One example of that struck me this week. I was with a group of pastors attending a seminar series. I sat next to a fellow at lunch who was railing against guns that were purchased in a State that seeks to preserve the 2nd Amendment. Where is the Biblical understanding of Luke 22:36 where Jesus instructed His own disciples to buy a military grade weapon for purposes of self defense? It has been scrubbed from most pulpits. And that is but one of a multitude of issues regarding the specific application of Gods’ Holy Law we could speak to that have all been scrubbed from the pulpits of the entertainment churches that populate our land. These things were done by design.

“The roots of Western cultural decay are very deep, having first sprouted a century ago. It began with a loose clan of ideologues inside Europe’s communist movement. Today, it is known as the Frankfurt School, and its ideals have perverted American society. They arose because the Marxist expectation of the proletariat revolt never materialized.

One Marxist, Georg Lukács realized that if the family unit and sexual morals were eroded, society could be broken down.

Lukács implemented a policy in Hungary he titled “cultural terrorism,” which focused on these two objectives. A major part of the policy was to target children’s minds through lectures that encouraged them to deride and reject Christian ethics.

In these lectures, graphic sexual matter was presented to children, and they were taught about loose sexual conduct.

The people were outraged at Lukács’ program, and he fled Hungary to Germany when Romania invaded in 1919. There it was at The Frankfurt School his ideas took root.

They team began mixing the ideas of Sigmund Freud with those of Marx, and cultural Marxism was born.

In classical Marxism, the workers of the world were oppressed by the ruling classes. The new theory was that everyone in society was psycho-logically oppressed by the institutions of Western culture. [In other words the whole structure of society in accordance with God’s Law.] But the National Socialists came to power in Germany in 1933. It was a bad time and place to be a Jewish Marxist, as most of the school’s faculty was. So, the school moved to New York City, the bastion of Western culture at the time.

In 1934, the school was reborn at Columbia University. Its members be-gan to exert their ideas on American culture.

The school published a lot of popular material. The first of these was Critical Theory.

Critical Theory is a play on semantics. The theory was simple: criticize every pillar of Western culture—family, government, common law, freedom of speech, and others. The hope was that these pillars would crumble under the pressure.

Next was a book Theodor Adorno co-authored, The Authoritarian Personality. It redefined traditional American views on gender roles and sexual mores as “prejudice.” Adorno compared them to the traditions that led to the rise of fascism in Europe.

Their works split society into two main groups: the oppressors and the victims. They argued that history and reality were shaped by those groups who controlled traditional institutions. At the time, that was code for males of European descent.

From there, they argued that the social roles of men and women were due to gender differences defined by the “oppressors.” In other words, gender did not exist in reality but was merely a “social construct.”

In the book, Marcuse argued that Western culture was inherently repres-sive because it gave up happiness for social progress.

The book called for “polymorphous perversity,” a concept crafted by Freud. It posed the idea of sexual pleasure outside the traditional norms. Eros and Civilization would become very influential in shaping the sexual revolution of the 1960s.

The social movements of the 1960s—black power, feminism, gay rights, sexual liberation—gave Marcuse a unique vehicle to release cultural Marxist ideas into the mainstream. Railing against all things “establish-ment,” The Frankfurt School’s ideals caught on like wildfire across American universities.

Marcuse then published Repressive Tolerance in 1965 as the various so-cial movements in America were in full swing. In it, he argued that tol-erance of all values and ideas meant the repression of “correct” ideas.

It was here that Marcuse coined the term “liberating tolerance.” It called for tolerance of any ideas coming from the left but intolerance of those from the right. One of the overarching themes of the Frankfurt School was total intolerance for any viewpoint but its own. That is also a basic trait of today’s political-correctness believers.” Thus the suicide of America began but it is not impossible to reverse. What is the answer to cultural Marxism? What is the prescription for a society bent on self destruction. Let’s examine Titus 1:15 and the Blessings of Purity. “Unto the pure all things are pure: but unto them that are defiled and unbelieving is nothing pure; but even their mind and conscience is defiled.”

Blogging the Qur’an: Sura 10, “Jonah”

Chapters 1 through 9 of the Qur’an contain the book’s primary doctrinal content. The suras immediately following sura 9 begin to focus more on telling stories of prophets, with an eye toward shoring up Muhammad’s prophetic claim — and the same furious denunciations of unbelievers that fill so much of suras 1-9 continue.

Surah 10, “Jonah,” dates from late in the Meccan period, the first part of Muhammad’s prophetic career. Its name comes from v. 98, where the prophet Jonah is mentioned in passing. After another set of three mysterious letters, the chapter begins by declaring, “These are the verses of the wise Book” (v. 1). “This indicates,” says Ibn Kathir, “that these are verses of the Qur’an, in which the wisdom of judgment is clear.”

Allah sums up that “wisdom of judgment” via a series of assertions: he made all things (vv. 5-6); the idols that the unbelievers worship are worthless (v. 18); some people are ungrateful to Allah (v. 12); Allah destroyed earlier generations of unbelievers (v. 13); the unbelievers will burn in hell (vv. 8, 27); and the believers will enjoy the gardens of Paradise (vv. 9, 26).

The skins of the blessed will be white, and that of the damned black (vv. 26-27). Ibn Kathir quotes a hadith to this effect: “When the people of Paradise enter Paradise,” we’re told, “a caller will say: ‘O people of Paradise, Allah has promised you something that He wishes to fulfill.'” Then the blessed will answer: “What is it? Has He not made our Scale heavy?” — that is, has he not judged that our good deeds outweigh our bad ones? “Has He not made our faces white and delivered us from Fire?” For “no blackness or darkness will be on their faces during the different events of the Day of Judgment. But the faces of the rebellious disbelievers will be stained with dust and darkness.” Though some have tried to make this into a racial statement, there is nothing in the mainstream Muslim Qur’an commentaries to support this; it is clearly a moral judgment, not a racial one.

Allah then expatiates upon the excellence of the Qur’an, and how Muhammad should respond to those who challenge it (vv. 37-41). He tells Muhammad that the Qur’an could only have been produced by Allah, and that it is a “confirmation of what was before it and a detailed explanation of the Scripture” — that is, the Torah and the Gospel that came before it, “about which there is no doubt, from the Lord of the worlds” (v. 37). Allah issues the famous challenge to the unbelievers, to imitate the Qur’an if they think it is not a divine book: “Or do they say, ‘He invented it?’ Say, ‘Then bring forth a surah like it and call upon whomever you can besides Allah , if you should be truthful'” (v. 38). Ibn Kathir expatiates on this:

The Qur’an has a miraculous nature that cannot be imitated. No one can produce anything similar to the Qur’an, nor ten Surahs or even one Surah like it. The eloquence, clarity, precision and grace of the Qur’an cannot be but from Allah. The great and abundant principles and meanings within the Qur’an — which are of great benefit in this world and for the Hereafter — cannot be but from Allah. There is nothing like His High Self and Attributes or like His sayings and actions. Therefore His Words are not like the words of His creatures.

It confirms earlier books, he explains, “and is a witness to them. It shows the changes, perversions and corruption that have taken place within these Books” — reflecting the mainstream Islamic belief that the Jewish and Christian Scriptures of today are merely corrupted versions of the original messages of the Muslim prophets Moses and Jesus. The Qur’an corrects these corruptions.

Why issue a challenge like “bring forth a surah like it”? Because the eloquence of its Arabic is considered to be a sign of the Qur’an’s divine provenance. Ibn Kathir explains: “eloquence was a part of the nature and character of the Arabs. Arabic poetry including Al-Mu’allaqat — the oldest complete collection of the most eloquent ancient Arabic poems — was considered to be the best in the literary arts. However Allah sent down to them something whose style none were familiar with, and no one is equal in stature to imitate. So those who believed among them, believed because of what they knew and felt in the Book, including its beauty, elegance, benefit, and fluency. They became the most knowledgeable of the Qur’an and its best in adhering to it.” This is one of the principal reasons why traditional Islamic theology says that the Qur’an cannot be translated: losing the music of the Arabic language, it loses part of its essence.

Here, in any case, are a number of attempts to take up the Qur’anic challenge.

Allah then goes on to repeat many of the same themes, continuing to criticize people for failing to heed his messengers, which have been sent to every nation (v. 47). Allah’s eternal punishments should move the sinners to repent (vv. 50-54), for he gives life and takes it, and to him all shall return (v. 56). All creatures belong to Allah, and the idolaters invent lies against Allah (v. 66).

The unbelievers even dare to claim that Allah has a son, when actually he is self-sufficient (v. 68). The Tafsir al-Jalalayn explains: “They, that is, the Jews and the Christians, and those who claim that the angels are the daughters of God, say, ‘God has taken [to Him] a son.'” But in fact, “He is Independent, [without need] of anyone, for only he who has need of a child would desire [to have] one. To Him belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is in the earth, as possessions, creatures and servants.”

Then in verses 71-93, Allah tells the stories of Noah (vv. 71-74) and Moses (vv. 75-93), without significant variation from the versions in sura 7. Both Noah and Moses are cast in roles much like Muhammad’s: prophets whose messages go unheeded by their insolent and spiteful hearers, who are duly punished. Moses actually prays here that Allah not have mercy on Pharaoh: “Deface, our Lord, the features of their wealth, and send hardness to their hearts, so they will not believe until they see the grievous penalty” (v. 88). Allah accepts their prayer (v. 89), although when Pharaoh repents (v. 90), Allah saves him (v. 92). He “settled the Children of Israel in an agreeable settlement,” but began to “differ” among themselves (v. 93). According to a hadith, “the Jews separated into seventy-one sects, and the Christians separated into seventy-two sects, and this Ummah [the Muslim community] will separate into seventy-three sects, one of which is in Paradise, seventy-two in the Fire.”

The sura concludes with reassurance for Muhammad and affirmations of Allah’s sovereignty, in verses 94-109. Allah tells Muhammad to “ask those who have been reading the Scripture before you” if he doubts the revelations he has been receiving (v. 94). The Tafsir al-Jalalayn says that this means that Muhammad should “question those who read the Scripture, the Torah, before you, for it is confirmed [therein] with them and they can inform you of its truth.” This assumes, of course, that uncorrupted versions of the Jewish (and Christian) Scriptures were available in Muhammad’s day — a contention that creates immense difficulties for the Islamic claim that they were corrupted at all, since copies exist from that era, and they are not different from the Jewish and Christian Scriptures as they exist today.

But ultimately, it is up to Allah who believes and who doesn’t (vv. 99-100). Why he would create human beings only to torture them in eternal fire is left unexplained.

30 Countries Are Refusing to Take Back Illegal Aliens Convicted of Serious Crimes

Approximately 30 countries are refusing to accept the deportations of illegal immigrants who have committed serious crimes in the U.S., according to Texas Rep. Henry Cuellar.

While these countries are refusing to accept the deportations of these criminals, the U.S. government is still issuing visas and student visas to citizens of those countries, according to the Texan congressman. There is already a law on the books which allows the U.S. to hold visas from a country that is not taking back its criminals, but according to Cuellar, the U.S. is not enforcing it.

“We’re not enforcing it, which is amazing. So now my intent is to go back to our committee on appropriations and affect their funding until they do that,” Cuellar told Sharyl Attkisson, host of Full Measure, in an interview.

Cuellar, a Democratic member of the House Committee on Appropriations, told Attkisson that the Supreme Court has ruled that illegal immigrants arrested for criminal activity can only be held for a certain period of time before they must be released.

“That means you’re releasing criminals into our streets because those countries refuse to take back those criminal aliens,” said Cuellar. “That’s wrong. And especially I think it’s even worse that this is already on the books, and we’re still issuing business tourist visas and student visas to countries that refuse to take back their criminal aliens. There’s Something Worse Than Fake News

All of us are bound to feel offended from time to time. It’s part of being human. What happens, though, when being offended is a permanent or chronic condition? We’ve heard a lot about fake news in recent days, but I’ve noticed something that concerns me at least as much if not more: fake controversies.

If fake news pollutes the public discourse with falsehoods and confusion, fake controversies pollute it by manipulating emotions and fanning the flame of people’s offendedness.

Maybe you’ve heard, for example, about NFL Hall of Famer Jerry Rice’s commercial for Popeye’s Chicken? In it he wore a “taste-mask” comprised partly of a drumstick rotating in front of his mouth. Along came the headlines inciting people to be offended. “Jerry just set black people back 437 years,” wrote one man in response. “Thanks, Jerry. We’re slaves again.”

Then there was the tweet by Jerry Seinfeld, giving a quick shout-out for an upcoming episode of his internet series Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee. Seinfeld made a pun on the name of his guest Lewis Black by tweeting “Black’s life matters.” Another headline was born, with purportedly outraged readers calling it “offensive” and “lame.”

I’m not suggesting that legitimate controversies don’t exist, or that there is nothing to which a person might rightly take offense. I am distinguishing real controversies from fake ones. In a certain context, a black man wearing a fried-chicken-enhanced helmet could certainly be seen as a mean-spirited kind of stereotyping. But that is clearly not the case with the Popeye’s advertisement. Popeye’s just happens to specialize in fried chicken, and their celebrity pitchman happens to be black.

This is non-controversial, unless you are searching diligently for material from which you can craft an inflammatory headline.

These fake controversies can be worse than fake news partly because they are more insulting to our intelligence. Their headlines are sensationalized to lead you to believe that somebody must have really “stepped in it.” Typically, however — if I may pay homage to the aforementioned Mr. Seinfeld — the story turns out a controversy about nothing.

It isn’t hard to figure out what’s behind this trend. These stories are click-bait to lure readers to a website. Anything salacious enough to catch the eye will do. People can’t resist reading about what famous personalities have done to get in trouble.

These stories do not need fact-checkers, for the facts are not at issue. Fake controversies are not a matter of false information. Their manipulations are more sinister and subtle. The writers want to persuade you that you ought to take offense at what you’re reading.

Purveyors of fake controversy are shameless enough to exploit any situation. Just after the death of actress Carrie Fisher, a writer for the Huffington Post invented a controversy about a tweet by actor Steve Martin. He had written, “When I was a young man, Carrie Fisher was the most beautiful creature I had ever seen. She turned out to be witty and bright as well.” The article’s subheading called this a “sexist tweet,” and Martin soon deleted it.

The game is so easy, even the most untalented and unoriginal writers can play. Famous tweeters supply enough material to work with every day. All you need is to isolate one that could have the slightest potential to offend. In such a huge population of followers it is statistically likely you’ll find someone taking offense. This allows you to talk about there being a “backlash” or “controversy.”

The famous targets or victims of fake controversies are partly their enablers. Fear of political incorrectness robs them of the fortitude to stand up to those pretending to be offended. It’s easier to match fake outrage with fake apologies. Once you appease the petty gods, you hope quietly to move on.

What a strange ritual. We build offensive straw men so that the public can experience the brief emotional high of pretended outrage. This is unhealthy for the public mind. It skews our perspective by tempting us to waste emotional energy on fake controversies. It can blind us to more substantive matters, or make us fail to notice and address genuinely terrible offenses against humanity taking place in the world.

We should stand up to this and call it what it is. We should identify it as shallow, petty, banal and manipulative. We can and must be better than the manufacturers of fake controversies think we are. The Congress exist because of the Constitution... the Constitution exist because of the Militia and an armed People.  The rule of law is secured by a proper and functioning militia... See: Article 1, Section 8, Clauses 14 and 15. To this end, the Militia must be armed with the weapons necesary to secure the Law and with it... the cause of liberty.

The Militia is present to enforce the law... against enemies of the People.  The 2nd Amendment was established to institutionalize the Militia and too ensure the People's right to be armed as necessary to protect their liberty and property.  It is essential, to the maintenance of liberty and the security of property rights, that the freedom of the right to keep and bare arms never be surrendered.  It is the right to keep and bare arms that is the linch pin by which the People assert and protect their inalenable rights to life, liberty and the persuit of happiness.

Tyrants and usurpers always seek to disarm the Militia... an armed People.  However, the militia in these United States is part of the Constitution in Article 1, Section 8, Clause 15 and 16.  The Constitution establishes the Militia as an institution of its creation, part of the balance of power, an instrument of the People, too be called forth for three primary reasons: 1) To execute the laws of the land. 2) Too, supress insurrection. 3) Too, repel invasions.  The militia is a permanent Constitutional institution, on an equal status with the Congress, Administration and Federal Courts.  In fact, it is the People's guard against a LAWLESS GOVERNMENT.  Congress may call the Militia to restore law and order, supress insurrection and to repel invasions, as it sees fit.  The Militia may be used to remove rouge elements within the government, where insurrection and lawlessness is rampant.

The rights of a free people exist only by the exercise of force of arms... the power needed to enforce the laws of the land, was to rest primarily with the People and their Militia, not a standing Army or a Police State. It is a free people who establish just governments, which bring equity and order to society. Without power the People's Militia is incapable of defending liberty or to enforce the rule of law. Tyrants and usurpers whose purpose is to RULE the People, must first disarm them and nulify the Militia; thus an armed tyrant binds the labor and property of a free people to their use and cause.  It is an ARMED PEOPLE and their Militia that is a terror to rogue governments and tyrants. Our founders guaranteed the right of the People to keep and bare arms, as part of a greater force for good, the Militia. The Militia is the sword of a free people and the defender of liberty against rouge governments.

The Militia is not the National Guard... it is not an arm of the government.  Rather, it is an Armed Citizenry that is the Militia. An organized and unorganized Militia exist, by right of Constitutional and statutory law, in every State of the Union. There corporate body, when properly armed and trained, exist to secure the common liberty of our Nation.  Our founding father's understood all governments gravitates toward corruption, that power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely. They institutionalized the Militia, within the Constitution itself, as the People's means of defense, against a corrupt Government. The Second Amendment guards the People's right to keep and bare arms as part of the Militia.  The right to keep and bare arms is the underpinning power of a free People, a Militia, able to defend against the abuses of a rogue government.

Those who attempt to remove the right to keep and bare arms... endanger the balance of Constitutional Power between the People and those who govern. The power of the Militia rests in the right of the people to keep and bare arms. So fundamental to freedom, is the right of self-defense, that our founders ensconsed the Second Amendment to guarantee that right against future usurpation by rouge governments. Arms for Hunting and Personal Defense are a bonus benefit of the Second Amendment, not the primary purpose of the Second Amendment. The Constitutional purpose of the Second Amendment is to secure the People's right to an armed Militia; the People's agent to enforce the rule of law, to put down insurrection and reple invasion.

Despots and rouge governments fear an armed People and their Militia... knowing that when the People are armed they have the means and power to establish law and order as they see fit.  A rouge government seeks to disarm the People in order to control and subdue the general population. A free people don't fear their government and a fearful people are a people without the means to defend against those who would usurp their liberty by force of arms.  Laws are useless without the power to enforce them. 

Our Constitution is meaningless if the People lack the power to enforce it's law.  The People of the United States remain armed for the time being. It is therefore imparative that the People remain armed and prepared to defend liberty and the rule of law, thru the force of arms, it they desire to remain free.  However, when a history of usurpations and abuses of power, by government, prove to be insurrmountable agents, designed to deprive the People of their liberty, it becomes the right, nay the duty, of such a people to cast off the bounds of that rouge government and too establish new guards for their liberty. 

That time is rapidly approaching...  watch for the tyrants too begin arms consfiscation.  That will be the call to arms and the sign for mobilizing the People's Militias. Any law or regulation that is contrary to the Constitution has no legal standing.  It is only thru the illegal abuse of power that the agents of law enforcement take away the right to keep and bare arms from citizens of the United States.  The right to keep and bare arms, shall not be infringed is Constitutional law... the supreme law of the land. It is time that the People remind their government of its purpose and too defend their rights under the Constituton to keep and bare arms as they see fit... not as some government agent, illegal law or regulation dictates.

Knowing and willingly failed to follow his duties of executing the laws of our constitution and of Congress.

His duty to remain within the four corners of a document, in this case, the Constitutional Presidential Executive Order known as the The immigration slowdown for extreme vetting, from 6 selected countries. These countries are known to have poor or no immigration vetting whatsoever. The president is lawfully within his right to sign such an order and to enforce it, as it pertains to the protection of our country and its people. Further more, to secure this ability of power, Congress has legislated in favor of such presidential action.

When ever the president finds that the entry of any aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate.

Article III federal judges are appointed to life terms while serving "during good Behaviour," as stated in Section 1 of Article III of the United States Constitution. Though it does not expressly state in the Constitution that judges may be impeached and removed from office, they fall under the label of "Civil Officers" in Article II, Section 4. That says:

“The President, Vice President and all Civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.

The United States Senate has removed judges from office for substantial questionable conduct, even if no crime was committed

Article II of the Constitution gives the United States House of Representatives sole power of impeachment, and assigns the power to try impeachments to the United States Senate.

Fifteen federal judges have been impeached. Of those fifteen: eight were convicted by the Senate, four were acquitted by the Senate, and three resigned before an outcome at trial.

It's time congress started taking their power of impeachment seriously. Send a message to all Justices that would make political decisions rather than lawful ones.

Then we have India. The official estimate number of Muslim slaughters of Hindus is 80 million. However, Muslim historian Firistha (b. 1570) wrote (in either Tarikh-i Firishta or  the Gulshan-i Ibrahim) that Muslims slaughtered over 400 million Hindus up to the peak of Islamic rule of India, bringing the Hindu population down from 600 mil to 200 million at the time.

With these new additions the Muslim genocide of non-Muslims since the birth of Mohammed would be over 669 million murders.

Perspective: Think the Spanish inquisition was bad?

• More people are killed by Islamists each year than in all 350 years of the Spanish Inquisition* combined.
  The Spanish inquisition (Tribunal del Santo Oficio de la Inquisición) from 1478 to 1834 was established due to muslim invasions. It was the war and battle to try and end Islamic infiltration, Arab fascism and conquest. It’s quite interesting how similar to muslims their methodology was. Was it habit by long association under muslim rule or a strategy?

  Note: The Spanish Inquisition was an answer to the multi-religious nature of Spanish society following the reconquest of the Iberian Peninsula from the Muslim Moors.

  After invading in 711, large areas of the Iberian Peninsula were ruled by Muslims until 1250, when they were restricted to Granada, which fell in 1492. However, the Reconquista did not result in the total expulsion of Muslims from Spain, since they, along with the enslaved Jews, were tolerated by the ruling Christian elite. Large cities, especially Seville, Valladolid and Barcelona, had significant Jewish populations centered in Juderia. Muslims tried to take control throughout the entire country and expand into France to install an islamic state wherever they went.
  To expel the vicious Islamic parasite from the nation the Tribunal killed anyone and everyone who were suspected of being contaminated by Islam, even those enslaved by the muslims.
  The Inquisition not only hunted for Protestants and for false converts from Judaism among the conversos, but also searched for false or relapsed converts among the Moriscos [moors], forced converts from Islam. Many Moriscos were suspected of practising Islam in secret. They killed anyone suspected of being traitors or disguised moles. No one was spared.
  So successful was the enterprise in 1609, in the space of months, Spain was emptied of its Moriscos. Expelled were the Moriscos of Aragon, Murcia, Catalonia, Castile, Mancha and Extremadura.
  In other words, the Spanish inquisition saved the entire region from being taken over by Islamic rule. It was a brutal but quintessentially heroic act in history that saw the sacrifice of millions of people to exterminate Islam fully and completely from the land. It took them nearly 400 years. Imagine the sheer volume of muslims in the country for it to take almost four centuries to get rid of them.

As in previous years, the month of Christmas saw an uptick in Islamic attacks on Christians — much of it in the context of targeting Christmas festivities and worship.

The one that claimed the most lives took place in Egypt. On Sunday, December 11, 2016, an Islamic suicide bomber entered the St. Peter Cathedral in Cairo during mass, detonated himself, killed at least 27 worshippers, mostly women and children, and wounded nearly 70. A witness said:

“I found bodies, many of them women, lying on the pews. It was a horrible scene. I saw a headless woman being carried away. Everyone was in a state of shock. We were scooping up people’s flesh off the floor. There were children. What have they done to deserve this? I wish I had died with them instead of seeing these scenes.”

The death toll and severity of the attack (pictures and videos of the aftermath here) surpassed even the New Year’s Day bombing of an Alexandrian church in which 23 people were killed in 2011. A few weeks before the St. Peter’s bombing, a man hurled an improvised bomb at St. George Church, packed with thousands of worshippers, in Samalout. Had the bomb detonated, casualties would likely have been higher. In a separate December incident, Islamic slogans and messages of hate — including “you will die Christians” — were painted on the floor of the Virgin Mary church in Damietta.

In Germany, Anis Amri, a Muslim asylum seeker from Tunisia, seized a large truck, murdered its driver, and pushed him onto the passenger seat, then drove the truck into a Christmas market in Berlin. Twelve shoppers were killed and 65 were injured, some severely. Four days later, Amri was killed in a shootout with police near Milan. ISIS claimed responsibility despite original reports claiming the man had no ties to Islamic terror groups.

A Muslim migrant in Italy who, according to police, “wanted to destroy Christian symbols,” set a church nativity scene on fire and destroyed a separate statue of Mary. He was caught by the church’s priest, who notified authorities. They rushed to the scene and fought to restrain the man. who was reportedly suffering from a “visible psycho-physical crisis.”

A fortnight before Christmas in a region of Germany that contains more than a million Muslims, approximately 50 public Christian statues (of Jesus, Mary, etc.) were beheaded, and crucifixes broken. Many local Germans were left “shocked and scared,” the report said. Police called the incident a “religiously motivated attack.”

The Islamic State published the names and addresses of thousands of churches in the United States and called on its adherents to attack them during the holiday season, according to a message posted late-night Wednesday in the group’s “Secrets of Jihadis” social media group. One Arabic-language message called “for bloody celebrations in the Christian New Year” and announced the group’s plans to mobilize lone wolf attackers to “turn the Christian New Year into a bloody horror movie.” Manuals for the use and preparations of weapons and explosives for aspiring assailants were also available on the same social media site.

Police in Australia arrested seven men — described as “self-radicalized” and “inspired by the Islamic State” — for planning a series of bomb attacks in the heart of Melbourne on Christmas Day. Among their targets was St. Paul’s Cathedral. Four hundred police were involved in the raid, and more were deployed on Christmas Day as a precautionary measure.

Austria: A 22-year-old Muslim asylum seeker from Afghanistan stabbed a Christian woman with a knife for reading from the Bible in the asylum center. According to the report, the man “had taken offence to the fact that the woman had been invited by Christian residents of the property to discuss the Bible. When he found out what she was doing, he stormed into the kitchen where the woman was standing and tried to plunge the knife into her upper body.” The 50-year-old woman’s thick winter coat deflected the knife….”

Greece: Unknown vandals set fire to the Church of Archangel in the village of Lagolio, on the island of Crete. The only clue to their identity was that they wrote “Allahu Akbar” in Arabic on the walls, “infuriating locals,” said a report. Although local residents managed to put out the fire before it spread, icons and other sacred items were burned
