As we all know, Islam is a Religion of Peace. Everyone from Barack Obama and John Kerry and David Cameron to the New York Times and the Washington Post and CNN tells us that, and all the political and media elites, Left and Right, take it as axiomatically true. And now we come to the Qur’an’s own evidence of the fact. In sura 8, “Booty,” Allah speaks about Muhammad’s confrontation with the forces of the pagan Quraysh at Badr, in which the Muslim prophet…turns the other cheek! Exhorts his followers to love their enemies and pray for those who persecute them! And begins a Gandhi-esque nonviolent protest!
Sura 8, Al-Anfal — “Booty,” or “The Spoils of War” — dates from the second year of the Medinan period, the second part of Muhammad’s prophetic career. Islamic tradition holds that it was revealed not long after the Battle of Badr, the first great victory of the Muslims over their chief rivals of the time, the pagan Quraysh tribe. The title of this sura is better known than most, since Saddam Hussein used Al-Anfal as the name for his genocidal 1988 campaigns against the Kurds, in which between 50,000 and 100,000 people were murdered.
At Badr, the Quraysh came out to meet Muhammad’s three hundred men with a force nearly a thousand strong. Muhammad had provoked the battle by sending his men out to raid a Quraysh caravan, telling them: “This is the caravan of Quraysh carrying their property, so march forth to intercept it, Allah might make it as war spoils for you.” As the battle loomed, according to Muhammad’s earliest biographer, Ibn Ishaq, the Islamic prophet strode among his troops and issued a momentous promise — one that has given heart to Muslim warriors throughout the ages: “By Allah in whose hand is the soul of Muhammad, no man will be slain this day fighting against them with steadfast courage advancing not retreating but Allah will cause him to enter Paradise.”
One of the Muslim warriors, Umayr bin al-Humam, exclaimed: “Fine, Fine! Is there nothing between me and my entering Paradise save to be killed by these men?” He flung away some dates that he had been eating, rushed into the thick of the battle, and fought until he was killed.
The Quraysh were routed. Some Muslim traditions say that Muhammad himself participated in the fighting; others that it was more likely that he exhorted his followers from the sidelines. In any event, it was an occasion for him to avenge years of frustration, resentment, and hatred toward his people who had rejected him. One of his followers later recalled a curse Muhammad had pronounced on the leaders of the Quraysh: “The Prophet said, ‘O Allah! Destroy the chiefs of Quraish, O Allah! Destroy Abu Jahl bin Hisham, Utba bin Rabi’a, Shaiba bin Rabi’a, Uqba bin Abi Mu’ait, Umaiya bin Khalaf (or Ubai bin Kalaf).” All these men were captured or killed during the battle of Badr. Ibn Ishaq says that one Quraysh leader named in this curse, Uqba, pleaded for his life: “But who will look after my children, O Muhammad?” In the confrontation, Uqba had thrown camel dung, blood, and intestines on the Prophet of Islam, to the great merriment of the Quraysh chieftans, while Muhammad prostrated himself in prayer. Muhammad had pronounced a curse on them, and now it was being fulfilled. Who would care for Uqba’s children? “Hell,” Muhammad declared, and ordered Uqba killed.
The victory at Badr was the turning point for the Muslims. It became the stuff of legend, a cornerstone of the new religion. And Allah rewarded those to whom he had granted victory. In verses 1-4 he praises the true believers, who follow the Islamic rules concerning prayer, fasting, and almsgiving, and address for the first time the question of the spoils of war from Badr. There was great booty for the victors — so much, in fact, that it became a bone of contention. Muhammad was receiving questions about the disposal of the booty, and Allah tells the Muslims that that is entirely up to Muhammad (v. 1). This was in accord with a special privilege that Allah had granted to Muhammad. Muhammad explained: “I have been given five (things) which were not given to any amongst the Prophets before me.” These included the fact that “Allah made me victorious by awe (by His frightening my enemies)” and “the booty has been made Halal (lawful) to me (and was not made so to anyone else).” Victorious with “awe” is often translated in other hadiths as “victorious through terror.”
Allah then refers to various incidents that took place before and during the battle (vv. 5-17), emphasizing that he commands warfare and protects the believers in it. The true believers were willing to go out of their homes to wage jihad warfare, although some disliked doing so and disputed with Muhammad about having to do so (vv. 5-6). This echoes 2:216: “Fighting has been enjoined upon you while it is hateful to you. But perhaps you hate a thing and it is good for you; and perhaps you love a thing and it is bad for you. And Allah Knows, while you know not.” Allah says that he “intended to establish the truth by His words and to eliminate the disbelievers” (v. 7).
Allah announced that a thousand angels joined the Muslims to smite the Quraysh (v. 9), and that he had “inspired to the angels, ‘I am with you, so strengthen those who have believed. I will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieved, so strike [them] upon the necks and strike from them every fingertip.'”(v. 12). The Tafsir Al-Jalalayn explains: “that is, [smite] the extremities of their hands and feet: thus, when one of them went to strike an disbeliever’s head, it would roll off before his sword reached it.” This verse became one of the chief justifications for the Islamic practice — then and now — of beheading hostages and war captives. At the beheading of American hostage Nicholas Berg in May 2004, for example, the now-dead Iraqi jihad leader Abu Musab al-Zarqawi invoked the great battle: “Is it not time for you [Muslims] to take the path of jihad and carry the sword of the Prophet of prophets?…The Prophet, the most merciful, ordered [his army] to strike the necks of some prisoners in [the battle of] Badr and to kill them…And he set a good example for us.”
Allah sent angels against the Quraysh “because they opposed Allah and His Messenger. And whoever opposes Allah and His Messenger – indeed, Allah is severe in penalty.” (v. 13). The Muslims must always advance, never turning their backs on the enemy, unless they do so as a stratagem of war (vv. 15-16). Allah tells Muhammad that the Muslims were merely passive instruments at Badr. At one point, according to Ibn Ishaq, Muhammad threw pebbles toward the Quraysh, exclaiming: “Foul be those faces!” But it was Allah who killed the Quraysh and even Allah who threw the pebbles: “And you did not kill them, but it was Allah who killed them. And you threw not, when you threw, but it was Allah who threw that He might test the believers with a good test. Indeed, Allah is Hearing and Knowing.” (v. 17).
Then Allah address the unbelievers (vv. 18-19), warning the Quraysh not to attempt another attack, telling them they will again be defeated no matter how much more numerous they are than the Muslims. He then addresses the Muslims again (vv. 20-30), exhorting them to faith and reminding them how Allah gave them victory at Badr despite the enemy’s superior numbers (v. 26). The unbelievers may plot and plan, but “Allah is the best of plotters” (v. 30).

People are beginning to take a stand against Disney after it was revealed the upcoming live action version of Beauty and the Beast will feature the company’s first-ever “exclusively gay moment.”
Director Bill Condon said in interview with Attitude magazine that Belle’s suitor, Gaston- has a male admirer in manservant LeFou, and that he will be used in the movie to highlight homosexuality.
However, some audiences aren’t happy with this.
Already, a movie theatre in Alabama has decided it will not be showing the latest version of the Disney classic.
“It is with great sorrow that I have to tell our customers that we will not be showing Beauty and the Beast at the Henagar Drive-In when it comes out. When companies continually force their views on us we need to take a stand. We all make choices and I am making mine,” the owner said in a statement on Facebook.
He added, “If we can not take our 11-year-old granddaughter and 8-year-old grandson to see a movie, we have no business watching it. If I can’t sit through a movie with God or Jesus sitting by me, then we have no business showing it.”
The owner says he only wants to show “wholesome movies” and will not compromise on what the Bible teaches.
Responses to the post ranged from hatred to support.
One person posted “Maybe you could take your 11- and 8-year-old grandchildren to see the movie and teach them that love is love so they don’t grow up hateful and miserable like you.”
Another wrote “I support your decision 100%. As usual, the left-wing anything-goes crowd is posting negativity. Please do not be swayed in your belief. I don’t think you’ll be out of business, I’m positive there are millions of people that share your values and will stand beside you to keep decency alive. Thank you. May you continue to be blessed.”
Others upset with Disney’s decision have decided to sign a boycott and let their frustrations be heard.
LifePetitions, a website used to serve pro-life and pro-family communities, started a petition in order to send a “strong message to Disney that children’s entertainment is no place to promote a harmful sexual political agenda.”

Feminists and Conservatives Link Arms to Confront Transgender Ideology

On Feb. 16, a rape survivor, a lesbian, a radical feminist, and a conservative activist gathered at The Heritage Foundation in support of a common cause. As members of the Hands Across the Aisle Coalition, these unlikely allies have banded together to combat the increasingly anti-woman positions adopted by the transgender movement. The event, which focused on the impact of laws and policies that privilege “gender identity” over biological sex, was hosted by Ryan T. Anderson, the Heritage Foundation’s William E. Simon senior research fellow. Leading off the panel was Kaeley Triller Haver, whose past as a survivor of childhood sexual abuse drives her current work fighting to protect the safety and privacy of women and girls. She first encountered the push to allow men in women’s restrooms while on staff at her local YMCA. As part of her job duties, she conducted regular sex offender screenings, and the results were disturbing, as she recounted: Every single time that I would run one of these screenings, I would find somebody who’d infiltrated the system, because that’s what predators do—they prey, and they seek opportunity. And I recognized that this new policy that they were asking us to embrace and adopt was basically the equivalent of rolling out a welcome mat for any man who decided that he wanted to come in and access our spaces. Haver recognized the transgender activists’ strategy of accusing those who oppose their agenda of being close-minded and unloving. Her abuser had used similar tactics to persuade her to compromise her personal boundaries, she said. Emily Zinos, a mother of seven, was unable to attend the event, but her comments were read in her absence. Zinos faced this issue in one of her children’s schools. As part of the Ask Me First campaign, she advocates safety and privacy for all students. She wrote: What worries me most is that schools across the country are quashing debate, abandoning academic pursuits, and reducing themselves to pawns in a political movement whose claims are highly questionable, unscientific, and have been shown to harm children. Public schools have a duty to serve all children, but schools cannot serve children and a totalitarian ideology all at once. Miriam Ben-Shalom, a longtime gay rights activist and the first lesbian U.S. service member to be reinstated after being discharged from the military under “don’t ask, don’t tell,” spoke next. She asked conservatives to differentiate between the gay and lesbian community and transgender activists, whose agenda is more about infringing women’s rights and safety than protecting those of transgender citizens. She said: It’s not about bathrooms. It is about bathrooms, locker rooms, women’s shelters, women’s jails, and women’s spaces, and the real issue here is male violence. That’s what it is, and that’s what we’re talking about here. If trans women were really women, they would understand that the issue is male violence and they would sit down with us and civilly work together to find an acceptable solution to this problem. Pence’s AOL Account Is Not the Same as Hillary’s Emails – Here’s Why

Democrats are seizing on a new report that Vice President Mike Pence used an AOL account to conduct state business while he was governor of Indiana . . .
The hashtag #PenceEmails is trending on social media this morning, with critics calling out Pence’s own “Email-Gate.”
The critics argue Pence did the same thing as Hillary Clinton after he and President Trump strongly criticized her last year for using a private email server while she was secretary of state.
But as Ed Henry pointed out today, the two situations are not the same.

Sen. Ben Sasse, R-Neb., on Saturday said the country is “in the midst of a civilization-warping crisis of public trust” following President Trump’s alleging the Obama administration wire-tapped the campaign headquarters last October.
“The President today made some very serious allegations, and the informed citizens that a republic requires deserve more information,” Sasse said in a statement released Saturday afternoon. “[T]he President’s allegations today demand the thorough and dispassionate attention of serious patriots. A quest for the full truth, rather than knee-jerk partisanship, must be our guide if we are going to rebuild civic trust and health.”
The Tea Party-affiliated senator then laid out an explanation of what may have transpired.
“If there were wiretaps of then-candidate Trump’s organization or campaign, then it was either with FISA Court authorization or without such authorization. If without, the President should explain what sort of wiretap it was and how he knows this. It is possible that he was illegally tapped,” Sasse said.

On Saturday, President Donald Trump threw the equivalent of rhetorical megaton nuclear bomb into the nation’s political discourse. In a series of tweets, Trump accused former President Barack Obama of “wire-tapping” his Trump Tower office. While it is unknown if Obama himself ordered a wire-tap of equipment in the Manhattan skyscraper, it has been reported that a FISA warrant was requested over the course of the campaign for equipment in the building.
Since Trump’s series of tweets, there has been a lot of misinformation about the FISA court, and the threshold that is necessary to obtain a warrant from the court. Here’s what we know about Trump’s claims, and how that relates to the FISA courts.
On November 7, 2016, the day before the 2016 general election, HeatStreet released a bombshell report that a FISA warrant was issued for a server in Trump Tower.
Two separate sources with links to the counter-intelligence community have confirmed to Heat Street that the FBI sought, and was granted, a FISA court warrant in October, giving counter-intelligence permission to examine the activities of ‘U.S. persons’ in Donald Trump’s campaign with ties to Russia.
In January National Review picked up on the story with former U.S. Attorney Andrew C. McCarthy offering his take. McCarthy explained that as a terrorist prosecutor he often argued against the “wall” separating the FBI’s Counter-Intelligence division, and the criminal investigative division. McCarthy leads with, “the idea that FISA could be used against political enemies always seemed far-fetched. Now it might not be.”
That leads to the question, what is the FISA court and how is it different than a regular criminal court.
Unlike the misconception proffered by Howard Dean, the FISA court was not, “set up after 9/11 by Bush.” According to the Department of Justice, The Foreign Intelligence Service Court was established by the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978. Here is how the DOJ describes it.
Like Title III of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 (the “Wiretap Act”), the FISA legislation was the result of congressional investigations into Federal surveillance activities conducted in the name of national security. Through FISA, Congress sought to provide judicial and congressional oversight of foreign intelligence surveillance activities while maintaining the secrecy necessary to effectively monitor national security threats. FISA was initially enacted in 1978 and sets out procedures for physical and electronic surveillance and collection of foreign intelligence information. Initially, FISA addressed only electronic surveillance but has been significantly amended to address the use of pen registers and trap and trace devices, physical searches, and business records.
FISA also established the United States Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC), a special U.S. Federal court that holds nonpublic sessions to consider issuing search warrants under FISA. Proceedings before the FISC are ex parte, meaning the government is the only party present.
There are currently eleven members of the court. They are appointed for set terms, and also hold judgeships in other Federal Courts. Judges were appointed to their district courts by both Republican and Democratic presidents, and FISC judges are appointed to the court by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.
The narrative from the Left has quickly morphed from denial that the Obama administration wiretapped Trump Tower to an admonishment that if a wiretap did happen is was after a FISA court warrant. The Left has further stated that if a warrant was issued, then it must have been because probable cause was found to give the warrant. Here’s David Axelrod, a high level Obama confidant, making that assertion.
If there were the wiretap @realDonaldTrump loudly alleges, such an extraordinary warrant would only have been OKed by a court for a reason.

That’s not how FISA warrants are given. Here’s how the DOJ describes the warrant process in a FISC [emphasis added].
Electronic Surveillance Procedures – Subchapter I of FISA established procedures for the conduct of foreign intelligence surveillance and created the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC). The Department of Justice must apply to the FISC to obtain a warrant authorizing electronic surveillance of foreign agents. For targets that are U.S. persons (U.S. citizens, permanent resident aliens, and U.S. corporations), FISA requires heightened requirements in some instances.
Unlike domestic criminal surveillance warrants issued under Title III of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 (the “Wiretap Act”), agents need to demonstrate probable cause to believe that the “target of the surveillance is a foreign power or agent of a foreign power,” that “a significant purpose” of the surveillance is to obtain “foreign intelligence information,” and that appropriate “minimization procedures” are in place. 50 U.S.C. § 1804.
Agents do not need to demonstrate that commission of a crime is imminent.
For purposes of FISA, agents of foreign powers include agents of foreign political organizations and groups engaged in international terrorism, as well as agents of foreign nations. 50 U.S.C. § 1801
There you have it, the “agents do not need to demonstrate that commission of a crime is imminent.” This low bar results in almost all warrant requests being granted by the FISC. In 2013, Mother Jones reported that the FISC had rejected just 0.03 percent of all requests.
McCarthy explained further in his January, 2017 piece how a FISA warrant differs from a criminal warrant.
The theory of the Clinton DOJ brass in imposing the Wall was the potential that a rogue criminal investigator, lacking sufficient evidence to obtain a traditional wiretap, would manufacture a national-security angle in order to get a wiretap under the 1978 Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA). A traditional wiretap requires evidence amounting to probable cause of commission of a crime. A FISA wiretap requires no showing of a crime, just evidence amounting to probable cause that the target of the wiretap is an agent of a foreign power. (A foreign power can be another country or a foreign terrorist organization.) The reason the Wall theory was absurd was that a rogue agent would surely manufacture evidence of a crime before he’d manufacture a national-security angle. The process of getting a traditional wiretap is straightforward: FBI crim-div agents and a district assistant U.S. attorney (AUSA) write the supporting affidavit; it gets approved by the AUSA’s supervisors; then it is submitted to the Justice Department’s electronic-surveillance unit; after that unit’s approval, the attorney general’s designee signs off; then the AUSA and the FBI present the application to a district judge. FISA wiretaps, by contrast, go through a completely different, more difficult and remote chain of command. In it, the district AUSA and FBI crim-div agents who started the investigation get cut out of the process, which is taken over by Main Justice’s National Security Division and the FBI’s national-security agents. In other words, if we assume an agent is inclined to be a rogue, it would be far easier (and less likely of detection) to trump up evidence of a crime in order to satisfy the probable-cause standard for a traditional wiretap than to manufacture a national-security threat in order to get a FISA wiretap. No rational rogue would do it.
What McCarthy describes is that a FISA warrant is much easier to obtain, and that the Clinton DOJ set up a wall between counter intelligence officers and the criminal division to ensure that a rogue FBI agent, unable to demonstrate probable cause, would be unable to obtain a FISA warrant to circumvent the criminal courts. If the Obama administration went to the FISC for a FISA warrant, that is exactly what seemingly happened.
While we will not definitively know that if there was or was not a FISA warrant until it is released to the public, it is important to know the facts surrounding the court to parse the statements being made by the Left. An old saying goes that a typical idealistic movement “starts out as a crusade, turn into a business, then degenerates into a racket.” In the case of the modern Left, that’s far too generous. It’s clear that the most successful technique in the Left’s playbook, “community organizing,” started out as a racket. In fact, its inventor, Saul Alinsky, developed it based on the “protection rackets” practiced by the organized crime syndicates whose leaders he befriended in the 1940s. He is the modern Machiavelli who figured out how to exploit the ethnic and social divides inside a community, manufacture outrage, and bully large institutions into funding the very groups that attacked them.
Of course, it was in an Alinsky training school that Barack Obama got his start in politics. And now we learn from news reports that the shakedown methods of community organizing were applied by Obama’s White House, on a massive scale that corrupted our judicial system. Department of Justice officials diverted millions of dollars slated for victims of the 2008 housing meltdown to politically favored third parties, including “left-wing radical groups,” according to the chairman of a House of Representatives oversight subcommittee….
Rep. Sean Duffy, a Wisconsin Republican and chairman of the House Financial Services oversight and investigations subcommittee, said Friday the officials “skimmed” off three percent from mortgage-related bank settlements. This created what he called a $500 million “slush fund” that could be steered toward favored groups….
Among the political activist groups favored favored by the settlements is La Raza, the nation’s largest Hispanic activist organization that routinely supports Democratic candidates and causes. Cecilia Munoz, a La Raza senior vice president, was appointed by Obama in 2012 to head the White House Domestic Policy Council….
The Chicano Student Movement of Aztlan (MEChA) is also slated to receive $50,000 from the Bank of America settlement, according to Cause of Action…. A February 2016 independent monitor report about a Bank of America settlement, obtained by TheDCNF, showed that $125 million had been “donated” by the bank in 2014 to 147 “community” groups and “housing counseling agencies.”
Leftist Groups That Helped Cause Housing Crisis Profit from Payouts
La Raza (“The Race”) and MEChA are radical Mexican nationalist organizations, which have long been accused of being the Latino equivalent of white supremacists. As Mark Kirkorian of National Review has pointed out, La Raza took its very name from the writings of a Mexican radical who claimed that the blend of Spanish and Indian blood that took place in Mexico had produced a superior race.
The Obama administration arranged that instead of paying out money to homeowners whom they had harmed, or to taxpayers who bailed out investors, banks accused of wrongdoing would sluice money into the coffers of leftist activists like La Raza, which oppose the enforcement of U.S. immigration laws.
The irony becomes even richer when you remember that part of the reason for the 2008 crisis was that banks had lowered their standards for giving out mortgages, under pressure from leftist groups like La Raza to offer more home loans to members of minority groups regardless of their credit scores. So leftists help to gin up a national economic crisis, then profit from the collapse. Nice work if you can get it.
Sending Taxpayer Money to George Soros
Obama’s Alinskyite methods have gone global. As The Stream reported, in the small post-Communist Republic of Macedonia, Obama’s diplomatic appointees have been funneling U.S. tax-funded foreign aid through the aggressively leftist, pro-abortion Open Society Foundation created by international banker George Soros:
The Obama-appointed U.S. ambassador in Skopje, Jess Baily, has come under congressional scrutiny over accusations that he has shown a political bias against the Macedonian conservative party, VMRO, and that he facilitated coalition negotiations between the main leftist party and ethnic Albanian parties.
In a letter sent to Baily on Jan. 17, Republican members of the House and the Senate also asked him to explain reports that his embassy had selected Soros’ Open Society Foundations as the main implementer of U.S. Agency for International Development projects in Macedonia….
Feb. 27 USAID announcement of a $2.54 million contract with the foundation revealed that the project included paying for training in “civic activism,” “mobilization,” and “civic engagement.”
Far from strengthening the rule of law or regional security, these are activities associated with the redefinition of civics as 1960s-style progressive political activism. They are all strategies straight out of Saul Alinsky’s subversion manual, Rules for Radicals, whose translation into Macedonian, incidentally, was funded by Soros’ foundation in 2014.

{wnd.com} ~ Fabrications of a link between Russia and President Donald Trump’s election campaign are reaching a fevered pitch in Washington. Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer is demanding that Attorney General Jeff Sessions resign after only about 22 days on the job.
President Trump is aiming to drain the swamp in the District of Corruption (D.C.) and hired Sessions as the principal government leader in that effort. Well, Schumer is one of the chief alligators in that swamp. Schumer is the successor to former corrupt Senate Minority Leader Harry dinky-Reid in more ways than one, including as the chief proponent of hypocrisy and deceit. Not surprisingly, it turns out the alligators don’t want to see the swamp drained.
As a former federal prosecutor of the U.S. Department of Justice, I take special interest and particular affront at watching calls for Sessions to resign. Inside the Department of Justice (DOJ), when there is no evidence whatsoever of anything to investigate much less of any wrongdoing, the DOJ I knew did not generally chase phantoms.
An honorable man and a capable leader, Sessions is learning that appeasement of the left does not work, but only encourages further attacks. President Trump’s precipitous canning of Gen. Michael Flynn was a big mistake, as it has encouraged his opponents to believe Trump can be bullied into repeating that misstep. Conservatives naively keep trying to be gentlemen and ladies in what otherwise is a war zone.
President Barack Hussein liar-nObama’s attorney general, Loretta Lynch, met privately on an airport tarmac in Phoenix, Arizona, inside a private jet, with former President Bill liar-Clinton just before a decision by the DOJ on whether to indict presidential candidate liar-Hillary Clinton. Yet this does not bother Chuck Schumer. liar-nObama’s prior attorney general, Eric Holder, was found in contempt of Congress for illegally withholding information about liar-nObama’s “Fast and Furious” scandal running guns into Mexico to drug gangs in the hopes of engineering an incident to help ban guns in the United States. Schumer predictably found nothing wrong with Eric Holder’s felonious tenure as attorney general.
Therefore, I have launched today at Freedom Watch, the public-interest organization I founded, a series of investigations into Sen. Schumer. We will be filing Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests with all relevant federal and state agencies to further uncover the unethical if not criminal conduct of Session’s accuser.
First, what are Schumer’s ties to President Vladimir Putin and the Russian Federation? liar-Hillary Clinton helped engineer the sale of a business to Russia, which owns 20 percent of the United States’ uranium reserves. But as the senior senator from New York, who served alongside then-Sen. liar-Hillary Clinton, also from New York (sort of), this most likely did not happen without Schumer having a hand in the sale of uranium. Therefore, Freedom Watch will find out what Schumer’s role was in selling U.S. uranium to Russia, and how he likely benefited.
In this, we should pay special attention to the term “associates.” Trump is being accused of having “associates” talk to Russia. Of course, that incredibly vague term is intended to be a dishonest type of defamation. Who or what is an “associate”? Well, we may as well explore Schumer’s “associates” and find out their ties to Russia.
Second, as the Gateway Pundit reported Friday, Schumer hosted Putin in New York in 2003 at the opening of the first LUKOIL gas station in the U.S. Multiple photographs, including from the Associated Press, of Schumer and Putin are now surfacing.
But this goes deeper. Arranging for Russia’s massive oil empire, chiefly LUKOIL, to open up in New York state surely required a great deal of government maneuvering, meaning “grease,” by the senior senator from New York, Chuck Schumer. What deals were struck between Putin and Schumer to get Russia’s premiere oil company to do business in New York? How did the current minority leader of the U.S. Senate get LUKOIL through regulatory hurdles, environmental regulation, etc.? It is hard for a U.S. citizen to start a business. But Russia had no problem opening up gas stations in Schumer’s home state?
The public has a right to know all the facts. What favors did Schumer receive from Russia? Schumer implies that Russia is corrupt and engages in payoffs. Why is Schumer so convinced of that, after personally doing deals with Putin to bring LUKOIL to New York? New York state has an enormous ethnic Russian population, including at Brighton Beach. New York City even has its own Russian-language radio station. What are Schumer’s connections to the Kremlin, through the large Russian constituency in his home state?
It is ironic and more than hypocritical that Schumer and his leftist comrades, like liar-nObama, Nancy Pulosi, Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth dinky-Warren, Holder, the ACLU, George Soros and other socialist agitators and counter-revolutionaries, are so exercised over Trump’s contacts with Russia. In reality, these leftists feel more affinity to the former Soviet Union and now Russia than this country. Bernie even took his honeymoon in Moscow, the mecca of the left.
Third, Schumer helped cause the collapse of IndyMac Bank, which was a primary trigger of the 2008 collapse of the housing market and mortgage industry and resulting economic crisis. Schumer’s (unnecessarily) public letter claiming that IndyMac was insolvent helped spark a panic that created a self-fulfilling prophesy. We will find out what Schumer did to help create the worst economic collapse since President Carter.
Fourth, Schumer helped spark the inquisition of tea party groups. Schumer’s public letter to the Internal Revenue Service urged a redefinition of 501(c)(4) organizations to target conservative public-policy efforts. Lois Lerner and others implemented that detailed attack in persecuting tea party and other conservative organizations. We will demand all documents of Schumer’s involvement in attacking the First Amendment rights of U.S. citizens.
We will find out how Schumer and Schumer’s “associates” and campaign contributors benefited.
Freedom Watch and I will use the Freedom of Information Act and other investigative means to dig up all of the sordid leftist sleaze about Schumer and his friends. And our new fine attorney general, Jeff Sessions, can assist us in this regard, by first and foremost cleaning out the dishonest crowd of attorneys in the DOJ’s Federal Programs Branch, which has run interference for the liar-Clinton and liar-nObama administrations by unethically obstructing FOIA requesters in the past.
A new day has dawned in Washington, D.C., and We the People must legally take down the evil forces of the left, before they totally destroy the work of our Founding Fathers. The evidence is mounting against former President Obama. He can’t seem to stay out of trouble and out of the news. Obama can't seem to move forward he has to walk behind the shadow of President Trump. He even rented a house 2 blocks away, and now his former adviser Valerie Jarrett has even moved in with him and Michelle. It all sounds kind of weird. She might be there to hold his hand through the transition time and whisper, every thing's going to be all right. I'm here to get you through the night. We'll put up a fight! I mean what is he going to do now? He can play golf anytime he wants to. He has his angry minions following him. He even created a manual giving them instructions how to protest Trump. Yeah, he's still busy trying to divide America. I haven't figured out yet, what's the diet of angry minions. Do they eat malicious poster boards? Or do they go around writing the Russians are coming after inviting them 22 times into the White House. It sounds like he's trying to plot a way to get back into the White House.
I really believe we need to show our youth who the real heroes are that keep us strong as a nation and we need to show that we support our military, something that we proudly use to do. I think if we do this we’ll have less crime in America and we will see more of our youth wanting to be an American hero too, by joining our military forces and wanting to be a protector instead of an agitator. It was recently reported that Jesus Christ helped Trump win the White House and now they’re on a witch-hunt. Though they don’t seem to be having much luck because the Holy Spirit comes and goes. The only way they can receive a visit from the Holy Spirit is to confess their sins, and we all know that democrats are too perfect to admit any imperfections. It was recently reported there was another sighting and move of God when President Trump was prayed for and it left the mainstream media in tears when he said God bless America! Yes, the liberals are in chaotic fears, they’ve never seen a move of God like this before in America. Our God with omnipresence, omniscience, omnipotence seems to be aware of the corruption in America and he’s not taking his protective hands off of President Trump. And the democrats are screeching and screaming that it’s not fair. Stay tuned as we report more Holy Spirit sightings. Prospero Donadio in front of his gun shop located at 11 Skillman Aveune, Brooklyn, NY before 1938
About 10 years back, Mr. Ray Schnell of Upland, California bought an old .410 caliber shotgun from a a man named Bill Bhornamanat at a private sale in California.
Mr. Bhornamanat stated that he bought the shotgun in the early 1990's from an old Italian couple that moved to California from Long Island, New York years ago.
When Mr. Schnell bought the shotgun, he did not realize how truly rare it was. He was only looking to have something to go shooting with. He was intrigued by the craftsmanship and age of the shotgun. He eagerly purchased it for $150.
With a busy life and high work demands, Ray never had the time to go shooting, so the shotgun stayed in his closet for years. Knowing the the old shotgun needed to be cleaned and oiled, Ray brought the shotgun out of the closet for the first time in a while and began to disassemble it for cleaning. Low and behold, under the front forearm wood was an engraving that read "Prospero Donadio New York, New York"
The curiosity began to take hold of Ray as he started his search into Prospero Donadio and the origin of the shotgun. His first idea was to take it to a local gunshot and have it appraised. The shotgun appraised for $500, but they could not tell Ray anything about the shotgun other than it had Belgian proof marks. He first thought this was very odd. He thought this could have been the privately owned shotgun of Prospero Donadio and that it may have been bought in Belgium.
Time went by, but the curiosity still stuck with Ray. For some reason, he just had to know what this shotgun was all about. He then began an exhaustive search on the internet. He learned that there was actually a gun shop in Brooklyn, New York that was owned by a Prospero Donadio. At first light, Ray thought this was very interesting and wanted to know more. Ray began looking more into Prospero Donadio. Finally he came across a post mortem LinkedIn page for Prospero Donadio and his gun shop. Prospero's LinkedIn page was created by his Great Grand son Barry Donadio.
Ray immediately contacted Barry Donadio to learn more about the shotgun. According to Barry, his Great Grandfather owned a gun shop at 11 Skillman Avenue in the Greenpoint section of Brooklyn, New York from 1916 to about 1938. The Brooklyn Queens Expressway was built and the shop was destroyed to make way for the new highway. Prospero then moved the gun shop to 378 Grand Avenue, Brooklyn. It was just West of the new highway and only a few hundred yards for the 11 Skillman Avenue shop.
Prospero operated his shop from there until December 7th 1941. That was the day he died in the shop. It was Pearl Harbor day. He never new of the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor because it took a day for the news to arrive to the mainland on the United States.
Ironically, December 7th is Ray Schnell's birthday. He turned 2 years old on the day Prospero died.
Prospero had an interesting life. He was also an inventor. He held at least 3 patents regarding pistol operation and a 1917 patent for revolver safety's. Barry thinks Prospero's gun shop may have started as far back as 1915 in Manhattan, but he has not been able to prove it yet.
Barry Donadio explained that it is the understand of his family that Prospero had a line of high quality shotguns made in Belgium. They were made for him to sell in his gun shop in New York.
It is not known for sure if Prospero engraved the guns with his name or the manufacturer in Belgium. It is quite possible that Prospero did it himself to personalize the guns coming from his shop. In either case, it would make the shotguns sold in his shop very rare. Just how rare are they? A .32 gauge shotgun from Propero's shop went to auction in 2013 at a starting bid of $5,750. The reputable James D. Julia auctioneer company held the auction. Barry stated that he has seen these shotguns sell for a higher price.
Barry estimates that at the most, approximately 200 shotguns may have been made that are actually marked with "Prospero Donadio" name on them. He also estimates that probably only about 50 of these shotguns exist today. Out of those 50 existing shotguns, about 25 of the owners may not even be aware it is a "Prospero Donadio" shotgun unless they took apart the shotgun for cleaning by removing the front wood forearm grips. Barry Donadio stated; " It is only a guess in regards to how many of these shotguns are in existence. The numbers can be far lower than even what I have concluded."
The shotgun that Barry Donadio obtained from Ray Schnell is only about the 6th "Prospero Donadio" shotgun to surface publicly in the world. Barry believes that there are an additional 4 more "Prospero Donadio" shotguns owned by other Prosepero Donadio descendants, but they are not talking. "The shotguns are a very secretive possession by Prospero Donadio's descendants. We know some descendants have other shotgun guns, but no family member knows exactly who possesses them in the family and no one talks about it or admits they have one." Donadio said.
Barry Donadio went on to praise Ray Schnell for his genorosity. Donadio said; "Ray sold me the shotgun for far less then what it is worth only to make sure it goes back to a Donadio." I really appreciate his empathy, his passion for history and his gentlemanly gesture of kindness." My family is forever grateful to Mr. Schnell for contacting us and making sure this shotgun came home to a Donadio after 90 years."
Donadio spoke of his Great Grandfather stating that he was a brilliant man that slipped through the cracks of history. He was never truly recognized for all the lives he may have potentially saved by making a patent in 1916 for a revolver safety. Prospero's revolver safety was used on Iver Johnson manufactured revolvers, Meridian Firearms revolvers and Howard Arms revolvers as early as 1917. The safety levers on these revolvers are stamped "May 11 1917". If you have a revolver with this stamped date on it, Prospero Donadio's safety latch patent is applied to that revolver. This makes the revolver a little bit more historic.
Barry Donadio stated that one day he would like to go back to the same Brooklyn neighborhood to manufacture and sell "Donadio" shotguns. Donadio said "It would be good for New York and it would be good for Brooklyn to have their own organically made specialty shotguns of such fine quality. "
The Trump wiretapping scandal is still in the first stages. It has been shown that in fact, the Obama administration did actively wiretap Donald Trump, and has lead to a plethora of “leaks: that the mainstream media has made front and center to attempt to delegitimize the new President. It was operatives of the Obama administration who used these leaks allegedly procured through this illegal wiretapping that have been creating this entire Russian false story in an attempt to turn the American people against Trump. This is the same administration that brought the American people the lies about Fast and Furious, the IRS, and many others. Thi8s is an administration that had one attorney General found in contempt of Congress, and another taking the Fifth Amendment. And now this same administration is asking the American people to believe MORE lies about our present President.
What is even more appalling than the illegal wiretapping that, if not done by Obama, was directed by him to the NSC and FBI is the fact top Republicans and Democrats knew about this surveillance and said nothing. Among those who knew and said nothing was House Speaker Paul Ryan, House minority leader Chuckie Shumer, and Senator John McCain and Senator Lindsay Graham.
In concert with the media it is being claimed that there is no proof that the wiretapping actually occurred. These are the same low lifes that are pushing a false narrative about Trumps Russian connections, even though the FBI has already stated there is no proof. Obama, in refuting this accusation claims that his administration ever ordered the wiretapping or interfered in any investigation being done by the DOJ. He is saying that he did not order it, but does not say that the administration did. This isn’t like the “Russian problem”, this accusation actually has documentation that shows what was done although the MSM will bury it and not let the American people know. It is a concerted effort by all those involved to hide the truth and ignoring the fundamental freedom of the American people to know what traitors to this country are doing.
There were multiple attempts by the FBI to obtain a warrant through the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, (FISA) over the summer to monitor four member of the Trump campaign because of what they felt was inappropriate contact between these men and Russian officials. This original attempt to gain a warrant was turned down. Another FBI request was accept by the FISA court in October of last year. The accepted warrant was centered around the possible financial and banking offenses that were3 allegedly found on a server that was possibly related to the Trump campaign. In essence, the Obama administration was monitoring the Trump campaign using the power of the federal governments intelligence services paid for by taxpayers.
The second FISA request, once again done by the FBI on Obamas orders led to the wiretapping of Trump. In the request it clearly states,
“No evidence was found- but the wiretaps continue”
The media, both local and national have already tried to make this story disappear while continuing to push a false “The Russians did it” storyline to do all they can to delegitimize our President. The concluded investigation into the Russians subverting our election has already be made known to the media and everyone in both parties, but the Democrats and the sycophants in the media can’t let go because they don’t have anything else and they are still hoping that the low information voters who barely watch much less comprehend local news will continue to believe it. Stories such as the Russian meddling in our elections has already been refuted, but sycophants such as the New York Times, the Washington Post and the progressive/socialist on the Democrat party refuse to let it go. They have nothing else, no policy, not way forward to bring the American people back to the Utopia that these Marxists and globalists have laid out for the country.
Couple Obamas changing of the rules to allow the NSA to share “evidence” with all other intelligence agencies just before leaving office, and it shows that Obama holdouts in intelligence can put out any false story they want, label it intelligence and not have to divulge where the “information” came from, putting even private citizens under the yoke of Obama infiltrated intelligence agencies.
They used this intel to take down Flynn by making it the lead story for weeks, and intended to do the same to Sessions until it came out that one of the meeting that everyone has been whining about was actually an event arranged by the the Obama administration. And Sessions did answer the question that Franken asked, he did not talk to any Russians about the campaign. The question now is, did the intelligence agencies set up the question to try and catch Sessions in a lie and force Trump to terminate him?
The FISA court has a very rigid set of rules that must be followed. The only valid reason for the court to approve surveillance is only foreign intelligence information is the information necessary to protect the United States against a potential or actual hostile attack, sabotage or international terror. It would be interesting to see which of these the MSM will pick to attempt to convince the American People that there was nothing criminal here.
Looking at the FISA court and why the warrant was ever issued in a challenge for the past administration, the courts, and is just another reason why the American people do not trust government. FISA should have had no part in this debacle as there was no relevant purpose to even issue the warrant, especially when based on the Obama administration withholding information that the court needed to make a determination. An affidavit was required by the FISA court to apply for the warrant. That affidavit was written and attested to by the Obama administration. If that affidavit concealed information from the court, which it apparently did, that affidavit must be made available to the Congress and the American people. It has been proven that although the main target was Donald Trump, his name in never mentioned in the warrant that FISA allowed. That is perjury and a serious violation, along with the dissemination of information on an American citizen from an investigation that in all instances should remain confidential.
It can’t be denied that the Obama administration used surveillance information and sent it to the mainstream media in leaks that are prosecutable. The investigation into this illegal process will continue. The American people will no longer turn a blind eye to the socialists, globalists and media that continue to feel we must follow what they feel is best for us. Obama and the members of his administration need to go to jail, Those Obama holdovers in this administration need to be gone, and those reporters who willingly spout lies and fake news need to find that the American people will no longer follow and will in the long term run them out of town on a rail as it should be.
