. His core supporters have always been misunderstood as right-wing when they’re something broader and more complicated than that. Mr. Trump has never been a standard Republican. He beat all the standard Republicans in the primaries. On top of that, to govern successfully in an increasingly postpartisan nation, he always needed Democrats on the Hill more than he needed Republicans. He could always, for instance, get most Republicans to support some kind of tax reform, but he’d need Democrats to get a bill comfortably over the top and broadly accepted by the people. Mr. Trump instead threw in with Republican leaders, was disappointed on health care, and concluded they were useless.

Now, after weeks of insulting them—“They look like fools,” he tweeted after that loss—comes what reportedly happened in the Oval Office this week. The president, meeting with Hill leaders from both parties, rebuffed Speaker Paul Ryan and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and embraced Senate Minority Leader Chuck clown-Schumer’s recommendation to raise the debt ceiling and finance the government for only three months. He did this literally in front of the Democrats, including House Minority Leader Nancy Pulosi, and while overruling his own Treasury secretary. Later the president spoke of his great meeting with “clown-Chuck” and “Nancy.” At a tax-reform rally in Mandan, N.D., he invited the state’s Democratic senator, Heidi Heitkamp, who’d flown out with him on Air Force One and is up for re-election next year, onto the stage, and praised her as a “good woman.”

As Ben Domenech noted in the Federalist, it can be assumed there was something of a personal angle in the pivot: Mr. Trump “doesn’t like McConnell and Ryan, never did. He likes Chuck clown-Schumer, and knows him, and thinks he can work with him. And he knows clown-Chuck always makes money for his partners.” That last is a brilliant allusion to “The Godfather, Part II.”

I suspect most voters will like the deal made this week—get something done, pass a bill! America doesn’t need a government shutdown or a prolonged debt-ceiling debate or a stupid argument over helping Houston and soon Florida. North Korea is bubbling, hurricanes are battering—people won’t mind this deal, and a lot of them will actively approve of it. The president’s core supporters won’t hold it against him. Again, he had a lot of support from traditional Democrats. His core is not far right, it’s opposed to how Washington has comported itself the past few decades. They have a tropism toward the outsider, and the more the mainstream media hate him, the more they’ll stick with him.

Will the pivot last? There are plenty of reasons to doubt it.

Mr. Trump’s nature lacks constancy. He’s shown he’s unsteady in his direction. He’s changeable. This is part of why he doesn’t do long-term strategy but focuses on daily, shifting tactics. The Dreamers can depend on him, he’ll take care of them. The Dreamers are out of here in six months. The Dreamers have nothing to fear, he’ll work something out. Soon Mr. clown-Schumer or Mrs. Pulosi will get him mad, and he’ll be on the phone with Mr. McConnell saying: “I miss you, at least you have principles. Come see me.”

Mr. Trump isn’t moving toward the Democrats from a position of strength. After the inauguration, he would have had the mystique and power of a new force who’d just won an amazing election. Now he’s battered. Mr. Trump has always put himself forward as the best deal-maker in history, and his core supporters have respected that—he’s “The Art of the Deal,” a survivor who finagled his way through bankruptcies; he’s shrewd. But he hasn’t demonstrated this in the presidency.

Triangulating—making deals with the other party while holding on to your own—requires real policy depth. You have to know what’s nonnegotiable, what can be given up without much damage. It requires a kind of philosophical reach—knowing what you and your supporters stand for and why. Without that knowledge you’ll get outfoxed. Without it you’ll get rolled.

As for the Democrats, their base has come to hate the president as never before. He’s done little to bring them over or blunt their antagonism. That base with its rising left will make Democrats on the Hill pay a heavy price for working with him. They’ll howl and call Democratic leaders sellouts, complicit, accuse them of doing deals with the devil. To get around this, Democratic leaders will have to press Mr. Trump hard to the left in the deals they make.

That in turn would set Republican lawmakers on a path of true rebellion. The president gives the leadership no credit for it, but Republicans have been patient with him, squelching their criticism after embarrassing tweets and statements. They did so not only because they fear Mr. Trump’s core supporters, which they do, but because they hoped to make real progress with him, as they did early on, with Justice Neil Gorsuch’s appointment. But if a Trump being forced too far left frees them from the idea that they must work with him, some will turn on him, venting their long-tamped-down fury. This will further, and in a formal way, rupture the party.

Finally, a Trump in close alliance with Democrats will be disorienting to his closest allies in the House, the conservative members of the Freedom Caucus. They broke with the president on health care, but they come from largely pro-Trump districts, they’ve defended him more vocally and enthusiastically than the GOP leadership has, and they have good relations with him. But they are traditionally conservative in their philosophy and stands. They would in many ways be philosophically opposed to the new Trump.

For now the pivot is a major development. Democratic leaders in Congress are smiling and preparing wish lists. If the pivot lasts and works, it will be remembered as big.

If not, it’s just another zany, fleeting, unconnected moment in Trumpland.

{rickwells.us} ~ Fences and walls work. When people oppose them, they generally do so for that reason... The reason globalist Democrats and other open borders proponents are fighting against a border wall is because with walls the illegal flow shuts down. President Trump would do well to remember that fact in his interactions with his opponents. They never want the border to be secured. They will fight every inch of ground against a wall being built. They are toying with him, playing along and buying favors and victories along the way in exchange for nothing and false promises. George Soros is putting on the same hard push for the overrunning of Hungary that he is in the rest of Europe but Prime Minister Viktor Orban knows exactly what is going on. Instead of making a deal for riches or surrender as a coward, the two most popular options for politicians challenged by Soros, Orban fought back. He built a barrier, a double layer fence, the poor man’s big beautiful wall...  https://rickwells.us/hungary-fence-illegals-99-works/

Trump placed the onus to remedy the situation squarely on Congress. Thus, it was no surprise that Trump sat down for dinner and negotiations on a potential legislative deal Wednesday night with top congressional Democrats, namely Senate Minority Leader Chuck clown-Schumer and House Minority Leader Nancy Pulosi, according to ABC News. So it would appear that, at least for now, no legislative deal on DACA recipients being allowed to stay in exchange for border security and a border wall has been reached just yet, but the cards have been laid on the table and negotiating positions have been made known...  https://conservativetribune.com/trump-decision-illegals-in-us/?utm_source=Email&utm_medium=newsletter&utm_campaign=dailypm&utm_content=conservative-tribune

by PATRICK J. BUCHANAN
{wnd.com} ~ “Having cut a deal with Democrats for help with the debt ceiling, will Trump seek a deal with Democrats on amnesty for the ‘Dreamers’ in return for funding for border security?”

The answer to that question, raised in my column a week ago, is in. Last night, President Donald Trump cut a deal with “clown-Chuck and Nancy” for amnesty for 800,000 recipients of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program who came here illegally as youngsters, in return for Democratic votes for more money for border security.

According to preening Minority Leader Pulosi, the agreement contains not a dime for Trump’s Wall, and the “Dreamers” are to be put on a long glide “path to U.S. citizenship.”

Trump denies this is amnesty, and says the Wall comes later.

Fallout? Among the most enthusiastic of Trump backers, disbelief, disillusionment and wonderment at where we go from here.

Trump’s debt-ceiling deal cut the legs out from under the GOP budget hawks. But amnesty would pull the rug out from under all the folks at those rallies who cheered Trump’s promise to preserve the country they grew up in from this endless Third World invasion.

For make no mistake. If amnesty is granted for the 800,000, that will be but the first wave. “There are reasons no country has a rule that if you sneak in as a minor you’re a citizen,” writes Mickey Kaus, author of “The End of Equality,” in the Washington Post.

“We’d be inviting the world. … An amnesty would have a knock-on effect. Under ‘chain migration’ rules established in 1965 … new citizens can bring in their siblings and adult children, who can bring in their siblings and in-laws until whole villages have moved to the United States.

“Today’s 690,000 dreamers would quickly become millions of newcomers who may well be low-skilled and who would almost certainly include the parents who brought them – the ones who in theory are at fault.”

Trump is risking a breach in the dam. If the populists who provided him with decisive margins in Ohio, Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania feel betrayed, it’s hard to blame them.

Why did Trump do it? Clearly, he relished the cheers he got for the debt ceiling deal and wanted another such victory. And with the rampant accusations of a lack of “compassion” for his cancellation of the temporary liar-nObama administration amnesty, he decided he had had enough heat.

It is not easy to stand up for long to the gale force winds of hostile commentary that blow constantly through this city.

Trump’s capitulation, if that is what turns out to be, calls to mind George H.W. Bush’s decision in 1990 to raise the Reagan tax rates in a deal engineered for him by a White House-Hill coalition, that made a mockery of his “Read my lips! No new taxes!” pledge of 1988.

For agreeing to feed the beast of Big Government, rather than cut its rations as Reagan sought to do, Bush was called a statesman.

By the fall of ’92, the cheering had stopped.

Can Trump not know that those congratulating him for his newfound flexibility will be rejoicing, should Bob Mueller indict his family and his friends, and recommend his impeachment down the road?

What makes pre-emptive amnesty particularly disheartening is that the Trump policy of securing the border and returning illegal immigrants to their home countries appears, from a Census Bureau report this week, to be precisely the prescription America needs.

In 2016, paychecks for U.S. households reached an average of $59,039, up 3.2 percent from 2015, a year when they had surged.

U.S. median household income is now at its highest ever.

Yet there are inequalities. Where the median family income of Asian-Americans is above $81,400, and more than $65,000 for white Americans, the median family income of Hispanic families is $47,675, and that of African-American households far less, $39,490.

Consider. Though black Americans are predominantly native-born, while high percentages of Hispanics and Asians are immigrants, from the Census numbers, Hispanics earn more and Asians enjoy twice the median family income of blacks, which is below where it was in 2000.

Still, black America remains steadfastly loyal to a party that supports the endless importation of workers who compete directly for jobs with them and their families. Writes Kaus, “The median hourly wage of DACA recipients is only $15.34, meaning that many are competing with hard-pressed, lower-skilled Americans.”

Looking closer at the Census Bureau figures, Trumpian economic nationalism would appear to have its greatest appeal to the American working class, a huge slice of which is native-born, black and Hispanic.

The elements of that policy?

Secure the border. Halt the invasion of low-wage workers, here legally and illegally, from the Third World. Tighten the labor market to force employers to raise wages in our full-employment economy. Provide tax incentives to companies who site factories in the USA. Impose border taxes on the products of companies who move plants abroad.

Put America and American workers first.

Will any amnesty of undocumented workers do that?

Anonymous Posts LONG Listing of ANTIFA Members! Lots of School Teachers!

By Baron |

Anonymous has posted a listing on 8chan claiming it is an extensive list of nationwide members of the anti-free speech group ANTIFA and it includes many teachers!

The list is very long and includes Facebook links as well. There are many professors, school teachers, and other education staff. Many writers, political activists and programmers as well.

We did some research and cannot seem to find anywhere that states this list is not accurate.

Proceed with caution.

Here is the list: https://8ch.net/pol/res/10404804.html#10405484

Many are connected to radical Communist groups, like the National Bolshevik Party (NBP)

Anonymous Posts LONG Listing of ANTIFA Members! Lots of School Teachers!

Antifa and BLM are hate groups, with Antifa being a hate group that wears hoods. There is plenty of factual evidence of this, from their words to their actions.

Antifa and BLM showed up at that counter-protest with absolutely no intention of anything peaceful. They came armed with balloons full of chemicals and items to throw. They came to instigate fights.

Both sides have horrific ideology. But Antifa and BLM are the ones who have a record of riots and violence. Pointing that out in no way gives the white supremacists.

But the difference, and what makes BLM and Antifa worse, is that their history this last few years includes a LOT of violence.

As horrific is the white supremacists are in ideology, they have not been burning things down and causing riots. Again, that does not excuse white supremacists. What it does do is keep liberals, as they have been doing, from relegating BLM and Antifa to: “Peaceful counter-protesters.”

Liberals can spout their false narrative of “simply because one side “had a permit.” They can believe the false narrative of “simply because one side “had a permit.” And they can “simply because one side “had a permit.” all you want. It BLATANTLY goes against facts on the ground.

The President was correct, both sides are vile.

Just in case you want to accuse me of making excuses for white supremacists: They are evil, vile, disgusting, and I was saying that 35 years ago.

Muslim immigrant uses vacation to join ISIS; at least 5 other open investigations in Minnesota

Source: Feds have at least six open cases looking at ISIS support in Minnesota | Star Tribune

The St. Louis Park family had just started a two-month vacation with relatives in Morocco in 2015 when they noticed that their 18-year-old son was on his cellphone even more than usual.

He told them it was just a distraction while adjusting to the Casablanca area, a place he found more hectic than his suburban hometown.

But within days, Abdelhamid Al-Madioum had disappeared.

His parents now know that the young man had secretly booked a flight to Istanbul, on his way to Syria to join the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS).

His case, laid out in newly unsealed court filings, is the first new disclosure of a young Minnesotan attempting the terrorism pilgrimage since the high-profile prosecution of nine Twin Cities men drew national attention last year.

And while that case seemed to close a chapter on one of the FBI’s biggest terror recruitment probes, the new documents underscore what federal authorities have been quietly saying for months: Their investigation of terrorist recruiting in Minnesota is far from finished.

In addition to Al-Madioum’s case, the Star Tribune has identified at least five other open investigations alleging ISIS support in Minnesota, with cases from 2015 to as recently as late last year.

Officials from the FBI and the U.S. attorney’s office in Minneapolis would not comment on Al-Madioum’s case. But search warrant affidavits reviewed by the Star Tribune outline an intricate plan by the young man, including months of careful preparation involving money transfers and border crossings.

Searching his bedroom in St. Louis Park, FBI agents found handwritten notes with a sketch of the symbol that adorns the ISIS flag, next to the word “allegiance” written in Arabic.

In another, the young man wrote: “If we leave the U.S. with no one stopping us, we have succeeded.”

Secret plans

Al-Madioum, a naturalized U.S. citizen, was to spend two months with his family visiting relatives in Morocco in June 2015. His parents later told investigators that he skipped dinner on July 7 and said he wasn’t feeling well, but still prayed and visited with family until going to bed about 3 a.m.

The next day, finding him gone, relatives scoured local hospitals and police stations, according to the FBI’s search warrant application. Their home’s front-door key was missing, as were Al-Madioum’s cellphone and passport. His other possessions had been left behind.

Soon, Moroccan officials told the family that Al-Madioum had booked a flight to Turkey that left Casablanca hours after they last saw him. In many cases, according to an agent’s sworn affidavit, aspiring ISIS militants try to cross into Syria by first traveling to Istanbul.

After several failed attempts to reach their son by text and social media, the family went to the U.S. Consulate to ask for the FBI’s help, according to the search warrant. On Aug. 21, they returned home without him.

Meanwhile, the family allowed the FBI to search its home in St. Louis Park. Agents retrieved three laptops and two hard drives, along with pages of handwritten notes in Al-Madioum’s bedroom.

The notes showed that Al-Madioum had created a “flow chart” of how he planned to route money through alternative bank accounts to make sure he had access to funds “should his travel plans become obstructed.” He listed “Ali’s account,” PayPal, MoneyGram and “paying someone on the spot” among his options, according to the FBI’s search warrant application.

He also wrote down questions like the maximum withdrawal limit for his check card and how to prove his identity over the phone. The FBI said Al-Madioum also appeared to write out a “rehearsed backstop story” should border officials question him as he tried to enter Turkey.

Al-Madioum’s family has since moved out of St. Louis Park. A woman and man who answered the phone at a new Twin Cities-area address listed for the family declined to comment for this story.

The FBI’s investigation into the case is still open, and a spokesman declined to comment on the case.

Myanmar: Imam blessed jihadis before they struck police post

The New York Times, like all the establishment media, takes the jihadis’ side, portraying the conflict in Myanmar as “Buddhist terrorist” raging out of control. And so here the Times quotes the imam Nazir Hossain: “As imam, I encouraged them never to step back from their mission. I told them that if they did not fight to the death, the military would come and kill their families, their women and their children.”

However, as the case also with Israel and the “Palestinians,” if the Rohingya Muslims didn’t attack the Buddhists and boast of imminent conquest, they would be left alone. The jihad imperative, once again, is what has created this conflict.

“Rohingya Militants Vow to Fight Myanmar Despite Disastrous Cost,” by Hannah Beech, New York Times, September 17, 2017 (thanks to The Religion of Peace):

BALUKHALI, Bangladesh — Nazir Hossain, the imam of a village in far western Myanmar, gathered the faithful around him after evening prayers last month. In a few hours, more than a dozen Arakan Rohingya Salvation Army fighters from his village would strike a nearby police post with an assortment of handmade weapons.

The men needed their cleric’s blessing.

“As imam, I encouraged them never to step back from their mission,” Mr. Hossain recalled of his final words to the ethnic Rohingya militants. “I told them that if they did not fight to the death, the military would come and kill their families, their women and their children.”

They fought — joining an Aug. 25 assault by thousands of the group’s fighters against Myanmar’s security forces — and the retaliation came down anyway. Since then, Myanmar’s troops and vigilante mobs have unleashed a scorched-earth operation on Rohingya populations in northern Rakhine State in Myanmar, sending hundreds of thousands fleeing their homes in a campaign that the United Nations has called ethnic cleansing.

From its start four years ago as a small-scale effort to organize a Rohingya resistance, ARSA — which is known locally as Harakah al-Yaqin, or the Faith Movement — has managed to stage two deadly attacks on Myanmar’s security forces: one last October and the other last month.

But in lashing out against the government, the militants have also made their own people a target. And they have handed Myanmar’s military an attempt at public justification by saying that it is fighting terrorism, even as it has burned down dozens of villages and killed fleeing women and children.

This radicalization of a new generation of Rohingya, a Muslim minority in a Buddhist-majority country, adds fuel to an already combustible situation in Rakhine, Myanmar’s poorest state….

Julia Louis-Dreyfuss slams Trump, supporters as ‘Nazis’ during Emmys

( I have to ask are not getting tire of Hollywood call you a Nazis, racist, and white supremacist! we just keep right on supporting with our dollars! )

Principles for a FREE SOCIETY

On Sunday, Hollywood liberals gathered for the 69th Primetime Emmy Awards, which, the Daily Caller said, “got political” right from the beginning, “with mentions of President Donald Trump, the Russia investigation and global warming, just to name a few.”

Julia Louis-Dreyfus, for example, sang about how nice it would be to have a president who “was not beloved by Nazis,” the UK Daily Mail said.

Keep in mind that according to liberals, pretty much anyone who supports the president is a white supremacist and a Nazi.

The Daily Mail added:

The 56-year-old actress won Outstanding Actress in a Comedy Series for the the sixth consecutive year en route to tying a record for most acting awards ever.

The big win for HBO comedy series Veep ties her with acting legend Cloris Leachman for most ever by a performer as they both have eight gongs total.

But during her speech, she managed to get another jab at the 45th President.

“We did have a whole storyline about impeachment but we abandoned that because we were worried that someone else might get to it first,” she said while accepting her trophy.

A post at Vulture called her smear one of the “best” Trump “jokes” at the Emmys.

— “And we all know the Emmys mean a lot to Donald Trump. Because he was nominated multiple times for Celebrity Apprentice but he never won. Why didn’t you give him an Emmy? I tell you this. If he had won an Emmy, I bet he wouldn’t have run for president. So in a way this is all your fault.”

— “I thought you people loved morally compromised antiheroes. You like Walter White. He’s just Walter Much Whiter.”

— “But he didn’t. Because unlike the presidency, Emmys go to the winner of the popular vote.”

Unemployed man Sean Spicer assured Stephen Colbert that the crowds were huge — yuge! — telling him, “This will be the largest audience to witness an Emmys, period, both in person and around the world.”

“Imagine if your president was not beloved by Nazis.” — Julia Louis-Dreyfus as her Veep character Selina Meyer from the cold open

“[Winston Churchill’s] life reminds us what courage & leadership in government really looks like.” — John Lithgow during his acceptance speech

Got that?  Calling 60+ million people “Nazis” is a joke, according to the Hollywood left.

Host Stephen Colbert also insinuated that Trump is a traitor.

More from the Daily Caller:

“‘The Americans’ has hotter spies, than the Russia inquiry,” Colbert added, as a shot of Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump shaking hands flashing across the screen. “Even treason’s better on TV.”

“Look on the bright side handmaids [‘The Handmaid’s Tale’] at least your healthcare is free,” he continued. “The dark futures always brighter on TV.”

“So, friends I know that the world may be the worst we’ve ever seen, but it’s never been better on your TV screen.”

Let’s face it — if you support the president, Hollywood leftists hate your guts.

Chelsea Clinton Caught Spreading False Story About Gay Patients Being Denied Treatment

( So are you surprised after all look who her parents are it runs in the family )

Chelsea Clinton falsely tweeted Friday that the Michigan House of Representatives had voted to allow emergency medical providers choice in treating patients, specifically giving EMTs the option to deny treatment to gay patients.

“Absolutely appalling,” the former First Daughter tweeted, “Michigan House Passed Bill Allowing EMTs To Refuse Treatment To Gay People.”

The story Clinton cited was from a website for the LGBT New Now Next Awards, and was posted in 2014. When followers pointed out the story was old, Clinton deleted her tweet.

Not only was the story old, but the actual premise was deeply flawed. What the Michigan House actually passed was a garden variety Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA), which would have exempted religious individuals from laws that infringed on their religious beliefs.

Like most state RFRAs, the Michigan bill contained a clause that allows the state to infringe on religious beliefs when there’s a “compelling government interest.” The preservation of human life is widely considered to qualify, according to legal experts. BREAKING: McCain Betrays GOP Again, Teams With Dems To Block Crucial Trump Order…

( He had the same problem when he captured by the NVA Veit Nam just ask his fellow prisoners they tell you the truth about McCain! )

Sen. John McCain has teamed with Democrats to jump on the anti-Trump bandwagon once more.

The Arizona senator has co-sponsored a bill introduced by New York Democratic Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand that effectively blocks President Donald Trump’s order to ban transgender military service.

WE reports:

The stand-alone bill, which is also co-sponsored by Sen. Jack Reed, D-R.I., the top Armed Services Democrat, has the same language as an amendment proposed by Gillibrand and Collins this week for the National Defense Authorization Act that would prohibit the military from barring service based on gender. That amendment never received a floor vote due to a dispute between Republicans and Democrats over debate of the NDAA.

Last month, Trump ordered the military to phase out gender reassignment surgeries by March, abandon plans to begin recruiting transgender troops, and decide how to handle those already serving.

The White House said the intent of Trump’s presidential memorandum is to roll back the Obama administration decision to allow open transgender service beginning last summer.

Defense Secretary Jim Mattis said he is setting up a panel of experts to decide how to execute the president’s order.

SHARE on Facebook and Twitter if you agree that Sen. John McCain is an absolute disgrace!

State Legislature OKs Law to Make California ‘Sanctuary State’

State lawmakers acted Saturday to clear the last legislative hurdles to make California a “sanctuary state.”

The California Senate passed the bill early Saturday. Democrat Gov. Jerry Brown has indicated he will sign it.

Assemblyman Steven Choi, R-Irvine, who is also a first-generation immigrant from South Korea, said he came to the U.S. legally and the bill created “chaos” for a country built on law and order.

Republicans in the California Legislature remained opposed to the measure on Friday, saying it would tie the hands of law enforcement and compromise public safety.

“A lot of people talk about building a wall. This bill builds a wall between the federal government and our local partners and makes our communities less safe,” said James Gallagher, a Republican state assemblyman.

Some in law enforcement also opposed the new law.

“Our overarching concern remains that limiting local law enforcement’s ability to communicate and cooperate with federal law enforcement officers endangers public safety,” the California State Sheriffs’ Association said in a statement.

The California Values Act would forbid state and local law enforcement agencies from providing information to or acting as the deputies for federal immigration authorities. The bill also prohibits police and sheriffs’ officers from inquiring about a person’s immigration status.

The bill went through an intense amending process. The final version allows jail and prison officials to notify the federal government if they have arrested an illegal immigrant with a felony record and allows federal immigration officers to interview people in custody.

However, the law bans any local jail holding a detainee for additional jail time that would then allow federal authorities to take an illegal immigrant into custody.

The bill does include some exceptions, including suspects accused of the most violent or serious crimes.

“This bill here today helps some of us to believe that California is a safe place for immigrants, that we are a Golden State,” said Democrat Assemblyman Joaquin Arambula.

California is home to an estimated 2.3 million illegal immigrants. (For more from the author of “State Legislature OKs Law to Make California ‘Sanctuary State'” please click HERE) http://joemiller.us/2017/09/state-legislature-oks-law-make-california-sanctuary-state/

President Donald Trump is due to bring his signature “America First” message to the United Nations.

President Donald Trump’s speech to the United Nations is sure to spark fires.

And don’t look for it to be received with applause and cheers. Most all the members of the United Nations are anti-sovereignty.

Just as many are anti-Trump.

The Washington Times reports:

President Trump arrives Monday at his first United Nations General Assembly on a mission to cultivate friendships and call out enemies, officials said, with a plan to aggressively put his “America First” agenda into action on the world stage.

Mr. Trump will be pushing reforms to the U.N. and rethinking America’s massive contributions, brokering economic deals around the world and trying to inspire global resolve to confront North Korea, Iran, Islamic State and other threats, top aides say.

“We can all say it is a new day at the U.N.,” said Nikki Haley, U.S. ambassador to the United Nations. “It’s not just about talking. It’s about action.”

But the new course the president has charted for America has unnerved many of the roughly 120 world leaders who will gather in New York, many of whom were far more comfortable with President Obama. They will closely watch and listen for direction from the unpredictable new leader of the free world.

In eight months in office, Mr. Trump has demonstrated his willingness to use American military and economic power. Missile strikes on Syria, get-tough trade measures on China and threats of “fire and fury” against North Korea have many world leaders wondering what’s next.

“The world is still trying to take the measure of this president. World leaders still wake up in the morning if they happen to be a friend of the president of the United States, [and] they also wonder what does it mean to be a friend of the president,” said Jon Alterman, senior vice president of the Center for Strategic and International Studies, a Washington think tank. “For a number of leaders, this is going to be their first chance to see him, to judge him, to try to get on his good side.”
