“Wisely, therefore, do they consider union and a good national government as necessary to put and keep them in such a situation as, instead of inviting war, will tend to repress and discourage it. That situation consists in the best possible state of defense, and necessarily depends on the government, the arms, and the resources of the country.” –John Jay, Federalist No. 4, 1787

Yep, Bergdahl Deserted

Bowe Bergdahl, the Army Pfc. taken “captive” by the Taliban but freed in exchange for five Taliban Gitmo detainees, will be charged with desertion. Bergdahl deserted his post in 2009 under cover of darkness, carrying with him a knife, a compass, a camera, a diary and some water. Shortly thereafter, he was “captured” by the Taliban, though the Pentagon never classified him as a POW. At least six Americans lost their lives searching for him. Barack Obama insisted then, “Regardless of the circumstances … we still get an American soldier back if he’s held in captivity. Period.” He rightly took it on the chin for the foolish exchange and his stubbornness, and the news of the charges, which come after a months-long investigation, is no surprise. On the other hand, one might be surprised the whole thing wasn’t swept under the rug preciselybecause it’s such an embarrassment for the commander in chief. The administration defended the swap earnestly at the time, with National Security Advisor Susan Rice insisting Bergdahl served “with honor and distinction.” It’s even more obvious now that he didn’t. But the important thing for Obama was never bringing one of our boys home; it was emptying Guantanamo Bay. If he has to, as he put it, “whittle away” one prisoner swap at a time, so be it. Oh, and the released Taliban commanders are eager to rejoin the battlefield when their year in Qatar is up. But not to worry; State Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki says, “Was it worth it? Absolutely.”

Meanwhile, everyone knows Bergdahl’s name. But how many know the names of the six men who died looking for him? Their names are Pfc. Matthew Michael Martinek, Staff Sgt. Kurt Robert Curtiss, Staff Sgt. Clayton Bowen, Pfc. Morris Walker, Staff Sgt. Michael Chance Murphrey and Second Lt. Darryn Andrews.

Saudi Arabia Bombed Yemen and It Can Get Worse

Yemen’s president is in hiding. Classified files from the U.S. Drone program have been seized and handed to Iran. Yemen lies in shambles as al-Qaida, ISIL and rebel groups aligned with Iran wage war. In response, Saudi Arabia pounded its southern neighbor, Yemen, through the night with 100 jets in an effort to loosen the hold the Iranian-backed Houthi rebels have on the country. It’s a move that could spark a proxy war split along sectarian lines. Ten countries supported Saudi Arabia in its campaign, with some like Egypt pledging naval and troop support. The United States also provided intelligence to the Royal Saudi Air Force. But Javid Zarif, Iran’s foreign minister, paused in negotiating with the U.S. over the nuclear deal to state, “The Saudi-led air strikes should stop immediately and it is against Yemen’s sovereignty. We will make all efforts to control crisis in Yemen.” Of all the failed states in the Middle East, Yemen may prove to be the worst, as several nations are pledging military action. And where’s Obama? He’s a butterfly flittering through a hurricane. He still thinks Yemen is a model for U.S. foreign policy success.More…

U.S. Airpower to Support Iranian Forces in ISIL Fight

In Middle East diplomacy, the United States is working seemingly with two different Irans. Sure, there’s the Iran that is backing Houthi rebels in Yemen, that chants “death to America.” But then there’s the Iran that sent troops to fight ISIL in Iraq, and with which the United States is working. Recently, the U.S. military has directed its air power to the Iraqi city of Tikrit, where the Iraqi Army and the Iranian military have stalled in their offensive against ISIL positions. It requires some sort of coordination with Iran, even if only means Iraqi soldiers telling U.S. intelligence where Iranian soldiers are positioned. National Review’s Jim Geraghty wrote this morning, “So we’re offering logistical help to our allies to help them fight Iranian proxies… while we’re helping Iranian forces in Iraq against ISIS… while we’re attempting to reach agreement with the Iranians on their nuclear ambitions.” That pretty much sums up Barack Obama’s foreign policy bungle. The New York Times suggests this arrangement is yet another effort to gain influence with the Iraqi military over Iran’s jockeying. There’s only one Iran with one vision for how its relationship with the United States will develop. The Obama administration better figure out what Iran wants before it gets burned. More…

ObamaCare, Year Five: ‘It’s Working’?

Five years after ObamaCare became the “law of the land,” as Democrats like to remind us, Barack Obama says it’s running smoothly. “This law is saving money for families and for businesses. This law is also saving lives. It’s working, despite countless attempts to repeal, undermine, defund and defame this law,” Obama boasted Wednesday. “It’s not the ‘job-killer’ that critics have warned about for five years.” That is unless you’re one of the millions of people who are being given less work because of the health care law. According to a report in the Washington Examiner, “A new survey by the Society of Human Resource Management released Tuesday found about 14 percent of businesses have reduced part-time hours and another 6 percent plan to do so.” That figure will only rise as employers will be forced to offer insurance to a greater percentage of workers over the coming years. But no matter, a haughty Obama sneered: “We have been promised a lot of things in the past five years that didn’t turn out to be the case – death panels, doom, a serious alternative from Republicans in Congress.” Just because the law hasn’t yet imploded says absolutely nothing about its long-term sustainability. Indeed, it’s like watching a train wreck in slow motion. And Republicans have offered alternatives; the problem is that Democrats treat free-market solutions as a joke. Obama also added, “It’s not the fiscal disaster critics warned about for five years.” Actually, the Congressional Budget Office lowered projected cost estimates because overall enrollment was less than projected. Just a minor caveat.

Bob Costas Resumes Assault on Second Amendment, Framers

Bob Costas, the longtime sportscaster turned outspoken gun control advocate, visited with HBO’s Bill Maher where he inevitably resumed his assault on the Second Amendment and took a shot at America’s Founders. Recalling last year’s domestic violence dispute involving pro football player Greg Hardy, Costas exclaimed, “He threw [his girlfriend] on a couch with loaded shotguns and assault weapons on the couch,” as if the mere presence of firearms made Hardy do it. “Now, is this what the Founding Fathers had in mind?” he continued. “That Greg Hardy should be armed to the teeth? That private citizens should be able to purchase cop-killer, armor-piercing bullets? That you should be able to have an AK-47? I mean, carry it to its logical conclusion: If you’re fearful of a tyrannical government taking away your rights as a citizen, then you oughta have a bazooka. You oughta have a tank. You oughta be able to have nuclear weapons if you can get them before ISIS can get their hands on them.” Now, to his credit, Costas did lash out against political correctness, even among fellow liberals – right after his politically correct attack on the Second Amendment. We’re all entitled to our own opinions, of course. But when it comes to voicing those views on public platforms, leftists have the benefit of avoiding censorship.

U.S., Israel and Iran: Three’s a Crowd

2015-03-26-10984202_large.jpg

As if meddling in Israel’s elections with an aim to oust Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu wasn’t enough for Barack Obama, in the wake of Netanyahu’s win – and Obama’s loss – the White House has accused Israel of spying on U.S.-Iran nuclear talks. The Wall Street Journal reportedthis week that current and former U.S. officials claim the spying was part of a larger effort by Netanyahu to gather information on the negotiations in order to build a case against the deal.

Ever the sore loser, Obama, while sidling up to Iran, is apparently hoping to paint our closest ally in the Middle East as the enemy. Ironically, the U.S. learned of this purported spying – wait for it – by spying on Israel. That’s right. The Journal reports, “The White House discovered the operation, in fact, when U.S. intelligence agencies spying on Israel intercepted communications among Israeli officials that carried details the U.S. believed could have come only from access to the confidential talks, officials briefed on the matter said.”

The truth, though, as political analyst Charles Krauthammer points out, is that “the Israelis could easily have gotten it from eavesdropping on the Iranians, and might have gotten it openly from the French, who are in the talks and are quite dismayed by how much Obama and the White House have given away in these negotiations.”

For its part, Israel has denied spying on the U.S., and given Obama’s well-documented penchant for lies, one more added to the mix would hardly be a surprise.

Despite Obama’s huff and bluster, it appears he’s less concerned with spying and more ruffled that Israel might have shared information on the negotiations with Congress. As one senior U.S. official said, “It is one thing for the U.S. and Israel to spy on each other. It is another thing for Israel to steal U.S. secrets and play them back to U.S. legislators to undermine U.S. diplomacy.” Yes, this must be bad for The Most Transparent Administration in History%trade;, which would rather keep Congress in the dark when it comes to negotiating a nuclear deal with a nation whose leader repeatedly says, “Death to America.” Whatever would make us think Congress should be made aware?

And about that Iranian chant, CNN White House correspondent Jim Acosta confronted the administration earlier this week, asking Obama press secretary Josh Earnest why his boss trusts Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, who as recently as this past weekend said in a public address, “Death to America.” Earnest ridiculously responded that this is the exact reason negotiations are needed to secure a commitment from Iran to stop the nation from getting nuclear weapons. Of course, this administration would do well to remember just how little “commitments” mean to Iran.

But it doesn’t end there. According to National Journal’s Josh Kraushaar, the White House went on to justify Khamenei’s statement by saying it was “intended for a domestic political audience.” Thank goodness. We thought it was intended for a nation intent on developing nuclear weapons.

Obama’s determination to alienate Israel and equal intent to coddle Iranian terrorists is disturbing to say the least and reveals where his allegiance truly lies. So irate is he over Netanyahu’s re-election and so determined to appease the Iranians that he is not only justifying cheers for America’s demise and threatening to end U.S. support for Israel at the United Nations but also adopting Palestinian talking points regarding Israel. On Monday, White House Chief of Staff Denis McDonough claimed in a speech to the left-leaning J-Street, an anti-Israel Jewish lobbying group, that “an occupation that has lasted for almost 50 years must end.” That the administration would parrot Palestinian claims against Israel – claims emanating from the same source that regularly launches rockets against Israel – is without excuse.

Many have questioned whose side Obama is on, but the time for questioning is far past. By demonstrating his utter disdain for America’s closest and most faithful ally in the Middle East, Obama has made his loyalties clear. It’s now up to Congress and the American people to prevent 2015 from marking the year America turned its back on Israel – and the world.

Imperfect Reform at the VA

2015-03-26-e6757e55_large.jpgRecovering at a Tampa VA hospital

It’s barely a year since Congress passed legislation to reform the Department of Veterans Affairs, and already we see just how imperfect that reform actually was. The Senate’s Committee on Veterans' Affairs met with deputy VA Deputy Secretary Sloan Gibson this to iron out reforms. One reform would allow veterans to seek private medical care if they live a certain distance from a VA care facility through the Choice Card program.

A 2014 law stipulates veterans who live 40 miles as the crow flies from a VA clinic of any kind cannot seek private help. They have to go to the government-run clinic.

After the hearing, the department and the committee announced that it has smoothed over the discrepancy. The VA said it would educate veterans about the Choice Card program, and that veterans can seek private medical attention – paid for by the VA – if they have to travel more than 40 miles to get to a VA clinic that handles the procedures they need.

But while this minor speed bump has been leveled, a whole crop of new scandals has risen up in the department.

The VA faces the ire of the chairman of the House Veterans' Committee because it squandered funds rebuilding the Denver VA Hospital. Budgeted at $328 million, the lone hospital ballooned to over $2.73 billion with no end in sight to the project.

Oh sure, on the surface everything looks peachy. Barack Obama announced the formation of an advisory committee to study the department and suggest reforms. Another day, another study committee is thrown at another government problem.

House Committee on Veterans' Affairs Chairman Jeff Miller (R-FL) said in a statement, “I’m concerned the administration’s decision to convene an advisory committee composed of outside experts to help improve VA services is a duplicative step that misses the mark. The Veterans Access, Choice and Accountability Act, which the president signed last August, already mandates two top-to-bottom reviews of VA’s health care system.”

And the agency’s inspector general is set to lay into the Philadelphia VA Hospital. According toThe Washington Times, the IG will release a report in the coming months accusing the hospital of things like unprocessed claims in its pension management center.

This is what it’s like to reform a large government agency – even after an administration change that vowed to hand out pink slips like confetti. And the 40-mile rule, while it’s about the closest we can probably get to a free market at the bureaucracy, it’s a Band-Aid atop a Band-Aid. How many do we have to apply before we call the whole department fixed?

The nation has a responsibility to take care of veterans injured in her wars – that’s just. Even going back to the Revolutionary War, the Continental Congress promised pensions for Patriots who took up arms against the British and were wounded on the battlefield.

But for as long as veterans have returned from the battlefield, inflicted with wounds from Minie Balls to Agent Orange to PSTD, corruption and bureaucracy have tainted the nation’s care for them. CNN reports that because the states were responsible for paying out pensions after the Revolutionary War, only a few thousand veterans got paid.

When the VA was first created by consolidating several government programs – through a Herbert Hoover executive order in 1930 – it was already festering and the scandals only multiplied as the government expanded.

A decade earlier, after Warren Harding created the Veterans' Bureau, he appointed Charles Forbes, a friend of his who used every corruption trick in the book to wring money from the fledgling organization, from taking bribes to snatching up land where the VA wanted to build hospitals. Forbes, unlike bureaucrats today, ended up serving time in jail.

Today, everybody is riding the cash cow. Senate Veterans' Affairs Committee Chairman Johnny Isakson (R-GA) said in a statement after the 40-mile rule was ironed out, “The Senate VA Committee’s job, and the members of the Senate’s job, is to get more money if we need to; it is not to make excuses as to why we can’t do things for our veterans.”

And veterans expect the government to keep its promises, even if it’s swimming in corruption and waste. Roscoe Butler, deputy director for health care at The American Legion, told the committee, “The American Legion still strongly believes the VA is the best method for delivering care to veterans. However, we also recognize there are constraints VA must overcome, such as geography and workload that sometimes make this difficult.”

Gee, why couldn’t the private health care system also deliver care whenever and wherever the veterans need it?

Enough of this. It’s time to stop pretending that the VA health care system can ever work. Abolish the whole thing. Sell the hospitals and the Community-Based Outpatient Clinics. Put the money into an endowment for the men and women coming back from war and let them choose when and where they receive care.

Back when the wait-time scandal was still boiling, Mark Alexander wrote, “The VA is a case study in failed government health care delivery – there is no effective way to implement accountability in these huge government bureaucracies. … [T]he VA case study has significant implications for the future of ObamaCare and the Democrats' ultimate goal of central government managed distribution and delivery of health care services across our nation.”

It is time for the VA to step aside from providing health care to veterans. Think of it this way: Do we really think a bloated bureaucracy is the best way to serve American Patriots?

OPINION IN BRIEF

French lawyer Montesquieu (1689-1755): “Republics end through luxury; monarchies through poverty”

Historian Victor Davis Hanson: “If Obama somehow manages to scare the Iranians into a treaty, he surely will not credit the senators for allowing him the leverage to play good cop to Sen. Cotton’s bad cop. More likely, the Munich-like agreement will fail in the face of outrageous Iranian demands and an even more outraged American public. When it does, Obama will then blame Cotton and his Republican colleagues for undermining his doomed efforts. Such scapegoating is now old hat for Obama, who has blamed factors ranging from George W. Bush to tsunamis for his foreign policy and domestic failures. Republicans, Democrats and all Americans should thank Cotton for reminding the Iranians that under the U.S. Constitution, the Senate must ratify treaties with foreign powers. Cotton will get no credit if the Iranians get worried over his letter, relent and offer needed concessions. But Cotton will endure plenty of blame if Iranian negotiators walk away in fury because a skeptical U.S. Senate would have to approve any sweetheart deal that they pulled over on Obama. In other words, Cotton is not a blunderer – he is a classic lose/lose tragic hero.”

Columnist Cal Thomas: “Here’s some advice, not only for [Sen. Ted] Cruz, but for the other would-be candidates: Instead of nonstop attacks on President Obama, adopt a positive and future-oriented agenda. Cruz and the other candidates can start by considering some uplifting new videos created by Bob Woodson, president of the Center for Neighborhood Enterprise and Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI.), who recently accompanied Woodson on a tour of some of America’s poverty pockets. They spoke with people once considered beyond redemption, but who have turned their lives around. The result is a just released seven-part online video series called ‘Comeback.’ The series highlights stories about drug addicts, alcoholics, abusers, gamblers, prostitutes and others, who with inspiration, motivation and perspiration are now inspiring others to pull themselves up and out of dire circumstances without help from the government. … Focusing on what works is better than ideological bomb-throwing, as even Hillary Clinton suggested in recent remarks. Woodson and Ryan have created something that could shift the political debate for 2016, if Cruz and the other candidates listen and get the attention of those voters who are disgusted with a dysfunctional and costly federal government.”

Oh My...Mullah Obama Seems Miffed

By Craig Andresen – The National Patriot and Right Side Patriots on cprworldwidemedia.net

And SO now we know some very important information regarding Netanyahu’s speech esp-1.jpg?width=251before the joint session of congress.

He was spot on correct in his assessment of the ‘deal’ Obama has been humping for with Iran and the Obama regime has ADMITTED it.

According to the Obama regime…Israel listened in on the secret meetings. They SPIED and they spoke with confidential informants to garner even MORE information regarding those talks. Damn good for Israel.

According to sources, it wasn’t the spying that pissed off the Obama regime…no…it was that Netahyahu delivered a good bit OF that information to congress. THAT’S what has the dictator in a tizzy because the info delivered by Bibi didn’t match up with the information delivered by Obama to members of congress.

Said one senior Obama regime official…“It is one thing for the US and Israel to spy on each other. It is another thing for Israel to steal US secrets and play them back to US legislators to undermine US diplomacy.”

For their part, Israel denies they engaged in any such spying saying, “These allegations are utterly false. The state of Israel does not conduct espionage against the United States or Israel’s other allies.”

Doesn’t mean they didn’t poke around a bit…or a lot…to get the needed information and after all…the Obama regime DID spy on Israel so…

2016 GOP POWER INDEX: CRUZ CRACKS TOP TIER
It’s not that Ted Cruz surprised anyone with his presidential announcement. But where and how he is going about it means that all those on the right looking to be the main rival to conservative frontrunner Scott Walker got a rough wakeup call today. Cruz, with enormous name identification and a network built during his siege war with the Republican congressional leadership, is starting out with an unsparingly conservative message and doing so at the nation’s largest Christian college, Liberty University. Cruz’s early and unflinching entrance is seriously bad news for those hoping to ride enthusiasm from one part of the right – social conservatives, constitutional fundamentalists, firearm-rights enthusiasts, etc. While others are looking to build a movement to knock off Walker and win the chance to face establishment pick Jeb Bush in the GOP finals, Cruz already built his movement.
While Sen. Rand Paul, Ben Carson, former Gov. Mike Huckabee, former Sen. Rick Santorum and Gov. Bobby Jindal won’t see their core support vanish overnight, they will have increasing difficulty getting past Cruz and his message of “courageous conservatism.” He has all the scars to show for his battles with GOP moderates. His name, in fact, has become shorthand for the kind of Republicanism found odious by many in the Acela Corridor. Being the man most hated by the Republican establishment will go a long, long way with voters who hate the establishment. The question is whether Cruz can solidify his expected role quickly enough to turn his attacks on Walker. For Cruz to make it into the final showdown with Bush, he will need to reserve all his energies for toppling Walker and not spend too much time dickering with other right-wing candidates over doctrinal purity.
If Cruz is indeed to become Walker’s chief tormenter, the biggest beneficiary would have to be Bush. The former Florida governor doesn’t need to worry about answering charges from Cruz (yet, anyway) and if Walker is pushed to express even more stringently conservative positions, Bush would have an easier time of branding him a general election liability. For the establishment frontrunner, the rule remains the same: The more fighting on the right, the better. And the fire that Cruz is lighting today will burn for some time to come.  -Fox News

Jeb-ernaut: Establishment favorite looks to lock down home turf      NYT: “The political apparatus surrounding former Gov. Jeb Bush, determined to avoid embarrassment in a state that has vexed his party and family in national elections, is plotting a vast operation aimed at turning Florida into a bulwark for his presidential campaign, according to dozens of interviews. The plan, code-named ‘Homeland Security,’ seeks to try to neutralize two potentially grave but homegrown threats to Mr. Bush’s long-anticipated run for president: the likely challenge from a charismatic young Republican senator from Miami, Marco Rubio, who is expected to seek the Republican nomination himself, and a demographic drift within Florida that could doom Mr. Bush there in a fall campaign against a Democrat…In what advisers said could amount to a $50 million undertaking by Election Day…”

As they see it, he’s a fighter, tenacious and decisive. He fought the unions again and again, and he won each time. They see the 47-year-old governor as a truth-teller, a pure conservative and an energetic, fresh face, as the future…They want to rally behind someone they can relate to, and, importantly, who they think can take the fight to Hilly Rodham Clinton, the Democratic heavyweight, and win. Scott Walker, without mentioning him by name, for adjusting his positions to curry favor with early state voters. ‘We need to make sure that we make our party bigger and broader than it’s been before,’ Christie told a sunset gathering of about 250 donors who have given more than $15,000, and as much as $330,000, to the GOP. ‘And that’s not about pandering, it’s not about flip-flopping on issues’…”
Carly Fiorina is in Texas today for a speech and some politicking. At a meeting organized by her political action committee, Fiorina said she wasn’t running to be vice president but would be in the race to win it. She told supporters, “so far, all systems are ‘go.’”

WH announces pause in US troop drawdown from Afghanistan
(foxnews.com) - President nObama announced Tuesday that the U.S. will keep nearly 10,000 troops in Afghanistan through the end of the year, hitting pause on the scheduled drawdown after Afghan President Ashraf Ghani voiced security concerns...The president, saying Afghanistan remains a "dangerous place," announced the move in a joint press conference with Ghani. The two met earlier in the Oval Office, during Ghani's first White House visit since being elected president of the war-torn country. nObama stressed that his goal of finishing the drawdown by the end of his term has not changed, but said hitting pause this year is "well worth it," as the spring fighting season approaches. Nice going nObama, now our enemies can wait also.      http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2015/03/24/white-house-announces-pause-in-us-troop-drawdown-from-afghanistan/

Bibi's Strategist: nObama Meddled More Than You Know
(Israel National News) - John McLaughlin, the Republican strategist hired by Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu in his successful reelection campaign, warned Sunday that US President Barack nObama went further than has been reported in meddling with Israel's democracy... "What was not well reported in the American media is that President nObama and his allies were playing in the election to defeat Prime Minister Netanyahu," McLaughlin explained. He elaborated, noting "there was money moving that included taxpayer US dollars, through non-profit organizations. And there were various liberal groups in the United States that were raising millions to fund a campaign called V15 against Prime Minister Netanyahu."       http://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/193029#.VRG95Zt02vH

(Mark Langfan) - It is warmly comfortable to lazily scan the Hamas-Hezbollah-Syria-Iran-Iraqi Insurgency Axis as a disparate and discrete group of political/terrorist movements.  For to otherwise view the insidious amalgam as a single coherent military and political machine would be to admit to an unthinkable and dark reality...that there currently exists a waxing nuclear capable Fourth Reichastan which is about to devastate and lay waste to the Judeo- Sunni-Christian-Buddhist-Hindu world.  Such a conclusion would tear the false veneer that now exists which isolates the Iraqi, Hamas and Hezbollah insurgencies from each other and from Syria’s and Iran’s vital military and sovereign support of both.  The grim reality is that the Hamas/Hezbollah Israel War and the Iranian backed component of the Iraqi insurgency are two sides of the same coin that has as its fount the growing Iranian Fourth Reichastan Axis against America and the world.

nObama Using Netanyahu Spat to Divert Attention From Iran Talks?
(israeltoday.co.il) - The over-the-top nature of US President Barack nObama’s negative response to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s reelection has taken many by surprise, even after years of tense relations...An ex-Israeli ambassador to the US accused nObama of acting “childish,” and a senior US senator said the president needed to get over his “temper tantrum.” But far from being a spontaneous juvenile backlash, nObama’s behavior just might be a very calculated effort to divert attention from the details of Iranian nuclear talks that very few outside of the White House find acceptable.       http://www.israeltoday.co.il/NewsItem/tabid/178/nid/26309/Default.aspx?utm_source=news&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=No-sidebar-news-1&utm_content=1687

France, Saudi Arabia Also Still Oppose Iran Nuke Deal
(israeltoday.co.il) - Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s recent controversial appearance before the US Congress has made it easy for the nObama Administration to portray Israel as the sole obstacle to a negotiated solution to the Iran nuclear crisis...But that simply isn’t the case. Both France and Saudi Arabia this week reiterated that they, too, are displeased with the direction in which Washington has steered negotiations with Iran, and fear the resulting agreement would be more harmful than helpful.       http://www.israeltoday.co.il/NewsItem/tabid/178/nid/26308/Default.aspx?utm_source=news&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=No-sidebar-news-1&utm_content=1687

Iran is being treated as if they have equal moral weight on the world scale...We are giving Iran bullets as they press an empty gun against our temple, and hoping they’ll be nice. Stephen King wrote that “the trust of the innocent is the liar’s most useful tool.” I would amend that slightly. The trust of the fool is the liar’s most useful tool. We are negotiating the terms of our own destruction.  Hey, Hilly, It’s No Laughing Matter
(Frank Salvato) - During Hilly Clinton’s speech to reporters and analysts attending the Toner Prize journalism awards ceremony in Washington, DC, Mrs. Clinton employed variants of two classic Alinsky narrative manipulation tactics...in targeting herself for ridicule over her use of a private email server and address during her time as Secretary of State. The use of her private server and email address allowed her to reverse the hierarchy of authority where the designation of government information is concerned. The use of the Alinsky tactics is meant to move the media on from this very damaging reality. Self-deprecating humor is a potent tool in a politician’s public relations toolbox, especially if the politician is trying to save face in an embarrassing situation. But targeting a damaging scandal with disarming ridicule is a tactic of manipulation to divert seriousness away from a point of vulnerability. Mrs. Clinton’s inclusion of the email scandal – which directly threatens her chances of becoming President of the United States – is purposeful and deliberate.       http://noisyroom.net/blog/2015/03/24/hey-hillary-its-no-laughing-matter/?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+Noisyroomnet+%28NoisyRoom.net%29

US Abandons Israel at United Nations Human Rights Council
(pamelageller.com) - For the first time in modern Israel’s history, the United States has abandoned our ally at the notoriously antisemitic United Nations. This is a new reality, unlike anything that has come before. Nothing good can come from America abandoning her closest allies, especially now when the world is embroiled in jihad wars across the world. It’s like cutting off your lungs to spite your breath.  ISIS in Yemen: Fueling the sectarian fire
(Alexis Knutsen) - The Islamic State in Iraq and al Sham (ISIS) carried out five suicide bombings in Yemen today. The attacks are the first by ISIS in Yemen, and ISIS’s targeting of Zaydi Shia mosques will fundamentally change political and security dynamics...The Yemeni state is already fragmenting. Yemeni President Abdu Rabbu Mansour Hadi, who resigned in protest in January, is establishing a rival government in the south to challenge the authority of the one now under Iranian-backed al Houthi control in the capital, Sana’a. The al Houthi-Hadi conflict remained largely a political one until fighter jets bombed Hadi’s residence on March 19. There is now a multi-faceted conflict in Yemen that also includes al Qaeda’s affiliate, al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP), which is fighting both the al Houthis and the Yemeni security forces.  nObama furious Israel found out Iran nuke deal secrets, Told Congress
(William A. Jacobson) - The nObama administration has vented its fury at Israel based on Benjamin Netanyahu’s speech to Congress, and pre-election statements. Now The Wall Street Journal reveals the back story — one in which the Israelis found out about secret negotiations and secret details concealed from Congress, and told Congress...Now the administration is promising long-term damage to Israel that will last beyond this administration. It also becomes obvious that the meme that Netanyahu has been acting to help his reelection is wrong. There is a long history of Israel trying to stop a disastrous deal being negotiated in secret. Netanyahu’s opposition has been based on security concerns for years, not the recent election. The Wall Street Journal’s article is titled Israel Spied on Iran Talks. That title, however, is not really the story. The story is that Israel learned not only that nObama was hiding secret Iran nuclear negotiations from Israel, but also later found out details that Israel shared with Congress.        http://legalinsurrection.com/2015/03/obama-furious-israel-found-out-iran-nuke-deal-secrets-and-told-congress/?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+LegalInsurrection+%28Le%C2%B7gal+In%C2%B7sur%C2%B7rec%C2%B7tion%29

The Big, Fat
“American Worker Recruitment First” Lie of H-1B\
Michelle Malkin
h1-bs

(freedomsback.com) - You’ve heard it from Big Government lobbyists. You’ve heard it from Big Business lackeys in both political parties. And you’ve heard it from journalists, pundits and think-tankers ad nauseam:

The H-1B foreign guest worker program, they claim, requires American employers to first show that they searched for and tried to recruit American workers before tapping an ever-growing government-rigged pipeline of cheap foreign workers.

The foot soldiers of the open-borders brigade are lying, deluded, ignorant or bought-off.

On Tuesday, the Senate Judiciary Committee brought top independent academics and informed whistleblowers to Washington to expose the truth. Sen. Charles Grassley, R-Iowa, hosted Howard University associate professor of public policy Ron Hira, Rutgers University professor Hal Salzman, Infosys whistleblower Jay Palmer and former computer programmer-turned-lawyer John Miano, who brought much-needed reality checks on the systemic betrayal of American workers to the Beltway table.

Miano’s testimony was particularly important because he explained how the little known “OPT” (Optical Training Program) for foreign students is being used to circumvent H-1B and supply large corporations with cheap foreign labor. President nObama has expanded this regulatory program by unfettered administrative fiat. As Miano noted: “OPT has no labor protections of any kind. Aliens on OPT do not even have to be paid at all. While DHS requires aliens to work in an area related to their major area of study, DHS has no ability to ensure that this happens. Under OPT, over 125,000 foreign workers a year are simply turned loose in America with no supervision or restrictions.”

Also on hand at the hearing: a few Big Tech shills toeing the Zuckerberg/Gates/Chamber of Commerce line that there’s a catastrophic American tech worker shortage, even as thousands upon thousands of American workers are being laid off in favor of underpaid, easily exploited H-1Bs. (Just use H-1B-promoter Google’s search engine and type in “Southern California Edison” and “layoffs.”)

Grassley put it plainly: “Most people believe that employers are supposed to recruit Americans before they petition for an H-1B worker. Yet, under the law, most employers are not required to prove to the Department of Labor that they tried to find an American to fill the job first.”

He added, “And, if there is an equally or even better qualified U.S. worker available, the company does not have to offer him or her the job. Over the years, the program has become a government-assisted way for employers to bring in cheaper foreign labor, and now it appears these foreign workers take over — rather than complement — the U.S. workforce.”

Hira affirmed: “It’s absolutely not true” that employers seeking H-1Bs must put American workers first, either by “law or regulations.”

How did this myth gain such traction? Many commentators and journalists confuse the labor certification process required for companies applying to obtain green cards (lawful permanent residency status) for H-1B workers with the Labor Condition Application (LCA) process for H-1Bs. Labor certification in the green card process “exists to protect U.S. workers and the U.S. labor market by ensuring that foreign workers seeking immigrant visa classifications are not displacing equally qualified U.S. workers.” Only in extremely narrow and exceptional circumstances do these nominal protections exist in the H-1B LCA process. (Companies must be classified as “H-1B dependent” for the requirements to apply. Big Tech giants like Facebook have been lobbying mightily to avoid the classification.) And even those narrow exceptions are easily and often circumvented by H-1B foreign worker traffickers.

Conservative journalist W. James Antle gets to the heart of the matter: “If the government has discretion in how it exercises its legitimate authority over who comes and who goes, a prerequisite for national sovereignty, then shouldn’t it exercise such discretion in a way that minimizes the impoverishment of Americans?”

For a very brief window, Grassley and, yes, Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., a small group of H-1B-employing banks and other financial institutions that accepted federal bailout money from the Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP) did have to demonstrate that they had taken “good-faith steps to recruit U.S. workers” and offer them wages “at least as high” as those offered to H-1B workers. In addition, the targeted employers had to show that they “must not have laid off, and will not lay off, any U.S. worker in a job essentially equivalent to the H-1B position in the area of intended employment of the H-1B worker” within a narrow time frame.

But this American worker-first provision, vociferously opposed by Big Business and Big Government, expired in 2011. The refusal of the vast majority of politicians and the White House to embrace these protections for all U.S. workers tells you everything you need to know about H-1B’s big, fat lies.

Jade Helm 15

Is this our last gasp of freedom?

THE JADE HELM 15 DRILL IS A MARTIAL LAW, CIVIL WAR and “RED LIST” EXTRACTION DRILL

CSS Offical-New-Logo2

What does "Mastering the human domain" mean?

What does “Master the human domain” mean? Is it a euphemism for the complete subjugation of the civilian population of the United States?

From July 15th to September 15th, 2015, the U.S. Army Special Operations Command is conducting a massive military drill in an area covering the entire American   Southwest. At first glance, I thought this drill was a response to the massive military drills being conducted by Russia. I wrongly assumed that Jade Helm 15 was a drill designed to protect the Southwest from an invasion by Russian-backed Latin American military forces (i.e. Red Dawn). However, after reading the operational plan of Jade Helm, it is clear that this drill is about the brutal martial subjugation of the people of Texas, Utah and Southern California who have risen up against some unspecified tyranny. Further, this drill is also about martial law being used as a preventative measure in states which “might” lean towards civil war against the United States government (i.e. California, Nevada, Colorado, Arizona and New Mexico).

The operational elements and impact of Jade Helm 15 cannot be considered in isolation. A careful analysis reveals how this drill is connected to Army policies associated with the confinement of detainees in what is commonly called FEMA camps! This drill is undoubtedly the most frightening thing to occur on American soil since the Civil War.

Red Dawn or Martial Law Preparations?

Jade Helm’s Purpose Defined

“Jade Helm is a challenging eight-week joint military and Interagency (IA) Unconventional Warfare (UW) exercise conducted throughout Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, California, Nevada, Utah and Colorado.”

The term, “unconventional warfare (UW)” makes it clear that this exercise is not dealing with a Russian-backed “Red Dawn” invasion of the Southwestern United States by Russian backed Latin American partners. UW speaks to the guerrilla warfare (asymmetrical) nature of the anticipated and rehearsed conflict. Subsequently, it can be conclusively stated that Jade Helm is not preparing for a Red Dawn invasion, rather, they are preparing for a Red, White and Blue invasion. This is a massive rehearsal for martial law implementation as well as implementing the proverbial and much rumored Red and Blue List and the “snatch and grab” extractions of key resistance figures from the Independent Media as well as uncooperative political figures. The various provisions of Jade Helm make it clear just how dangerous this drill truly is.

Composition of Jade Helm Forces Reveals the True Purpose of the Drills

Thomas Mead, the operations planner for the U.S. Army’s Jade Helm realistic military training has publicly stated that “We have Army Green Berets, Navy Seals, Marine Special Operations Command, the 82nd Airborne Division and we also have some of our interagency partners such as the DEA, FBI and the Joint Personnel Recovery Agency (JPRA) that will be working with us.”

The use of Green Berets, Navy Seals and Special Operations Command forces speaks to the unconventional composition of the overall makeup of this group. Among the many duties for these three Special Operations groups include infrastructure raids, assassination of key enemy personnel, reconnaissance, and extraction of key enemy personnel for detention and/or intelligence gathering. It is the latter duty that has me concerned as there has been much discussion over the execution of a “Red List” in which key resistance figures would be kidnapped and “dealt with” in advance of the implementation of martial law. A detailed analysis of the language of Jade Helm has convinced me that we are looking at the implementation of the “snatch and grab” of key resistance figures to the coming marital law. My sources have told me that in past drills of this nature, Red List extraction troops are helicoptered in the early morning hours (e.g. 3AM) land, offload personnel and extract the intended targets, SWAT team style.

In the Jade Helm section entitled What to Expect, operation planners state that the public should anticipate “Increased aircraft in the area at night“, and “May receive noise complaints“. What aircraft would be loud enough at night to guarantee noise complaints? My vote would be the helicopters. And who would be on these helicopters at night? What time are snatch and grab activities historically held? And who typically conducts snatch and grab arrests? The answer to these questions would be the special operation forces, which in martial law, would be the Gestapo version of the Green Berets, the Navy Seals and Marine Special Forces as they arrive at your home at 3AM.

Role players will be participating in Jade Helm. In fact, the same section goes on to state that “Some individuals (i.e. civilian insurgents) may conduct suspicious activities…..” What would constitute a “suspicious activity for the purpose of this drill? Would it consist of pretending to be dragged off to a FEMA camp? Would it be engaging in simulated insurgency activities associated with guerrilla war strategies? There are so many possibilities and they are all associated with civilian resistance against a tyrannical force.

Not only is the use of three special operations forces suspicious with regard to Jade Helm, but more notably is the announced use of JPRA, and this is frightening event. The Joint Personnel Recovery Agency (JPRA) maintains a series of training school sites whose subject matter includes:

“Prisoners of war; hostages and DETAINEES (emphasis added); evasion and escape; search and rescue; Prison survival techniques and experiences; geography and cartography, natural science, ethnology, and country studies; terrorism; military and Naval science; natural and emergency medicine.”

The majority of the above definition makes it clear that the intent of JPRA is to teach POW survival skills, at least until they use the word “detainee”. Please allow me to call your attention to the term “detainee”. In layman’s language, the term “detainee” simply means someone who is a prisoner of the military occupation force (U.S. government). To the average person, the use of the term detainee would not raise an eyebrow, but to someone who is tune with the connotations and denotations of military parlance, the term “detainee” holds specific meaning as evidenced by the following document which is considered by many to be a blueprint manual, created by the Army, for martial law and FEMA camp incarceration for political prisoners (e.g. dissenters).

Restricted U.S. Army Internment and Resettlement Operations Manual

May 2, 2012

FM 3-39.40 Internment and Resettlement Operations

fema leaked document FM 3-39.40 1-5In section 1-10 of 3-39.40, “A Civilian detainee is a civilian who is interned during armed conflict, occupation, or other military operation for security reasons, for protection, or because he or she committed an offense against the detaining power.”

In section 3-56 of 3-39.40, the following draconian provisions are applied to “detainees“:

  • “Develops PSYOP products that are designed to pacify and acclimate detainees or DCs to accept U.S. I/R facility authority and regulations (Author’s note: “PSYOP Products” such as the use of torture such as water-boarding and sleep deprivation).
  • Gains the cooperation of detainees to reduce the number of guards needed.
  • Identifies malcontents, trained agitators, and political leaders within the facility who may try to organize resistance or create disturbances.
  • Develops and executes indoctrination programs to reduce or remove antagonistic attitudes (i.e. brainwashing of detainees).
  • Identifies political activists.
  • Plans and executes a PSYOP program that produces an understanding and appreciation of U.S. policies and actions.”

The use of the word “detainee” is conspicuous and as the reader can clearly see, it has specific meaning with regard to a Red List extraction action. In effect, this is the black site for political dissidents. Both Jade Helm 15 and the FM 3-39.40 are both Army manuals written exclusively on dealing with civilian personnel in martial law settings. Under the NDAA, designating select citizens as a detainee and holding them indefinitely is legal under this unconstitutional legislation.

States Participating in Jade Helm

Jade Helm is an eight-week joint military and interagency unconventional warfare exercise that will be conducted in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, California, Nevada, Utah and Colorado. A clearer copy of this map is available at this link.

Jade Helm 15 Color Coded Legend Red Denotes a "hostile state" Brown is uncertain, leaning towards hostile. Dark Blue is "Permissive" meaning supportive of the government. Light Blue is "Uncertain, leaning friendly". .

Jade Helm 15  participants .

This map contains the reason as to why we can be certain that this is not a “Red Dawn” invasion emanating from Latin America. The unconnected pockets of “hostile states” is how we know this a martial law/possible civil war map. The color codes of the states listed in the map presented above, can be deciphered as follows:

civil war1-The Red States of Utah and Texas are listed as hostile states as is part of Southern California. These states are not geographically contiguous. Subsequently, we are looking at Jade Helm 15 as being the suppression of civil resistance. The use of the 82nd Airborne is also suggestive of the fact that the authorities anticipate that there could be civilian militias rising up, perhaps in combination with veterans groups and possibly military units loyal to the citizens of the United States.

- The Brown State of New Mexico is listed as leaning towards being hostile.

-The Blue States of California, Nevada and Colorado are listed as being loyal, “permissive”, to military authority and martial law.

-The Light Blue State of Arizona is listed as “unknown”, but leaning toward being friendly.

This reads like a civil war scorecard, similar to the one that President Lincoln must have constructed in 1861 after the attack upon Ft. Sumter.

The Participation of Certain Interagency Partners Are Very Troubling

Repeated reference is made about the cooperation between the Department of Defense (DoD) and local law enforcement (LEA) in the Jade Helm document. After reading this document, Program 1033 started to make a lot of sense. Program 1033 is the militarization of local police with former military equipment (tanks, machine guns, etc.). It is interesting to note that it was the NDAA legislation that created Program 1033. Obviously, the purpose of this is to turn the local police into a martial law occupation force.

"CNN and FOX propagandists have nothing on us." Kate Zickel a host for the Voice of Russia.

“CNN and FOX propagandists have nothing on us.” Kate Zickel a host for the Voice of Russia.

I am not surprised, but very concerned that DHS, listed as an interagency partner, is a part of this drill for the following reasons: I believe a significant number of American military will NOT fire upon American citizens. Subsequently, this is the reason for the Russian troop presence in our country and they will fulfill the role of a martial law occupation force. When I have previously mentioned this, the Russian media (e.g. Voice of Russia) has attacked me in the past as if they have something to hide and evidence of these attacks can be accessed here and here.

What seems logical and something that should frighten all Americans is to wonder if DHS and the Russian partners will be a part of Jade Helm 15? Again, I refer to the video production put together by Sherrie Wilcox in which Russian soldiers have been seen in Tennessee traveling in DHS vehicles as they entered into Western Kentucky. As this related to Jade Helm and martial law, this is ominous. Russian troops will fire upon American citizens. Russian troops will extract American citizens from their beds in the middle of the night. What do you want to bet that Russian troops will be included in Jade Helm 15? Russian troops were included in Grid EX II and the RIMPAC war games, so why not Jade Helm. Yes, I am talking about treason and it is coming from the top.

Why would the Drug Enforcement Agency become involved in a martial law operation? This makes no sense unless you read the connection of the compromised DEA to various Central and South American factions (e.g. the possible 5th column presence of MS-13) that I revealed in July of 2014.

Conclusion

With regard to the thematic components to this article, there is no conclusion, this is only the beginning. It is quite clear that the Army fully believes, as do their superiors at the Pentagon and at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, that there is the belief that there is going to be something so catastrophic that an American Civil War II will ensue. The reasons behind this event(s) are not the focus of this article. However, I think it is a safe bet that it will have to do with the seizure of bank accounts and retirement accounts.  This is a topic that will be explored in a future article. Meanwhile, Americans in the Southwest need to be concerned that this drill does not go live like so many of these drills seem to in advance of a false flag drill. Every political activist, “uncooperative” politician and member of the Independent Media need to be thinking about where they want to be from July 15 to September 15. It would be best to be where “they” ain’t!

Stand with Rand Paul-2016

By: Juan Reynoso, WTP Activist  -  voteforamerica@gmail.com

Americas must realize that self-scrutiny is not treason. Self-examination is not disloyalty.

We must seek the truth and let the people know. Truth and knowledge diffused among the people are necessary for the preservation of our Democracy, rights, freedom and liberties.

Fellow Americans, let’s declare 2016 the year of our country’s reform. Years of government corruption and self-serving legislators has placed our country in jeopardy of self-destruction. Our worst enemy is ourselves, apathy and the lack of interest of what is taken place in our country, has given carte blanche to the Washington politicians to pass ill legislations that eroded our US Constitution, the rule of law and our God given freedom. Seeing the present state of our country and the cover-up done by our President and the mainstream news media; the only thing that we must do to correct this path of self-destruction is to call on all Americans to fight for the future of our country and our future as a free society.

Fellow Americans, nothing matters but our constitution and our freedom, no matter if we are Republicans, Democrats, independents, libertarians or any other political party. Now is the time to stand united as one to fight for our country and our future. Today we are not a Democracy, we have become a Plutocracy an oligarchy system of government that is making the majority of Americans economy slaves; like never in our history we have millions of homeless, millions working for slave wages, millions depending on government handouts, true unemployment is 13%, our education system is a failure, free trade demise millions of jobs and we are not able to create jobs for Americans, our immigration system its dis-functional, our military expending is out of control and poor managed, ill military interventions that promoted hate toward the American people and made us the world’s number one bully. I have talked to hundreds of people and we have enough of this type of government, we need to change this path of self-destruction and reform our country’s agenda for a future that will ensure the security and prosperity of the American people.

2016 is the year of the reform and we want Rand Paul as our president. We ask you to stand with us and support Rand Paul. Every one count we all want to reclaim our country, Republicans, Democrats and any other political parties; we are all Americans; let’s stand for our country and support Rand Paul.

That Time a New York 'Gun Store' Shamed Its Customers
Some anti-gun zealots will go to great lengths to stop law-abiding citizens from buying firearms, including opening a fake gun store in New York City only to shame potential customers with the history behind the guns it stocked. "Collectors love this one," the bearded attendant tells one customer as he displays an AR-15. "Adam Lanza's mom had this in her collection too. Until he took this and several other guns and killed her, then went down to Sandy Hook and killed six teachers and 20 innocent children." New Yorkers Against Gun Violence set up the storefront for just two days while States United to Prevent Gun Violence produced the video of the customers and their follow-up reactions to learning the horrific and tragic history of each gun in the store. But it was all for show. According to Guns.com, "The firearms, like the store itself, were all fake and a New York Police Department official was on site to monitor operations." That's little comfort because many of the guns on display don't comport with New York's misnamed "SAFE Act" -- even if they were only props. In fact, the New York State Rifle and Pistol Association wants an investigation for violations of the law, which would certainly be ironic for these gun grabbers. Regardless, why was the NYPD participating in this kind of political shenanigan? To add to the hypocrisy, Guns.com says the guy behind the counter is "Ned Luke, known for his depiction of a hyper violent criminal in the [Grand Theft Auto video game] series." The people responsible for this mockery of the Second Amendment clearly have no shame. It's proof that the gun control industry cannot advance its objectives without resorting to deceit and psychological manipulation.

If You Mess With People's Second Amendment Rights...
...You face a backlash. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives received about 80,000 comments about its proposed regulation banning M855 ammunition, most commonly used in the AR-15 rifle, before deciding to drop the idea. But still, the feedback continued to pour in. ATF spokeswoman Ginger Colbrun told the Washington Free Beacon, "We've received more than 310,000 public comments. We're still receiving some letters which are postmarked prior to the end of the comment period, March 16th." That's right: The ATF dropped the proposal when only about a third of the feedback came into their offices. Kinda drowns out the calls congressional Democrats made to the ATF asking it to resurrect the ban. And in related news, B. Todd Jones is stepping down as ATF director, effective March 31. Coincidence? Not likely. More...

Cruz Announces POTUS Race to Beat the Odds
In an effort to gain tactical advantage by being first onto the Republican presidential primary field, Sen. Ted Cruz announced his presidential campaign nine minutes after midnight on Twitter. "I'm running for President and I hope to earn your support!" he tweeted along with releasing a 30-second campaign video." But Cruz faces long odds in scoring the GOP nomination. "A CNN/ORC International poll released last week showed Mr. Paul among the early top tier of Republican Party hopefuls with Mr. Bush and Mr. Walker, while Mr. Cruz was far behind," The Washington Times reports. "Just 4 percent of Republican voters said Mr. Cruz would be their first choice for president. ... Mr. Cruz has not received more than 6 percent in any Republican primary poll this year, according to Real Clear Politics data." Announcing early will help churn up press coverage and conservative donors for the Cruz campaign -- something he needs if he's going to beat out candidates like Sen. Rand Paul, who is expected to formally announce his own candidacy in early April. More...  -The Patriot Post

U.S. Lost the War With Al-Qaida in Yemen
How will the nObama administration explain this one? As recently as last September, Barack nObama was pointing to Yemen as an example of his (sole?) foreign policy success. "This strategy of taking out terrorists who threaten us, while supporting partners on the front lines, is one that we have successfully pursued in Yemen and Somalia for years," he boasted. But Yemen is a vastly different place as of last weekend, because ISIL claimed responsibility for a series of mosque bombings that left 137 people dead and 357 wounded. In response, the U.S. decided to pull the 100 U.S. Special Forces from the country. The spokesman for the Yemeni Embassy in Washington, DC, Mohammed al-Basha, wrote on Twitter, "I hate to say this, but I'm hearing the loud and clear beating of the drums of war in Yemen." The Iran-backed Houthis group has grown in the country, ISIL may have opened up one of its terrorist franchises there, and al-Qaida still exists, despite the U.S. drone program that is now nonexistent thanks to the troop pullout. The only group standing up to the impending chaos? The Yemeni army. As The Wall Street Journal said: The U.S. just lost the war with al-Qaida. More...   -The Patriot Post

 Fun Camps for Everyone!
You know what America needs? Fun camps. That's right, because everyone knows "we have a huge fun deficit in America." So said Hilly Clinton to an Atlantic City audience. "As I have gotten older, I have decided we really need camps for adults," she said. "I mean, really. None of the serious stuff, none of the 'life challenge' stuff. More fun! I think we have a huge fun deficit in America. And we need to figure out how to fill that fun deficit -- certainly for our kids, but also for the rest of us." And who better to school us about fun than Hilly? Just don't expect to get more information from her by email. Unfortunately, she's really only borrowing an idea -- "adults" in Brooklyn are already attending preschool again. It used to take a village. Now, evidently, it takes a camp.  -The Patriot Post

From the perspective of the American people it’s a game of “Truth And Consequences.” If one holds to the truth on the phony, hocus pocus hysteria of manmade climate change, the wealth redistributor in the White House will inflict financial consequences...He's siphoning off the money of states with governors who disagree with his global government, United Nations push and doling it out like Earth Day heroin to those with the a sufficient lack character, intelligence, patriotism or spine who are anxiously awaiting the insertion of the federal IV. It’s obvious coercion and a regime win/win. He’ll either get compliance or he’ll receive a political weapon to use against the governors of character, most of whom are naturally members of his political opposition.  9 Dems And Sanders Voted Free Money For Illegal Alien Squatters
(rickwells.us) - The socialist Democrats and their like-minded Communist comrade of the Senate once again sided unanimously with illegal aliens and against the American people in support of preserving a loophole in the tax system...which allows those who file their taxes using a Taxpayer Identification Number to claim a dependent and receive the accompanying tax deduction and refunds regardless of whether or not that dependent is an American citizen. The successful amendment to correct and close the loophole was sponsored by Alabama Senator Jeff Sessions (R-AL). That dependent doesn’t have to be their child, relative or even to actually exist as there is no verification conducted and no means of mitigating the mountain of fraudulent claims. They are simply accepted and paid, which has resulted in billions of dollars of lost revenue to the American people. What is going on with the Senate? Don't they support the will of the people?       http://www.rickwells.us/nine-democrats-and-commie-bernie-sanders-voted-to-keep-free-money-tax-loophole-for-illegal-alien-squatters/

Ayatollah Khamenei’s “Death to America” is Acceptable Rhetoric
(nicedeb.wordpress.com) - As I’m sure you’ve gathered by now, Benjamin Netanyhu’s campaign rhetoric is being used by nObama as a pretext to throw Israel to the UN wolves. nObama has never been pro-Israel, as his radical, pro-Palestinian, not-so-distant past makes clear...He only projected a pro-Israel pose when he had big elections to win. Now that he has no more elections to go – he can go “full Bulworth” on Israel, using Netanyahu’s heated campaign rhetoric as his pretext to let his pro-Israel mask not only slip, but completely fall off his face and get trampled underfoot. You would think that Bibi’s comments regarding the impossibility of a two state solution under his watch, (given  the Palestinian ruling party’s collaboration with Hamas), and his Facebook comments about Arabs being bused to the polls, would pale in comparison to Ayatollah Khamenei’s condemnation of America over imposed sanctions. But you would be wrong. It turns out, the Supreme Leader’s “death to America” rhetoric is acceptable because they’re aimed at a domestic political audience.

States’ Rights To Stand Up To The EPA
(rickwells.us) - Consistent with the now revolutionary concept of States’ Rights and State Sovereignty, House Republicans are preparing a bill which would provide individual states with an authorization to delay and mitigate some of the damage being imposed by the rogue enviro-Nazis at the EPA...While the Constitution says the states already have those rights, more support is needed as state sovereignty has eroded since the Constitution was adopted. The language of the Tenth Amendment, which reads “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people” is somehow vague and perplexing to Democrats more accustomed to Orwellian double-speak. Rep Ed Whitfield (R-KY) is the chairman of the House Energy and Commerce Committee panel on energy and power. On Monday he revealed draft legislation of a bill he, Rep Fred Upton (R-MI) and others have been working on which provides additional legal options and authority for states to stand up against repressive federal EPA dictates. (rickwells.us) - Here they come again, but they never really stopped coming. The traffic slowed a bit but the number of illegal foreign invaders that are being ushered into the United States by Jeh Johnson’s Department of Homeland “Security” is once again on the rise...Just because his amnesty is stalled temporarily doesn’t mean they’ve given up on importing a replacement population.  After all, there’s more than one way to skin a gringo. With a dismal one in six repatriation rate, the odds are good for those crashing our borders that their green-uniformed welcoming committee won’t be sending them back home but will instead be providing them with an escort, transportation to the shadows and documents to stay and live on the American dime until Democrats find a way to legalize them.       http://www.rickwells.us/obama-government-of-the-criminals-by-the-criminals-and-for-the-criminals-its-open-border-season-again/

“Outsourcing In Place” Visa Scam Will Put Thousands Out Of Work
(rickwells.us) - Relocating your facility overseas to take advantage of cheap labor is an expensive, difficult and sometimes impossible task. Rather than force companies in the United States to decide between that scenario and employing Americans, the “president” has a better idea...Why not just import those same foreign workers into the United States at the same low wage and put them to work at the same company here? It’s like foreign outsourcing in place. The company doesn’t have to spend any money on their facilities or relocation, there is no business interruption and they still get the benefit of the cheap foreign labor. The only down side is that Americans lose their jobs but he and the socialist Democrats have already proven they couldn’t care less about the American workers. This is Obama’s middle class economics at work and it means the middle class doesn’t work, in fact, it’s going to disappear.       http://www.rickwells.us/new-obama-outsourcing-in-place-visa-scam-will-put-hundreds-of-thousands-of-americans-out-of-work-he-couldnt-be-prouder/

 nObama Declares War on Israel
(Bassam Tawil) - Many Arabs and Muslims are rubbing their hands in joy as they watch U.S. President Barack nObama declare war on Israel after the victory of Benjamin Netanyahu's Likud Party in last week's general election...They do not see the rising tensions between nObama and Netanyahu as the result of a personal dispute between two leaders. Instead, the dispute is seen by many Arabs and Muslims as part of the nObama Administration's strategy to undermine Israel and force it to make territorial concessions that would pose an existential threat to Israel. At the beginning of his first term in office, he raised high hopes in the Arab and Islamic countries when he rushed to deliver an apologetic speech at the Muslim Brotherhood-affiliated Al-Azhar University in Cairo. His speech left many Arabs and Muslims with the impression that here, finally, is an American president who is prepared to sacrifice Israel for the sake of appeasing its enemies.       http://www.gatestoneinstitute.org/5435/obama-war-Israel

Art Imitating Life, or Propaganda Selling a Flawed Iranian Nuke Deal?
(Roger Aronoff) - When the CBS show “Madam Secretary” premiered last September, there was much speculation and hand-wringing about whether or not the title character, Secretary of State Elizabeth McCord played by Tea Leoni...was inspired by Hilly Clinton, and if this show was meant as a long-running political ad humanizing Hilly Clinton. Such an effort might help make her ascension to the White House seem plausible, if not inevitable. Despite the denials, it seems clear that “Madam Secretary” was just such an effort, and still is. But in the few episodes I’ve watched, I haven’t seen much of what we know of the real Hilly. “If I had the power to fire her, I would have fired her,” commented her long-time critic Jerome Zeifman in 1998, reflecting upon Mrs. Clinton’s political maneuvers during the impeachment of President Richard Nixon.       http://www.aim.org/aim-column/art-imitating-life-or-propaganda-selling-a-flawed-iranian-nuke-deal/?utm_source=AIM+-+Daily+Email&utm_campaign=email032415&utm_medium=email

Did Anthony Kennedy Just Show His Hand On The nObamacare Case?
(Sarah Hurtubise) - Justice Anthony Kennedy’s comments in a run-of-the-mill budget meeting Monday may have signaled how he intends to vote in this year’s biggest nObamacare lawsuit over the legality of federal premium subsidies...In a Monday budget request before the House Appropriations Committee, Justice Anthony Kennedy, typically the swing vote on the Court, made comments that could suggest he’s leaning in favor of the plaintiffs in King v. Burwell. The question in the pivotal case is whether the text of nObamacare restricts the law’s popular premium subsidies to state-run exchanges, of which there are only 14, and bans them from the vast majority of states that use the federally-run exchange, HealthCare.gov. The battle over the lawsuit about nObamacare subsidies currently before the Supreme Court has focused on whether anyone’s got a solution if the Court’s decision ends up skyrocketing HealthCare.gov premiums. The liberal justices are scrambling on how to justify nObamaCare.

Bibi's a conniving, calculating --

Bibi's a conniving, calculating -- and don't forget, dangerous! -- liar?

(jewishworldreview.com) - Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu's statement claiming that he still favors a two-state solution to the conflict with the Palestinians isn't likely to persuade his detractors that he wants peace.

The day before his decisive victory in Tuesday's election, he vowed that there would be no Palestinian state established on his watch. This provoked a torrent of international criticism and served as justification for nObama administration threats to abandon Israel at the United Nations.

But while Netanyahu can certainly be accused with some justice of being a cynical flip-flopper, this episode doesn't justify the claims that Israel wasn't negotiating in good faith with the Palestinians during the past few years.

Nor is it entirely illogical.

In fact, the two statements show that Netanyahu is very much in tune with the views of most Israelis. They support a two-state solution with the Palestinians in principle. But they also know that isn't a realistic option under the current circumstances.

Let's concede that Netanyahu's comments about not allowing the creation of a Palestinian state while he was prime minister was a brazen attempt to lure voters away from right-wing allies in order to boost his Likud Party totals. But whether this was necessary or not, it must be accepted that it helped him and that it was not unfair of critics to conclude that he was retracting his 2009 Bar-Ilan University speech in which he accepted a two-states as the basis for peace. But his subsequent effort in an interview with NBC's Andrew Mitchell to claim that he still favors such a solution is, while seemingly inconsistent, actually correct.

Whatever he may have said on Monday, the left's talking point about the campaign proving that Netanyahu had been lying for six years doesn't hold water.

Whether you like the prime minister or loathe him, the fact remains that Netanyahu did freeze settlement building at President nObama's behest. He also sent his recent electoral opponent Tzipi Livni to negotiate peace with Secretary of State Hanoi John Kerry and Palestinian Authority head Mahmoud Abbas.

As we now know, documents have revealed that he went a long way toward accommodating Hanoi Kerry's ideas for a framework during those talks and even Livni concedes that it was Abbas who torpedoed them by never negotiating in good faith.

Had Abbas been serious about a two state solution at any point during the last six years he could have said he was willing to recognize Israel as a Jewish state but he refused to do so no matter where its borders might be drawn. He also continued to assert that he could never give up the right of return for the descendants of the 1948 refugees. Both stands are reflective of the fact that Palestinian nationalism has always been inextricably tied to the war on Zionism. Assuming he wanted to, Abbas is incapable of abandoning these stands and surviving. Hamas has no interest in such a scenario.

Moreover, Palestinian actions during the last 20 years of peace processing have convinced the overwhelming majority of Israeli voters, including many who voted for Netanyahu's opponents, that neither Abbas nor his Hamas rivals ruling in Gaza have any interest in signing a peace agreement that will end the conflict for all time.

Even if you want to ignore what happened in the 1990s when Yasir Arafat was running the Palestinian Authority and it set out on a course of fomenting hatred and subsidizing terrorism, Abbas's record is not better. In 2008, he rejected Ehud Olmert's offer of independence and a state in almost all of the West Bank, Gaza and a share of Jerusalem just as Arafat had done in 2000 and 2001. Even worse, after Israel's 2005 withdrawal from Gaza, the strip has become an independent Palestinian state in all but name and transformed into a base for terrorism by its Hamas rulers.

Under those circumstances and with the PA refusing to hold elections about of fear that the corrupt kleptocracy that runs the West Bank might be replaced by their Islamist rivals, it's little wonder most Israeli voters think Netanyahu was right when he warned that two states now meant another Hamasistan next to the Jewish state's population centers.

A two state solution in which a demilitarized Palestinian state lives peacefully next to Israel with both Jews and Arabs free to live unmolested on either side of the border is the ideal solution to the conflict. But until a sea change in the Palestinian political culture happens to make that an actual possibility rather than merely a fantasy, no rational Israeli government would consent to a complete withdrawal from the territory.

Is it possible to oppose a two-state solution under the current circumstances but to be for it in principle? Netanyahu's detractors would argue that it isn't. What's more they claim that his vow and his "Hamasistan" comments show that he merely wants to preserve the status quo.

But this reflects the basic myth that has been the foundation of the mistaken policies pursued by the nObama administration. Like some on the Jewish left, they've wrongly assumed that the only thing that is missing for peace to become a reality is a willingness on Israel's part to take risks to achieve it.

But Israel has been taking such risks for 20 years and has discovered that it traded land for terror, not peace. That realization has rendered the Israeli left unelectable and given Netanyahu a fourth term in office. Even if Isaac Herzog's Zionist Union had beaten the Likud on Tuesday, he was no more likely to create a Palestinian state than Netanyahu.

It's long past time for the United States to acknowledge that Palestinian intransigence and terror are the real obstacles to peace. Peace will happen when the Palestinians decide they are ready for a two state solution that has always been favored more by Israelis than Arabs.

Until that happens, it can remain a theoretical goal but one that, like Netanyahu, sensible Israelis will not choose to pursue under the present circumstances.

The ‘Business-Like Relationship,’ Spying and Kumbayah

Barack Obama insists that his petulant and petty behavior toward Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu isn’t personal. “There’s a tendency … to frame this somehow as a personal issue between myself and Prime Minister Netanyahu,” Obama said Tuesday. “[T]he notion is, well, if we all just get along and everybody cools down, then somehow the problem goes away. I have a very business-like relationship with the prime minister. I’ve met him more than any other world leader. I talk to him all the time. He is representing his country’s interests the way he thinks he needs to and I’m doing the same. So the issue is not a matter of relations between leaders. The issue is a very clear, substantive challenge. We believe that two states is the best path forward for Israel’s security, for Palestinian aspirations and for regional stability. … Prime Minister Netanyahu has a different approach. And so this can’t be reduced to a matter of somehow let’s all, you know, hold hands and sing Kumbayah. This is a matter of figuring out how do we get through a real knotty policy difference that has great consequences for both countries and for the region.” No doubt there are substantive policy differences – after all, Obama’s bowing to the Iranians. He tries to maintain the appearance of just being a practical guy, but Obama’sNarcissistic Personality Disorder means he can’t abide anything he perceives as a personal slight. Netanyahu has crossed that red line.

On another note, Obama is upset that Israel reportedly spied on negotiations with Iran and shared information with Congress. But he found out because the U.S. was spying on Israel. Furthermore, might the Israelis have been spying on Iran, and not the U.S.? After all, Iran regularly threatens to annihilate Israel, and nuclear weapons would make that a bit easier. Finally, Obama might try another novel idea: communicating with Congress himself.

Administration Adopts the Language of Hamas

Before his re-election last week, Benjamin Netanyahu candidly said he didn’t see a two-state solution being likely while he was Israel’s prime minister. That’s primarily because Palestinians want only one state – theirs – and won’t agree to “peace” until Israel is wiped off the map. Facing intense pressure from Barack Obama, however, Netanyahu reiterated after his win that he does indeed desire a peaceful two-state solution. That’s not enough for Obama, though. White House Chief of Staff Denis McDonough gave one condition for peace: “An occupation [of Palestinian land] that has lasted more than 50 years must end.” That’s the language of anti-Israel leftists and Hamas terrorists, meaning Obama’s administration is showing its true colors. McDonough also said of Netanyahu’s original comments, “We cannot simply pretend that these comments were never made.” Let’s just turn that around on McDonough for the “occupation” remark. And Obama has no problem pretending Ayatollah Khamenei didn’t chant “death to America.” What gives?

Iran Agrees to Nothing Specific as Negotiations Wind Down

No deal is better than a bad deal with Iran, right? That’s what Obama administration officialshave promised repeatedly. Now it is time to see if they will honor that promise, as the talks with Iran to curb its nuclear production seem to have slid sideways. Ultimately, the only way to ensure Iran doesn’t obtain nuclear weapons is to have more access and more oversight into its nuclear program. But Voice of America reports Iran is resisting oversight: “Iran’s nuclear spokesman Behrouz Kamalvandi was quoted Tuesday on Iranian state TV’s website as saying that snap inspections are ‘illegal.’ He did not elaborate. Kamalvandi was responding to the demand earlier this month by Yukiya Amano, the head of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), that Tehran agree to the inspections.” Amano says the IAEA is not satisfied that Iran wants nuclear capabilities only for peaceful means. And Iran’s resistance to agree to anything specific as the talks wind down isn’t helping the unease. More…

Delaying Withdrawal From Afghanistan

As the Iranian deal nears, and Iraq, Syria, Yemen and Libya descend into chaos – all products of Barack Obama’s foreign policy malfeasance – the U.S. reached an agreement with Afghanistan to leave 9,800 American troops in that nation through 2015. Given Obama’s disastrous pullout from Iraq, maybe he learned his lesson. Or maybe not. Obama insisted his plan to reduce U.S. troops presence to 1,000 by the end of his term is still in place: “The date for us to have completed our drawdown will not change.” During the press conference, Obama errantly referred to Afghan President Ashraf Ghani as “President Karzai” – the name of Ghani’s reviled predecessor. Ghani, on the other hand, has worked to improve relations between the two countries, and pleaded for a troop deployment extension. It’s an improvement to see Obama modify his strategy so, as he put it, “we don’t have to go back,” but that rhetoric aside he seems bullheadedly determined to leave Afghanistan to the Taliban after U.S. withdrawal. What’s one more failed state on his résumé? More…

Top DHS Official Accused of Immigration Favoritism

On paper, the EB-5 immigration program sounds like a huge benefit for the nation’s economy. The program fast-tracks green cards for foreign investors who put at least half a million dollars into a venture in the U.S. that will create jobs. But in practice, the program is riddled with corruption that favors businesses with ties to Democrat politicians – all thanks to Deputy Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas. This is the finding of a two-and-a-half year investigation by DHS’s Inspector General. “The juxtaposition of Mr. Mayorkas' communication with external stakeholders on specific matters outside the normal procedures, coupled with favorable action that deviated from the regulatory scheme designed to ensure fairness and evenhandedness in adjudicating benefits, created an appearance of favoritism and special access,” the report concludes. Mayorkas meddled in at least three cases. In one instance, he became personally involved when a Mexican investor wanted a green card to invest in a Las Vegas casino Sen. Harry Reid had touted. And this is where the corruption starts to stink even further. Mayorkas was under this investigation, heading the EB-5 program, when Barack Obama nominated him for his present deputy spot. It was Reid who rammed through Mayorkas' nomination using none other than the nuclear option. But they say you can trust Democrats.More…

Global Warming Is Killing Everyone

2015-03-25-00389705_large.jpg

Climate change, formerly known as global warming, often takes center stage for Democrats. That’s not true of the electorate, but Democrats are undeterred. What is astonishing is the degree to which Democrats will mislead their constituents to grab the reins of power in Washington, DC.

Take newly elected Rep. Don Beyer (D-VA), who wooed voters by pledging to address man-made global warming with initiatives like cap and trade. On Feb. 4, Beyer wrote on his website, “In all, extreme weather events triggered over $110 billion in losses and almost 7,000 fatalities” in 2014. He reiterated that claim a month later in the Falls Church News-Press, in which he repeated, “More than 7,000 Americans lost their lives to climate change-fueled events last year.”

That’s pretty startling. And egregiously wrong. After Beyer’s assertion received backlash, spokesman Thomas Scanlon attempted to clear the air. “That number should be globally, not just in the United States,” he told PolitiFact. “We made an error in editing this column.”

Even still, the claim is deceptive. The statistic (which was actually 7,700) was derived from Germany-based insurer Munich RE, which tallies “global natural loss event.” According to researcher Peter Hoeppe, “We do not have the ability to identify the direct impact of global warming on fatalities caused by natural catastrophes, other than to say any fatality caused by the earthquake peril are not due to global warming.”

On that note, PolitiFact writes, “Of the 7,700 deaths, Munich RE estimated 850 were caused by earthquakes. The remaining 6,850 deaths, the company wrote, were caused by ‘weather-related’ events.”

But the evidence to back Beyer’s claim is essentially nonexistent. Michael Bastasch of The Daily Caller notes, “The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change itself says there’s ‘limited evidence of changes in extremes associated with other climate variables since the mid-20th century.’” Moreover, Bastasch adds, “Not only has weather not been getting more ‘extreme’ in the last century, mankind’s ability to withstand extreme weather events has increased globally. The International Disaster Database reports that more than 3.5 million people were killed by natural disasters in the early 1930s when the world population was about half what it is today. Fast forward to 2014 and only 7,700 people worldwide were killed by natural disasters (which includes earthquakes), according to Munich Re.”

Any loss of life is a tragic part of the human condition, but 7,000 individuals is a far cry from 3.5million. We should be thankful for the protection we have today, largely driven by fossil fuels and other economic development in the face of ecofascist opposition. But advancing the climate agenda requires alarmism.

One final note: Beyer made a career owning and operating Volvo, Land Rover, Kia, Volkswagen and Subaru dealerships. If he sincerely believes that alleviating “the harmful consequences of global climate change is the existential crisis of our generation,” as he so adamantly professes, perhaps he should start by shuttering his fossil fuel-burning, CO2-belching businesses.

Leftmedia Dismiss Obama’s Mentor

2015-03-25-ac92d928_large.jpg

In the seventh year of Barack Obama’s presidency, many questions still remain unanswered about his life before he entered the White House. Mysteries surround his associations with a number of people, including Frank Marshall Davis, the Communist writer and activist who was a mentor to a young Obama when he lived in Hawaii. But never fear; The Washington Post is on the case.

Davis was one of many past Obama associates who was resolutely ignored by the Leftmedia in the run-up to the 2008 election – and since then, too. While other presidential candidates, particularly Republicans, can always count on the unwavering scrutiny of the press, Obama remained free of such probing questions. In fact, the media circled the wagons to protect him from any information that might damage the glowing narrative of Hope ‘n’ Change™. Consequently, Davis went largely unmentioned. And questions about Obama’s early dalliances with communism went unanswered.

This week, The Washington Post, one of the media gatekeepers of the Obama persona, gave the Davis story their fact-check “Pinocchio test.” After an article that documented barely half the story of Davis’s background and his associations with Obama, the Post decided any attempt to label Davis as Obama’s communist mentor was worth three Pinocchios out of four.

Nothing to see here; move along.

Who is the real Frank Marshall Davis? You won’t learn the answer from the Post or any other mainstream outlet that has been carrying Obama’s water for years. You have to turn to the likes of Paul Kengor, author of “The Communist: Frank Marshall Davis, the Untold Story of Barack Obama’s Mentor,” to get any serious information.

Davis was a card-carrying member (#47544) of the Communist Party USA (CPUSA) since the early 1940s. The media and leftist revisionist historians treat such Communist affiliations during the Cold War period as trivial, yet it’s worth remembering at the time that the CPUSA was not merely a club where disenchanted college students gathered to debate Karl Marx and do drugs. The stated purpose of the CPUSA was clear in the oath its members swore to “ensure the triumph of Soviet power in the United States.”

Davis was no armchair activist, either. He was the founding editor of a Communist paper in Chicago in 1946. He then moved to Hawaii in 1948 to write for the Honolulu Record, another Party journal. Throughout the 40s and 50s, Davis remained active. Obama apologists would have us believe Davis spent this time writing about the treatment of blacks, the cycle of poverty and ways to achieve social justice.

University of Kansas professor John Edgar Tidwell insists, “He was not out there on the front lines carrying pickets and signs. He wasn’t trying to overthrow the government at all.” Yet his writings were not those of an impassioned intellectual seeking a better America. Indeed, the FBI collected a 600-page file on Davis.

The Bureau kept Davis under constant surveillance and placed him on a watch list, meaning if war broke out with the Soviet Union, he would be arrested. At this point, Obama apologists will break out the Red Scare card, reminding us of the overzealous FBI tactics used during the 1950s. History has proven, though, that Alger Hiss was a Communist, the Rosenbergs were spies, and there were in fact Communists working in the State Department. These are not myths, and Frank Marshall Davis was not the victim of some rabid anti-Communist witch-hunt. He was the real thing.

Davis was introduced to Obama in 1970 by Obama’s grandfather for the express purpose of mentoring the boy. By many accounts Davis and Obama met some 10-15 times between then and when Obama went off to college nine years later. These extensive sessions had a profound impact on Obama’s life and certainly impacted his views on America, race and economics.

Obama was clever in hiding this relationship and the extent to which Davis influenced his thinking. “Frank” is mentioned 22 times by name in Obama’s “Dreams from My Father,” but only by his first name. And when the audio version of the book was released in 2005, all mentions of Frank were scrubbed from the edition. If Davis was such a wholesome influence on Obama, why did he get the redacted treatment in the future president’s autobiography?

Obama’s worldview and actions should be proof enough that the defining political and social influences in his life do not, to put it mildly, hold America in the highest regard. His first months in office were spent apologizing to other nations for America’s behavior. At every turn, Obama plays down and even insults America’s Christian heritage while repeatedly trying to remind us that Islam is the Religion of Peace™. He’s always on the lookout for ways to convert America into a government-run economy. His foreign policy agenda is driven by embracing America’s enemies and shunning our allies. And he has no respect for the Constitution or the office of the presidency.

Frank Marshall Davis belongs with Jeremiah Wright, Bill Ayers and an infamous list of anti-American activists and revolutionaries who can claim to be friends and mentors of the 44th president. With no help at all from the mainstream media, we have been able to piece together the nature of some of these associations. And we have Obama himself as proof of the life he led and the people with whom he chose to spend his time.

Still it would be nice if the media did its job once in a while. Then again, with Republicans running for president in 2016, they will surely pick up their muck rakes very soon.

OPINION IN BRIEF

Chief Justice Earl Warren (1891-1974): “A republic is not an easy form of government to live under, and when the responsibility of citizenship is evaded, democracy decays and authoritarianism takes over.”

Columnist Jacob Sullum: “‘The most serious problem facing U.S. taxpayers is the declining quality of service provided to them by the IRS when they seek to comply with their federal tax-filing and payment obligations,’ says the Taxpayer Advocate Service (‘Your Voice at the IRS’) in its latest annual report to Congress. ‘Even when a taxpayer manages to get through to a telephone assistor with a question, the assistor may not be able to provide an answer.’ That’s because the IRS decided in 2013 that ‘it would answer only what it terms "basic” questions, declaring “more complex” questions that it previously answered “out of scope.”’ In other words, the less likely you are to resolve a tax compliance question on your own the less likely the IRS is to help you. You can, of course, consult a ‘tax professional,’ who makes a living by helping perplexed citizens figure out how much they owe the government. But the very existence of this occupation is an indictment of our Byzantine tax system, which is so complicated that even the IRS is reluctant to answer questions about it – yet it imposes civil and criminal penalties on people who fail to comply with its numerous picayune requirements.“

Columnist Walter Williams: "The ideal way to organize human conduct is to create a system that maximizes personal liberty for all. Liberty and democracy are not synonymous and most often are opposites. In Federalist Paper No. 10, James Madison explained, ‘Measures are too often decided, not according to the rules of justice and the rights of the minor party, but by the superior force of an interested and overbearing majority.’ Democracy and majority rule confer an aura of legitimacy and respectability on acts that would otherwise be deemed tyrannical. … Would you want the kind of car you own to be decided through a democratic process, or would you prefer purchasing any car you please? Ask that same question about decisions such as where you shall live, what clothes you purchase, what food you eat, what entertainment you enjoy and what wines you drink. I’m sure that if anyone suggested that these choices be subject to a democratic process, we would deem it tyranny.”

Comedian Argus Hamilton: “GOP Senator Ted Cruz announced he’s running for president Monday. He was born in Canada to a Cuban father and to an Anglo-Saxon mother. Prophetic Leader or follower?

In our high school football locker room was a hand-made poster that read, "Either Lead Or Follow, Or Get Out Of The Way." Our coach used to say that football was "organized chaos." Before you say, "Oh, here he goes again with another football analogy," bear me out a bit. This world is mostly organized chaos. In fact, it is getting more and more chaotic as we go. This is promised in the Holy Scriptures, consistent across both the Old Testament and New Testament. As the darkness rolls in upon us in these prophetic times, we have to make some decisions about what kind of prophetic person we are to be. Are we prophetic leaders or followers, or are we just in the way? This is important to your very survival.

What I see is a lot of people wondering what to do. They are frustrated and discouraged that morals and ethics and truth and righteousness seem to be lost in the darkness. Each day that passes seems to be an anthem of Isaiah 59:13-14, "In transgressing and lying against the LORD, and departing away from our God, speaking oppression and revolt, conceiving and uttering from the heart words of falsehood. And judgment is turned away backward, and justice stands afar off: for truth is fallen in the street, and equity cannot enter." These verses seem to describe our current situation as a people and as a nation. It appears that there are shouts in the darkness against it, but they fall on deaf ears.

First there is anger and frustration. Then there is discouragement. Then fear sets in. This appears to be a natural course of human nature. We have to determine in these times whether we are leaders, followers, or just in the way. When people try to lead, there is often a whole group of Christians who pick apart every little detail as if they are examining the sacrificial lamb for blemishes to disqualify it--which is hardly consistent with the lives they lead. Others rush in without any discernment. Others muddle the conversation with endless debate. Now remember, on the vital issues, discernment is imperative. But also remember King David was imperfect in many ways, but he was also a man after God's own heart.

The point is, that our prophetic destiny--how we are living out our lives and contributing to the Kingdom of God here on earth--is important. We need to behave in the authority we have been given as heirs of the living God. I don't mean running around with empty declarations and proclamations disguised as prophecy. I do mean taking spiritual and moral authority in following God, not men. We need to know the word of God--not as it is taught by men with agendas, but rather from God's viewpoint. And then we need to exercise it with the authority of stewardship the Lord has given us. No fear. No discouragement. Extraordinary wisdom and discernment. Making a statement to society. Making disciples. Being the light wherein the darkness must flee.

MILLIONS FLOWED TO CLINTON CHARITY FROM FOREIGN   FRIENDS
The Clinton Foundation may have sworn off donations from foreign governments while Hilly Clinton was secretary of state, but millions of dollars from individuals with ties to foreign governments and state-owned companies flowed into foundation coffers during her tenure.
WSJ: “Some donors have direct ties to foreign governments. One is a member of the Saudi royal family. Another is a Ukrainian oligarch and former parliamentarian. Others are individuals with close connections to foreign governments that stem from their business activities… All told, more than a dozen foreign individuals and their foundations and companies were large donors to the Clinton Foundation in the years after Mrs. Clinton became secretary of state in 2009, collectively giving between $34 million and $68 million, foundation records show…After Mrs. Clinton left the State Department in 2013, the foundation resumed accepting donations from foreign governments. Just after she stepped down as secretary of state, it received a large donation from a conglomerate run by a member of China’s National People’s Congress. In response to questions about foreign donations, a foundation official said the individuals have given to a host of other major philanthropies.”  -Fox News

Broke foundation donor disclosure pledge -   Reuters: “In 2008, Hilly Clinton promised Barack nObama, the president-elect, there would be no mystery about who was giving money to her family’s globe-circling charities. She made a pledge to publish all the donors on an annual basis to ease concerns that as secretary of state she could be vulnerable to accusations of foreign influence. At the outset, the Clinton Foundation did indeed publish what they said was a complete list of the names of more than 200,000 donors and has continued to update it. But in a breach of the pledge, the charity’s flagship health program, which spends more than all of the other foundation initiatives put together, stopped making the annual disclosure in 2010, Reuters has found. In response to questions from Reuters, officials at the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) and the foundation confirmed no complete list of donors to the Clintons’ charities has been published since 2010.”   -Fox News

The audience: thousands of professional camp counselors, whose trade group spent an estimated $200,000 to hear from the frontrunner for the 2016 Democratic nomination. The speech to a regional gathering of the American Camp Association was the last paid appearance on Clinton’s public calendar, and probably the last she will give before her campaign begins.”  -Fox News

nOBAMA TO NETANYAHU: U.S. REASSESSING PEACE APPROACH
With tensions between the two allies already strained, President nObama told Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu Thursday that the U.S. is reassessing its approach to Israeli-Palestinian peace in light of Netanyahu’s pre-election comments rejecting the establishment of a Palestinian state. AP: “In [a] telephone call, nObama extended congratulations to Netanyahu for his election victory two days ago,. But a White House official said nObama also raised Netanyahu’s critical comments about Israeli Arabs ahead of the election, which the White House has denounced as a ‘cynical’ effort to mobilize voters.”  -Fox News

No flip-flop, Netanyahu insists -   Fox News: “’I didn’t retract any of the things I said in my speech six years ago, calling for a solution in which a demilitarized Palestinian state recognizes a Jewish state,” Netanyahu told Fox News host Megyn Kelly. ‘I said that the conditions for that, today, are not achievable for a simple reason: Abu Mazen, the leader of the Palestinians, rejects consistently the acceptance of a Jewish state. He’s made a pact with the Palestinian terrorist organization, Hamas, that calls for our destruction. And the conditions in the Middle East have changed to the point where any territory we withdraw from is immediately taken up by Iranian-backed terrorists or by ISIS.”

“President nObama has said time and time again, as I’ve said, that the only path to a peace agreement is an agreement, a negotiated agreement…I think that you can’t force the people of Israel, who’ve just elected me by a wide margin, to bring them peace and security, to secure the state of Israel, to accept terms that would endanger the very survival of the State of Israel. I don’t think that’s the direction of American policy.” -- Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on “The Kelly File” Watch here -Fox News

Iran & Hezbollah Off Terror List - On The Record
(nicedeb.wordpress.com) - For some nefarious reason, this year’s Worldwide Threat Assessment of the U.S. Intelligence Communities does not include Iran or Hezbollah...The official excuse the nObama Regime is using to explain why Iran and Hezbollah were left off the U.S. terror threat list doesn’t pass the smell test or even the laugh test. National Intelligence Director James Clapper has cited “a change in formatting” as the reason for this removal – evidently too ashamed to admit the awful truth – that nObama had agreed to do it as a concession in his nuke talks with Iran. “It’s a flat lie,” John Bolton, former U.S. ambassador to the U.N. told Greta Van Susteren on Fox News, last week. “The format of this years report is exactly the same as last year’s report,” Bolton explained.

The Pres Pretends We Are on the Same Side as the Iranian
(Sara Noble) - General Petraeus interviewed with The Washington Post last week and alerted Americans to the danger of Iran’s appearance of expansion. They are not our allies, he warned... “I would argue the foremost threat to Iraq’s long-term stability and the broader regional equilibrium is not the Islamic State,” Petraeus said, “rather it is the Shiite militias, many backed by, and some guided by Iran. Neither the Iranians nor Daesh are 10 feet tall, but the perception in the region for the past few years has been that of the U.S. on the wane, and our adversaries are on the rise. I hope we can begin to reverse that now.” Finally, Petraeus said, “The current Iranian regime is not our ally in the Middle East. It is ultimately part of the problem, not the solution. The more the Iranians are seen to be dominating the region, the more it is going to inflame Sunni radicalism and fuel the rise of groups like the Islamic State.”       http://www.independentsentinel.com/stephen-hayes-president-pretends-we-are-on-the-same-side-as-the-iranian-regime/

Iranian Nuke Talks, Toughest Stance is being Taken by…France?
(Jake) - Even though history supposedly began in 2009, I’m old enough to remember when the French were derided as cheese eating surrender monkeys. Now, under a socialist government no less, they are standing up for the free world where America won’t...The news from Lausanne, Switzerland, is that they are the ones expressing the most skepticism about the deal pushed by the nObama administration that will, make no mistake, give Iranians the bomb. Here’s the Wall Street Journal observes: France has strong ties to Israel and the Arab world, so this might be a major reason for their tough stance. As the article notes, French defense companies have signed lucrative arms deals with both the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia in the fairly recent past. Neither of those two countries like the idea of a deal that strengthens Iran and gives it the bomb. Of course, it should also be noted that the threat to France by a nuclear armed Iran is also a lot more immediate that it is for the United States. After all, Paris is much closer to Tehran than New York City; Washington, DC; or Los Angeles are.*       http://www.redstate.com/2015/03/21/iranian-nuke-talks-toughest-stance-taken-france/

nObama: bin Laden’s Bodyguard Cleared for Release from GITMO
(Sara Noble) - Saeed Sarem Jarabh, once classified as a forever prisoner, is close to being released. The 44-year old Yemeni has miraculously become a low-level detainee. He is a member of Al Qaeda and was Osama bin Laden’s bodyguard...This release stems from nObama’s insistence on closing GITMO at all costs. He will free him even if the cost is the death of some in our military and Americans overseas and on the homeland at the hands of these terrorists. nObama is very generous with our lives. All he cares about is his radical ideology. Ashton Carter promised during his confirmation hearing to not endanger Americans by freeing terrorist detainees . So much for that promise. Blood will be on the hands of this administration.

This Is What Brought Megyn Kelly and Marc Thiessen to Laughter
(Sara Noble) - There was a funny shootout over the Hilly Clinton email scandal on The Kelly File last night which brought Megyn Kelly and Marc Thiessen to laughter. Thiessen and Kelly obviously thought they were going to have a debate...A Democratic strategist came on the show to tell a tall tale about the Hilly Clinton scandal that was the exact opposite of the truth. That is the new strategy – lie unabashedly through one’s teeth. It is the strategy coming out from the Hilly supporters with the help of faux Republican Colin Powell who appeared on ABC This Week in early March to prop up the new narrative.

Full stop...Under the terms of the NPT, the P5+1 have no legal authority to amend the treaty unilaterally, to abrogate the treaty, or to allow nations that are signatories to the NPT to abrogate the treaty. Since when can the UN Security Council amend U.S. treaty law? The UN can certainly propose amendments, but it cannot approve such changes on behalf of the U.S. Congress and the American people. If Iran is allowed nuclear weapons capability, other nations -- especially throughout South America, already infiltrated by Iran -- will doubtless follow suit.       http://www.gatestoneinstitute.org/5430/iran-nuclear-deal-npt

 War Authorization: nObama Vs. Democrats
(shawn) - It’s not often that President nObama finds himself battling his own party, but the conflict against ISIS has forced the president into a corner where he has no good options...Republicans want to see him take off the gloves and stop limiting himself and future presidents when it comes to dismantling the deadly organization. Democrats, on the other hand, want to avoid Iraq War III at all costs. Some ranking Democrats in both houses of Congress have been adamant against granting the president any more authority than he already has. The most serious concern, of course, is the use of U.S. ground troops. nObama has gone on record dozens of times to say that he would not put boots on the ground in Iraq. But as it becomes obvious that airstrikes are not enough to combat this threat, Democrats are concerned that the president will try to go back on his earlier promise. For congressmen who believe they were elected on a wave of Iraq War resentment, the thought of authorizing another one may be too much to overcome.       http://totalconservative.com/war-authorization-obama-vs-democrats/

(madworldnews.com) - Australia is doing what America should do, but we won’t for at least the next two years as we endure the time remaining in President nObama’s second term...Australian Prime Minister Tony Abbott is putting his foot down and no longer taking any more chances, now that terrorists are coming into his country in droves and recruiting Australians, who are fleeing to join the Islamic State in Syria. Quite frankly, Abbott understands that Australia’s welfare systems is far too abused and is funding radical Islamists, as they leech off taxpayers in his country, all while they plan to obliterate the hand that feeds them. It’s the worst form of system abuse there has ever been. But the first step is acknowledging it’s happening and not making excuses for it like nObama does.       http://madworldnews.com/welfare-jihad-muslim-leeches/

Radicalization of Europe's Muslims Hits a Crisis Point
(Abigail R. Esman) - With every new atrocity, Western leaders and political commentators collectively assure themselves and the public that the Islamic State's power will suffer, that its PR machine is failing, and that the flow of Western Muslims to the Caliphate will stop. It doesn't...European Muslim radicals have shown no hint that they are reconsidering their hero worship of IS (or ISIS), not even in the aftermath of the widely-condemned killing of Jordanian pilot Moath al-Kasasbeh, who was caged and burned alive in February. While Muslim moderates around the world decried the killing, teens from England, Germany, Holland, Belgium, France and even the United States continue to cross into Syrian territory, eager to join the jihad.     http://www.investigativeproject.org/4803/guest-column-radicalization-of-europe-muslims

Iran and the Lessons of History
With the pending nuclear deal, Obama courts dishonor—and possibly war
Myron Magnet

(city-journal.org) - For all their differences, President Barack nObama uncannily resembles his Democratic predecessor, President Jimmy Carter, in his stiff-necked, self-righteous inability to listen to others or to learn from experience or history. Against ferocious opposition at home and abroad, he is about to repeat the grievous mistake of appeasing Iran that Carter made over three decades ago and do even more geopolitical damage than the hapless peanut farmer wreaked in 1979.

Recall the history. On February 1, 1979, two weeks after the cancer-ridden Shah of Iran left his country in the hands of a caretaker as he wandered the world in search of treatment, his fanatical opponent, Islamist cleric Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini, returned from his 14-year Parisian exile and within a week had engineered the overthrow of the shah’s feeble substitute and installed his own puppet regime. Not only did Iran’s Islamists hail the ayatollah’s return; Carter’s United Nations ambassador, the painfully naïve Andrew Young, lauding Islam as “a vibrant cultural force in today’s world,” prophesied that the ayatollah himself—with ferocious indignation flashing from his eyes and bristling from his beard under his sharia-chic turban—would prove “somewhat of a saint.” On February 15, the saintly imam began murdering Iran’s officer corps, and on April Fool’s Day, which he called “the first day of a government of God,” he declared his nation an Islamic republic. In mid-May, the U.S. Senate condemned Iran’s systematic slaughter of its officers, a rebuke Iran met by recalling its ambassador from Washington. By July, mullahs began publicly taking control of the government.

On October 22, just when the Carter administration and the mullahs seemed to be finding a way to get along, the shah—his eagle-proud face pain-worn and his wasted body too small for his once-resplendent, Gilbert-and-Sullivan-ornate uniform—arrived in New York for cancer treatment. Less than two weeks later, on November 4, a mob of “students” invaded and seized the American embassy in Tehran and took its 68 employees hostage, though they soon released the 15 women and African-Americans, and later set free another hostage suffering from multiple sclerosis. The other 52 Americans endured 444 days of captivity. How far the mullahs engineered this feat as retribution for America’s welcome of the shah is unknown; their initial assurances that all would be well would prove consistent with Iran’s habitual double-dealing.

Carter’s initial response was entirely correct. On November 14, a fleet of U.S. warships sped into the Indian Ocean. But then Carter entangled himself in a bewildering web of fruitless international negotiations at the UN and the World Court, organizations whose keynote is cynicism and bad faith, and whose chief product is hot air not action.

What the president should have done, as was clear even then, was simple and traditional. He should have told the mullahs that they had 48 hours to release our citizens unharmed, or else we would leave not one stone standing on another in the “holy” city of Qom. We then should have leafleted the city with warnings to the population to flee. And, were the hostages not released, we should have done what we threatened to do. And were they not released at that point, we should have made the same threat against Tehran.

My own belief is that the initial threat would have succeeded. The mullahs would have said, “Oh, you know how unruly these students are, how immature, how hot-headed; but don’t worry. We will get them into line and get your citizens back to you. The embassy seizure shocked us as much as it did you.”

But suppose I am wrong. Suppose the mullahs had defied Carter. Then we might have lost 53 of our countrymen and an untold number of Persians whom their tyrannical rulers might have held in the city as human shields. Being a world leader, however, sometimes requires making such harrowing choices. To prevent the powerful French fleet in Algeria from falling into Nazi hands after the 1940 Vichy surrender to Germany, British prime minister Winston Churchill ordered the Royal Navy to seize or sink it, if its commanders did not get it out of Nazi reach, thus protecting Britain’s vital mastery of the seas. A single pigheaded French admiral failed to choose any of the three honorable options Churchill offered. As a result, 1,297 innocent French sailors went to their watery graves after the British fleet opened fire on July 3, with 977 dying in the first 15 minutes. Also as a result, skeptical Americans finally came to believe that Churchill wasn’t kidding when he said that the British would never surrender, and the U. S. government took a giant step closer to joining the war. As sociologist Max Weber warned, anyone who wants to keep his hands clean should stay out of politics, because politics ultimately rests on the force and violence necessary to repel force and violence against one’s countrymen. And force and violence, however legitimate and productive of ultimate good, also produce evil in the process.

So what good might have come from bombing Iran in 1979? The Persian people might have changed their government and spared themselves three decades of tyranny: a secular autocrat is generally better than a theocratic dictator for a Muslim people culturally unready for democracy—as the shah was better than the ayatollah, and as Egyptian president Abdel Fattah el-Sisi seems by a long chalk an improvement on the deposed Mohammed Morsi. From Iran’s warm welcome of the Shiite hijackers of an Alitalia jetliner a month before the American embassy seizure, right up to today, the mullahs have been avid supporters of Islamic terrorism, and with their enthusiastic backing of Hezbollah, they have become state sponsors of terrorism, as well. For more than a decade, the regime has been trying to make a nuclear weapon; and the idea of nuclear-armed millenarian fanatics emerging as hegemons out of the Middle East’s current anarchy, sparking a nuclear arms race in that hair-trigger region, is unsettling, at best.

For the United States, bombing Iran in 1979 would have given the world proof of America’s resolve as a global superpower not to be attacked with impunity—as it was in the 1983 bombing of U.S. marine barracks in Lebanon, the 1993 World Trade Center bombing, or the al Qaida-directed bombing of the USS Cole in 2000. That is the point of a superpower’s disregard of the shibboleth of “proportionality” in its response to adversaries: to show indomitable might and unshakable will. Who knows whether it might have discouraged the 2001 World Trade Center destruction? But it’s my guess that Osama bin Laden learned his technique of recruiting followers by distributing audio tapes from Khomeini, who first organized the Iranian revolution using audio tapes sent from Paris. I’m pretty sure I heard one of bin Laden’s tapes in a taxi driven by a man in full hajji garb on 9/8/2001, and you didn’t have to speak Arabic to understand its message of murderous hate.

So now President nObama wants to make an agreement that will ensure that Iran can produce an atom bomb essentially overnight. He has not seen fit to explain his reasoning to the American people, and it is hard to imagine what it might be. But all I can think of is Churchill’s rebuke to Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain when he returned from his infamous appeasement of Hitler in Munch in 1938. “You were given the choice between war and dishonor,” Churchill thundered in Parliament. “You chose dishonor, and you will have war.” Certainly President nObama is choosing dishonor. What kind of war he might unleash, the world watches with dread.

cru-1.jpg?width=287After yesterday’s article, “Cruz Makes it Official – The Race is ON!!!” I believe there are more than just a few out there who need a civics lesson.

Ted Cruz, as a matter of LAW and U.S. Codes…IS indeed qualified AND eligible to run for the office of president.

The Constitution, clearly states that to serve as president, one must be 35 years of age, one must have resided in the United States for at least 14 years and that one must be a Natural Born Citizen. Just as clearly, the Constitution never defines Natural Born Citizen nor do any of our founding documents but…later laws and codes DO.

The Supreme Court, which has NEVER entertained a case based on NBC and therefore, never issued any DECISION regarding NBC has, for a very long time, held that a Natural Born Citizen or…NBC…is one who is a Citizen at Birth or…CaB.

Further…the SCOTUS has long held that NBC includes those born in the United States or abroad to parents of a U.S. citizen.

Now don’t go all plural on me here as I will explain this.

The NEOCON support for plutocracy

By: Juan Reynoso, WTP Activist  -  voteforamerica@gmail.com

Americas must realize that self-scrutiny is not treason. Self-examination is not disloyalty.

We seek the truth and let the people know. Truth and knowledge diffused among the people are necessary for the preservation of our Democracy, rights, freedom and liberties.

The sins of our leaders must be expose.

http://www.ontheissues.org/celeb/Ronald_Reagan_Budget_+_Economy.htm

It is a tragedy that our leadership in our country praise failure and glorified the foreign policies of Ronald Reagan; They forgot that Ronald Reagan, was the promoter of NAFTA, free trade, globalization and the one world order principles; in fact he was the architect of the demise of Democracy and the supporter of this plutocracy system of government we have today. I hope that Americans acknowledge that because free trade Americans lost their jobs, their wealth was demise, their wages was cut and millions of today workers are economy slaves, working for slave wages. The truth is that Ronald Reagan was the beginning of the end of the demise of our country, our Democracy and our freedom. He was a NEOCON supporter of free trade and globalization “the one world order strategy”. Any politician that supports globalization should be ban from the political arena and label as traitors of the people and Democracy. Globalization is the strategy of plutocracy and the oligarchy system of government.

Fellow Americans, should we trust the Washington political system and the predator US corporatism?.

I say not. We cannot trust a system of corrupt people that lost their moral compass, sycophants that are self-serving that subscribe to the ideology that the end justified the means. We are at the end of the America that used to be a Democracy. Greed and the love for money and power have transformed our country into a plutocracy and oligarchy system of government that their only interest is to rob and control foreign countries natural resources for the benefit of US corporations.

For the love of money and power we promoted wars and killed millions of people, we send our soldiers to foreign lands to destroy and create chaos and economy hardship under the pretext of fighting the enemy and promoting Democracy, human rights and peace, but we know better and we are tired of lies and deceptions; God will not require us to do evil, to defeat evil. Enough is enough we are tired of seeing our soldiers dying for nothing, Americans families being destroy and kids growing without a father or a mother.

Fellow Americans, we must stop our government from any more military interventions and wars, we do not have any business in any foreign countries, they are not the enemy of the American people, the real enemy of the people are the corrupt politicians and the predators corporate elite that corrupt our government and force them to invade countries for their benefit. The Middle East wars are about control of the oil reserve in this area, 9/11 was an inside job created by Bush, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pB0uN70dPJs&feature=fvw  the oil price decline is an economy war against Russia and the US with the help of the Saudis are the ones that are behind this economy strategy to Collapse the Russian economy.

The cost of our government ill foreign policies it is evident; trillions of Dollars wasted, thousands of Americans dead and millions of innocent people killed and being displace with horrible economy hardship; 14 years of wars and all for nothing the world and the US is worst today that when George W. Bush started these ill wars. Obama’s promises never come to be a reality, he deceives us and continues the US war policies and more lies to cover-up his actions.

Fellow Americans, We must believe and have faith that man is a human being with virtues, courage, temperance, justice, and wisdom, man is a creation of God almighty, a rational being able to correct the wrong, we must not lost hope we must register to vote and vote for our future; we need in Washington a man with moral leadership with the skill to lead our country in accordance to what is right and good for the benefits of the people of this country. We need a leader with the discipline to promote morality and stand firm on decision for the fairness and justice for all the people of this country.

Our future rest on the education of our young citizens with moral leadership, they are the future leaders who are the hope of our country. The American youth, he should be a role model to emulate and a man with honor and integrity. The American youth should be our hopes that have the entire positive attitude toward the advancement of our country; let’s not fail to educate our youth and build a new America.

We the people, In God we trust to give us the wisdom and courage to deal with today adversity and reclaim our country, our Christian values and forge a moral citizenry in this country of ours.

An American Hero

An American Hero

By Chris Towsley

I got to an understanding,

with Me, Myself and I,

concerning this acquaintance I acquired,

this other guy.

And I realized he didn’t really know Me,

and found out, later, that he’d seen quite a bit,

I mean this guy,

was like a human spirit.

Things had always literally swirled around Him,

at times with a sound of a runaway train.

In no way had His life bred trust,

yet he trusted just the same.

And it dawned on Me,

after all the bullets,

all the fear,

all the crap,

that He had to consider the possibility,

I was just another trap.

I remember living that way too.

You would remind Yourself,

that You were fearless,

but it made You paranoid,

and stressed,

through and through.

I guess if You’re ready to stand up against it,

subversively,

it’s a foregone conclusion,

that someone’s going,

to oppose Your activity.

In fact they could number a thousand times twenty.

But the real American Heroes,

end up knowing,

about destiny.

"The News shouldn't be right wing or left wing, conservative or liberal, it should be independent. It should be the news." - Whiteout Press founder/author Mark Wachtler.

Well I can never be an American hero,

but I do know I’m no trap.

And I wouldn’t blame,

this guy I know,

for thinking that.

But if that’s the case,

I’m going to tell Him,

to just relax.

I feel grateful to know him,

I’ve got His back.

Because even I know,

You don’t meet a true American hero,

everyday.

You just decide to back one,

if He runs Your way.

Did Foreign Governments Buy Influence With Hilly?
Hilly Clinton may be too mired in international connections to be an unbiased president -- or hold any other public office for that matter. While the Clintons couldn't accept donations from foreign governments to the Clinton Foundation while Hilly was secretary of state, it didn't stop politicians in high positions in the Ukrainian, Chinese and Saudi Arabian governments from giving millions. The Wall Street Journal reports, "All told, more than a dozen foreign individuals and their foundations and companies were large donors to the Clinton Foundation in the years after Mrs. Clinton became secretary of state in 2009, collectively giving between $34 million and $68 million, foundation records show. Some donors also provided funding directly to charitable projects sponsored by the foundation, valued by the organization at $60 million." While every donor WSJ spoke with claimed they were only giving to a charity they believed in, they also had the potential to buy Clinton's attention. The Clintons certainly know how to play this shadowy political game, as Hilly just happened to stall on disclosing the donors to her charity.

U.S. Negotiations Give Iran Just Enough to Make the Bomb
Because of U.S. negotiations, Iran will reduce the number of its centrifuges whirling up useable radioactive material to 6,000 machines, according to the Associated Press. In turn, the U.S. would agree to ease sanctions. This is a bum deal for Secretary of State Hanoi John Kerry if he wants to prevent Iran from getting the bomb. In February, former CIA Deputy Director Mike Morell said a safer negotiation route would have been to not focus on the number of centrifuges Iran possesses. "If you are going to have a nuclear weapons program, 5,000 is pretty much the number you need," Morell said. "If you have a power program, you need a lot more. By limiting them to a small number of centrifuges, we are limiting them to the number you need for a weapon." In other words, Hanoi Kerry and Co. just stymied the ability for Iran to fuel its nuclear energy program, but left it just enough hardware to mix up a nuclear bomb. Let's hope all the details of this deal are not yet disclosed. Did Iran open itself up to monitoring and scrutiny? Or are they given a bunch of tools for nuclear enrichment and some space? The Associated Press continued, reporting that the vast majority of lawmakers in the House sent a letter to Barack nObama saying they will decide if the U.S. will ease sanctions against Iran. It's a good check on nObama's power. More...

 Islamic State Hits Tunisia
The Islamic State claimed credit Thursday for an attack on a Tunisian museum leaving 23 dead. The Associated Press reports, "Tunisian security forces ... arrested nine people, the president's office said, adding that five of them were directly connected to Wednesday's attack on the Bardo by two gunmen who were later slain by police. The other four suspects who were arrested in central Tunisia were part of a cell supporting those involved in the attack, the statement said." A significant number of Tunisians have joined ISIL, and Tunisian president Beji Caid Essebsi promised a "merciless war on terrorism," as well as that the they would fight "savage minorities ... to our last breath." The North African nation has already been dealing with radical Islamists for some time, rejecting an Islamist government that arose early in the so-called "Arab Spring." To make matters worse, it is bordered to the east and south by Libya, which descended into chaos following Barack nObama's "leading from behind" strategy to oust Moammar Gadhafi. Tunisian officials say the attacking jihadis trained in Libya. It won't be easy for Tunisia to resist the growing unrest in the region.  -The Patriot Post

 Twenty Blacks Victimized in Shootings
You've probably heard about the 20 black victims in numerous shootings between Sunday afternoon and Monday morning. The violence helped propagate the "hands up, don't shoot" narrative and further riled Barack nObama, Eric Holder and their co-conspirators in the Leftmedia, all of whom raised alarm over the recent deaths of blacks involving white police officers. Well, the first part is true anyway -- though you'd be forgiven for having no idea what we're talking about. The shootings, all of which took place during a 24-hour period, bloodied the streets of Chicago but were largely absent from the headlines. nObama hasn't said a word about these deaths, probably because it was black-on-black crime, which doesn't translate into political constituency race-bait like a good cop killing a street thug does. Here's what we know about Chicago murder rates from the latest year of data: The black murder rate was approximately 34 per 100,000, the Hispanic rate was 11 per 100,000, and the white rate 3 per 100,000. Translation: This isn't a "gun problem"; it's a young black male problem. And it's a cultural epidemic the mainstream media largely ignores. Of course, if this recent black-on-black bloodletting had instead been white-on-black crime, Al Sharpton and Co. would be there faster than you can say "Racist!" More...  -The Patriot Post

ESPN Host: Blacks Should Vote Republican
ESPN host Stephen A. Smith is known for making controversial statements. When Smith visited Vanderbilt University Tuesday, he once again made headlines by saying blacks should vote Republican because they misunderstand history. "What I dream is that for one election, just one, every black person in America vote Republican," Smith said. "Because from what I've read, and I'm open to correction, but from what I've read, Barry Goldwater is going against Lyndon B. Johnson. He's your Republican candidate. He is completely against the civil rights movement. Lyndon B. Johnson was in favor of it. What happens is, he wins office, Barry Goldwater loses office, but there was a Senate, a Republican Senate, that pushed the votes to the president's desk. It was the Democrats who were against civil rights legislation. So because President Lyndon B. Johnson was a Democrat, black America assumed the Democrats were for it." Instead, Johnson instituted the "Great Society," which only mired blacks in decades of poverty and violence. If blacks were more open to voting for the GOP, they would not only inject more competition into the political process, they might find their situation improved. More...   -The Patriot Post

 Needed: "Islamist Apartheid Week"
(Uzay Bulut) - Grave human rights violations against religious and ethnic minorities have become increasingly commonplace in the Muslim world. Not only Jews are targeted, but, as the world has seen...Christians, Hindus, Baha'i, Alevis, Shi'as, Sunnis -- and anyone who does not conform to some self-appointed person's vision of Islam. Muslims are burned alive, Christians' heads are cut off on a beach, a Christian couple in Pakistan is thrown alive onto a burning kiln, churches and Bibles are not allowed in Saudi Arabia, and there are sign-posted roads and turn-offs for anyone not Muslim. It is hard to get more "apartheid" than that.       http://www.gatestoneinstitute.org/5425/apartheid-week

Delusions and Dissent in Turkey: Then and Now
(Burak Bekdil) - There seems to be an epidemic in Turkey. Dozens of ordinary citizens -- old, young, famous, unknown, even minors -- are being detained for allegedly insulting Turkey's President (and former Prime Minister), Recep Tayyip Erdogan...The 34th sultan of the Ottoman Empire, Sultan Abdulhamid (or Abdul Hamid) II (1842-1918), was a deeply paranoid man who rarely travelled, out of fear of assassination. Known in the West as the "Red Sultan," due to atrocities against non-Muslim minorities during the fall of the empire, Abdulhamid II ran a network of spies to crush every crumb of dissent against his iron-fisted rule. The press was heavily censored. Ideologically, he had illusions of Pan-Islamism, and loved to appear in public as the champion of Islam against a supposedly aggressive Christendom.  New wave of Islamic immigration planned for U.S.
(Leo Hohmann) - Congress is considering new immigration laws that would flood the U.S. with “guest workers” from the Middle East and Asia, a plan some are calling an open invitation for jihadists to walk right through America’s front door...Critics say lawmakers – including top Republican leaders – are playing with fire and could jeopardize national security with the proposals to double or even triple the number of H1B work visas. The legislation’s potential impact on the American worker has been widely debated on Capitol Hill, with experts warning lawmakers at a Senate subcommittee hearing last week that the plan would eliminate certain technology and IT jobs for Americans. George is right, she burned the tapes. And obviously, as her defender James Carville said, you don’t want Louie Gohmert, meaning a Republican member of Congress, going through her emails. That’s the point. Not convenience. It was to prevent the Republicans or really the government, the Freedom of Information Act, the public from looking at her emails, which is required by State Department regulation, a departing official, I’ll read you, must ensure that all record material that they possess is incorporated in the department’s official files. And if you don’t, if you willfully remove or destroy the records, the penalty can be fines, imprisonment, or both.       http://freedomoutpost.com/2015/03/charles-krauthammer-on-clinton-email-scandal-she-burned-the-tapes/

The television tells them it’s so therefore it must be true. Just because today’s enemy is less obvious doesn’t mean that they have disappeared into thin air. They’re still out there, or in here, depending upon your perspective. America and our way of life is under attack and our economy is the prime target. Being a member of the nObama regime in no way supports the credibility of one’s position or arguments...It is, in fact, a strong indicator that whatever positions are taken is anti-American and will in some way or perhaps many ways negatively impact our nation. The speaker, Alice Hill, is nObama’s Senior Director for Resilience Policy, National Security Council. “Resilience” is a code word for the United Nations blueprint for international control, Agenda 21. Climate alarmism is a tool for the imposition of those stifling restrictions on every facet of the lives of every human on the planet and she is a spokesperson for that UN global tyranny. The information on the United Nations Agenda 21 program, already incorporated into our political landscape through a Clinton executive order, is easy to find for anyone who is interested enough to take a few minutes to enter it into a search engine. It is every bit as threatening as advertised and cannot coexist with a free and independent United States of America.       http://www.rickwells.us/obamas-climate-change-alarmist-adviser-no-specifics-just-vague-generalities-and-discredited-ipcc-science/

Lack Of Effective Leadership And Sources, Yemen Intel Discontinued
(rickwells.us) - House Homeland Security Committee Chairman Mike McCaul (R-TX) had a surprising response when asked for the latest intelligence on the situation in Yemen. He replied that there is none...He describes it as one of the most dangerous spots in the world and notes that the local al-Qaeda organization, al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula is the largest external operation force within that terror group and reads some of the more infamous entries from their terrorist resume. Rep McCaul notes that now that as a result of the Iranian takeover of that nation and the subsequent closure of our embassy and the withdrawal of our Special Operations Forces, we have no intelligence footprint to utilize in an intelligence gathering effort. He says that without that good intelligence information it is difficult to stop plots against the homeland and it is that reality that he is most concerned with.       http://www.rickwells.us/due-to-lack-of-effective-leadership-and-sources-yemen-intelligence-gathering-has-been-discontinued/

Don't Fight Without It

(tommclaughlin.blogspot.com) - President Truman was right to demand unconditional surrender from Japan. After we destroyed their navy and were bombing them daily, they sought negotiations. Truman refused, and warned them he had a fearsome new weapon he would use against them if they didn’t surrender unconditionally. Teaching US History again to a group of ten high-school aged home schoolers, I’m showing them “Hiroshima.” It’s a wonderfully produced historical film depicting events, both in Japan and in the United States from FDR’s death in April, 1945 to the use of atomic bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki in August.

Unconditional surrender is what the United States should demand whenever we go to war with anyone. Soldiers we send to fight and die deserve nothing less. We do them a disservice if we send them to fight and die without a clear sense that it’s absolutely right to declare war, and with the commitment to see that war through to a victorious end. Otherwise, we shouldn’t go to war at all.
advocate-newspaper-0815-1945-japan-surrender-wwii.png     We shouldn’t fight without a declaration by congress either. That last time that happened was 1941, the day after Pearl Harbor. We’ve fought in dozens of places and circumstances since - large and small, short and long - and how has it worked out? Korea is still divided; North Korea is still hostile, threatening the US with nuclear weapons they developed while we were “negotiating” with them. Vietnam is reunited, but under communist rule. That development went against the Truman Doctrine of containing communism rather than defeating it outright as General George Patton wanted to do after the Nazis surrendered in May, 1945. President nObama claimed to end the war in Iraq, but did he? Looks like it’s still raging, and we’re going back in.

We went into Afghanistan after the September 11th attacks to get Osama Bin Laden, who planned the attacks from there. Americans supported that effort wholeheartedly, but Bin Laden escaped across the border into Pakistan. President Bush decided not to pursue him there. Big mistake. Bush should have said to Pakistan: “Give him over or we’re coming in after him,” but he didn’t.

Instead, we continued the “war” in Afghanistan that was really nation-building. Could we realistically expect to build a democratic nation in a region ruled for millennia by tribal warlords? Could we expect to even hold Afghanistan after the British experience there? The Russian experience? Another big mistake. We were after Bin Laden and we took our eye off the ball. War is war. It’s what we do when negotiations fail. It’s brutal. People get killed and things get wrecked. Often, it’s innocent civilians who are killed. War is hell, as General Sherman observed and that’s no less true today than it was when he said it. That’s why we shouldn’t conduct it unless congress declares it. When we do go to war, we should go all-out until it’s over — and it’s only over when the other side gives up unconditionally. Absent that, it’s just going to flare up again like a smoldering ember.

We’re not capable of nation-building anywhere else but right here. Only the people who live in a place are capable of creating a nation there. That’s how ours was built. Have we forgotten that? I think we have. We should have searched out al Qaida and destroyed it — wherever it went to hide. If things got wrecked and people were killed? Well, that’s war. Don’t start if it you’re not willing to finish it. It’s not our obligation to clean up afterward either. It’s the job of the people who live there. They’ll be more careful of who they let in next time.

Teaching again, I’m reminded of how idealistic young people are. As we study each of America’s wars, I say: “Now that you understand what caused the war, how it was fought, and how it turned out, imagine you were an 18-year-old male when it started. Would you volunteer to fight?” The only way to decide is to ask themselves if they were willing to risk their lives in pursuit of whatever the goal was. If it was ill-defined, the answer was usually no. Defining the goal is the job of our elder statesmen and women. If they can’t do it in simple terms, it’s not worth dying for.

Surviving relatives should be able to say something more than “He was killed in WWII.” Rather, they can say: “He died to defeat Nazism.” Veterans can say: “I lost my leg fighting the Japanese who attacked us.” What can the last soldier maimed by an IED just before the scheduled nObama pullout from Afghanistan say? Our soldiers shouldn’t have to think more than a second about why they’re fighting, but today our president refuses to even mention our enemy by name.

Harry S. Truman was an ordinary American thrust by circumstances into a position where he had to make a momentous decision in only a few weeks: whether to use an awesome new weapon on our declared enemy — and thereby bring the most destructive war in history to an end, decisively, with no smoldering embers. Truman said he never lost a minute’s sleep after making it, and today, Japan is one of our closest allies.
