Under the president’s new amnesty, businesses will have a $3,000-per-employee incentive to hire illegal immigrants over native-born workers because of a quirk of Obamacare.

President Obama’s temporary amnesty, which lasts three years, declares up to 5 million illegal immigrants to be lawfully in the country and eligible for work permits, but it still deems them ineligible for public benefits such as buying insurance on Obamacare’s health exchanges.

Under the Affordable Care Act, that means businesses who hire them won’t have to pay a penalty for not providing them health coverage — making them $3,000 more attractive than a similar native-born worker, whom the business by law would have to cover.

The loophole was confirmed by congressional aides and drew condemnation from those who said it put illegal immigrants ahead of Americans in the job market.

“If it is true that the president’s actions give employers a $3,000 incentive to hire those who came here illegally, he has added insult to injury,” said Rep. Lamar Smith, Texas Republican. “The president’s actions would have just moved those who came here illegally to the front of the line, ahead of unemployed and underemployed Americans.”

Obamacare 2015 Includes Federal Subsidies for Abortion

By Jonathan Abbamonte.

It’s been open enrollment for ObamaCare for a week now, and it’s open season for taxpayer funding of health insurance plans that provide coverage for abortion on demand. In spite of President Obama’s promise that no federal tax dollars be used for abortion under his signature health care law, the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA), over a thousand health insurance plans that provide coverage for abortion on-demand are expected to receive federal subsidies in the 2015 enrollment season.

Last Thursday, Rep. Chris Smith (R-NJ), co-chair of the Bipartisan Congressional Pro-life Caucus, reintroduced the No Taxpayer Funding for Abortion Act and the Abortion Insurance Full Disclosure Act (H.R.7).

In a press conference on Capitol Hill announcing the launch of a obamacareabortion.com (a joint project of the Family Research Council and the Charlotte Lozier Institute that lists the plans in each state’s exchange that provides elective abortion coverage), Rep. Smith excoriated the president for violating his promise: “The President issued an executive order… that said… ‘the Act maintains current Hyde Amendment restrictions governing abortion policy and extends those restrictions to the newly created health insurance exchanges.’”

The Hyde Amendment stipulates that no federal taxpayer funds be appropriated for abortion or for “health benefits coverage that includes coverage of abortion.”

“Obamacare therefore violates Hyde by funding insurance plans that pay for abortion on-demand,” Rep. Smith said.

WHEN THE REVOLUTION COMES??
WHAT WILL YOU GET?

CHANGE?

OR

CHUMP CHANGE.

4064015408?profile=original

You know as I look and listen to these "so called BLACK revolutionaries"...it hurts me to know that there is not one recorded SUCCESSFUL BLACK REVOLUTION anywhere!! When speaking of the continent of AFRICA, when the colonial powers were kicked out what followed?? You see the so called LEADERS OF THE MOVEMENT endeared themselves to the OPPRESSED MASSES...but didn’t have a clue how to rule!! Though they didn’t have a CLUE they did have a PLAN it did not include the "USEFUL IDIOTS" that shed their blood. From the MAU-MAU uprising in the 1950's, to the overthrow of Northern Rhodesia (Kenneth Kaunda/Zambia), Uganda (Idi Amin), Liberia (Sgt. John Doe). I could go on with the list, but the point being made is, all that was left after VICTORY were BURNT OUT CITIES, AND FARMS, AND THE DESTRUCTION OF NECESSARY INFRUSTRUCTURE. The Oppression took a new form no longer the “WHITE MAN” but rather “BLACK ON BLACK” atrocities went off the charts. The leadership of all these newly LIBERATED COLONIES WERE TRAINED in MARXIST, LENINIST, SOCIALIST DOCTRINE....Every one of the leaders had outrageous SWISS BANK ACCOUNTS and lavish homes on several continents. The so called presidential palaces were and still are opulent while the people suffer under horrendous conditions, disease, and food shortages, the government owns everything so you know jobs were few. You have to watch what you say because FREE SPEECH is not allowed not even in your own home....all these dictators have one thing in common they have HUGE PICTURES OF THEMSELVES ON THE SIDE OF EVERY BUILDING, POSTERS ON EVERY STREET CORNER AND IN STORE WINDOWS. They never want the people to forget WHO THEY ARE...and if they do?? The secret police is modeled after the Soviet Union's GRU/KGB. You know people just come up missing. Forget about elections that's the AMERICAN MODEL...we can't FORCE OUR WAY OF LIFE ON THEM so they became permanent FOREIGN AIDE RECIPIENTS, FROM THE U.N AND THE USA (even though they resented our prosperity)...I want you to put your thinking caps on a let’s take a look at all the other former "COLONIAL COUNTRIES" every one of them has developed and moved in to the MODERN COMMUNITY OF NATIONS!! INDIA, INDONESIA, KOREA, SINGAPORE, EGYPT, VIETNAM, BAHAMAS, GUIANA...what is wrong??? Not one African revolution has produced a prosperous culture. The one star on the Continent of Africa was the nation of Liberia founded by the United States with repatriated slaves that wanted to return to Africa...they returned with "unheard of skills" in agriculture, manufacturing, education, trade negotiations etc. Monrovia was the "PARIS" of West Africa....until just like what you are seeing unfold in FERGUSON MISSOURI....you see Liberia was not a traditional product of HISTORICAL AFRICA but rather American surveyors Marked IT OUT...the government help give it a jump start and it took off. The problem the NATIVE POPULATION for whatever reason never "BROUGHT INTO “this TRANSPLANTED CULTURE...and revolted under a Liberian soldier named Sgt John Doe...they slaughtered President Tolbert and his family and this "REVOLUTION" and it's bloody aftermath continues unto this day...the capital city of MONROVIA? A burnt out shadow of what it had been....poverty, super inflation, continuous guerrilla uprisings...Why? Because after they got rid of the STABLE GOVERNMENT they were left with regional historic TRIBAL conflicts......We have the greatest example and most open society that ever sprang from a REVOLUTION. There has never been anything like what we have here...but unlike the BLOODY FRENCH REVOLUTION founded upon humanism...we were founded ONE NATION UNDER GOD...AND HAVE SUCCEEDED BEYOND ANY OTHER COUNTRY BORN OF REVOLUTION IN HISTORY. Hatred, resentment, jealousy, lawlessness is all that fuels this so called season of outrage....The "Black Panthers, Chicago Teacher's union, Nation of Islam, Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, Eric Holder, Obama...have done nothing positive for the Black American people and because of the insane cultural, educational ,economic policies! Even the BLACK COMMUNITY IN CHICAGO ARE FED UP!! So why are they coming down to FERGUSON MISSOURI??? When their home base is a basket case and murder capital of the Nation!! Wake up my people open your eyes!!! Seek the LORD'S FACE AND HIS WISDOM....THESE DEMONIC, MANIPULATIVE INSTIGATORS ARE ALL ABOUT THEMSELVES!!! THIS IS BOTH AND APPEAL AND A WARNING...BECAUSE IF YOU IGNITE WHAT THEY ARE ATTEMPTING TO DO....THEN WHAT??? YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SOME "CHANGE"??? FOLLOW THEM AND YOU WILL GET IT "CHUMP CHANGE” SELAH

By Craig Andresen and Diane Sori – RIGHT SIDE PATRIOTS on cprworldwidemedia.com

ranch-1.jpg?width=195We have always said that political correctness will get people killed and that political correctness will obscure the truth…and obscuring the truth is something RIGHT SIDE PATRIOTS will NEVER do. And our newest case in point…the ‘ground zero’ known as Ferguson Missouri. Taking the old saying ‘boys will be boys’ to a heightened new level, the bussed-in, bought and paid for agitators prove that while you can take the boy out of the ghetto most times you CANNOT take the ghetto out of the boy.

Ferguson is on fire and that fire is now spreading into major cities from coast to coast. Feeding upon the frenzy of those who will loot, steal, and riot at the drop of a hat, the newest excuse de-jour is that their actions are based upon the fact that they simply did NOT like that a now proven innocent police officer will NOT be charged in the justifiable shooting death of one of their own…a thug solely responsible for his own demise.

Burning to the ground black owned businesses along with businesses that employed blacks is the epitome of stupidity, because they are destroying the economic life-blood of their own community. The profound ingenuity of the ‘marauding morons’ can be seen in their targets during the early hours of the rioting. These ‘geniuses’ burned to the ground Ferguson’s O’Reilly Auto Parts store and the Auto Zone…now one has to wonder wherever will they find parts to repair the ‘rides’ they carjacked after the verdict was announced.

Black Leader Says Justice Served in Ferguson, Brown Not ‘Raised Properly,’ ‘Trained’ to Serve God

Jesse

 November 25, 2014

LOS ANGELES – A prominent black Christian leader who works with youth states that he believes justice was served by the grand jury in Ferguson yesterday, asserting that teenager Michael Brown had “not been raised properly” and was headed down a dangerous life of crime. He is warning that if parents do not train their children in the ways of the Lord, more incidents like Ferguson will occur in cities across America.

Jesse Lee Peterson, a California pastor, president of the organization BOND (the Brotherhood Organization of a New Destiny), and leader of the BOND Leadership Academy for youth issued a statement Monday night applauding the jury’s decision not to indict Officer Darren Wilson in the shooting death of Michael Brown.

“The decision not to indict Officer Darren Wilson proves that our justice system works,” he stated. “The outcome shows that justice prevailed despite a concerted effort by rabble rousers, corrupt civil rights ‘leaders,’ Attorney General Eric Holder, and even President Barack Obama, who attempted to tip the scales of justice and convict the officer without due process.”

“Emboldened by irresponsible public statements made by race baiters like Al Sharpton, and Eric Holder, the professional community organizers have been planning to create havoc in Ferguson for months. Some are looking for an excuse to loot and riot,” Peterson continued, his statement issued just as protesters turned violent Monday night, burning down businesses and police cars, and smashing storefronts while stealing goods and liquor.

Peterson told Christian News Network that he believes at the heart of the issue, the responsibility lies with parents to train their children to live uprightly.

“I have said from day one when we saw the video of Michael Brown robbing the convenient store that this is not some innocent little kid tiptoe-ing through the tulips,” he said. “He was not raised properly, and my concern is that if these families don’t get married and by example raise their children in the right way to go, that we’re going to be seeing more of this.”

Peterson noted that Brown’s biological parents are not together, and stated that single parent homes are a significant problem among African Americans, which in turn is harmful to the children.

“Seventy percent of black children are born out of wedlock,” he said. “They’re not being raised by a father and mother together, and a lot of mothers who have these kids don’t take time to guide them in the right way to go. And so, when they go out into the world [they are] lied to by the race hustlers and poverty pimps who want to use them for their personal gain.”

“We’ve got to restore the family,” Peterson said, advising that such is his daily work at BOND. “If the parents don’t turn back to God, love Him with all their heart, soul and might, get married, and by good example guide their children in the right way to go, it’s never going to get better, because that is the order of God. … According to the Scriptures, God advised us to train our children up in the right way to go, and when you do, you don’t have to deal with this stuff when they go out into the world.”

He stated that he was also concerned that some black leaders seemed to be stirring up unnecessary racial tension between blacks and whites, when the heart of the matter lies in the responsibility of every parent, no matter what race, to raise their children in righteousness.

“If we don’t stop them from lying to the young black Americans who are coming from single parent homes and don’t respect authority, don’t have a sense of morality, we are going to see more and more incidents like this,” Peterson lamented.

“The president of the United States sent three representatives from the White House to a thug’s funeral. And I thought that was evil at work, because these so-called leaders—these adults—are telling other young black people who have not been raised in the right manner that [if] you go out there and attack cops, you rob liquor stores [and] you get killed, we’re going be there for you. We will support you.”

He said that ultimately, the issue has nothing to do with race, but everything to do with the battle for the souls of men.

“We have to understand that this is a spiritual battle between good and evil, right and wrong,” he said. “It has nothing to do with color; it has nothing to do with male or female. It’s good versus evil, right versus wrong, the lie versus the truth, and God has commanded His children to overcome evil with good. … American Christians have gotten away from telling the truth, and the lie is out of control right now.”

“F*ck you, Zionist scums,” shout pro-Hamas students at Cornell University

On November 19, 2014, Cornell Students for Justice in Palestine organized a mock Israeli checkpoint at Ho Plaza, a central student gathering point on campus between the Cornell Bookstore and Willard Straight Hall, where many student activities are centered.

Legal Insurrection  Casey Breznick, Editor in Chief of the Cornell Review and an author at Legal Insurrection, has the story at the Cornell Review Blog of a confrontation that took place when a group of pro-Israel students counter-protested holding Israeli flags and signs calling for peace.

Here is video we put together based on footage provided to us by multiple student sources, showing Yang-Stevens pulling the same ploy she pulled on me last April, claiming that the student had his camera in her face (which he denies both in the video and also in communications with me), as Yang-Stevens taunted the pro-Israel student to hit her while shouting out “Fuck you Zionist scums” and “oppression will be met with aggression.”

In addition to his Review report, Casey said:

At the rally, I witnessed  [Yang-Stevens, the fat dyke with the foul mouth]acting very aggressively towards pro-Israel students who were peaceably standing off to the side of the plaza waving posters or merely observing the pro-Palestinian displays. Yang-Stevens taunted and cursed at pro-Israel students, and tried provoking some into hitting her. When I asked her “Do you condemn Hamas?”, she responded “Do you want some of this?” To another student, she repeatedly asked if he wanted to slap her and taunted him for “foaming at the mouth.” She stood nearly nose-to-nose with this student, who eventually walked away to neutralize the situation.

Maryland: USMC Dad Banned from School over Islam Hires Legal Team

via Marine Dad Banned from School over Islam – TMLC Steps In.

The Thomas More Law Center (TMLC) today announced its representation of John Kevin Wood, and his wife Melissa, in their battle with La Plata High School in Maryland over the Islamic indoctrination of their 11th grade daughter in her World History class. Their daughter was required to complete assignments where she had to affirm that “There is no god but Allah” and the other Five Pillars of Islam.

The case gained national attention when the school banned John Wood from entering school property after he objected to the religion of Islam being taught in his daughter’s history class and demanded that she be given an alternative assignment.  The school refused.  Wood, a former Marine who served in Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm and lost friends in that action, saw firsthand the destruction caused in the name of Allah and that Islam is not “a religion of peace;” and he would not budge from his position.

The Thomas More Law Center (TMLC) is a national public interest law firm based in Ann Arbor, Michigan. TMLC Senior Trial Counsel, Erin Mersino, and Maryland attorney, Michael F. Smith of The Smith Appellate Law Firm, represent the Wood family.  Yesterday they filed a request for records relating to the case under Maryland’s Public Information Act.

On October 22, 2014, John Wood discovered that his daughter was being forced to repeat religious tenets of Islam as a part of her World History class assignment.  She was required to write how the prophet Muhammad was visited by the Angel Gabriel and preached that there is only one true god, who is Allah.  The assignment made her write that Mohammad is the messenger of Allah and that the Qur’an is holy text.  The assignment required her to affirm that “Allah is the same god that is worshipped in Christianity and Judaism” and that the “Qur’an is the word of Allah revealed to Mohammad in the same way that Jews and Christians believe the Torah and the Gospels were revealed to Moses and the New Testament writers.”  The assignment also forced young women such as the Woods’ daughter, to fill in the following sentences: “Men are the managers of the affairs of women” and “Righteous women are therefore obedient.”

When John Wood discovered the Islamic propaganda and indoctrination, he was rightfully outraged, and that evening unsuccessfully tried to contact the school by phone to voice his objections. Wood witnessed firsthand the destruction caused in the name of Allah and knows Islam is not “a religion of peace.”  He served in Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm, and lost friends in that action.  On 9-11, Wood responded as a firefighter to the smoldering Pentagon.  He refused to allow La Plata High School to subject his daughter to Islamic indoctrination despite the threatened academic consequences.

The next day, October 23rd, Wood, had a phone conversation with a La Plata vice principal where he again reiterated his objections to his daughter being indoctrinated into the religion of Islam.   The vice principal indicated that his daughter, a high school junior with college hopes, would receive zeros on her assignments on Islam if she did not complete them.  He asked how the religion of Islam could be taught when schools are prohibited from teaching the religion of Christianity.

The following day, October 24th, John Wood again spoke with the vice principal.  She again refused to allow an alternative assignment.

Commenting on the case, Richard Thompson, TMLC’s President and Chief Counsel stated: “Adding insult to injury, in an arrogant and unnecessary display of power, La Plata’s principal issued a written “No Trespass” notice, which denied this former Marine who stood in harm’s way defending our country including the principal and her staff, any access to school grounds.  The school’s actions not only dishonored John Wood’s service, but the service of all men and women in our Armed Forces who defended our nation from Islamic violence.  True to his Marine training, John Wood stood his ground. He did not retreat. Yes, his daughter has received a failing grade in her World History Class.  But the story is not yet over.”

THE FOUNDATION

“[N]either the wisest constitution nor the wisest laws will secure the liberty and happiness of a people whose manners are universally corrupt.” –Samuel Adams, essay in The Public Advertiser, 1749

EDITOR’S NOTE

We lead today with special commentary by Mark Alexander on a grand jury’s decision to forgo charges against Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson.

Ferguson: A Race Bait Case Study

2014-10-01-944dda74.jpg

By Mark Alexander

As anticipated, St. Louis County Prosecutor Bob McCulloch announced Monday night that the shooting of Michael Brown by Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson was justified self defense. “[The grand jury] determined that no probable cause exists to file any charge against officer Wilson, and returned a ‘No True Bill’ on each of the five indictments,” said McCulloch. In fact, Brown’s autopsy determined he was facing Wilson when shot, and one of Brown’s wounds was at close range inside Wilson’s patrol vehicle, the result of Brown’s attempt to reach through the driver’s door window and take the officer’s gun after having assaulted Wilson.

Predictably, Barack Obama and his dependable stable of “race bait” surrogates immediately set about to convert the verdict into political capital. Of course, the 24-hour news recycling talking heads, all vying for advertising market share, provided the race agitators a very big stage, and will continue to do so as long as they can stir up enough protestors.

For his part, Obama claimed the racial anger was “understandable,” but, given that there is no upcoming election, he left the constituent building to his race baiting attorney general, Eric Holder, who ensured the nation that the Justice Department investigation remains open: “While the grand jury proceeding in St. Louis County has concluded, the Justice Department’s investigation into the shooting of Michael Brown remains ongoing.”

Holder is a master race baiter, and, when joined by race hustlers, including Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton and legions of lesser useful idiots, they have become very effective at promoting hate crime hoaxes in order to foment discontent and rally black constituents.

Ahead of the 2012 presidential election, Holder and company set the race bait by vowing to “seek justice” after a “white-Hispanic” man, George Zimmerman, shot and killed, in self-defense, ablack teenage thug named Trayvon Martin.

Ahead of the 2014 midterm election, Holder promised to “seek justice” in the shooting of another black teenage thug. In both cases, for political expedience, Holder assumed the shooters were guilty until proven innocent. Obama even suggested in an address to the UN that the Ferguson shooting could be seen in the same light as atrocities committed by ISIL cutthroats.

Among the more visible racists in Ferguson immediately after the shooting were the Black Panthers, who coined the chant, “What do we want? – Darren Wilson! – How do we want him? – Dead!”

Missouri Democrat Gov. Jay Nixon, who is fishing for a 2016 veep slot under Hillary Clinton, joined that chant, referring to Brown as an “unarmed teenager” and promising “to achieve justice for Michael Brown,” but omitting any reference that Wilson’s actions might have been justified.

Having worked as a uniformed officer in two states while completing my undergraduate degree, I take great offense at the constant description of Michael Brown as an “unarmed teenager.” No law enforcement officer should ever approach a suspect or assailant, whether in a vehicle or on a street, with the assumption he or she is “unarmed.” I would not be writing these words had I wavered from that precautionary training. The fact that Brown did not possess a weapon is hindsight 20/20, not something Wilson knew at the time of the altercation.

For the record, according to the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund, over the last decade there were an average of 58,261 assaults against law enforcement personnel each year, resulting in 15,658 injuries and more than 150 deaths per year.

Now, after three Brown autopsies and copious deliberations, the verdict is in – the shooting was justified. But don’t expect the facts to get in the way of the race bait political agenda.

Racial Narrative Succeeds in Destroying Ferguson

St. Louis County Prosecutor Bob McCulloch announced Monday night what the police in riot gear, the activated National Guard and the delayed press conference already said hours before: “[The grand jury] determined that no probable cause exists to file any charge against Officer [Darren] Wilson, and returned a ‘No True Bill’ on each of the five indictments.” The grand jury reviewed three autopsies and heard more than 70 hours of testimony, and in the end they found insufficient evidence for any charge – that’s significant, as a grand jury needs only probable cause, not proof “beyond a reasonable doubt.” Yet “protesters” were prepared to immediately become rioters and loot everything from alcohol to TVs from local businesses and then set fire to those businesses. The Left has sufficiently propagandized the black community so that they see injustice around every corner. Are there injustices? Absolutely. Is the Ferguson Police Department blameless? Absolutely not. But the violent and destructive results of this irresponsibly fomented anger are plastered across our TV screens.

As Ferguson Burns, Obama Calls Anger ‘Understandable’

In his statement following the St. Louis County grand jury announcement that officer Darren Wilson will not be indicted for the death of Michael Brown, Barack Obama accepted the ruling of the grand jury and made calls for peaceful protest and action, even as some television networks showed pictures of an erupting riot in Ferguson. “First and foremost, we are a nation built on the Rule of Law,” Obama said. “And so we need to accept that this decision was the grand jury’s to make. There are Americans who agree with it, and there are Americans who are deeply disappointed, even angry. It’s an understandable reaction.” Obama continued, saying Ferguson highlighted the problems in race relations and policing strategies: “So, to those in Ferguson, there are ways of channeling your concerns constructively and there are ways of channeling your concerns destructively.” As Martin Luther King once said, rioting and violence are used by people who feel they have no other ways to redress their grievances: “A riot is the language of the unheard.” Obama and Attorney General Eric Holder have fomented racial grievances all along, both in Ferguson and in the case of Trayvon Martin. To call for calm now is a bit disingenuous.

Holder Says It’s Not Over

While the streets of Ferguson erupted into fiery violence last night, Attorney General Eric Holder announced that the grand jury’s decision not to indict officer Darren Wilson is not the end of the legal circus surrounding the shooting. In September, the Department of Justice opened two investigations, one into possible civil rights violations in the Ferguson Police Department, and another into Wilson himself. “While the grand jury proceeding in St. Louis County has concluded, the Justice Department’s investigation into the shooting of Michael Brown remains ongoing,” Holder said in a statement. “Though we have shared information with local prosecutors during the course of our investigation, the federal inquiry has been independent of the local one from the start, and remains so now. Even at this mature stage of the investigation, we have avoided prejudging any of the evidence. And although federal civil rights law imposes a high legal bar in these types of cases, we have resisted forming premature conclusions.” Is this Holder’s way of “having a conversation” on race? He has inserted the federal government into the situation, keeping anger high by implying justice has not yet been served. More…

Failure to Launch: No Nuke Deal With Iran

As the weekend progressed, it became clear that any chance of reaching a nuclear deal with Iran – what little chance there was, anyway – was next to zero as the Monday deadline neared. Yesterday officials confirmed that negotiators failed to come to an agreement, which means essentially nothing changes. Iran will continue masquerading its uranium enrichment program with promises of cloture and the can is once again kicked further drown the road. According to The Washington Free Beacon, “The parties now claim that last-minute progress in the talks warrant an extension into December – and likely thorough July 2015 – though the sides have yet to decide upon a location for continued negotiations, according to a Western source cited by the Associated Press.” Right – “last-minute progress.” The only nation making progress is Iran, whose charade ensures that it gets ever closer to the goal of attaining a nuclear warhead. Real progress looks unattainable as long as the Obama administration is calling the shots. The question is, can Israel survive two more years of obfuscation? More…

Executive Power for Me but Not for Thee

In a sit-down interview with ABC’s George Stephanopoulos, Barack Obama explained that his abuse of executive power should not be exploited by his successors in the Oval Office. Theemperor was asked, “How do you respond to the argument, a future president comes in, wants lower taxes. Doesn’t happen. Congress won’t do it – he says I’m not going to prosecute those who don’t pay capital gains tax?” Naturally, the president circumvented the question the first time around by defending his amnesty diktat, prompting Stephanopoulos to inquire once again, “So you don’t think it’d be legitimate for a future president to make that argument?” Responded Obama: “With respect to taxes? Absolutely not.” If only Democrats could follow their own advice. To be fair, he was asked about unilaterally lowering taxes, not raising them. He might have a different answer to the latter.

Benghazi Report Leaves Some Questions Unanswered

2014-04-30-5efc6613_large.jpgThe bodies of four Americans

After two years and two elections, yet another House report on the incidents and decisions surrounding the attack on our compound in Benghazi, Libya, excuses the Obama administration from answering allegations of covering up the incident to avoid embarrassment less than two months before Barack Obama’s prospective re-election.

The House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence released its report on the 2012 attack Nov. 21 and found that the intelligence community did nothing wrong when responding to the terrorist attack that left Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other Americans dead by al-Qaida hands. In a joint statement, committee Chairman Rep. Mike Rogers (R-MI) and Ranking Member Rep. Dutch Ruppersberger (D-MD) said, “Based on the testimony and the documents we reviewed, we concluded that all the CIA officers in Benghazi were heroes. Their actions saved lives.”

But the report doesn’t answer how the Obama administration covered up the attack for political gains, and the Leftmedia was all too eager to report that the Benghazi report was a non-story. For example, CBS News gleefully reported, “[T]he two-year investigation of the politically charged incident determined that there was no intelligence failure, no delay in sending a CIA rescue team, no missed opportunity for a military rescue, and no evidence the CIA was covertly shipping arms from Libya to Syria.” So Obama is in the clear, right?

Not so fast. We still don’t have all the answers. The report states, “[T]he Administration’s initial public narrative on the causes and motivations for the attacks were not fully accurate.” Remember, the administration blamed a YouTube video for the “demonstration” that turned violent. Problem is, those who knew the score – such as the deputy CIA director – didn’t seem willing to tell the unvarnished truth as they changed talking points to better suit a narrative.

As political commentator Mollie Hemingway notes, “[M]aybe when you’re, I don’t know, trying to ‘underscore that these protests are rooted in an Internet video, and not a broader failure of policy’ because you’re focusing on campaigning more than truth-telling, you end up underscoring something that isn’t true.”

But this report makes some new facts public. It reveals a drone strike that killed Abu Yahya al-Libi, a top al-Qaida operative who perished in Pakistan earlier on Sept. 11, 2012, could have been to blame, as various groups aligned with al-Qaida carried out the attack on the Benghazi compound. We also learned that one purpose of the CIA presence in Benghazi was to try and keep tabs on weapons moving from Libya to Syria – a Predator drone that arrived on-scene after the attack began was diverted from a mission in Derna, a coastal city thought to be a transfer point for weapons.

And while the report finds the CIA “could have placed more weight on eyewitness sources on the ground and should have challenged its initial assessments” about the incident, the House Committee “found no evidence of an intelligence failure” based in part on an “internal CIA analytic review.” As if the agency isn’t in full CYA mode.

Yet at the time we were spoon-fed the narrative about the video. While the evidence mounted that the protest was really a coordinated al-Qaida attack, the media became less and less curious as to how the group that was supposedly “decimated” by the death of Osama bin Laden had the resources to carry out such an operation. But, to borrow a line screeched by Hillary Clinton, what difference, at this point, does it make? Four good men are dead, the president who failed to act more decisively in the matter and then lied about it was re-elected, and the secretary of state who stood idly by aims to succeed him.

Something else that died in the Benghazi aftermath was any notion the Leftmedia doesn’t simply serve as a cheerleader for the statist team in charge. The media that once hounded a president out of office for a criminal cover-up that was heinous but not fatal now can’t be bothered with rooting out the real story in this case. If a Benghazi-style attack had happened in September 2004, Bob Shrum would have been right because that would have been the lead story all the way to November. But journalism passed away about the time the keys to the White House were handed to Barack Obama, and we’re all the worse off for it.

However, the investigation into the Benghazi scandal is not over. The Select Committee on Benghazi, led by Trey Gowdy (R-SC), continues its investigation into the attack. Maybe it can cut through the political fog to find the political motivation for why the Obama administration lied to the American people and dishonored the death of four Americans in Libya.

Hagel Was the Wrong Guy for the Job

Chuck Hagel’s resignation, well, ouster, as secretary of defense is nothing if not a clear repudiation of the defense policy of his soon-to-be former boss, Barack Obama. When Obama chose Hagel two years ago, he did so because he was looking for someone who would implement a two-pronged strategy of shrinking America’s military while simultaneously disengaging it from world affairs. Not exactly a task for someone genuinely concerned about the threats this country faced. But Hagel was not a genuinely concerned kind of guy.

Hagel, technically a Republican while he was in the Senate, was a loud voice against the Iraq war who aligned himself with then-Senators John Kerry and Barack Obama in claiming the war against Jihadistan was not worth fighting. Without rehashing that old debate, it’s safe to say this stance was based on a wrong-headed view of the world. Hagel did not believe that there were weapons of mass destruction in Iraq, that Saddam Hussein was supporting international terrorists, or that losing Iraq to sectarian and terrorist strife would be disastrous to our Middle Eastern policy. All of these views have come to be disproved in grand style.

Obama chose Hagel, who was not known for possessing keen leadership skills, because Hagel fit his mindset. Hagel was reportedly often silent at meetings, not offering any constructive opinions. He functioned mostly as a conduit for Obama’s wishes. He never balked at the social engineering Obama wanted to inject into the military, nor did he put up much protest when it came to drawing down American forces to dangerously low levels. Hagel defended the latter policy by citing concerns related to budgets over those related to growing threats on numerous strategic fronts around the world.

But Hagel never quite fit in with Team Obama. The Chicago mob surrounding the president in the White House and the left-wing intelligentsia didn’t trust the man, who they viewed as a Republican latecomer to the party.

It was only in recent weeks that Hagel seemed to get his head on straight. He started opposing Obama’s security strategies. White House officials claim he attempted to stall the closing of the prison at Guantanamo Bay because of his concerns about the security risks posed by releasing detainees. He also butted heads with National Security Adviser Susan Rice over policy on Syria, claiming it was in danger of coming apart because there were no clear objectives laid out.

And while Obama wished to slowly chip away at ISIL with little U.S. involvement, Hagel saw a much more serious threat. “ISIL is as sophisticated and well-funded as any group we have seen,” Hagel said in August. “They are beyond just a terrorist group. … I think the evidence is pretty clear. Yes they are an imminent threat to every interest we have whether in Iraq or anywhere else.”

It would figure in the Obama White House that, as soon as Hagel showed signs of coming to his senses, his days were numbered. It also figures that after a bruising midterm repudiation of his presidency, Obama would fire the only Republican in his cabinet. It’s certainly true the administration is in need of a foreign-policy team shakeup, but ousting Kerry, Rice or any of the other members of the team was never going to be an option.

Hagel was never a good choice for the position of secretary of defense. His level of competence was far below that required to fulfill the duties of his post, and his worldview remained skewed by a prejudice that America’s challenges were forged solely by America’s involvement in foreign affairs. Yet his failure in the position was not his alone.

Hagel was tasked with executing a series of bad decisions that only further compounded America’s problems overseas – pulling out of Afghanistan, cutting troop strength, cutting procurement orders and implementing social policies that have no business in the military. The list is long and infuriating. In short, Hagel failed in large part because he was in a no-win situation.

Potential replacements include Michele Flournoy, a former undersecretary under Leon Panetta who embraces the small military model, and Ashton Carter, an academic considered to be an expert on budgets and weapons in the Pentagon. The primary element of success for a secretary of defense is serving a president who has an obvious dedication to America’s national security and a clear understanding of world affairs. We’re not going to see that for at least a couple of years.

OPINION IN BRIEF

British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher (1925-2013): “We want a society in which we are free to make choices, to make mistakes, to be generous and compassionate. That is what we mean by a moral society – not a society in which the State is responsible for everything, and no one is responsible for the State.”

Columnist Dennis Prager: “If the truth here accords with what … police officer [Darren Wilson] said, he did not commit an immoral act when he shot Michael Brown. On the other hand, if he shot the young man for no good reason, he committed an immoral act. But according to the it’s-all-a-matter-of-perceptions view, there is no moral truth, only black perceptions and white perceptions. This all accords with the left’s views of truth and morality. Neither exists. Visit any university to confirm this. … Morality is entirely subjective. ‘Good’ and ‘evil’ are individual or societal preferences. No more, no less. Like truth, morality is just a perception, one determined by an individual’s race, gender, and/or class. That is why, for the left, no man can judge any abortion, no matter how late in pregnancy and no matter the reason – because men do not possess a uterus.”

Columnist Thomas Sowell: “Jonathan Gruber’s several videotaped remarks about the gross deceptions that got ObamaCare passed in Congress should tell us a lot about the Obama administration. And the way that the mainstream media hesitated for days to even mention what Professor Gruber said, while they obsessed over unsubstantiated charges against Bill Cosby, should tell us a lot about the media. Whatever did or did not happen between Bill Cosby and various women is not likely to affect the lives of 300 million Americans. But ObamaCare does. … Whether the issue is ObamaCare, amnesty for illegal immigrants or ‘global warming,’ when you hear that ‘all the experts agree,’ that may mean nothing more than that the fix is in. And ‘all’ may mean considerably less than 100 percent – or even 50 percent. … Jonathan Gruber’s notion that the people are ‘stupid’ is not fundamentally different from what Barack Obama said to his fellow elite leftists in San Francisco, when he derided ordinary Americans as petty people who want to cling to their guns and their religion. We need to see through such arrogant elitists if we want to cling to our freedom.”

Missed opportunity--Ferguson as expected

The sad thing to me is that there is hatred among the races, among those of us who, as Americans, should have a natural national affection for one another. Sadder yet, are leaders such as now-former Attorney General Eric Holder, race baiters who should know better like Al Sharpton, even the "president" who jumped on the Ferguson shooting at the onset as if the police officer was guilty and stirred the emotions, raised the tensions, invoked suspicions. And now, after the Grand Jury says Officer Darren Wilson did not shoot unarmed attacker Mike Brown in cold blood, but in self defense, these same people are once again fanning the flames of racial hatred, demanding justice. It is sadly a missed opportunity.

In the purest of hearts, Mike Brown and Trayvon Martin are missed opportunities. For the pure of heart, there is sadness that a promising life made choices that resulted in death. For the pure of heart, there is no color, but character and relationship. For the pure of heart, there is a yearning for the day when racial diversity is celebrated and brothers and sisters of all races can come together and do what Christ told us in John 13:34, "A new commandment I give unto you, That you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another." Ferguson is a missed opportunity to bring people together and have a real national discussion on the challenges before us and how to solve them.

Those with hearts of deceit, however, are taking the deaths of these young men as an opportunity to advance an agenda. Never mind the truth, they say, there must be justice. Their goal is to use "justice" as a wedge to divide people, establish a higher level of class warfare, to fan the flames of suspicion among the races. All the while they are saying that whites and people of color should get along. This kind of conflict is part of the Hegelian Dialectic--to create mental conflict by saying that with justice, there is no justice, and establishing a new justice. Thesis--justice; antithesis--justice is actually unjust; synthesis--new justice. In the confusion of protesting the lack of justice, the agenda advances.

You may ask what is the agenda? The agenda can be identified by those who participate--New Black Panthers, Al Sharpton, Communist Party USA, anarchist movements, and so on. While their goals may not be compatible in the end, one goal is consistent--to tear down the country so that they can have more power. Jesus said in Matthew 24:4, "Take heed that no man deceive you." The deception here is that people's emotions are being plied to advance something far from justice. We, as Christians, need to be mindful that others are using Ferguson as an opportunity to spread darkness. We have an opportunity to show Jesus, who is the way, the truth and the life. In this darkness, let Jesus be the light as you converse with people today.

HOW TO REBUKE

For responding to a president who defies his constitutional limits, Congress is said to possess four powers: to impeach, to defund, to investigate, and to withhold confirmation of nominees.

But there is a fifth recourse, which the new Republican Congress might consider in view of President Obama’s executive amnesty for illegal immigrants: the power to censure. In fact, censure could work in tandem with Congress’s other powers, helping the legislature make the moral case for responding to the president’s lawlessness.
Presidential censure is a rare occurrence. Most notably, in 1834, the Whig-controlled Senate censured President Andrew Jackson, a Democrat, for moving federal deposits from the Second Bank of the United States to local banks, derisively called his “pets” because most were operated by loyal Democrats.

Jackson’s legal justification was dubious at best. Under the law, only the secretary of the Treasury could initiate such a transfer, and then only if the funds were deemed insecure. But the Bank had been impeccably run since Nicholas Biddle became its president in 1822. An investigation had ascertained that the funds were perfectly safe, and the House had voted overwhelmingly to affirm that fact. Treasury Secretary William Duane, moreover, refused to remove the money or to step down so Jackson could install somebody who would. Jackson fired Duane, replacing him with Roger Taney without Senate confirmation. Taney’s cronies would go on to grossly mismanage funds in Jackson’s pet bank in Baltimore.

This series of actions added up to a severe presidential encroachment. So the Senate—led by Henry Clay and Daniel Webster—censured Jackson by passing this resolution: “Resolved, That the President, in the late Executive proceedings in relation to the public revenue, has assumed upon himself authority and power not conferred by the Constitution and laws, but in derogation
of both.”

The censure wounded the president’s bountiful pride, so much so that in 1837, Missouri senator Thomas Hart Benton, a fierce Jackson loyalist, had the resolution stricken from the record.

THE ICE GUIDE TO AVOIDING DEPORTATION IN FIVE EASY STEPS

By Jonathan Strong.

President Obama’s executive amnesty for an estimated five million illegal aliens is, from the perspective of Republicans, an unconstitutional power grab that threatens the republic. In Obama’s telling, over soft piano music in a campaign-style YouTube video, it “just comes down to people.”

Another version is the one agents of U.S. Customs and Immigration Enforcement (ICE) experience in trying to enforce U.S. immigration laws – specifically a five point checklist they were provided Friday evening and obtained by Breitbart News.

The bureaucratic document uses the Orwellian title “Parental Accountability Checklist.” The line below that explains it is a “Checklist for NOT Arresting/Removing Individuals Under Deferred Action Expansion.”

First, agents must ask detained aliens: did you have a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident child on Nov. 20, 2014? Have you resided in the U.S. since Jan. 1, 2010? Were you physically present in the U.S. on Nov. 20, 2014? And were you “without lawful immigration status” on Nov. 20, 2014?

If the alien answers “yes” to these questions, and they have not been convicted of serious crimes, “the individual should be released from custody or not removed, and referred to USCIS to seek deferred action,” the document instructs.

Obama-85pngROBERT RECTOR: AMNESTIED ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS TO COST TAXPAYERS $2 TRILLION OVER THEIR LIFETIME

By Caroline May.

The undocumented immigrants granted amnesty by President Barack Obama’s executive orders will likely cost taxpayers $2 trillion, according to Heritage Foundation poverty expert Robert Rector.

“The net cost — which is total benefits minus total benefits paid in — of the amnesty recipients I estimate will be around $2 trillion over the course of their lifetime,” Rector explained in an interview with Breitbart News Monday. He added that the calculation is based on the assumption that 4 million undocumented immigrants will participate and they will live, on average, 50 years.

According to Rector — who has published extensively on welfare, poverty, and immigration — the cost has two components: The first is the potential to access Social Security and Medicare, given amnestied undocumented immigrants’ ability to obtain work permits and Social Security Numbers.

“What [Obama] is doing is he is putting these 4 million people — who on average have a 10th grade education — into the Social Security and Medicare programs,” Rector said. He used much of the same methodology he incorporated in his May 2013 study on the cost of amnesty to reach his conclusions.

If you’ve been following our coverage of President Obama’s executive action on immigration, you already know that a key pillar of the White House’s defense is that plenty of precedent exists for this type of move. Nothing to see here, except a bunch of anti-Obama overreaction from the usual suspects (if the “usual suspects” include multiple Congressional Democrats and Independents). We’ve repeatedly linked to a pair of columns that take apart the Obama administration’s dishonest justification; they point out that Obama’s move is much, much broader in scope and implication than anything executed by his predecessors — whose far narrower previous orders either applied to discrete, targeted groups of people, or were issued in an effort to enforce a duly-passed law. The White House seems to be gravitating toward one ostensible parallel in particular, stating that Obama’s decision is comparable to President George HW Bush’s 1990 action on immigration. The president himself touted this exampleduring his appearance on ABC’s This Week, which we discussed earlier:

“If you look, every president – Democrat and Republican – over decades has done the same thing as I mentioned in my remarks,” he added. “George H. W. Bush, about 40 percent of the undocumented persons at the time were provided a similar kind of relief as a consequence of executive action.” When asked about using executive action, the president said his view on the issue has not changed. “If you look – the history is that I have issued fewer executive actions than most of my predecessors, by a longshot,” Obama said. “The difference is the response of Congress, and specifically the response of some of the Republicans. But if you ask historians, take a look at the track records of the modern presidency, I’ve actually been very restrained, and I’ve been very restrained with respect to immigration. I bent over backwards and will continue to do everything I can to get Congress to work because that’s my preference.”

First off, tallying the raw number of executive orders is pure misdirection. Conservatives aren’t objecting to how many unilateral actions Obama has taken; they’re upset about the magnitude, impact and context of those decisions. Obama surely realizes this, but since he’s staked much of his legacy on the “stupidity” of the American people, this sort of answer is par for the course. As for the ‘Bush did it, too!’ excuse, Washington Post fact-checker Glenn Kessler — who last week dismantled Obama’s ‘royal flip-flop’ on the legality of this decree — again goes to work:

Bush’s action in 1990 was designed to ease family disruptions caused by the landmark 1986 Immigration Reform and Control Act, which allowed nearly 3 million illegal immigrants to gain legal permanent residency…The 1.5 million [40 percent] figure is too fishy to be cited by either the White House or the media. As best we can tell, this is a rounded-up estimate of the number of illegal immigrants who were married (1.3 million became 1.5 million.) But that figure was already overstated because it included applications that were pending or on appeal…Indeed, the 100,000 estimate that the INS gave on the day of the announcement might have been optimistic. Fewer than 50,000 applications had been received before the policy was superseded by a new law. The numbers generated by that law — a little more than 140,000 — further indicate that the universe of potential applicants was much smaller than 1.5 million, especially given that the law eased restrictions even more. In the end, 200,000 amounts to about 6 percent of the illegal immigrant population at the time, not 40 percent. Small wonder the White House prefers the larger number.

FERGUSON Verdict Explodes Media’s Lying Racial Narrative

By Ben Shapiro.

On Monday night, the grand jury in Ferguson, Missouri freed Officer Darren Wilson from the possibility of indictment over his shooting of 18-year-old black man Michael Brown. The prosecutor before the grand jury, Robert McCulloch, explained why the indictment had been rejected: the evidence, both physical and eyewitness, supported Wilson’s case that he had acted in self-defense.

McCulloch added pointed criticism of the media that drove the case in the first place, ripping the “insatiable appetite” of social media and “non-stop rumors” driven by it. The initial accounts pushed by social media, McCulloch said, were “filled with speculation and little, if any, solid or accurate evidence.” But he saved his harshest criticism for the media machine itself: “The most significant challenge encountered in this investigation has been the 24-hour news cycle and its insatiable appetite for something, for anything, to talk about, followed closely behind with the non-stop rumors on social media.” McCulloch finished by stating that evidence mattered, and that no one’s life should be decided based on “public outcry or for political expediency.”

The lecture was well-deserved.

Just as the media did during the George Zimmerman trial and in the aftermath of Zimmerman’s shooting of Trayvon Martin, the media attempted to cram the square peg of the Wilson-Brown shooting into the round hole of white police racism. That meant portraying Brown as the latest sainted racial victim; this time, rather than the Trayvon Martin narrative of hoodies, Skittles, and iced tea, the media hit upon the notion that Brown was a “gentle giant.” The Brown family, Al Sharpton, MSNBC, CNN, The Washington Post, and other major media outlets ran with the story that Brown was a “gentle giant” who wouldn’t hurt a fly.

Then, it turned out that Brown had robbed a convenience store minutes before his altercation with Wilson.

MISSOURI ACLU NOT INTERESTED IN CIVIL LIBERTIES FOR DARREN WILSON

By Robert Wilde.

In a statement released Monday night, the American Civil Liberties Union affirmed their belief that police are not entitled to fair and just treatment under the law.

Despite the fact that a grand jury spent months evaluating vast amounts of evidence, listened to three coroners’ autopsy reports, and examined myriad ballistic reports and witness testimonies, the ACLU condemned the grand jury’s conclusion not to indict Darren Wilson for the death of 18-year-old Michael Brown.

The ACLU asserted in a statement delivered by Jeffery Mittman, the executive director of the American Civil Liberties Union of Missouri, that Brown’s death is part of an “alarming national trend of officers using excessive force against people of color, often during routine encounters.”

Obama on Ferguson Grand-Jury Decision: ‘This Is an Issue for America’

By Zeke J Miller.

President Barack Obama appealed for calm Monday evening after the announcement that a grand jury declined to indict the Ferguson, Mo., police officer who shot and killed Michael Brown after an encounter in August.

Speaking from the White House about an hour after St. Louis County prosecutor Robert McCulloch announced the long-awaited decision involving the officer, Darren Wilson, Obama called for the incident to spark a larger discussion of race issues in America.

“We need to recognize that the situation in Ferguson speaks to the broader challenges we still face as a nation,” he said. “In too many parts of this country, a deep distrust exists between law enforcement and communities of color.”

Grand jury in Ferguson case does not indict officer in Michael Brown shooting

By Fox News.

There were 29 arrests made after protesters fired more than 100 gunshots, burned dozens buildings, looted stores and vandalized police cars in Ferguson, Mo. after a grand jury did not indict a police officer who shot and killed an unarmed black teenager in August, St. Louis Unified Command said in a press conference Tuesday morning.

Heavily armed police fired pepper spray and smoke canisters to disperse the crowds of protesters. Police seized a .45 mm automatic handgun as well.

“We have no loss of life, but I am disappointed the night turned out this way,” St. Louis Police Department Chief Jon Belmar said.

Belmar said he heard more than 150 shots ring off in the night.

“What I’ve seen tonight is probably worse than the worst night we had in August,” Belmar said.

Violence in Ferguson After No Indictment Announced

By JIM SUHR and ANDALE GROSS.

Protesters smashed windows out of police cars and businesses, several of which were later set ablaze, and officers lobbed tear gas from inside armored vehicles to disperse crowds Monday as violence overtook protests in Ferguson.

Some of the hundreds of people who gathered outside the Ferguson Police Department erupted in anger as St. Louis County Prosecutor Bob McCulloch’s announced that Officer Darren Wilson, who is white, wouldn’t be indicted in the shooting death of 18-year-old Michael Brown, who was black and unarmed.

Protesters overran a barricade and taunted police. Some chanted “murderer” and others threw rocks and bottles. Gun shots rang out a several points during the night, though it was not immediately clear if anyone was hit or any arrests were made related to the gunfire.

By Oscar Y. Harward

Americans are awakening to sadness and anger this morning.  St. Louis County, MO Grand Jury failed to Indict Jefferson, MO police officer Darren Wilson in the death of Michael Brown.

The rioting, vandalizing, looting, and burning that started in August and continued into the night of November 24 is not about racism, but all about terrorism and criminality.

Tax-cheater Al Sharpton, and it appears supported by Obama’s Department of Injustice, Eric Holder, originated and instigates terror and criminality.

Yes, it now appears President Obama and Attorney General Eric Holder may be depending on tax-cheater Al Sharpton as a new community organizer with ISIS supported terrorism as we see in the Middle East and North Africa, then transferred into the USA.

President Obama and his administration, with the support of many Capitol Hill Democrats are now reviving the ugly face of racism, from the1960’s and earlier years of our nation.

Blaming racism for criminality will not work.  Americans are smarter.  President Obama, Eric Holder, Capitol Hill Democrats, and the Main-stream Medias are failing America.  Americans are seeing the illumination as more Democrats move closer to GOP principles.

NO INDICTMENT!! Ferguson Lynch Mob Riots!!

riot-11.jpg?width=240The decision of the Grand Jury in Ferguson has been delivered.

There will be NO indictment of Officer Darrin Wilson on ANY of the possible charges in the shooting of thug and thief Mike Brown.

Now…Ferguson becomes the scene of mass rioting, looting, arson and, most likely, death as

thousands, most of whom don’t even live there, most of whom have no connection other than a shared thug mentality with Mike Brown take to the streets and go on the rampage.

From sources on the ground in Ferguson, my RIGHT SIDE PATRIOTS radio partner Diane Sori and I understand that nearly half a BILLION dollars has been funneled into Ferguson by those wishing the total destruction of the city based on false allegations of racism.

Agitators, the leaders of these mobs, have been paid in the six figures to whip up a combination of hate and white guilt that will incite the violence we are about to see and don’t be one bit surprised if that violence, that ugly mob mentality doesn’t spill over into urban centers around the country.

Obama's Ferguson hypocrisy

This is Maj. Gen. Harold Greene. He Is Highest Ranking Soldier Killed Since Vietnam. He was killed in Afghanistan by an Afghan soldier.

Do you remember President Obama giving a press conference about his death?

Do you remember him sending Eric Holder over to investigate how he was killed and whether there were any racial tones?

Do you recall him sending representatives to his funeral to show respect?

The answer to all these questions is no. There was no mention of his death, there was no investigation and there was no representative at his funeral.

Shame on this President, using this tragedy as an opportunity to tug at the emotions of people who no longer have confidence in his leadership.

It amazes me that everyone wants to dismiss the fact that Michael Brown, robbed a convenience store and attacked a police officer, prior to being killed.

Once again the black community turns a blind eye to the real issues that affect the very lives of our youths. Black on black crime is an epidemic in the black communities. Thousands of black children are brutally killed every year, yet we do not see the Al Sharpton's or Jessie Jackson's, protest their deaths. We do not see the president proclaiming that their lives would reflect the life of his son, if he had one. We do not see Eric Holder demanding answers.

The black community needs to stop with the excuses and victimization. Stop allowing antagonist to come into their community to promote their agenda.

It is time to acknowledge the real issues that are hurting black communities; High crime rates, High unemployment, abortions being used as contraceptives, and high drop out rates.

keeping your heads in the sand until an unfortunate event happens, is no way of living. Stop letting the streets raise your kids. Demand accountability in your neighborhoods.

If the black community doesn't wake up and face reality, they will realize they are extinct, just like the dinosaurs

I am eager to meet and greet all who can help me [ and helping them in return] in assisting me next Nov, for my run in the 37th District NJ for State Rep. Last week at the Teaneck meeting I heard the story of that young man [Brian Aitken] that was arrested for having registed guns in the trunk of his car. Well, what Mr. Aitken, should have communicated to the Police Officer that , he would be willing to open his trunk , without a warrant , But, Thomas, would be very sad and maybe angry if he did that , and also maybe John and James . And I would not want to see tears in their eyes. And when the Police Officer asked, " who is Thomas , James and "this John" ?. Well , I would have said, Mr. Jefferson, Mr. Adam and Mr Madison. You see Officer, Thousands of "young" men and women shed their Red American blood , so we would be able to have a "Bill of Rights".See Officer, Its not me that is refusing you to open my trunk [without a warrant] its our Founding Fathers, asking me from the great beyond to deny you that intrusive illegal request , without a warrant. Furthermore, I will wait anywhere you wish, here , in Jail, until you get that warrant ..... From my study of the legal system, the Officer had no "standing" to get a warrant, and if he did , the evidence, ( the legal guns in trunk) would have been suppressed, the fruit of the poison tree. So Please, fellow Tea Party Members, don't let the Government , State /Federal/ Municipal step on our Rights , if you are in doubt , put the blame on the "Founding Fathers" and say NO!!!!! to any [UNCONSTITUTIONAL] Intrusion by Government officials.
