In December of 2022, a Boeing 777 operated by United Airlines took off from Hawaii in heavy rain. About a minute into the flight, the aircraft plummeted<https://www.dailywire.com/news/screams-on-the-plane-united-flight-was-5-to-5-2-seconds-from-hitting-pacific-ocean-passenger-says> towards the ocean. It came just 750 feet from hitting the water at high-speed, which almost certainly would have killed all 280 people on board. In the end, the pilots saved the aircraft by a matter of seconds.

For more than two months, no one heard about this incident. It was as if it had never happened. By the time mainstream news reports began appearing in February, more than two months later, United assured the public that the FAA had been notified and that an investigation would be forthcoming. Watch: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AKFFWtZ0xw4&t=4s

Notice how there’s not much curiosity from the anchor about why this incident took so long for the airline to disclose to the public. There’s also not much of an explanation about what happened. It’s implied that the pilots may have made a mistake, because they’re getting more “training.” But what mistake did they make exactly?

Late last year, we got something of an official answer. It turns out that, according to the NTSB, the captain called for the flaps to be retracted to the 5 degree setting, which is a normal setting for takeoff. But the first officer thought the captain had called for a 15 degree setting, so he selected that one. That misunderstanding caused a major problem because the plane was going far too fast for that flap setting.

To avoid damaging the plane, the captain started to slow the aircraft while he tried to diagnose the problem. Instead of realizing his mistake, the first officer suggested that maybe the instruments were malfunctioning. The two pilots continued to troubleshoot the problem, and in the process they became disoriented as the plane quickly lost altitude. The pilots’ confusion continued until the plane blared an alarm telling them they were about to die if they didn’t apply maximum power and pull up.

WATCH: The Matt Walsh Show<https://www.dailywire.com/episode/240110me>

Incredibly, both pilots of that flight are still employed by United Airlines. They nearly killed everyone on board through their incompetence, but that’s not disqualifying apparently. Beyond some basic information about their flying experience, we still don’t know much about these two pilots. For example, we know that the first officer has a total of 5,300 hours of flying experience, which is respectable for his position. But at the time of the incident, he only had 120 hours in the Boeing 777. And according to a report by Tucker Carlson last year, which cited an anonymous source at United shortly after this near-catastrophe took place, this first officer was a “new hire” at the airline. Could that lack of experience have played a role? And more to the point, could either of the pilot’s identity have played a role in their hiring — or the airline’s refusal to terminate them after they almost steered a passenger jet into the ocean?

We don’t know. We’re not allowed to know because the federal government and the airline don’t want us to know any more information about the identity of these pilots, or any of their pilots who are involved in near-disasters. There is an ongoing information blackout about these kinds of events, and it’s deliberate. But in their various public statements and press releases, United Airlines has made it very clear that they’re mainly interested in hiring pilots on the basis of skin color and gender, rather than competence. In fact, they participated in a Vice documentary back in 2022 about their DEI initiatives. Watch: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ou1yiHoWfWM&t=7s

So a couple of years ago, United decided that 50% of its new pilot recruits are going to be women or people of color. They’re promoting flight attendants to make that happen. Later on in that Vice documentary, it’s suggested that the point of this initiative is to alleviate the pilot shortage.

How’s that going? A few days ago, the conservative commentator Ashley St. Clair posed a few questions to United, based on some information she had received. Here’s what she wrote: “On July 29, a United plane was nearly totaled after a hard landing. Who was flying that aircraft? Was the co-pilot a former flight attendant who was FIRED and then rehired through United’s DEI program despite being on a list to not return to United? Am I correct that this individual failed multiple trainings including simulator training? Am I also correct that United has covered up this DEI disaster and many others?”

United didn’t reply, which you may have noticed is something of a pattern. No one thinks we deserve to know anything about what’s going on in the cockpits of the planes that we’re flying in. You’re just supposed to assume everything’s fine, and that the flight attendants are transforming into master pilots at United’s training academy.

But the more you look into the specifics of United’s diversity initiatives, the less solid that assumption seems to be. It turns out that United partners with several historically black colleges and universities, or HBCUs, as a way of recruiting pilots. One of the popular statistics-focused<https://twitter.com/eyeslasho?lang=en> accounts on X, which uses the name i/o, noticed that two of the schools that United has decided to team up with — Delaware State and Elizabeth City State University — are, “in the bottom 2% of all undergraduate institutions in the United States.” Elizabeth State, the account noted, “had the distinction in the 1980s of being the only university in which the average SAT math score was lower than that score which would have been produced if a person had guessed ‘B’ on all the multiple choice questions on the test.”

That’s a pretty sobering statistic, especially if you plan on flying United anytime soon. To be fair to United, they don’t just recruit from HBCUs with no standards. As a writer who goes by the pseudonym Peachy Keenan found, United also recruits from an organization called “Sisters of the Skies.” Yes, this is an organization that sends pilots to United Airlines, and their acronym is literally “S.O.S.” At least you can rest assured that they have a sense of humor at United, as your plane is plummeting to the ground. And it gets better. Watch: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=liOyAxRAl9Q&t=1s

“If they see it, they can be it,” at least as long as their parents can pay for flight school. That’s the message. Again, this is an organization that’s training the pilots that are flying commercial aircraft. This isn’t training, really. It’s like a kindergarten classroom. At no point are these people concerned about safety or competence. They want to put black women in the cockpit because they want to inspire more black women, and that makes them feel good — not because they think they’re getting smarter or better pilots.

This is not some P.R. stunt. United is actually following through with this. According to United’s latest corporate diversity report, of the 51 students that graduated from United’s first class of pilots, “nearly 80 percent were women or people of color.” So they vastly exceeded their target of 50%. They’ve almost completely eliminated white men in their training classes. We’re led to believe that this is progress. Pay no attention to the planes plummeting towards the ocean or smashing into the runway.

To be clear, this is a problem that extends far beyond United Airlines. They’re maybe the most vocal about their DEI practices, but every airline does this.

A few years ago, in February of 2019, an Amazon Air cargo plane — a Boeing 767 operated by a contractor called Atlas Air — plummeted into Trinity Bay near Houston. The reason for that crash? The first officer, Conrad Aska, accidentally pressed a button giving the plane a massive jolt in thrust, which pitched the nose up. Instead of reacting calmly to the situation, he panicked, and forced the control column all the way down. The plane broke through the clouds and disintegrated on impact with the water.

CLICK HERE TO GET THE DAILY WIRE APP<https://onelink.to/dwapp>

Conrad Aska never should have been flying that plane. Prior to joining Atlas Air and Amazon, he had worked for seven different airlines, where he developed a reputation for pressing random buttons in emergencies. He would always panic in the simulator and just lose all situational awareness. But airlines kept putting him in the cockpit anyway. That’s why, in its final report on the crash, the N.T.S.B. cited, “systemic deficiencies in the aviation industry’s selection and performance measurement practices, which failed to address the first officer’s aptitude-related deficiencies and maladaptive stress response.”

What explains those “systemic deficiencies”? Well, we can’t say for sure. We do know that Conrad Aska was born in the Caribbean nation of Antigua. He was a black man, which certainly checks some diversity boxes. And we also know that Atlas Air’s website is full of platitudes about the importance of hiring candidates based on certain characteristics, like their race and gender. So, we can come to some unauthorized theories here about why Conrad Aska was flying that plane. None of them are encouraging.

This isn’t to single out United or Amazon or Atlas. This kind of diversity hiring is endemic in the aviation industry. Keenan says she’s received several messages from pilots warning her of the danger in recent days. Here’s one of them: “Every airline has an informal pilot assignment program that makes sure their unfireable DEI problem children are always paired with adult supervision. These programs are maintained by aging boomers who are immune to the kool-aid. As these guys retire … every flight will be a roll of the dice.”

This rampant DEI mandate doesn’t just extend to airlines. A few weeks ago on this show, when I predicted that we’re due for a major air disaster soon, I talked mainly about DEI-based hiring in air traffic control. There’s also a push to “diversify” the ranks of companies that manufacture and install various airline parts. That includes companies like Spirit AeroSystems (no relation to Spirit Airlines), which manufactured that door that blew out on the Alaska Airlines flight over Portland the other day. Like United and Atlas Air, Spirit AeroSystems’ website is full of DEI propaganda. In fact, just days before the door blew out on the plane, Spirit executives were posting eagerly on LinkedIn about their next big diversity event.

Meanwhile the company knew that they had more serious problems. Shortly before their door fell off a passenger plane mid-flight, Spirit AeroSystems was hit with a class action lawsuit in federal court. In the lawsuit, investors alleged that Spirit was aware of systemic defects in its products, but ignored them and falsified documents to hide them. In one instance, the lawsuit alleges, “auditors repeatedly found torque wrenches in mechanics’ toolboxes that were not properly calibrated. This was potentially a serious problem, as a torque wrench that is out of calibration may not torque fasteners to the correct levels, resulting in over-tightening or under-tightening that could threaten the structural integrity of the parts in question.”

But the mechanics didn’t want to comply with the audit. According to the lawsuit, “Some mechanics would not even let auditors take such out-of-calibration tools, locking toolboxes or yanking them back out of the auditors’ hands to prevent the audit.”

Obviously, if these accusations are even remotely true, they reveal some very concerning problems at a company that makes critical components for passenger planes. So how did things get so bad? It turns out that, according to the lawsuit, Spirit fired<https://www.bizjournals.com/wichita/news/2020/07/31/spirit-aerosystems-announces-more-wichita-layoffs.html> roughly 50% of its workforce in response to the COVID lockdowns. They terminated many “experienced mechanics” in response to the economic consequences of those shutdowns, according to the suit. How did Spirit decide who to retain after these completely unnecessary lockdowns? How did they decide who to hire after the lockdowns ended? Why did they keep the engineers who apparently don’t understand how to calibrate their torque wrenches?

If you take Spirit AeroSystems at its word, they probably hired a bunch of “diverse” mechanics. That’s what all of their marketing materials and investor pitches would dictate. But the truth is, at this point, we can’t be more specific than that. Is it possible that a crack team of mechanics manufactured the doors on all these United and Alaska Air planes? As of now, yes it is. Maybe the fault lies not with Spirit, but with Boeing, which has been in decline ever since it made the decision to to outsource key elements of its business to overseas programmers and penny-pinchers in Chicago. Maybe Boeing installed the door improperly.

But at a certain point, we’re entitled to some answers. We shouldn’t have to guess or speculate about this. We should know the qualifications and the identities of the people manufacturing and installing these airplane doors, just like we should know the qualifications and identities of the United pilots who are skimming the water with Boeing passenger jets. We shouldn’t have any doubts about their competence. We’re the ones who just funded the bailouts for all of these companies. We’re the ones risking our lives to board their planes.

And, yes, the situation is that dire. Last night I put out a general invitation to commercial airline pilots to message me — anonymously, if they prefer — to tell me their firsthand experience of how DEI is impacting their profession. I’m still going through all of the messages — I received a lot of them — but what I can tell you is that, as I sit here today, I am not at all eager to ever board a plane again. The airline industry is in the process of actively making itself less competent and reliable. To an incredibly dangerous extent. When it comes to the pilots, the old guard — the masters of their profession, who were hired and promoted based on their skill alone — are still mostly in control. But not for long.

Meanwhile the airline industry is hiding the truth and lying about the dangers that we face. Like the COVID cultists who wrecked the economy, the DEI cultists desperately don’t want you thinking about the downstream effects of their ideology. And as a result, every time an airplane takes off in this country, we’re getting closer and closer to discovering those downstream effects
the hard way.

Lawfare is next to Lawlessness

Source; Sent from an on-line friend.......

Lawfare: "the strategic use of legal proceedings to intimidate or hinder an opponent."  It actually proves Trump's point. It proves that the people in charge, the people in power, are trying to take him down. Driven mad by hate, liberals kept imagining monstrous intrigues and plots being hatched by Trump.  The angrier they get, the nuttier their attacks on him became, and therefore are consistently ineffective.

One recent example is the Colorado Supreme Court ruling disqualifying Trump from being on the state ballot—for a crime he has NOT be charged with and he did NOT do! Talk about a threat to democracy and the rule-of-law!  All 7 members of Colorado's highest court were appointed by left-wing/democrats. The case was started by a Washington-based, aggressively anti-Trump activist group misnamed citizens for responsibility and ethics in Washington, which recruited local Coloradans to file suit against Trump. The 5 others, all brought by left-wing/democratic or democratic-appointed prosecutors, and 3 are being tried before left-wing/dem-appointed judges. The ruling is particularly important because it applies to everyone. It doesn’t just affect presidential frontrunners and candidates for office. It has the potential to affect every American who engages in political speech of any kind, long after Trump is gone.

1) New York Attorney General letitia james, a left-wing/democrat, ran on a platform of going after Trump. She filed a lawsuit intended to destroy Trump's business empire in New York. Judge engoron, a left-wing/dem, ruled Trump guilty before the trial began. Trump is now awaiting engoron's decision on damages. What rule-of-law left-winger?

2) Manhattan District Attorney alvin bragg, left-wing/dem, also ran on a platform of going after Trump, charging him with 34 felonies related to stormy daniels in the 2016 presidential campaign, widely regarded as the weakest of the criminal cases against Trump. It was assigned to Judge merchan, who made political contributions in 2020: biden, the progressive turnout project, and a group called stop republicans.

3) Special counsel jack smith, appointed by the biden Justice Dept, began his investigation of Trump a few months after the ny times said biden confided to his inner circle that he believed Trump was a threat to democracy and should be prosecuted and said privately that he wanted garland to act less like a ponderous judge and more like a prosecutor who is willing to take decisive action over Jan 6.  The case is under Judge chutkan, who was nominated to the federal bench by BObama and also contributed to BObama's 2008 campaign.

4) smith indicted Trump on 40 felony counts in the classified documents case. In contrast to the other cases, this one is being presided over by Judge cannon, appointed to the bench by Trump.

5) Fulton County District Attorney fani willis, left-wing/democrat, indicted Trump on 13 felony counts relating to the 2020 election. willis alleged a RICO conspiracy to overturn the 2020 election that included 19 defendants.

6 cases driven by left-wing/democrats and their appointees and activists, all Trump's political opponents. It is as if anti-Trump leaders concluded that elections did not succeed in getting rid of him and left-wing media attacks did not succeed in getting rid of him and investigations did not succeed in getting rid of him and now the next step, lawfare. It is hard to overstate how dangerously crazy this situation is.

Immediately after the 1st indictment, support for Trump in the Republican primary race shot upward. It rose further amid later indictments and lawsuits, going from 44% support before the indictment to 63% support today in the RealClearPolitics average of polls. Some Republicans are clearly using support of Trump as a way to express their disapproval of the wave of prosecutions and lawsuits. Whether that will last is unclear.

An old trial lawyer rule is: If you have the law on your side, pound the law. If you don't have the law on your side, pound the table. The left-wing/democrat are just pounding the table.

Scholars have said only the nation’s high court can settle the issue of whether the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol constituted an insurrection and whether Trump is banned from running. Which of course is another reason why left-wing/democrats are now attacking the Court, which is another of their threats to democracy and the rule-of-law.

In the new york times/Siena College national survey  Trump lead biden among young voters, 49% to 43%, enough to give him a narrow 46-44 lead among registered voters overall. This is present in nearly every major survey at this point, a big shift from ol’ soviet joe’s 21-point lead before the midterms or his 10-point lead last July.

What’s really driving jack smith's persecution of Trump is the despicable left-wing/democrat desire to convict the former president of the alleged insurrection charge: the lie created by left-wing/democrats and their media allies that what happened on Jan. 6, 2021, was an “insurrection.”

When Trump called on the public, with a 1st Amendment right,  to march “over to the Capitol building to peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard,” the idea was to embolden lawmakers to investigate election shenanigans created by novel — and in some cases, illegal — mail-in balloting rules. It is preposterous to think, then, that Trump would enlist a disorganized crowd of people wearing “Make America Great Again” hats led by a guy dressed up like a shaman — and not the actual Army under his command — to prevent the peaceful transfer of power. In contrast, a real insurrection was in the works in 1806. Former VP Aaron Burr conspired with a foreign power to raise an actual army to capture New Orleans and seize Western territories 2 years after he had shot and killed Alexander Hamilton in a duel.

While the trespass and vandalism that happened by a bunch of criminal kooks at the Capitol on Jan. 6 deserves condemnation, leftist attacks over the past several decades demonstrate what real violence looks like. In 1954, pistol-wielding activists opened fire from the visitors gallery in the House chamber, injuring 5 members. Then-Rep. Alvin Bentley, a Michigan Republican, was struck in the chest and given 50-50 odds of survival when he arrived at the hospital. In 1971 and 1983, left-wing weather underground activists set off bombs on the Senate side that each caused damage to the building far beyond a few broken windows. In 2017, a crazed BSanders supporter shot 6 Republicans while they practiced for the Congressional Baseball Game at a field in Alexandria, Virginia. Then-Majority Whip Steve Scalise was hospitalized in critical condition but recovered after undergoing several surgeries.

That’s more akin to insurrection than anything that happened 2 years ago. Today, left-wing/democrat jack smith, whom the Supreme Court unanimously overturned and reprimanded for a similar case, is one of the left-wing/democrats attempt to interfere with the peaceful transfer of power. Recall that The left wing/democratic Party also used Congressional committees, staff and untold millions of tax dollars to harass, obstruct, humiliate, and denigrade Trump’s administration, and undermine the executive branch at every, ginned up by unethical and even illegal activity by senior fbi, doj,  and intelligence officials. For example, Special Counsel muelle,r in investigating the Trump russian collusion lie, used 19 lawyers, 40 FBI agents, issued more than 2,800 subpoenas, 500 search warrants, 230 orders for communication records, 50 orders authorizing use of pen registrars, 13 requests to foreign governments for evidence and interviewed 500 witnesses. mueller concluded there was no collusion between Russia and Trump. Special Counsel John Durham’s investigation also concluded that there were myriad acts of misconduct by senior government  officials who were plotting and scheming against Trump, and a notable departure from the way it resisted efforts to investigate mrs b.j. Clinton. That BObama and biden were personally briefed by CIA director brennan--they had evidence of hillary’s  plan of a false russian collusion story.

Nevertheless, The left-wing/democrat media partners ny times and washington post, with extensive relations with those government officials, received pulitzer prizes for perpetuating the fraud.

On 1-11-21 the left-wing/democrats accused Trump of inciting a riot on 1-6-21. 2 days later, without hearings or investigation, without Trump being able to provide a defensive any kind, pelosi and Congressional left-wing/democrats ran through the 2nd bogus Trump impeachment. While high crimes needed to impeach a president we're actually being committed by left-wing/democrat Party members.

As to the “secret documents case”, biden, who himself had unauthorized secret documents and was never-th- less given a pass (as was clinton & BObama), has weaponized the federal government against Trump, including circumventing attorney client privilege, using an unconventional general warrant to search Trump's home, sending an armed SWAT team to seize documents, pressuring witnesses with threats of prosecution, unleashing dozens of illegal grand jury and investigation related unlawful leaks to the left-wing media, violating Trump's 5th and 6th Amendment due process rights, piling on multiple charges against the defendant.

And all for what? Administrative, or at worst, a civil matter. Even the Presidential Records Act purposely has no criminal penalties for claimed violations and leaves the matter to be negotiated between the archivist and the former President. Nothing in the PRA suggests that a former President's physical custody of his records can be considered unlawful under the statues by which Trump's warrant is based. The PRA doesn't distinguish between materials that are and aren't classified. This was deliberately by Congress.

Nevertheless, left-wing/democrat Rep. jamie raskin, who himself sought to stop the electoral vote count for Trump in 2016, served on both impeachment panels and on the significantly phony 1-6-21 committee prosecuting Trump, has the typical neo-liberal gall to tell the lie that the GOP isn't respecting the rule-of- law(1) and a threat to democracy.

The left-wing/democratic Party has single-handedly built permanent centers of power, including the vast federal bureaucracy, subsidized non-governmental organizations, lifetime activist judges who make their own law, tenured professors and teachers, party members in the media, etc. to empower itself and its agenda. When it wins elections, it claims broad mandates; when it loses elections, it ignores the popular will of the people and turns to permanent government and its cultural surrogates to sabotage the opposition and push forward their marxist like agenda.

What’s already happened has put the country in an unprecedented place. It’s hard to imagine what’s more extreme than 1-side in our politics indicting its leading opponent, creating the real prospect of jailing him in the months before an election and excluding him from the ballot in select states. It’s not as though his enemies are going to conclude that Trump was an intolerable threat as a candidate, but once he’s been elected president again, the voters have spoken and everyone should revert to politics as usual.

The left-wing washington post essay arguing that Trump has brought the United States to the brink of dictatorship, saying: “the price of opposing him becomes persecution, the loss of property and possibly the loss of freedom.” This idiotic view includes every institutional bulwark of America’s system — from the courts to the military to public opinion — surrendering to a president who, if history is any guide, will get rebuked in the midterms and become a lame duck by his 3rd year in office.

And if Trump emerges victorious, the reaction by left-wing/democrats may make the pro-hamas protests and the riots of 2020 around the country look small-scale by comparison. It means blocking Trump by any means necessary, regardless of the consequences for the rule of law, democratic politics, or faith in our system of government. The left will convince itself that only a revolution can save the country. There will be much to fear from the left-wing (democracy’s self-styled defenders), but much, much more if they win.

It's going to be difficult to undo the damage the left-wing/democrat Party is unleashing at a rapid pace. But if the left-wing/democratic Party succeeds, America will have failed.

1.     According to Influence Watch, there are  dark money groups, such as the one founded by former clinton official melissa moss in clinton's former attorney michael tedder, or the 65 project with david brock the founder of media matters, going after 111 attorneys in 26 States representing Trump.

DEI and the Death of a Nation

Source; Oren Long

DEI stands for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.  Yet, Whites, Males, Christians, Heterosexuals, and Conservatives are not included.  So much for Inclusion.

Let's be clear, DEI is just a fancy term for "Quotas" for every demographic subset; racial, sexual, political, ethnic, educational, incompetence, etc.  In reality, DEI advocates could not care less about Diversity, Equity, or Inclusion.  Rather, they are using DEI to destroy the country, as founded and built, in pursuit of some Socialist Utopian Mirage and, so far, they're succeeding.  By calling quotas "DEI", they're putting lipstick on the "pig" of reverse discrimination in an attempt to distract us from the glaring fact that it's still a pig.

That pig is the total destruction of America and freedom.  When you corner them, these 'Utopian' dimbulbs cannot tell you what they would replace it with, well, except for some hazy vision of Heaven-on-Earth while simultaneously insisting there is no Heaven.

Democrats and the media (but I repeat myself) have fallen in love with DEI as a concept without ever thinking through what it entails when implemented.

We have become so Hell-bent on being seen as "Diverse", "Equitable", and "Inclusive" that we have forsaken any and all core values we once held dear.  We have forgotten Jefferson's admonition, "Stand fast to Principle".

As Pogo said, "We have met the enemy, and he is us".

Joe Stalin said, "America has three things we can never defeat:  Religion, Culture, and Patriotism.  But, if we can undermine those, she will fall of her own weight."  So far, they are succeeding beyond their wildest dreams.

As one Russian defector said of the Left, "You can show them evidence.  You can show them pictures.  You can even take them to Russia and show them the gulags.  They still won't believe it UNTIL it kicks them in their fat bottoms."

Radio host Dan Bongino talked at length about DEI and the very real danger it poses in all facets of society, business, and even the military.

One example he cited was the airline industry.  He talked about how airline pilots are now being hired, NOT for their flying ability, but whether they fit into the DEI spectrum.  As Mr. Bongino talked, he started getting hundreds of messages from current and former pilots citing the gross incompetence of DEI hires.  Others in the airline industry said that the pilot issue was just the tip of the iceberg.  Air Traffic Controllers are also being hired on the basis of DEI, putting planes in and around airports at risk.  Mechanics and maintenance DEI hires are also putting planes and travelers at high risk of crashes and tragedy.  So far, only the older, experienced pre-DEI people are averting tragedy.  But they are retiring, some saying the situation is so bad that they now refuse to fly -- too dangerous!

Remember the recent case of a door plug coming off a Boeing jet in flight, causing a door to come off and suck the shirt off a ten-year-old boy seated next to the door?  Only his seatbelt saved him.  It turns out the plug was either defective or improperly applied at Boeing.  Could it have been a DEI employee?  Just wondering.

Mr. Bongino reported that Boeing executives receive up to 40% of their pay and benefits based upon DEI compliance, not personal performance or the performance of subordinates/employees.

Personally, I will never fly again.  I'll drive.  What will you do?

Perhaps we need to change "DEI" to "DIE".

DEI compliance has even wormed its way into the military with assignments and promotions awarded according to DEI compliance.

This reminds me of Ancient Rome whose military was the most feared throughout the Empire.  But gradually, promotions and assignments started being awarded for political and social reasons, not competence.  Eventually, Rome started losing battles, then wars, then Rome herself.  All because leadership became increasingly corrupt.

See any similarities?

This may well be our fate.  The more things change, the more they stay the same.  History has a way of repeating itself.  Or, as Harry Truman said, "The only thing new in the world is the history you don't know".

Education is another area where DEI has overtaken competence and reason.  Oriental students are being excluded from acceptance in universities for the simple reason they are "too smart" and that's just not "fair" to their incompetent (and mentally incontinent) contemporaries.

What happens when some White, male, Christian, heterosexual student gets a perfect SAT score, yet is refused university admittance in favor of a DEI-compliant idiot?

We have watched this creeping up on us for a long, long time with students graduating who can barely read and write, let alone perform in the job market or society.

Even math has been declared "racist" with the demand that it be dumbed down so the math-illiterate can pass the course.  We have all experienced employees who cannot even make change in a transaction.  Yet, they demand a "living wage", based upon their personal definition of course.

Then there are the perverts who cannot look into their own pants and tell what gender they are.  Now, another fancy term has been coined.  They are no longer "perverts" but are "gender-dysphoric".  Yeah, Riiight!

Don't get me started on the border and the MILLIONS of illegals (criminals by definition) invading America while Sleepy Joe stumbles around wondering how to get off a stage and has to be guided by Jill.

Citizenship and responsibility have become four-letter words.

Ayn Rand, author of "Atlas Shrugged", said it best, "You can ignore reality, but you cannot ignore the consequences of reality".

"And in those days Good will be called Evil and Evil will be called Good". - The Bible
