I learned the “Higher Law” from Edward S. Corwin’s The “Higher Law” Background of American Constitutional law—not for the sake of learning.  America’s political orthodoxy opposes “Higher Law.” I elected myself to take action against the opponents of the law of all times.  All I have is an idea that we can do better than this. It’s a do-it-yourself thing.

For thousands of years people have been controlled by various orthodoxies. The religious orthodoxy prefers that you think of the orthodoxy as God’s vicars; your salvation is through the orthodoxy. The government prefers that you think in terms of the political orthodoxy.  I don’t belong to any orthodoxy. Jesus walks with me. My authority is Jesus, but not in the way I was taught.

How do earth-bound orthodoxies know our human origin—how we’ve made man in our image (Gen 1:26)? Jesus said “in earth as it is in heaven” followed by “But seek ye first the kingdom of God.” There is a distinction.  The kingdom of God is not out there in the vast reaches of space, nor is God’s kingdom hidden within atoms.  The kingdom of God is an internal quality.

My archetypal image is Virgo with Aquarius Rising. In The Rising Sign, under Aquarius Rising, according to astrologer and transactional analysis professional Jeanne Avery, “He becomes the water-bearer by walking to the beat of a different drummer.”  This doesn’t apply to those Aquarians that go with the flow, but, specifically, to those who walk to the beat of a different drummer. Where would the orthodoxy be if you knew God gives you the power to cope; that it is a matter of your choice?  

The Aquarius Rising person becomes more Aquarian as he ages. Says Avery: “He may be the person to bring back information that has been lost to civilization for centuries. The person with Aquarius on the rise can be very avant-garde. He is a forerunner in discovering new methods, and showing the rest of humanity the way.”

Transcendental—beyond the ordinary—Webster’s: beyond the contingent and accidental in human experience, but not beyond human knowledge, what keeps man fearing change, and religious zealots scheming how to wipe out those who disagree with them?  What keeps collective bargaining taking unfair advantage of people, handing out supposed “rights.” It is all taught by various orthodoxies that we could not exist without their help. None of its help raises man above the ordinary. Here since the dawn of history, the orthodoxy—self-anointed masters of deceit—have enticed the easily impressed to give up their God-given rights and responsibilities, to place the orthodoxy in control of their lives.   

According to Astrologer’s Handbook, time has run out for the Age of Pisces —the easily impressed people, the weak willed depending on external factors.  The emblem for the Age of Pisces is two attached fish swimming in opposite directions.  Witness the desperation of earth-bound orthodoxies. They play a loser’s game.  

The kingdom of God is at hand—his righteousness—when all these things shall be added unto you (Mt 6:33).  We are at the dawn of the Age of Aquarius, whose emblem is the water-bearer to humanity.  “The kingdom of God comes not with outward show” (Lk 17:20).  A groundswell is building that is going to sweep the world.

Astrologer’s Handbook: The sign of “brotherhood and fraternity” is Aquarius, “who spills out to mankind the life-force and spiritual energy.”

For laughs I like to watch MSNBC and an interview with that disgusting lout Michael Moore, who while opposing capitalism is a multimillionaire who obviously never missed too many meals. The same Michael Moore who likes to whine about his humble childhood in Flint,MI but who in fact grew up in a comfortable suburb of Flint while attending parochial schools with his three siblings. Obviously this was not a family barely scraping by.

Anyway, he found great encouragement in the fact that the "dues paying" membership of the Tea Party has decreased. Uh, moron, we don't pay dues.

LET IT BE KNOWN that just because there is no clear requirement stating a specific entity must ensure the eligibility of a candidate running for the U.S. presidency, that was no excuse for the 50 individual States, the Congress, or the Judiciary to abrogate their responsibility to American citizens by allowing an unvetted, ineligible person to be nominated, and then elected, to the U.S. presidency.  The argument must be made that since no specific entity was required to ensure a candidate’s eligibility, then any appropriate investigative body could and should have performed that function! All branches of state and federal government FAILED the American people!  Just because there is no specificity as to who should verify a candidate’s eligibility, that does not cancel the constitutional eligibility requirement!  Additionally, LET IT BE KNOWN that the U.S. Senate passed S. Res. 511 declaring John McCain “a natural born citizen”, yet were totally silent on the more obvious question of Barack Obama’s citizenship status.  Obama’s father was a Kenyan with allegiance to the British Crown and such allegiance passed on to his son, Barack Obama, at birth.  So why didn’t Congress investigate how a man born subject to the British Crown could possibly be considered a requisite natural born citizen of the United States?

LET IT BE KNOWN that U.S. Code, Title 18, Part 1, Chapter 1, Section 4, gives the definition for Misprision of Felony:

“Whoever, having knowledge of the actual commission of a felony cognizable by a court of the United States, conceals and does not as soon as possible make known the same to some judge or other person in civil or military authority under the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.” Every member of Congress, the Supreme Court, and all the judges handling all the Obama eligibility lawsuits were apprised numerous times of Obama’s felonious birth certificates, Social Security number, Selective Service Registration, et al, from American citizens.  None of those officials can say they were uninformed.  We have evidence that they were indeed informed, over and over again.  The House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform issued a report on August 16, 2010, outlining the use of taxpayer funds on government public relations and propaganda.  The report states, “…Under one-party rule in 2009, the White House used the machinery of the Obama campaign to tout the President’s agenda through inappropriate and sometimes unlawful public relations and propaganda initiatives…”   Unlawful?  Where is the investigation?  Of course, using taxpayer funds unlawfully should be investigated. But aren’t releasing to the public a fraudulent Certification of Live Birth, misusing a Social Security number, and using a falsified Selective Service Registration felonious crimes?  Where is the investigation, Congress?

Friends, as you listen to the news today about the student protests over illegal immigration there are some things that you really need to make yourselves aware of.

I am probably jeopardizing my wife's job by even writing this, but it has come to the point now that it must be revealed to a drowsy, uninformed people.

The Santa Ana Unified School District is now controlled by a militant faction of Hispanic Activists. Some are American citizens, most are not.

My wife, Shelli, is in charge of English as a second language department at Santa Ana Valley High School, which is designated a Title 1 school, meaning that its students are from lower socio-economic and income levels.

Most of the schools you hear about - South Gate High, Bell Gardens, Huntington Park, etc. - where these students are protesting, are also Title 1 schools.

Shelli tells me that 100% of the students in her school and other Title 1 schools are on the free breakfast/free lunch program. When I say free breakfast, I'm not talking a glass of milk and roll but a full breakfast and cereal bar with fruits and juices that would make a Marriott proud.

The waste of this food according to her is monumental, with trays and trays of it being dumped in the trash uneaten. Shelli estimates that well over 50% of these students are obese or at least moderately overweight. About 75% or more she guesses have mobile or "cell" phones.

The school also provides day care centers for the unwed teenage pregnant girls (some as young as 13) so they can attend class without the inconvenience of having to arrange for babysitters or having family watch their kids.

Shelli was ordered to spend $700,000 on her department, or risk losing funding for the upcoming year, even though there was little need for anything as her budget was already substantial. She ended up buying new brand new computers for their computer learning center, half of which - one month later - have been carved with graffiti by the appreciative students, who obviously feel humbled and grateful to have a free education in America.

She has had to intervene several times for young and substitute teachers whose classes consist of many illegal immigrant students here in the country less then 3 months who raised so much hell with the female teachers calling them "Pinche Putas" and throwing things that the teachers were in tears. The day of the humble immigrant is gone.

Free medical, free education, free food, free day care, etc.. etc.. etc. Is it any wonder they feel entitled to not only be in this country but to demand the rights, privileges, and entitlements to which they are NOT entitled over American citizens?

To my friends who point out how much these illegal immigrants contribute to our society because they like their gardener and housekeeper and they like to pay less for tomatoes, spend some time in the real world of illegal immigration and see the true costs.

Higher insurance premiums, good medical facilities closing, higher medical costs, more violent types of crime, lower standards of education in our schools, overcrowding, horrible new diseases, etc., etc., etc.

As for me, I'll pay more for tomatoes.

We need to wake up. We need to wake our friends, familes and neighbors up. The guest worker program will be a disaster, because we won't have the guts to enforce it. Crime will escalate. All amnesty will do is open the door for more to get in and stay here....illegally.

Does anyone in their right mind really think they will leave and return voluntarily? Why do they think that? Who told them that?

There are many deserving, decent, hard-working Hispanic/American citizens who attained and earned their status as Americans the honest way. They contribute to our country, pay their taxes and many of them I consider my true friends.

We should encourage and accept those Americans of Hispanic descent, who have done it the right and legal way. It does, however, have everything to do with culture.

A third-world culture that does not value education, that accepts children getting pregnant and dropping out of school by age 15, and that refuses to assimilate - and an American culture that has become so weak and afraid - politically correct - that we don't have the will to do anything about it. Laws against illegal immigration & employers that hire them have been in existence for many years.

PLEASE. Write a letter, telephone, send a fax or even e-mail your congressman and your senators TODAY. Encourage them to support the enforcement bills pending in congress - they will work and they will be effective. We must secure and protect our borders, but only if you enjoy the America you have come to love and respect.

The ball's in your court, America. Serve or pass. It's up to you!

I am announcing my candidacy for the Republican nomination for President of the United States. I made this decision for many reasons, but there a few very important ones. Leadership is the most important. This is the most important quality that the citizens of this country demand of their President. Our President has displayed a continued lack of leadership, eloquent speeches, but no action. President Harry Truman said, “In periods where there is no leadership, society stands still. Progress occurs when courageous, skillful leaders seize the opportunity to change things for the better.” Where are we now under President Obama? His lack of leadership and courage dates back to his days as an Illinois State Senator when he refused to take a stand and voted present 36 times.

As President I will take a stand on the issues and you will know my position and why I believe in those ideas. No eloquent speeches without substance, just action. I will lead us in the right direction, with everyone working together for the good of the nation.

I am the polar opposite of the President on the role of government. Government is not the answer to all of our problems. The federal government has grown too large and interferes in our daily lives. It needs to be vastly reduced and we must remember what our founding fathers wrote about the purpose of government.

“We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.”

In the days to follow, I will detail how we must reduce the size of the federal government to conform to the principles of our Constitution. One example of promoting the general welfare means taking care of children, the elderly and the disabled; not telling us what type of light bulb we can use or how we choose to provide for our own health care.

I do not believe in an “entitlement” mentality in our society, but I do believe in a safety net for our citizens. People should be rewarded for hard work, not penalized by our government. I believe in capitalism, not socialism. The private sector creates jobs. Government should create an environment that allows the private sector to grow and create jobs. The only jobs created by government are those for essential services.

I believe in a fair and equitable tax system. We should not be scrambling every year to fill out tax forms. There should be no need for individuals and businesses to search for tax “loop holes.”

We will fight terrorism and defend our country. We will secure our borders and enforce our immigration laws. Our nation is a nation of immigrants. We are all proud of our heritage, but we are all Americans. We are a free nation. Free to practice our religion, but we are a Christian nation.

It is time for ordinary citizens to become involved in government. Every election cycle gives us career politicians who are out of touch with the day to day problems we face. I have had personal and financial struggles and have suffered being laid off, only to accept a job at half the salary I was accustomed to earning. What day to day struggles do the current candidates have in common with the working people of this country?  I don’t think I personally know someone that can afford to attend a thirty-five thousand dollar fund raiser.

I pledge to do bring honor to the office of President of the United States. I pledge to be an accessible and hard working President. I will surround myself with a competent and experienced cabinet and staff to give this country back to the people where it belongs. I will never forget that I work for you.

I wrote this article over a year ago and submitted it to and was published by the "Tennessee Patriot", a quarterly publication, in it's July 2010 edition. I hope it gives all TEA Party Patriots food for thought.

One of the anti-gunners favorite arguments against open carrying (OC) of handguns is

that society will revert back to the old ways of the Wild West, with daily gunfights in the

streets. Heeeelllloooo, do we not already have such events in parts of the country, now?

Gang bangers and drug dealers shooting it out in the streets in turf wars and such already

inundate many large cities. And the crazy thing is that this activity goes on in areas with

the tightest gun restrictions in the nation. Now I find it hard to believe that these antigunners

are so stupid that they haven’t figured out by now that the criminals don’t obey

gun laws. (There’s a reason why they’re called “OUTLAWS”).

The thing is, back in the days of the OLD West; there simply weren’t that many

gunfights in the streets. The stories of such activities were greatly exaggerated by novelist

that needed something exciting to write about that would sell back east. To add to the

distortion of history Hollywood later continued to sensationalize the exploits of various

legendary lawmen, outlaws, and assorted gunslingers. How many ways has the “Gun fight

at the OK Corral” been told? In some of the latest movies, the gun battles are spread

around a livery stable and nearby corral and last around 5 to 10 minutes. In actuality, it

took place in a small dead end alley and was probably over in about 30 seconds after the

first shot was fired. Yes, many of the stories of the old west were terribly exaggerated,

while others were totally made up fiction. If the novel writers had written the truth about

the Old West, they probably wouldn’t have made enough money to buy a train ticket back

east.

And gunfights weren’t something they wanted to get into, willy-nilly. Back then, one

could die from a gunshot wound that today would be considered minor. The skills of the

medical profession weren’t near as advance as they are today. There was no blood bank to

replace what you lost from a wound, Surgery was primitive at best, and infections from

wounds were common as well as often fatal. No, I don’t think shootouts in the streets

were a popular past time.

No, I don’t believe that the anti-gunners are afraid of gunfights in the streets. I think

it’s something else. There was something else about life in the Old West that they dread

like the plague. Something that they cannot control or fight back against. Something that

we rarely see these days in modern society, and the anti-gunners want to keep it that way.

At least the folks that started the whole anti-gun movement don’t want the Old West

ways to return. And these people would be the utopian Marxist who have been pushing

hard for a totalitarian nanny state. Disarming the masses is very important to the cause,

but it’s not what they really fear.

What is it about the Old West Ways that has the anti-gunners and their puppet masters

shorts in a wad? It’s the attitude and character of the people that settled the West during

the 1800’s. The same attitude that led all pioneers of this country to move West as the

Eastern part of the country became more populated. The early pioneers were independent,

resourceful, self-reliant, and full of grit. They had to be! Because they were literally on

their own as they ventured Westward into the wilderness of the Great Plains. They had

little, if any support when they had problems. A family’s nearest neighbor might be 5 or

10 miles away; the nearest settlement or town could be 20 or 30 miles away. That’s a 2-

day trip, one way by horse drawn wagon. (One day on Horseback) There were no grocery

stores so they had to grow their own food and/or hunt it. What ever they needed to work

with they made themselves. Government did little for these people, but that was all right.

They didn’t want governments help, otherwise they might have stayed back east.

The early pioneers that settled the Old West were a tough and rugged lot. They had to

be to survive. The weak didn’t fare so well, many died. Life in the Western Wilderness

was harsh at times and these people that made the decision to brave the rigors of it needed

courage and perseverance to make a go of it. There were no “Welfare” programs back in

those days. No social safety nets for the slackers of society to depend on. If you didn’t

want to work….you didn’t eat. It was that simple.

I think we would be hard pressed to find that kind of independent, self-reliant,

resourcefulness in large quantity these days. It seems that our people have come to

depend too much on government to do for us what we should be doing for ourselves. The

puppet masters of the anti-gunners want to keep it this way. Should the people of the

country start to re-adopt the same independent spirit of the early settlers of the Old West,

those that believe government is the end all of societies ills would be horrified. Their hold

on power over the people would dwindle quickly. The weaker, dependant citizens among

us would have to start fending for themselves, and they don’t want to. In the days of the

Old West, these would have been the people that would have perished quickly, either

from their lack of resourcefulness to make their own way or by the hands of those they

tried to steal from.

No! It’s not so much the return of gunfights in the streets they fear. It’s the

independent, self-reliant, resourceful, and gritty spirit of the pioneers that settled this

country that they don’t want to see return. And having an armed population of such

character is something they can’t control. That would be a fate worse than death to the

power hungry Marxist puppet masters, and their anti-gun followers.

There are still many of us that don’t want the government to do anything for us,

except get out of the way. We don’t want “guvment” to be telling us what to do, when to

do, or how to do. We believe we can figure that out for ourselves, and probably better,

So what if this country starts looking like the “Old Wild West” again, with most

citizens carrying side arms on their belts. It worked well in the past; it can work just fine

now. The criminals and power hungry politicians may not like it, but oh well. And if the

independent spirit of the people of that period were to come to life again in present day

society, so much the better. To those that fret about the return of “the Old Wild West

Days” I say SUCK IT UP! Bring on those Good Old “Wild West” Ways!

I HAVE RECIEVED A NICE LETTER FROM DEMOCRATIC REPRESENATIVE PAUL TONKO IN REPLY TO MY REPORTING TO HIM ON THE FORIEGN TAX CREDIT AND THE MANNER THAT G E IS USING IT TO AVOID PAYING ANY DOMESTICE INCOME TAX.

IN HIS LETTER HE STATES THAT HE WILL BE INTRODUCING LEGISLATION TO "CLOSE SOME OF THE MOST EGREGIOUS LOOPHOLES TO BIG OIL COMPANIES AND PUT THOSE SAVINGS TOWARD RENEWABLE ENERGY INITIATIVES, ALTERNATE FUEL TECHNOLOGY AND CLEAN ENERGY JOBS".  TYPICAL HEAD UP THE ___ OF THOSE WHO WANT TO PROLONG THE CURRENT UNAFFORDABLE INCREASE IN THE ENERGY CONSUMPTION EXPENSE WE ALL NEED TO SURVIVE. MORE EXPENSIVE INVESTMENT OF OUR MONEY IN THE EXPERIMENTS OF THE PAST 25 YEARS THAT HAVE NOT PRODUCED ANY BENIFIT TO US, RATHER THAN TO APPLY ANY SAVINGS TO THE NATIONAL DEBT THAT THESE SAME PROGRAMS HAVE MADE A CONSIDERABLE CONTRIBUTION TO SHOULD BE LIMITED TO 20% OF THE PROJECTED COST.  I WILL BE RESPONDING TO MR TONKOS LETTER WITH MY OWN RECOMENDATIONS TO  REFORM THE FORIEGN TAX CREDIT AND ALL, OTHER TAX BENIFITS THAT ENCOURAGE AMERICAN COMPANYS TO EXPORT OUR DEVELOPED MANUFACTURING AND PRODUCTION METHODS AND JOBS OVERSEAS.

I WILL RECOMEND THAT CERTAIN REQUIREMENTS BE MET BEFORE AN FINANCIAL SUBSIDIES OR BAIL OUT FUNDS CAN BE HANDED OUT.

REQUIREMENT #1 SUBSIDIES SHALL NOT BE GRANTED TO ANY COMPANY WHO HAS DEMONSTRATED A WILLINGNESS TO TRANSFER MANUFACTUERING OR PRODUCTION ACTIVITIES TO ANY ENTITY OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES, ITS TERRETORIES AND POSSESSIONS.

REQUIREMENT #2 INCOME TAX CREDITS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE TO ANY COMPANY WHO MAINTAINS ANY FORIEGN OPERATIONS EXCEPT FOR MARKETING PURPOSES FOR PRODUCTS MADE IN AMERICA BY AMERICANS.

REQIREMENT#3 ANY AMERICAN COMPANY MANUFACTURING AND PRODUCING ANY TYPE OF GOODS SHALL BE SUBJECT TO IMPORTING TARIFFS IF THOSE GOODS AND PRODUCTS ARE EXPORTED INTO THE UNITED STATES, ITS TERRETORIES OR POSSESSIONS.

REQUIREMENT #4 THE IMPOSITION OF EXPORT TARRIFS ON ANY COMPANY EXPORTING ANY FORM OF MANUFACTURING OR PRODUCTION ACTIVITIES OR EXPERTISE DEVELOPED IN THE UNITED STATES.

REQUIREMENT #5 THE IMPOSITION OF IMPORT TARRIFS ON ANY IMPORTING OF ANY TYPE OF LABOR WITH NTHE INTENT OF USING THAT LABOR TO REPLACE ANY AMERICAN LEGALIZED CITIZEN.

For me, discovering reality has been stranger than fiction.  I discovered answers in The Physics of Consciousness: The Quantum Mind and the Meaning of Life. Brain doctor and quantum physicist Evan Harris Walker wrote: “But more than all of this, surprisingly, we have discovered that every path we have taken to learn something of the structure of the universe finally comes around to the same result. Whether to understand the interconnections of will, to understand the most basic facts in quantum theory, or to discover the beginnings of the Big Bang universe, each path leads to the fact that there must exist a supreme Consciousness out of which everything else springs.”  

A supreme consciousness of the universe does not connect with any of man’s collective philosophies—New Deal, Marxism, communism, or socialism. Believe God is for the good of all and you believe yourself to be inconsequential.  A supreme consciousness connects with what Jesus said: “Seek ye first the kingdom of God—your conscience—“and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.”  God can be only personal and internal. The god Jesus told about, “in earth as it is in heaven,” is thereby distinguished. God can be only personal and internal. And then only, “all these things shall be added unto you.”  I studied the Constitution and imagined voices of the past speaking to me.  Rather than feel inconsequential, I felt a bigger than life calling. 

Einstein’s E=MC² says everything reduces to vibrations.  The C note, a vibration, raised an octave, has double the vibrations. In all things, and life, the doubling process—it’s basic to nature—Einstein, part of the scientific orthodoxy, which has invested much in its currently out-of-date stands—and fighting to remain in control—has much to lose. I have nothing to lose and everything to gain from the cutting edge of science. God is the Supreme consciousness of the universe. I’ve been empowered by the “Higher Law,” the background of constitutional law. All of my dreams came true.   

You people who are for the good of all, Republicans, Democrats and Independents, what can you say for yourselves? Yep, I’m one of those highly feared, body-snatching Tea Party people.   Join with me and let the good times roll.  

In April of this year everything "birther" changed: Obama released a supposed long form birth certificate.

Since then, top-flight analysis have piled on with no answer from the White house or analysists to defend the document: it's a fake. This is not some fringe analysis; Joesph Newcomer whose analysis of the Killian dicuments got dan rather fired from CBS News, Mara Zebest, whom everyone here has heard of, Ecomp Consultants who provide expert document wiitness testimony in court to a client list that reads like a Fortune 500 wish-list. They all say it's fake. So do others.

It's time that we - tea party patriots - start pressing this issue. It will takje a while even after Trump made the issue legit, so we better start now. the big problem, of course, is that it;s difficult to understand with certainty if you don;t know graphics. As a consequence, I have provided a basic primer for anyone and their congressmen, friends and relatives that has all the evidence reduced down to easy-to-understand, "Reader's Digest"-style bits that any adult can easily understand.
