Obama health care does fail.  And it did my wife, she signed up for it only to find out that because I am disabled and a veteran.. with no income except SSDI and a private disability income I get. she can not get health insurance thru this stupid Obama health care .. Reason they gave her was since I do not file taxes each year .. ( and that is because the IRS said since I get SSID I don't have too ) and they also said since I paid for my own disability insurance .. I did not have to file for that too,  she is a college student .. not working but also my healthcare provider ( taking care of me and going to college she has no taxable income) And since I am enrolled in the VA health care system, I do not have to sign up for this stupid Obama health care..

And here I thought it said everyone can get on this health care fiasco.. but not my wife.. So once again in the government way it messes with our lives. the rule is if I file tax returns then my family would qualify.. hmph.. NOT!!! And that idiot of Obama what a jerk making out that he needs this by signing up for his own Health care.. to show a sign of support for it by doing so .. he is a jerk.. We all know he gets free health care from us the American public..with the tax money I use to pay before I broke me back and the money that you all pay now in Taxes.. what a idiot.. here he gets free medical care has a private doctor and gets to go to Bethesda Medical Centre for his medical care.. and we who try to do what is right are denied , like my wife.  I wonder how many millions of people can not get this health care thing.. I know of quite a few illegals that are getting it .. and they beat the system .. but the honest ones can not get it .. honest people can not get it at all ..

Here I fought for this country, Served proudly and my wife can not get any help from this corrupt Government.. and you know something else.. this health care is just as expensive as the normal insurance if you can afford it .. We looked into this also .. here in NC Blue Cross Blue shield holds 80 percent of the monopoly here. in this state.. They are the main providers of the ACA here ..  now look at this .. a policy for my wife thru them and not thru Oidiot's health care .. Costs 450 dollars a month now when we went on Oidiots' site the insurance was 425 dollars a month, big whopping savings of 25 dollars.. what a joke.. To me .. this whole thing is biased,, if your rich pay your taxes you can get it.. Now here I served my country .. My wife was the biggest person that sacrificed .. with be being gone .. she held the house together.. she served our country too in my book .. So I feel she should be able to get health care thru this  ACA, but no she is denied.. Only way she can get any type of insurance is for me to leave her .. that is what social services says here in my county.. We all here in my town see a lot of people work the system and get free medical .. food stamps  free low cost housing .. people that are able to work .. and the funny thing is .. every 2 years I know of a couple persons that are on social services they get a new car.. how the hell they can do that is beyond me .. but really I know how they do it .. but I will not say oh what the heck .. I will say . they deal drugs.. and live in federal low cost housing, dealing drugs right out of the housing units..

Such a shame . that we have put ourselves to this level . Giving help to those that do not deserve it .. now I do pay taxes .. I pay  land and property taxes and real property taxes each year .. and I know a portion of it goes to supporting those here in Northampton county NC..ones that do not deserve it .. the ones that do deserve it are the elderly that do need help like the lady down the street I know . could use it .. she lost her husband a few years ago . and he was retired but when he died she gets only a portion of his Social security now.. she lives with in her means .. and I see it is not enough.. And another one I knew could have used it a few years ago.. cause I use to help her . I mowed here lawn for just what is cost to by gas .. for my garden tractor.. I did her repairs to her house .. fixed her heater. even took her to the doctors and her dog to the vet for her.. and she tried to pay me for that.. but I told her no.. thank you .. cause see here I found out that she never married and she took care of her parents when she got older till they died .. she never married .. ever had children and she was a loving person .. my son looked at her as his down south Grandmother as we are not originally from here.. We moved here in 1998.. to help my mom take care of my father who was diagnosed with terminal cancer. Now when we lived in New York we had health insurance for my wife.. through social services.. but when we moved here we had her Medicaid transferred to here.. and guess what she lost it .. because they said I made to much money on my disability..  but yet in New York I did not ..

I since found out thru fema . and the us department of agriculture we qualify for food stamps.. not that we need it but I filled out the government forms found out we qualified for 650 dollars of food stamps for my family of 3. so I then printed out the forms and the decision made by (good old uncle Sam) took then to our illustrious department od social serves to se if we could get them .. we actually did not need them .. but just to see what they would say ..well we went .. had a meeting and based on my income the lady said we did not qualify.. so I handed her the forms I filled out and the reply saying we qualified for them from uncle Sam the lady told me that she  did not care what the government said .. but it was they the dept. of social services here in Northampton county NC that makes the decision as to who get it and who does not, the government has no say in who is eligible for it but them .. So in my opinion no mater what if your honest you get screwed by the government no matter what ..  Our illustrious Senator from our district Senator Richard Burr was one of the idiots that voted nay on the  first proposal that the house sent to the senate.. when we had that shut down back in November .. he was right in with Harry Reid. when the house tried to pass that bill .. Senator Richard Burr sold us North Carolinians out . for Obama Care .. He voted for it and it passed . There is no Politian that cares for the people .. all they care about is greed .. money and wealth.

I thought we were suppose to be equal.. but I guess not.. we give billions of dollars to foreign countries in aid trying to by their friendship yet we ignore our own people here. What we need to do is to take care of our own .. bring our men and women home secure our boarders keep illegals out . with out own military.. put our people back to work .. stop the outsourcing of jobs to India, bring back manufacturing to our country.. I see hundreds of factories here in NC died because of outsourcing to countries like India, like Burlington coat factory in Rocky mount NC.. there was a shoe factory in Aulander NC a baby clothing manufacturer in Murfreesboro NC.. and factories all over our state closed do to outsourcing . Shame we let government get involved with big business. just like this stupid health insurance thing..  Obama rating for him has fallen below 40 percent now .. all he has done is coming back to bite him in the arse but I feel it is to late .. I wish it had happened sooner .. then we could have impeach him for treason, lying and deceit.

I wonder just how many people well be turned away from this so called affordable health care that every one is suppose to be able to get..with this final word .. if we do not start to clean our house it will be finished. America needs to get back to the roots it was founded on and the principals set forth in our Constitution that we set forth by our founding fathers.. God Bless America..

For the sake of America, please, please Phil do not surrender. We have seen this scenario played out on countless occasions; the left launching a shock-and-awe gang media assault on someone who dared to publicly challenge political correctness. The target of their wrath is bludgeoned into submission; overwhelmed with daily hit pieces filled with exaggerations, distortions and even lies about the target's original comment and intent.

I am black. In his GQ mag interview, I felt no “evil or racist” intent in Phil Robertson's comments about the blacks he knew in his youth. And yet, Phil's intention is irrelevant to the left. Like sharks smelling blood in the water, they pounced on an opportunity to “trap” Phil; branding him a racist and a hater of homosexuals for simply quoting the Bible.

The left reminds me of the pious, arrogant and elitist Pharisees in the Bible. They hated Jesus for doing good works, miracles and connecting with the people. So, they launched a campaign of word games designed to “trap” Jesus into saying something that would help them to brand Jesus a lawbreaker and blasphemer. The left employs very similar tactics.

These people on the left are despicable. They are not about fairness or truth. They are about furthering their liberal socialist progressive agenda by any means necessary. So if dividing the country along racial lines helps their cause, so be it.

They say the best predictor of future behavior is past behavior. Thus, it does not take a genius to know how the left's war on Phil Robertson, which is really a war on traditional America, will play out.

Phase one is their tsunami of published hit pieces and media pundits branding Phil Robertson a sexist, racist and homophobic. Phase two is to have the whole bowl of left-wing alphabet soup (NAACP, GLAD and NOW) attack Phil from all sides.

Phase three is Sharpton or Jackson demanding that they “get paid” and the offender kiss their ring. In the case of the Duck Dynasty controversy, master exploiter and extortionist Jesse Jackson has taken the lead, demanding that A&E and Cracker Barrel meet with him.

Whether or not A&E and Cracker Barrel bows down to worship Jackson remains to be seen. My plea to Phil Robertson is that he please, please, please do not surrender. Do not on bended knee kiss Jackson’s ring and beg for forgiveness. It would be a mortal blow to the tremendous example he had set inspiring Americans to push back against the tyranny of political correctness.

In every incident of a slip of the tongue or misinterpreted comment by a conservative or a Republican, the left's political correctness police bludgeons them within inches of their political life. The targeted person humbly surrenders and begs for forgiveness; all of which empowers the left, furthers their agenda and adds another notch on their gun.

To my knowledge, Phil Robertson is the first to push back against political correctness with the support of a vast majority of the American people. Thus, to Brother Phil I offer a few pearls of wisdom. In case of a near death experience, do not go to the light. As told to Luke Sky-walker, “Stay away from the dark side”; and when unjustly accused of being a racist, do not kiss Sharpton or Jesse (where's the camera) Jackson's ring.

Phil, surrender would break our hearts. Good folks across America are praying for you.

Like locusts that kill nearly everything in their path, union bosses in Washington State are threatening to destroy thousands of local jobs over changes to Boeing's pension plans.  Without those needed changes, the company will uproot major manufacturing to Right to Work states like South Carolina.  While rank and file union members appear to understand what is at stake, the union leadership continues to play a dangerous game of chicken with the company.

As we have seen with Detroit, union pension demands can easily imperial a city's, and certainly a company's, financial future.  Boeing has paid generously to union pensions but has proposed to remain profitable by replacing the old retirement plans for generous 401k plans.  A vote on the proposed change is scheduled for January 3.

Rejecting the contract offer over the pension change could be devastating to Boeing workers and even the state of Washington, which relies heavily on tax revenue from the industrial behemoth.  If union bosses are successful at defeating the offer, Washington State could even see its credit rating downgraded.  The stakes could not be higher. 84,000 people in the Evergreen state are employed by Boeing but in recent years, because of union demands, the company has been forced to move some manufacturing to other states where union bosses do not hold has much power and sway.

Interestingly, the national Machinist Union recognizes what is at stake is touting the company's offer as a $1 billion upgrade over the existing plan.  It is the local union militants that are demanding even more concessions and are asking members to defeat the proposal and put their own jobs at risk. There is little doubt that defeat of the proposal next week will have tremendous implications both in Washington State and nationally.   

We have seen this movie many times before.  The union that represented Hostess Brands, the maker of Wonder Bread, Twinkies, Ding Dongs and Snow Balls, among many other bakery products, was forced to close shop and 18,500 workers were placed on the unemployment line when the union continued demanding higher compensation, outrageous benefits, pensions and insane work rules.  The company closed its doors and re-opened under new leadership sans a union.  The Washington State Machinist Union would be smart to learn a lesson from the Hostess fight -- stop being ding dongs.

How many can relate to this as a standard for a President? How many actually want to see a President like this in Office? How many want to see some Hope and Change to this in the White House ? President Obama declared over and over and over that Obamacare would allow people to keep their insurance premiums and their doctors, that health insurance would be generally more accessible and that those who did not have insurance would have access to affordable insurance coverage/health care. We now believe those were misleading lies, that was fraud, the tactic was bait and switch, their conduct was malfeasance. Such behavior makes one wonder if they planned on gaining financially from Obamacare, something that also needs to be investigated by the Attorney General. Every citizen who is losing their health insurance premium or having their premiums raised to exorbitant prices under Obamacare can file a complaint with their state's Attorney General's Office against all public officials who perpetuated these misleading lies, this fraud, this bait and switch tactic to enact and implement, against their oaths of office, the Socialist, Constitution-subverting Obamacare and force it on We the People. If successful, such Attorney General investigations typically support civil actions as well.

In the Washington State, RCW 19.230.340 (http://apps.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=19.230.340) prohibits "Directly or indirectly employ any scheme, device, or artifice to defraud or mislead any person, including but not limited to engaging in bait and switch advertising or sales practices." The Washington State Constitution (http://www.leg.wa.gov/LawsAndAgencyRules/Pages/constitution.aspx) provides that impeachment or recall of any elected official may be for "acts of malfeasance or misfeasance while in office, or who has violated his oath of office." RCW 29A.56.110 (http://apps.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=29A.56.110) provides "any legal voter" may file to "demand the recall and discharge" of an elected official for, among other things, "performance of a duty in an improper manner," such as fraud, dishonesty, and using bait and switch tactics to advertise, enact and facilitate Obamacare.

The Washington State Attorney General's Office (http://atg.wa.gov/SafeguardingConsumers.aspx#.Upoul-JPdLN), as well as in other states, is responsible to safeguard consumers from fraud and unfair business practices, such as the Obamacare fraud. If every citizen who has lost their insurance or had their premiums raised to exorbitant prices were to file a complaint with their state's Attorney General's Office and with the Consumer Complaint Agency (http://www.consumercomplaintagency.org/) We the People could take care of this travesty and hold accountable to the public those responsible.

Keep in mind that Obamacare, in requiring extensive insurance coverage and mandating how health care is conducted (via administrative panels), has indeed facilitated insurance premiums to double and triple while limiting actual health care. This is because private insurance companies are profit bound corporations, there being a fiduciary duty to stockholders to make profit regardless of the effect to the insured and are now only accountable to the Department of Homeland Security under Obamacare. Eventually, when enough profits have been extorted, the government will simply take over all health insurance, giving the government complete, Communist control over all aspects of health care. Is that what you want?

To be honest if Ronald Reagan were alive today he would smile and turn toward Jesse Jackson and say.”There he goes again.”  That is about the level of seriousness that the nation should consider in taking any utterance that comes out of the civil rights leader who is on the backend of his race-baiting crusading career. This time Jackson has directed his aim at Duck Dynasty’s Phil Robertson, in order to regain another 15 minutes of national shamelessness.

Rev. Jackson is demanding that A&E network executives meet with him because he and his less than significant Rainbow PUSH Coalition organization as well as the LGBT organization GLAAD still want to get 40 more pounds of flesh out of the Duck Commander, according to Fox News.

It seems that the fact that Phil Robertson has been suspended for the time being by A&E is not enough for the perturbed Jackson.  So in order to find a way to pound in another liberal mainstream nail into Duck Dynasty’s leader he has resurrected the name and imagery of legitimate Civil Right Icon Rosa Parks.

Jackson who has mastered the art of stage subterfuge claimed that what Phil Robertson said in his GQ interview amounted to being “more offensive than the bus driver in Montgomery, Alabama, more than 59 years ago,” according to the Daily Mail

 

Never for a loss for drama and turn of phrases Jackson went on to claim further in his statement, that the 67-year-old Duck Dynasty star’s state Robertson’s statements were uttered, “freely and openly and without cover of the law, within a context of what he seemed to believe was “white privilege,” claimed Jackson

Will the Benghazi murders of our four brave American men ever be solved?  Probably not because the key players have snubbed their noses at Americans pretty much saying, “catch me if you can.”

Darrell Issa has fallen prey to Washington politics anyway you cut it.  This in no way means Darrell Issa has been a willing victim of our defunct judicial system, but it does mean that the Obama Administration has been protected by Obama’s Executive Privilege and Executive immunity.

Darrell Issa did his job and subpoenaed the correct information including telephone calls, emails and other communication sources, but the Obama Administration picked and chose what information would be given to Issa leaving out the pertinent information that would expose or connect him to the Benghazi murders. 

If Mr. Issa could have been privy to all telephone calls, emails and communications the night of the Benghazi massacre, there would be numerous people behind bars as we speak.  But this isn’t the way the Obama Administration works, they altered, changed and rewrote various communications concerning the night our 4 Americans were killed leaving Mr. Issa with nothing but his hat. 

Hang with me and see what has happened to the “key players” in the Benghazi investigation.  It’s hard to believe but it appears that Charlene Lamb, the deputy assistant secretary of state for international programs was the only one on duty at the White House on 9/11/12 – Charlene testified that she watched the Benghazi atrocity in real time.

Obama and Hillary took care of Charlene and placed her on Administrated leave in December 2112 – so one of the key players was removed by Obama and put out of action. * Note at the same time Lamb was hog tied, Hillary swept her office clean removing four midlevel officials who probably could have fingered Hillary, Panetta and Obama.

Next came good old Hillary who stalled when first subpoenaed, because she was banging her head (or something like that), partying and wine testing.   Hillary was definitely the white whale of the entire investigation but she pulled off her testimony under oath with the usual Clinton strategy, lying a lot, yelling and finishing by saying, “What difference does it make?”  Hillary is doing a dress rehearsal for “Clinton” for President as we speak.

Then we have good ole Panetta who managed to step in the Benghazi Gate crap up to his elbows, but somehow slithered away without a scratch.  He testified that the President was pre-occupied and not really interested or engaged in the real time murders were occurring right before his eyes. 

Panetta let Hillary off the hook too saying during all this time our Embassy was under attack; there wasn’t any communication with Hillary Clinton.  He gave Obama and Hillary a clean bill of health by saying, “Don’t ask and I won’t tell.”  Panetta was their guinea pig or Judas goat!

There are many more players who have been shut down by the Obama Administration such as Clapper, Dempsey, Carney, Rice, Petraeus, Pickering, Mullen. Liberal News media and many, many more.  Obama and his Administration have gagged and pretty much hand tied all of these players at this time. 

Over a year since the Benghazi attack and it appears that Darrell Issa has one more investigation that will be silently swept under the rug leaving Americans and the families of the four men nothing but heartache. 

So far Obama appears to have all bases covered in the Fast and Furious gunrunner operation, NSA, IRS, Benghazi and Obamacare – but before 2016 rolls around there will be some brave American Patriot who will honor his or her duty to their Country and fellow Americans – they will take Obama and his Administration down.  It’s only a matter of time and I truly believe in “What goes around comes around.” 

For all Americans it’s important to realize that we’re under the control of a dictator who will stop at nothing including murder as he continues his attack on our Nation.

Well, Christmas Day is a day of celebration for some – welcoming the Christ Child into our humble abodes.  Others deny the birth of Jesus denying  themselves of the greatest gift ever given to mankind (eternal life.)  Still there are millions who celebrates Christmas around the “Jolly Plump” man never once giving a thought to how they will pay off all the charge cards they’ve maxed out.  Regardless of how Americans opt to celebrate December 25^th, there is one constant (ACA) that remains one of our worst fears as we close 2013 and prepare for a New Year.

Forbes is usually pretty dependable on their news reporting, but today I read a brief on Forbes about Obama care that pretty much resembles scrambled “mush.”  Bruce Japsen, contributor for Forbes wrote in his article the healthcare.gov had received 2 million site visits and 250,000 of those visitors were rushing to complete their applications whatever that might mean

At first glance, one would believe that Obamacare was running full steam ahead without any glitches.  But, there’s more to this story and Obama’s gophers keep burying the truth in hopes that success will be just around the corner.  The only real question should be this – how many of our young generation have signed up for Obamacare?  My guess is very, very few!

According to Bruce, the Obama Administration is determined to meet the 7 million by March 1, 2014 and there is where the “Sh—t” will hit the fan.  It wouldn’t matter if they exceeded the 7 million mark if the youth don’t sign up for Obama’s plan.  Just because 1.9 (according to Sebelius) have completed the eligibility process doesn’t mean tiddly poop. So far those 1.9 haven’t chosen any plan so they could pretty much be put into a drive by status meaning they split without choosing or paying for any plan.

803,000 were eligible for some type Medicaid plan – so we’re basically right back to October 1, 2013 with only a handful of takers.  Obama is trying to sell a “pig in a poke” and keeps extending the deadline and payment date for those consumers who are desperate.

2014 will darn sure start out with a bang for Americans – there will be those who lie about needing a subsidy, those who can’t afford the co pay or deductibles and millions more who will find themselves totally uninsured.  Most of those who are insured have lost their primary care physician, hospital and insurer.

We’re heading for a one payer system that will pretty much be in the bag if Obama isn’t stopped prior to December 2014.  In addition to the millions who lost their insurers in 2013, millions more will lose their employer insurance because businesses won’t be able to afford ACA meaning employees hours will be cut back to reduce the cost of employer insurance.

Millions more will drop ACA due to the high co pays and deductibles in 2014.   Obama knew all of this in 2010 and has strategically placed us at the mercy of a Government controlled healthcare plan knowing from the gecko that probably 70 to 80 million or more will be subsidized by the Government.

We’ve just been duped by the Obama Administration one more time for billions already spent on ACA – taxpayer’s money gone forever just like our stimulus package.  Will Obama spend trillions more the next three years to continue his “redistribution” scheme?  Will ACA be repealed and if so what will the the costs and repercussions be to initiate some semblance of normality to our healthcare system? 

Will Obama, Democrats and Republicans be held responsible for NSA, IRS, Benghazi, Fast and Furious, financing the Muslim Brotherhood or will Americans remain at the mercy of big Government for the next three years?

The New York Times' Robert Pear got his pantaloons in a bunch on Christmas Eve over the seemingly endless adjustments by Obama of the Affordable Care Act.

Pear detailed the various adjustments and extensions in an article titled, "Sign-Up Period Extended Again for Health Plan."

His conclusion:

This declaration so impressed the folks at Breitbart, mainly Wynton Hill, and reported as news, that the New York Times had made the statement, apparently, as if to say, "now even the Times is appalled at Obama's dictatorial over-reach."

He did quote a professor Turley from the George Washington University Law School, who said that the Obama administration "...has engaged in a "pattern of circumnavigating Congress in the creation of new major standards, exceptions or outright nullifications..."

Most "astute" people have known this for some time; that is, those that are aware and not afraid to voice their challenges to the President's series of Constitutional breaches. And yet now, it seems, some find a sort of confirmation in certain circles, as if the entire time, they had been holding their breath in hopes that their protests against Constitutional infractions might some day be affirmed and declared correct by an annointed Socialist Lackey in one of their "esteemed" propaganda rags.

Constitutionalists have been, for some time, writing about the President's circumvention of Congress, but have been quiet about the fact that he could only bypass the Constitution if he had first effected a quiet "coup d' etat," a "golpe de estado," a Presidential take-over of the nation, and had assumed his throne as dictator.

He, after all,  stated he would bypass via executive orders, and warned the nation he would do so, if Congress would not cooperate with his agenda.  This, after, he lied about ObamaCare, apparently to get re-elected.

Perhaps he can continue to do this, because the coup we are so quick to credit him with occurred long before he took office, and there have been, as it is becoming more and more apparent, since time immemorial, a series of federal government administrations, along with their accomplices in Congress,and in the Courts, who have, in succession, advanced the ruse that we live in a Constitutional Republic, when we evidently do not.

The question remains:  What are we going to do about it?

Duck Dynasty gave me an unexpected wonderful gift for Christmas; a renewed hope in America. Polling on various social issues confirm that liberals have made significant inroads towards secularizing America into a culture in which anything goes.

The norm on TV is disrespectful kids scolding their parents, cussing, youths sleeping around, the promotion of homosexuality and poking fun at Christians. Traditional principles and values are on the chopping block.

Several months ago, I heard about this cable show, Duck Dynasty, that was kicking American Idol's butt in the ratings on Wednesday nights. Since the recent controversy surrounding the show, I learned that Duck Dynasty is huge; the highest rated show in cable history.

So what does the show's popularity tell me? It tells me that instinctively people are drawn to things wholesome and good; traditional principles and values.

I watched a recently produced family Christmas movie. While it was somewhat enjoyable, a subtext of the movie was the female lead feeling hurt over the male lead's reluctance to ask her to move in with him. Note that marriage was not on her agenda.

Then, I watched my favorites, “It's A Wonderful Life”, “The Wiz of Oz”, “A Christmas Carol” and “The Sound of Music”. There is a reason that millions of people feel their Christmas season is not complete without viewing at least one of these classics. These old movies possess that sappy wholesome intangible something that makes us feel good, safe, warm and happy.

Neither the coarsening of our culture or liberal indoctrination have been able to destroy millions of Duck Dynasty viewer's instinctive attraction to wholesome tradition family values.

So thank you Duck Dynasty. Thank you for letting me know that the battle for the culture of America is not over. Perhaps, Phil Robertson's leadership will inspire more Americans to push-back against the tyranny of political correctness.

I still get a thrill hearing George Bailey say in “It's A Wonderful Life”, “Burt do you know me? My mouths bleedin' Burt! Zuzu's petals! Merry Christmas!”; Judy Garland as Dorothy singing “Somewhere Over the Rainbow”; the nun singing “Climb Every Mountain” in “The Sound of Music”. Yes, I am just a sappy old fashion Christmas kind of guy.

Here is a post I made in response that Karma made to all of us.  What happens to drugs and drug money when confiscated by law enforcement in the country.  I have provide the link to a website that gives a reason explanation until the last paragraph.  That paragraph bothers me.  What do you think.

Well, Karma, I am a little more rested if not misguided doing this on Christmas.  Here is a link from which I copied the info below.  I was sort of okay with this until I got to the last line.  Department of Justice.  That is like dropping a new business in the laps of crooks similar (possibly) to gun running.  I can only imagine what the Mexican government does with it.  Requires further investigation by, I believe, the Senate.  Hopefully we can get other to comment here.

Each jurisdiction has their own set of rules, regulations, and laws, but generally the drugs and money will either be disposed of (by at least two witnesses) or they will be kept. (Drugs can be used for training or future investigative operations. Money goes back to the parent government, NOT the seizing agency.) There is usually some forms that need to be filled out and approved by the chief of the law enforcement organization and the prosecutor's office and/or judge.

If the drugs are kept, they are stored in the property/evidence room and only checked out for operations/training - they're weighed when they leave and weighed again when they come back. If there's any missing and it wasn't used in an approved training or operation, it would be your ass. The drugs could be used for K-9 training or controlled burns (how do you think that cops and confidential informants know what marijuana smells like - they, like the dogs, have to have it signed off in their personnel/training records.) We will also use it to do field test training for those that don't get a lot of exposure to it (probation/parole officers, investigative assistants, confidential informants etc.) Operations is what you suspect - reverse buy/busts or buy/walks.

As I said, money that has been seized (and approved for forfeiture during a hearing) funnels back to the parent government and they disburse it as they see fit. At the Federal level, that is the Department of Justice.

           Pharmacist Refuses to Give Teen Girl an EpiPen – She Dies

A horrendous tragedy that will live with the family of Emma Sloan forever did not have to happen.  This young 14-year-old Dublin teenager was having a nice dinner with her loving family when she mistakenly ate a satay sauce which was made from peanuts.  Her mother who had been eating at the Chinese restaurant with her thought that the sauce was curry. The teen began to experience breathing difficulties according to Opposing Views. 

Not having a potentially lifesaving Epipen with them which would have dramatically halted the allergic reaction, Emma’s mother rushed to a nearby Pharmacy.  With her daughter’s life in the balance, Emma’s mother Caroline pleaded with the Pharmacist to sell her an Epipen.

Instead of allowing Emma’s mother the opportunity to save her daughter’s life, the pharmacist rejected her request to purchase the Epipen.  According to Opposing Views he instead informed her that she should take her daughter to an emergency room.

One of every parent’s most horrible nightmares began to unfold in front of Caroline Sloan’s eyes as she pleaded to no avail with the resistant pharmacist as her daughter lay in the street in anaphylactic shock.

       War on Christmas by Atheists

The War on Christmas is nothing new in America the only difference are the weapons which are being used against it.  Fox News is the only news network which has spent time to focus on the growing number of incidents which deprive children of celebrating Christmas in schools and families being able to celebrate and share Nativity Scenes in many public places.  With the mounting assaults upon Christians religious freedom to publically celebrate Christmas by atheists and ACLU supporters, is the War on Christmas a losing battle?

Some detractors of the celebration of Christmas joy and the true reason for the blessed season have been working nonstop in a number of venues to insure that the message of Christ’s birth is eradicated from any public viewing in America.  Yet, there is no outrage raised when atheists and other secular seasonal efforts are given free reign like Kwanza and other manufactured holidays.

Over the past decade a myriad of lawsuits and threats of lawsuits have been filed against public schools and cities that even propose the placement of a nativity scene in view of supporters of Christmas.  Therefore it is no small wonder that younger adults born between the 1980’s and early 2000s who are part of Generation Y, are increasingly failing to embrace the religious meaning of Christmas.

From a lie made by a general manager in an unemployment case, to the intentional devaluation and disappearance of stock issued by the corporation because of being caught in it, I have been in a living nightmare ever since. It is said that God has a sense of humor… I have seen it and laughed along with Him. LOL, of all the attorneys in Pittsburgh to choose from, I had to find THE WORST ( ask anyone in the Western District of Pa ). One who was perfectly willing to spit in the face of her clients, exhibit blatant misconduct and file a fraudulent document in court, sacrifice her “career”, and place herself in bankruptcy. This all done to protect the Buca name. I now repay in kind by spitting in the face of Buca Inc. former board members and the named attorney. Texas Senator Ted Cruz said he was deeply concerned that "...Congress still has not prohibited President Obama’s ability to indefinitely detain U.S. citizens arrested on American soil without trial or due process..."

His statement reflected his "No" vote for passage of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).  Said Cruz:

"..."The Constitution does not allow President Obama, or any President, to apprehend an American citizen, arrested on U.S. soil, and detain these citizens indefinitely without a trial. When I ran for office, I promised the people of Texas I would oppose any National Defense Authorization Act that did not explicitly prohibit the indefinite detention of U.S. citizens. Although this legislation does contain several positive provisions that I support, it does not ensure our most basic rights as American citizens are protected..."

There were some aspects of the Bill Cruz supported, but the Senator said:

"...Unfortunately, the final outcome of the NDAA bill included provisions that made it impossible for me to support; specifically, Sen. Harry Reid refused to allow a vote on any amendments to protect the Due Process rights of American citizens not to be subject to indefinite detention..."

The statement from Cruz's office asserted that items of the Bill the Senator had worked to help pass included the following:

• A Cruz Amendment requiring an independent investigation into reports of religious discrimination against troops sharing their faith (Section 533).
• A Lee-Cruz amendment that strengthens the protection of religious liberty in the military (Section 532).
• Provision prohibiting the President from selling or transferring the Mount Soledad veterans’ memorial in San Diego to the highest bidder. The ACLU and groups hostile to this veterans memorial have long advocated this transfer (page 298, Joint Explanatory Statement). Sen. Cruz offered a similar amendment on the Senate floor.
• A provision that anonymously surveys chaplains on threats to their faith and their work (Section 534).
• Language from a Cruz amendment to recognize and commend the State Department’s authorization of the Rewards for Justice program for the terrorists who attacked the diplomatic facilities in Benghazi Libya on September 11, 2012 (Sections 1206, Joint Explanatory statement).
• Language from Sen. Cornyn’s amendment, co-sponsored by Sen. Cruz, authorizing the Purple Heart to victims of the Fort Hood terrorist attack (Section 565).
• A Cruz amendment to direct the Secretary of Defense to address the growing threat of a missile attack from the Gulf of Mexico or the southern hemisphere through bolstered missile defense capabilities (Section 238).
• A Cornyn amendment, supported by Sen. Cruz, to prohibit the Department of Defense from using taxpayer dollars to purchase Russian-made helicopters (Section 1255).
• Prohibition of moving Guantanamo detainees back to the United States (Section 1034). Sen. Cruz introduced an amendment in the Senate Armed Services Committee markup to authorize the Department of Defense to transport medical supplies or needed personnel from the U.S. to Guantanamo Bay in order to prevent detainees from being transported to the United States for medical care.
• Prohibition on a new Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) round (Section 2711). Sen. Cruz won adoption of an amendment in committee markup that would have required DOD to conduct an overseas BRAC study before even considering a domestic BRAC round.
• Protection of Servicemen and Women and their Families
• Protection for graduates of home school education to ensure they are not discriminated against in joining the military (Section 573).
• Improved assistance for widows of troops killed in combat (Section 633).

When a US government sets itself above the Constitution. When those elected and entrusted by the people willfully and un-constitutionally elevate their positions above the law.  When a president declares his disdain for the Constitution and resorts to executive powers which only exist within the confines of his own mind.  This is TREASON!  When government brings to bare the forces at its disposal to subdue the governed by laws it excuses itself from compliance of there is Treason and Tyranny.  Those elected to such a government commit nothing less than "high crimes and misdemeanors" by which they expose themselves to arrest and trial by the people.  There is no doubt whatsoever that the government of the 113th Congress, the President elect 2008, the current Supreme Court and the current administration are guilty al all the above violations of the U S Constitution as well as a large number of statute laws of every state in our Republic.  It is time they answered for their criminal behavior, their lies, treason and defiance of the United States Constitution!
