Mankind has been blaming their immoral actions on something, or someone else, since the dawn of its existence. Man does not need any sort of demon to be evil. From the moment Cain slew his brother Abel man has been slaying each other. Eventually it became entire nations at war. The only real difference between then and now is that mankind has developed very nasty and swift ways to destroy entire cultures, and even entire land masses, at a time.
Because of man's most selfish and violent ways throughout history, I do not believe that the notion of a "nwo" will ever be completely successful - for the long term. Man can't even run a mere nation thru peace. The very predatorial nature of evil men only assures their self destruction. Sadly, many innocent children and gullible adults will perish in the process as well.
The Bible describes the number of those that will be killed around the world as a third of the population. Right now that number is approx 2.33 billion people. Under today's census, that would be the equivalent of wiping out every living being from Canada to the southern tip of South America (approx 889m) -- almost THREE times over!
The Devil only tempts man. God gave man Free Will. Thus, man makes the final choice. Imo, only Divine Intervention will truly Save mankind from HIMSELF.
In 2013, Tx Senator Ted Cruz held a filibuster calling for defunding Obamacare. Which is what the GOP leadership, as well as others in the party, had campaigned on. Both the dems and fellow members of the GOP, criticized and mocked Cruz for it. Reid's response was to shutdown merely 17% of the federal govt; or the non-essential employees. Their time off was FULLY paid as a leave of absence. The GOP and the even Fox News, blamed the NON-govt shutdown on the Tx Senator. Despite the FACT that Reid's tactic had NO repercussions whatsoever, and the FACT that the Rs won in even BIGGER landslides than 2010, Senator Cruz pretty much became a toxic personna-non-grata among his very own in DC. Needless to say, Reid and Obama got their way. Obamacare was funded.
In 2015, Ky Senator Rand Paul held a filibuster denouncing the Debt Ceiling deal between the GOP and the Barrack Obama. Yet again both the dems and the GOP majority criticized and ridiculed Sen Rand Paul for it. And, because of the lack of support...or should I say lack of a SPINE...from fellow Rs, it got nowhere fast. Once again, the R "majority" caved in to the democrat "minority"; and the Debt Ceiling was raised. The Debt has now reached approx $19T.

NO ONE either on the left or the right made any sorts of criticizism, let alone mock him, in the least. They all stood united. Never putting the FOCUS back on the FACT that the mass murders were acts of Islamic terror and not a platform for legislation that would do NOTHING to even deter the mass shootings that occur EVERY DAY in cities like Chicago.
This is very disturbing, when we consider what was the INTENTION behind FAST & FURIOUS. Which, like the Black Panther investigation of 2009, it was swiftly shutdown by the Obama admn. Never to be spoken about again.
Remember Jonathan Gruber—the architect of Obamacare? It is no longer just a rumor that Gruber, as well as the ENTIRE Obama admn, LIED about their very intentions with, and the very content of, the almost 3,000 page Affordable Care Act (Obamacare).
And, what about the FARSE behind "climate change" / global warming? They are being sold under the innocent labels as Cap And Trade and the Copenhagen Accord (Treaty). Exactly like w/ Obamacare, the left is attempting to hide MORE oppressive and job-killing laws and regulations within the language of such laws. Which means that they would also consist of thousands of pages - that will have absolutely NOTHING to do w/ "global warming" at all; but further denial and removal of our Natural Rights of Freedom and Liberty. Five days prior to the 2008 prez election, Barrack Hussein Obama called it the "Fundamental Transformation" of the United States of America. And the GOP has been rolling over w/ them since day one!
With everything that I have presented above, can anyone honestly accuse me of being paranoid or some conspiracy nutjob? The gun laws that filthy Harry Reid filibustered over was in no way a mere shot-from-the-hip. No-no! Just like Cap And Trade and Obamacare - these gun laws that the dems so feverishly want to pass had been cooked up YEARS ago! And, because of Operation FAST & FURIOUS, which was COMPLETELY set up by the Obama admn, I have NO doubt whatsoever that Obama's federal govt was totally AWARE of what the Islamic terrorist, Omar Saddiqui Mateen, fully intended to do.
This attack, which occurred just months before the most pivotal prez election in US history, and during a time where the most complicit and docile GOP members are found together at this point in time, is exactly what the radically far left in DC was patiently waiting for decades now. Make no mistake. Whatever these "gun laws" will be - they will likely consist of THOUSANDS of pages, which, of course, they'd have to pass FIRST, and in a hurry, before WE, the people, can ever "know" what's in it! Maintaining a free and open Internet is important, but Russia and China already don't need to have any say in regards to ICANN in order to create Great Firewalls and digital Iron Curtains. The Internet cannot be centrally controlled — that's the point. The question is whether it will remain generally free and open if ICANN isn't under U.S. government oversight. There are reasons to think it will, and reasons it might not. Internet inventors like Vinton Cerf still think the Internet is too centralized, and he, for one, thinks this ICANN move is a good one.

A little over two years ago, we wrote about a surprisingly rational decision by the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, a.k.a. the "Ninth Circus" — so named for its consistently asinine decisions, especially those dealing with the U.S. Constitution and its interpretation. The title of our missive was "The Ninth Circus Gets One Right." Except not so fast. The wheels of injustice are slow but steady over at the Ninth, and after wending its way through the system as a 2-1 Ninth Circuit panel "win" for the Second Amendment, the surprisingly rational decision was reversed by the en banc court (i.e., the full court). In revisiting Peruta v. City of San Diego, the Ninth ruled that "there is no Second Amendment right for members of the general public to carry concealed firearms in public." It's a Supreme Court layup, if at this point a very dangerous one.
Under the court's twisted line of reasoning, though a Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms does exist — as Supreme Court decisions District of Columbia v. Heller (2008) and McDonald v. Chicago (2010) definitively ruled — under California law, applicants for concealed-carry licenses must show "good cause" to state law enforcement officials to actually exercise that right by carrying a concealed firearm.
The court then issued one of the most mealy-mouthed sentences in the history of jurisprudence: "The Second Amendment may or may not protect, to some degree, a right of a member of the general public to carry firearms in public." What? "May or may not"? "Some degree"? "Member of the general public"? "In public"?
Along those lines, let us just say that we may or may not, to some degree, understand anything the Ninth is trying to say. So let's recap: 1) A right to keep and bear arms exists under the U.S. Constitution; but 2) That right doesn't really exist in California. If it did, an utterly subjective "good cause" would not be necessary to exercise it.
As to the question of open-carriage of firearms, it should go without saying — at least in our minds — that if the Ninth is going to deny concealed carry (after all, who can meet the ever-exacting "good cause" standard?), despite SCOTUS having ruled a right to "keep and bear arms" indeed exists, then open-carry should be a-ok. Maybe, maybe not. To some degree. For some in the "general public." Sure. Whatever.
Dissenting Judge Consuelo María Callahan noted, "[T]he defendant counties' limited licensing of the right to carry concealed firearms is tantamount to a total ban on the right of an ordinary citizen to carry a firearm in public for self-defense. Thus, plaintiffs' Second Amendment rights have been violated." And that is exactly the effect this ruling would have if upheld by the Supreme Court.
Indeed, this sad tale of judicial wrongheadedness once again reminds us of how great the loss of Justice Antonin Scalia was, and how critical will be the election of the next president of the United States. A solid, centered Supreme Court is required to maintain constant vigilance against the stupidity of decisions like this one from the Ninth, which tends to have more than its fair share of such decisions. In any case, one thing is certain: If liar-Hilly Clinton wins, she'll appoint progressives to replace Justice Scalia and two or three more justices. And with that, we can all say goodbye to the Second Amendment as we know it.

As people reveal their true character when they’re under stress, so do societies. We’re in the middle of an election that surprises everyone. Does liar-Hilly exemplify Democrats? Does liar-Trump exemplify Republicans? Each polarizes his/her their own party, not to mention in the country. Pundits need new roadmaps because everything has changed. It’s a wonder they dare provide analysis. I’d already written a column for this week, but I’m going to save it for another time because I have to address what happened Sunday.

There are at least four major themes: homosexuality, Islam, multiculturalism, and guns. I learned about the massacre at 6:00 AM Sunday while browsing online. I then turned on Fox News for a conservative perspective at about 8:00 AM and learned the scene was a gay nightclub and the perpetrator had Muslim connections according to an FBI spokesman. To watch how liberals were spinning it I tuned in to NBC’s Meet the Press at 9:00 where host Chuck Todd inserted coverage at the beginning of his show.

Todd must have known what the FBI was saying about the shooter’s ties to Islam, but never mentioned it. Instead, he brought on Pete Williams to emphasize the gay connection. Williams, who is homosexual, didn’t say anything about Islam either. Former NBC anchor Tom Brokaw also stressed gun control, saying he was brought up with guns in the midwest, but lost credibility when mentioning a non-existent assault rifle called an “AR-14” He likely confused the AR-15, used in Orlando, Sandy Hook, and San Bernardino, and the M14, used by Americans in Vietnam. No one else mentioned Islam until their token conservative, radio talk show host Hugh Hewitt, twice invoked ISIS. The rest of the panel, liberals all, kept bringing the conversation back to gun control and anti-homosexual hate crimes.

Later I went back and forth between liberal-biased MSNBC which continued emphasizing gun control and hate crimes, and conservative-biased Fox News which continued emphasizing radical Islam. President nObama gave a speech never mentioning Islam either, stressing gun control. Just last week, the Homeland Security Advisory Council prohibited the Department from using the words “jihad”; “sharia”; “umma” and others because they would disrespect Islam, which Sharia itself prohibits. How can DHS fight radical Islam while complying with its mandates? With zero evidence, President nObama insists that Guantanamo’s existence is a recruiting tool for terrorists and must be closed. There’s voluminous evidence that ISIS’s existence is the real recruiting tool, but nObama only pretends to fight it.

Referring to Florida law that allows concealed carry but not in an establishment serving alcohol, a conservative commenter online asked how many would be dead if Omar Mateen tried to shoot up a country-western bar instead of a gay bar. He seemed to be making the case that gun control is not the solution, but the problem. If the bar’s patrons were packing, Mateen would have been shot much sooner.

Regular readers of this column know I used to be liberal until conservatives converted me by presenting facts that didn’t fit my liberal world view. Now I’m wondering if any of today’s liberals will question liberalism’s dedication to multiculturalism when presented with the paradox they’ve avoided for decades and which Orlando is rubbing it in their faces: Two or their most cherished victim groups — Muslims and homosexuals — are incompatible. It’s always been true, but the Orlando massacre is forcing them to confront it.

A poll by Washington DC’s Center For Security Policy reported in 2015 that most American Muslims believe they should have the choice of being governed according to shariah. Should we really be surprised when a Muslim fanatic shoots up a gay bar? His parents come from Afghanistan where 99% of the population supports sharia law and his father seems as crazy as he is. Seddique Mateen supports the Taliban and declared on his TV show in California that: “Our brothers in Waziristan Pakistan, our warrior brothers in Taliban movement, and national Afghan Taliban are rising up.” However, Afghan Muslim men are notorious for raping pubescent boys — another paradox.

How can Islam, a religion which teaches that homosexuals should be executed, that wives can be beaten by their husbands, and that no other religion should be allowed but Islam be compatible with the multiculturalism so beloved by liberals? According to the Washington Post, Omar Mateen’s ex-wife said: “He was not a stable person. He beat me. He would just come home and start beating me up because the laundry wasn’t finished or something like that.” Multiculturalism insists that all cultures are equal, but are they? Omar Mateen was a registered Democrat and evidence is emerging that he may have been homosexual as well.

For my adult years, I have considered myself an informed person. I have never claimed perfection nor do I believe I am the smartest person around. Indeed there are those who are far more intelligent than I am.
I own and have built websites. I know how to work several systems on my computer. I am not a computer whiz but I’m better than some and worse than others. I have had a computer crash on me and knew all was not lost because my hard-drive was still intact.
No one really likes the IRS but we have tolerated them as a part of our lives. One email getting lost can cause concern but thousands of emails being ‘lost’ is be unheard of. A big organization, such as the IRS, would have back-up systems. I have a back-up system. It’s not unusual to have one and it was not difficult to install.
Lois Lerner said she deleted emails, then recycled her hard-drive? Who does that unless they are hiding something? Lois Lerner was never held accountable.
How does thegovernment and its associates believe that they can just tell the people and investigative committees that they deleted emails? Are there still people out there without basic knowledge of this? Okay, maybe a few who do not understand that an organization as big as the Internal Revenue Service cannot just delete emails without a back-up system or hard-drive to retrieve them. This would be illegal, in my opinion.
A House committee voted on Wednesday to censure IRS Commissioner John Koskinem. They said he failed to provide information demanded by Congress and lied under oath. Allegations were made the IRS targeted tea party groups that had applied for tax-exempt status.
In this country, destroying potential damaging evidence is an illegal act. No one is being punished but I suppose someone will get thrown under the bus and then probably receive a bonus of sorts while they fade into oblivion.
For this country to have fallen into such depraved government who allow lawlessness to exist while the people of this nation are prosecuted in a court of law, if they are part of a crime, disgusts me.

Of the 55,000 emails released by the State Department, 47 of them contained information about CIA personnel or information about the agency sensitive enough to mark as classified. Because the State Department had to explain why it redacted information when it publicly released liar-Clinton's emails, anyone that has the original emails knows who the CIA contacts are. And, for example, when the U.S. government planned a drone strike in Pakistan, the classified information would make it onto liar-Clinton's server to give her the opportunity to comment. Such topics should have been discussed over a secure network, but using an unsecure email was convenient for liar-Clinton and her diplomats. Remember the fact that liar-Clinton handled secrets in the Special Access Program? Those beyond-Top-Secret operations will probably have to be shut down because liar-Clinton endangered people aiding U.S. intelligence the world over. "Secretary liar-Clinton has been seeing this kind of thing for a long time," an ex-military-intelligence operative told National Review. "If she is competent to handle major decisions, if she is the highly capable person she claims to be, she would know what all this material was, without having some label stating it was secret. If, on the other hand, someone could put reports in front of her describing these various things, again and again, without the appropriate labels, and she was not smart enough to recognize that this material was from classified sources, then she isn't competent to be the president, or a departmental secretary. Meanwhile, hackers and foreign governments probably know the identities of those members of the CIA. They know details about the Special Access Programs. In a video posted to YouTube, Barack nObama officially endorsed liar-Hilly Clinton Thursday. What a profile in courage: Wait until after the primary is effectively over and one candidate has collected enough delegates. Gutsy call right there. "So I want those of you who've been with me from the beginning of this incredible journey," he said, "to be the first to know that I'm with her." As if anyone didn't already know that...
But nObama's main concern was uniting a Democrat Party that just hasn't gelled the way party elites wanted after liar-Clinton became the presumptive nominee. He complimented Bernie Sanders for running "an incredible campaign," one that brought young people into the "progressive" camp on the issues of income inequality and money in politics. "Embracing that message is going to help us win in November," nObama said. "But more importantly, it'll make the Democratic Party stronger, and it will make America stronger. ... And if we all come together in common effort, I'm convinced we won't just win in November, we'll build on the progress that we've made and we will win a brighter future for this country that we love." Is it any surprise that liar-Clinton was nObama's pick to build on his legacy?
On a more important note, nObama's endorsement almost surely insulates liar-Clinton from the force of law. "Now that President nObama has formally endorsed his former Secretary of State for President," writes National Review's Dan McLaughlin, "it's no longer possible for him — or a Justice Department directly answerable to him — to rule impartially on whether she or her close associates should be indicted over her mishandling of classified emails." Talk about a conflict of interest. nObama's endorsement of the utterly corrupt liar-Clinton further tarnishes his already bad legacy, as does his failure to appoint a special prosecutor with his next breath.
As for Sanders, the curmudgeon isn't quite ready to call it quits. He met with nObama before the video dropped, and the ol' socialist said he'd work with liar-Clinton to fight liar-Trump — but that he'd still participate in the DC primary. Soon, he said he'd speak with liar-Clinton about "how we can work together to defeat Donald liar-Trump and to create a government that represents all of us and not just the 1%." {truthrevolt.org} ~ There was something poetic about the events that bookended the past week of diplomacy. This week began with French President François Hollande’s “peace” conference and ended with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s state visit to Moscow.
From the perspective of both substance and style, the contrast between the two events couldn’t have been more striking.
France hosted yet another anti-Israel diplomatic pile-on. Hollande had hoped to show that France was stepping into the void left by the US’s abandonment of its position as world leader. But all the confab served to do was show how irrational and self-destructive France – and Western Europe – has become.
Neither Israeli nor Palestinian representatives were present at the conference which aimed to dictate Israel’s final borders. Their absence made the event seem like a throwback to the era of European colonialism. It was as if Hollande wanted to reenact France’s glory days in Syria and Algeria. In his opening remarks, Hollande recycled the tired claim that the way to defeat jihad is by forcing Israel to give Judea, Samaria and Jerusalem to Islamic terrorists. The document the French Foreign Ministry circulated among participants ahead of the conference recommended setting a timetable for forcing Israel to give the PLO Judea, Samaria and large swaths of Jerusalem, for the benefit of global security.
The French planned their event before the mobs in Ramallah, Hebron, Jerusalem and Gaza publicly celebrated the cold-blooded massacre of Israeli diners at Tel Aviv’s Sarona Market on Wednesday night. But the latest massacre wasn’t necessary to show the absurdity of France’s plan to defeat jihad by empowering jihadists at Israel’s expense.
After all, Israel surrendered Gaza to the Palestinians 11 years ago. Far from ameliorating the problem of jihad – in Europe and throughout the world – the scourge of Islamic war has grown geometrically in the past decade.
France’s own recent experience shows that Hollande’s “peace” plan was a delusional.
In 2000, Muslims comprised 10 percent of the population of France.
That year, the state-owned France 2 television network invented the contemporary blood libel of Jews as baby killers with the release and dissemination of its deceptive film which purported to show IDF troops deliberately murdering Muhammad al-Dura.
The Dura libel unleashed the forces of Islamic Jew-hatred in France and throughout Europe. It paved the way for the rise in anti-Jewish violence unseen since the Holocaust. This violence in turn is causing the current exodus of Jews from France and from Western Europe as a whole.
But assaulting Jews didn’t satisfy the jihadists.
As last year’s events made clear, the state authorities’ desire to deflect Islamic extremism onto Jews – in Israel and in France – backfired.
Fifteen years after the Dura blood libel, Muslims now comprise at least 15% of France’s population, and 40% of the population of Marseilles.
And today, the same extremists who have terrorized France’s Jews for a decade and a half, have turned their guns on French society as a whole.
Last year’s Islamic killing spree, from Charlie Hebdo and Super Cacher to Bataclan made clear that as far as the jihadists are concerned, the French Jew-baiters are no different than the Jews.
Even worse, with their hatred legitimized by the Jew-baiters, France’s jihadists feel they have license to direct their rage and guns in whatever direction they choose.
If this weren’t bad enough for the likes of Hollande, despite the elites’ attempt to blame Israel for the rise of jihadist forces in France, the native French see what has happened.
Squeezed between political leaders who pretend the problem is Israel and Islamic radicals who deprive them of the freedom to live as they please without fear, public sentiment in Europe is increasingly desperate, and angry. Rather than address their concerns, Hollande and his fellow elites have sought to repress them.
Consider the case of Brigitte Bardot. The mid-20th-century French sexpot and national icon has been convicted six times in recent years for “inciting hatred.” Her crime? Bardo has written angry books and articles about what she refers to as an “Islamic invasion” that imperils the French way of life.
Rather than recognize that their own people can’t stand their games anymore, and aren’t buying their attempts to blame Israel for the rise of jihadist forces in France, Hollande’s “peace” conference was proof that he and his colleagues have chosen to double down on their anti-Israel scapegoating.
With a tailwind from anti-Israel activists posing as journalists, Hollande believed that the conference could elevate him, and hide from French voters his failure to defend his country.
The Washington Post’s editorial board joined him in this delusion. In an editorial published in the lead-up to his conference, the newspaper argued that the anti-Israel conference should serve as the opening salvo of an escalating diplomatic war against the Jewish state. The culmination of that war, the paper said, should be an anti-Israel resolution at the UN Security Council in the final days of Barack nObama’s presidency.
But if this is what the West’s renewed war against Israel looks like, then Israel has little reason for concern.
In the event, even Hollande’s accessories – the 29 foreign ministers including Secretary of State John hanoi-Kerry, who attended his meeting – couldn’t maintain the fiction that scapegoating Israel would secure them. In the conference’s closing statement, the most they could muster was a weak condemnation of Jewish construction on the one hand and Palestinian terrorism on the other, coupled with a call for direct negotiations between Israel and the PLO .
If this is the best they could do then it is clear that even if they do pass an anti-Israel Security Council resolution as nObama packs his bags, given the realities on the ground, the resolution will be written on water.
And if Hollande’s failed conference wasn’t humiliating enough, Netanyahu’s trip to Moscow reinforced his humiliation, and demonstrated that Europe’s embrace of anti-Semitism has done nothing for its international stature.
On Tuesday, Netanyahu arrived in Moscow for his fourth meeting with Vladimir Putin in the past six months. Unlike their other meetings, this week’s visit was both ceremonial and substantive.
Moscow and Jerusalem celebrated the 25th anniversary of the restoration of diplomatic ties between Israel and the Soviet Union, which Moscow cut off after the 1967 Six Day War.
Putin lavished the honors befitting a major ally on Netanyahu. In so doing, Putin showed that Israel is anything but isolated, and far from dependent on the goodwill of European basket cases.
Europe and the American Left have seized on Palestinian grievances against Israel as proof that the solution to jihad is anti-Semitism. They have made Israel-bashing the centerpiece of their foreign policy.
In contrast, under Putin, Russia has chosen to base its foreign policy – and its bid to replace the US as the chief power broker in the Middle East – on reality.
As a result, during his meetings with Netanyahu, the Palestinians were given the attention that they deserve, as a minor nuisance.
After paying lip service to the mordant “peace process,” Putin and Netanyahu got down to business. They discussed everything from Iran’s rise in Syria to Israel’s gas industry to free trade to the approaching rapprochement between Israel and Turkey.
The distinction between the business of real statecraft for a real world as practiced by Netanyahu and Putin, and the imaginary statecraft practiced by the French and their guests, is jarring.
Putin is determined to emerge strengthened from the chaos now engulfing the Middle East, and through it, the world as a whole. As a consequence, he is embracing Israel as an ally and a trading partner.
Westerners, whose strategy for surviving the chaos is to turn a blind eye to the dangers, are targeting Israel with unwarranted and self-destructive diplomatic assaults and escalating economic warfare.
This brings us to the US – whose abandonment of its traditional role as the dominant superpower in the Middle East facilitated Russia’s rise to power.
In the twilight of the nObama era, the US is steeped in an identity crisis. The Democratic Party has been radicalized. The Republican Party is in disarray as the forces of populism and prejudice have been unleashed by Donald liar-Trump’s unforeseen rise.
Under the circumstances, and given that the disastrous legacy of nObama’s foreign policy, it is hard to see the US restoring its global leadership in the near future.
Given the intensity of Netanyahu’s discussions with Putin since the Russian leader deployed his military forces to Syria last year, many wonder if a major realignment is in the cards for Israel.
When asked about the prospect of replacing the US with Russia as Israel’s superpower patron, Netanyahu rejected the notion. He explained simply that the US is irreplaceable.
He is right. And not merely because Russia cannot supply spare parts to Israel’s F-16s.
Unlike Britain, which was seamlessly replaced by the US as the leader of the free world in the aftermath of World War II, the US has no clear successor. Moreover, despite its self-destructive tendencies, the US remains the world’s biggest economy and most powerful nation. The significance of America’s loss of the will to lead the world is not that the US will disappear. Rather, it will share the stage with other, rising, powers.
For Israel, this means that while maintaining the US as its primary strategic partner, Israel cannot continue to place all of its eggs in America’s basket. As Netanyahu is doing with Putin as well as with China and India, recognizing America’s new limitations, Israel must diminish its dependence on Washington, while developing noncompeting alliances with other powers, based on shared interests.
What Israel’s attractiveness to other world powers makes clear is that as America’s power wanes, Israel needn’t and oughtn’t seek to replace it with another superpower patron. Israel today is fully capable of fending for itself.
Putin courts Netanyahu because Israel is strong. And the stronger it is, the more leaders will beat a path to our door.
The failure of France’s “peace” conference, on the one hand, and the success of Netanyahu’s fourth visit to Moscow on the other hand, were poetic bookends of the week because they were a vivid exposition of Israel’s true diplomatic and strategic position today. Israel is neither weak nor isolated.
It is embraced by the rising powers. And the waning ones that scapegoat the Jewish state are leading their countries into economic and cultural decline and security chaos.

When they find it difficult to deflect from terrorist events they simply make it a part of their narrative. Where the horrid acts by ISIS / Al Qaeda, The Muslim Brotherhood, Hammas and the rest of them, [what] is that the ENTIRE Obama admn (present and past) and the entire liberal media have blamed the kidmappimgs, rapes, and murterous bloodshed on? That's right: GLOBAL WARMING (aka "climate change" ) What did Obama and Hillary blame on for the attack and murders at BENGHAZI? A "video"!
On top of these atrocities, our economy is a wreck. Yet, Obama and Hillary's FRIENDS on Wall Street are making a fortune doing the very things that sent Bernie Madoff to PRISON for! Thus, their talking points have been lagging. So, how do they vamp it up again?
Rule #8: Keep the pressure on. Use different tactics and actions and use all events of the period for your purpose. “The major premise for tactics is the development of operations that will maintain a constant pressure upon the opposition. It is this that will cause the opposition to react to your advantage.”
To keep their far left base raemped up, what was their latest move? TRANSGENDER bathrooms in businesses - w/ the main focus on SCHOOLS. Where Barrack Obama threatened to deny federal funding to those states that will not comply. Already there have been cases of children being attacked by MEN in women's restrooms.
But, then again, another infamous Alinsky expression is: "The ends justify the means".
Obama's DoJ and IRS have had their sights on TEA / Conservative and judeo-christian individuals and groups. Social media websites, like Facebook and Twitter, have been filtering out articles, comments and Tweets posted by anyone, including specific news sites, from their boards. Yet, the FBI and DHS [allowed] Islamic terrorists like Nidal Hasan and Omar Mateen to gain LEGAL access to guns! At airports old white senior citizens in wheelchairs and small white children, are "randomly chosen" to endure the humiliation of a security screening.
So, in the democrats' America, terrorists, and people w/ radical Islamic sympathy, are the "victims". The American people are the "enemy" that must be restrained, and even incarcerated - if they so much as even practice their First Amendment right to express OPPOSING views. To quote Obama:

The enemy is in power, folks. And they side w/ Islamic radicalism. Their policies has the nation in ruin; and the population is LITERALLY at each other's throats. Leftist radicals like Bill Ayers, George Soros, and Cloward & Piven would simply say "It's not enough".

To keep their far left base raemped up, what was their latest move? TRANSGENDER bathrooms in businesses - w/ the main focus on SCHOOLS. Where Barrack Obama threatened to deny federal funding to those states that will not comply. Already there have been cases of children being attacked by MEN in women's restrooms.

Obama's DoJ and IRS have had their sights on TEA / Conservative and judeo-christian individuals and groups. Social media websites, like Facebook and Twitter, have been filtering out articles, comments and Tweets posted by anyone, including specific news sites, from their boards. Yet, the FBI and DHS [allowed] Islamic terrorists like Nidal Hasan and Omar Mateen to gain LEGAL access to guns! At airports old white senior citizens in wheelchairs and small white children, are "randomly chosen" to endure the humiliation of a security screening.
So, in the democrats' America, terrorists, and people w/ radical Islamic sympathy, are the "victims". The American people are the "enemy" that must be restrained, and even incarcerated - if they so much as even practice their First Amendment right to express OPPOSING views. To quote Obama:

The Leftmedia's Broken Monopoly
Arnold Ahlert: Agence France Presse revealed this week that the U.S. newspaper industry lost more than 50% of the jobs it had as recently as the 1990s. Unsurprisingly, AFP attributed the decline to the "massive shift to digital media that has hammered traditional newspapers." No doubt that is a factor, but the comments section following the article was much more revealing. Overwhelmingly, those who gave up reading newspapers cited two reasons for their decision: liberal bias and the virtual extinction of anything resembling journalistic integrity.
Unfortunately, liberal bias and a lack of journalistic integrity have moved seamlessly into the digital realm. Yet far more important is what was unable to completely survive the shift: the Left's monopolistic control of news dissemination. Gone are the days when the Big Three TV networks, and a handful of "important" newspapers such as the New York Times and Washington Post, made it seem as if the entire nation were marching in lockstep behind the liberal agenda.
That is not to say they've given up trying. "For the two and a quarter centuries of our republic, Americans have expected the fourth estate to tell it raw and straight," writes columnist John P. Warren. "In the lifetime of Baby Boomers, however, the Progressive Establishment, abetted by most news and information outlets — State Media — and Academia, have distorted our founding truths in much of what we hear and watch, not unlike the Soviet Union's Pravda and China's People's Daily."
Exaggerated? Warren provides a compelling and disturbing list of the top five media conglomerates and their subsidiaries:

News Corp might be considered an ideological outlier in some respects, yet it is worth remembering Executive Chairman Rupert Murdoch toes the same amnesty line as his progressive colleagues. Moreover, note that this is an incomplete list of information "managers," omitting leftist social media titans such as Facebook, Yahoo, Google and Apple who are also dedicated to "shaping" the message Americans receive. Note further that these conglomerates have been more than willing to blur the distinction between news and popular entertainment — popular entertainment that spends considerable time mocking traditional American values, while promoting progressive agendas with regard to such topics as homosexuality, transgenderism, environmentalism and illegal immigration.
While this level of control is formidable, one could make a good case that total control remains elusive. In recent days, leftist hacks have been busted for being the leftist hacks they truly are. Former TV news anchor Katie Couric's efforts to shape a story on gun control with a manufactured eight seconds of silence was outed by the Washington Free Beacon. A Telemundo cameraman's attempt to stage anti-liar-Trump protesters in San Diego was reported by NewsBusters. Hot Air's Larry O'Connor blasted "reporters" covering liar-Hilly Clinton's first press conference in a month, listing the absurdly banal questions she was asked, every one of which studiously avoided any of the scandals currently dogging the presumptive Democrat presidential candidate.
While these are hopeful signs, liberal bias remains firmly entrenched. Perhaps nothing currently speaks to this reality better than the story about the IRS releasing the list of 426 (overwhelmingly conservative) organizations it targeted for "extra scrutiny."
Make no mistake: This story is one of the biggest scandals in modern-day history. It dwarfs Watergate by an order of several magnitudes. Yet if one conducts a Google search, not a single media organization that isn't conservative is listed as having covered it on the first two pages of that search engine's website. That's a major scandal in and of itself.
And the American people are becoming increasingly aware of this willful dereliction of duty. A recent poll reveals that only 6% of the public have a lot of confidence in the media, an abysmal percentage fueled by "perceptions" of inaccuracy and bias. It is a well-earned reputation built upon years of advocacy masquerading as journalism, errors of omission and commission, and the despicable transformation of what ought to be an adversarial relationship between a free, watchdog press and government, into an unholy alliance best described as a progressive-dominated, government-media complex. One where the narrative, rather than the truth, remains supreme.

Despite years of litigation demonstrating the act's defects and significant constitutional questions, it remains virtually unchanged by Congress... primarily because even rational efforts to reform environmental regulations are inevitably painted by their opponents as attempts to poison the environment. The Supreme Court is not bound by such political constraints. This week, Justice Kennedy filed a concurring opinion joined by Justices Alito and Thomas in Hawkes v. Army Corps of Engineers implying that portions of the CWA might be found unconstitutional, unless Congress adds some much needed clarity to the law. While this is not the first time that a Supreme Court justice has questioned the constitutionality of the CWA — Justice Alito made similar arguments in Sackett v. EPA — it is the first time that three members of the Court have simultaneously expressed willingness to put the CWA on trial. The concurrence is particularly noteworthy because it was drafted by Justice Kennedy — a pivotal swing vote who authored the definitive opinion on the scope of CWA just ten years ago in Rapanos v. United States. The justices' primary concern is that certain provisions of the CWA might be unconstitutionally vague. Under the CWA, the government has authority to regulate the discharge of dirt or other particulates into the "Waters of the United States." funding Iran's military expansion

{jewishworldreview.com} ~ One of the unexpected results of President Barack nObama's new opening to Iran is that U.S. taxpayers are now funding both sides of the Middle East's arms race. The U.S. is deliberately subsidizing defense spending for allies like Egypt and Israel. Now the U.S. is inadvertently paying for some of Iran's military expenditures as well.
It all starts with $1.7 billion the U.S. Treasury transferred to Iran's Central Bank in January, during a delicate prisoner swap and the implementation of last summer's nuclear deal to resolve a long-standing dispute about Iran's arms purchases before the revolution of 1979.
For months it was unclear what Iran's government would do with this money. But last month the mystery was solved when Iran's Guardian Council approved the government's 2017 budget that instructed Iran's Central Bank to transfer the $1.7 billion to the military.
Saeed Ghasseminejad, an associate fellow at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies, spotted the budget item. He told me the development was widely reported in Iran by numerous sources including the state-funded news services. "Article 22 of the budget for 2017 says the Central Bank is required to give the money from the legal settlement of Iran's pre- and post-revolutionary arms sales of up to $1.7 billion to the defense budget," he said.
Republicans and some Democrats who opposed nObama's nuclear deal have argued that the end of some sanctions would help to fund Iran's military. But at least that was Iran's money already albeit frozen in overseas bank accounts. The $1.7 billion that Treasury transferred to Iran in January is different.
A portion of it, $400 million, came from a trust fund comprising money paid by the government of Shah Mohammad Reza Pahlavi, a U.S. ally, for arms sold to Iran before the 1979 revolution. Those sales were cut off in 1979 after revolutionaries took over the U.S. Embassy in Tehran and held the American staff hostage for 444 days. The remaining $1.3 billion represents interest on the $400 million principle over more than 36 years.
According to a letter from the State Department to Representative Mike Pompeo, a Republican who has called for an investigation into the January payment, that money came out of something known as the Judgment Fund, which is "a source of funding to pay judgments and claims against the United States when there is no other source of funding."
At the time of the transfer in January, the nObama administration said the $1.7 billion payment was a bargain for the taxpayer because the U.S. would probably have to pay a steeper interest rate had the matter been adjudicated at the Hague by a tribunal created to settle claims between the U.S. and Iran after 1979.
Nonetheless, the $1.7 billion payment has still rankled nObama's critics. In January, many observers, including Pompeo, said the transfer was more like a ransom payment because it coincided with the release of five Americans detained in Iran. The Iranian commander of the Basiji militia, Mohammad Reza Naghdi, said at the time: “Taking this much money back was in return for the release of the American spies." The White House disputed this claim and said the payment was independent of the negotiation to release the American prisoners.
In any case, Pompeo is angry. “The fact that U.S. taxpayers appear to be funding Iran’s military is outrageous," he told me.
The irony here is that Iran has been pleading poverty in recent months. The country's supreme leader and foreign minister have publicly complained that Iran's economy has not seen the benefits expected from the Iran nuclear deal. And yet Iran's 2017 $19 billion defense budget has increased by 90 percent from 2016, according to Ghasseminejad.
Before the dust had settled, and while Orlando’s survivors were still in operating rooms…before the bodies had been removed or identified from the Pulse nightclub…Obama ran to the nearest microphone to issue his warped and perverse statements.
Obama spewed the following bits of crap from his pie hole…
He said it was too early to know the “precise motivation” of the shooter. “We have no definitive assessment on the motivation.”
And…
That it was really our fault, because we haven’t put in place enough gun control laws to have stopped what happened in Orlando. Obama said, of what had transpired in Orlando that it was, “a further reminder of how easy it is for someone to get their hands on a weapon that lets them shoot people in a school, or a house of worship, or a movie theater, or a nightclub.”
And then he followed that up with this, regarding the gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender community and the national attitude toward them…

The Little Injun That Shouldn't
Elizabeth Warren is on the short list for the Democrat vice presidential nomination, whether the nominee be liar-Hilly Clinton or loose lips-Joe Biden. Today, she's going to roll out her audition as attack dog in a blistering speech about Donald liar-Trump. She advance-released some of her planned comments, which appear to be loaded with some real doozies. Warren reportedly plans to call liar-Trump a "nasty, loud, thin-skinned fraud" who is guilty of "racism" in his attack on a federal judge. (For the record, we explored liar-Trump's comments on the "Mexican judge" last Friday and what the episode illustrates regarding his view of executive power.)
Warren also aims to tie liar-Trump to two men who've gone out of their way to criticize him over his comments: Paul Ryano and Mitch McCon-nell. Particularly, Warren is interested in McCon-nell because he's blocking hearings on Barack nObama's Supreme Court nominee, Merrick Garland. "Paul Ryano and Mitch McCon-nell want Donald liar-Trump to appoint the next generation of judges," the senator plans to say. "liar-Trump chose racism as his weapon, but his aim is exactly the same as the rest of the Republicans. Pound the courts into submission to the rich and powerful." Warren will insist liar-Trump is "a Mitch McCon-nell kind of candidate ... exactly the kind of candidate you'd expect from a Republican Party whose 'script' for several years has been to execute a full-scale assault on the integrity of our courts."
Some observations: First, Warren herself is hardly the right messenger for calling someone a "thin-skinned fraud" for using "racism." She is the one who fraudulently claimed Native American ancestry to further her career in leftist academia. Instead of being held accountable, "Fauxcahontas" won election to the Senate. But that's deep blue Massachusetts for you — after all, the state kept re-electing Ted Kennedy.
Second, it is Democrats, not Republicans, who seek to pound the courts into submission, and who use the courts to accomplish statist objectives they fail to produce through legislative means. It may not always be the "rich and powerful" who benefit, but it is always the favored political constituency. That is a "full-scale assault on the integrity of our courts."
And as for liar-Trump's comments, consider these statements from now-Justice Sonia Sotomayor: "I would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experiences would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male who hasn't lived that life." And, "Whether born from experience or inherent physiological or cultural differences ... our gender and national origins may and will [emphasis added] make a difference in our judging."
Democrats raised no objection whatsoever to those racist comments from a woman who now makes judgments from the highest bench in the land. They're far more concerned with liar-Trump's intimidating bluster about a specific civil case. But which one should be more concerning? -The Patriot Post
Yes, Released Gitmo Prisoners Have Killed Americans About 12 jihadis who were formerly detained at Guantanamo Bay prison and eventually released have gone on to kill about six Americans in Afghanistan, The Washington Post reports. The exact numbers are classified, according to government officials, but one death includes an American woman who was working as an aid worker in Afghanistan in 2008. This admission escalates the severity of questions regarding the wisdom of Barack nObama's promise and stubborn efforts to close Guantanamo. The good news, however, is that nine of the 12 jihadis are either dead or captured by other governments.
While these 12 former detainees were released during the Bush administration, the problem can only get worse thanks to nObama's "leadership." Ibrahim al-Qosi was released by nObama in 2012 and he became one of the leaders of al-Qaida in the Arabian Peninsula — not exactly a rank-and-file jihadist. Furthermore, nObama has been transferring prisoners to Saudi Arabia, a country that has historically been America's ally but which a classified section of the 9/11 report may implicate in the attack. Yet nObama keeps transferring Gitmo prisoners to the country in an effort to close the prison by opening the gates. A Party Divided, and None Too Soon by Peggy Noonan

No movement: Donald liar-Trump. He’s like someone caught in the first act who lurches into a second act—a solid, prepared speech, a subdued interview—then scrambles back to first-act antics. It’s easy to guess he’s surrounded by friends and supporters who know more is needed than popping off about “Crooked liar-Hilly” but are afraid to mess with his swing. They fear taking the tang out of his secret sauce. Another guess: He’s not sure he can pull off a change of style—he’s afraid he’ll be boring if he’s serious, afraid he’ll bore himself if he knows what he’s going to say next. So he continues to rant, not to reassure fence sitters. liar-Hilly Clinton hasn’t entered a second act either, but it’s partly situational: She’s trapped in a primary battle. When it comes to Mr. liar-Trump she tries various attack lines—“divisive,” “dangerous,” “dangerously incoherent”—to see what resonates, as they say. She is plodding, unimaginative, stolid. She wishes she had secret sauce.
Closer to home I see movement. Friends who’d been for John Kasich or Marco Rubio now sunnily and without a headache declare themselves for Mr. liar-Trump. An intellectual friend, previously disapproving, confided she’s for him too. But two friends who had been early, enthusiastic liar-Trump backers now seem to be having doubts: They’ve lost their oomph, talk about him less. Nothing’s set in concrete this year, not that anything was.
A central predicament of 2016 continues. GOP elites and intellectual cadres may be clueless about America right now, but they have an informed and appropriately elevated sense of the demands of the presidency. They fear Mr. liar-Trump’s temperament and depth do not meet its requirements. liar-Trump supporters have a more grounded sense of America and its problems but too low a sense of what the presidency can demand in regard to personal virtues. If this problem is to be resolved, it is Mr. liar-Trump who will resolve it. He shows little interest. This space said in February that his political fortunes would hinge on whether America came to think of him as a good man and a fully stable one. It is still true.
The Beltway intelligentsia of the conservative movement continues to be upset about Mr. liar-Trump’s coming nomination and claim they’d support him but they have to be able to sleep at night. They slept well enough through two unwon wars, the great recession, and the refusal of Republican and Democratic administrations to stop illegal immigration. In a typically evenhanded piece in National Review, Ramesh Ponnuru writes of conservative infighting. Most back Mr. liar-Trump, but others, “especially among conservative writers, activists, and think-tankers,” vow they’ll never vote for him. “This debate splits people who have heretofore been friends with similar views on almost all issues, and who on each side have reasonable arguments to hand. It is therefore being conducted in a spirit of mutual rage, bitterness, and contempt.”
That’s witty and true—I’ve seen it—but the division is also promising. Too much has long been “agreed on.” At some point conservative intellectuals are going to take their energy and start thinking about how we got here. How did a party that stood for regular people become a party that stood for platitudes regular people no longer found even vaguely pertinent? During the Bush administration, did the party intelligentsia muscle critics and silence needed dissent, making the party narrower, more rigid and embittered? What is the new conservatism for this era? How did the party of Main Street become the party of Donors’ Policy Preferences?
An anecdote. Two years ago at a birthday party for a mutual friend, I bumped into a hedge-fund billionaire who turned to me angrily and lashed out over something I’d written that seemed to him insufficiently conservative. I listened, merely blinking with surprise I’m sorry to say, and removed myself from his flight path. Afterward I thought about how he must have come to view himself. He is, as I said, vastly wealthy, but also generous, giving time and money to think tanks, groups, candidates. He must view all this, I thought, as a targeted investment. Maybe he sees himself as having . . . a controlling investment. Maybe he thinks he bought conservatism. I felt in a sharp new way that my criticisms of the donor class had been right. Inevitably they see to their own enthusiasms and policy priorities. This was how the GOP became the party of We Don’t Care What Americans Think About Illegal Immigration. Who do those Americans think they are—they think they own the place?
A great party needs give. It needs a kind of capaciousness and broadness. On that, the best example of movement I’ve seen in some time is what I discovered this week: a sophisticated, rather brilliant and anonymous website that is using this liar-Trumpian moment to break out of the enforced conservative orthodoxy of the past 15 years.
It is called the Journal of American Greatness. Its contributors ask questions that need asking and make critiques that sting.
They describe themselves as “aghast at the stupidity and corruption of American politics, particularly in the Republican Party, and above all in what passes for the ‘conservative’ intellectual movement.” Who are they? “None of your damned business.” Why? “Because the times are so corrupt that simply stating certain truths is enough to make one unemployable for life.”
Where they stand: “We support liar-Trumpism, defined as secure borders, economic nationalism, interests-based foreign policy, and above all judging every government action through a single lens: does this help or harm Americans? For now, the principal vehicle of liar-Trumpism is liar-Trump.”
They explore essential questions. “When—and why—did free trade become a sacred ritual of the Republican right?” They give neoconservatism its intellectual due but explore the “unwisdom” of the “Middle East democracy agenda.” Neoconservatives seem “incapable of learning from their mistakes or changing their minds.” The contributors hilariously score Neverliar-Trumpers who claim to be standing at great cost on principle while others are “in the tank” for Mr. liar-Trump: “Of all the opinions that require little courage to express, opposition to liar-Trump is the lead one.” In the past two decades, they observe, “a new conservative intellectual superstructure,” including magazines, journals and think tanks, was built on the new base of the Republican Party. It “routinized the production of its self-justification.” But “the base no longer wants the superstructure.” Voters have their own ideas of what conservatism is.
I contacted JAG by social media and asked about their work. “If we had to characterize ourselves, we would like to think that our writing is informed by a mix of pragmatic experience and theory. What brings us together is our dismay at the stultification of political ideas in the United States. We see ourselves as challenging the intellectual rigidity that has come to characterize, in our view, so much of what passes for self-described ‘serious thinking’ today.”
Their reach and the reactions they’ve received “have thus far significantly exceeded our expectations.”
It’s encouraging they’re doing what they’re doing, and that there is a market for it.

It has also been stated by law enforcement that this murderer was well prepared and well organized both of which also “lean” toward some radical Islamic involvement as the “religion of peace” or what I call the ideology of hate, death, destruction and genocide, is well known for having produced “how-to” instructions for any who care to carry out such an attack.
Yesterday, both Hillary Clinton and Obama stepped up to the nearest microphone to once again, go after gun owners and advocate for more gun control telling the nation that the event in Orlando highlights just how easy it is for Americans to get guns and that “we must decide if that is the type of country we want to be.”

WASHINGTON — In 2001, Sonia Sotomayor, an appeals court judge, gave a speech declaring that the ethnicity and sex of a judge “may and will make a difference in our judging.”
In her speech, Judge Sotomayor questioned the famous notion — often invoked by Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg and her retired Supreme Court colleague, Sandra Day O’Connor — that a wise old man and a wise old woman would reach the same conclusion when deciding cases.
“I would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experiences would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male who hasn’t lived that life,” said Judge Sotomayor, who is now considered to be near the top of President Obama’s list of potential Supreme Court nominees.
Lewis Morris: With Donald liar-Trump focused on making outrageous statements and stirring controversy, the job of presenting substantive GOP policy positions falls to House Republicans. In two separate recent announcements that are part of the GOP's Better Way Agenda, Speaker Paul Ryano (WI) and Financial Services Committee Chairman Rep. Jeb Hensarling (TX) presented some ideas to undo years of destructive leftist economic policies. Hensarling, speaking at the Economic Club of New York, unveiled a plan to get of rid of the Democrats' 2,300-page Dodd-Frank financial regulatory behemoth in favor of a more market oriented regulatory scheme. "It wasn't deregulation that created the great financial crisis of 2008," Hensarling correctly noted. "It was mostly dumb regulation by the Washington elite." The Dodd-Frank law, named after two Democrats who promptly retired from Congress, passed along party lines and has done far more harm than good since it was signed by Barack nObama in 2010. Has anyone noticed our anemic "recovery" since this law was implemented? Yeah, there's a correlation. Dodd-Frank was the biggest federal overreach into the financial sector since the Great Depression, and it came fresh on the heels of nObamaCare. Democrats told us their financial "reform" was meant to make financial institutions more responsible for their actions — to end "too big to fail" — but in the end it merely created a bubble of protection around government-favored banking institutions, codifying "too big to fail." And it did so by implementing a whole new scheme of fees and costs that were passed along to taxpayers. "The ultimate goal of the Left," Hensarling said, "is to turn our large, money-center banks into the functional equivalent of utilities so that Washington can politically allocate credit." The plan Hensarling presented Tuesday would give financial institutions a "market-based, equity-financed Dodd-Frank off ramp," allowing them to opt out of the regulatory law if they can prove their financial stability. The burden of proof includes a provision that banks hold a 10% leverage ratio, a measure of capital held against total assets that determine the amount of borrowing a bank can do. This is currently higher than banks currently enjoy under Dodd-Frank, and has therefore drawn the ire of some on Wall Street, but the tradeoff is a greater degree of independence from government influence in day-to-day and long-term decision making. Hensarling also pointed out that many community and smaller banks could easily make the leverage threshold, which would stymie Democrats' attempts to essentially nationalize the banking system under a few large "too big to fail" institutions. While Hensarling focused on banks, Ryano turned his focus toward alleviating poverty. Speaking in the DC suburb of Anacostia, Ryano offered some details of the Better Way anti-poverty agenda. The plan seeks to put more control in the hands of state and local jurisdictions, allowing them to administer benefits, measure results on federal programs, and better police waste and fraud. Ryano's announcement was light on details, and it did not include his prior anti-poverty prescriptions like social service block grants or expanding the Earned Income Tax Credit. (And Heritage Foundation poverty expert Robert Rector has a list of ways to improve Ryano's proposal.) This step, instead, was designed to start a conversation to find a new way to combat the problems that years of statist policies have failed to solve. Not only have leftists not solved these problems, they have exacerbated them. In our view, that's been their goal all along — a cynical power grab that also has the benefit of creating dependents who will always vote Democrat. Thus it was no surprise when Democrats shot down Hensarling's and Ryano's proposals without even listening to the details. Any plan that decentralizes power or takes away the federal government's control over banks and taxpayers is, by definition, against "progressive" policy. nObama's oil tax would mean huge tax hike for gasoline

{washingtonexaminer.com} ~ The nObama administration's proposed $10.25 tax on each barrel of crude oil produced in the United States would be one of the biggest tax increases on gasoline in history, a report released Thursday showed... Alaska Republican Sen. Lisa Murkowski, chairwoman of the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee, released a Congressional Research Service report showing historical increases in the federal gasoline tax in an attempt to put the oil tax in perspective. While the tax would be levied on oil companies, economists assume that oil companies would pass on the tax to consumers. The tax could add between 20-25 cents per gallon, and the report shows that one-time increase would be the largest increase in the gas tax since it was passed in 1932...

Back in 2009, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security called conservatives a threat to safety. In a report, it stated that those who oppose abortion and illegal immigration represent a serious domestic terror threat. After presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald liar-Trump reprehensibly justified violence against protesters, the media was awash with fears that conservatives would suddenly lose their minds and begin brandishing pitchforks in search of unlucky transgender individuals.
But, for decades, the only real threat of mob violence has come from the political left.
The left proved this once again this week when rioters in San Jose, California ignored do-nothing police officers and assaulted liar-Trump supporters after his campaign rally. They overran police barriers, punched random rallygoers and egged a woman. They spit on people, burned American flags and generally made a violent nuisance of themselves.
The left reacted by blaming liar-Trump.
First off, let’s point out that while liar-Trump has encouraged his own rallygoers to participate in violence against peaceful protesters, there has never been a pro-liar-Trump mob or riot. Individuals have engaged in bad behavior, but there has never been any mass activity. The same is not true of the political left, which traffics in mob action, from Ferguson, Missouri, to Baltimore, Maryland, to Seattle, Washington, to Occupy Wall Street.
Why? Because when conservatives act badly, they’re condemned by both conservatives and leftists. But when leftists riot, leftists simply blame conservatives for the riots.
That’s what happened in San Jose.
San Jose Mayor Sam Liccardo said, “At some point, Donald liar-Trump needs to take responsibility for the irresponsible behavior of his campaign.” San Jose police Chief Eddie Garcia praised his officers for failing to intervene, saying, “We are not an ‘occupying force’ and cannot reflect the chaotic tactics of protesters.” The San Jose Police Department added that it did not intervene so as to not “further incite the crowd and produce more violent behavior.”
Presumptive Democratic presidential nominee liar-Hilly Clinton blamed liar-Trump, too: “He created an environment in which it seemed to be acceptable for someone running for president to be inciting violence, to be encouraging his supporters. Now we’re seeing people who are against him responding in kind.” The internet blogging service Vox was forced to suspend editor Emmett Rensin after telling people to “start a riot” if liar-Trump sets foot in their town.
liar-Trump may be a gross thug individually, but conservatives are generally uninterested in the sort of thuggish hordes that roam the streets looking for skulls to crack. We don’t like those sorts of folks; we find them an affront to law and order and clean living.
The left has no such compunction. And so long as their leading lights continue to justify such lawlessness in the name of stopping the rhetoric of the right, we’re doomed to more broken eggs, broken noses and broken politics.
In an excellent article today entitled "Trump Vows to Fight Democrat Racism, Sexism", Breitbart News reports that Trump intends to expose Democrats' notorious history of racism and sexism. FINALLY!
But, in the article the writer alludes to the misnamed "civil war" and Abraham Lincoln as stellar examples of Republicans' historical purity on this issue.
In the comments section I entered the following:
"Good article, but PLEASE PLEASE get beyond the prevailing and wholly erroneous revisionist belief that 'ole Abraham Lincoln fought the so-called "civil war", aka War of Northern Aggression or War for Southern Independence, to free the blacks.UNMITIGATED HOGWASH! Like most of his contemporaries in the North, Abe was a shameless white supremacist who tore the country apart for his own political and economic purposes. He ain't no hero of mine, nor should he be to any clear-headed American anywhere.

It seems that some people in America want to have peace with others in Arab countries. What a wonderful world that would be. There is a problem though. Not all or most people in other countries want to assimilate to Western culture. In fact they hate Western culture.
Open your eyes and take a good look at the shirt on this man. This shirt is produced in large quantities and sold on the streets of many Muslim countries in the Middle East. In fact, it is sold in Indonesia, Pakistan and India. They are making these shirts and Muslims are wearing them with pride and remembering the attack in New York on the Twin Towers. The remembrance is not the same as how Americans remember. We remember more than two thousand people dying and the grief we felt.
America gives these countries money in assistance for humanitarian aid at the slightest request. We even help them to open new Mosques.
Why then does racism and offenses to other races and beliefs not seem to apply to the Muslim Race? We are called out not to offend these people at a whim. Does it not matter that these people we are trying so hard not to offend are people who hate us? They cry out, "Death to America!"
Donald Trump is right to stop the immigration of illegal immigrants, at least for a time, when we can determine who they really are.
We are at a crucial point in history where we can lose America. Please, my fellow Americans, unite and vote Trump.

FBI Suspect Claims Democrat Nomination
A weak candidate whose popularity is waning and who might be indicted on federal charges of mishandling classified information took to a New York City stage Tuesday night to announce she is now the presumptive nominee for the Democrat Party. liar-Hilly Clinton claimed the title after she won the primaries for sizable states like California and New Jersey. As if it mattered. The Leftmedia gave the struggling candidate a boost by declaring victory Monday before the voters even headed to the polls Tuesday.
While Socialist Bernie Sanders has yet to concede, liar-Clinton thanked him for "the vigorous debate that we've had" and renewed her attacks on Donald liar-Trump. "[Make America Great Again is code for] let's take America backwards," liar-Clinton jabbed. As if moving "forward" is always better. We should go back to a time when families were intact, Americans made stuff and people knew which bathroom to use without federal government diktats.
Make no mistake: liar-Clinton is a weak candidate. When she was running against a certain first-term senator from Illinois, liar-Clinton received 2,600,000 votes in the California primary of 2008. This primary hasn't exactly shown liar-Clinton's strength, as she received only 1,840,000 votes this time around — a loss of 30%. Furthermore, the Real Clear Politics poll average shows she only has a two-point lead against Donald liar-Trump — essentially neck-in-neck.
liar-Clinton framed the upcoming general election as a fight between a woman who's breaking the glass ceiling and a misogynist man. It's about the only reason left that liar-Clinton can give to try to persuade supporters.

It belongs to generations of women and men who struggled and sacrificed and made this moment possible." liar-Hilly Clinton is the Leftmedia's candidate. This was made clear yet again when they declared her primary victory a day early. But it's also painfully clear when it comes to the liar-Clinton Foundation. As readers of these pages will recall, Bill and liar-Hilly Clinton, supposedly "dead broke" upon leaving the White House in 2001, soon began the liar-Clinton Foundation to do philanthropic work around the world. Or so they said. In reality, of course, it was nothing more than a slush fund for the two to enrich themselves and avoid the inconvenience of paying so much in taxes.
Worse, the former first couple used the Foundation to peddle influence with foreign governments while liar-Hillary was secretary of state. More than a dozen nations secured approval from liar-Clinton's State Department for major arms deals — after donating to the liar-Clinton Foundation. No doubt that was mere coincidence...
Put another way, the nation's top diplomat took money under the table in exchange for favors for other governments and influential people. To say that's not how U.S. foreign policy should work is a gross understatement.
In fact, we believe the liar-Clinton Foundation was a primary consideration for liar-Hilly when she chose to operate a private email server instead of a State Department account. What better way to hide her utterly corrupt money laundering operation?
But is any mainstream media outlet talking about this? Are any reporters asking liar-Hilly about anything other than what it feels like to make history — or "her story" as one outlet put it? No, nothing but softball questions for liar-Clinton. The Holocaust Expropriated Art Recovery (HEAR) Act would set a six-year statute of limitations on claims for Nazi-era stolen art, which would begin upon discovery of the art. Currently, lawyers for people and institutions accused of owning the art have argued that the statute begins when the Nazi-era crime was committed—during World War II. In some states, that statute expires after only a few years.

Referring to his co-sponsors—Texas Republican Senator John Cornyn, who introduced the bill in April; New York Democratic Senator Chuck Schumer; and Connecticut Democratic Senator Richard Blumenthal—Cruz said, “There are many issues on which the sponsors of this legislation...might disagree. But on this issue, I am proud to see bipartisan cooperation, coming together in defense of principles of justice.”
Mirren testified during the hearing about her portrayal of Maria Altmann—a real-life Holocaust survivor who sought her family’s Gustav Klimt painting, Portrait of Adele Bloch-Bauer I, from the Austrian government—in the 2015 film Woman in Gold.
“It’s a terribly sad fact that more than 70 years later, victims of the Holocaust and their families are still contemplating whether to seek restitution for what was stolen from them,” Mirren said. “A lack of a legal assurance that at least they can have their say in court—this discourages them from taking action.”
She continued, “Art restitution is so much more than that, than reclaiming a material good…. It gives Jewish people and other victims of the Nazi terror the opportunity to reclaim their history, their culture, their memories and, most importantly, their families.”
The hearing took place before two Senate subcommittees. Ronald Lauder, the cosmetics billionaire who is president of the World Jewish Congress and chairman of the council of the World Jewish Restitution Organization, also testified, as did art restitution experts from Christie’s auction house and the Commission for Art Recovery and an author who has written about his efforts to recover a family member’s art.
The U.S. government has taken previous steps, some that started as early as 1945, to help recover the estimated 650,000 works of art stolen by the Nazis. As a major turning point, restitution experts point to the 1998 Washington Conference on Holocaust Era Assets, hosted by the U.S. Department of State, which established principles for dealing with restitution claims.
But the principles didn’t go far enough, those same experts say. Nor did the subsequent American Alliance of Museums guidelines and similar conferences in Lithuania in 2000 and the Czech Republic in 2009. Speaking with Newsweek, some of those experts point to institutions increasingly using technical defenses, such as the statute of limitations, to hold on to art.
Raymond Dowd, a lawyer who has represented claimants in several Nazi-era restitution cases, says the bill is an “earth-shattering” and unprecedented step forward. “Museums have worked to shut the courthouse doors to these victims, so this would open the courthouse doors, and it’s extraordinary,” he says.
Lauder was involved in the restitution of Portrait of Adele Bloch-Bauer I, which now hangs in his Neue Galerie in New York City. Speaking with Newsweek earlier this year, Lauder recalled how, as U.S. ambassador to Austria in the 1980s, he visited an abandoned monastery where the Nazis had apparently stashed some items they had looted.
“The pictures had all been stolen, and the frames were left. And I’m saying to myself, ‘Wow, they’re like ghosts,’” he recalled of the artworks. “I began to realize how extremely important this was. Billions of dollars, many, many billions, of works of art still out there.”
The bill must likely now move from the subcommittee to the full Judiciary Committee, and then must be placed on the agenda for a vote.
“We hold that the Second Amendment does not preserve or protect a right of a member of the general public to carry concealed firearms in public.”
Those were the words of Judge William Fletcher, representing the majority opinion of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals yesterday in San Francisco. Words that will surely, and rightfully cause a firestorm of dissension from gun owners across the nation.
With regard to the ruling, and without regard to the 2nd Amendment, the court said that law enforcement can require applicants to show they are in immediate danger or have another good reason for a permit.
Of all the insane, abjectly unconstitutional and pig-headed things…
Law enforcement can REQUIRE anyone who applies for a carry conceal permit to SHOW that they are in…IMMEDIATE…danger or have another good reason…for a permit.
Well allow me to point out the bone-crushingly obvious…
Are people noticing that Donald Trump is breaking all records with voters? Do Americans see that people who never voted are voting for Trump? Have people seen that voters are changing parties, where they must, to vote in a primary for Trump? Do Americans who may not be for Trump, see the rallies? Do they see the crowds of people? I can see it all very clearly.
Why then are some Republicans in high government positions or highly respected by the GOP or RNC, not standing by our front runner? He has far exceeded 1,237 delegates. In fact, he now has 1,542 delegates. His closest rival, Cruz, has 559 delegates but has still not endorsed or supported Trump, even when he has no chance of winning. Trump will win on the first ballot.
It is beyond belief how some 'elites' and Congressmen/women are not seeing that Trump has far exceeded the expectations of what it takes to win in the 'General Election'. No one can possibly take that away from this man, who in a few months, has started 'a movement'. Even Cruz has not offered Trump an olive branch. They are accomplices in destroying their own party.
It is hard to believe that there are Republicans who can 'eat their own' instead of swallowing hard and standing behind a man who has increased the number of Republican voters and made this party stronger than ever before.
Don't get me wrong, I strongly believe that Trump will overcome this evil and he will beat Hillary. Most of Trump's opponents are NWO and they will never change.
Hillary, even with her criminal deeds, will be the Democratic nominee. That's how politics is run.
We have one chance to change how politics in the United States of America is conducted. We must vote for the non-politician and make sure that our borders are safe and that the NWO is not involved in America's future. The man who can do this is Donald J. Trump. There is no other way to change the political system as it is now.
If you really want to see how great America can be, you must vote for Trump.
When the Founders of our young nation realized that the original governing document, the Articles of Confederation, was insufficient, they began the task of creating a better one. Ultimately, during the process of drafting and ratifying the United States Constitution strong sentiment existed for specific rights to be guaranteed to Americans, and the Bill of Rights was created, consisting of the first 10 amendments to the Constitution.
As time passed, the strength of most of those first 10 amendments has been weakened, and some — notably the Second — are under constant attack. As our once-limited national government has grown, the rights and freedoms guaranteed by the Constitution and the Bill of Rights have diminished.
The Bill of Rights guarantees such things as freedom of speech and religion, the keeping and bearing of arms, freedom from unreasonable searches and seizures, and other protections from the natural bent of government toward tyranny.
The several states, which represented the interests and will of their citizens, created the national government, and the Tenth Amendment emphasized that the states had protection from the acquisition of powers by the national government outside the limits set forth in the Constitution.
The Tenth Amendment reads, "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."
To advocate the new Constitution and its structure known as "federalism," James Madison, Alexander Hamilton and John Jay pseudonymously penned a series of essays known as The Federalist Papers. They stressed that under the Constitution's governmental structure, the principle of popular sovereignty would continue, with constitutional protections against the national government trampling on the rights reserved for the states.
As James Madison explained in Federalist No. 45, "The powers delegated by the proposed Constitution to the federal government are few and defined. Those which are to remain in the State governments are numerous and indefinite."
More than 230 years later, however, who can argue that the Tenth Amendment's proscription against a power grab by the federal government has actually been respected?
Arguably, the Environmental Protection Agency is the greatest offender of Tenth Amendment protections, as it writes regulations and rules governing state actions with the force of law that have not been made into law by the Congress.
Or maybe it is the grossly misnamed Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act — nObamaCare — that is a law made by Congress, but shoves Uncle Sam over the edge of the big government cliff. Imagine Washington, Jefferson, Madison and the rest of the Founders agreeing that the national government was allowed someday to impose a health care system on the people of the several states, even if it worked as advertised.
The idea that the federal government has the authority to change the operations of hundreds or thousands of individual insurers and health care providers in 50 different states, each serving its own separate customer base, into a single system controlled by Washington is as anti-Constitution as it gets.
Other areas of Tenth Amendment abuse are same-sex marriage and abortion, both of which originally were state issues, until the Supreme Court found some way to finagle a national interest in them. Until the Roe v. Wade case of 1973, abortion had been a state issue, but the judicial despots on the High Court ruled that bans on abortion were unconstitutional because they discovered a "right to privacy" in the due process clause of the Fourteenth Amendment.
The Constitution also protected state sovereignty by the way Congress was organized. The House of Representatives, frequently referred to as "the people's house," consisted of representatives directly elected by the citizens of the congressional districts. Members of the Senate, on the other hand, were to be elected by the state legislatures, and therefore senators' loyalty was to the government of the state more than to its citizens.
This protection vanished, however, when the Seventeenth Amendment was ratified in 1913, and now the citizens of the states also elect senators, in addition to representatives. Members of the Senate no longer have any special reason to protect the interests of the sovereignty of the state they represent, and that shifts the governing balance between the states and the federal government toward the federal government.
The result often is that federal mandates, about which the states themselves have little recourse, not only can and do intrude on state sovereignty, but force states to pay for their implementation, as well.
Some people think these changes are just fine, such as those who have bought into the scare tactics of the climate change catastrophe gang, those who support abortion on demand and same-sex marriage, and those who generally like big government and have never stopped to think how miserable they may be in the future if this big-government mania isn't stopped.
There is some good news: States are fighting back against federal overreach. Twenty-four states filed a lawsuit asking a federal court to strike down the EPA's new source performance standards that effectively prohibit the construction of new coal-fired power plants. And 11 states are fighting the nObama administration's transgender mandates.
If the courts do not support restoration of state sovereignty in these and other issues, the states will have no other choice but to refuse to follow intrusive federal measures. Given the money at play, however, that's not likely to happen as often as it should.
Thomas Jefferson once explained the critical importance of this issue: "I consider the foundation of the Constitution as laid on this ground that 'all powers not delegated to the United States, by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states or to the people.' To take a single step beyond the boundaries thus specially drawn around the powers of Congress, is to take possession of a boundless field of power, not longer susceptible of any definition." The Old Generals' Old Plan

{truthrevolt.org) ~ The Israeli left is a one-trick pony. As it sees things, all of Israel’s problems – with the Palestinians, with the Arab world, with Europe and with the American Left – can be solved by giving up Judea and Samaria and half of Jerusalem along with Gaza which we gave up already.
Once Israel does this, the Left insists, then the Palestinians, the Arab world, Europe and Bernie Sanders voters will love us as they’ve never loved us before.
The events of the past quarter century have shown the Left’s position to be entirely wrong. Every time Israel has given the Palestinians land, it has become less secure. The Arabs have become more hostile.
The West has become more hostile. The Palestinians have expanded their demands.
Because of their negative experience with the Left’s policy, most Israelis reject it. This is why the Right keeps winning elections.
Given the failure of its plan, the Left could have been expected to abandon it and strike out on a different course. But it didn’t. Instead it has tried to hide its continued allegiance to its failed withdrawal strategy by pretending it is something else.
A central component of the Left’s concealment strategy is its use of former generals.
Over the past quarter century, and particularly since the Palestinians began demonstrating in 2000 that they have no interest in a state living side by side with Israel, the Left has carted out retired generals at regular intervals to proclaim that continued allegiance to the Left’s failed policy of withdrawal is not irrational.
Every couple of years, a new initiative of former generals – often funded by the EU – is published.
Each in turn uses whatever the popular memes of the day may be to repackage their call for withdrawal from Judea and Samaria and the partition of Jerusalem.
The media, itself dominated by the Left, backs these initiatives. The retired war heroes are paraded before the cameras and presented to the public as responsible adults who have grudgingly entered the political fray, despite their aversion to it, because of their patriotism. Just as they heeded the call of duty and led forces in wars of earlier generations, so today, we are told, they heed the call again, in yet another last-ditch effort to save the country.
Just in time for Avigdor Liberman’s swearing in as defense minister, a new group of old generals released a new version of their old, discredited plan.
A group calling itself “Commanders for Israeli Security” has mobilized an impressive roster of 214 generals that have signed on to a new position paper called “Security First: Changing the rules of the game, a plan to improve Israel’s security-diplomatic position.”
The group has a great website replete with a highend web commercial that has been flooding social media feeds for the past several days. The ad shows a person ripping up a “Peace Now” bumper sticker and replacing it with a call for “Security now, peace later.”
Their plan, the ad proclaims, will improve Israel’s security, strengthen its international position, repair the cleavages in Israeli society and set the conditions for future negotiations with the Palestinians.
Unfortunately, like every leftist plan to date, if the generals get their way and the government takes their advice, the results will be precisely the opposite of what they promise. As has been the case with every other well-packaged withdrawal plan, Israel’s security will be harmed. Our international position will be wrecked. Bernie Sanders voters along with the Europeans will expand their devotion to bashing Israel. And the Sunni Arab states that now flock to us will again abandon us.
The generals’ new package involves opening their plan with a hawkish call for continued Israeli security control over Judea and Samaria, until the Palestinians decide to make peace with us.
But as we soon see, that was just throat clearing.
Having established their sober-mindedness, the generals turn to the Left’s unchanging fantasy.
They call for the government to formally relinquish Israel’s sovereign rights over the vast majority of Judea and Samaria and eastern Jerusalem.
They call for the government to permanently stop respecting the property rights of Jews in the areas of Judea and Samaria outside of the security perimeter.
The more than one hundred thousand Jews who live in those areas, they insist, must be denied all right to property, save the right to sell whatever they now own.
They must not be allowed to build anything – no new houses; no new communities; no new infrastructure.
As for the communities inside the perimeter, the generals insist that those should be permitted to continue respecting Jewish property rights, within limits, albeit. For instance, those communities must not be permitted to expand beyond their current construction boundaries. In other words, Jews can build up, but not out.
Jerusalem, which they believe should never have been unified in 1967, should be effectively partitioned.
The generals call for the municipal government to stop administering the city as a unified mixed Jewish and Arab city. Instead, they say, the city should set up a separate governing authority for Arab neighborhoods in eastern, northern and southern Jerusalem. That separate authority should be responsible for all planning and zoning activities in Arab neighborhoods as well as the education system and every other aspect of the daily lives of the Arabs of the city.
Gaza, which has been operating as a Hamas state since 2007, is also brought in from the cold. The generals call for the government to continue to supply Gaza with everything that Hamas demands – water, electricity, employment in Israel, a Hamas-controlled port. They even call for Israel to allow Europe to pay the salaries of Hamas terrorists.
Moreover, the generals recommend that the government announce that Gaza, Judea and Samaria and partitioned Jerusalem are one political entity, despite the fact that they aren’t.
The generals insist that by taking these steps, Israel will prove its devotion to peace and keep the dream of a Palestinian state alive. As a consequence, they say, the Palestinians will be happy and stop trying to murder Israelis. The Arab world will line up to sign peace treaties with Israel. Europe along with Bernie Sanders’ voters will bury the hatchet and embrace Israel.
The problem with the generals’ newest plan and the ones its replaces is that they all ignore basic facts.
There is no Palestinian constituency for peace with Israel. The more Israel offers the Palestinians, the less interested they are in settling.
By announcing that Israel renounces its claims to Judea, Samaria and Jerusalem, and treating the Jews east of the 1949 cease-fire lines as second class citizens, the generals will not only widen Israel’s social cleavages. They will tell the Palestinians that they are right to feel contempt for us. The worse they behave, the more we will offer them. The more Jews they murder, the more the Jews will turn against one another.
As for improving Israel’s international position, it is hard to understand why the generals refuse to learn the lessons of the Gaza withdrawal. Despite the fact that Israel uprooted 24 Jewish communities in Gaza and northern Samaria, and removed its military forces from the area, without exception, the international community insists that Israel still “occupies” Gaza. How can the generals expect the world to act more fairly towards a more limited withdrawal plan from Judea and Samaria and Jerusalem? As for Gaza, Operation Protective Edge brought out into the open the fact that Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE and other Arab states support Israel in its war against Hamas. They do so because they fear Islamic State and Iran more than they hate Israel, whose power they trust.
If Israel announces its intention of leaving Judea and Samaria, which the Arabs know will become a Hamas enclave faster than Gaza did, the Arab faith in Israel’s power will diminish. As a consequence, if Israel follows the generals’ advice our relations with the Sunnis will worsen, not improve.
It is a tragedy for Israel that the generals have allowed the Left to use them in this way. Their role in perpetuating Israel’s destructive adherence to the devastating two-state policy model diminishes their past contributions and endangers Israel’s future.
