Father we believe that our youth is our hope to change this path of moral self-destruction, help us to focus in their education and our Christian principles and encourage them to love your creation, the beauty of life, flowers, landscapes and all nature. We know that the world is a wonderful creation made by you, our heavenly father; we have seen all that you had made, and it is very good; but the creation is not holy and the creation is not you my Lord. You are the creator of the world and our creator, you are our God and you are holy.

We care, because America will be a better country when all of its children are well educated.

Fellow Texans, we got a challenge that only we as parents can make it a reality. I see an American that needs to be connected by a mutual interest, “our children’s future”. We are a multicultural state divided by race and nationality, with our own agenda and focus only on our own interest; now is the time to change and look toward our future and the economic and welfare of our children.  

This is a wakeup call, our family and children must become our first priority. They are the future of our country and it’s up to us to make sure they get an education and the moral principles to get our country out of this mess and on the path of freedom and prosperity.

The U.S. Department of education predicts that this fall, for the first time in American history, there will be more minority students combined than white students in schools. But while Hispanic children make up a large portion of the minority students in the U.S., the problem lies in the fact that many of them don't graduate from high school, 25 percent fail to graduate.

Our job is to change this trend and make history in America. The future of the whole country, depends on our children being educated and give them the equal opportunity to become the best they can be.

We as parents must joined forces to address this problem, as a community it is in our best interest to stand as one in the promotion of education for our children, all parents should be more involved in their child’s education and on a day to day basis review the work done and monitor your child progress.

The strategy for progress by education.

1-Teacher-Parents partnership. The goal is for teachers and parents to work together to make sure the student is getting to curriculum standard and then raise the standard as they progress.

2-Parents and the church can work on programs to help students that need help, tutoring, sports, social events and the development of moral character and principles, Pastors should also speak about education and the congregation should pray for the progress on the education of students. The church and the parents can be a great impact in helping students perform better in the school.

3-Community leaders and the school. Promote incentives for students to focus on education and future jobs opportunities. Schedule talks that will benefit students and promote their education.

4-Business community and the schools. Promote education to help students succeed in the classroom. Sponsor schools on sports, camping, fishing and most important scholarships.

5-News media and the schools. Promote the importance of education and organize fund drives for scholarship through sport events and 4K runs.

6-Politics and the schools. Get politics out of the education of our children’s, common core is toxic;  this Federal initiative that push for our country to adopt a set of clear college- and career-ready standards for kindergarten through 12th grade in English language arts/literacy and mathematics is political control on education. Texas stands on our right to self-determination and our constitutional rights.

Fellow Americans let’s end this corporate greed.

Fellow Americans, since President Lyndon Johnson waged the war on poverty 50 years ago, Poverty in America is worse. Today more than 50 million Americans live below the poverty line, the poor are worse today than when President Obama took office in 2008.

According to the United States Census Bureau, it reported that the income inequality between the richest and poorest people grew to its widest in 2012, as the census recorded 46.2 million people living in poverty, today is 50 million and more. According to Michael Cembalest, the chief investment officer of JPMorgan Chase, as of 2011, corporate profit margins have reached levels not seen in decades and reductions in wages and benefits of the American worker’s compensation is now at a 50-year low relative to both company sales and US GDP. From 1992 to 2007 the top 400 earners in the U.S. saw their income increase 392% and their average tax rate reduced by 37%. The share of total income in America going to the top 1% of American households after federal taxes and income transfers increased from 11.3% in 1979 to 20.9% in 2007.

 The 2013 study by Thomas Piketty and Emmanuel shows  that the rise in the share of total annual income received by the top 1%, which has more than doubled since 1976, has had a significant effect on overall income inequality in America. Also in 2013, the Economic Policy Institute noted that even though corporate profits are at historic highs, the wage and benefit growth of the vast majority of Americans has stagnated. The fruits of overall growth have accrued disproportionately to the top 1%.

Who are the top 0.1 percent; they are executives, managers, supervisors, city managers, Police chief, Fire Dept. Chief and financial professionals. More than half of them work in closely held businesses; the five most common professions being managers, physicians, administrators, lawyers, and financial specialists. Doctors are more likely than any other profession to be in the 1 percent. According to PolitiFact and others, the top 400 wealthiest Americans have more wealth than half of all Americans combined.

Rising income inequality has been linked to the political polarization in Washington DC. Corporate USA control Washington.  According to a 2013 study published in the Political Research Quarterly, elected officials are more responsive to corporate influences and the upper income bracket and ignore lower income groups.

Fellow Americans, the big picture is the enslaver of the American working class, the monetary incentive to protect the concentration of wealth on the rich, is aimed to the government, key lawyers, the Army and law enforcement. Americans need to wake up and see this ill economic strategy to control the US and world economic. We need to connect the dots, since Ronald Reagan they start this aggressive take over by the use of military intervention, free trade treaties, the outsourcing of jobs and control of foreign government by bribery and corruption, for the purpose of controlling the natural resources of the third world nations. We become the world’s bully and the economic predators of the world and deprive Americans and the world working class of a humane living wages.

Fellow Americans, Let’s end this shameful history of American exploitation we must demand a just compensation for the people that create wealth for the rich capitalist sector. The truth is that wealth is created by labor and capital, 70% labor and 30% capital, labor comprises of physical energy, intellectual input and life of the worker, money is the means to capitalized capital equipment and infrastructure.  To provide an environment for peace and prosperity we must value humanity and introduce a minimum wage, this will countervail a decline of wages in the low-pay workers. A minimum wage could also be good for the economic because the poor will expend in goods and services and re-store the dignity of the American worker, let’s face it; Americans do not want charity they want to be self-sufficient; this is an opportunity for the government to limit payments for welfare benefits. Moreover, a minimum wage would, motivate employees to be more productive.

This is Ferguson, Mo. in August 2014.

This is the terrible reality of what happens when authority goes wrong. Ferguson, Mo. Police become an armed force in August 2014. Even if the killing of Michael Brown, a black man;  was a case of justified armed violence, we are left with the same nasty taste: policing in the US has become a beast of terrifying burden, a dark promise of local brutality. The real story has been the sight of overpowering police forces confronting unarmed protesters who are seen waving signs or just their hands.

The case of Ferguson, with its police forces resembling an armed force, suggests that under the pretense of establish security; the protections of the people is being place in jeopardy and their constitutional rights trashed by an unruly policing manual, stacked to the brim with military kit. This militarization of the police forces in our country is the result of the patriot act. Our Bill of Rights is being demise under the pretense of “war on terrorism”. The Department of Homeland Security, that creature of feigned protectiveness, has been getting police authorities drunk with military grade hardware via “anti-terror grants”. We must stop the militarization of our police force; this military police force is inflicting terror on a civilian population that should be free of police brutality and abuse of power. We the people that should be protected by our police, become the victims of the police military manual that no citizen wants.

Protect your God given constitutional rights; contact your city mayor and councilman’s and stop the militarization of your city police force, their job is to protect the citizens not terrorize and abuse them

Fellow Americans, we need to recognize that poverty and this huge number of dysfunctional families that is a great part of the US communities is the result of drug abuse. In 1971 Richard Nixon declared that drug abuse was the "public enemy number one”; and Nixon was right. The policies implemented to reduce the illegal drug trade and the prevention and rehabilitation of drug addicted was the beginning of the war on drugs. Today the United States is the number one importer and consumers of illegal drugs, we are fighting this war on drugs for 43 years and the drug epidemic has grown to the point that is destroying millions of families, over 30 million American are drug addicts and the cost is over trillions of Dollars and growing.

Fellow Americans, Drug is money and money is power; we learned that our own government, The CIA, DEA and the FBI are in the drug trafficking business, my question is; how can we win a war in which the ones that supposed to do the fighting are the ones that are committing the crime and destroying our communities?.  Our government is so corrupt that is control by the corporations and all is about money, the CCA—the largest company in the nation’s private prison industry, had made the first-ever outright purchase of a state penitentiary. Fellow Americans you need to connect the dots; 1- declare a drug war 2- Use our CIA-DEA-FBI and local law enforcement to invade our country with drugs, 3 Arrest and confinement of the drug felons (benefit lawyers and the corrupt judicial system) 4-  benefit the private prison corporations 5- politicians exploited the issue they created to get re-elected. This war on drugs will never end because it is not in the best interest of this corrupt system of government, and they want more;  Now let’s get the drug traffickers out so they can get more of our people using drugs and we have more of the same.

We are the solution to this war on drugs, do not depend on the government to stand for our families, community and our country, they are our enemy. Seek the truth, stand by the truth and seek the solution. We can change the world when we stand united as one for truth and justice.

George W. Bush is a war criminal, a sycophant that under the protection of the presidential office commit a number of crimes against foreign nationals and our own American people.

The Bush Administration has consistently opposed to an international court that could hold US military and political leaders to a uniform global standard of justice. The Clinton administration participated actively in negotiations towards the International Criminal Court treaty, seeking Security Council screening of cases. If adopted, this would have enabled the US to veto any dockets it opposed. But the Bush administration, in 2001 as the Court neared implementation, adopted an extremely active opposition and now we know why; to seek impunity for crimes he had plans to commit.

Bush plan to insure impunity on his crimes, in 2001 adopted an extremely active opposition to the International court. Washington began to negotiate bilateral agreements with other countries, insuring immunity of US nationals from prosecution by the Court. As leverage, Washington threatened termination of economic aid, withdrawal of military assistance, and other painful measures to nations that do not support Bush. The Bush administration by refusing to sign and be part of the international court set a precedent of double standards on international criminality. The US is the number 1 advocate of international criminal justice for others, but refuses to subject its own officials to the jurisdiction of the ICC, even going so far to threaten the use of military force in The Hague if the ICC indicts any US citizens; while political leaders, in sovereign African states and South America are subject to international criminal law. Are we special that we can commit crimes against humanity and have complete impunity for these crimes?. I believe that we the average people of this country are not part of this abuse of international law, we believe that the rule of law must be implemented consistently and for people to take it seriously, and not only when it’s convenient for the U.S.

Universal jurisdiction allows states or international organizations to claim criminal jurisdiction over an accused person regardless of where the alleged crime was committed, and regardless of the accused's nationality, country of residence, or any other relation with the prosecuting entity. Crimes prosecuted under universal jurisdiction are considered crimes against all, too serious to be tolerate by jurisdictional arbitrage.

The concept of universal jurisdiction is therefore closely linked to the idea that some international norms are towards the entire world community, as well as the concept of as being fundamental to the maintenance of an international legal order and that certain international laws and obligations are binding on all states of the world community.

The Obama administration is next on line to be prosecuted, and the people of this United States should support our participation in the Court's governing bodies and should provide support for the Court's ongoing prosecutions to criminalized human rights violation and crimes against humanity.

The most serious crimes of concern to the international community as a whole must not go unpunished. The ICC statute says the purpose of the court is to prevent impunity. According to Amnesty International, a proponent of universal jurisdiction, certain crimes pose so serious a threat to the international community as a whole, that states have a logical and moral duty to prosecute an individual responsible for it; no place should be a safe haven for those who have committed genocide,  crimes against humanity, extrajudicial executions, war crimes, torture and forced disappearances.

The United Nations Security Council Resolution 1674, adopted by the United Nations Security Council on 28 April 2006, "Reaffirmed the provisions of paragraphs 138 and 139 of the 2005 World Summit Outcome Document regarding the responsibility to protect populations from genocide, war crimes, ethnic cleansing and crimes against humanity and commits the Security Council to action to protect civilians in armed conflict.

Obama is safe while in office, but justice will be serve.

Immunity for state officials.

On 14 February 2002 the International Court of Justice in the ICJ Arrest Warrant Case concluded that State officials may have immunity under international law while serving in office. The court stated that immunity was not granted to State officials for their own benefit, but instead to ensure the effective performance of their functions on behalf of their respective States. The court also stated that when abroad, State officials may enjoy immunity from arrest in another State on criminal charges, including charges of war crimes or crimes against humanity.  But the ICJ qualified its conclusions, saying that State officers "may be subject to criminal proceedings before certain international criminal courts, where they have jurisdiction. Examples include the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, and the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda and the future International Criminal Court."

Fellow Americans, police brutality is an epidemic that must be stop. Our country police officers become the arresting, prosecutors and judges. Violation of the constitutional rights of the citizens of most states in this union is rampant and is done by the people that took the oath being prescribed by Section 3331, Title 5, United States Code.[1]. I just called the Marion County Sheriff's Office and they refused to talk about this incident of violation of the constitution rights of this citizen of Florida. The video show that the officers use excessive force and violated the constitutional right of the person being arrested. In Ferguson, what was supposed to be a peaceful protest against police brutality Sunday night turned into a night of violence in the area.  The problem is that many of the policemen are sycophants and sociopaths, they are not trained to deal with the people, they do not have the ability to listen because they think that they are the law and above the law, they commit crimes and violate the oath they took, they constantly violated the constitutional and civil rights of the people which is a crime; they do not have a license to kill anyone or arrest anyone without a probable cause,  but they don't care because they work under the umbrella of the patriot act and their corrupt department. Fellow Americans we can change this culture of corruption and this police abuse of power and the criminal behavior of corrupt police officers. We have our constitutional rights and we should never compromise our rights for fear to being arrested. I call on all the people that see this video to pass this on and send a letter to your congressman and senator to deal with this issue of police abuse. We can re-store our values and principles in our country, no one is above the law. Policemen are to protect and serve the people, not to abuse them and violated their constitutional and civil rights. The hope and the future of our country is the youth of our country.

The problem we are facing today is due to the ramification of the Washington politicians policies, regarding the economics of this country. Washington demise the opportunity of Americans to work and be self-sufficient. Ronald Reagan passed legislations that start the free trade agenda that destroy millions of Americans factories and deprived Americans of the opportunity to work and earn a living in America. Americans are in complete denial of the harm done to this country the free trade agenda and globalization. Millions of jobs lost, trillions of Dollars in trade deficits, the making of the welfare state, the increased of poverty in America, the making of millions of dysfunctional homes, the loss of family values, the increase of crime, the increase of government corruption and the coming demise of our country as we know it. The love of money and power is the evil that destroyed this beautiful country. We become a country without values and morality, the only thing that matters is what we want and most of us are willing to do anything to get it; we have become a country without moral leadership and authority, where police officers justified their criminal activities by saying; "The President violated the law, so I can do it to" It is a great shame that most of us become ostriches that buried our head in the sand and ignored everything that is taken place in our country, that is destroying our beloved country.

Fellow Americans, we must wake-up before is too late. The hope and the future of our country is the youth of our country, we must do our very best in educating our children’s and teach them, Our US Constitution, Character and moral values, love for our country and our heritage and Christian principles. We must recruit millions of our youth educate them and help them to take part on our political arena, we need to build a new political body, statesman that believe in our country and want to be in government not to get rich at the expenses of the people; but to represent the people and work to make America the country that used to be. The future depends of us and not one else, we can not depend in our government or trust on this government they are corrupt, from the core out. God is in our side we will take our country back and re-store our character, moral and Christian principles.

Repeal of the Patriot Act and restore our constitution “THE BILL OF RIGHTS”

Background on the Patriot act.

On September 11, 2001; when terrorists attacked and caused the destruction of the World Trade Center. In response to the attack, President George W. Bush declared a War on Terror and soon thereafter Senators from both sides of politics started working on legislation that would give law enforcement greater powers to prevent and investigate terrorism in the United State. The Patriot Act was written by Jim Sensenbrenner and passed. The Patriot act increased the authority of the Federal Agencies with the understanding that the act was necessary for law enforcement, within the bounds of the Constitution, to discharge the obligation to fight this war against terrorism. The history of the enforcement of this act comprises a huge record of violations of our constitution, the Bill of rights and the rule of law. This act have given the power to the law enforcement of this United States to become criminals and void the rights of the people and the following amendments of our constitution; I, IV and VI. Now the law requires that all political representatives of the people and all employees of the government to take the oath and swore, pledge to defend our constitution, but they in fact become traitors that made our country a police state, just like Nazi Germany.

We the people ask the congress, to follow our constitution and do not compromise our rights under the pretense of fighting terrorism, since we know that our own government is the main actors of crime and corruption in our country, they are the ones that terrorist the people and spy on all of us including our own congress; are the members of congress terrorist?; I doubt it.

Patriots, we need one million letters, hard copies send to congress to repeal the patriot act, and make a criminal offence to spying on Americans and violating the oath to defend the constitution. No one is above the law in our country, no one.

The CIA, The FBI, The DEA and the NSA are criminals, trained murders that made our reputation of American Imperialist and created the hate toward Americans all over the world, the world hate us because the crimes and the killings of innocent people done by our corrupt government in foreign countries to control the natural resources and commerce in these countries. Fellow Americans, this corrupt government colluded with the US News media to betray the people of this country and keep them misinformed to gain the support of the people to commit all the crimes and killings perpetrated against foreign nationals and Americans that know too much and were a threat to the criminals by exposing the truth.

Washington is corrupt, our hope is the youth of our country, we must prepare them to take our country back and re-store our moral leadership and authority in our country, from Washington to all the states government. We have some good people in Washington that refused to compromise the integrity of their office and their honor, they are our heroes and we praised them they will be the base of the new America, an America that we will be proud off. Fellow Americans this is the truth; our government is evil, they are traitors that betray our trust and faith on our system of government. They trashed our constitution and God’s law, which is the base of our constitution.

Fellow Americans united in faith we will rebuild our nation base in God’s law. I Belief that love each other is a commandment of God and the necessary practice of it by the believers that are saved by the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. This is God’s law “Love you neighbor as yourself, this is Jesus commandment”, meaning that we are all equals and what you do to another must be done to you. The Bible and the Koran are also connected to each other and Jesus is viewed as a Prophet by the Muslim world. We belief in the absolute Divine inspiration of the Holy Scriptures and that the Holy Spirit come from the Father and from the Son to convert the world of sin, show us justice and wisdom, to sanctify, comfort, regenerate and know those who believe in Jesus Christ, granting and empowering the believers with spiritual gifts to lead our nation to freedom and liberty as the fathers of our country intended to be. The fathers of our great nation give us the US constitution that confirms our God’s given natural rights to freedom and liberty. Fellow patriots we must defend our constitution and never compromise it for any reason; nothing matters but our constitution and our sovereignty. Our freedom is non-negotiable.  

Wars are evil manifestation of man hate and greed for power and control. We know that man is totally sinful and master of deception and that to justified wars he fabricated motives to convince us to be part of their aggression toward others and start wars. Today the world is in a crisis created by greed for power and money and we are the main actors of this world crisis because we made a pact with the devil to create the new world order, one government that will control everything and our freedom.

Fellow patriots, we are the hope of America. We should not continue being neither the world police force nor the protectors of the multinational corporations or the Banking financial system. We must direct our attention to the needs of the American people. No more wars by the will of the president, war must be declare and finance by congress vote and approval. We have a president with limited authority, not a dictator or King.

2014 and 2016 elections will be the turning point to re-claim our constitution, our God given rights and the rule of law, ”God’s law not man law”. We must elect politicians that will not sell out to this Washington system of corruption and believers of our constitution, our laws that are in agreement with our constitution and be willing to re-peal any laws that demise our freedom, control our economic and exclusive are for the benefit of especial interest or corporations.

Marion Co. Fla. Police brutality

Fellow Americans, police brutality is an epidemic that must be stop. Our country police officers become the arresting, prosecutors and judges. Violation of the constitutional rights of the citizens of most states in this union is rampant and is done by the people that took the oath being prescribed by Section 3331, Title 5, United States Code.[1]. I Just called the Marion County Sheriff's Office and they refused to talk about this incident of violation of the constitution rights of this citizen of Florida. The video show that the officers use excessive force and violated the constitutional right of the person being arrested. The problem is that many of the policemen are sycophants and sociopaths, they are not trained to deal with the people, they do not have the ability to listen because they think that they are the law and above the law, they commit crimes and violate the oath they took, which is a crime but they don't care because they work under the umbrella of their corrupt department. Fellow Americans we can change this culture of corruption and this police abuse of power and the criminal behavior of corrupt police officers. We have our constitutional rights and we should never compromise our rights for fear to being arrested. I call on all the people that see this video to pass this on and send a letter to your congressman and senator to deal with this issue of police abuse. We can re-store our values and principles in our country, no one is above the law. Policemen are to protect and serve the people, not to abuse them and violated their constitutional rights. Fellow Americans, we are in support of Israel to defend them-selves, but this conflict is getting to the point that the intervention of the world community is a must. The world community has a moral obligation and the responsibility to stop the killings and to implement a humanitarian intervention to seek peace in the region. Violence and retaliation promotes more violence specially if is done by a powerful country against a less powerful country with limited military force.

This in fact is a violation of the individual sovereignty-human rights of the people of Palestine that are no part of the Hamas terrorist army; the state of Palestine sovereignty includes an obligation of guaranteeing their citizens security and basic needs. When states do not meet these conditions, they are often called failed and collapsed states, and thus their sovereign status is affected, and an external interference is necessary to stop the violence and the killings of innocent people.

Because international law is based on the support of human rights and the individual sovereignty the world community must take action now and stop this killing of innocent people and get Israel and Palestine to negotiate a peace that guaranty the human rights and security of the people, since the people’s rights and sovereignty must not be in jeopardy by the actions of the State or any political or military force that they are not in support off and undermines the people’s right of self-determination.  

This should not be an act to dilute the power and sovereignty of any of the countries involved is this conflict, but to insure the sovereignty and human rights of the people of Israel and Palestine.

The Jewish and the Palestine people have the right for self-determination, peace and harmony in their historic homeland; Palestine belongs to the Jewish and Arabs and they must learn to live together and end this long 18th hundred conflicts and retaliation.

This invasion of illegal immigrants is not new for the last 3 years we had knowledge that unaccompanied children from Mexico, Honduras, Guatemala, and El Salvador enter the US illegally, The Dept. of Home Land Security, The Border Patrol, The Border Governors, congress, The President and the US. Dept. of justice and most Washington politicians have knowledge of this illegal invasion of foreign nationals. The proposed legislations and initiatives to stop this immigration problem from Congress, Home Land Security and the law enforcement is a charade to appease the people that was concern about the issue and send letter to congress asking to protect the border.

The increase in unaccompanied children seeking asylum, it is not a refugee problem, in reality this is an acceleration of the Agenda to form the North American Union,  it is not the lack of capacity from the Border Patrol to secure our Borders, but the deliberate actions of our government to reemphasizes the people and Congress’s that our immigration system is broken and that will be fix by passing  the comprehensive immigration reform that will address the invasion and the 12 million illegal immigrants that are in our country illegally  for many years.

The truth is that our government plan and executed the demise of the core of the citizenry of our country to form a country without a firm ideology and principles by promoting the immigration of a multiplex ideology, principles language, religion and morality, we cannot communicate and we are complete divide and easy to control; that is their plan and look like they have accomplished, the creation of a “babel tower”; divided by the language, principles and ignorant of our constitution or what American stand for.

Fellow Texans we are in the last days of the USA being a sovereign country, accountable to the American people. With the North American Union come the demise of our constitutional rights and our freedom and also the enslaver of the people of Mexico, The USA and Canada. The control of natural resources and human capital is the objective of the American elite through the North American Union; no borders or laws that prevent them to have absolute control of the people and the economic. Fellow Texans we, California, Arizona and New Mexico are the hope of America.  Being the USA as we are today is a must, our constitution must be defended at all cost it guarantees our freedom and our state sovereignty.
