In spite of the ease with which the word “conservatism” is thrown about these days, most people who associate with the “conservative” movement are not really conservative at all. In reality, the so-called “conservative” movement is a predominantly (though not exclusively) neoconservative movement.

The Democrats are right, there are two Americas.

The America that works, and the America that doesn’t.

The America that contributes, and the America that doesn’t.

It’s not the haves and the have nots, it’s the do's and the don'ts.

Some people do their duty as Americans, obey the law, support themselves, contribute to society, and others don’t.                                   

That’s the divide in America.

It’s not about income inequality, it’s about civic irresponsibility.

It’s about a political party that preaches hatred, greed and victimizationin order to win elective office.

It’s about a political party that loves power more than it loves its country. That’s not invective, that’s truth, and it’s about time someone said it.

The politics of envy was on proud display a couple weeks ago when President Obama pledged the rest of his term to fighting “income inequality.” He noted that some people make more than other people, that some people have higher incomes than others, and he says, "that’s not just."

That is the rationale of thievery. The other guy has it, you want it, Obama will take it for you. Vote Democrat.

That is the philosophy that produced Detroit.

It is the electoral philosophy that is destroying America.

It conceals a fundamental deviation from American values and common sense because it ends up not benefiting the people who support it, but a betrayal.

The Democrats have not empowered their followers, they have enslaved them in a culture of dependence and entitlement, of victim-hood and anger instead of ability and hope.

The president’s premise – that you reduce income inequality by debasing the successful – seeks to deny the successful the consequences of their choices and spare the unsuccessful the consequences of their choices.

Because, by and large, income variation in society is a result of different choices leading to different consequences. Those who choose wisely and responsibility have a far greater likelihood of success, while those who choose foolishly and irresponsibly have a far greater likelihood of failure. Success and failure usually manifest themselves in personal and family income.

You choose to drop out of high school or to skip college - and you are apt to have a different outcome than someone who gets a diploma and pushes on with purposeful education.

 You have your children out of wedlock and life is apt to take one course; you have them within a marriage and life is apt to take another course.

Most often in life our destination is determined by the course we take.

My doctor, for example, makes far more than I do. There is significant income inequality between us. Our lives have had an inequality of outcome, but, our lives also have had an in equality of effort.                

While my doctor went to college and then devoted his entire young adulthood to medical school and residency, I got a job in a restaurant.

He made a choice, I made a choice, and our choices led us to different outcomes. His outcome pays a lot better than mine.

Does that mean he cheated and Barack Obama needs to take away his wealth? No, it means we are both free men in a free society where free choices lead to different outcomes.

It is not inequality Barack Obama intends to take away, it is freedom.The freedom to succeed, and the freedom to fail.

There is no true option for success if there is no true option for failure.

The pursuit of happiness means a whole lot less when you face the punitive hand of government if your pursuit brings you more happiness than the other guy. Even if the other guy sat on his ass and did nothing. Even if the other guy made a lifetime’s worth of asinine and shortsighted decisions.

 Barack Obama and the Democrats preach equality of outcome as a right, while completely ignoring inequality of effort.

The simple Law of the Harvest – as ye sow, so shall ye reap – is sometimes applied as, “The harder you work, the more you get." Obama would turn that upside down. Those who achieve are to be punished as enemies of society and those who fail are to be rewarded as wards of society.

Entitlement will replace effort as the key to upward mobility in American society if Barack Obama gets his way. He seeks a lowest common denominator society in which the government besieges the successful and productive to foster equality through mediocrity.

He and his party speak of two Americas, and their grip on power is based on using the votes of one to sap the productivity of the other. America is not divided by the differences in our outcomes, it is divided by the differences in our efforts. It is a false philosophy to say one man’s    success comes about unavoidably as the result of another man’s victimization.

What Obama offered was not a solution, but a separatism. He fomented division and strife, pitted one set of Americans against another for his own political benefit. That’s what socialists offer. Marxist class warfare wrapped up with a bow.

Brainwashing is not, as some anti-Christian educators and students contend, the Biblical  process of training our children to love and follow God. The word “brainwashing” refers to a planned, step-by-step attempt to “wash” family-taught beliefs from the minds of those who oppose government ideology. In America, it would mean replacing the old Biblical values and world view with a new way of thinking that would support a totalitarian agenda. In other words, every child must become a peace child, a willing and active servant of a new world order. 

A massive world-wide partnership is pioneering new strategies for social transformation. The media, the entertainment industry, computer companies, government agencies, educational institutions, the United Nations and its accredited non-governmental organizations (NGOs) have all joined together in a common quest toward a global mind change. They seek solidarity—a worldwide unity based on a new set of beliefs and values.  “Obsolete” and “exclusive” loyalties to national sovereignty, Biblical values, and the unadulterated U.S. Constitution stand in their way.

Conforming the masses to their way of thinking requires all the sophisticated tools and tactics developed at the various “behavioral science research” institutes and “education laboratories” established first in England, then in the Soviet Union and Nazi Germany, and finally in the United States.  If these psycho-social engineers win their battle against an unsuspecting public, they would “wash” away individual thinking, free speech and all the other “rights” that have made America unique. The vacuum would be filled with lofty ideals, enticing images and deceptive promises designed to mold minds that match their global vision. Bombard children with mind-changing suggestions

A familiar tale told to first-graders in Pennsylvania illustrates both the tactics and the planned  transformation of the world. We all know the story of the Little Red Hen who wanted some bread to eat. She asked some of her barnyard friends to help make it. But the cat, the dog, and the goat all said “no.” Finally she did all the work herself. Yet, when the bread was done and its fragrance spread throughout the farm, her unwilling neighbors were more than willing to help her eat it.

“Won’t you share with us?” they begged.

“No,” she answered. “Since you didn’t help, you don’t get anything.”

In the context of  traditional values, the moral of the story is: you get what you work for. But those who have learned to think and see from the new global perspective are led to a different conclusion. Listen to the kinds of questions the first grade teacher asked her class: 

-   “Why was the Little Red Hen so stingy?  Isn’t it only right that everyone gets to eat? Why wouldn’t she share what she had with some who had none?”[5]

The concerned mother who heard and reported this story asked, “What kinds of values were the children taught?”  The new interpretation emphasizes love and sharing, but what is missing?  How might it confuse a child’s values?  

The answers are obvious. The children were taught socialist values. The new interpretation vilified values that had motivated Americans to be diligent, responsible and fair. The teacher’s questions were actually strategic suggestions prompting the group to ridicule traditional values, to see reality and society from the new politically correct perspective, and to intimidate and shame anyone who dared to disagree. 

A new mental “framework” is vital to this paradigm shift [see chart]. But to launch the new system, the old patterns must be blurred and broken. The educational establishment knows that children who are fed a daily diet of biblical truth will resist their plans for change. They also know that students bombarded with strategic suggestions and idealized pagan images will probably reject Christianity. If schools can build the “right” kind of framework or filter in the minds of children early enough, the new global beliefs will fit right in. In other words, the battle for the hearts and minds of America’s children will be won by the side that first trains children to see reality from its point of view. 

This paradigm shift was no mystery to Aldous Huxley, author of Brave New World. He wrote that education must provide a mental “framework... within which any piece of information acquired in later life may find its proper and significant place.” [6]  

In the old days, that mental framework was the biblical world view. But Huxley, like most of today’s change agents, called for a New Age/global framework. Like a filter, it blocks facts and ideas that don’t fit, but welcomes input that strengthens the framework—especially when communicated through stories and images that stir the imagination and arouse strong feelings.

Focus on feelings, not facts

This shift from factual education to feeling and experience-based learning began over seventy years ago. Through the decades, the strategies used to manipulate minds in the Soviet Union and Nazi Germany were developed, first at the Tavistock Clinic near London and later at Germany’s Frankfurt School (originally called Frankfurt Institute for Social Research). Their mind-bending methods soon spread to a rising number of psycho-social research centers in America. They were fine-tuned at Columbia, Harvard, Stanford and other American universities, at our regional educational laboratories [7] and at the Aspen Institute for Humanistic Studies where Elian Gonzales was remediated in preparation for his return to a Communist system. (See Elian Starts Re-Education)

Bob Buford, former head of the Drucker Foundation for Nonprofit Management and the founder of Leadership Network also taught the new “Christian” leadership methods at the Aspen Institute.

More recently, at the 1989 Governor’s Conference on Education in Kansas, Dr. Shirley McCune, then head of the Mid-Continent Regional Educational Laboratory, summarized the policy in her keynote speech:

“The revolution… in curriculum is that we no longer are teaching facts to children…. We no longer see the teaching of facts and information as the primary outcome of education.”[7]

“What will take the place of logic, fact and analysis in the coming age?” This rhetorical question was raised by Dr. Donald A. Cowan, president emeritus of the University of Dallas. His revealing answer exposes an important step toward the new consensus: 

“The central way of thought for this new era will be imagination.... Imagination will be the active, creative agent of culture, transforming brute materials to a higher, more knowable state.” [8]

It’s easy to see why visionary change agents would prefer to inspire the imagination rather than teach facts and logic. Unlike facts and convictions, the imagination can easily be manipulated. Today’s popular books, games and other forms of edutainment bring all kinds of suggestions and images that confuse the old ways of thinking and promote the new values.  They twist facts, turn right and wrong upside down, stir the imagination with unthinkable suggestions, redefine words, and give new meanings to old images such as the Little Red Hen. Eventually, most students become conditioned to see everything through the new politically correct mental filter. The sight of an old social symbol (i.e. flag) or the sound of an word they have learned to hate (pastor, evil, capitalism, etc.) can now trigger emotional reactions that cannot be resolved with facts and logic.  

A simple example of this process was exposed by a Christian teacher in Sunnyvale CA. During a public elementary school assembly, the students sang the words of the Peacemakers’ Planetary Anthem to the tune of the Star Spangled Banner. This melody, which has symbolized freedom to those who have loved America, now became a tactical trigger used to turn hearts from the old ways to the new vision: 

O Say can you see by the one light in all

A New Age to embrace at the call of the nations,

Where our children can play in a world without war

Where we stand hand in hand in the grace of creation,

Where the rivers run clean through forests pristine.... 

Inspiring, isn’t it? The mental images behind those words illustrate the “visioning” part of Outcome-Based Education (OBE) as well as Total Quality Management (TQM). Both use the consensus process to create the collective consciousness needed for the new communities and social organizations. 

In the classroom, this process of change often begins with planned “visions” that plant vivid but unrealistic goals into children’s minds and emotions.  

Next, students must learn to visualize scary images of the current crisis. The crisis is vital to the process. It provides the justification for environmental activism, government control, and unthinkable changes. So, in stark contrast to the lofty ideal in the song above, the students must learn to feel the pain of a dying earth abused by the ruling generation. The colorful classroom manual on global change, Rescue Mission Planet Earth, fits the bill. It is full of scary, sensational pictures and misguided children’s opinions that fire the imagination and fuel anger. 

Trained teacher/facilitators turn this anger toward parents and grandparents who must bear the blame for destroying our planet. This is important, because—as in totalitarian countries around the world—children must learn to submit to state-defined values and loyalties—not their parents or traditional values.

In Rescue Mission Planet Earth, page after page of pseudo-science and twisted facts prepare the reader to follow the call to political action on behalf of the United Nations and planet Earth. Unless they know the facts, children and their teachers will have little resistance to the heart-breaking images of dying trees, starving children, abused women and an overcrowded planet drowning in pollution and rising oceans. 

As Al Gore wrote in Earth in the Balance, “I strongly urge the establishment of a Mission to Planet Earth, a worldwide monitoring system staffed by children…design to rescue the global environment.”

It’s all part of the plan: create and/or publicize a crisis, vilify the “enemy of the people”, then market the pre-planned global solution to the world—starting with the children. As in the former Soviet Union and Nazi Germany, the school becomes a boot camp for an army of angry and self-righteous rescuers, ready to argue using their feelings, not facts, against anything that opposes their new and narrow idealism. (See third point in Paradigm Shift)  

Rescue Mission Planet Earth is nothing less than “the children’s version” of the United Nations’ Agenda 21.  Sponsored by UNESCO and other UN agencies and promoted by the President’s Council on Sustainable Development (see Local Agenda 21), the propaganda-filled children’s book helps create the needed “gap” between inspiring visions and a perceived crisis scary enough to evoke strong feelings, change values and motivate children to government-led social action.  

“We have to re-orient education so that we turn out planetary carers (sic),” explained David R. Woollcombe [9], President of Peace Child International and head of the Rescue Mission Planet Earth project. He also serves as Consultant to the Global Vision Corporation,[10] a massive international NGO (Non-Governmental Organization) accredited to the UN Commission on Sustainable Development.  Behind the backs of parents around the world, it works to transform the goals, the methods, the leaders, and the process of education. “And that,” continued Mr. Woollcombe, 

“...requires, as Agenda 21 said, a re-orientation of education towards sustainable development. It’s a revolution we’re talking about here! It’s going to require new materials, it’s going to require much greater involvement by young people themselves in their own teaching and education, because actually, adults don’t know as much and don’t care as much about the environment as many young people do. And it’s going to require a much better sort of facultative education, where teacher and students together are on this exploratory journey about how you can square the circle between economic growth and prosperity....” [11]

Before you dismiss Global Vision’s power and influence, consider a few of its partners and sponsors. They include UN agencies such as the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), the World Health Organization (WHO), the UN Centre for Human Settlements and the UN Centre for Human Rights.

It also includes numerous foundations, environmental groups, educational institutions, and media and corporate giants such as the European Broadcasting Union (EBU), Princeton University Centre of International Studies, Columbia University Department of Religion,  Mystic Fire Video, Apple Computer, Sun Microsystems, The Image Bank, Bell Labs, Robert Muller, Noel Brown, Federico Mayor, Nafis Sadik, Maurice and Hanne Strong (See World Heritage “Protection?”), Gro Harlem Brundtland (Head of The World Health Organization), the Dalai Lama, and movie moguls Bernardo Bertolucci and Martin Scorsese. All have joined their talents and resources in a common pursuit of the global consciousness envisioned by the United Nations.

A “new way of thinking” 

In 1994, President Clinton’s Council on Sustainable Development took a big step toward that global vision. It met with an influential  group of like-minded change agents at the Presidio – the former army base in San Francisco that now houses the Gorbachev Foundation USA and dozens of other UN-related organizations. Its partners  included the UN Environmental Programme, the EPA, the U.S. Departments of Education, Labor, State and Energy, the Council of Chief State School Officers, the American Federation of Teachers, Stanford, Colombia and other major universities, the Sierra Club... and the organizers of the Rescue Mission Planet Earth project.

Their joint report, “Education for Sustainability,” became a model for sustainable education. Quoting David Orr, author of Earth in Mind, it states,

“One result [of formal] education is that students graduate without knowing how to think in whole systems, how to find connections, how to ask big questions, and how to separate the trivial from the important. Now more than ever, however, we need people who think broadly and who understand systems, connections, patterns and root causes.”[12] emphasis added

“Root causes” involve far more than ecology. Anything that blocks the general acceptance of the new global ideology is suspect and must be challenged. Traditional beliefs and values rank high on the list of villains to their vision of peace. For example, an international “Declaration on Tolerance,” prepared by UNESCO and signed by its member nations, shows one of the major “root causes:”

1. “Tolerance involves the rejection of dogmatism and absolutism.” 
2. “Scientific studies and networking should be undertaken to coordinate the international community’s response to this global challenge, including analysis of root causes and effective countermeasures, as well as research and monitoring... “
3. “Promote rational tolerance teaching methods that will address the cultural, social, economic, political and religious sources of intolerance—major roots of violence and exclusion.”  Emphasis added [13]

The earlier statement from Education for Sustainability stressed the “need” for “people who think broadly and who understand systems, connections, patterns and root causes” from a predetermined perspective. This kind of thinking is—and always have been—crucial to brainwashing in totalitarian regimes with a global mission. 

A basic goal of UNESCO’s worldwide program for “lifelong learning” was summarized in Our Creative Diversity, the 1995 book-sized report from the UN Commission on Culture and Development. Published by UNESCO, it tells us that, 

“The challenge to humanity is to adopt new ways of thinking, new ways of acting, new ways of organizing itself in society, in short, new ways of living.” [14]

This “new way of thinking” has become the standard for mental health in America. (See The UN Plan for Your Mental Health) As head of the Department of Health and Human Services, Donna Shalala helped organize The National Mental Health Services Knowledge Exchange Network. Ponder its definition for mental health:

“Mental health refers to how a person thinks, feels, and acts when faced with life’s situations. It is how people look at themselves, their lives, and the other people in their lives ...and explore choices.” [15]

Do you wonder what Dr. Shalala and her network of health planners would consider good thinking? Or bad thinking? This definition doesn’t tell us. But Al Gore’s 1992 best-seller, Earth in the Balance, helps answer the question:

“The fifth major goal of the Global Marshall Plan should be . . . to organize a worldwide education program to promote a more complete understanding of the crisis. In the process, we should actively search for ways to promote a new way of thinking about the current relationship between human civilization and the earth.” [16]

Vice-President Gore was referring to an environmental crisis with psychological overtones. As we pointed out in the article on Al Gore’s Vision of Global Salvation, he has diagnosed our basic social problem in America and suggested a solution: 

“...we feel increasingly distant from our roots in the earth...we lost our feeling of connectedness to the rest of nature.”[17]

“The richness and diversity of our religious tradition throughout history is a spiritual resource long ignored by people of faith, who are often afraid to open their minds to teachings first offered outside their own system of belief. But the emergence of a civilization in which knowledge moves freely and almost instantaneously throughout the world has. . . spurred a renewed investigation of the wisdom distilled by all faiths. This panreligious perspective may prove especially important where our global civilization’s responsibility for the earth is concerned.” [18] emphasis added

Al Gore’s “panreligious perspective” has helped lay the foundation for a global environmental ethic. His vision of a “world education program” is nearing reality. It fits right into the United Nations’ education system. This “seamless system” of partnerships and governmental agencies around the world has two main goals: 

• Prepare human resources for a global workforce (see Workforce Development Means Life-Long Indoctrination)
• Bring the “thinking” of the world’s human resources into alignment and compliance with the new global standards for Solidarity and Sustainable Development. (See The UN Plan for Your Community)

In other words, people must learn “to look at themselves” as part of the collective society, not as individuals. Their sense of worth must be based on participation in the community and compliance with the new ideology, not on individual beliefs or independent choices. A continual barrage of classroom “assessments” and surveys must test and track how children and their parents think, “explore choices” and draw conclusions.

To win this battle for the minds of the world, the United Nations and its powerful partners have agreed to put aside integrity and employ any possible means to reach their end. But they must still must operate according to guidelines that demand, at least, a perception of the consent of the masses. Therefore, the means to their end must be both subtle and deceptive, employing all the skills and strategies proven successful in the totalitarian countries of the 20^th century. Al Gore summarized the attitude behind this global agenda well:

“Adopting a central organizing principle – one agreed to voluntarily – means embarking on an all-out effort to use every policy and program, every law and institution, every treaty and alliance, every tactic and strategy, every plan and course of action – to use, in short, every means to halt the destruction of the environment. . . . Minor shifts in policy, moderate improvement in laws and regulations, rhetoric offered in lieu of genuine change—these are all forms of appeasement, designed to satisfy the public’s desire to believe that sacrifice, struggle and a wrenching transformation of society will not be necessary.” [19] Emphasis added

Our leaders have already shown us that Al Gore’s words, “every tactic and strategy...” includes compromise, lies, deception, and propaganda. Where Biblical values have been dismissed as obsolete, these tactics seem are perfectly acceptable to those who lead this spiritual and psychological war for control of the masses. The UN, with help from the Clinton-Gore administration, have already re-invented the concept of government. Its new global management system would be based on its principle of sustainable development or rather, the 3 E’s: Environment, Economy and Equity. It means using a grossly exaggerated view of the environmental “crisis” to re-educate the masses, persuading them to accept totalitarian tactics for redistributing the world’s economic resources and creating socialist equality. Take a look at the envisioned world of the 21^st century:

The masses would be controlled through the Hegelian dialectic (consensus) process by globalist leaders who would view the world through the new filter of globalism. Polls, propaganda, simple slogans, and continual conflicts would be essential to its success. In fact, the greater the perceived crisis, the faster the leader can assume the coveted political powers that true freedom forbids. President Clinton has already mastered these totalitarian strategies, as Mikhail Gorbachev suggested in a 1993 editorial:

“Bill Clinton will be a great president if he can make America the creator of a new world order based on consensus.”[20]

Remember, consensus demands a felt crisis, and today’s moral crisis—created by trading moral boundaries for sensual freedom—serves the purpose well. The absence of absolute boundaries leads to social chaos which, in turn, calls for social controls that would have been unthinkable under the old paradigm. In other words, the official promotion of sensual indulgence serves a political purpose.  Aldous Huxley summarized it well in Brave New World:

“As political and economic freedom... diminishes, sexual freedom tends compensatingly to increase. And the dictator... will do well to encourage that freedom.  In conjunction with the freedom to daydream under the influence of dope, movies and the radio, it will help to reconcile his subjects to the servitude.”[21]

Psalm 2 fit our times:

Why do the nations rage and the people plot a vain thing?

The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together,

Against the Lord and against His Anointed, saying,

“Let us break Their bonds in pieces and cast away Their cords from us.”

He who sits in the heavens shall laugh....  

Then He shall speak to them in His wrath 

And distress them in His deep displeasure:

“Yet I have set My King on My holy hill of Zion.” ....

The CIA and Tavistock:

Also known as the “Freud Hilton,” Tavistock has long been involved in brainwashing techniques and CIA work since its foundation. The institute also has links to the Harvard Psychology Clinic, the CIA, and Stanford Research Institute (SRI), a major contractor for CIA psychic warfare activities in the 1970s and 80s. Alban told the 1984 CCL seminar, “talent should be nurtured and developed for tomorrow not today. If one focuses on today’s requirements, by the time talents are nurtured one will find they are the talents required of yesterday. The focus must be visionary and look to the needs of the future.”

The Tavistock Institute has long been linked with the CIA’s MK-ULTRA and Projects BLUEBIRD and ARTICHOKE mind control and brain-washing operations, conducted by the CIA’s top scientist for such matters, Dr. Sidney Gottlieb. Much of the records bout MK-ULTRA and other CIA programs was destroyed on the order of Helms in 1972.

BLUEBIRD documents describe what the CIA was trying to accomplish with behavioral modification in the early 1950s: “Can we ‘alter’ a person’s personality? Can we devise a system for making unwilling subjects into willing agents and then transfer that control to untrained agency agents in the field by use of codes or identifying signs?” In other words, the movie “The Manchurian Candidate,” was not purely a fictional account within the CIA’s research and scientific community.

Considering Obama’s penchant for homosexual encounters in Chicago and Washington, DC, the question of a continuation of Gottlieb’s OPERATION MIDNIGHT CLIMAX continues to the present day. A sub-program of MK-ULTRA, MIDNIGHT EXPRESS employed prostitutes in the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City to lure targeted individuals into CIA safehouses where they would then be plied with drugs like LSD.

They would then be tested for their susceptibility to sexual blackmail. The program was “officially” halted in 1966, but the continuing use of prostitutes by the CIA for blackmail purposes has been verified to WMR by workers in the sex industry.

Twelve pages in the CIA’s director for training and education’s January 25, 1984, report to the deputy director for administration remain classified to this day, but in a hand written note on the CIA transmittal sheet, he states “I think you will find Tab B to be very interesting.” The deputy director for administration replies, also in a handwritten note, “I did – though I don’t [subscribe]? to call the community on Tab C.”

Tab B is the training and education director’s comments to the CCL. The talking points include:

1. “Pleased to be invited to participate and to exchange ideas on the cultivating and nurturing of talent.
2. Our recent visibility has been both an asset and a liability in this regard. More people know of the CIA and its activities than when I joined (tell the labor union story), and this attracts some good people. By the same token, it brings out the weird ones.
3. We have an exceptional screening process involving security investigation, testing, (assessment – OSSCCL) psychological screening, medical review, interviewing, polygraph, etc. (and a long processing time!) [Ed. note: it cannot be determined if this reference is to the Office of Strategic Services, the forerunner of the CIA or the CIA’s Special Security Office. CCL, however, appears to indicate a past and on-going relationship between the CIA and the Center for Creative Leadership.]
4. So, the pepole who come to us are, for the most part, exceptionally talented, thoroughly screened, and represent a real challenge for us to stretch, nurture and retain.
5. Eventually reach the point where at least some people are identified early on as having high potential for senior agency-wide positions and are consciously developed toward that end.

CIA university recruitment the year Obama graduated from Columbia: 

A September 11, 1984 memo to Dan Carlin, the assistant director of the President’s Foreign Intelligence Advisory Board (PFIAB) from the CIA’s executive assistant/executive director to director William Casey points out the academia sources for the past year’s CIA undergraduate recruits. Two recruits came from Columbia University. Obama graduated from Columbia in 1983 after reportedly studying under Zbigniew Brzezinski, the former National Security Adviser to President Carter. The chairman of the PFIAB at the time of the stepped-up CIA college recruiting campaign was Anne Armstrong, the Ford administration’s ambassador to London from 1976 to 1977 and a major backer of George H.W. and George W. Bush. A one-time board member of Halliburton, Armstrong was a mentor for Karl Rove when she served as co-chairman of the Republican National Committee from 1971 to 1973.

By way of comparison, one undergraduate was recruited from Harvard, one from Occidental College (where Obama attended before transferring to Columbia), one from Claremont Men’s College, one from Pepperdine. Topping the list are five each from Georgetown and Dartmouth. Graduate recruits include one from Harvard Law, where Obama attended law school after his “community service” work in Chicago; three from the University of Michigan (one of Helms’s favored behavioral science research campuses), and, trumpeting other graduate schools, American University in Washington, with five new recruits.

CIA archival records also indicate an on-going relationship between Obama’s former college, Occidental, and the CIA in 1983. A MacNeil-Lehrer Newshour transcript shows a guest, Lawrence Caldwell of Occidental, as having been a scholar in residence at the CIA’s Office of Soviet Analysis for two years.

Behavioral science, the CIA, and SRI:

A formerly Secret NOFORN [not releasable to foreign nationals] proposal for the CIA, dated December 31, 1992, and prepared for the CIA by Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) describes in great detail the agency’s behavioral science programs, which included anomalous cognition (AC) and anomalous perturbation (AP). AC is defined as “the awareness of information that is considered otherwise shielded from all known sensory channels” and AP is “the perturbation of physical matter under conditions of complete physical and sensorial isolation.”

The document states that research into both field began in 1973 with the CIA engaged in such research and was followed by U.S. military service and Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) research with SRI through fiscal year 1990. The document also states “beginning in 1986, the U.S. Army Medical Research and Development Command (USAMRDC) [Fort Detrick, Maryland] initiated the first coordinated long-term examination of AC and AP phenomenon.”

The nexus of Obama’s almae matres: Occidental, Columbia, and Harvard, as well as that of his parents, the University of Hawaii, in the CIA’s mind control, behavioral modification, and mass hypnosis projects is deeply troubling. The fact that Obama has failed to provide a full accounting of his past academic and professional employment history, coupled with the presence of a major CIA presence within his and his parents’, grandparents’, and step-father’s backgrounds opens up the real possibility that Obama was, to use the CIA’s own term, “nurtured,” for a higher calling.  Obama told the nation that his would be the most open and transparent in recent recent history. However, Obama’s biography and those of his parents and guardians are full of more holes than a slice of Swiss cheese. It is well past time for the President to make good on that promise and fully release his past academic, passport, employment, and overseas travel records.

After eight brutal years of George W. Bush and Dick Cheney, the nation was ready for any change. Unfortunately, the CIA, through LOOKING GLASS, MK-ULTRA, ARTICHOKE, PANDORA, and other behavioral science programs were ready to answer the call. The CIA answered the call with Obama and most of us bought him and his “Hope and Change” propaganda fecundity “nurtured” by CIA programs going back some sixty years.”

The government knows that it’s in trouble, in more trouble than the administrations that came before it. Government spending is out of control and the fact that the country is still actually afloat is simply down to the privately owned, and inappropriately named, Federal Reserve buying up government debt like it’s going out of fashion.

The government knows that more and more people are waking up to the possibility that we are going to face a major crisis in our lifetime. Awakened people are far more difficult people to control than sleeping people, hence the constant surveillance we face daily. They need to keep tabs on who is where and what they are up to.

The government knows that some other major powers are thinking of dumping the dollar, and that its status as sole reserve currency is at risk. They also know the implications of the dollar being dumped, and it’s not pretty.

The government knows it does not have the standing it once did. Up until recently the United States said “jump” and other countries said “how high?” Now The United States says “jump” and the other nations say “why should I?”

The government knows it is too far down the road, it has kicked the can too hard, and too long to be able to repair the damage, so it has to do what it can to mitigate future damage…indoctrinate the children.

Obama and Holder are in violation of the oath of office that they swore to uphold and in violation of the constitution by enforcing only the laws they like. So if they can do that then we as citizens should only obey the laws we like.

Dear Mr. President:

During your State of the Union address, you stated that you want to make  2014 a “year of action.”  We write to urge you to take immediate action to  address the significant number of assault weapons that are being imported into  the United States in contravention of federal law.  We respectfully request  that you take steps to ensure that the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and  Explosives (ATF) fully enforces the ban on the importation of these  military-style firearms.     

A provision of the Gun Control Act of 1968, codified at 18 U.S.C. §  925(d)(3), prohibits the importation of firearms that are not “generally  recognized as particularly suitable for or readily adaptable to sporting  purposes.”  In recent years, however, importers of firearms have taken  advantage of ATF’s interpretation of the “sporting purposes” test to evade the  import ban.  In 1998, the Department of the Treasury — which then housed  ATF — issued guidance that interpreted the import ban to prohibit only  semiautomatic rifles that use magazines originally designed for a military  rifle.  Many semiautomatic firearms on the market today do not have a  military origin but are modeled closely after military firearms.  These  military-style firearms are not prohibited under the current import ban, even  though they are functionally equivalent to prohibited rifles with a military  origin.  In addition, the Treasury Department’s 1998 guidance allows  foreign-made firearms to be imported into the United States without military  features, even though these firearms have the capacity to fire multiple times in  quick succession without the need to reload and can easily have military  features attached.

As a result of the Treasury Department’s unnecessarily restrictive  interpretation of the sporting purposes test, imports of military-style weapons  have increased dramatically in recent years, helping to fuel deadly gun violence  along the Southwest border and in neighboring Mexico.  According to data  obtained from the Commerce Department and the International Trade Commission and  analyzed by The Center for Public Integrity, 2.96 million rifles and handguns  were imported into the United States in 2009, more than double the 1.32 million  firearms imported in 2005.  In January of this year, Russia’s Kalashnikov  gun maker announced that it plans to sell in the United States up to 200,000  rifles and shotguns, many of which are designed after the Kalashnikov AK-47  assault rifle.  An analysis by the Violence Policy Center found that more  than 700 Romanian AK-47 variant rifles were identified in 134 federal gun  trafficking prosecutions involving illegal smuggling from the United States to  Mexico and other Latin American countries.

For example, one imported Romanian AK firearm, the WASR-10, was carefully  designed to exploit the sporting purposes test and has become a favorite of the  gun traffickers that profit by arming Mexican drug trafficking  organizations.  The importer of the WASR-10, Century International Arms,  circumvents the import ban by taking the following steps:  First, the  company imports the inexpensive weapon without any military features, to avoid  contravening the ban.  Next, the weapon is disassembled, and American-made  parts are added, to make the weapon “American-made,” not “foreign-made.”   The magazine well is also modified to accept higher capacity ammunition  magazines.  Finally, assault features — which would be illegal if added to  a foreign-made weapon — are added to the now-American-made weapon, rendering the  weapon an assault rifle for all practical purposes.  The resulting firearm  is then sold on the civilian market, either to be used in violent acts here at  home or smuggled across the border into Mexico.

WASR-10s have repeatedly been found in the arsenals of top drug kingpins  and their associates.  For example, at least one WASR-10 was used in May  2008 to kill eight police officers in Culiacan, Mexico, a city in the  northwestern part of the country.  An analysis conducted by The Center for  Public Integrity found that, over the last four years, WASR-10 rifles comprised  more than 17% of the firearms recovered at Mexican crime scenes and successfully  traced back to the United States.  In all, according to a memorandum by the  Council on Foreign Relations published in July 2013, over 70% of the 99,000  weapons recovered by Mexican law enforcement since 2007 were traced to U.S.  manufacturers and importers.

We urge ATF to close the loopholes that allow the importation of  military-style weapons into the United States.  Such an approach should, at  a minimum:

• Prohibit importation of all semiautomatic  rifles that can accept, or be readily converted to accept, a large capacity  ammunition magazine of more than 10 rounds, regardless of the military pedigree  of the firearm or the configuration of the firearm’s magazine  well;
• Prohibit semiautomatic rifles with fixed  magazines with a capacity of more than 10 rounds;
• Prohibit the importation of the frame or  receiver of any prohibited rifle, regardless of whether it is incorporated into  a fully manufactured firearm;
• Prohibit the practice of importing  assault rifles in parts and then constructing the rifles once they are in the  United States by adding the requisite number of American-made  parts;
• Prohibit the use of a “thumbhole” stock  as a means to avoid classification of a rifle as an assault rifle;  and
• Prohibit the importation of assault  pistols, in addition to assault rifles.

 We urge you to review enforcement of the sporting purposes test and  take the necessary regulatory steps to stop the importation of all  military-style, non-sporting firearms, and the assembly of those firearms from  imported parts.  We have endured too many funerals and mourned the loss of  too many innocent lives to accept less than full enforcement of the import  ban.  Thank you for your attention to this important  issue.

The Eagle Forum, as well as the John Birch Society, OPPOSE a Convention of States* for several reasons, mostly surrounding the risks of a “runaway convention”, the uncertainty of the convention process or the fear of an unwanted outcome. Although I personally respect and agree with many of the Eagle Forum’s and Phyllis Schlafly’s values and positions, I believe their stance on the Article V Convention is misguided.  The criticisms brought by the John Birch Society have been thoroughly addressed by Michael Farris** and by Professor Robert G. Natelson***.

I and the Texas Patriots Tea Party ardently support a Texas Legislature resolution calling for a convention of the states limited to proposing amendments to the United States Constitution that impose fiscal restraints on the federal government, limit the power and jurisdiction of the federal government, and limit the terms of office for its officials and for members of Congress.

Here are my responses to the fears and questions raised by the Eagle Forum:

QUESTIONS: DELEGATE SELECTION

How would Delegates be selected or elected to a Constitutional Convention?

What authority would be responsible for determining the number of Delegates from each state?

What authority would be responsible for electing the Delegates to the convention?

Would Delegates be selected based on Population, number of Registered Voters, or along Party lines?

Would Delegates be selected based on race, ethnicity or gender?

Could a state delegation be recalled by its legislature and its call for a convention be rescinded during the convention?

Would non-Delegates be permitted inside the convention hall?

Will demonstrators be allowed and/or controlled outside the convention hall?

Schlech RESPONSE: The State Legislatures would be responsible for selecting the number and appointing the delegates for their state delegation to the Convention of States. They could identify the delegates anyway they wish, e.g.. appointment, elections.  No matter how many delegates they assign to their specific delegation…that delegation would get only ONE vote on all issues at the Convention of States.  Remember it is a Convention of STATES and NOT a Convention of DELEGATES.  Selection of delegates on basis of race, ethnicity or gender is specifically forbidden by the 14^th Amendment. Also, a state legislature may recall one or more of its delegates, but the legislature cannot rescind their application for a convention of states once it is filed. Also, as with most conventions, it would not be typical to have “non-delegates” on the floor of the convention or participate in any vote.  Non-delegates might be allowed in the gallery IF the Convention so approves. Regarding demonstrations: since we have the protection of the 1^st Amendment and since most conventions have protestors outside the auditorium, this Convention of States would be no different and would not prevent groups from demonstrating peacefully outside the convention hall.

QUESTIONS: CONVENTION PROCESS ITSELF

What authority would be responsible for organizing the convention, such as committee selection, committee chairs and members, etc.?

How would the number of Delegates serving on any committee be selected and limited?

How would the Chair of the Convention be selected or elected?

What authority will establish the Rules of the Convention, such as setting a quorum, how to proceed if a state wishes to withdraw its delegation, etc.

Schlech RESPONSE: This Convention of States would be no different than ANY OTHER convention in its operation.  It would follow the normal American convention procedures and Robert’s Rules of Order in electing a chairman, appointing members of Rules & Resolution Committees, etc.  Each state would get ONE vote on any measures put before the convention.  It would be up to each state to determine how many delegates it wishes to send as part of their state delegation [e.g., 10, 20, 55, 124], but again, that state’s delegation would need to build a consensus and have ONE vote for their state.

QUESTIONS: CONVENTION VENUE

What authority would be responsible for selecting the venue for the Convention?

Where would the Convention be held?

Schlech RESPONSE: The U.S. Congress will establish the time and place for the Convention of States according to Article V.  If Congress takes an inordinate amount of time to decide the time and place, the state legislatures can override this decision and decide for themselves. The only function Congress has in this process is to call for a convention and set its time and place.

QUESTIONS: AMENDMENT APPROVAL

Would proposed amendments require a two-thirds majority vote for passage?

How would the number of votes required to pass a Constitutional Amendment be determined?

Would congress decide to submit Con Con [sic] amendments for ratification to the state legislatures or to a state constitutional convention as permitted under Article V of the constitution?

Schlech RESPONSE: DURING the convention, each Proposed Amendment needs to be approved by only a simple MAJORITY of  the STATES participating at the Convention of States and is ultimately sent to the 50 state legislatures for ratification.  If only 40 states participate in the Convention of States, then 21 states need to approve any proposed Amendment to be sent to the 50 state legislatures for ratification. Again, the power is with the state legislatures but Congress can decide if proposed Amendments would be ratified in each state by either the state legislature or by a state ratifying convention.

QUESTION: CONVENTION RISKS

What would happen if the Con Con [sic] decided to write its own rules so that 2/3 of the states need not be present to get amendments passed?

Schlech RESPONSE: The Convention of States is NOT a ConCon. It is NOT a convention to completely revamp our Constitution. It has a specific LIMITED agenda and it’s purpose is to PROPOSE Amendments to the U.S. Constitution for ratification by the states that falls within this specific limited agenda.

QUESTION: FUNDING

Who will fund this Convention?

Schlech RESPONSE: Who funds any Convention?  Interested parties provide the necessary funds to operate the convention.  It would be logical that each state legislature would participate in its funding.

QUESTION: UNCERTAINTY

If these questions cannot be answered (and they CANNOT), then why would any state legislator even consider voting for such an uncertain event as an Article V Constitutional Convention [sic]?

Schlech RESPONSE: These questions are reasonable questions but they CAN be answered as above, but they also show how uninformed the author is about Convention procedures and rules of order. They also show an extreme distrust of our state legislatures and our state legislators. Sure there could be a few really radical states, but NO Amendment would be passed on for ratification unless a MAJORITY of state delegations approve it at the Convention of States.  And ultimately, really crazy amendment proposals would not garner the 38 states needed for approval, ratification and adoption. Undoubtedly there will be many Amendments proposed that will not get this majority of approval. Any individual or group that opposes a Convention of States is obviously satisfied with the status quo in Washington DC and the seemingly unending power-mongering going on there. The fear of a “runaway convention” is offset by the EXISTING “runaway” of government spending, unconstitutional Executive Orders, power of unelected bureaucrats, unconstitutional legislation from the bench and total deafness to the electorate and citizen values. What could be more “runaway” than what we currently have in Washington? The power of the states has been totally ignored in the current process as Washington dictates what the states will do, when and where and how.  This is NOT the system that the Founders intended and they EXPECTED the states to assert their AUTHORITY OVER the Federal Government. We are frustrated every time any of the 3 branches seems to ignore or dishonor our Constitution. The Convention of States is a way to HONOR that Constitution and is ONE very bold way for the states to REGAIN this power that they have lost or given away over the last 8 decades. We support all 50 states in calling for a convention of the states specifically limited to proposing amendments to the Constitution of the United States that impose fiscal restraints on the federal government, limit the power and jurisdiction of the federal government, and limit the terms of office for its officials and for members of Congress. Washington’s current crop of federal actors will not do this on their own! The states must step up here. Texas must also participate in this process. The nation is counting on us!

New Evidence in The JFK Assassination:  ‘Newly Unclassified Documents Prove High Level CIA Involvement’!-Posted on VT News-By Dr Stuart Jeanne Bramhall-On March 18, 2014:

A Farewell to Justice is an exhaustive review of the only arrest and trial stemming from the 1963 murder of President John F Kennedy. The late New Orleans district attorney Jim Garrison describes the 1967 grand jury investigation and prosecution of long time CIA officer Clay Shaw in his 1988 bestseller On the Trail of the Assassins. In 1992, the public outcry prompted by JFK, Oliver Stone’s screen version, led Congress to pass the JFK Records Collection Act. A Farewell to Justice uses classified documents released under this Act to update Garrison’s original case against Shaw and other CIA co-conspirators.

A revised version of the 2005 edition, the new 647 page A Farewell to Justice is a virtual encyclopedia of the JFK assassination. The book leaves no doubt that high level CIA officials authorized the murder and provides a complete list of the cast of characters who played roles in the assassination and/or cover up.

The new edition makes use of documents Mellen obtained via her 2011 Freedom of Information (FOIA) lawsuit and personal  interviews with surviving assassination witnesses. The most startling new evidence relates to Robert Kennedy’s systematic efforts to obstruct both the Warren Commission investigation and Jim Garrison’s efforts to identify the real culprits behind his brother’s murder.

Oswald’s FBI Pay Slips

According to Mellen, it was Warren Commission member Hale Boggs who first encouraged Garrison to investigate the assassination. Boggs himself first became concerned about government involvement in the conspiracy when the Warren Commission examined Oswald’s FBI pay slips in January 1964.

As well as providing a detailed outline of the entire grand jury investigation, Mellen also explores the role the FBI, CIA and Robert Kennedy played in sabotaging it. In addition to murdering and threatening assassination witnesses, the FBI/CIA wiretapped Garrison’s office, infiltrated his investigation team, stole files, fabricated witness statements, blocked subpoenas and the extradition of witnesses from other states and used CIA moles at the TV networks and major newspapers and magazines to portray Garrison as a self-centered, publicity mad lunatic.

Garrison initially intended to try Dave Ferrie, who he believed recruited Oswald to US intelligence as a high school student when he belonged to Ferrie’s Civil Air Patrol squadron. Garrison had witness testimony linking Ferrie, a known CIA pilot, to both Oswald and anti-Castro Cubans the CIA was training at a secret camp north of Lake Pontchartrain. Many of the same Cubans, training for roles in a CIA plot to assassinate Fidel Castro, would play parallel roles in Kennedy’s murder. When Ferrie suddenly turned up dead, Garrison moved to arrest Clay Shaw, based on witness statements linking Shaw to Oswald, Ferrie and the secret training facility.

Jurors Believe Government Played Some Role

Although Shaw was ultimately acquitted, Garrison succeeded in convincing the jury that the government played some role in the assassination. As they later told assassination researcher Mark Lane, without proof Shaw worked for the CIA, they felt there was reasonable doubt that he participated. His CIA personnel records wouldn’t be released until the mid-seventies.

Garrison would continue investigating the JFK assassination until his death. He made his findings available to the Church Committee (which concluded in 1976 that Oswald was a CIA operative engaged in counterintelligence) and the 1978 House Select Committee on Assassinations (which concluded there was more than one shooter and that Shaw was one of the high level planners).

According to Mellen, the CIA decided in the early 1970s to sacrifice Shaw (who would die in 1974 of lung cancer) as a limited hangout* by releasing his CIA employment records to HSCA. They reveal that Shaw worked for both the Domestic Operations Division and Clandestine Services between 1949 and 1972 and had strong links to PERMINDEX a shadowy CIA front that financed assassination attempts against French president Charles De Gaulle, as well as Kennedy.

Why Robert Kennedy Obstructed the Investigation

The classified documents released in Mellen’s FOIA suit establish that Attorney General Robert Kennedy was personally running the CIA operation to assassinate Castro and well aware of Oswald’s links to the operation. In 1961 Kennedy was directly responsible for the demotion, harassment and persecution of a State Department security officer named Otto Otepka for investigating Oswald’s potential security risk as a former Soviet defector. Kennedy also ordered Oswald’s release following his arrest for firing shots at General Edwin Walker in April 1963.

In the summer of 1963 several Cuban exiles, who were deeply devoted to Bobby, informed him of Oswald’s involvement in a plot to assassinate his brother. According to Mellen, who interviewed one of them, Kennedy claimed that Oswald wasn’t a threat because he was on the payroll of the New Orleans FBI field office and they were monitoring him.

According to Mellen, the younger Kennedy played a direct role in sabotaging Kennedy’s autopsy, the Warren Commission investigation, Garrison’s investigation and the 1978 HSCA investigation. Mellen’s hypothesizes that Bobby’s interest and intervention on behalf of Oswald indirectly implicated him in the assassination conspiracy. It would have destroyed his political career for any of his prior links to Oswald to become public.

*Limited hangout is intelligence jargon for a form of propaganda in which a selected portion of a criminal conspiracy is revealed to protect the main perpetrators.

Book Review

The first account of Lee Harvey Oswald’s CIA connections appeared in a 1968 book originally published by French intelligence entitled Farewell America. French president Charles DeGaulle had a keen interest in identifying the conspirators behind Kennedy’s assassination, as the same group had also made three assassination attempts against DeGaulle. Farewell America reveals how the CIA recruited Oswald when he was stationed at Atsugi Marine Air Base in Japan and sent him to the Soviet Union. These historical details were corroborated by testimony a former CIA officer provided the House Committee on Assassinations in 1978.

The Soviets, recognizing Oswald as a likely double agent, never fully trusted him, and in 1961 the CIA returned him to the US. According to government archives, his handlers went on to give him assignments intended to create a kooky leftist alter ego, which would later be used to frame him for Kennedy’s murder. Given that Oswald had foreknowledge of Kennedy’s assassination, the obvious question is why he allowed himself to be set up. The answer Smith offers seems totally plausible: Oswald believed the CIA was returning him to the Soviet Union (via Cuba) to become a double agent. His handlers, in turn, intended to use his flight to Cuba to blame the President’s assassination on Fidel Castro.

Oswald’s Visit to Red Bird Airport

Smith first got the idea for his book after obtaining FBI documents under the Freedom of Information Act revealing that Oswald, together with two other federal agents, paid a visit to the American Aviation Company (AAC) at Red Bird Airport trying to charter an aircraft for November 22, 1963. Smith subsequently interviewed Wayne January, the AAC employee they dealt with, and discovered the FBI had falsified the date. The FBI gives the date of their encounter as July, 1963, while it was actually November 20, only two days before the assassination.

Smith also answers puzzling questions about Officer J.D. Tippitt’s role in the assassination conspiracy. Smith believes that an ex-CIA friend named Roscoe White asked Tippitt to transport Oswald to the Red Bird Airport to catch a charter flight to Cuba. When they rendezvoused, Tippitt became suspicious after hearing Oswald’s description broadcast over the police radio. When he got out to question him, a man matching White’s description rushed out of the bushes and shot Tippitt. Following Tippitt’s murder, the plan to spirit Oswald off to Cuba had to be abandoned.

The Main-Tier Plot

Smith organizes his book into two halves. Book One is called “The Main-Tier Plot,” involving the assemblage of a group of snipers to ambush President Kennedy as his motorcade traveled through Dallas. Book Two is devoted to “The Second Plot,” a scheme to enable the true shooters and co-conspirators to escape prosecution by shifting the blame to a kooky leftist Castro-sympathizer.

Smith’s expose of the main-tier plot begins with official Warren Commission (WC) version of the assassination. He devotes an chapter to irregularities in gathering and recording WC testimony that would never be allowed in a court of law. Many of the witnesses reported seeing more than one gunmen and complained bitterly about their evidence being omitted or misreported. Smith is particularly critical of the WC for failing to investigate Officer Tippit’s background or obtain ballistic evidence linking Oswald’s handgun to his murder.

Smith also summarizes the detailed physical evidence pointing to the presence of three or four shooters in Dealey Plaza. He goes on to discuss the intelligence connections of a handful of suspects arrested in the Dal Tex building and elsewhere in Dealey Plaza. All were released after President Lyndon Johnson ordered the Dallas police to discontinue their investigation. Smith devotes an entire chapter to the photographic evidence, including the amateur film made by businessman Abraham Zapruder, which was altered to make the fatal shot appear to come came from the Book Depository behind the motorcade. Finally he discusses the acoustic recordings which led the House Assassinations Committee to make the determination that more than one shooter was involved in Kennedy’s murder.

The Second Plot

The second half of the book offers an in-depth portrait of Oswald’s early history and personality. It details his posting to the Atsugi Marine Air Base in Japan, where he held a “secret” level security clearance, and assisted in monitoring overflights of the Top Secret U2 Spy plane. Smith goes on to describe Oswald’s activities in the Soviet Union in exhaustive detail, as well as the assignments he was given on his return to the US. In one of his first jobs, he processed photos of a Soviet military facility, which again required a security clearance. Other assignments involved infiltrating leftist and pro-Castro groups as an informant. The fabrication of Oswald’s unstable loner persona was facilitated by an Oswald double, a second agent who created major public disturbances while posing as Oswald.

Smith believes that at the time of his arrest, Oswald had been given a new assignment – to attempt to return to the Soviet Union via Cuba. Strong evidence suggests there were plans to airlift him to Cuba the afternoon of November 22, 1963. The plans were suddenly disrupted when Officer J.D. Tippitt was shot and killed. Tippitt’s murder forced the plan to spirit Oswald away to Cuba to be abandoned. His subsequent arrest necessitated his murder by Jack Ruby, another minor co-conspirator. Allowing Oswald’s intelligence connections to come out at trial would have seriously endangered high level officials in the Kennedy administration who participated in the conspiracy.

The Conspirators Had Names

The book’s final chapter “The Conspirators Had Names” is disappointing because it offers no firm conclusions about the real culprits in the JFK assassination. Although Smith refers to New Orleans District Attorney’s Jim Garrison’s unsuccessful prosecution of one of the co-conspirators, he makes no mention whatsoever of the Swiss corporation Pemindex that financed the assassination. It was Clay Shaw’s membership in Permindex that formed the basis of Garrison’s case against him. Nor does it mention the shadowy Defense Industrial Security Command and the 50 or so intelligence and defense contractors with clearly established links to both the DISC and the assassination. The evidence linking Permindex and DISC to the JFK assassination is outlined most clearly in a 1970 book by William Torbitt called Nomenclature of an Assassination Cabal or Torbitt Document

In a recent radio interview, JFK assassination whistleblower Judyth Vary Baker describes how she has been dodging assassination attempts since 1999, when she came forward with evidence that Lee Harvey Oswald was not only innocent – he was an ONI-CIA-FBI spy who was actually working to stop the assassination plot against the president!

(In 1999, after first going public) Dr. Fetzer was courageous enough to interview me …one of the first researchers to do it…it’s interesting that he got his first death threat right after interviewing me.

My friend Martha Rose Crow at the same time had placed on her blogs – she had 105 blogs, which is a lot of blogs – and she had placed the book Me and Lee on her blogs, and said “Judyth Vary Baker is my best friend.” And right after she did that, not only did Dr. Fetzer get his death threat, but she got one and I got one.

And I have to say that it wasn’t very long after that that Martha was suddenly writing people and saying ‘look, we’re being attacked – the minute I started endorsing Judyth’s book, a whole lot of bad things started to happen, and to Judy too – we feel like we’re fighting to the brink on this. We’re being attacked.” And the next day, Martha, one of my very best friends, was dead.

She had collapsed while shopping at a market. She was taken to a hospital. There we found out she received overdoses of epinephine and we don’t know what else.

They say she died of a heart attack there at the hospital.

Her family was in America – she was in the Netherlands when this occurred, and had been living there for quite some time – and they were flying over, but before they got there, they cremated Martha’s body.

And so (the family) started a police investigation to see if they could find arsenic, which they thought might have been the cause of poisoning in her case, and to see if they could justify what the hospital had done. But all they had were some bones and ashes, and of course they couldn’t find anything.

So they had to close the investigation.

That was my best friend. It really hit me hard. Jim Fetzer knows what happened at that time; he was very courageous to come forward and do what he did. He said, “Let them do what they please, I’m not afraid to tell them the truth.” I said, “You can take the interview off, Jim, I don’t want anything to happen to you.”

I’ve lived in exile. And only now I’ve come forth, because enough people have expressed interest in helping to protect me so I can tell the story in the United States.

I’d planned originally to go to Dallas. This was just a couple of months ago. I’d rented a hotel room, I was going to speak in Dallas, I felt I’d be safe there. And then I got a phone call, I don’t know how they got the number, because this was a friend’s number in Sweden. I go live in Sweden, and other countries as well. And don’t you know that I got a phone call: “If you go to Dallas, you’ll pay!” And they hung up, like that. And it just sends chills down your – across your body.

And so what I did next, was I told everybody on my Facebook page. And I hope I get some more people to understand what we’re up against here. Because the next thing I knew, my bank account was hacked! And the charges were in Houston and Dallas – gas stations, things like that.

So the message was (obvious). I mean, of all the places charges could be made!

So I canceled the hotel in Dallas. But it’s not like they won. Because I talked to my publisher, Kris Millegan – this man is so courageous – he’s the only publisher I’ve trusted with the story. So we decided we’re going to go to the cities of America, up and down the West Coast, and we’re going to tell this story. (Tour information here.) As the 50^th anniversary of the John F. Kennedy (JFK) assassination approaches, the American people and the American media are living in two different worlds.

The corporate media is still pushing the myth that JFK was killed by a communist lone nut named Lee Harvey Oswald. But most of the American people are not buying it. Since the early 1990s, a strong majority of Americans has believed that JFK was killed by a conspiracy, and that the CIA had a hand in it.

The American people are right.

Overwhelming evidence confirms that the JFK assassination, like the assassinations and overthrows of so many of the world’s best leaders, was a CIA operation. But the American media – including the foundation-funded pseudo-alternative media – is reluctant to report the evidence.

I encountered the media’s distaste for JFK truth when I was a journalism student at the University of Wisconsin in 1980. Shortly before the 17^th anniversary of the assassination, I wrote an article assembling the evidence that the CIA killed JFK, and submitted it to several media outlets. The only one that responded was The Progressive, a leading American left-wing magazine, edited by the normally courageous Erwin Knoll. Erwin told me he liked my article, and that if it were on any other subject he would have published it. But he had vowed to never publish any JFK conspiracy article unless it answered more questions than it raised. My article, he said, raised more questions than it answered.

Erwin’s response made no sense. My article answered the question “who killed JFK” with three simple letters: C-I-A. I gently spelled that out for him. Erwin’s response was evasive. I realized that no amount of evidence would ever convince him that the CIA had killed JFK. Like so many other Americans, Erwin Knoll had a psychological block preventing him from facing the fact that the “democracy” he lived in was actually a thinly-disguised police state.

Shortly after submitting my JFK article to several media outlets, I was visited by a person who claimed to be a mind-controlled slave of the CIA. She said that the CIA had planted a chip in her brain, and regularly used her to select targets for CIA assassination. After investigating her background, I learned that she had disrupted other local activist movements by infiltrating them and later announcing that she was part of a CIA assassination effort against their leaders.

My favorite Journalism teacher, a certain Professor McNulty, explained, “They’re just f***ing with you.”

At least fifty people have been murdered to cover up the CIA’s assassination of JFK, as explained in the book Hit List by Richard Belzer and David Wayne. A few of them, including Dorothy Kilgallen and Mary Meyer, were journalists or writers who were poised to blow the case wide open. But in the US stealth police state, unlike overt police states, psychological rather than physical means are usually employed to silence serious opposition.

The CIA has covered up the JFK assassination by brainwashing the public into believing “we’ll never really know the truth.” To that end, it has spread vast amounts of disinformation, including ludicrous theories that JFK’s wife Jackie, or limousine driver William Greer, fired the fatal shots.

The CIA’s Operation Mockingbird program, which infiltrates the corporate media and uses it as a brainwashing tool, pushed the term “conspiracy theorist” into widespread circulation to discredit anyone who told the truth about the JFK assassination. The purpose was to frighten people into a psychological state of denial, in which they would say “we’ll never know who killed JFK,” rather than facing the simple and obvious fact that the CIA killed JFK.

The media mockingbirds endlessly repeat the mantra, “But surely, in a conspiracy as large and complex as you’re suggesting, someone would have talked!” They hope the public will not bother to learn that a great many whistleblowers HAVE talked – including some who paid with their lives.

Several people involved in the CIA’s assassination of JFK have confessed, including Chauncey Holt, David Sanchez Morales, and even Lyndon Johnson. But the star witness among the confessed JFK assassins is CIA officer E. Howard Hunt, who, on February 6^th, 1985, was legally found by a jury to have participated in the CIA’s assassination of JFK.

Hunt resented having been “thrown to the wolves” by the CIA during the Watergate scandal; and he must have deeply resented the way the CIA murdered his wife, and implicitly threatened to keep murdering his other family members, if he refused to take the fall for Watergate. Additionally, Hunt did not appreciate being singled out as a JFK assassin in the public mind, when other CIA personnel had played even more active roles in the assassination than he did. So during the final years of his life, Hunt opened up to his son St. John and told him something approaching the full story of his participation in the CIA’s assassination of President John F. Kennedy.

Hunt explained to his son that he first learned of the CIA assassination plot against Kennedy at the JM Wave CIA station in Miami, Florida. Several CIA personnel there, including William “Wild Bill” Harvey, asked Hunt to help them develop and perfect the logistics of the assassination operation. After at first expressing reluctance to kill his own Commander-in-Chief, Hunt finally acquiesced and applied his considerable skills as an assassination-orchestrator and overthrower-of-governments to the CIA plot against the President. On November 22^nd, 1963, Hunt was in Dallas; his role included paying one of the gunmen.

Why did the CIA kill JFK? As Hunt explained, everyone in the CIA loathed President Kennedy, who had left over 1400 CIA mercenaries to be slaughtered or captured during the Bay of Pigs debacle, and who was pushing “treasonous” plans for peace with Cuba, Vietnam, and even the Soviet Union. Additionally, Kennedy was going all out to shut down Israel’s nuclear weapons program, trying to end the Federal Reserve’s private currency monopoly, and threatening oilmen’s profits by ending the depletion allowance. Though the American people loved JFK, America’s corrupt elite hated him.

Hunt’s confessions, including his handwritten and tape-recorded summaries of his involvement, are supported by a great many independent sources, including Brad Ayers, a CIA man stationed at the Miami JM Wave station prior to the assassination. In his book ‘The Zenith Secret’, Ayers describes the CIA plot against JFK, and names the same names as Hunt.

The confessions of E. Howard Hunt are just one of the dozens if not hundreds of “smoking guns” proving beyond all possible doubt that the CIA was at the center of the coup d’état against JFK. As long as the American people imagine that there is still some small shred of doubt about the JFK case, they will never rise up and overthrow the military-industrial-intelligence complex (including the mainstream media brainwashing apparatus) that has stolen their democracy.

So everyone, repeat after me, “CIA killed JFK.”

Let us finish the job that JFK started when he said, “I want to splinter the CIA into a thousand pieces and scatter it to the winds.”

Murderers more often than not make at least one mistake when they commit their crime. The murderers of President John F. Kennedy made a huge mistake – they did not take technology into account.

They overlooked the possibility that someone would be there filming President Kennedy and his motorcade. That person was Abraham Zapruder. His now famous home-movie of that tragic, devastating and heart-breaking event is memorialized by Mr. Zapruder’s film. Anyone who watches it clearly sees the kill shot hit President Kennedy in the right side of his head and it appears from the way the President is thrown back and to his left that the shot came not directly from John Kennedy’s right side, but more in front of him which would place the assassin in the area of the fence at the top of the now famous grassy knoll.

The Zapruder film had to be addressed by those involved and complicit in this terrible and treasonous crime. The answer was Lyndon Johnson’s creation of the Warren Commission. On the Warren Commission was one of President Kennedy’s biggest enemies, Allen Dulles who President Kennedy had fired from his position as Director of the CIA after his foul-up with the Bay of Pigs fiasco. The Warren Commission also had the bumbling idiot Gerald Ford as a member. The Warren Commission came to the prepackaged conclusion that Lee Harvey Oswald was the lone gunman who killed President Kennedy. As the Warren Commission’s story goes, Oswald was a crazy Communist who worked in the Texas School Book Depository building from which he shot and killed President Kennedy. It is now known that Lee Harvey Oswald actually had worked for the CIA as the image at left of the letter dated March 3, 1964 from CIA Director John McCone makes clear. The Warren Commission knew this but did not report it.

When people or commissions lie, they find they have to make up more lies to cover their first lie. In this case they had to explain the “magic bullet.” This magic bullet, according to the Warren Commission, passed through President Kennedy’s back, out his throat, broke some laws of physics and then entered Texas Governor Connally breaking a couple of his bones and then fell out of his right thigh in pristine condition at Parkland Hospital. Arlen Specter came up this magic bullet theory/cover-up. (The cover up is still going on as we see the movie aired on the National Geographic channel, Killing Kennedy, portrays the Warren Commission myth as pure fact. Nowhere in the movie is a shooter on the grassy knoll even mentioned, and they first address where the shots came from when they have a bystander telling a police officer while pointing up to the School Book Depository building saying, “The shots came from up there!” This movie is based on kosher conservative Bill O’Reilly’s book of the same name.)

Despite all the BS put out by the government and its stooges, the reality revealed in the Zapruder film speaks the truth. No matter how much the truth is covered up, it NEVER goes away, thank God.

Oliver Stone’s film, JFK, offers different possibilities as to who killed President Kennedy. One possible entity not mentioned in Stone’s film is Israel. Israeli intelligence works closely with US intelligence. If they wanted shooters who did not have their finger prints on file in the US, as the mob often does when it brings in killers from Sicily to murder someone in the US, Israeli shooters would be perfect. It’s a well known fact that John Kennedy openly and strongly opposed Israel’s efforts to build a nuclear bomb (a great book which covers this in-depth is The Samson Option by Seymour M. Hersh) and never believed the lies Israel was telling him to try to fool him into believing they were not building real nuclear weapons of mass destruction. Israel had a lot to gain by killing, or helping to kill, President Kennedy.

President John F. Kennedy was the last president to stand up to the Jewish state of Israel regarding their nuclear weapons. This speaks volumes. It seems politicians got the message loud and clear after President Kennedy was assassinated.

Not only did presidents after President Kennedy not try to stop the Jewish state of Israel from acquiring nuclear weapons or attempt to control Israel’s growing nuclear stockpile, they actually committed treason against the US and the US military. Lyndon Johnson did this when the virtually unarmed USS Liberty was in international waters and was repeatedly attacked by Israel. Israel killed 34 Americans and wounded 174 during their cowardly sneak attack on the USS Liberty. When American fighter jets were on their way to help the US sailors and Marines on-board the USS Liberty, Johnson ordered them recalled to their carrier.

Not only was Lyndon Johnson a traitor, he was a liar and a coward. Unlike President Kennedy who was a real war hero, LBJ lied about his war experience. Johnson claimed he came under enemy fire while acting as a Congressional observer of a bombing run against the Japanese during World War II. He was awarded the Silver Star based on this lie.

Hopefully technology will continue help us rid ourselves and the world from the domination of the war-mongers and cowardly liars of the world. The Internet is doing much to accomplish this and to get the truth out (although the government uses it and other technologies to track us and to keep tabs on us). Truth always needs to be made known.  As the American Founder and Deist Thomas Paine wrote, “But such is the nature of truth, that all it asks, and all it wants is the liberty of appearing. Paine also wrote in The Age of Reason, The Complete Edition, “It is an affront to truth to treat falsehood with complaisance.”

President Kennedy made a profound and very true statement when he said, “With a good conscience our only sure reward, with history the final judge of our deeds, let us go forth to lead the land we love, asking His blessing and His help, but knowing that here on earth God’s work must truly be our own.”

Now, President Donald Trump has promised to release all classified documents relating to JFK's assassination, which could potentially lead to more shocking revelations about the US government's activities during the 1960s.

Code named Operation Northwoods, this top-secret US military plot proposed killing innocent people and enacting terrorism on American cities, then blaming Cuba for these crimes

Trump deems the 'Deep State' as 'an alleged shadowy group of who, according to many, wield undue influence over government policies, regardless of the elected administration.'

He has vowed to to 'drain the swamp' and is expected to target the intelligence community which he believes has worked to keep him out of the White House as part of a 'Deep State' operation.

The Operation Northwoods proposal drafted as part of a larger document titled 'Justification for US Military Intervention in Cuba.'

This top-secret collection of draft memorandum was written by the Department of Defense (DoD) and JCS and presented to then Secretary of Defense Robert McNamara in 1962. But the document was declassified in the CIA library.

'A series of well coordinated incidents will be planned to take place in and around Guantanamo to give genuine appearance of behind done by hostile Cuban forces,' reads the document.

'The following portions provide 'incidents to establish a credible attack (not in chronological order).' 

The plan included everything from starting rumors to 'landing friendly Cubans in uniform to stage acts on military bases and blowing up ammunition inside facilities.

The list also featured a plant to 'burn aircraft on air base' and sink a ship near the harbor entrance of an unspecified base and then 'conduct funerals for mock-victims.'

The goal of this plan was to trick the American public and the international community into supporting a war effort to oust Cuba's then leader, communist Fidel Castro 

Dwight D. Eisenhower's administration developed a plan to overthrow Castro known as the Bay of Pigs Invasion, which was carried out in 1961 by Eisenhower's successor, John F. Kenned

Public knowledge of Operation Northwoods did not come until a nearly-complete version of the document was published online in 2001.

Fidel Castro rose to power and became Prime Minister of Cuba in 1959 and turned the nation into the first communist state in the Western Hemisphere. 

In the early days of his administration, he strengthened Cuban ties with the Soviet Union, establishing trade deals between their countries. 

The Bay of Pigs invasion failed, and in 1962 the Cuban Missile Crisis began. A year later, then President John F. Kennedy was assassinated in Dallas, Texas

Simultaneously, Castro strained Cuban relations with the US by directly challenging capitalism and raising taxes on US imports.

At that time, the US was led by President Dwight D. Eisenhower, whose administration developed a plan to overthrow Castro. 

This plan, known as the Bay of Pigs Invasion, was carried out in 1961 by Eisenhower's successor, JFK. 

He deployed a brigade of 1,400 CIA-sponsored Cuban exiles to overthrow Castro's communist government, but the invasion failed. 

In 1962, the Soviet Union began shipping ballistic missiles to Cuba in an effort to strengthen their ties and protect the island nation from the US. This became known as the Cuban Missile Crisis.  

This strengthened the Kennedy administration's resolve to overthrow the communist Cuban government. 

The US went on to conduct covert operations against Cuba through Operation Mongoose, a secret CIA initiative to remove Castro from power. 

The Operation Northwoods proposal was developed as part of this initiative. 

This shocking document was kept secret for nearly 40 years until the JFK Assassination Records Review Board released it as part of 1,521 pages of formerly-classified military records covering 1962 to 1964.

Texas is simultaneously one of the best examples of local governance and one of the worst examples of federal mismanagement. Texas boasts the leading economy among all states with unemployment rates around 5% and new job growth averaging 300,000 jobs per year.

Yet Texas' economic strength has been undercut by the executive branch's complete unwillingness to enforce immigration regulations along the border. Texas' impressive job growth still has to offset the 1.7 million illegal immigrants living in the state, according to the Department of Homeland Security.

Texas' situation is another example of Obama and the executive department burdening the economically vibrant states with a flood of illegal immigration that imposes serious costs to local law enforcement and community services. Breitbart News' recent report that US Border Patrol has documented a revolving door of illegal immigrant sex offenders entering the US through the Mexico-Texas border is particularly worrisome.

Meanwhile, President Obama has just become a vocal advocate for a more 'humane' approach to immigration. 'Humane' for whom exactly, Mr. President? Certainly not for law-abiding Texans.

Do you know Why Common Core is such a failure and a well deserved hated standard? Two major reasons.

The state-led effort to develop the Common Core State Standards was launched in 2009 by state leaders, including governors and state commissioners of education from 48 states, two territories and the District of Columbia, through their membership in the National Governors Association Center for Best Practices (NGA Center) and the Council of Chief State School Officers (CCSSO). State school chiefs and governors recognized the value of consistent, real-world learning goals and launched this effort to ensure all students, regardless of where they live, are graduating high school prepared for college, career, and life.

This was taken straight from the website. So for starters it was developed by a combination of 48 states and all of those personnel. You this in this magnitude it now becomes federal. So this is problem 1.

Now for problem 2 and I see it as the most important problem who in the list of the people mentioned were NOT involved in the development process? Who are the people that have the major influence of the child? The PARENTS

This is why this is such hated across the country. The parents not given the opportunity for any input to this standard and also they don't have the voice to oppose the standard.

This is why a good tool such as the common core became trash. It became federal and it purposely left out the parenting of the parents during the school years of the child's growth.

If elected president the use of the common core would be held to a city level if three or more schools are involved or at the county level. The people involved are only the teachers and the board of parents. No state officials will be present. The parents and the teachers will review texts books, study materials and alike for each grade of school. The parents and teachers will approve the curriculum.

Senator ‘Chuck” Schumer (D-NY), Governor Andrew Cuomo, and New York Mayor Bill de Blasio, all essentially indicate that they, and ‘the people’ of New York, apparently have no desire to accept, support, and/or defend the Constitution of the United States, and more specifically, the Bill of Rights.  Sen. Schumer says the 1st Ten Amendments to the Constitution are being taken too literally. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HeFBGaKJk7o.

Sen. Schumer is particularly referencing the First Amendment and the freedom of speech.  Are we to release these rights?  Will the voters of New York advocate that we surrender this and other ‘Bill of Rights’ to the Government?

Gov. Andrew Cuomo says pro-life activists along with anti-gay activists, and other supporters of the Second Amendment, are not welcomed in New York.  By my personal observation, this may have been Gov. Cuomo’s first exploratory remark as he chases a pursuit to become a 2016 Democrat Party Presidential nominee.

NY Mayor Bill de Blasio appears to be duplicating President Obama’s plan of ‘redistribution’ by proposing, “A tax on the wealthy to pay for free pre-school education for every four-year-old. He has already launched measures to expand paid sick leave to another half a million employees.  He has promised to work for 200,000 new affordable housing units, and to rebuild trust and confidence in the police.”

Does New Yorkers know and understand our US Constitution and/or New York’s History?  US Congress convened for the 1^st time in New York City on March 4, 1789 in approving the Bill of Rights?

Do New Yorkers know, or have they forgotten the sacrifice of attaining ‘Independence’ from the Revolutionary War?  Have New Yorkers been taught or have they forgotten the Battle of Harlem Heights, Battle Hill, the Battle of Stony Point that later allowed Washington to cross the Hudson, other Revolutionary War, and additional war history?  Are these failures instrumental of your public education system as may be taught in public schools? 

Have Sen. Schumer, Gov. Cuomo, NY Mayor de Blasio, and New Yorkers forgotten "9/11/01"?  Do you remember how our entire Nation rallied around New York during and after these terrorist attacks?  Have Sen. Schumer, Gov. Cuomo, NY Mayor de Blasio, and New Yorkers forgotten the honor, the sacrifices, and the lives of New York’s and others’ police officers, firemen, and our soldiers in defense of our Constitution?  Have Sen. Schumer, Gov. Cuomo, NY Mayor de Blasio, and New Yorker's forgotten our Founding Fathers’ precious freedoms in our Constitution with inserted Christian values?

Freedom is not free.  Constitutional freedoms are fought and won at a heavy cost; Americans’ blood.  More than 600,000 American soldiers have died in combat for protecting our Constitution, our Nation, and our American flag.

Why do Sen. Schumer, Gov. Cuomo, NY Mayor de Blasio, and New Yorkers continue efforts to disassemble our Constitution?  How do New Yorkers fail to understand, and appreciate the price and values of ‘freedoms’?  Do New Yorkers fail to understand the loss of ‘freedoms’, and whom then elect, appoint, and/or direct officials in the State of New York as in other states?  Will Sen. Schumer, Gov. Cuomo, NY Mayor de Blasio, and other New Yorkers awaken before we, they, and/or others lose these precious ‘freedoms’?

The Army's Oath of Enlistment states that “I, (NAME), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; …”  Every American should proudly ‘pledge, honor, and obey’ this ‘Oath’.

Patriotic Americans must be asking, “What rights do New Yorkers have in dismantling our Constitution comprised to insure all Americans may remain free from an oppressive government?”

It is a duty for each voter to elect and/or re-elect ‘responsible’ representatives.  If the voters of New York fully support Constitutional values, Americans will discover that New Yorkers are ‘Patriotic’ to our USA.  Your representatives will ‘honor’ the sacrifices of over 600,000 American soldiers; including your ancestors who fought and died for these values embedded within (y)our Constitution.

Up front, and based on election results, it is logical to assume that Sen. Schumer, Gov. Cuomo, and NY Mayor de Blasio are speaking for the people of New York.  If so, many of us are saddened.  Most of us anticipate that may change.

Currently, if Sen. Schumer, Gov. Cuomo, and NY Mayor de Blasio are not domestic enemies to our Constitution, who is?  Each element in our Constitution today is just as relevant now as our Founding Fathers inscribed in the 18^th Century.
