Obama’s Hawaii homey, so-called judge Derrick Watson, is at it again. The deep state plant who thinks he’s bigger than the duly-elected President of the United States or the Supreme Court waited until the Court was adjourned and scattered for the summer and then did what his globalist anti-American masters have instructed him to do, usurp President Trump once again.

On Thursday, Obama’s choom gang chum Watson, in his disguise as US District Court Judge, ordered all of the United States to comply with his dictatorial bidding. The little twerp who would be king decreed that the Supreme Court ruling was in error in allowing President Trump to determine the definition of a bona-fide relationship and overruled them both. The little half-full hefty bag of excrement is looking to be impeached or whatever the method is for eliminating rogue, self-aggrandized lunatics in black robes.

Two weeks ago the Supreme Court ruled that the travel ban against refugees and foreign nationals from six countries is within the rights of the President but made it conditional that those with a “bona-fide” relationship to people or organizations in the US would still be allowed to enter. Of course the swamp vermin will exploit every crack or vague language they can and this is no different.

The question is what is a bona-fide relationship and this judge is applying his own definition over that of the President, who considered it to be spouses, children, parents and siblings. Now Watson has added grandparents, grandchildren, aunts, uncles, cousins, and anyone else that a liberal Democrat, the ACLU or CAIR wants to claim should be included at a future date.

Dog and pig haters, folks who are or have ever met somebody named Mohammad, van owners, people who wear too much cologne, folks who snore on buses, people who bathe at least two times a week and any guy that lived next door within the last five years who had a really nice beard without a mustache “and seemed so normal” could be added next. Neither the White House or Justice Department has responded to this idiot as of yet.

King Watson declared, “The Government’s definition of close familial relationship is not only not compelled by the Supreme Court’s June 26 decision, but contradicts it.” Like his other declarations, this one included only vague personal opinions, none of that technical, boring legal stuff. He may not need it as the White House has immediately surrendered to his and other judicial dictates in the past without a fight. Clearly they are reluctant to challenge his majesty.

In offering the distortions that he presents as reasoning, Watson declared the interpretation of the administration to have tilted the scale too far in its favor and against those travelers with US family connections. He ordered that the Supreme Court ruling not apply to “grandparents, grandchildren, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins of persons in the United States.”

Imposing his liberal “values” and criteria on all of America, King Watson said, “Common sense, for instance, dictates that close family members be defined to include grandparents. Indeed, grandparents are the epitome of close family members.” Sure it does judge, too bad there’s no common sense in that Supreme Court that shoved your first idiotic decision back down your liberal gut isn’t it? They should have known what a snake you libtards are and spelled it out to make it impossible for you to circumvent their or the Trump administration’s rightful authority.

Unbelievably, he didn’t stop there. Obama’s planted usurper also ruled that some of the administration’s restrictions on “refugees” were too protective of Americans as well. He said that “refugees” aren’t subject to the ban if they are covered by a formal admissions agreement between the US government and a refugee resettlement agency.

That’s most of them, although none of them at this point are being placed in Hawaii. That needs to change immediately, with beautiful Hawaii becoming the Islamic Mecca of the Pacific. The declaration making that happen could be called the Watson rule in this pinhead’s honor.

Hopefully President Trump will remember who he is and what his job title is this time around and tell this little twerp to go pound some Honolulu sand, as he implements whatever mechanisms are available to ignore his idiotic pronouncements and to remove him from an office he is obviously unfit for.

Get serious about the war you are in, President Trump. Fight viciously, get mean. Make an example of this piece of corrupt liberal garbage.

Designated terrorist group CAIR does not believe that the Trump administration is capable of selecting unbiased government representatives or non-governmental experts on Islam — given that President Trump has stated that he thinks “Islam hates us,” and called for a “total and complete shutdown” of the entry of Muslims to the US.

The amendment also mandates identification of key Islamic leaders.

“The prospect of Trump asking one of his notoriously Islamophobic advisors like Steve Bannon, Stephen Miller or Sebastian Gorka to provide such ‘expertise’ or to identify contributors to this assessment should frighten all Americans,” said CAIR Director of Government Affairs Robert McCaw. (Actually, it gives real Americans peace of mind)

The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) is associated in large part with terrorism. The group has its roots in terrorism; it has helped finance terrorism; it co-sponsors rallies promoting terrorism; and it has lost, through deportation and incarceration, a number of officials who have been involved in and/or linked to terrorism. Given CAIR’s terror-related history, as well as the group’s appetite for generating lawsuits, it makes sense that CAIR would provide legal defense to someone who is also related to terror, someone like Ibragim Todashev, who is linked to the perpetrators of the April 2013 Boston Marathon bombing.

Last month, on May 22nd, the parents of Chechen-born Ibragim Todashev filed a wrongful- death lawsuit against two federal agents and two Massachusetts state troopers, claiming that their son’s death, which took place exactly four years earlier, “was the result of excessive force by FBI agents.”

Beginning May 21, 2013, during questioning from the FBI, Todashev admitted to his and Boston Marathon bomber Tamerlan Tsarnaev’s involvement in a triple murder that took place in Waltham, Massachusetts on September 11, 2011, well over a year prior to the Boston bombing. The three victims, who were all Jewish, had their throats so violently slashed that they were nearly decapitated.

According to witness reports, following his confession, Todashev, a former mixed martial artist, became enraged and hurled a coffee table at the FBI agent conducting the interview, Aaron McFarlane, giving the agent a gash on his head which he would receive stitches for. Todashev then allegedly lunged at the agent with a metal pole, to which the agent responded by opening fire on him. Todashev, once again, attempted to attack, before dying, shortly after midnight, with six shots to the torso and one to the head.

The Florida State Attorney’s Office, in its final report regarding Ibragim Todashev’s death, concluded: “Given the totality of the circumstances at the time of this incident… the use of deadly force by the FBI Agent on May 22, 2013, was reasonable and justified, and therefore, lawful.”

The US Department of Justice Civil Rights Division, in its report on Todashev, concluded: “[T]he evidence does not reveal a violation of the applicable federal criminal civil rights statutes or warrant further federal criminal investigation of the May 22, 2013 death of Ibragim Todashev, who was shot in an Orlando, Florida apartment by an FBI Agent during the investigation of Todashev’s role in a 2011 Walthan, Massachusetts triple homicide.”

None of this – the terrorist connections, the murders, the investigative reports clearing the FBI of any wrongdoing – seem to matter to CAIR, as the group has supplied two of its Florida chapter attorneys to represent Todashev’s parents against those who are charged to protect us. But then again, CAIR has its own terror-linked past (and present).

CAIR was created in June 1994 by an umbrella group led by then-global head of Hamas, Mousa Abu Marzook, called the Palestine Committee. CAIR was later named by the US government as a co-conspirator in federal trials dealing with the financing of millions of dollars to Hamas. CAIR had used its official website to raise money for the defendant in the trials, the Holy Land Foundation (HLF). Several CAIR representatives have served jail time or have been deported for terror-related activity, including former HLF head and founder of CAIR’s Texas chapter, Ghassan Elashi.

CAIR’s Florida chapter reflects the same violence-driven extremism of its parent organization. In July 2014, CAIR-Florida co-sponsored a pro-Hamas rally in Downtown Miami, where attendees repeatedly shouted, “We are Hamas,” “Let’s go Hamas,” and “Hamas kicked your ass.” Following the rally, the event organizer, Sofian Abdelaziz Zakkout, wrote in Arabic, “Thank God, every day we conquer the American Jews like our conquests over the Jews of Israel!”

The CAIR lawyers representing Todashev’s parents are Thania Diaz Clevenger and Tark Richard Aouadi. Besides his involvement with CAIR, Aouadi is also the Treasurer of the Arab American Community Center of Florida (AACC), a group also with a checkered history.

In January 2009, AACC was one of the main organizers of a brutally anti-Israel rally held in Orlando, titled ‘Let Gaza Live!’ During the rally, speakers and marchers called for the destruction of the Jewish state, chanting “From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free.”

Austria: City Bans Pork in Kindergartens to Appease Muslim Invaders

Salzburg has banned pork in city-run kindergartens in what local officials have defended saying it meets the needs of Muslim children.

The ban was not advertised or announced and has been in place for some time until parents of children attending kindergartens in the city noticed that pork was never present on school menus. An official from the Salzburg mayor’s office said the ban on pork was both for health reasons and “among other things, the needs of Muslim children”, Kronen Zeitung reports.

The office of the Social Democratic Party (SPÖ) deputy mayor Anja Hagenaue confirmed the accusations saying that while there was no official order given by the left wing government, the ban had been in place for around five years. Ms. Hagenaue added the children preferred chicken and carrots to pork.

Salzburg is the second regional capital in Austria to ban pork from the school menu, the first being Bregenz in Austria’s most western region of Voralburg.

ServusTV, a relatively new television channel funded by the Red Bull energy drink company, questioned the parents of children attending kindergartens in Salzburg. They told the channel they rejected the fact pork was excluded and the channel commissioned a nationwide survey that showed 78 per cent of Austrians thought pork should be included in all kindergartens.

The issue of pork in schools which have growing Muslim student populations has erupted across many European countries in recent years.

“Christians in Coastal Kenya Fearful after Slaughter of 13 Non-Muslims,” Morning Star News, July 12, 2017:

NAIROBI, Kenya (Morning Star News) – Al Shabaab militia over the weekend killed 13 non-Muslims, mostly Christians, in coastal Kenya, sources said.

Village Muslims in the Pandanguo settlement of Lamu County helped Islamic extremists from the Somalia-based Al Shabaab identify locations where the Christians resided, a survivor of the attack told Morning Star News from a hospital in Mpeketoni. Several of the victims were beheaded.

The assailants killed four non-Muslims in Kipini (sometimes called Kadundu) on Sunday (July 9), not far from the Boni forest, a reputed hiding place of Al Shabaab rebels battling the government in Somalia. Early Saturday morning in Jima they killed nine non-Muslims in attacks that began at around 11 p.m. the previous night, shooting some and hacking others to death with machetes, including beheadings, area sources said.

“The Christians were asked to recite the Islamic dogmas, which they could not, hence they were killed,” a source said. “We urged the government to investigate and bring to book these local Muslims who are harboring these Al Shabaab terrorists, because the Christians who were decapitated were farmers.”…

This final post is excerpted speeches and, later, a look at the “wild side” when they got to 18th street —  32BJ SEIU HQ — and met up with #BacktheBan protestors.

To begin, Murad Awawdeh, NYIC’s Director of Political Engagement, led the crowd in practice chants “We Exist, We RESIST”,  finishing with a pep talk, “YOU are important. As soon as info comes out, use Social media. Text!”

First speaker was Afaf Nasher, Exec. Dir. of CAIR – NY. “Our values are loud and clear to the four corners of the globe. We are here to reaffirm what America really stands for. To reaffirm what America really LOOKS like. To really affirm the United States of America.”

Three speakers followed: Rev. Chloe Breyer, Exec Dir Interfaith Center: “… representing so many Faith TRADITIONS that make this city great. It is our DIVERSITY that is our strength.“; a Yemini American Muslima,” (has family living in Yemen). “A country representing Yemen, facing one of the worst humanitarian crises of our times“; and Y. Mendez, an organizer from Make The Road NY. “Here to make sure the current administration knows, to remind the United States is a country of immigrants, we are here to stay regardless of how the administration wants to affect us.”

The final speakers: a staff attorney from CUNY Clear. “We don’t know how this is going to play out. We need to be organizing. Thank you for being here.” And Rama Issa, Exec Dir of the Arab. Amer. Assoc. NY. “Family is family. We are very community oriented. Keep us in your prayers. Hoping Supreme Court will see eye to eye with us in October.”

Once at  32BJ SEIU HQ, the #NoMuslimBanEver protestors passionately lobbed chants and rants at the “offending” #BACKTHEBAN protestors. One  smarmy fellow danced to “New York is an immigrant Town. What’s Up. Get Down.”

Wrapping up the protest was one very loud and long-winded “NoBanEver heckler. “Unity. Syrians are Human Beings. They’re FULL human beings. Immigrants are FULL human beings. MUSLIMS are FULL Human Beings.” followed by lots of “Keep them out.” “Back the Ban.” and “Shame on you.”

After the Town Hall Meeting — Training session, they headed for JFK where they fought back against the Travel Ban by offering, at the Mayor’s behest, FREE legal aid.

One of the reasons why Britain is dealing with so many jihad terror attacks is its refusal to confront their source and motivating ideology. This article is a case in point: neither Cressida Dick nor the Telegraph say straight out who these terrorists are. The only way to tell is the reference to being “radicalized,” and to the “colleagues overseas.” Only jihadis, not “right-wing extremists,” are an international threat, and the term “radicalized” is primarily used of peaceful Muslims who turn to jihad. That we have to read the tea leaves in this way to figure out what is going on is indication of a problem that British authorities fear to face squarely, and thus have no chance of dealing with adequately.

Police have thwarted five terror attacks in the last few weeks including some which were “very close” to being carried out, Britain’s most senior police officer has said….

Speaking on Nick Ferrari’s show on LBC on Friday, Metropolitan Police Commissioner Cressida Dick said a “very large number of plots” have been foiled over the last few years.

Pressed on exactly how many attacks have been thwarted, she said that in “just the last few weeks”, five have been averted….

“In addition, hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of arrests of people who are radicalised, and are either spreading hatred or supporting terrorism, or want to carry out a terrorist attack.

“We have had a huge number of successful operations, together with the intelligence agencies and we work very closely with them and with colleagues overseas.”…

When asked if they were “within minutes” of being carried out, Ms Dick replied: “Yes.”

Sessions Reveals in Closed-Door Speech New Protections for Religious Liberty on the Way

At a closed-door event Tuesday evening, Attorney General Jeff Sessions revealed that new federal guidance to protect “religious liberty” is on the way “soon.”

Tuesday’s speech to the Alliance Defending Freedom was not open to the press and the Justice Department declined requests to provide Sessions’ prepared remarks to the media, but later published the speech on The Federalist Thursday.

President Donald Trump signed an executive order in May entitled, “Promoting Free Speech and Religious Liberty,” which directed Sessions to “issue guidance interpreting religious liberty protections in federal law,” but nothing — at least publicly — has come of the executive order to date. State to Force Pro-Life Pregnancy Centers to Advertise Free Abortions

. . .Mirroring a 2015 California law, Hawaii’s edict forces locally funded pregnancy centers to post and distribute to each client a notification that the state offers free abortions, as well as a website link on where and how to schedule a taxpayer-funded abortion.

The mandated signage and disclaimer form must include the following verbiage:

This clinic does not provide abortion services or abortion referrals. Only ultrasounds performed by qualified healthcare professionals and read by licensed clinicians should be considered medically accurate.

Hawaii has public programs that provide immediate free or low-cost access to comprehensive family planning services including all FDA-approved methods of contraception, prenatal care, and abortion for eligible women.

To apply for medical insurance coverage that will cover the full range of family planning and prenatal care services, apply on-line at mybenefits.hawaii.gov.
