Let me be as crystal-clear as I can be. Madison and Jefferson–and even super-nationalist Hamilton– warned us against an unregulated judiciary.
Per the Constitution, the supreme law of the land, Trump’s within his constitutional authority to IGNORE lawless judicial “rulings”. This also extends to constitutional Congressional acts somehow divinely deemed by the courts to be unconstitutional.
We have forgotten that court rulings are NOT enforceable rulings or law. They are unenforceable OPINIONS, and nothing more. Their opinions don’t have the force of law, but of “moral authority”. Drill that paragraph into your head.
In short, since officers in each branch of the federal government take an oath to preserve, protect and defend the constitution, by these officers’ permitting unconstitutional judicial opinions to be treated as law they are VIOLATING their oaths of office.
Trump should have the moral clarity to nullify/ignore judicial rulings/opinions which are, like the 9th circuit’s recent “ruling”, blatantly lawless usurpations of the Constitution and of Executive authority.
People, read Art III and Article VI para 2 of the Constitution.The supreme law of the land are NOT the presumably divine pronouncements of the federal judiciary, but the CONSTITUTION itself. And until we understand this, judicial tyranny will continue.
As for me, I don’t want a gaggle of unelected, entirely mortal, corruptible, black-robed unaccountable jurists to continue ruling our country and our lives.
The final arbiters of what is and what is not constitutional are We the People, and that’s precisely how our founders saw it. If we continue to permit judicial tyranny to rule our lives we are unwitting–or willing–agents of our republic’s self-destruction.
Finally, it is well past time to initiate an amendment to tighten up restrictions on the judiciary by returning the federal judiciary, top to bottom, to its original role as clearly expressed by our founders. But, first, we must all READ THE CONSTITUTION and the words of Madison, Hamilton and Jefferson–not revisionist case law which has served only to subvert original intent and meaning.
Until we get this right, this republic remains but a fiction.

The IMF admits neoliberalism fuels concentration of wealth and poverty.
Fellow Americans, our revolution is to repudiate this corrupt Washington establishment and reclaim our unalienable rights. The fact is; that for many years our country is being run by the Transnational corporation, the Bankers, the IMF, the U.S Federal Reserve Banks and the special interest. They are part of this network that in collusion with the Washington politicians formed the Washington establishment. The Washington establishment objective is to pass legislation that will promote and establish the economic and political ideology of the new world order. All the free trade agreements, the promotion of neo-liberalism and the neo-colonization and the military interventions in foreign countries are part of the agenda to demise the sovereignty of the United States and other countries, and form economic blocks that will be under the control of the world’s oligarchs that control the multinational corporations, the IMF, the world Bank. The WTO and many other organizations that are connected to this network of corrupt elements that are driven by the love of money and power.
Protest and civil disobedience it is not going to fix the economic mess created by Ronald Reagan and Margaret Thatcher. We the people can change this path of self-destruction and eradicate forever the Neo-liberalism policies that destroyed millions of lives, not only in America but the world over. We are also to be blame for the implementation and the 30 years of neo-liberalism in our country.
The true is that we can’t not trust in our government agencies, our politicians or the corporate news media, they are the establishment; the network of corruption that created this mess by lying and deceiving us.
Today we have a new President, we the people has shown the world the power of the people to change the path of evil, corruption and betrayal; we elected Donald Trump because we are fed-up with this corrupt establishment. It is clear that we have win our first battle against this corrupt establishment, the war against government and corporate corruption will continue until we the people take our country back and reclaim our constitutional republic and our democracy; we must never forget that our country is base in moral values and we are a country by the people and for the people. This institution that we call our government has only one responsibility; to stand and defend our U.S. Constitution, the rule of law, our God given rights, our freedom, our liberty and our economic and welfare.
The war against this corrupt establishment will continue, we must purge the congress and the senate and get the career politicians out and replace them with statesmen that care about we the people.

I am 79 years old and I have experienced the takeover of our country by the oligarchs. It is the super-rich and the elite of the Republican Party Neocons warmongers that in a strategic partnership systematically are pushing back the progress of the American working class and all the effort of growing and improving our national economy. Via the mainstream news media the propaganda machinery that feed the people their unchecked misinformation and disinformation, the Republican Party Neocon Elite has even shanghaied the emotional support of everyday ordinary Republican and Americans into taking non-sensible political positions against their own best economic and self-interests.
Today the people is waking up and seeing the results of the policies that were implemented by the puppets of the oligarchs “The majority of the neocons Republicans and the Democrats whores” that sell out to the oligarchs. Americans today find themselves to an increasingly unaffordable healthcare, a true unemployment of 18% with no private sector job or growth opportunities, poor quality education and few good teachers that really care to educate our children, a police force that is overpay and abuse their power and become the number one killers of the minority in this country. The American worker is the one that suffer the consequences, no one can denied that most American today work for slave wages that it is not enough to cover their family living expenses such as food, housing, health insurance, gas, and other things they need; we are on the path toward a third-world country, but it is not too late to change this path of self-destruction, millions of people recognize what is happening and they are join the people’s political revolution to help all of us the ordinary American, in a sustained effort to get off our country from the path toward a third world country status. Thanks God we have some Republicans and Democrats that believe in our country’s mission, that our country was founded by the people and for the people; under the ideology that our government was formed to protect and defend our God given freedom and liberty to self-determination. Our US constitution and our Bill of rights it is based on the Bible principles “The laws of nature are the laws of God, whose authority can’t be superseded by no power on earth.”
It is not too late to recognize, that what is happening in our country is the result of greed for power and money, the love for money destroy our nation moral values and responsibility. God is giving us hope to take our country back and reclaim our moral principles, take responsibility for the making of our future and embrace God’s laws as our guiding light to build a country with moral responsibility toward all humanity.

In today’s hearing, the Democrats' shameless effort to deliberately and wholly distract attention from Hillary’s felonious behavior with respect to emailgate and AG Lynch’s consistently stonewalling relevant emailgate queries were on full display. It was sickening..
The primary purpose of the Republican committee members’ questions to the AG was to determine whether or not there is a difference between “extreme carelessness” and “gross negligence”, and whether or not “intent” is necessary to prove that US Code Section 793 was violated. Asked again and again what the legal distinction was, AG Lynch routinely deferred to Comey and her “team “ of career Justice Department attorneys. After all, she’s only the Attorney General. Why would she be expected to answer such a legal question?
Committee Democrats' deflecting attention from Hillary’s “extreme carelessness” by pretentiously asserting their caring about “more important” issues like the death of black victims in Louisiana and Minnesota as well as the assassination of five Dallas police officers was their painfully self-serving way of dodging the burning issue of Hillary's lawlessness and electability--the Rule of Law obviously of considerably less concern to them.
Once again, the ideological lines have been drawn, and there is zero interest on the part of the Democrats to uphold their oath of office and to honestly, objectively address Hillary’s lawlessness.
Who suffers by this charade and gross irresponsibility: nothing less than the Rule of Law and the Constitution of the United States. And without either, there can be no equal justice under the law, no Liberty, no republic, and, most certainly, no chance for restoring public trust in government.
In short, we, once citizens of America but now subjects of Leviathan, have again been duped, dismissed and utterly ignored.
Get this through your heads: this is no longer a constitutional republic; this is now very clearly a country where the rule of Man, not of Law, is preeminent.
Welcome to the Banana Republic of America—clearly NOT the country for which I and my veteran friends fought and died, and certainly not the country for which those thousands of patriots who preceded us were maimed and died in her defense.
We must now look to our Founders for solace, yes, but also for their wise counsel and remedies. Those Founder-sanctioned and inherently rightful remedies are Civil Disobedience to express our unwillingness to submit to intolerable acts of government, State Nullification of unconstitutional federal acts in order to restore the State-Federal balance of power, Secession to defend constitutional order on at least the State level, or Rebellion in the face of tyranny.
The choice before us couldn't be more stark: to restore our constitutional republic--while we are still able to do so--or to accept submission to Leviathan.

Neo-Liberalism is the biggest crime and deception against the American people and humanity.
This is the political ideology of Neo-liberalism.
The main points of Neo-liberalism should be taught in every school in the United State; this is of most importance because the American youth have the right to learn and get to know the policies of this country to choose their path to their economic freedom and the future of our country.
THE NEO LIBERALISM RULE FOR THE WORLD MARKET.
1- “Liberalization” that frees corporations and private enterprise from any controls imposed by the government or any world state that interfere in international and national commerce; no matter any damage to the environment or how much social damage this causes.
2- Get the support and collaboration of the IMF, The World Bank, The WTO, The Federal Bank and U.S corporations for the international promotion of the Neo-liberalism policies to facilitate international trade and investment, as in NAFTA and other U.S. trade agreements.
3- Be competitive in the world market by demising the Unions and reduce wages by de-unionizing workers and eliminating workers' rights that had been won over many years of struggle.
4- Work with government officials to promote the subsidizing of export and no national price controls.
5- To get corporate total freedom of movement for capital, manufacturing plants and technology to produce goods and services for the good of the U.S people; under the slogan that "an unregulated market is the best way to increase economic growth, which will ultimately benefit everyone." It's like Reagan's "supply-side" and "trickle-down" economics -- but somehow this created the huge concentration of wealth in America. Wealth didn't trickle down to the American working people
6- Cutting public expenditure for education and all social service and health care.
7- Privatizing the government institutions and the enforcement of the laws and even maintenance of roads, bridges, water supply, and transportation in the name of reducing the government role to benefit the private corporations
8- Coercing government officials to get government subsidies and tax benefits for the rich, the corporations and the Bankers
9- Reduce government regulation of everything that could diminish profits, including protecting the environment and safety on the job.
10- The promotion of “PRIVATIZATION”. Sell state-owned enterprises, goods and services to private investors and corporations. This includes banks, key industries, railroads, toll highways, electricity, schools, hospitals, jails and even fresh water. All this was done by bribery and coercion in the name of greater efficiency; privatization has mainly had the ill effect of a coercive monopoly and the concentrating wealth in a few hands and making the public pay even more for services and other needs.
11- Promoting individual responsibility by eliminating the concept of government, corporate and community public social and ethical responsibility. Placing the sole burden of meeting the needs of the poor people in our society on them, and pressuring them to find the solutions for their own health care, education, social security and retirement all by themselves and blaming them, if they fail, by label them as lazy people that don’t want to work.
American Neo-Liberalism is the biggest crime and deception against the people of the United States and the world. Around the world, neo-liberalism has been imposed by the CIA and the powerful financial institutions like the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the World Bank and the Inter-American Development Bank. It is raging all over Latin America. The first clear example of neo-liberalism at work came in Chile (with thanks to University of Chicago economist Milton Friedman), after the CIA-supported coup against the popularly elected Allende regime in 1973. Other Latin America countries followed, with some of the worst effects in Mexico where wages declined 40 to 50% in the first year of NAFTA while the cost of living rose by 80%. Over 20,000 small and medium businesses have failed and more than 1,000 state-owned enterprises have been privatized in Mexico. As one scholar said, "Neoliberalism means the neo-colonization of Latin America."
In the United States neo-liberalism is destroying the workers union, attacking the rights of labor (including all immigrant workers); demise welfare programs; and cut backing social programs. The Republican "Contract" on America is pure neo-liberalism. Its supporters are working hard to deny protection to children, youth, women and our planet itself; environment protection is a joke Oil franking destroyed the water supply in many states. The Republicans and Democrats are trying to trick us by deception into acceptance of this ill policy by saying this will "get government off our back." The beneficiaries of neo-liberalism are a minority of the world's people “The one per cent”. For the vast majority of the world community it brings more suffering and poverty than before.
Knowledge will give us the power to demise this greedy policy; Neo-Liberalism is the biggest crime and deception promoted by the U.S. and the UK; in fact is the strategy of the oligarchs for the colonization of the undefended small countries of the world. The fact is that most Americans are being brainwash and indoctrinate into believing that Capitalism and the neo liberalism economic system is better than Democrat socialism.
Neoliberalism, Is the Republicans and Democrats politico-economic theory favoring free trade, privatization, minimal government intervention in business and the reduced of public expenditure on social services and education. Under the constitution, corporations or rich individuals should not band together and do, through government's coercive power, that which is not lawful between individuals. This is a fact, today every department agency of our government is overwhelm with the presence of corporate lobbyists and corporate executives in our government bribing our politicians and turning the government against its own people. Washington D.C is occupied by the greedy U.S. Corporations, every department agency is controlled by the corporations and the bankers; Washington is corporate occupied territory and the oligarchs control our country.
It is immoral for this corrupt government to put money and the greedy U.S. Corporations and the Bankers before the needs of the American people; this government wasted trillions of Dollars to secure the control of the oil reserves in the Middle East, expended billions in undermine foreign countries and overthrow their government for the sole purpose of protecting the interest of U.S. Corporation and the control of these countries natural resources, our government is run by criminals, Psychopaths, sociopaths, narcissists, that will not stop sending our soldier to kill innocent people in foreign countries; we are the sole responsible for the genocide in the Middle East, millions killed for nothing the whole world is worse than before we attack Afghanistan and Iraq; by proxy wars we destroyed the Middle East and created the exodus of millions of innocent people.
Today the Obama’s agenda is to impose the neo-liberal policies and undermine Latin American countries by funding political oppositions to governments that do not support the U.S. colonization foreign policies; they use collaborators, grantees and agents of Washington, to channeled multi-million dollars to these agencies and filtered millions of Dollars to opposition groups in Venezuela, Bolivia, Ecuador, Paraguay and Honduras.
The US intervention and destabilization government agents used the following U.S. Agencies as fronts for their ill agenda; the agency for International Development (USAID), the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), the CIA and the U.S. embassies; they all work to destabilize the governments in Bolivia, Ecuador, Venezuela, Paraguay and Honduras. The US agenda for intervention and destabilization in being place as a priority to re-store their political control and their majority in the Organization of American States (OAS), also their market share. Washington today is a distinct minority that is doing everything to gain control in Latin America, the re-new relations with Cuba is part of their agenda also the financing of political oppositions to governments that Washington sees them as an obstacle to their colonization agenda.
We must stop all U.S interventions in foreign governments, the wars, the killings of our soldiers and the millions of innocent people that will be kill if we continue this colonization agenda. We must stop being the world’s bully and aggressors, the war on terrorism and the war on drugs is a cover-up to continue our domination, occupation and control of foreign countries, corporate greed has transformed our country into a predator, a nation that prey on the small and weak countries that are not match to our military power or NATO their proxy war agents.

The American worker is the one that suffer the consequences, no one can denied that most American today work for slave wages they only have very little money after they paid for gas, food, housing and insurance to paid for other things they need; we are on the path toward a third-world country, but it is not too late to change this path of self-destruction, millions of people recognize what is happening and they are join the BERNIE SANDERS political revolution to help all of us the ordinary American, in a sustained effort to get off our country from the path toward a third world country status.
