 JEB LAUNCHES LEADERSHIP PAC
In his most direct step yet towards a 2016 White House bid, Jeb Bush will be filling paperwork today to officially launch his leadership political action committee, which will be called the Right to Rise PAC. In a statement to Fox News, a source close to the former Florida governor said, “We will celebrate success and risk taking, protect liberty, cherish free enterprise, strengthen our national defense, embrace the energy revolution, fix our broken and obsolete immigration system, and give all children a better future by transforming our education system through choice, high standards and accountability.” The Right to Rise PAC would also help pay the expenses of a burgeoning staff, polling, and finance Bush trips across the country as a possible 2016 contender. The formation of this leadership PAC as well as a separate super PAC by Bush supporters – could be used to flush other GOP potential aspirants out of the 2016 field, by essentially, flexing the formidable financial strength of Jeb’s donor network. Bush is holding a private fundraiser Wednesday, in Greenwich, Conn., and more fundraising events are planned in Florida and Washington, D.C. in the next few weeks, as are meetings with major donors. - More from Fox News here-Fox News

And none too soon -   Reflecting the reality of 2016 frontrunner status, Jeb is already facing ramped-up scrutiny of his views on same-sex marriage. Reacting to a judge’s ruling allowing gay couples to wed in parts of the former Florida governor’s home state, he told the Miami Herald Sunday “It ought be a local decision. I mean, a state decision,” The state decided. The people of the state decided. But it’s been overturned by the courts, I guess.” NYT, citing his long time opposition to same-sex marriages, said Bush “…struck a conciliatory note on Monday, telling The New York Times that ‘regardless of our disagreements, we have to respect the rule of law.’…Gay rights leaders said they found Mr. Bush’s statement on Monday encouraging. Fred Sainz, a spokesman for the Human Rights Campaign, a group that has pushed for same-sex marriage, said that ‘most Republican politicians have been adamant in their opposition and provide no room for evolution.’  Mr. Bush ‘at least is expressing his respect for those who support marriage equality,’ Mr. Sainz said. ‘That’s a big change for Republicans.’”  -Fox News

On same-sex marriage, a consistent view but changing language   Buzzfeed reaches back two decades with a deep dive on Jeb Bush’s views on same-sex marriage. “Two decades ago, Jeb Bush wrote there should be no special rights for LGBT people. ‘This opinion editorial from 20 years ago does not reflect Gov. Bush’s views now, nor would he use this terminology today,’ a spokeswoman said. Jeb Bush has said gay couples shouldn’t be ‘discriminated against.’ He has argued that same-sex parents who ‘love their children with all their heart and soul’ are ‘examples to others.’ … The former Florida governor hasn’t changed his position on same-sex marriage. He opposes it, and has since he first ran for office more than 20 years ago.
But Bush’s recent, somewhat sympathetic language about LGBT rights provides a marked contrast to his early comments on the issue – more in rhetoric than policy.”]  -Fox News

COWBOYS OWNER PAID FOR CHRISTIE’S PRIVATE JET FLIGHT
The New Jersey Star Ledger reports that Gov. Chris Christie’s private jet trips to watch Dallas Cowboys games were paid for by team owner, Jerry Jones. The governor’s spokesman Kevin Roberts, said, “Governor Christie attended the game last night as a guest of Jerry Jones, who provided both the ticket and transportation at no expense to New Jersey taxpayers.” Despite the criticism for his junkets and love for one of the most hated teams in his home state, Christie said he might do it again and fly to Wisconsin for Sunday’s Cowboys-Packers showdown.

WARREN NOT BACKING OFF HILLY WALL STREET KNOCK
WBZ: “…[We] asked [Sen. Elizabeth Warren] if her indictment [of corporate influence over Congress] included former Secretary of State Hilly Clinton, a major beneficiary of Citigroup political donations over the years. ‘I’m just calling out the problem we have right now in Washington, and Citigroup is an example of these big corporations who have undue influence right there in Washington,’ said Warren. Asked if the public should be wary of Citigroup ties to Clinton and current Treasury Secretary Jack Lew, who was chief operating officer of Citigroup in the years prior to the 2008 financial meltdown, Warren said: ‘The public should absolutely be wary of the influence of Citigroup and other large financial corporations and the power they wield in Washington.’”

Air Force Drone Program On The Verge Of Collapse
(Jonah Bennett) - An internal memo from senior officials reveals that the Air Force’s drone program is on the verge of collapse due to limited personnel just when the military is stepping up efforts against ISIS, The Daily Beast reports...The memo from Gen. Herbert Carlisle, commander of the Air Combat Command (ACC), reflects a longstanding dispute between the Air Force and the Pentagon. At a time when more drone flights than ever are needed to combat ISIS, the Air Force is struggling to keep up with demand. What’s missing is not equipment: There are more than enough MQ-1 and MQ-9 Reaper drones in stock; but the Air Force is running dangerously low on trained personnel. “It’s at the breaking point, and has been for a long time,” a senior service official told The Daily Beast. “What’s different now is that the band-aid fixes are no longer working.”       http://dailycaller.com/2015/01/05/air-force-drone-program-on-the-verge-of-collapse/?advD=1248%2C48782&bt_alias=eyJ1c2VySWQiOiJjNTliYzIxYy1kM2ZhLTQ5MWMtYjhmZC02M2M2MjhjYzNjZjMifQ%3D%3D#mnetint

Fighting Red Maps in Purple States
( Tarini Parti) - Based on the big elections in Virginia in recent years, the Old Dominion is turning reliably blue: victories by Barack nObama in 2008 and 2012, two Senate wins by Democrats in two years, and Terry McAuliffe’s triumph in between...So how is it that Republicans have a stranglehold on the state’s congressional delegation, holding eight seats to Democrats’ three? That question is at the heart of a legal battle over whether Republicans have improperly leveraged their power over the redistricting process. The outcome could have far-reaching implications because the contours of congressional districts drawn by Republican-controlled legislatures are seen as a driving reason why Democrats may be locked in the House minority until at least after the next census in 2020. http://www.politico.com/story/2015/01/fighting-red-maps-in-purple-states-113932.html?hp=l1_3

2015: The Year of Diplomatic Disaster in Iran?
(Bruce Thornton) - Prognosticators from the London Times to Democratic pundit James Carville are predicting that President nObama this year will finish a deal with Iran regarding its nuclear program...With a record of foreign policy failure, nObama is eager for a seeming success, even if the agreement leaves the mullahs with the capacity to quickly build some nuclear bombs at a time of their choosing. Such an outcome would obviously be a strategic disaster, leaving this country and its regional allies vulnerable to an inveterate enemy driven by an apocalyptic ideology. nObama and his foreign policy team will bear the brunt of responsibility for this failure, as they should. In addition to displaying sheer incompetence and ignorance in his foreign policy, the president has serially sacrificed our security and interests to political needs. Time and again he has made decisions based on partisan calculations that tried to reconcile the ideological dogma of his left-wing base with the demands that something should be done about global threats.       http://www.frontpagemag.com/2015/bruce-thornton/2015-the-year-of-diplomatic-disaster-in-iran/?utm_source=FrontPage+Magazine&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=c927e03a0b-Mailchimp_FrontPageMag&utm_term=0_57e32c1dad-c927e03a0b-156509103

Hanoi John Kerry Lied: The UN Wants to Take our Guns!
(Tim Brown) - Ever since September 2013, the day Secretary of State Hanoi John Kerry signed the United Nations Small Arms Treaty, I have been bothered by the complete disingenuous concern he presented and outright lies he told to those gathered to witness the signing, and the American people...Here's the video of the signing and his remarks. The first thing I thought of was that this is a former senator who is signing a three inch document, which I'm sure he has never read. This is the disingenuous part of what he is doing. Second, in discussing what the treaty is not, he declares "This treaty will not diminish anyone's freedom. In fact, the treaty recognizes the freedom of both individuals and states to obtain, possess, and use arms for legitimate purposes. Make no mistake, we would never think about supporting a treaty that is inconsistent with the rights of Americans … to be able to exercise their guaranteed rights under our constitution."       http://freedomoutpost.com/2015/01/kerry-lied-national-gun-registration-will-part-un-small-arms-treaty/

 2015: The Year nObamacare Died?
(leanrightamerica.org) - When Congress convenes on January 6th, it will have a much different makeup than it did in December. Thanks to a Republican blowout in November, the GOP has control of both the Senate and the House of Representatives...And while there is plenty of concern about where loyalties lie when it comes to Republican leadership, even establishment representatives are interested in making some headway against nObamacare. Much of the problem as it pertains to GOP opposition to the Affordable Care Act lies in the lack of an alternative. Going back to the old system is a non-starter. As much as American voters hate nObamacare, there are few convincing arguments to abolish it without replacing it with something new. Too many people would lose their health insurance, making it the kind of political third rail that no one’s going to touch. However, there are signs that Republicans are finally ready to coalesce around a conservative healthcare plan.       http://www.leanrightamerica.org/uncategorized/2015-the-year-obamacare-died/

Hilly Out? Democrats Should Beware The National Enquirer
(Roger L Simon) - Say all you want about The National Enquirer, but Democrats of all people should know the scandal rag is one of the few places that does any honest investigative journalism anymore — or even can afford to...Don’t believe me? How do you spell John Edwards? The folks at the New York Times are still trying to get that one right. Now the Enquirer has another hot story: “Bill Clinton Underage Sex Lawsuit Shocker!” It begins in the mag’s inimitable prose: Bill Clinton has been identified in a sex lawsuit involving underage girls – and the sleazy scandal threatens to blow up his wife Hilly’s bid to be president!       http://pjmedia.com/rogerlsimon/2015/01/05/democrats-should-beware-national-enquirer/

Hamas leader Mashaal said deported from Qatar
(Elhanan Miller) - According to a report in left-wing Turkish newspaper Aydınlık, Qatar has faced significant pressure from Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates to deport Mashaal...amid a diplomatic reconciliation process currently underway between the small Gulf state and the Arab world. According to CNN, citing a Hamas-run news agency, Mashaal and other Muslim Brotherhood members were most likely to head to Turkey.       http://www.timesofisrael.com/hamas-leader-mashaal-said-deported-from-qatar/

nObama Rolls Dice With American Lives Over GITMO Releases
(J. D. Gordon) - Yes, just like craps, such is the randomness of President Barack nObama’s gamble on releasing so many radical Islamic terror suspects from Guantanamo and hoping they don’t kill Americans and our allies...Yet sadly it’s no game, countless lives are at stake. Of the 779 detainees ever held at Gitmo, almost 650 detainees have been released. U.S. intelligence authorities report that nearly 1 in 3 are confirmed or suspected of having returned to terrorism. Ex-Gitmo prisoners have become leaders of Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula, the Taliban in Afghanistan and Pakistan, and Ansar Al-Sharia in Libya. One became a suicide bomber in Iraq. They’ve killed Americans or our allies in each place, most notably in Benghazi.       http://dailycaller.com/2015/01/05/obama-rolls-dice-with-american-lives-over-gitmo-releases/?bt_alias=eyJ1c2VySWQiOiJjNTliYzIxYy1kM2ZhLTQ5MWMtYjhmZC02M2M2MjhjYzNjZjMifQ%3D%3D

Erdogan Grooms a New Jihad Generation
(Abigail R. Esman) - First, he promised to build a new, "religious generation." Now, Turkey's President Recep Tayyip Erdogan appears to be going one step further...creating, too, a new generation for jihad...If that sounds a bit like the Islamic State, there is one significant distinction: IS leaders shape their youth by teaching them to use Kalashnikovs and knives. Erdogan is shaping children's minds. And that can be far more dangerous. This is not to say that Erdogan is himself a terrorist leader, despite his cozy relationships with Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood. And perhaps has has never realized the full gravity of his programs. But is there, leaving many in Turkey's Western, secular, intellectual elite to worry about their children's future.       http://www.investigativeproject.org/4717/guest-column-erdogan-grooms-a-new-jihad-generation#

America Is Abandoning the Northeast — and Heading to Texas
(Zach Noble) - Where did Americans move in 2014 — and what states did they leave behind?...A trio of moving companies has released their reports on U.S. moving patterns, and the results show a continuing exodus that’s leaving the Northeast barren and filling up states in the South and West. On Allied Van Lines’ report, Texas had a net gain of nearly 2,000 families, taking the top spot for incoming movers — for the 10th year in a row. The least attractive states: Illinois, Michigan, New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.       http://www.theblaze.com/stories/2015/01/06/america-is-abandoning-the-northeast-and-heading-to-texas/
The Progressive
Racial Narrative and Its Beneficiaries
Bruce Thornton

(frontpagemag.com) - A recent NBC/Wall Street Journal poll reveals that nearly 6 in 10 people believe race relations are bad, with 23% saying they are “very bad.” The causes of these perceptions are many, including nationally publicized police killings of two black men, disorderly and violent demonstrators ignoring the facts of the cases to brand the police “racist,” a lazy media neglecting to dig up and then publicize those facts, and a president, Attorney General, and mayor of New York willing to exploit and widen racial division and consort with hustlers like Al Sharpton.

What we see at work in these events is the long established racial narrative in which endemic white racism accounts for all the ills that afflict black people. Not just individual whites harbor this original sin, but our educational, political, social, justice, and economic institutions are racist as well, favoring white people and hence conferring on them “white skin privilege.” The wide scope of racism means that no matter how well meaning towards blacks, or how socially and economically disadvantaged, individual whites cannot purge themselves of racism. Only radical transformation of all our institutions can redeem America from racism.

This fairytale regularly ignores numerous facts. The decline in black poverty, for example, calls into question the notion that there is “institutional racism” warping the economy. Thanks to postwar economic growth, the black poverty rate decreased from 87% in 1940 to 28% today. Similar improvement can be seen in the growth of the black middle class and increases in black home ownership. And the claim that blacks are shut out of the job market is hard to square with the fact that millions of illegal aliens are working in this country, and immigrant entrepreneurs are creating small businesses.

Similarly, the idea that the police are an “occupying army” targeting blacks, a cliché we heard repeatedly during the recent demonstrations over the police shootings in Ferguson and Brooklyn, is exploded by simple statistics that show about 200 blacks a year––most shot while possessing a gun or knife––are killed by police officers, while almost 6,000 a year are killed by other blacks. It’s a strange “army” that endangers itself in order to protect and save the lives of those it’s allegedly “occupying.”

Then there’s the “voter suppression” charge, the assertion that attempts by states to ensure only legal voters cast ballots really are designed to discourage black voters. The increasing numbers of black people registering and turning out to vote belie this claim, as does the much greater number of blacks holding elected office. Indeed, in 2012 the proportion of black voters turning out in the national election was greater than that of white.

The fact is, by global standards the largest number of politically free and well off blacks is in the United States. As for those blacks still mired in dysfunctional communities filled with crime, violence, unemployment, drugs, and fatherless children, those evils do not reflect white racism or a “legacy of slavery.” Rather, they can be traced to what Michael Gerson called the “soft bigotry of low expectations,” the culture of dependence and the erosion of self-reliance and self-responsibility created by government handouts and the liberal narrative of endemic white racism that demeans blacks as helpless victims incapable of improving their lives or being accountable for their actions, since through no fault of their own they are imprisoned by “institutional racism.” And don’t forget progressive government policies that inhibit economic growth, historically the great engine for improving black lives, and the culture-wide degradation of sexual mores and the collapse of traditional marriage.

So cui bono, as the lawyers say, who benefits from this narrative? The federal and state entitlement industry, of course, whose agencies and bureaucrats profit from having a permanent underclass of clients. So too the Democratic Party, which buys black votes with promises to keep the transfers and set-asides flowing. So too the racial grievance industry, that gang of activists, academics, ethnic studies professors, “diversity” consultants, and shakedown artists like Al Sharpton who use black misery as leverage for more power and pelf. So too the leftover leftists, who find in racial discord a weapon for attacking the country that kicked their cherished collectivist ideology into the dustbin of history.

Most black Americans aren’t invested in this narrative. They’re too busy working and raising their families. But let’s not forget the role this narrative plays in camouflaging the privilege of those millions of blacks who live better and have more social clout than millions of white people. By ignoring their economic advantages and brandishing their scars from alleged racist wounds, many in the black upper-middle and upper class, particularly those in education, sports, entertainment, and government, can gain vicarious victim-privilege and hence social leverage. Thus through a spurious claim to racial brotherhood, they plunder and spend the capital of black suffering many of them have never experienced. They then can enjoy a social cachet and a whiff of exotic authenticity that sets them apart from their bland white counterparts, and that gives them an air of gnostic racial wisdom embodied in the can't phrase, “It’s a black thing, you wouldn’t understand.”

The phoniness of this ploy can be seen in the various claims well off blacks make about their personal experiences of racism. In the 90s it was the epidemic of racist cabdrivers refusing to pick up black passengers. That one faded when research showed that many of the cabdrivers were themselves black, and were prudently avoiding the murder and mayhem they often experienced at the hands of black passengers. Then there was the “driving while black” trope, which focused on the disproportionate number of blacks pulled over for traffic violations like speeding. Department of Justice investigations ended up with sanctions imposed on states for “racial profiling.” But the study done of drivers on the New Jersey Turnpike, a much-publicized case of “profiling,” revealed that while blacks were 25% of all speeders, they were 23% of those pulled over. That is, they were underrepresented, not overrepresented, among those stopped.

More recently we have heard affluent, privileged blacks like Eric Holder, and the white father of a half-black son, New York mayor Bill De Blasio, indulge another hackneyed trope, the “talk.” This is the conversation black fathers must have with their sons in order to “train them to be very careful when they have . . . an encounter with a police officer,” as De Blasio said, lest they give a policeman a pretext for the violence incited by their racism. The irony of this claim is that if reflects just how privileged these children are, for people who grow up in the dangerous neighborhoods the police must frequent drink that wisdom in with their mother’s milk. Worse yet, it assumes that a white kid who resists arrest, fights a cop, curses him, or otherwise challenges his authority will be treated with kid gloves. I’ll have to see some hard data before I believe that. The reality is, the biggest danger to a young black man today is not a policeman, but another young black man.

No doubt some blacks have experienced rude cops or cabdrivers, or have been subjected to the other evidence of racism like those nObama claims to have experienced, such as women clutching their purses more closely in an elevator, or locking their car doors at the approach of a black man. But even if true, these slights don’t amount to “systemic racism.” They more likely reflect prejudices, many acquired through unpleasant experiences. If you want to see what real racism looks like, visit this site and peruse its collection of lynching postcards. You’ll see just how much progress has been made over the last half-century.

But facts or even common sense don’t matter when it comes to a narrative with so many beneficiaries, the biggest one being Barack nObama, who never would have become president without it. The saddest part of all this, however, is that the black people truly suffering today aren’t on that list. In the racial narrative, black lives don’t matter.

We Need A New Party

It is axiomatic that the democrats are a far, far left hopeless cause.

.

The Republican party, in spite of Speaker John Boehner’s past record, shrugged it off and voted him in again for a third term as Speaker.

.

The republicans will not enforce closing our borders, will not enforce the gathering and deportation of all the illegals, somewhere along the way they forgot what the word illegal means. They will not make positive moves ensuring the Keystone Pipeline from Canada. They will not hold BHO accountable for sidestepping Congress and doing anything he pleases by executive order whenever he feels like it. That makes the Republican Party as useless as the democrats.

.

This country needs a new party, one that honors our Constitution and means what it says and says what it means, one that will undo all the wrongs of Obama, et al and set this country back on track, renew our footing with our allies, rebuild our armed forces so we are once again second to no one ,and bring pride back to this country and sh** can Obamacare.

.

Will the Tea Party be that light of truth, that stronghold to right the wrongs? The Republican Party is made up of self serving cowards, we need a new strong and viable party to take charge in this country, let it be the Tea Party.

GOP Sets Agenda, but Infighting Threatens Delay
Today, the newly elected 114th Congress convenes, and with it, lots of hype, ambitions, agendas and political drama. Congress will be tasked with passing legislation the president will no doubt oppose, and Republicans will have to keep the infighting to a minimum if they ever hope to stop this administration's assault on Liberty. The GOP appears to be ready to go to work, having put forth an agenda that seeks to accomplish what the 113th Congress -- derailed by then-Senate Majority Leader dinky Harry Reid -- could not. The first order of business for the House is to pass legislation expediting the Keystone XL Pipeline. The Senate is expected to follow suit, with the GOP leadership making it clear that creating jobs and increasing energy production in the United States is a must. Next on the agenda is nObamaCare. In the GOP weekly address, Rep. Rodney Davis (R-IL) said that the House plans to rework nObamaCare's definition of a full-time employee. The law sets the bar at 30 hours per week, but Republicans seek a return to the traditional understanding of a 40-hour workweek. Obviously, we would prefer Congress repeal the entire law, but it would be foolish to expect the president to sign legislation undoing his crowning "achievement." And some reform is going to be necessary given the possibility of the Supreme Court striking down federal subsidies-The Patriot Post

Tax Filers to Experience 'Joys' of nObamaCare
This year, the IRS will be fully involved in policing health insurance coverage under nObamaCare, with federal tax forms requiring for the first time that taxpayers report their health insurance status to the IRS. Filers will have to state whether they had employer-paid health insurance coverage in 2014 or received subsidies to help pay for their coverage. Those who did not have coverage face fines of $325 or 2% of taxable income. Citizens will basically be on the honor system, however, as the IRS says reduced staffing and budgets won't allow it to check up on every tax return. The IRS operating budget has shrunk by $1 billion since 2010, and it has 13,000 fewer employees -- a direct result of Republican attempts to stymie nObamaCare's implementation. The IRS says it won't reject tax returns that don't address the health insurance question, but the agency plans to exercise its audit power. Some filers may be required to file additional forms to prove their health insurance coverage or request one of the 30 different exemptions that currently exist. Open enrollment ends on Feb. 15, though, so the window for filing hardship exemptions is rapidly closing.  -The Patriot Post

CAN MCCONNELL THAW THE SENATE WITHOUT GETTING   SOAKED?
The 114th Congress gets underway today in a snowy Washington with all the media attention on the noisy effort by a small group of Republican foes of House Speaker backstabber John Boehner to embarrass the GOP leader by denying him a first-ballot victory in his election to a third term. But the real action is over in the other chamber, where we will see the first test of incoming Majority Leader Mitch McConnell’s effort to reopen the Senate for actual legislation following years of his predecessor’s Heat Miser-style deep freeze. Note: backstabber Boehner was re-elected.  -Fox News

Piped in -   The first order of business in the Senate is a bipartisan bill to force the nObama administration to allow an oil pipeline from Canada to be completed. The eventual Keystone XL vote will be the first test of McConnell’s plan to revive the Senate, which seized up during the dinky Harry Reid-era,. For much of dinky Reid’s reign, even Democrats were usually forbidden to introduce or alter legislation on their own. Today marks the return to “regular order” and the first test of McConnell’s effort to thaw things out. And it comes with considerable risk. Democrats have a plan to punish McConnell for the move by not just killing the bill but bedeviling the process. There seem to be the six Democratic votes needed to advance the legislation, however dinky Reid and his presumed eventual successor, Sen. Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., have hopes of hopes of breaking up the bipartisan fun and protecting President nObama from having to veto the popular plan.
“I think we’ve got all 54 Republicans, looks like they’ll be original co-sponsors and more than half a dozen Democrats. The votes are there.” – Sen-elect Ben Sasse, R-Neb., on the Senate Keystone XL pipeline bill, on “FOX & Friends” this morning.   -Fox News

images?q=tbn:ANd9GcRJT2P3yeV8bMk5dvxUth1BWzs4ZSv9mkfWttCCY2pt-u3SjqB2rA
Tougher path -   McConnell is expected to preserve the biggest dinky Reid-era change: lowering the threshold for confirming presidential nominees other than Supreme Court justices from 60 votes to 51 votes. But by reassuming the old, open Senate rules that give broad latitude to all members of both parties to introduce bills and amendments, McConnell is making his job much harder. Not only will he face hijinks from Democrats, but he will give up dinky Reid’s policy of handcuffing problematic members of his own party.  -Fox News

 Iran’s Occupation of Syria
(Joseph Puder) - Most people immersed in Middle Eastern affairs have heard the charge, ad-nauseam, “Israeli occupation” of the West Bank...The United Nations (UN) agencies, the European Union (EU), large segments of the American and European media, and many of the so called human rights watchdogs have been critical of Israel’s “occupation,” albeit the Jewish state has attempted to make peace with the Arab states and the Palestinians all along. Moreover, UN Security Council Resolution 242 considered the West Bank “disputed territory.” What one does not hear from the shrill chorus of the aforementioned voices is criticism of the Iranian occupation of Syria.  There are no UN resolutions demanding Iranian withdrawal from Syria, or a firm U.S. government statement to that effect.  Expect a 242% Hike in nObamacare Fines for 2015
(Floyd Brown) - nObamacare was craftily written…Benefits come first, and then the bite comes later. You see, if you remained uninsured in 2014, you would have paid a penalty of $95 (or 1% above the filing threshold)...But the fines were structured to increase over time. And 2015 is the year that average citizens will really start to feel the sting. For 2015, you’re facing a $325 fine, or a penalty that’s 2% of income above the filing threshold.       http://www.wallstreetdaily.com/2015/01/05/obamacare-fines-2015/

Holder: Congress Passed No Law Making Sex Change a Civil Right
(Linda Harvey) - They did it again. The nObama Administration, specifically current Attorney General Eric Holder, has invented a new law through “memorandum,” attempting to advance sexual deviance when Congress has made no such law...Sex change is now a federal civil right, Holder declares, and Title VII can apply to fake women just like real women in situations involving alleged sex discrimination. Holder and the Department of Justice will now argue that men who dress as women are girls, too, because their confused minds say it’s so.       http://barbwire.com/2015/01/05/0655-tell-eric-holder-congress-passed-no-law-making-sex-change-civil-right/

Despite the Saudi justice ministry’s failed efforts to date to set 15 as a minimum age to marry a girl in the kingdom, Grand Mufti Abdulaziz declared there is nothing prohibiting Muslim men from marrying girls even younger.       http://www.wnd.com/2015/01/saudi-religious-leader-oks-rape-of-children/

We're The Needy Ones Now
Tom McLaughlin

(tommclaughlin.blogspot.com) - Missionaries from Africa are working here in Maine. What does that say about us? Well, we need missionaries to bolster our faith because it’s waning. Yes, we used to send missionaries to Africa because they were more in need than we were, but that situation has reversed. There’s a critical shortage of priests here in Maine, but not in Africa — or not in western and central Africa where Father Innocent Okozi had been working. Now he lives in Bridgton, Maine where he is pastor of St. Joseph Parish, which includes St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church in nearby Fryeburg where I attend, as well as Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Parish, which includes St. Catherine of Sienna Church in Norway, Maine, Our Lady of Ransom Church in Mechanic Falls, and St Mary Church, Oxford, ME, which is open only during the summer.

When I grew up in suburban Boston in the fifties and sixties, our parish alone had half a dozen priests. Now one has to cover multiple parishes here in Maine, even while church buildings are being closed down and sold off all over the state. Young men in New England and in other, more liberal parts of our country are reluctant to devote their lives to the priesthood compared to former times. Seminaries have few applicants. That’s not as much of a problem in conservative Catholic dioceses in the midwest and south, but here the shortage has reached critical levels.

Last month I had an opportunity to talk to Father Innocent about this and other topics. “There was a time when Europe and America used to send a lot of priests to Africa. That was a time when there was a vocation boom on this side,” he said. “And now, Africa is enjoying a similar thing.” Some bishops in Africa are reluctant to send their priests out, but if the Church in Rome looks at its worldwide situation, there’s more of a shortage in the United States than elsewhere, except Europe, which faces a more acute shortage than the United States.

Father Innocent cites two reasons for the shortage: families have fewer children and “their priorities have changed, a lot.” There is less openness to the spiritual life among baby boomers, but the generation following them is seeking that out more, he said. “Because they grew up in a spiritual vacuum?” I asked. “Exactly,” he said. Let’s hope he’s right about that.

He came to Maine originally for pre-doctoral work in psychology at UMO, the University of Maine Orono, and checked in with the Bishop in Portland as a courtesy. Soon he was filling in at masses in different parishes and, when he finished his studies, then-Bishop Malone asked him to stay on. He and another Nigerian priest, Father Samuel Madza, SMA were both assigned to Bridgton and Norway, with Father Innocent as Pastor. Father Innocent baptized my twin grandsons last year and Father Sam presided over my nephew’s funeral shortly after.

Christians are persecuted by radical Muslims in Nigeria. Most of the world first became aware of Muslim terrorist group Boko Haram when they kidnapped 200 girls from their school in northern Nigeria last April. The name “Boko Haram" means “western education is forbidden” in Hausa language. The girls have since been sold into slavery or forced to “marry” terrorists. It’s actions are very similar to those of ISIS in Iraq and Syria, with whom the United States had recently gone to war.

According the Gatestone Institute, “in the last four years alone, approximately 1,000 Christian churches have been destroyed by Boko Haram and its Muslim sympathizers in a nation that is approximately half Christian half Muslim.” According to Human Rights Watch, Boko Haram killed 2053 Nigerian Christians just in 2014.

Father Innocent was born the oldest of eight children. As he was studying for the priesthood during the late 1980s and early 1990s in southern Nigeria and Cote d’Ivoire respectively, his family moved to the Borno State in Northern Nigeria, which has since become a major hotbed for Boko Haram depredations. His father was transferred there by the automobile dealer he worked for and his mother worked in the restaurant industry. Father Innocent visited them during his Christmas vacation and witnessed firsthand what was then just developing.

A local Muslim boy was interested in one of his younger sisters, who invited him to a Christmas service. His father was a local leader. As Father Innocent described it: “If he attended not only would his family disown him, some family members may poison him.” Then Father Okozi’s mother was warned by the meat sellers from whom she purchased beef for her restaurant that radical Muslims were planning to poison the meat, knowing that Christians purchased a lot of it during Christmas. Then there were plots to attack Catholics as they left midnight masses on Christmas Eve. Shortly thereafter, his family moved away from Borno State to a safer part of the country. “When I read about what’s going on now, I thank God they moved before things got worse,” he said.

It’s ironic that priestly vocations are booming where Christians are persecuted, and waning where they’ve gotten complacent.

Colorado: Public School Forcing Girls to Wear Headscarves, “Ankles Must Be Covered” on Class Trip to Denver Mosque

via Denver: Schoolgirls Forced to Wear Headcarves, “Ankles Must Be Covered” on School Trip to Denver Mosque | Pamela Geller, Atlas Shrugs.

Sharia in the classroom.

School girls at a Douglas County public school in Colorado are being forced to cover up from head-to-toe to visit a mosque on a school mandated Common Core trip. There are no requirements to visit a Greek Orthodox cathedral or synagogue.

Here again we see that anywhere American law and Islamic law conflict, it is American law that has to give way.

The subjugation and oppression of women are enshrined under the sharia. Young school girls should not be forced to “respect” a dress code that represents honor violence, female genital mutilation, forced marriage, child marriage, et al.

I  appeared on the Peter Boyles Show this morning and we discussed the concern of parents who had contacted him asking for help in opposing this sharia in the classroom. Here is a copy of the instructions parents were given:

The world religions field trip is next Tuesday, January 13. We will be visiting the Denver Mosque, the Assumption Greek Orthodox Cathedral, and the Rodef- Shalom Synagogue. We will then eat lunch at Park Meadows Food Court. Students must either bring a sack lunch or money to
purchase lunch at the food court.
THERE IS A DRESS CODE FOR THIS TRIP: All students must wear appropriate long pants. Ankles must be covered. Girls must bring wide scarves or hooded sweatshirts for the mosque.

You can contact the Douglas County school board here.  Be polite.

The islamization of our public schools is well-documented in my book Stop the Islamization of America: A Practical Guide to the Resistance.

Shariah in American Courts: The Expanding Incursion of Islamic Law in the U.S. Legal System

SHARIAH IN AMERICA COURTS 2.0: CENTER’S NEW CIVILIZATION JIHAD READER SERIES STARTS WITH THE PENETRATION OF OUR LEGAL SYSTEM

(Washington, D.C.): Center for Security Policy Press today launched a collection of monographs called the Civilization Jihad Reader Series with the publication of an update to an earlier and highly influential study concerning the insinuation of Islam’s supremacist shariah legal code into the U.S. judiciary. Entitled Shariah in American Courts: The Expanding Incursion of Islamic Law in the U.S. Legal System, this inaugural booklet documents 146 cases in 32 states in which a party to litigation attempted to have the matter resolved by applying shariah, rather than the statutes of the state in question.

The Center first raised an alarm about the penetration of American jurisprudence by one of the most anti-constitutional of such foreign legal codes with its 2011 report, Shariah Law and American State Courts: An Assessment of State Appellate Court Cases. That study examined a sample of fifty cases and found that in twenty-seven of them, in twenty-three different states, the courts in question allowed the use of shariah, generally to the detriment of women and/or children whose rights under our Constitution were infringed.

With the bedrock of the American Republic being the U.S. Constitution and individual state constitutions derived therefrom, these analyses provide insights into how our own legal system can be – and is being – used as a mechanism to anchor and expand in this country shariah, an ideology wholly at odds with such documents and, more generally, irreconcilable with freedom and democracy.

Most Americans take the rule of law and our constitutional rights for granted. Yet, Shariah in American Courts is a reminder of how even institutions like our judiciary can be influenced – and potentially subverted – by foreign legal codes and practices, to the grave detriment of our nation and liberties.

This monograph also suggests that the effort to invoke shariah in U.S. courts is expanding. Worse yet, the total number of such cases is surely far larger in light of the fact that the proceedings of the vast majority of them are not published.

As the new monograph establishes, moreover, there is reason to believe that the surge in such cases is the result of the activism of Muslim Brotherhood-tied groups like the Association of Muslim Jurists of America (AMJA). The Brotherhood is anFirefoxScreenSnapz024 Islamic supremacist organization whose mission according to its secret plan (The Explanatory Memorandum on the General Strategic Goal of the Group in North America,http://www.centerforsecuritypolicy.org/2013/05/25/an-explanatory-memorandum-from-the-archives-of-the-muslim-brotherhood-in-america/), is to “destroy Western Civilization from within.”

The good news is that, at least at the appellate level, judges appear increasingly to be rejecting the use of shariah in their courtrooms. A contributing factor to these rulings may be the rising awareness in the judiciary of what is afoot, thanks to the adoption in numerous states of legislation drawing upon a model statute known as “American Laws for American Courts” (ALAC).

While the average citizen of this country would assume it to be the case that only laws derived from or consistent with our Constitution would be applied in U.S. courts at both the federal and state level, the evidence that foreign laws – including, but not limited to, shariah – are encroaching has moved legislatures across the country to act. Tennessee, Louisiana, Arizona, Kansas, Oklahoma, North Carolina, Washington and Alabama have adopted ALAC’s prohibitions against the use of such foreign laws in their respective state courts if they are at odds with constitutional rights or state public policy. (Florida also enacted in 2014 a version of this legislation).

In unveiling the release of the Center for Security Press’ newest publication, the Center’s President Frank J. Gaffney, Jr., observed:

The Center is delighted to be putting a spotlight on the Muslim Brotherhood’s stealthy, pre-violent jihad in America. It behooves each of us to become knowledgeable about the presence in our judicial system – and, for that matter, in other civil society and governing institutions – of forces seeking the destruction of our Republic.

The Civilization Jihad Reader Series is intended not only to provide factual evidence of the extent to which this attempt to destroy us from within is advancing, but what patriots can do to prevent it. We recommend as a step towards countering the subversion of our legal system the adoption by every state in the Union of “American Laws for American Courts.”

Additional monographs in the Civilization Jihad Reader Series will be published in coming months. For more information on the Center for Security Policy, the offerings of its Press and the necessity of countering the Muslim Brotherhood and its efforts to impose shariah in America, visit www.SecureFreedom.org.

Jihadis Kill 12 Over Muhammad Cartoons

2015-01-07-a7c17cc9_small.jpg

Three gunmen stormed a French satirical newspaper with AK-47s and a rocket launcher, killing 12 and injuring five. The paper, Charlie Hebdo, was known for leveling crass satire against politicians, Jews and Muslims. In 2011, the paper was firebombed after the Religion of Peace™ didn’t appreciate a caricature about its founder Muhammad. The paper picked itself back up and published a few more cartoons skewering Muhammad and ISIL. Instead of firing off a nasty letter to the editor, the three jihadis – who are still at large – snuffed the paper’s employees. In a clip aired on French television, the attackers are recorded shouting, “We have killed Charlie Hebdo. We have avenged the Prophet Mohammad.” When it comes to the freedom of speech, North Korea compelling Sony to censor a movie is nothing compared to the intolerance of Islam. More…

Obama: Keystone Cop

While Barack Obama pontificates that Washington will have “a productive 2015,” his actions show that the Swamp will be productive only if it follows his agenda. This new congressional session is less than two days old, and already the White House says Obama will veto a measure to approve the Keystone XL pipeline. So much for a productive 2015. White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest told reporters, “Congressional Republicans are well aware of the position of this administration which is we believe clearly that this administrative process is the one that should determine the viability of [the pipeline]. … Maybe it raises questions about the willingness of Republicans to actually cooperate with this administration when you consider that the very first bill that’s introduced in the United States Senate is one that Republicans know the president opposes.” Obama’s threat is unsurprising for political analyst Charles Krauthammer, because the president can act free from the constraints of Congress, budget or even reputation. “He doesn’t need anybody,” Krauthammer said. “This is Obama the way he really is.” More…

Vet’s Guns Confiscated After Insomnia Treatment

New York’s SAFE Act, a reactionary gun control bill passed in the emotional aftermath of the Sandy Hook massacre, takes steps to limit access to guns for those with mental health problems. Everyone can agree on such common sense reforms, right? Not so fast. The Daily Caller reports, “A veteran of the U.S. Navy and decorated retired police detective is suing New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo and other state officials for infringing on his constitutional rights after his pistol permit and four handguns were confiscated after he voluntarily sought hospital treatment for insomnia. Donald Montgomery filed the lawsuit in U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York in Rochester on Dec. 17.” If New York’s law prevents even men like Montgomery from owning a firearm, then its reach went much further than Democrats promised. We’re shocked –shocked – by such deception. And the effect will be fewer people seeking treatment for such things as insomnia, fearing they’ll be stripped of their rights. More…

Earnest Fires a Round at ‘Racist’ GOP

The Obama administration clearly plans to make race chum out of GOP House Majority Whip Steve Scalise. In a story that was evidently too good to check, Scalise was misleadingly accusedof speaking to a group affiliated with former KKK leader David Duke in 2002. Never mind that he merely spoke at an earlier time in the same venue and couldn’t control who attended his speech. White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest issued a not-so-veiled shot at the GOP, saying that, while Republicans could decide whether or not to keep Scalise in the House leadership team, “[T]here’s no arguing that who the Republicans decide to elevate into a leadership position says a lot about what the conference’s priorities and values are.” It also says a lot that Obama sat in the pews listening to and being mentored by a repulsive racist by the name of Jeremiah Wright. But Earnest evidently didn’t see the connection.

Agitators Disrupt WWII Medal Ceremony

Dario Raschio is a 100-year-old U.S. Navy veteran who was honored over the weekend in Portland, Oregon, with some long overdue medals for his service to our nation. He fought in five campaigns in the Pacific. During one mission on Easter 1944, he was shot down by the Japanese and left stranded in shark-infested waters. Of the ceremony, orchestrated by Sen. Ron Wyden, Raschio said, “I feel I’m no hero. I don’t accept it as being a hero. I accept it as being a part of my job.” But the ceremony was not to continue as planned. Race-baiting agitators stormed the premises, shouting “hands up, don’t shoot!” in protest of police. Saying “give me a chance,” Raschio did receive his medals – the U.S. Naval Aviator Badge, the American Campaign Medal, the Asiatic Pacific Campaign Medal, the World War II Victory medal, the American Defense Service Medal, the “Ruptured Duck” award and the U.S. Navy Honorable discharge pin. But after 45 minutes of disruption, organizers gave up and canceled the ceremony. Is this what the First Amendment means to these hooligans? Disrupting and dishonoring a man who gave so much to defend those very rights? How sad. More…

RIGHT ANALYSIS

Pumping for More Gas Taxes

2015-01-07-9a507f27.jpgPaying for road work

The GOP should not prioritize increasing the gas tax in this session of Congress. But some Republicans view the recent precipitous decline in gas prices as an opportune time to increase the gas tax. After all, the 2016 presidential election will be here in the blink of an eye and the GOP needs examples of leadership to sway the traditionally liberal voters who only show up every four years.

Sen. John Thune (R-SD), the incoming chair of the Senate Commerce, Science and Transportation Committee, says the GOP is considering a proposal to increase the number of cents the federal government siphons from every gallon of gas sold in the U.S. to better fund the Highway Trust Fund.

He’s not alone. Senators Bob Corker (R-TN) and Chris Murphy (D-CT) have advocated for years to raise the tax to get more money flowing into the fund that reimburses states for highway projects and mass transit ventures. The last time the tax was raised was 1993, but since then inflation and costs creep upward while people consume less gas. Congress has bolstered the fund with five injections of billions of dollars from the general fund since 2008 alone.

And now, with the average gallon of American gas costing $2.19, Republicans in Congress think America’s motorists won’t feel a gas tax hike. As Corker said, “Hopefully this is something again over the next several months, especially with energy prices being where they are, that can gain some momentum and show that Congress can go from A to B and can solve a problem with a user fee, which by the way is the most conservative way in the world to generate revenues.”

Corker is right in saying a consumption tax is the most conservative tax policy. But a decent tax policy doesn’t make up for a badly executed government program. Congress has plenty of room to reduce costs and make the Highway Trust Fund more efficient before it hits drivers again at the pump.

As it stands now, the Highway Trust Fund is a bloated spawn of the big-government idealism of the 1950s. The federal government needed a way to fund the stretches of Dwight Eisenhower’s interstates and the fund was born. In the ‘80s, the fund started to provide money for mass transportation projects – something that can easily become pet projects for Washington fat cats.

At the fund’s heart lays a flaw: It warps federalism. The states start the projects, but then the federal government decides motorists in West Virginia, Pennsylvania and other states should help pay for a $3.9 billion bridge that will span the Hudson River to replace the aging Tappan Zee Bridge.

As Reason’s Peter Sunderman writes, “Is Congress really the best organ for making decisions about road projects all around the nation? Some of those decisions, at minimum, are probably better left to the states.”

Instead of raising the gas tax, Congress has options for how it will keep the money rolling toward transportation projects, according to Douglas Holtz-Eakin at Real Clear Policy. Of course, it can continue to do what it always has done: pass another temporary spending measure in a similar way it has been funding the whole government budget for years now. Or it can reform the Highway Trust Fund by finding a new revenue stream, or work with private companies to fix America’s infrastructure. Furthermore, Congress could repeal the Depression-era Davis-Bacon Act, which mandates “prevailing wages” (read: union wages) for public works projects, to allow contractors to better compete.

States already are taking more responsibility for maintaining interstates and bridges that run through their lands. Michael Barone notes, “More than 30 states have passed transportation fiscal measures in the last three years.”

Meanwhile in Washington, the White House has rejected the idea of a gas tax and instead pushed for its tired, old mantra to assuage the nation’s ills: taxes on the wealthy. Responding to a question about the proposed gas tax hike, White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest said, “We have put forward our own specific plan for closing loopholes that only benefit wealthy and well-connected corporations, and using the revenue from closing those loopholes to [invest] in badly needed infrastructure upgrades.”

Furthermore, The New York Times reports other members of Congress find the idea of a gas tax bump unpopular. With a new majority in place, Republicans should not make increasing a tax for a bloated government dole a cornerstone of their next two years in Congress. There are more important fights.

President Huckabee?

2015-01-07-ae1f397a.jpg

Former Arkansas governor and Fox News host Mike Huckabee has decided to once again test the turbulent waters of presidential candidacy. Entering what might grow to be the largest field of candidates the GOP has seen, Huckabee will need to significantly broaden his appeal to avoid his 2008 defeat.

In that race, the ordained Southern Baptist minister’s appeal to evangelical voters won him a few primaries, but in the end he failed to win the support of the socially moderate or fiscally conservative wings. Since then, America’s values climate has only devolved, and many more voters will find Huckabee’s Christian values unpalatable.

RealClearPolitics shows him tied for fourth in a field of 12 candidates. But 17 points separate him from front-running Jeb Bush.

A couple brushes Huckabee had with the Club for Growth in past years could cause him problems. When Gov. Tommy Thompson (R-WI) ran for the Senate in 2011, the Club for Growth attacked Thompson’s record and supported his opponent. Huckabee replied that the Club had no understanding of what it takes to govern, and that Thompson had lowered taxes, cut capital gains and inheritance taxes, while increasing employment.

The following year, while Huckabee considered a run for the nomination, the Club for Growth sent a press release referencing a white paper tied to Huckabee’s last presidential run in 2008. It offered highlights from the report, including charges that Huckabee “raised sales taxes repeatedly,” “increased state spending” and “raised the minimum wage.” Indeed, while Huckabee brags of cutting taxes while governor, he also raised them for a net increase of about $500 million.

It’s telling that the leftist rag Mother Jones defended him in 2007: “Spending did go up under the Huckabee regime. … But Huckabee balanced the Arkansas state budget every year he was governor (balancing the budget is a requirement under Arkansas state law) and in the end, Huckabee had a positive effect on the state ledger: He faced a $200 million deficit in 2002, but ended his term with a $844.5 million surplus.” Their conclusion: “Democrats support the sort of fiscal responsibility that Huckabee was able to demonstrate.” That should raise a few red flags.

Yet Leon Wolf of Red State offers a few words of tempered wisdom on this dispute: “[I]t is entirely fair to engage Mike Huckabee stridently on the substance. … What bothers me is that, résumé-wise, Huckabee is pretty much the same guy as Jeb Bush. People who disagree with Jeb generally start their disagreement with Jeb’s policies. … People who disagree with Huckabee generally start by attacking him personally.”

“Believe it or not,” Wolf adds, “the people who … go to their Southern Baptist churches … are smart enough to figure out why Huckabee gets this disparate treatment and what it means about how the folks in Washington, DC who are at least nominally on their side view them. … [M]aybe it would be worth toning back the contempt a little.”

Still, Huckabee has other issues to resolve – among them his support for Common Core and cap and trade.

Last year, Huckabee urged conservatives to “stop the fight” over the Common Core standards promulgated by the Obama “Education” Department. He urged fellow Republicans to consider the positive effects the nationalized standards might have on students in poor-performing schools. This position pits Huckabee squarely against virtually every other conservative. Common Core has been judged to be junk and deserves to be scrapped. Unless he has a sudden epiphany, his hopes for nomination will go the way of Common Core.

As for cap and trade, Huckabee claims that he’s never believed in global warming or supported cap and trade, but in 2007 he said he supported a mandatory cap on global-warming pollution and that the U.S. has a moral obligation to address climate change. “It goes to the moral issue,” he said then. “We have a responsibility to reduce greenhouse-gas emissions, to conserve energy, to find alternative forms of energy that are renewable and sustainable and environmentally friendly.”

Seven years is enough time for someone to re-evaluate an old position. Huckabee needs to make his clear now because the last thing we need is another envirofascist president.

Though the primaries are still a year away, as more Republicans throw in their hats, the contest will become more contentious. Candidates and the entire party must keep their eyes on the prize, and remember that the bigger fight is with Democrats.

OPINION IN BRIEF

American writer James Neil Hollingworth (1933–1996): “Courage is not the absence of fear, but rather the judgment that something else is more important than fear.”

Columnist Walter E. Williams: “Emmett Till, a Chicago teenager visiting relatives in Money, Mississippi, during the summer of 1955, was accused of flirting with a white woman. Klansmen took him to a barn. They beat him and gouged out one of his eyes. Then they shot him in the head and tossed his body in the Tallahatchie River. The New York Times published the street name on which Officer Wilson lived. Had the frenzied mob caught up with him, regardless of evidence, he might have suffered the same fate as Till. Multiethnic societies are inherently unstable, and how we handle matters of race is contributing to that instability. Decent Americans should see the dangers posed by America’s race hustlers, who are stacking up piles of combustible racial kindling, ready for a racial arsonist to set it ablaze.”

Economist Stephen Moore: “On New Year’s Day, the minimum wage increased in 20 states and the District of Columbia. This follows a year in which protesters hit the streets in major cities, camping in front of fast food stores and demanding a hike in the minimum wage. Last summer, Seattle raised its minimum wage to $15 an hour by 2018. In December, San Francisco followed suit, approving a $15 minimum wage by 2018. Likewise, Chicago just mandated a $13 hourly wage by 2019. Meanwhile, President Obama storms around the country moaning that Scrooge-like congressional Republicans are refusing to give the American worker a raise. … During the last federally mandated series of minimum wage hikes from $5.15 to $7.25, teenage labor force participation plummeted from near 41 percent to a low of less than 33 percent as unemployment jumped from near 15 percent to a high of more than 27.4 percent. Yes, the primary cause was the Great Recession. But raising the minimum wage when the economy was contracting was a recipe for disaster for young workers whose wage fell to $0.00. Sorry, there is no free lunch by hiking the minimum wage.”

Beware of a new communist "Christianity"

A marriage between a new communist revolution and a radical brand of Christianity combines the traditional communist viewpoints on Biblical truth, which is to be abolished, with a new Biblical narrative that dismisses the Biblical text in deference to what its leaders call existentialist integrity. It is a communist revolution wrapped in the cloak of a new Jesus used to indoctrinate a young generation toward communism. This radical viewpoint questions the motivations of the 10 Commandments, for example, and depicts Jesus as a supporter of slavery, ownership of women, and a hypocrite. It is a humanistic view of the Bible being taught in some of America's most revered seminaries such as Princeton.

Professors of Theology Mark L Taylor of Princeton and Cornell West of Union Theological Seminary are founding members of the Revolutionary Communist Party, led by Bob Avakian. This "party" has organized and fomented much of the Ferguson, Mo., and New York City protests against police brutality. Unlike communist efforts of the past, which attacked all religion, this movement is embracing a new context of the Bible, saying, for example, that the truth of Biblical creation in Genesis is evolution. This movement is calling for the overthrowing of America and blames the ills of society and of the world on the old Christianity, which its new "Manifesto" holds responsible for reversing socialism.

The maifesto reads: "...in the "vacuum" created by the reversal of socialism and accompanying setbacks for communism, and with the continuing, and even heightening, depredations carried out by imperialism-with all the upheaval, chaos, and oppression this means for literally billions of people throughout the world-there has been a significant growth of religious fundamentalism and its organized expression in many parts of the world, including among the desperately oppressed. Imperialist marauders and mass murderers, and fanatical religious fundamentalists-the former more powerful and doing greater harm, and in so doing giving further impetus to the latter, but both representing a dark veil, and very real chains, of enslavement and enforced ignorance, reinforcing each other even when they oppose each other."

In a three-hour presentation at Riverside Church in New York City, Avakian called for the overthrow of the US government, saying that Osama bin Laden and the Islamic State could never imagine the atrocities committed by American government. He pointed out that the current "president," Hillary Clinton, and the Democratic Party were allies in the Revolutionary Communist Party's struggle. The mixing of this radical doctrine with a new Christianity, sometimes referred to as the Black Prophetic Movement among other names, is a horrible deception. Jesus Christ--the real one, not the communist one--said in Matthew 24:4, "Take heed that no man deceive you." Deception is in many pulpits, this is one of them.

"Americas must realize that self-scrutiny is not treason. Self-examination is not disloyalty."

The question is, who is worst the criminals that commit the crimes against humanity or the ones that know what is taken place in our country and do nothing to stop it and remain silent.

Open Letter to the US Senators

Dear Senators, We know that President Obama and many in congress of this United States are in agreement and are supporters of the New World Order. This system of the world’s financial control in the hands of the IMF-The World Bank-The UK, The US and the world Reserve Banks with the W.T.O as promoters of world economic blocks, have become a predator economic monster and the   masters of this financial capitalism in the world with absolute powers, taken from our elected official and head of States of many countries by bribery and corruption.
We know that they dominate the political system in this United States and the economy of the world as a whole. Their secret is that they have annexed from governments, monarchies, and republics the power to create the world's money. Here in our country, The United States of American our leaders sell out to the World Bank and the Federal Reserve Bank. The modern political power structure has its roots in the hidden manipulation of the IMF and World Bank, the trade agreements and the wars that we are part of, are the work of the IMF, The World bank and the predator corporate elite, they are the creators of the economic booms and catastrophes, they handpicked our leaders and use them as puppets to control our country and push us in the direction they want to obtain their objective. America has fallen prey to this cabal of international central bankers.
Senator our American roots are profound, based on our American character, values, principles and integrity. We love our country and we are determine to fight for our country, our Constitution, our sovereignty and the rule of law. We will not allow any more this rampant abuse of the trust we place on our politicians. As Americans we expect for our representatives to do their job. You and your colleague took an oath; do not betray us that are the only thing we ask of you.
Senator, we ask you to cut expenses and stop this expending frenzy, we want 100 billion cut and please do not compromise if our government is shut down, I promise you; we will make pay the ones responsible for this and the mismanagement of the taxpayers money. Senator it is our family future that is at risk, we expended over 18 trillion Dollars (http://www.brillig.com/debt_clock/) and the expending must stop now, we are bankrupt we cannot expend any more money, we must stop the collapse of the Dollar.
Senator, we ask you to implement President John F Kennedy executive order 11110 and restore the power of congress to print the US currency. Kennedy’s Executive Order 11110 President Kennedy’s Executive Order 11110 President Kennedy’s Executive Order 11110

U.S. President James Madison "History records that the money changers have used every form of abuse, intrigue, deceit, and violent means possible to maintain their control over governments by controlling the money and its issuance."

"Since the general civilization of mankind, I believe there are more instances of the abridgment of freedoms of the people by gradual and silent encroachment of those in power than by violent and sudden usurpations."

"Knowledge will forever govern ignorance; and a people who mean to be their own governors must arm themselves with the power which knowledge gives"

Napoleon Bonaparte, 1815
"When a government is dependent upon bankers for money, they and not the leaders of the government control the situation, since the hand that gives is above the hand that takes...Money has no motherland; financiers are without patriotism and without decency; their sole object is gain."

Religious Freedom Violated When a Teacher Bans Student from Using Bible

Share

the_holy_bible-483By Billy Hallowell. Parents are accusing a teacher of violating their child’s First Amendment rights by allegedly refusing to allow him to read his Bible in school.

They claim that their son, Loyal Grandstaff, a middle school student at Bueker Middle School in Marshall, Missouri, was told by his teacher that he couldn’t read the book after he brought the Bible in and silently studied it during free time.

“I feel like it violated his freedom of religion but also his freedom of speech,” Justin Grandstaff, the 12 year old’s father said.

Loyal said that he wasn’t being loud and that he wasn’t sharing the book with his peers at the time.

“I like to read my Bible because it’s a good book,” the 7th grader told the outlet. “I was just reading, just reading because I had free time. A time to do what I wanted to, so I just broke it out and read.” (Read more about “Religious Freedom Violated” HERE)

EEOC Says School is Wrong for Firing Teacher Who Gave Student Bible

By Todd Starnes. A New Jersey school district violated the law when it fired a teacher who handed a Bible to a student, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission ruled on December 15, 2014. The ruling was made public Tuesday.

The EEOC determined there was reasonable cause to believe the Phillipsburg School District discriminated against Walt Tutka, a substitute teacher. The EEOC also said religion and retaliation played a factor in Tutka’s firing.

“This is a great indication the EEOC is taking religious liberty seriously and they are going to enforce the law — and in this case make sure Walt’s rights are protected,” Liberty Institute attorney Hiram Sasser told me.

“This sends a message to school districts that their natural allergic reaction to religion is misplaced, and not only is it wrong — but it’s also an egregious violation of the law,” Sasser said. (Read more from this story HERE)

Harvard Professors Angry nObamaCare Made Their Premiums Rise
Liberal academics at Harvard are as incensed as anybody else that their health care costs for 2015 have headed for the ceiling because of the "Affordable" Care Act. Harvard professor Richard Thomas said the changes were "deplorable, deeply regressive, a sign of the corporatization of the university." But -- get this -- these same professors advised the nObama administration as it crafted this policy. The New York Times reports, "In Harvard's health care enrollment guide for 2015, the university said it 'must respond to the national trend of rising health care costs, including some driven by health care reform,' in the form of the Affordable Care Act. The guide said that Harvard faced 'added costs' because of provisions in the health care law that extend coverage for children up to age 26, offer free preventive services like mammograms and colonoscopies and, starting in 2018, add a tax on high-cost insurance, known as the Cadillac tax." National Review's Patrick Brennan notes the Leftmedia can't quite explain away this argument for free market health care. Maybe Harvard professors should advise the White House in a new health care policy given their new real-world experience. More...

 Cap-and-Trade Stifles New Manufacturing Jobs
The envirofascist group Environmental Defense Fund says the proposed cap-and-trade program is "the most environmentally and economically sensible approach to controlling greenhouse gas emissions." It's a statist's dream to strangle American energy and save polar bears and Al Gore's reputation. But a study by the National Bureau of Economic Research finds the EPA's cap-and-trade program in 20 eastern states implemented from 2003 to 2007 shaved the number of manufacturing jobs by 1.3%. "There are several possible causes for the manufacturing job losses caused by cap-and-trade," The Washington Examiner writes. "Many firms were affected by higher energy costs. But large manufacturing plants that produce their own energy were directly regulated under the cap-and-trade program. 'Direct regulation may have led existing firms to decrease employment and discouraged new firms from locating in the regulated region,' the study speculated." Cap-and-trade contributed to lower wages for new employees and fewer new hires -- something that should give the collegiate environmentalists crusading for the cause of global warming pause, as they soon will enter the job market.  Housing Market Crash Bells Are Ringing
Is another housing market crash in the works? That's a question some are pondering as the new director of the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) implements some of the same policies that rocked the economy shortly after Democrats took control of Congress in 2006. The Washington Examiner writes, "Mel Watt has been the government's manager of mortgage giants Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac for only a year, but his efforts to boost access to home loans over the past 12 months have the incoming Republican majorities in Congress concerned. Even as credit remains historically tight, Watt's actions have provoked fears that he is leading the mortgage giants down the same path that led them to fail in 2008 and receive massive taxpayer bailouts." Among the regurgitated policies? "[P]utting off a fee increase on the insurance that Fannie and Freddie provide on mortgage-backed securities, planning to back loans with down payments as low as 3 percent, and, most recently, directing money toward an affordable housing trust fund decried by conservatives as a 'slush fund.'" Recall that the so-called fix for the housing market implosion was to centralize more control. Now that the feds have more leeway, the question is: Why are they recycling failed policies? Well, wasn't this their plan all along -- to facilitate bigger government regardless of the consequences? More...  -The Patriot Post

California Gives Illegal Immigrants Driver's Licenses
The Department of Motor Vehicles in California has gotten even more fun. And when we mean fun, we mean the department is going to have even longer lines because the state just implemented its law allowing illegal immigrants to procure driving licenses. That's why you go to the DMV, right? "The DMV has hired more than 1,000 workers and opened four new centers to handle the rush," reports CBS Los Angeles. "The new law allows undocumented immigrants to apply without the fear of being deported, which has long been a concern in the community. The DMV expects nearly 1.5 million undocumented immigrants to apply over the next few years." As Hot Air's Jazz Shaw points out, driving is a privilege and "that privilege can be taken away for any of a number of offenses which include driving while impaired, failing to obtain proper registration, inspection and insurance documents or just running too many stop signs." But yet those who skirt the nation's immigration laws now have a right to drive. More…

Gingrich: nObama a 'Tragic Failure of Leadership'
As Barack nObama and Attorney General Eric Holder begin their ride into the sunset, former House Speaker Newt Gingrich said this administration has been a "tragic failure of leadership." Instead of bringing the country together racially, nObama's White House has divided the nation. "I'm saying the president spends a lot of his time saying things that are divisive, automatically jumps to conclusions about things he doesn't know," Gingrich said. "I'm saying the attorney general clearly has given speeches that are divisive. And I'm just suggesting to you, just as a tragic lost opportunity, you would think that six years into the first African-American presidency, there would be a sense of us coming closer together. That hasn't happened." But what would be good for the nation isn't good for the Left, which profits from playing one demographic against the other. More...  -The Patriot Post

Egyptian President Calls for ‘Religious Revolution’ in Islam
(By  Abraham Rabinovich) - “Is it possible that 1.6 billion people (Muslims worldwide) should want to kill the rest of the world’s population—that is, 7 billion people—so that they themselves may live?” he asked. “Impossible.”...Speaking to an audience of religious scholars celebrating the birth of Islam’s prophet, Mohammed, he called on the religious establishment to lead the fight for moderation in the Muslim world. “You imams (prayer leaders) are responsible before Allah. The entire world—I say it again, the entire world—is waiting for your next move because this umma (a word that can refer either to the Egyptian nation or the entire Muslim world) is being torn, it is being destroyed, it is being lost—and it is being lost by our own hands.”       http://freebeacon.com/national-security/egyptian-president-calls-for-religious-revolution-in-islam/

nObama’s Amnesty Affects Shaky Social Security System
(conservativesunited.com) - President nObama’s announcement of his executive amnesty program for illegal immigrants was accompanied by a promise to the American people...He said the up to five million immigrants covered under the program would not be eligible for any government benefits. Closer examination, however, shows that amnesty will come at a cost to the American people, and Social Security may be the program hardest hit. So while it may sound like a good thing that illegal immigrants will now be paying their “fair share” of the taxes paid by American citizens, like income taxes, payroll taxes, sales and property taxes, that means they will automatically qualify for tax benefits. Many of these immigrants will be eligible for child tax credits and the Earned Income Tax credit, and those will actually receive a subsidy rather than putting money into the system.       http://conservativesunited.com/obamas-executive-amnesty-will-affect-already-shaky-social-security-system/

(Accuracy In Media) - The media continue to craft false narratives surrounding a multitude of stories, not the least of which are the supposedly racially motivated police killings of Eric Garner, Ezell Ford and Michael Brown...But while the media over-report on such stories, finding race in every detail, it underreports important developments such as the cover-up of the 2012 terrorist attacks in Benghazi, Libya. AIM editor Roger Aronoff recently appeared on The Daily Ledger, on the One America News Network, to discuss how the media have been botching their news reporting on Benghazi and the supposedly racially motivated cases of police violence.       http://www.aim.org/on-target-blog/aim-editor-on-the-daily-ledger-on-benghazi-racial-tensions/?utm_source=AIM+-+Daily+Email&utm_campaign=email010515&utm_medium=email

Republicans Must Investigate Where the Media Fear to Tread
(Cliff Kincaid ) - On Saturday and Sunday, The Washington Post’s liberal reporters warned that Republican victories in November on the national and state levels have given the GOP the opportunity this year to become “aggressive” and pass their own legislation and initiatives... “GOP will flex muscles in the states” ran on Saturday, with an article, “Eager GOP sets its goals,” about their national effort running on Sunday. But there is something else the Republicans could do to really strike fear into the hearts of liberals—restore internal security panels that once examined “un-American” activities. The liberal media are terrified that Republicans will actually do something with their power. On foreign policy, the Post feared that Republicans could put in jeopardy President nObama’s “outreach to Cuba and Iran.” The term “outreach” implies that nObama is pursuing a wise and correct approach to our enemies in the communist and Muslim worlds. This is how a major liberal paper attempts to intimidate Republicans into letting nObama and the far-left have their way. Let’s hope the Republicans are smart enough to see through this propaganda disguised as “news.”       http://www.aim.org/aim-column/republicans-must-investigate-where-the-media-fear-to-tread/?utm_source=AIM+-+Daily+Email&utm_campaign=email010515&utm_medium=email

Calif giving illegals drivers licenses, voting cards are next?
(Allen West) - It’s becoming more and more difficult to rationalize the decisions made by the far left progressive socialists of the Democrat party. They truly are committed to the “fundamental transformation” of America in a very literal sense...The rule of law means nothing to those dedicated to this damaging political ideology and agenda. And so it is that I cannot explain California’s recent implementation of granting drivers licenses to those here in America illegally — truly a Pavlovian endeavor. As reported by our friends at Townhall, “Under California’s Safe and Responsible Drivers Act, illegal immigrants will be able to apply for drivers licenses this year. Before, a legal social security number was required for a license in California, but under the new law as many as 1.4 million illegal immigrants are expected to be granted licenses.”       http://allenbwest.com/2015/01/california-now-giving-illegal-immigrants-drivers-licenses-wanna-bet-voting-cards-next/

Race Rioters Try to “Shut Down” Fox News

The protest was supposed to “shut down” Fox and The Post for their refusal to publish the same sort of one-sided propaganda that most of the liberal mainstream media is spewing forth regarding race relations and the use of force by local law enforcement officers. In reality, all the tiny turnout did was to “shut down” what little respect some people had remaining for the “Black Lives Matter” protests in the first place.       http://conservativetribune.com/race-rioters-fox-news-2/?utm_source=feedblitz&utm_medium=FeedBlitzEmail&utm_content=936184&utm_campaign=0

(city-journal.org) - In January 1982, Admiral Hyman G. Rickover, approaching retirement as director of the U.S. Navy’s nuclear reactors and as irascible as ever, appeared before Congress for the last time. His testimony was full of blunt observations, none as cutting as his take on certain public servants. “I have an expression—the ‘Say-Do,’” the 82-year-old Rickover declared. “People say something and the newspapers laud them, before they’ve done a damn thing and then they never do it and then they go on to some other Say-Do thing, and they get more credit.” Detested by some, idolized by others, Rickover was, without a doubt, a doer. And he had little time for those who weren’t.

As a terrific new PBS documentary reveals, Rickover’s life was one of great consequence. His accomplishments were technologically towering; his means of accomplishing them unorthodox bordering on unbelievable. It was Rickover, pushing back against skepticism if not outright opposition, who envisioned and realized the world’s first nuclear submarine—the U.S.S. Nautilus—and charted the civilian use of atomic energy. On paper, it’s fascinating. But on screen, Rickover’s life crackles, thanks to the sure hand of director Michael Pack.

For over a decade, Pack has quietly modernized the historical documentary, finding unconventional and often surprising ways to interpret and understand his subjects. Rickover: The Birth of Nuclear Power continues the trend. Archival footage and recollections of those who knew and worked for the man mingle with short, dramatic reenactments. The admiral comes to life via actor Tim Blake Nelson’s ornery portrayal. Like scenes from Pack’s films on George Washington and Alexander Hamilton, which place those two founders in strikingly modern contexts, the technique is, initially, jarring. But it grows on the viewer, and by the time the credits roll, we are left with an intimate understanding of the man.

Born Chaim Godalia Rickover in eastern Poland during the reign of Tsar Nichols II, Rickover migrated west to Chicago with his mother in March 1906. A 1922 graduate of the Naval Academy, Rickover faced anti-Semitism. His page in the school’s yearbook was perforated for easy removal, as was that of the other Jewish student in his class. Years later, many of his classmates would seek the admiral’s assistance. Rickover wouldn’t lift a finger for the “bastards.”

An engineering prodigy, Rickover spent most of World War II accumulating technological know-how, serving on small ships at out-of-the-way posts. After the war, he volunteered to travel to Oak Ridge to investigate the possibility of a nuclear plant, an experience that sold him on the idea of employing that same energy source to power submarines. The Nautilus was christened in 1954. The first atomic power station in Shippingport, Pennsylvania, went online in 1957. These projects were milestones for mankind, willed into being by Rickover’s tenacity.

Rickover was arrogant and a fanatical perfectionist. With staff, he was confrontational and occasionally abusive. He forced engineers to work ungodly hours. He often humiliated midshipmen who hoped to join his team, forcing them to sit on crooked chairs and assaulting them with uncomfortable questions in interviews. He ordered one candidate to phone his fiancée in order to postpone their wedding (to allow for more time to assist Rickover), only then to dismiss the young fellow for acquiescing so readily to the admiral’s unfair request. As bizarre as these techniques sound, they helped Rickover surround himself with a team that suited his needs, among them future president Jimmy Carter and the recently deceased nuclear engineer Ted Rockwell. Both appear in Pack’s film.

Rickover’s unpopularity with Navy brass never bothered him. Combining an obsessive hatred of bureaucracy with a passion for efficiency, he plowed ahead. There were no rules he wouldn’t break, and no process he wouldn’t economize. Phone calls to employees monitoring reactors, for example, were brief. Rickover felt “I have nothing to report” took too long to say, so he reduced it to a single word: “nothing.” But even that was too wordy for Rickover, and subordinates eventually were told to shout “no” into the phone if they had no news to share. Despite the emphasis on economy, Rickover was anything but relaxed about the security on his ships or at his facilities. He scrutinized every document and obsessively monitored safety.

This is an inspiring story, a reminder of the human ability to accomplish astonishing things in the face of hostile opposition, both human and institutional. But there is also an element of melancholy in Pack’s tale. In the mid-twentieth century, nuclear power was less feared than it is now. That changed as the Cold War wore on. The 1979 meltdown at Three Mile Island soured the public on nuclear energy. Rickover’s waning influence in Congress, and an ongoing battle with defense contractors whom he accused—correctly, as time would reveal—of over-charging tax payers, eventually spelled the end for the admiral.

In 1982, Navy leadership decided to remove Rickover from his command. The great man was reduced to an advisory role. This news, which the admiral heard first on television, was officially relayed in an Oval Office meeting. Furious and hurt, Rickover minced no words with President Ronald Reagan, demanding to know why he was being fired, and telling the president to “cut the crap.” Reenacted here, it’s an electrifying scene, testament to the filmmaker’s assured hand and his subject’s bewildering pluck.

Hyman Rickover remains a polarizing figure. As this film makes clear, however, his methods were revolutionary and his accomplishments were monumental. Owing to his unpopularity with many in the military, Rickover never got proper credit during his lifetime for all he achieved. Happily, Michael Pack has rectified this.

One of our astute and true conservative members of this site has drafted suggested changes to the Constitution to be proposed in an Article V, Convention of States. I know many of you have seen his postings on here about this issue. Mr. Oren Long is very knowledgeable and well educated and has honorably served our country. He has put a tremendous amount of time and thought into ways to, in his words, "armor and reinforce" the Constitution and return it to its Original Intent, as envisioned by the Founders.

Therefore, because I agree with every one of his suggested changes, I am publishing it for him, with his permission. I truly hope that we, as a group, as conservatives and as a people who believe that our country is heading toward disaster, because of the course we are on, I fully endorse his recommended suggestions. I believe that we must take any and every course of action we can to “stop the madness”

It is quite long, so PLEASE take the time to read each and every one of them. I am sure that some or many, may have suggestions to this document and they are welcome and open to discussion. If you agree with this, please call your State elected officials and urge them to get on board with an Article V Convention of States.

To Whom It May Concern,

The following is neither sanctioned by nor proposed by the Article V Convention of States Project.   Rather, it is entirely my work as a volunteer for the Convention of States Project.   To give you an overview of the kinds of amendments that may or may not be considered in an Article V Convention of States Convention.

The entire thrust of an Article V Convention of States is to consider, and possibly draft, amendments designed to limit the size, scope, power, and authority of the Federal Government and bring it back under the confines of those powers granted to it in the Constitution.

These are strictly my personal ideas and in no way purport to speak for the Convention of States Project.   That said, I fully understand that, if introduced in Convention, they would be altered or improved as needed.   At this point they are intended solely to stimulate discussion and debate.   They are as follows:

NUMBER ONE:

"Section One:   The Constitution of the United States shall be read and interpreted literally.   No words or phrases shall be changed or substituted and no part of the Constitution shall be used to expand or increase Federal Power or Authority beyond that EXPRESSLY granted and enumerated in the Constitution.   The language of the Constitution shall be interpreted according to the definition of words at the time of their inclusion in the Constitution.

Section Two:    Congress shall have, by two thirds vote of both the House of Representatives and the Senate, the power to override individual rulings of the Supreme Court of the United States and/or subordinate Federal Courts.   The President shall not have veto authority over Congressional overrides of Federal Court decisions."

NUMBER TWO:

"Section One:    No person shall be elected to Congress more than once unless serving in Congress at the time of the ratification of this amendment, in which case members of Congress shall be eligible for re-election to their respective seats one time.

Section Two:     In the event the Seventeenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States is repealed members of the Senate of the United States shall serve at the pleasure and discretion of the Legislature of their respective State.

Section Three:  Neither Congress, the President, nor any Federal Court shall make any law, rule, regulation, or order that does not apply equally to themselves and all citizens of the United States.   Nor shall Congress, the President, or any Federal Court cause or allow any law, rule, regulation, or order to be made by any agent or agency of the Federal Government that does not apply equally to themselves and all citizens of the United States.

Section Four:    Neither Congress nor the President shall receive any publically-funded retirement or benefit beyond appropriate pay not available to all citizens of the United States.

Section Five:    Section Four shall not apply to members of Congress or Presidents, serving or retired, at the time of the ratification of this amendment.

Section Six:      The President shall be subject to popular recall by his/her constituency.   Within 90 days of the ratification of this amendment Congress shall pass legislation governing the recall of the President.   In the event Congress fails to pass the required legislation within the required 90 days, the President shall be considered to have been recalled and a new election held within 60 days.

Section Seven: Members of Congress shall be subject to popular recall by their respective constituencies, unless the Seventeenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States is repealed, in which case only members of the House of Representatives shall be subject to popular recall.   Within 90 days of the ratification of this amendment each State shall pass legislation governing the recall of its Congressional Delegation.   In the event a State fails to pass the required legislation within the required 90 days, that State's Congressional Delegation shall be considered to have been recalled and new elections held within 60 days."

NUMBER THREE:

"Congress shall make and the President shall sign a Balanced Federal Budget every year and before the beginning of the ensuing fiscal year.   In the event Congress and the President fail to make said Balanced Federal Budget before the beginning of the ensuing fiscal year, the last Constitutionally passed and signed Federal Budget shall go into effect and shall be the Federal Budget for the entirety of the ensuing fiscal year.   Balanced shall be defined as expenditures not to exceed revenues except in time of war as declared by Congress.   Revenues shall be defined as monies received; not monies predicted, anticipated, or forecasted.   Unfunded liabilities, obligations, and/or mandates shall be included in the calculation of the Balanced Federal Budget."

NUMBER FOUR:

"The Fourteenth, Sixteenth, and Seventeenth Amendments to the Constitution of the United States are hereby repealed.   All Federal agencies, programs, laws, rules, regulations, and/or orders created, passed, or handed down as a direct or indirect result of the Fourteenth, Sixteenth, and/or Seventeenth Amendments are hereby stricken from Law, declared null and void, and have no force of effect."

NUMBER FIVE:

"Section One:     Only persons born of two parents, both of whom are citizens of the United States at the time of the birth of the person, shall be citizens of the United States unless naturalized under the terms and conditions of the Constitution of the United States.

Section Two:      Only United States Citizens shall enjoy or receive all rights, benefits, and privileges of United States Citizenship.

Section Three:   Non-citizens shall not receive, directly or indirectly, Federal or Constitutional benefits, privileges, or protections."

NUMBER SIX:

"The several States are hereby empowered, individually or collectively, to enforce the Constitution of the United States and Federal Law, within their respective borders, regardless of Federal resistance or objections."

NUMBER SEVEN:

"Section One:   The Second Amendment to the Constitution of the United States shall be interpreted to mean the FUNDAMENTAL right of individual citizens and/or groups of citizens to keep and bear arms; in their homes and/or other properties, in public and private, and on their persons.

Section Two:    Non-citizens and persons convicted of a violent felony by a jury of their peers do not have this right."

NUMBER EIGHT:

"The First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States shall not be interpreted to prohibit or restrict the peaceful, free exercise or expression of religion, in public or private, or in or on public property."

Thank you for taking the time to read the above.   If you have any questions feel free to make comments or suggestion.

While ISIS is recruiting Jihadi Baby Mamas to raise future terrorists, the U.S. is embracing Muslim Brotherhood front groups that are on Arab designated terrorist lists

981e6523f7985458cb70fc5c085e2460Steve Emerson of the Investigative Project on Terrorism says it isn’t just ISIS, it’s our own U.S. government under Obama which has embraced the Muslim Brotherhood and its front groups like CAIR and the Muslim American Society, allowing them to integrate into our government, the White House, and to meet with officials at the highest levels.

“We’ve embraced Turkey despite the fact that it’s basically been a safe haven for Hamas to carry out attacks against not just friends of ours [like the].. Israelis [but also].. Americans. We’ve embraced Qatar, which is the number one financial supporter of [Islamic] ISIS terrorism. We’ve basically distanced ourselves from countries like Egypt which banned the Muslim Brotherhood as a terrorist group. Just a week before Christmas, the US State Department met with CAIR and MAS to try to stop the designation of those groups as terrorist organizations by the United Arab Emirates. Yet we refuse to designate them as terrorists groups.”

Will the Netherlands be hosting the next anti-Islamization PEGIDA rallies?

A call, which was made via Facebook, to burn down mosques in the Netherlands, has alarmed religious officials and Muslims in the country. Muslims demand more police protection.

CIHAN  Speaking to Cihan news agency, Murat Türkmen, head of Eyüp Sultan Camii located in Amsterdam stated that they began to keep guard to protect their mosque following arson calls on Facebook. Türkmen also complained about lack of security controls around the building.

“Windows of three vehicles belonging to three Muslim from our mosque were broken. Police patrol around the mosques in every ten minutes.  But it’s not enough.

Another mosque official from Mevlana Camii in Rotterdam named Adnan Berkcan said some attempts to set fire in front of the mosque have taken place recently and demanded a proper protection by the municipality and police. “Attacks which took place in Sweden, Germany and Austria concerned us,” added Berkcan.

40% of Dutch mosques allegedly, according to Muslims, have been “attacked,” daubed with ‘racist’ graffit (Islam is not a race) in the past 10 years.

Dutch News  Almost 40% of the Netherlands’ 475 mosques have had to deal with racist graffiti, smashed windows and other violent behaviour over the past 10 years, according to Amsterdam University researcher Ineke van der Valk.

Many Dutch mosques have recently increased security following the spate of arson attacks in Sweden and a Dutch Facebook page calling for people to do the same here. Van der Valk says her research shows attacks on mosques have become structural and are influenced by national and international events.

‘There was an increase following the murder by a Muslim of film producer Theo van Gogh and there is another peak now with the rise of terror group IS,’ she told the Volkskrant.

Georgia: Muslims file another lawsuit against city after scaring city into approving mosque in mall

The city is already ****ed. Will some brave citizen please file the challenge!! via The Marietta Daily Journal – Lawsuit filed in Mosque application. h/t Islamist Watch

KENNESAW — A federal lawsuit was filed against the city of Kennesaw on Tuesday in relation to one resident’s application to use a retail shopping center suite as a mosque, said Doug Dillard, the applicant’s attorney.

Dillard said the lawsuit was filed as a precaution in case anyone challenges the City Council’s Dec. 15 vote to approve the mosque application.

“If the opposition to the mosque filed a lawsuit and for some reason the vote that they took on December 15 was declared null and void, then all we’ve got to fall back on is their actions on Dec. 1,” Dillard said.

On Dec. 1, the council voted 4-1 to deny the mosque application, but then reversed that decision on Dec. 15.

However, Dillard said if the Dec. 15 vote is successfully challenged within 30 days of the vote, then the denial from Dec. 1 still stands.

Dillard said the lawsuit is there as a safety net until those 30 days run out. Then, the applicant can know for sure that the Dec. 15 approval stands.

“If the 30-day appeal period goes by and there is no appeal, we can always dismiss the lawsuit, but we had to file it as a preventative measure just in case someone challenged the December 15 action,” Dillard said.

A council member, a resident or anyone could challenge the vote, Dillard said.

Kennesaw Mayor Mark Mathews said he has not heard any indication from council members that there could be a challenge to the approval.

“As for the decision made by council, I have not heard any comments or discussions regarding any changes to the last action taken. The permit was approved unanimously,” Mathews said.

The lawsuit filed Tuesday in the U.S. Northern District Court references the First, Fourth, Fifth and Fourteenth amendments to the United States and Georgia constitutions as well as the Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act, a federal law protecting religious institutions from discriminatory zoning laws, Dillard said.

“Obviously, we hope we don’t have to litigate against the city. We hope the Dec. 15 vote is (upheld),” Dillard said.

Meanwhile, the applicant is beginning to get the retail space ready to become a mosque, Dillard said.

“They’re going forward with more requests for the permits and that kind of thing. They’re going full speed to make use of the property,” Dillard said.

As noted in a previous post, Georgia: Legal jihad terrorizes council members to approve mosque in retail shopping center:

Council member Debra Williams, who voted against the mosque the first time, changed her vote, as did council members Leonard Church, Tim Killingsworth and Jim Sebastian. Cris Eaton Welsh was the only member who voted in favor of the mosque both times.

“We denied a nightclub there a few months ago and we argued the same thing – traffic, noise and parking,” she told WND. “And it would have operated at night when all the other businesses were closed and they were willing to put in sound-proof walls. They should sue our pants off.”

Yes they should.

WHY WE FIGHT ISLAM

Why We Fight Islam

…and what we can do, via 10News.dk.

Why We Fight Islam
By: Nicolai Sennels

I was recently asked: Why fight Islam? The short answer is because Islam fights us and since it knows no borders and it knows no mercy, it will keep fighting us until we are defeated or we – hopefully – stop them forever.

The goal in Islam is world domination and a central part of every Muslim’s religious practise is to spread his faith with all possible means until it covers the Earth completely. Ever since the 6th century when Islam’s founder and self-proclaimed prophet, Mohammed (who maybe never existed), set out to conquer neighbouring towns, killing, maiming, raping and enslaving scores, Islam has spread its suppressing and destructive doctrine as far as it could. Christian, Jewish, Hindu and Buddhist countries and cultures have been crushed by relentless waves of jihadis (Arabic: mujahideens), leaving up to 270 million non-Muslims dead, mostly killed in exceedingly barbaric ways. The recent Islamic takeover of areas in Africa, the Middle East and Western cities that until recently were not under Sharia, is not a new phenomena. It is just another phase of a 1,400 year old war against non-Muslims, with the aim of consolidating Muslim power over non-Muslims, and Islamic rule over democracy and human rights. With millions of Muslims fleeing to the West from their self-created atrocities, Islam is about to spread to countries that has been almost Muslim-free. Citizens of Eastern Europe and Baltic States who think that West Europe can handle the problem without their help are naive and lack solidarity: it is time for the democratic world to stand together. Since the nature of Islam is to eventually spread everywhere, nobody is safe anyway.

What do they want?
The final goal of Islam is a worldwide Caliphate ruled by Sharia. The world that Islam’s followers dream of is a planet ordered after the wishes of Allah and his prophet. In such a world there is no Free Speech since the slightest criticism of the system is to be punished by death. There is not even Freedom of Thought, since everybody has to believe in Allah and Mohammed as his prophet, pray five times a day, eat halal, and kill family members and others flinching from the Islamic rules. According to Sharia, women are effectively the property of their male family members and men are allowed to have four wives and beat them all. Jews and Christians will be spared death if they pay a protection tax, jizya, and accept the status as dhimmis, second class citizens whom Muslims are allowed to abuse and rape on a whim. People not believing in the Old Testament – Hindus, Buddhists, atheists and others – will have the choice between being killed or converting to Islam (which constitutes psychological rape and forces one to live a strict Muslim life, including killing other non-Muslims).

A society where science and research must be aligned with the world view of a crazed pedophile living in the 6th century (Mohammed married and started fondeling Aisha whenshe was six and had intercourse with her when she was nine) will of course not be able to establish a functioning stable economy, political system or the comforts of modern medicine, technology and infrastructure.

When it comes to human freedom and rights, the Soviet Union was a utopia compared to any Islamic caliphate, which can best be compared to the joy- and loveless, totalitarian worlds of anger depicted by J.R.R. Tolkien in The Lord of The Rings and in George Lucas’ Star Wars. Should our civilization collapse under Islamic aggression – aided by our own political correctness, cowardice, laziness  – the only known place with intelligent life in this universe will be a dark and destroyed planet drifting through space, populated by billions of mostly inbred humans living in total misery, enslaved by the freedom-hating, death-loving, brutal, mind-numbing Sharia. What tragedy could be worse than that?

Can it happen to us?
Well, the millions of non-Muslims who used to live where Islam now rules probably asked themselves that same question… And yes, it will also happen to us, if we do not stop Islam. Western intelligence services increasingly warn that thousands of Muslims outside and inside our own countries are preparing themselves to fulfill their religious duty.

Meanwhile we settle with hoping that Muslims will be as pacified by our nursing welfare states and reassuring media as we have become ourselves.

Islam knows no borders and no mercy, and if our generation does not stop them, the next generation will not even have a chance to make the attempt. Our grandfathers defeated Nazism, our parents’ generation overcame Communism. The great challenge of our time is Islam – an enemy of freedom more present, fanatic and vast in numbers than any totalitarian system before it. This enemy is different than anything we have encountered before: You can not intimidate an enemy who loves death more than life.

Our police is already unable to uphold the law in many of the Muslim ghettos mushrooming everywhere, even in smaller towns. Ever more regular outbreaks of what can best be described as minor incidents of civil war give us a taste of what is waiting for us later this decade (according to Al Qaeda’s prophetic plan made in the 1990s, this will happen in 2016 – Arab governments should be toppled from around 2010 and an Islamic state was planned to be established from 2013…).

Muslim dominated areas are increasing in numbers and boldness – encouraged by the lack of consequence from Western authorities – and it is only a matter of time before they evolve into permanently warring Muslim enclaves fighting for unconstitutional, religious rights. Through our self-inflicted invasion we are creating our own Gaza Strips, which are already spawning an unending stream of attacks against non-Muslims and the surrounding non-Islamic society. Muslim immigration is crushing our economy, undermining our hard-won safety, attacking free speech and increasingly changing physical areas of our cities into unrecognizable, dangerous no-go sharia-zones.

Muslims believing in jihad are neither extremists, nor a minority. Muslims believing in the obligation to wage jihad to fulfill their religious duty are following mainstream fundamentals of Islam as it is clearly written unambiguously and repeatedly in the Quran and Mohammed’s equally holy life story, the Hadiths. 75 percent of the roughly 56 million Muslims living in Europe believe that the Quran must be taken literally and 65 percent think that the Sharia is more important than democratic laws. 80 percent of young Turks in Holland believe that Jihad against non-Muslims is fine. 27 percent of all French youth and14 percent of all British youths – presumably including the vast majority of young Muslims in these countries – support the Islamic State. What do these numbers mean? They mean that the countless Muslim ghettos eating up Western towns and cities are populated with hundreds of thousands, maybe even millions, of people supporting the jihadi doctrine. What will happen when they feel strong enough to destroy and overtake our societies? Will they remain passive and peaceful, or will they seize the chance? Many, surely, will do the latter.

Instead of being thankful for the safety and welfare provided by hard working Western tax payers, Muslims in Europe have raised an army of jihadis supporting Islam’s genocidal agenda.

What can we do?
Or rather: What must we do, in order to prevail for the sake of humanity and future generations? Continue reading
