Witnessing the gears of prophecy turn

As we look back on the events leading up to this week and what occurred in Israel with the elections, I hesitate to invoke an oft too used Christian cliche', but it seems appropriate--God is in control. He really is. It doesn't minimize that we have free will to make our decisions--both good and bad--suffer the consequences--both good and bad--but there is perspective. And God is in control. He has a prophetic plan for the return of Christ, and that plan is playing out before our very eyes. When evil attempts to storm in outside of that plan, the Lord steps in and puts his plan to work that we all might see that He is the LORD God. That we might be reminded of Galatians 6:7 to not be deceived, God is not mocked.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu had the cards stacked against him. The "president" of the United States was doing all in his power to make sure Netanyahu did not get reelected. While there was the obvious media reports of the "president's" open feud over Netanyahu's stirring speech before the US joint session of Congress, there was much more at play. There are unconfirmed reports that the "president's" henchmen were in Israel helping organize the opposition. A congressional investigation has been launched into some $350,000 sent by the State Department to a pro-Palestinian non profit when Netanyahu declared his candidacy. Knowing politics, there was much more chicanery that wasn't reported.

It would have been easy for Netanyahu to give up. It is difficult to imagine just how much pressure was applied to convince him that it was a bad idea to address Congress when the "president" was so publicly against it. He had it coming from all directions--from the Democratic Party here in America to the Arabs, the Iranians, the Caliphate builders, the liberals in Israel, and the terrorists throughout the Middle East, including the so-called Palestinians. But he didn't budge. One man stood up to all this pressure. Now I have been told that Netanyahu isn't perfect, but I can say from observing his actions, he showed the world what it means to stand in the gap--having done all, to stand. And God honored that stand.

The Beast; the time of Jacob's Trouble (what many refer to as the tribulation); The return of Jesus Christ; the end time battle against the enemies of Israel and of God; the Millennial reign; the new heaven and new earth are coming. They are not here yet. These events will occur on God's time as Jesus said in Acts 1:7, "It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father has put in his own power." But be sure of this--we are to be ready and to stand, overcoming evil with good. We are to make disciples. As Christ said in Matthew 24:14, "And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come." Meantime, we have watched the gears of prophecy turn this week and we have seen an example of how to stand, and how God honors such action.

nOBAMA LOOKING TO BYPASS CONGRESS ON IRAN AT U.N.?
With
reports that the U.S. and other major powers of U.N. Security Council are quietly considering ending sanctions on Iran if a nuclear deal is struck, the one-upmanship battle between White House and Congress over the shape of any agreement with Tehran has reached new heights of confrontation.  The move, the administration’s latest effort to by-pass Congress’s ability to undo a deal the president badly wants, has raised Republican hackles.
Corker in it - AP: “In a letter, [Sen. Bob Corker, R-Tenn.] said letting the U.N. consider such an agreement, while at the same time threatening to veto legislation that would allow Congress to vote on it, is a ‘direct affront’ to the American people and would undermine the role of Congress. In exchange for signing onto a deal aimed at keeping it from developing nuclear weapons, Iran seeks relief from sanctions, including those imposed by the U.S. executive branch, the United Nations and Congress. Corker has introduced legislation requiring any final agreement with Iran to be submitted to Congress for review before any sanctions imposed by Congress can be eased.”  -Fox News

Outside game -   David Drucker writes that despite blowback inside the Beltway, Republicans see a win in Senators’ letter to Iran: “Newspaper editorials rebuke its author, Sen. Tom Cotton, R-Ark, and diplomatic professionals deride it as dangerously undermining foreign policy and national security. Even some Republicans worry that it takes opposition to nObama a step too far. But the letter should bolster Republicans’ standing with voters….Republican operatives say the GOP has to be careful not to cross the line between exercising their constitutional authority and diminishing the presidency. But those outside Washington said erring on the side of standing up for Israel and opposing ‘lunatic’ mullahs in Iran is a good place to be, politically”
“I’m embarrassed for them. For them to address a letter to the Ayatollah, who they claim is our mortal enemy, and their basic argument to them is don’t deal with our president because you can’t trust him to follow through on an agreement, that’s close to unprecedented.” – President nObama in an interview with Vice.   -Fox News

nOBAMA SAYS ‘OPPRESSIVE’ POLICE FORCE DID NOT MERIT   SHOOTING
President nObama, who left the White House Thursday bound for the West Coast well after the news broke that two Ferguson, Mo., police officers had been shot and well before the evening news cycle, spoke his first words about the shooting in a taped interview on the late night comedy talk show “Jimmy Kimmel Live”.
Fox News: “nObama condemned the shooting… saying that though the city’s law enforcement practices were ‘oppressive and objectionable’, there was ‘no excuse’ for violence. … ‘Whoever fired those shots should not detract from the issue -- they are criminals, they need to be arrested,’ nObama said… Earlier Thursday, nObama had tweeted about the shooting, calling it ‘unacceptable.’”

National Journal: “[Rep. The Global Poverty Project, an advocacy organization that seeks to alleviate extreme poverty internationally, footed the bill, according to a spokesman for the group. But Schock’s photographer and videographer, Jonathon Link, traveled with him on the trip, which was well-documented on Schock's Instagram account…”

Ralph Peters – Can’t Admit When He’s Wrong Or Made A Mistake
(rickwells.us) - Lt Colonel Ralph Peters has a few words to say about the fact that, in spite of America now being in the seventh miserable year of the torturous and fraudulent nObama “presidency,”...he still is compelled to point to his predecessor as the culprit for all of his ills. In an interview with the ultra liberal Vice News, Hussein nObama blames George Bush’s invasion of Iraq for the existence of ISIS. He doesn’t fault his own complete abdication of his duty to maintain the hard-won peace, a victory he failed to secure through the deployment of a stay-behind presence when he withdrew from Iraq.

Netanyahu wins, New York Times crestfallen
(Robert Spencer) - Against all odds, life and freedom have won, and Netanyahu has emerged the victor over those who would appease and accommodate the forces who proudly proclaim that they love death and destruction...The New York Times couldn’t be more furious, and vents its bile against Netanyahu in this spiteful piece charging him with running a “racist” and “divisive” campaign. Does anyone still persist in the fantasy that the New York Times is an objective, nonpartisan reporter of the news? If so, note the words and phrases I have highlighted in this petulant piece lamenting that the jihad enablers didn’t prevail. The New York Times can go to hell.       http://www.jihadwatch.org/2015/03/netanyahu-wins-new-york-times-crestfallen?utm_source=Jihad+Watch+Daily+Digest&utm_campaign=91301bf3b2-Daily_Digest&utm_medium=email&utm_term=0_ffcbf57bbb-91301bf3b2-123451509

Hilly Clinton’s Top Five Clashes Over Secrecy
(Jeff Gerth) - She told a New Hampshire audience that if elected she would implement a "plan to enhance accountability and transparency" and "to replace secrecy and mystery with openness."...One part of her plan: "It's time our government went fully online as well." She lost her White House bid. But 20 months later, before Barack nObama took that job and she became secretary of state, she set up a private computer server registered to her home in Chappaqua, N.Y., to handle all her official, as well as private, emails for the next four years. Her decision — a secret until earlier this month — impeded efforts by the press and others to review State Department actions. Today it is Hilly Clinton's record of transparency that has come under fire. At a press conference Tuesday, she acknowledged that in retrospect "it would've been better for me to use two separate phones and two email accounts." She has asked the State Department to release her official emails, a process that could take months.       http://www.propublica.org/article/hillary-clintons-top-five-clashes-over-secrecy

Robert Rector Estimates Lifetime Retirement Costs Of Illegals
(Caroline May) - The lifetime costs of Social Security and Medicare benefits of illegal immigrant beneficiaries of President nObama’s executive amnesty would be well over a trillion dollars...according to Heritage Foundation expert Robert Rector’s prepared testimony for a House panel obtained in advance by Breitbart News. Rector, a senior research fellow at Heritage, is slated to speak on the costs of nObama’s executive amnesty Tuesday before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee. He will testify to the high entitlement costs of granting legal status to millions of illegal immigrants. Based on Rector’s calculations, which assume that at least 3.97 illegal immigrants would apply for and receive legal status under Deferred Action for Parents of U.S. citizens and legal permanent residents (DAPA), and that the average DAPA beneficiary would have a 10th grade education, the costs would be immense.       http://www.breitbart.com/big-government/2015/03/17/robert-rector-estimates-lifetime-retirement-costs-of-illegals-granted-executive-amnesty-at-1-3-trillion/?AID=7236

The MB Colonizes America and the Press Says Nothing
(joemiller.us) - The United States of America, primarily through the political left and Democrat Party, has been virtually colonized by the Muslim Brotherhood. Also known by their Arabic name, Ikhwan...they are a totalitarian, terrorist Islamic group that seeks our destruction because we are a free people. We witness the Muslim Brotherhood’s planned destruction of America in many areas of contemporary life. A purposefully weak economy fails to produce the capitalist dynamism that has defined America for generations, and many millions remain unemployed. Abroad, the Muslim Brotherhood’s domination of American foreign policy instigated and backed the failed “Arab Spring,” which may ultimately result in Iranian domination of the Middle East. We feel their suffocating effects on our democracy every day, as our freedoms, traditions, opportunities, and rule of law slip away. The people suffer as prices continue to rise and the public sinks into a bottomless pit of debt. The hostile, conquered government in Washington strangles our liberty each time nObama, like a self-crowned emperor, passes new regulatory laws without Congress.       http://joemiller.us/2015/03/the-betrayal-papers-the-muslim-brotherhood-colonizes-america-and-the-press-says-nothing/?utm_source=JoeMiller.US+List&utm_campaign=2fecf23e2f-RSS_EMAIL_CAMPAIGN&utm_medium=email&utm_term=0_065b6c381c-2fecf23e2f-230998701

Petraeus Required to Sign Separation Form But Clinton Was Not?
(Andrew McCarthy) - In my column on the plea agreement the nObama Justice Department allowed David Petreaus to enter after it was discovered that he mishandled classified information...I noted that he had been required to sign a separation agreement when he left the CIA. It is called a “Security Exit Form” and is obviously the CIA version of the State Department departure form described in Jim’s post (and linked in Shannen’s column) that Secretary Clinton should have signed upon leaving government service. Petraeus was also required to sign at least three other forms dealing with his obligations not to retain government records and to keep secret information secret. The Secretary of State deals with mounds upon mounds of classified information – maybe not as much as the CIA director, but close, and equally at the most highly protected levels of classification.       http://www.aim.org/guest-column/why-was-cia-director-petraeus-required-to-sign-separation-form-if-secretary-clinton-was-not/?utm_source=AIM+-+Daily+Email&utm_campaign=email031815&utm_medium=email

State Dept. Finally Admits: No Record Hilly Signed Exit Form
(John Hayward) - Another piece of the puzzle fell into place in Hilly Clinton’s ever-deepening email scandal, as the State Department – following days of absolutely absurd foot-dragging – finally admitted it can’t seem to find any record of her signed Form OF-109...This is a crucial document signed by departing State Department employees, testifying that all official records have been turned over, including – but not limited to – classified materials and emails. Since it is manifestly obvious that Hilly Clinton didn’t turn over all such materials, her signature on the OF-109 would have constituted perjury. Ever since lawyers familiar with this document began describing it, the State Department has been asked to produce the exit paperwork for Clinton (and her top aides Cheryl Mills, Huma Abedin, and Philippe Reines, who also had accounts on Clinton’s secret email server.) The Republican National Committee filed a Freedom of Information Act request for the documents. Even Clinton-friendly reporters have been asking about it.       http://www.breitbart.com/big-government/2015/03/17/state-dept-finally-admits-no-record-hillary-clinton-signed-standard-exit-form/

The Niqab is the Flag of Islamism
(Tarek Fatah) - In Khaled Hosseini's soul-piercing novel A Thousand Splendid Suns, the character Nana, a poor, unwed mother, tells her five-year-old daughter, Mariam: "Learn this now and learn it well, my daughter...Like a compass needle that points north, a man's accusing finger always finds a woman. Always. You remember that, Mariam." Hosseini's best-selling novel was about life in Afghanistan, but in the 30 words above he sums up the way men govern the lives of women across much of the Muslim world. Like Mariam, millions of Muslim girls are told very early in life by their mothers that their place in society is one of submission; submission not to God, but to man. Hosseini's 2007 book remained at number one on the New York Times bestseller list for four months. In its first week on the market, it sold over one million copies. But if there is someone who seems not to have read the novel, it's Canadian Liberal Party leader Justin Trudeau.       http://www.meforum.org/5119/niqab-flag-Islamism

NY Times Drops Bombshell About nObama FINANCED Al Qaeda
(clyde) - After CIA drone strikes rocked al-Qaida strongholds in 2010, the terrorists turned to kidnapping to raise ransom money to fund reconstruction efforts...Osama bin Laden, former leader of Al-Qaida, was then holding an Afghan diplomat for a $5 million price tag. The Afghan officials were struggling to come up with the money. That is, until they received it from this unlikely source. A recent report just proved Barack nObama’s CIA was funneling monthly cash payments to the Kabul presidential palace. Afghan officials then used $1 million of American taxpayer dollars to pay a ransom being demanded by America’s most dangerous enemy. You heard that right. nObama sent money to Afghan officials who then sent it to Osama bin Laden.       http://gopthedailydose.com/2015/03/18/breaking-ny-times-drops-bombshell-about-how-obama-financed-al-qaeda/

Hero of the Middle East: The Israeli Messenger
(Bassam Tawil) - In its evident, inexplicable eagerness to sign just about any deal with Iran to allow it nuclear weapons capability, the U.S. State Department has removed Iran and its proxy, Hezbollah -- two of the world most undisguised promoters of terror -- from its Foreign Terrorist Organizations List...Iran's President, Hassan Rouhani, has even openly admitted that Iran's diplomacy with the U.S. is an active "jihad." How much plainer does a message have to get? The Islamists have nothing but contempt for Europe's weakness. The West needs to paralyze Iran, rather than appease it. A series of significant defeats to Islamist organizations will counter the effects of their efforts to entice young people to join them, especially ISIS.  http://www.gatestoneinstitute.org/5408/israeli-messenger

(jewishworldreview.com) - Within moments of the announcement of the exit polls, some of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's critics were claiming his win in Tuesday's Knesset election was the result of a crude, racist appeal to voters.

The justification for this charge was a speech made by Netanyahu and released only on social media because of restrictions on campaign appeals in the media, telling the country that left-wing groups funded by foreign money were busing Arab voters to the polls in order to elect a left-wing government led by his Zionist Union rival Isaac Herzog.

Netanyahu's opponents interpreted this as an appeal to racism. The statement was unfortunate because it made it seem as if the prime minister viewed Arab voters as somehow illegitimate. But the voters likely saw it in a different light.

The prospect of a left-wing government that depended on the Joint Arab List was always unlikely. But a critical mass of voters viewed the prospect with alarm not because they're racists but because a government that relied on the votes of anti-Zionists that favor Israel's dissolution was something they considered a danger to the future of their country.

Despite the expectation that dissatisfaction Netanyahu would lead to the end of his career, Netanyahu appears to have survived and will likely surpass David Ben Gurion as the country's longest serving prime minister.

Only a few days ago this was considered unlikely because the polls showed Herzog's Labor-led party with a solid four-seat lead. But just as Netanyahu's numbers were depressed in 2009 and 2013 because of the widespread belief that he couldn't lose, the belief that he was finished had the opposite effect. A significant number of voters who might have gone for other right-wing parties such as Naphtali Bennet's Jewish Home, went back to Likud in the final days in order to prevent a victory for the left.

But what those venturing opinions about the election must understand is that despite the hopes of the Israeli left and its foreign supporters (including one particular fan in the White House), the basic political alignment of the country remained unchanged.

The center-right and religious parties retained a clear majority over the parties of the left. Likud's natural allies outnumber those of the left. The only way for Herzog to become prime minister was to assemble an unlikely coalition of the left, secular and fervently-Orthodox parties. Even then, he might still need the support from the anti-Zionist Arab list composed of Communists, Islamists and radical Arab nationalists.

Contrary to the implications of Netanyahu's statement, the increased turnout of Arab voters is a good thing for the country. Israeli Arabs should be invested in their country and take advantage of its democratic system. But the small gains by the Joint Arab List — which seems to have won 13 seats over the 11 won by the elements of its coalition, previously — won't make much of a difference because the new Knesset members will remain in the minority. It is also a near certainty that the three factions will split once the dust settles from the election.

Even some of Israel's friends in the United States may be asking themselves how is it possible for the Jewish state's voters to give a majority to parties that are unlikely to agree to a two-state solution with the Palestinians. The answer is that unlike most Americans, Israel's voters have been paying attention to the history of the conflict over the past 20 years and know that Herzog was no more likely to create a Palestinian state than Netanyahu.

Nor is it fair to brand Netanyahu, who did not denigrate the right of Arabs to vote, a racist.

There is no comparison between the efforts of minorities to vote in Western democracies or the United States and the desire of the Arab parties to destroy Israel. That's because the Palestinian leadership, split between Hamas and Fatah, has consistently refused peace offers that would have given them independence.

Most Israelis would like a two-state solution to happen but they know that under the current circumstances any withdrawal from the West Bank might duplicate the disastrous retreat from Gaza in 2005. Though Western journalists mocked Netanyahu's comments about wanting to prevent a "Hamasistan" in the West Bank, the voters in Israel largely agreed.

That doesn't make them racist or extreme. It means they are, like most Americans, realists. They may not like Netanyahu but Tuesday's results demonstrates that there is little support for a government that would make the sort of concessions to the Palestinians that President nObama would like. They rightly believe that even if Israel did make more concessions it would only lead to more violence, not peace.

Israel's foreign critics and friends need to understand that in the end, it was those convictions have, for all intents and purposes, re-elected Netanyahu.

We must learn our History and eradicate the evil.   http://zinnedproject.org/why/

Fellow Americans the question is; who is worst the criminals sycophants that are in control of our government and demise our constitution our God given natural rights and freedom, or we the people that know the actors, their criminal activities and betrayal and do nothing to prosecute and hold them accountable for their crimes?

Fellow Americans, be part of the solution and fight for your future and the future of our country, our real enemy is us, when we decide to do nothing. $16 Million Bill
The Clintons have done quite well for themselves since January 2001, when they grabbed $190,000 worth of china, flatware, furniture and rugs on their way out the White House doors -- thank you very much. No, really, thank you, the American taxpayer. Multimillion-dollar book deals, lucrative speaking engagements and whatever it is they do at the Clinton Foundation account for the bulk of the Clintons' vast wealth. These, though, are not the only reasons that Bill and Hilly are so well off. Thanks to the Former Presidents Act, taxpayers will have given Bill a collective $16 million by Election Day next year for a variety of expenses about which, predictably, no one really knows too much. A recent analysis by Politico revealed that the former president has received more money through the Act than any other ex-president. The total accumulation of his pension through 2016 amounts to $3.1 million, including $218,000 this year and $221,000 allocated for next year.  -The Patriot Post

TEAM nOBAMA GIVES HILLY THE COAKLEY TREATMENT
What could have possibly impelled Democratic frontrunner Hilly Clinton to deliver a paid speech to Silicon Valley executives this week? The event was unannounced and closed to reporters and came just one day after her testy standoff with press over her decision to destroy tens of thousands of emails from her time as Secretary of State. Who would make a cash dash in the midst of bungling the response to a foreseeable scandal that has supporters questioning their judgment? It couldn’t really be greed that would drive a woman so wealthy to take such a risk in ducking reporters, especially to do the kind of buck raking that has already damaged her image. So it must be that Clinton doesn’t understand the extremity of her situation.

In politics, professionals complain about “undisciplined” candidates. Those folks generally fall into one of two categories: The train wrecks who know what they’re supposed to do, but lack the self-control to do it or those who can’t or won’t see what’s going on. It would seem that Clinton is the latter. She doesn’t “get it.” Some combination of bubble-wrapped obliviousness and willful ignorance seems to be keeping her from doing what it takes to win.
Nobody sees that more clearly than the members of Team nObama, who, aside from helping to deliver a drip-drip-drip of steadily negative news about the actual facts of Clinton’s email scandal, are currently giving Clinton the Coakley treatment. That got crystal clear on Thursday with a blind-quote bonanza in Politico, the spirit of which is reflected here: “The Democratic nomination is all but hers, the Republican field still looking weak to them, and they’re counting on her. And now? To sum up the feelings, all the way up to the highest levels: What. The. Hell.” The tone here is one of concern, but also of building an, er, firewall against future foibles: “They’re just hoping that this email server – ‘the president 100 percent would not have done it this way,’ the former aide said, ‘this is such a clearly nontransparent way of going about it’ – is the extent of the latitude she took that they didn’t know about.”
There are only a few weeks left for Democrats to decide whether or not to try to topple Clinton, and it seems highly unlikely that anyone with enough clout would make the leap in time. But as we watch nObamaland start to quarantine Clinton, lest an outbreak spread to the president’s legacy project, the possibility of a real primary gets more real.
It is certainly true that President nObama has a great deal invested in having a Democratic successor, especially since he is using executive authority to keep a wobbly agenda in place. And it is also true that Clinton represents the most likely path to that objective. But, the nObamanauts hold themselves in such high esteem and take such a low view of Clintonian politics that it wouldn’t take much more to tip the whole thing over. In the Politico piece, the White House crew speaks in disappointment, not anger, saying they thought Clinton had changed. And what did she need to change from? Consider this gem: “‘You never feel like you’re quite getting the full story, because everyone’s got some side deal or some complicating factor,’ said one former nObama aide, reflecting on dealing with Clinton and her circle. ‘I don’t think there was a conscious effort to watch out for scams. It was more just, you know who you’re dealing with.’” Sounds marvelous…  -Fox News

Warren the ‘escape valve’ to help Hilly? -   Jim O’Sullivan of the Boston Globe writes: “Perhaps the more interesting question is how tenderly Warren treats a nominee Clinton. She could function as a hard-line truth-teller who holds Clinton to account when her circle of advisers leans a little Wall Streety for Warren’s taste. Or she could rank party politics above principle and give Clinton all the slack she needs. ‘Is she a pain in the ass or an escape valve? I think she’ll be more of an escape valve,’ said one person who has known Warren since before she entered electoral politics. ‘I think she will rally the left and explain to them the possibilities of a Clinton presidency.’”  -Fox News

O’Malley tests Hilly hits -   Politico: Former Maryland Gov. Martin O’Malley says if he were president, it would be important as commander in chief to have his secretary of state use the official server for business. ‘Well sure, it would be important to me,’ he said Thursday on MSNBC’s ‘Morning Joe’ when asked about Hilly Clinton’s email practices at the State Department. But he said getting the economy working would be more important. O’Malley said he didn’t ‘feel compelled to answer’ a follow-up question about Clinton’s actions from Bloomberg Politics’ John Heilemann. ‘Secretary Clinton is perfectly capable of defending her own service in office,’ he said.”   -Fox News

David Limbaugh) - I wonder whether most people truly understand the scope and import of nObama’s lawless order to halt deportations and allow work permits for up to 5 million immigrants living illegally in the United States...Do they understand that he doesn’t have the constitutional authority to do this? Do they understand that he admitted not having the constitutional authority to do this? Do they understand that Congress considered and rejected such action when it declined to pass the DREAM Act? Do they understand that under nObama’s rule, these immigrants will be eligible for Social Security payments and even receive credit, in some instances, for sums they paid into the Social Security system while using fraudulent Social Security numbers?       http://www.wnd.com/2015/03/obamas-illegals-to-get-social-security-bennies/

Networks Ignore Hilly E-Mail Scandal & Foundation Controversy
(Curtis Houck) - On Monday night, the “big three” of ABC, CBS, and NBC combined to ignore the Hilly Clinton e-mail scandal with zero coverage of it in their evening newscasts...ABC and NBC also failied to mention the growing controversy surrounding the millions of dollars in donations to the Clinton Foundation from foreign governments and individuals associated with them. The CBS Evening News, however, stood out as the lone network to even mention the Clintons with a report from CBS News correspondent Julianna Goldman that scrutinized the millions in donations from foreign individuals and spotlighted one member of Chinese parliament who gave $2 million to the organization in 2013.        http://newsbusters.org/blogs/curtis-houck/2015/03/16/networks-ignore-clinton-e-mail-scandal-abc-and-nbc-skip-Clinton

 Islamism's Love-Hate Relationship with Democracy
(Burak Bekdil) - Islamists often do not hide it: They love head-count democracy in lands where they make a majority; and hate it in lands where they are in the minority. They would crush other faiths, including different sects and practices of their own faith -- or no faith, for that matter -- where they are in power...In that happy set-up, the intriguing word "tolerance" is nowhere to be seen. Respect for the minority is too rare a commodity: "This is our land, we are in the majority, we rule and we rule it as we wish; and if you don't like it, go to hell." Surprisingly (or maybe not), Islamists happen to become dedicated warriors of tolerance, religious freedoms, human rights and all other fancy tags when they live (in their choice of) Muslim-minority countries. Just imagine what could happen if 1.5 million Israelis lived in the Gaza Strip bordering a militarily, economically and technologically mighty, larger, more populous Hamas-ruled Palestinian state with a Jewish minority. Tolerance and rights for the Jews? Would you want to be a Jew there?       http://www.meforum.org/5114/islamism-democracy

White House office exempts itself from FOIA regs
(
Carmine Sabia) - The self-proclaimed most transparent administration ever has taken another step to make itself less transparent.USA Today reported Monday that the White House is removing regulations that subject its Office of Administration to Freedom of Information Act requests...The announcement came on National Freedom of Information Day, the day after the beginning of “Sunshine Week,” a seven-day period that celebrates open government and freedom of information. The White House claims the move is consistent with court decisions proclaiming the office is not required to obey the transparency law. Critics aren’t buying it.  http://www.bizpacreview.com/2015/03/17/white-house-office-exempts-itself-from-foia-regs-announces-on-national-freedom-of-information-day-187531

CIA Chief John Brennan: Deceptions About Islam
(Raymond Ibrahim) - By constantly projecting Western standards on Islamic jihadis, CIA head John Brennan has come to epitomize the U.S. intelligence community’s intellectual failures concerning the true sources of the jihad...Last Friday, March 13, Brennan insisted that Islamic State (IS) members are not Islamic. Instead, “They are terrorists, they’re criminals. Most—many—of them are psychopathic thugs, murderers who use a religious concept and masquerade and mask themselves in that religious construct.” Note his usage of terms familiar to Western people (“terrorists,” “criminals,” etc.). Islamic State jihadis may be all those things—including “psychopathic thugs”—from a Western paradigm, but the fact left out by Brennan is that, according to Islamic law and history, savage and psychopathic behavior is permissible, especially in the context of the jihad.    http://www.frontpagemag.com/2015/raymond-ibrahim/cia-chief-john-brennan-deceptions-about-islam/?utm_source=FrontPage+Magazine&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=eb76e98bd1-Mailchimp_FrontPageMag&utm_term=0_57e32c1dad-eb76e98bd1-156509103

A Look Inside the Net Neutrality Rules: It's Worse Than You Think!
A Look Inside the Net Neutrality Rules: It's Worse Than You Think!
(C. Mitchell Shaw) - After the FCC made its "Net Neutrality" rules public late last week, The New American began poring over the 400 pages of rules and comments in the document, officially entitled "Report and Order on Remand, Declaratory Ruling, and Order" in an effort to inform our readers about what is actually in the rules...What we found affirms the statements by FCC Commissioner Ajit Pai that the rules are a threat to the future of the Internet and a danger to both liberty and a free market. The report put forth by the regulatory regime is broken down into several parts. Before actually getting into the rules, the document spans 45 pages laying down philosophical and legal arguments for both the FCC's justification and authority for regulating the Internet in the first place. Furthermore, the FCC document relies on and quotes from sources that have a history of attempting to abolish the free market capitalist nature of the Internet. As pernicious as those arguments and sources are, what's actually in the rules is even worse.       http://www.thenewamerican.com/tech/computers/item/20422-a-look-inside-the-net-neutrality-rules-it-s-worse-than-you-think?utm_source=Newsletter&utm_campaign=c7f2c4a039-The_Editors_Top_Picks_3_12_143_12_2014&utm_medium=email&utm_term=0_8ca494f2d2-c7f2c4a039-289778381

GOP Unveils Budget Proposal
 GOP Unveils Budget Proposal
(Raven Clabough) - Republicans in Congress have released their first budget outline since the GOP took control of Congress in November. The Republican blueprint calls for a number of ambitious moves, including significant changes to Medicare...and increases in defense spending, and reiterates the GOP call for a complete repeal of nObamaCare. The introduction of the GOP’s "balanced budget for a stronger America" will mark the start of budget season in Washington, that time of the year when several factions will lay out competing visions of what the next fiscal decade should look like for Washington. Several Democratic versions of a budget will also pop up, as will a proposal from the conservative Republican Study Committee, which will likely call for steeper cuts to get to balance more quickly. The Republicans claim that their budget would balance in less than a decade and would cut spending by over $5 trillion. However, as noted by the New York Times, this timeline relies on projections that their policy changes will increase economic growth, thereby bringing in additional tax revenues.       http://www.thenewamerican.com/usnews/congress/item/20428-gop-unveils-budget-proposal?utm_source=Newsletter&utm_campaign=c7f2c4a039-The_Editors_Top_Picks_3_12_143_12_2014&utm_medium=email&utm_term=0_8ca494f2d2-c7f2c4a039-289778381

Hilly Knew What She Was Doing –To Control, Prevent Record Access
(rickwells.us) - Daniel Metcalfe, the man who headed up the creation of the FOIA system within the federal government wrote a recent op-ed regarding the Hilly Clinton email scandal, characterizing her assertions of innocent ignorance as “laughable.”...He describes how the system that she claims to have used in an effort to comply with the record keeping requirements is “sometimes a prescription for blatant circumvention of the “Freedom of Information Act.” He elaborates, saying, “If someone were to have made a FOIA request, we call it FOIA for Freedom of Information Act, for records of her office and specifically mentioned emails, either to or from her, the first step in the process of handling that request is to search for records. And if there were no such records within the State Department because they resided entirely outside of the State Department, that would insulate those email records from even the possibility of FOIA disclosure.” I have absolutely no doubt that Secretary Clinton well knows the operation of the Freedom of Information act and knows what, frankly, what she was doing.”

NEA Sponsors Anti-Cop Racist March – Manipulating Feeble Minds
(rickwells.us) - Is it any wonder that the youth of America are uneducated and demonize white people as privileged and racist when that is the hateful message being spewed at them by the bigoted Marxists who have been entrusted with their education?...While the National Education Association describes themselves as teachers, their actions clearly show that they are propagandists, mere tools of the socialist movement geared towards creating civil unrest and destabilizing America. They are a discredit to the teaching profession that intentionally and deliberately deprives young people of the opportunity they deserve. Two NEA members carried a despicable “All Cops Are Bastards” banner as they marched against white people and police, spreading the Obama/Holder “get whitey and compensate us” message. With educators and role models like these it’s easy to understand why the youth of American are illiterate, ignorant, easily deceived and fully on board with the socialist viewpoint. The protagonist even references their gathering as “taking direct and collective action today.” How can any law enforcement officer in good conscious turn his children over to these people to be educated, knowing the likelihood of his children being told how “evil” he is? Is it any wonder that law enforcement is not respected by criminals when they have been subjected to the message of this lowlife scum posing as teachers?       http://www.rickwells.us/nea-sponsors-anti-cop-racist-march-not-educators-propagandists-who-excel-at-manipulating-feeble-minds/

Corruption and Fascism is the Order
of the day in the United States of America
Keith Davies

(shoebat.com) - On Shoebat.com we have reported on many scandals that have never made it to the main stream media, because to be frank, the media in America is more about entertainment than it is about giving the public the truth or keeping the political leaders honest, unless of course they are conservatives when not only are they kept “honest” but are also slandered. As a result of this bias the GOP has found it easier just to ignore their responsibilities as the loyal opposition, have shown fear of standing up for their principles (that is if they have any, many do not).

One glaring example was the cowardly behavior of the so-called Tea Party favorite Congressman Republican Mike Kelly of the Pennsylvania 3rd district:

Our research on Malik nObama in which Congressman Kelly requested to review directly from us, but never followed through. On a radio town hall Congressman Kelly admitted that the Malik nObama scandal was worse than the IRS scandal, yet he punted stating that “My job is not to make the job of the President harder”.

You can hear the shocking interview here.

Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FH_c9WMBH5U

Hilly Clinton and her husband have and always had a rule for us little people, but have another rule for how they conduct themselves. The media at this moment focus on the silence of the Clintons and lack of criticism of countries who are very weak on human rights including women’s rights, coincidently these countries all give millions of dollars to the Clinton Foundation. What the media is not focusing on, which is a much bigger story is the Muslim brotherhood connection of Hilly Clinton which has compromised the security of the United States. The Muslim Brotherhood is the foundation of all Islamic terror groups including Al Qaeda and ISIS yet the Clintons and President nObama launched the war against Libya to give the Islamists power in that country, as well as to undermine our ally Mubarak and now El Sisi in Egypt which has alienated one of our best Arab allies in the region.

Further we at shoebat.com were the first to uncover nObama’s attempt to undermine Bashar Assad and frame him for a chemical attack which was actually carried out by the rebels, our research was confirmed as accurate by Yosef Bodansky a leading conservative security expert, as well as the left-wing journalist and Pulitzer prize winner Seymor Hersh. nObama along with Hanoi John Kerry knowingly made false accusations to bring the United States into a war that would put US servicemen at risk, all this was based on lies. Clinton, nObama and Hanoi Kerry all could be seen as acting as traitors yet the left-wing media particularly the New York Daily News accuse 47 courageous GOP senators of being Traitors. The letter that was sent by Ted Cotton and his fellow 46 colleagues of the US Senate to the Mullahs was just to explain our constitution to them, so that when nObama acts as the King of America making a treaty without the consent of the people’s representatives of each State i.e the Senate it cannot be honored based on our constitutional laws. Like the left always do, is they project their own guilt on to the innocent.

Then we have the soft fascism that has now taken over our whole federal government. The FCC pass a rule to take over the internet, Why? simple, to control free speech. The EPA another out of control agency has done its utmost to stifle oil and coal exploration and punishes people and businesses with regulations that circumvent Congressional laws. It seems Congress has usurped its obligation to set laws and by default has allowed the EPA and the Energy department to regulate people out of business, with regulations and rules that are all unconstitutional interference on the rights of WE The People.

We have experienced the intrusion of our rights in health care which has been a disaster, as well as now the new Common Core education program. One can argue the benefits of the new Education program called Common Core, but I do not care whether it is a good plan or a bad plan, the Federal government has no business in the education of my kids and each individual state should be responsible for their citizens to have access to education. In fact, if our country is to return to a federal system that worked fine for the first hundred years of the Republic then the EPA, the Energy Department, the Health and Social Services Department, the Department of Education should be completely abolished just to start. These departments are responsible for a soft tyranny stiffing our economic growth as well as the freedom of our citizenry. Over the last 50 years we have created a monster, which not only has led to our freedom being impaired, but has also contributed to trillions of dollars in debt, both in the cost of running these bureaucracies, and the loss of major economic growth caused by onerous business killing regulations.

Our federal government has become the tyranny the founding fathers warned us against, the states need to demand a constitutional convention to take back our freedom by removing the yoke of the various federal government bureaucracies. Until this is done, corruption, fascism will be the order of the day.

The American people has to decide urgently whether we are a nation of free individuals or are we to become dependent on our government for help for our every need.

The Words of Ronald Reagan Apply Today.

[Obama Vows Retaliation Over Bibi’s Campaign

Rhetoric](http://patriotpost.us/posts/33997)

There will be consequences for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s heightened national security platform days before the Israeli elections – the Obama administration will make sure of that. Before the Israeli election Tuesday, Netanyahu said he opposed a two-state solution for Israel and Palestine – even though the United States has made that its foreign policy goal for years. Granted, the deterioration in the Middle East has influenced Netanyahu’s campaign platform. For example, there’s the campaign ad featuring ISIL fighters, making the case that only Bibi could prevent the terrorist group from marching upon Jerusalem. But the Obama administration is none too pleased with Netanyahu’s focus on security or his re-election win. Unprompted, Obama’s spokesman Josh Earnest told reporters, “We’ve talked a lot about how our shared values are an important part of what binds our two countries together, and rhetoric that seeks to marginalize one segment of their population is deeply concerning and it is divisive. And I can tell you that these are views that the administration intends to communicate directly to the Israelis.” Not only that, but Barack Obama could very well take his power to the United Nations and lift America’s longtime protection of Israel, in essence injecting more chaos into the pursuit of peace. More…

[Left Floats New Idea: Mandatory

Voting](http://patriotpost.us/posts/33999)

Barack Obama told a civic group in Cleveland, Ohio, that it would be “fun” for the United States to amend the Constitution to force everyone in America to vote in elections. Hey, it would solve all the ills the Left touts come election time about dark campaign money, the lack of civic interest, etc. “It would be transformative if everybody voted,” Obama said. “That would counteract [campaign] money more than anything. If everybody voted, then it would completely change the political map in this country.” Obama’s comments come at a time when there is historically low civic knowledge and engagement, and citizens are abandoning their trust in the federal government. But mandatory voting would not help boost meaningful civic engagement. Elections would – even more than they already do – boil down to a popularity contest for who gives the most goodies. More…

[Barbara Bush Now Touting Jeb for

“We’ve had enough Bushes,” said no less than Barbara Bush, the family matriarch, when asked in 2013 if son Jeb should run for president. She was right then, but she’s recently changed her tune. “When the idea of Jeb running for President first came up, I was hesitant,” Mrs. Bush wrote in a letter to supporters. “You may have heard about that. When you see the pounding candidates, their spouses, and even their children take, what mother wouldn’t be? But our problems are so profound that America needs a leader who can renew the promise of this great nation.” Indeed, but there are more than 300 million Americans without the surname “Bush,” and several qualified Republicans are ready to join the presidential field. But never mind that, she says: “Jeb is our best chance of taking back the White House in 2016, and I hope that you will join me in pushing him to run.” It certainly does appear he’s running, but, again, “We’ve had enough Bushes.”

[How Is Boehner’s Medicare Plan

Reform?](http://patriotpost.us/posts/33982)

Considering how House Speaker John Boehner negotiates with Democrats, it’s a wonder he attained his position as leader over a Republican House. Congress needs to fix Medicare by March 31 because that’s the deadline to prevent doctors from receiving a 21% cut in Medicare reimbursements. Boehner’s plan is to increase Medicare spending by $200 billion – y'know, in an effort to reform entitlement spending. But not to worry, he says, because that will lead to savings, oh, in about 10 years. In Boehner’s “negotiations,” Democrats are getting nearly all their demands, and the Republican caucus is advancing by baby steps. Rep. Tim Huelskamp (R-KS)said, “I find it very disagreeable that somehow a fix means we just add it to the debt. That’s the fix? That’s not a fix. That’s the same old Washington way of doing things that’s been going on under both parties for decades now. I don’t think that it works with any conservative principles that I hold.” Such a plan shows there’s a disconnect between Boehner’s Potomac-steeped leadership and the fresh conservative lawmakers willing to actually uphold conservative values.More…

[Administration Sets New Record Censoring

FOIAs](http://patriotpost.us/posts/33979)

Earlier this week, the White House made it official U.S. policy to exempt the Office of Administration from FOIA requests. During Tuesday’s press briefing, Obama spokesman Josh Earnest rejected critics by insisting the decision doesn’t tarnish the administration’s claim of representing the most open governing body ever known to mankind. The procedural change, he explained, “has no bearing on the Office of Administration and the role that they do play in ensuring that the administration is the Most Transparent Administration in History™.” Then how do they explain this? The AP reports, “The Obama administration set a new record again for more often than ever censoring government files or outright denying access to them last year under the U.S. Freedom of Information Act, according to a new analysis of federal data by The Associated Press. The government took longer to turn over files when it provided any, said more regularly that it couldn’t find documents, and refused a record number of times to turn over files quickly that might be especially newsworthy. It also acknowledged in nearly 1 in 3 cases that its initial decisions to withhold or censor records were improper under the law – but only when it was challenged.” Substitute “transparent” for “opaque” and Earnest would be right. And just imagine what a Hillary Clinton presidency would look like. More…

[Scott Walker and the Children of the

Corn](http://patriotpost.us/articles/34000)

2015-03-19-aa60e276_large.jpg

Only two days ago, the Scott Walker campaign – which is now just a political action committee called Our American Revival – announced it had hired Liz Mair as communications consultant. And then Walker encountered a strange beast known as the “Iowa Republican.”

On paper, hiring Mair looked like a killer choice. She’s a seasoned Republican operative who hascampaign experience with the likes of Sen. Rand Paul and Gov. Rick Perry.

But Mair’s tenure on the Walker campaign lasted mere hours before the Democrat political machine exploited a weakness in the presidential primary process and doomed Mair’s collaboration with Walker. It dug up tweets Mair posted back in January and showed them to The Des Moines Register.

“In other news, I see Iowa is once again embarrassing itself, and the GOP, this morning. Thanks, guys,” Mair tweeted Jan. 24. A minute later, she followed up with, “The sooner we remove Iowa’s frontrunning [sic] status, the better off American politics and policy will be.”

Oh boy, when those comments hit the Iowa newsstands, the corn started popping.

Jeff Kaufmann, the GOP chair for Iowa, called Mair’s comments “juvenile” and “ignorant.”

At least Mair wasn’t caught operating a home-cooked email server.

It could have been a tit-for-tat moment, a mere speed bump for the Walker campaign thrown down by Democrat opposition researchers. But next year’s Iowa caucus is a corn-fattened, political sacred cow. And Mair went cow tipping.

For politicians on both sides of the aisle, the path to the presidency begins in the Hawkeye State – not because of any state or federal law, and not because it’s inherently strategically advantageous. A few decades ago, both political parties decided they would kick off their presidential primary races in Iowa. It’s been done that way every presidential election since, and, thus, the political parties birthed a state among states.

Political analyst Jonah Goldberg wrote in 2012, “The real problem with the Iowa caucuses is simply that they confer too much entrenched arbitrary power on one state in perpetuity. For instance, without the Iowa caucuses we would never have wasted billions of dollars on environmentally damaging and economically wasteful ethanol subsidies.”

Naturally, the Iowa political machine likes how candidates make pilgrimages to Iowa to give offerings on the altar of ethanol. It gives candidates a reason for stopping in flyover country.

This is the exact kind of setup the Founders tried to avoid when they instituted the bicameral system in the legislature: states were given both proportional and equal representation. Because Iowa is now always the first state to decide on candidates, Iowa wields outsized influence in presidential contests.

And influence Walker’s campaign it did. Upon hearing the news that Walker’s newest hire once dissed the state, Iowa Republican leaders acted like Mair called their wives fat.

So Walker fired Mair. Well, news reports say she resigned, but Red State’s Erick Erickson (who is a friend of Mair) wrote, “Given Liz’s work history, I will put it to you this way – Team Walker has botched this. There’s just no way Liz Mair resigned with it being her idea.”

In response to the kerfuffle, Mair took to Twitter. Wednesday morning she wrote, “I may not like the result, but as someone who deals with a lot of opposition research, kudos for being quick on the fly…”

Later in the day she wrote about the mail she was getting from Iowan politicos. “It’s a sad commentary that self-described Iowa R[epublican]s are emailing me calling me things like ‘pig,’ ‘bitch,’ and ‘dyke.’” She continued in the next tweet, “I know I offended some folks with my tweets, but I never used that kind of insult. Nor would I. These Iowans are embarrassing the state.”

Welcome to the 2016 political primary: Where the final inning isn’t for a year, but the mud slingers are already at work; where in 49 other states, conservative hopefuls tout lean budgets and decry pork spending, yet they support ethanol just for Iowa; where a man like Walker, who stood firm before teachers unions and a corrupt prosecution, bows before state cronies over comments that expended fewer words than the preamble to the Declaration of Independence.

Meanwhile, if another presidential hopeful is looking for a communications consultant…

Obama’s End Run Around Congress

2015-03-19-ea088005_large.jpgKerry has the ball

A nuclear deal with Iran is just around the corner, and it won’t be good for U.S. national security. The biggest clue is that Barack Obama wants an end run around Congress, likely opting instead for UN approval. To reach such a significant arms-control deal without congressional approval would be unprecedented.

The Obama administration expressed phony outrage over the “traitorous” open letter 47 Senate Republicans wrote to Iran, but these senators were merely stating the obvious: A deal struck without Congress isn’t legally binding beyond the current administration. Even the administration admits the deal is “nonbinding.” The only problem with the letter was that it should have beenaddressed to Obama, who is plotting to avoid the Senate entirely. Instead, Obama may seek approval from the UN Security Council, which would almost certainly prompt Russia, China and Europe to end their sanctions against Iran. That would leave any residual U.S. sanctions essentially toothless.

As early as March 25, Sen. Bob Corker (R-TN) plans to push legislation asserting Congress' role in approving any nuclear agreement, as well as a voice on continuing or ending sanctions. March 24 is the administration’s rough deadline for outlining a deal, which it’s being careful not to call a “treaty” so as to better circumvent Congress. Corker’s bill wouldn’t press the “treaty” angle; it would just ensure Congress has a say.

Former Connecticut Senator Joe Lieberman advocated Corker’s approach in a Wall Street Journal op-ed, writing, “The essence of any deal would relieve the Iranians from such sanctions in exchange for certain restrictions on their nuclear activities. The sanctions under negotiation, however, are overwhelmingly the creation of Congress – put in law through bills passed by large bipartisan majorities. Given that Congress built the sanctions against Iran, it is unreasonable to bar it from any review or oversight in how that architecture is disassembled.”

Yet Obama has been directly pressuring Democrat senators against supporting Corker’s legislation, as well as promising a veto. White House Chief of Staff Denis McDonough wrote a letter to Congress last weekend warning that legislation would “likely have a profoundly negative impact on the ongoing negotiations – emboldening Iranian hard-liners, inviting a counter-productive response from the Iranian majiles; differentiating the U.S. position from our allies in negotiations; and once again calling into question our ability to negotiate this deal.”

We absolutely call into question Obama’s ability to negotiate this flawed deal. It’s why Republicans wrote their letter. It’s why Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu gave hisspeech to Congress. And it’s why Netanyahu handily won re-election Tuesday.

Over the years, Obama repeatedly expressed how important it is to “prevent Iran from acquiring a nuclear weapon.” But his crack negotiation team, led by Secretary of State John Kerry, isn’t exactly moving toward that goal. Perhaps that’s why by the end of February Obama was talking about merely trying to “*reduce the possibility* of Iran obtaining a nuclear weapon [emphasis added].”

On top of that softened rhetoric, Obama’s intelligence community’s 2015 Worldwide Threat Assessment removes both Iran and its terrorist proxy, Hezbollah, from the subsection on terrorism. Coincidence? Hardly. Yet this happened while Iran is gaining increasing hegemony in the region via its fight against ISIL – to the point that Saudi Arabia is considering its own nuclear arrangement as a counterbalance. So much for non-proliferation.

Obama wants Congress to wait at least until summer to weigh in. McDonough pleaded, “Let us complete the negotiations before the Congress acts on legislation. If we successfully negotiate a framework by the end of this month, and a final deal by the end of June, we expect a robust debate in Congress.” That is, unless Obama’s planned end run around Congress succeeds.

OPINION IN BRIEF

Sir Winston Churchill (1874-1965): “The price of greatness is responsibility.”

Columnist Ann Coulter: “Frustrated at their inability to locate evidence of the endemic racism in America we keep hearing so much about, liberals have turned with a vengeance on the kids. Instead of armed policemen gunning down blacks, we got a secretly recorded video of few drunk 19- and 20-year-olds at the University of Oklahoma singing the n-word. (Everyone assumes the students were racists, but my theory is they were trying to record their own rap video.) … Today’s adults are held responsible for nothing. The president and attorney general aren’t held accountable for ginning up frenzied mobs based on a lie, leading to two cops being assassinated in New York City and two cops being shot in Ferguson, in addition to the $250 million in property damage. Hillary Clinton isn’t responsible for Americans being murdered at our embassy in Benghazi as a result of her incompetence. Democratic senators aren’t accountable for passing Obamacare without reading it, and Republican senators aren’t accountable for promising voters they’d stop Obama’s amnesty and then voting to fully fund it. … Instead of judging society by the inebriated songs of 19- and 20-year olds, perhaps we should judge it by how cultural and political elites treat their young people.”

Heritage Foundation president Jim DeMint: “Since reimbursement from government programs already favors hospital-based services, more physicians will leave private practice to become employees of large hospital systems. Private physician practices will become increasingly hard to find. If federal and state governments do not change this destructive cycle, America’s health system will increasingly become a two-tier system in which people of means pay for their health care directly while everyone else waits in line for whatever they can get. All the same people who ruined America’s health care system through government intervention will fight to make sure everyone is forced into a government plan. … There are too many short-term thinkers in the health care debate. It’s time for proponents of Obamacare and the expansion of Medicaid to understand that they are anything but compassionate. They are dooming many Americans to second-rate health care.”

Fellow Americans, we the average working people, who produce most of the goods and service that generate the real wealth on this country,  comprise the base;  the foundation of our country, but we are the forgotten piece of the equation on wealth distribution. The fact is that we are at the bottom of the pyramid when the legitimate question of compensation comes about.  Wealth inequality and poverty are the result of the ill policies of this corrupt government that is controlled by the elite oligarchy and the predator monopolist US corporate system that claims to be a person.

Today the rich is getting richer because they control the government. Corporate American demise the American workers jobs, millions of jobs where outsourced and millions of jobs were lost when they closed our US factories, corporate America force our government to create wars and send us to fight for their interest and the right to exploit foreign countries, we have lost almost everything we own because the greedy corporate America and their love for money and power; millions of Americans become economic slaves and the middleclass is disappearing, while our government is lying to us by telling us that the economy is improving and jobs are created every month, but we know the truth and that they are lying to us.

Today material wealth and resources continue to funnel up to the financial elite, while domination and control come down through the Federal Reserve Bank, the international banking structure and the corporations and governments below them; but they neglected to see the power of the people because they are blind by greed.  It’s important to note that the strength of the country is the foundation, the base the corner stone and that is us. We the people are the foundation and the main element of the future of our country. As people wake up and withdraw their support, the corrupt money structure will lose its power and control. Our strategy is simple close your accounts on the interstate Banks and deposit your money on credit unions and local state Banks. We must fight the corrupt money greedy Bankers to stop the demise and future of the American people. We know that the key to happiness is not money or great wealth, but a connection and a mutual trust among us. Working together for our personal well-being, good quality of life and our love for humanity can and will represent personal happiness. In God we trust to do what is right to re-store our freedom.

 Democrats Reload on Ammo Ban
After 90,000 comments and condemnation from congressional Republicans, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives backed away from its proposal to ban the 5.56 M855 "green tip" ammunition. But congressional Democrats have taken the idea, expanded the breadth of the proposed ammo ban, and run with it. In a letter to the ATF, Democrats encourage the bureau to move fast and use its "existing authority" to limit any rifle cartridge that can be fired from a handgun. Democrats wrote, "We hope that the Bureau will swiftly review comments on the proposed framework and issue a revised proposal that will address the danger posed by handguns that fire 5.56mm and other rifle ammunition." They have introduced legislation in the House to ban the green-tipped rounds, and Rep. Jackie Speier (D-CA) said she would introduced a broader bill to ban even more forms of armor-piercing ammunition. Because cops wear light body armor and there are some unique pistols out there (Thompson Contender pistol chambered in 30-30, anybody?), Democrats are opening the door for potentially banning all center-fire rounds. And the ATF welcomes this lobbying. Its director, B. Todd Jones, said "any 5.56 round" threatens the safety of police officers -- a distorted fear if ever there was one.  -The Patriot Post

Nobody Even Read Hilly's Deleted Emails
Hilly Clinton deleted her "personal" emails wholesale -- without so much as reading them first. Fox News' Chris Stirewalt writes, "How did Hilly Clinton know that the tens of thousands of emails from her time in office she ordered destroyed were personal? Did she or even her staff scroll through her sent items scanning emails about 'yoga routines' or 'family vacations' before deleting them? Nope. No one looked at them. The Clinton campaign said those emails that did not crop up in a keyword search performed by her team were automatically deleted. No eyes. No one to be subpoenaed. Just highlight all and press delete. That method seems better for missing emails than to finding them. And it would sound reckless and haphazard coming from another politician. In this case, though, it sounds like a woman covering her tracks in preparation for a long and bloody legal fight over subpoenas to come." The story isn't going to go away just because Clinton hit the delete key. More...  -The Patriot Post

 Did Hilly Commit a Felony?
Hilly Clinton's email scandal continues to yield serious questions. According to The Washington Examiner, "Clinton, like all departing federal employees, was required to fill out and sign a separation statement [Form OF-109] affirming that she had turned over all classified and other government documents, including all emails dealing with official business." Did Clinton sign the form? The State Department refuses to say just yet. If not, why not? And if so, did she commit a felony? "There's no question" she did, says Shannen Coffin, former counsel to Dick Cheney. "There's no doubt ... that wherever the secretary had those records -- if she had them in her Chappaqua home, if she had them in her office, if she had them somewhere else -- she's got to bring all of the records to the table, and turn over any official records at the time of her departure," Coffin said. "Not -- most definitely not -- two years later." He added, "The form itself says, 'Hey, before you sign this, understand that you are certifying something that we can prosecute you for. Making a false statement in this context, knowingly and willfully' -- which, I can't imagine anything more knowing and willful than knowing you have 55,000 records sitting in your home -- 'if you do that, it is a felony.'" Clinton's flippant dismissal of questions at her Tuesday press conference left many things unanswered. And she's looking worse all the time.  -The Patriot Post

Don't Mess Up the Ferguson Narrative
Barack nObama swapped jokes with ABC's Jimmy Kimmel last night, laughing it up at the expense of a few million bucks in taxpayer-funded security. But he also turned to a serious note, speaking about the two police officers shot in Ferguson. He extended brief condolences to the wounded officers and their families before launching into predictable race-bait. "[W]hat had been happening in Ferguson was oppressive and objectionable and was worthy of protest," nObama asserted. "But there was no excuse for criminal acts. And whoever fired those shots shouldn't detract from the issue. They're criminals, they need to be arrested." He later added, "[T]here was a whole structure there, according to the Justice Department report, that indicated both racism and just a disregard for what law enforcement's supposed to do. As I've said before ... it is not unique, but it's also not the norm." nObama isn't directly responsible for the actions of the criminal who fired on police, but he isn't helping the situation either. It is not appropriate for the leader of this country to repeatedly tell angry rioters and looters they have perfectly legitimate grievances against racist cops. But that's why you don't put a community organizer in the White House.  -The Patriot Post

Holder Says Ferguson Shooter Was a 'Damn Punk'
Attorney General Eric Holder responded quickly to news that two Ferguson police officers were shot Wednesday night during a round of protests. "What happened last night was a pure ambush," Holder said. "This was not someone trying to bring healing to Ferguson. This was a damn punk -- a punk -- who was trying to sow discord in an area that is trying to get its act together, and trying to bring together a community that has been fractured for too long." He continued, "This really disgusting and cowardly attack might've been intended to unravel any sense of progress that exists, but I hope that that does not happen." He's right about a punk not trying to bring healing. But Holder's Justice Department just released a report finding generally racist practices in the Ferguson Police Department, and Holder has spent the better part of a year blasting racist police. Forgive us for thinking he -- like his boss -- sounds a bit more concerned about damage to the narrative than the lives of the officers.  -The Patriot Post

Iran Instructs U.S. to Bypass Congress on Deal, Go to U.N.
(Adam Kredo) - The Iranian government is urging the United States to go straight to the United Nations to finalize any agreement reached in the coming weeks regarding Tehran’s contested nuclear program without seeking congressional approval...Javad Zarif, Iran’s foreign minister and top negotiator, suggested in a recent interview that the U.N. Security Council should be responsible for approving any agreement reached between Western powers and Tehran over its nuclear program, a proposal that the nObama administration entertained on Thursday. The State Department argues that a nonbinding agreement with Iran—one that would not be subject to congressional oversight or approval—could be more enforceable due to the removal of opposition by a majority of Republican lawmakers to a deal.       http://freebeacon.com/issues/iran-instructs-u-s-to-bypass-congress-on-deal-go-to-u-n/

Bumbling Bob Schieffer Bit Off More Than He Could Chew
(rickwells.us) - The leftist mouthpiece Bob Schieffer premises his question by stating, “It’s not exactly news to say that the Congress can pass laws.” What would be news to this biased anti-American hack is that ‘presidents’ cannot just fabricate their own laws...He would probably also be amazed to learn that treaties must be approved by Congress and that Congress is of equal stature, not subjective to a president. This deal is a nuclear treaty, regardless of any other subversively-correct name they try to pin to it. He asks Senator Tom Cotton (R-AR) “Why did you try to convince the Iranians that they needed to be wary of dealing with the United States, why not take your argument to the American people, why didn’t you write an open letter to the New York Times?” Cotton defends his decision to not go the cowardly, ineffective and submissive route that Schieffer believes would have been sufficiently deferential to the outlaw “president” saying, “Iran’s leaders needed to hear the message loud and clear. I can tell you they are not hearing that message from Geneva.” He adds that the Iranian response “underscores the need for the letter in the first place,” noting that they apparently believe that international law can override our Constitution.  http://www.rickwells.us/bumbling-bob-schieffer-bit-off-more-than-he-could-chew-in-sarcasm-laced-interview-with-senator-tom-cotton/

Bill O’Reilly: Who Is Asking Jen Psaki To Stonewall?
(nicedeb.wordpress.com) - The question of whether or not Hilly Clinton signed an exit statement saying she turned over all of her public information to the State Department when she departed, is now dogging Hilly Clinton when ventures out in public...Fox News’ Ed Henry tried to pry an answer from her on Monday, but she rushed right past him, refusing to even acknowledge the question. Bill O’Reilly said he was confused as to why she wouldn’t answer the question and the State Department is stonewalling. Here’s another question, Bill said, “who is telling Miss Psaki to stonewall. Somebody is. Hanoi John Kerry’s in charge, but he’s negotiating nukes with the Iranians. Why would he care about the exit document? I mean – this is so strange…everybody KNOWS the State Department is dodging. Why are they doing it?” Excellent question.  nObama’s Plan To Buy Terrorist Friendship, Empty U.S. Treasury
(rickwells.us) - Just as nObama believes he and his comrades should never let a perfectly good crisis go to waste, they never miss a chance to deplete the U.S. treasury of its “unlimited” supply borrowed money...That’s the case even when, or perhaps especially if, it involves rewarding the unnamed international extortionists of Islamic terrorism. After all, as America’s “president” sees things, our nation is the greatest evil ever to occupy space on the face of the Earth. His perception of “social justice” is founded upon the principle that America owes every creature, from humans down to the fly on his face, reparations for the crime of our existence. His solution is simple; we must pay until we no longer exist, win-win, problems solved. During an interview with “the voice of American Marxism,” Vice News on Monday, nObama proclaimed that America needs to pay “protection money” to his fellow Islamic racketeers in the form of increased Middle East foreign aid. That way they’ll like us and stop bullying us. It’s entirely probable that when nObama was a skinny little kid in Indonesia he had to pay other kids to be his friends, but that’s not an effective way to conduct foreign policy. It is, however, a great weapon in the arsenal of a foreign enemy agent intent upon crippling our nation from within.  http://www.rickwells.us/obamas-plan-to-buy-terrorist-friendship-empty-u-s-treasury-his-ultimate-solution-to-the-american-problem/

Even Democrats won’t back nObama’s Iran nuclear deal
(Robert Spencer) - Democratic senators remain irritated with their GOP colleagues who last week sent a letter to Iranian leaders undercutting President Barack nObama, but they will still back bipartisan legislation that would give Congress final say over a nuclear deal...Enough members of the president’s party have signaled support for that bill and another that would impose new sanctions on Iran if it doesn’t make an agreement with negotiators that the White House would be powerless to stop the measures from going into effect once passed. The nObama administration and its international partners now have until March 24 to set up the framework for a deal.       http://www.jihadwatch.org/2015/03/even-democrats-wont-back-obamas-iran-nuclear-deal?utm_source=Jihad+Watch+Daily+Digest&utm_campaign=b5584ac8d5-Daily_Digest&utm_medium=email&utm_term=0_ffcbf57bbb-b5584ac8d5-123451509

 Speaker backstabber Boehner: Democrat Dissenter
(Lester Jackson) - On March 3, after repeatedly huffing and puffing in support the Republican position on one of the major issues of the 2014 election, backstabber John Boehner predictably went back on his word...betraying conservatives on a signature campaign promise: to rein in President nObama’s unconstitutional and lawless actions in support of lawlessness. This was backstabber Boehner’s final surrender, ceding the last vestige of the immense power of the purse that a majority of voters sent Republicans to Washington to exercise. In ratifying law-breaking by both the president and millions of aliens, he removed any lingering doubt that he is the Democrat-preferred nObama-Pulosi House Speaker.  A headline in The Hill, said it all: “Dems vow to protect Boehner from conservative coup.” This headline and the accompanying Mike Lillis story validate and vindicate articles recently published here, here and here.  Democrats now consider backstabber Boehner to be their puppet in a one-party leftist dictatorship ruling against a conservative country. So it was no surprise that, when conservatives protested this latest backstabber Boehner betrayal, Democrats rallied to reciprocate the vast aid and comfort he had given them.       http://www.americanthinker.com/articles/2015/03/speaker_boehner_democrat_dissenter.html

Hilly Clinton’s Tangled Web of Lies
(Roger Aronoff) - While some liberal commentators may continue to dismiss the coverage of Emailgate as “nonsense,” and a “fake scandal,” the fact remains that Hilly Clinton’s ongoing lies regarding her exclusive use of private email while serving as Secretary of State constitute just more of a long trail of deceptions reaching back to her youth...In 2008 Accuracy in Media published a column by the now-deceased Jerome Zeifman, the Democratic Party’s general counsel for the Watergate investigation. I had several conversations with him in his final years. Zeifman was openly critical of Mrs. Clinton. Having worked with her during the formative years of her career, he had tremendous insight into her early character, which continues today. “Eventually, because of a number of her unethical practices I decided that I could not recommend her for any subsequent position of public or private trust,” he commented for AIM in 2008.       http://www.aim.org/aim-column/hillary-clintons-tangled-web-of-lies/?utm_source=AIM+-+Daily+Email&utm_campaign=email031715&utm_medium=email

Hilly Violating the Law, Justice Depart Take Custody of the Server
(Andrew McCarthy) - Shannen Coffin had an important NR column Wednesday, exploring for a second time the question whether Hilly Clinton committed a crime by failing to turn over government records...the thousands of work-related emails on her private server – when she left the State Department two years ago. On Fox News’s The Kelly Filelast night, he and Megyn Kelly followed up: outlining how, contrary to suggestions from Camp Clinton, there is a serious process involved when a high-level official stops working for a federal department – a process designed to ensure that all work-related information has been turned over for retention in government files. While it is true, as Mrs. Clinton has said, that the departing official must decide what information belongs to the government and what is private, that is just the start of the process. What the official claims is private must be inventoried and reviewed by the department’s records retention staff; if there is any doubt about whether a record is related to official business, the default position is that the government retains the record.       http://www.aim.org/guest-column/hillary-clinton-is-still-violating-the-law-and-the-justice-department-should-take-custody-of-the-server/?utm_source=AIM+-+Daily+Email&utm_campaign=email031715&utm_medium=email

Texas Legislation Would Block Federal Acts as Unconstitutional
(tenthamendmentcenter.com) - A bill up for consideration in the Texas legislature would create a mechanism for the state to review and reject any federal order, law, police, rule, mandate or agency regulation that is found to violate the Bill of Rights of the Texas Constitution...Introduced by Rep. David Simpson (R-Longview), House Bill 1751 (HB1751) would set a formal process for the state to not only stop providing material support for federal acts deemed a constitutional violation, but would also authorize the legislature to “interpose itself between the federal government and persons in this state to oppose the federal government in the execution and enforcement of federal law.” If passed, the state legislature would be able to declare any federal act to be a violation of Article I of the Texas Constitution, the state’s Bill of Rights, with a two-thirds vote of both chambers. No action would be required from the Governor, fully bypassing what has often been a long and contentious veto override process.       http://blog.tenthamendmentcenter.com/2015/02/texas-legislation-would-create-a-mechanism-to-review-and-block-federal-acts-as-unconstitutional/

The EPA Thinks You're Stupid
Alan Caruba
Cartoon%2B-%2BEPA%2BTorture%2BReport.jpg

(factsnotfantasy.blogspot.com) - The folks at the Environmental Protection Agency, starting with a long line of its administrators that now includes Gina McCarthy, think you and the Congress of the United States are stupid. They have been telling lies for so long they can’t imagine that their chokehold on the American economy will ever end.

It is, however, coming to an end and the reason is a Republican-controlled Congress responding to the countless businesses and individuals being ravaged by a ruthless bureaucracy driven by an environmental agenda determined to deprive America of the energy sources vital to our lives and the nation’s existence.

EPA%2BDirector%2B-%2BGina%2BMcCarthy.jpg
EPA's Gina McCarthy
This was on display in early March when Gina McCarthy testified to the Senate Environmental and Public Works Committee, asking for a nearly $500 million increase in its 2016 budget. The total discretionary budget request would have topped out at $8.6 billion and would reward states nearly $4 billion to go along with the EPA’s Clean Power Plan.

The problem is that the Clean Power Plan is really about no power or far more costly power in those states where the EPA has been shutting down coal-fired plants that not long ago provided fifty percent of all the electricity in the nation.

In February 2014, the Institute for Energy Research reported:
“More than 72 gigawatts (GW) of electrical generating capacity have already, or are now set to retire because of the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) regulations. The regulations causing these closures include the Mercury and Air Toxics Standards (colloquially called MATS, or Utility MACT), proposed Cross State Air Pollution Rule (CSAPR), and the proposed regulation of carbon dioxide emissions from existing power plants.

To put 72 GW in perspective, that is enough electrical generation capacity to reliably power 44.7 million homes—or every home in every state west of the Mississippi River, excluding Texas. In other words, EPA is shutting down enough generating capacity to power every home in Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico, North and South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Arkansas, and Louisiana.

EPA%2B-%2BShutdown%2Bof%2BElectricity.png

Plants closed or soon to be

Over 94 percent these retirements will come from generating units at coal-fired power plants, shuttering over one-fifth of the U.S.’s coal-fired generating capacity. While some of the effected units will be converted to use new fuels, American families and businesses will pay the price with higher utility bills and less reliability for their electricity.”

What nation would knowingly reduce its capacity to produce the electricity that everyone depends upon?

Answer: The United States of America.

Why? Because the EPA has been telling us that coal-fired plants produce carbon dioxide (CO2) and it is causing ours and the world’s temperature to increase to a point that threatens our lives. They have been claiming that everything from blizzards to droughts, hurricanes to forest fires, are the result of the CO2 that coal-fired plants produce.

That is a huge, stupendous lie.

In the Senate Committee meeting, McCarthy said, “Climate change is real. It is happening. It is a threat. Humans are causing the majority of that threat...the impacts are being felt. Climate change is not a religion. It is not a belief system. It’s a scientific fact. And our challenge is to move forward with the actions we need to protect future generations.”

Climate change is real. It’s been real for 4.5 billion years and it has absolutely nothing to do with anything that humans do, least of all heating, cooling and lighting their homes, running their businesses, and everything else that requires electricity.

McCarthy said that the EPA’s overall goal was to save the planet from rising sea levels, massive storms, and other climate events that impact our lives. No, that’s not why the EPA was created in 1970. Its job was to clean the water and the air. It has done a relatively good job, but its mandate had nothing to do with the climate, nor does the provision of energy have any impact on the climate.

The reverse is true. The climate has a lot of impact on us.

Regarding the “science” McCarthy referred to, according to a 2013 report by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, there were record low tornadoes, record low hurricanes, record gain in Arctic and Antarctic ice, no change in the rate of sea levels, and there had been NO WARMING at that point for 17—now 19—years.

When Sen. Jeff Sessions asked McCarthy a number of questions about droughts and hurricanes, she either dodged providing a specific answer or claimed, as with hurricanes, that “I cannot answer that question. It’s a very complicated issue.”
Asked about the computer models on which the EPA makes its regulatory decisions, McCarthy replied, “I do not know what the models actually are predicting that you are referring to.” Sen. Sessions said that it was incredible that the Administrator of the EPA “doesn’t know whether their predictions have been right or wrong.”

As for any “science” the EPA may be using, much of it is SECRET.

Heartland%2B-%2BClimate%2BNews.png     H. Sterling Burnett, the managing editor of the Heartland Institute’s Environment & Climate News, reported on The Secret Science Reform Act (HR 4012) introduced by the House Science Committee late last year. The bill would “prohibit the Environmental Protection Agency from proposing, finalizing, or disseminating regulations or assessments based on science that is not transparent or reproducible.”

The House passed the Act on November 20, 2014 and it has been received in the Senate, read twice, and referred to the Committee on Environment and Public Works. If it passes the Senate, that will be a giant leap forward in gaining oversight and control of the EPA.

Until then, the EPA’s administrator and staff will continue to work their mischief in the belief that both Congress and the rest of us are stupid. We’re not.

bib-1.jpg?width=284By Wednesday morning, the European Union had congratulated Bibi Netanyahu on his election victory over labor party rival Herzog.

By Thursday morning…Obama had done no such thing.

In fact, according to Reuters, John Kerry who is in Switzerland working on the ‘deal’ with the Islamic Terrorist State of Iran…REFUSED to address the questions posed by reporters regarding Netanyahu and the Likud Party victory.

Little wonder…after all, Obama had sent his top campaign adviser to Israel to mastermind the Herzog bid to get rid of Bibi and, Kerry’s Department of State sent the V15 group some $350,000 of U.S. Taxpayer money for the exact same purpose.

The goal naturally was to rid the world stage of Netahyahu so that the forces if Islam would have a much easier time of things. With Netanyahu out of the way…the path toward the nuclear arming of Iran would have been paved in gold…without Netanyahu…ISIS could actually become ISIL as Obama so optimistically calls them.

It’s fair to speculate that there was a meeting in the Situation Room at the White House on Tuesday night and that Valerie Jarrett was NOT at all happy.

I mean…they thought they had that election bought and paid for but things just didn’t work out the way they THOUGHT they would.

So sure were the liberals of the mainstream media that Netanyahu would LOSE that they geared up for it all day long on Tuesday just giddy over the opportunity to be the first to utter the phrase: “Netanyahu LOSES!!!”

Lester Holt who has replaced the lying Brian Williams over at NBC put it this way…

To Whomever This May Concern,

The City of Chicago has employed a Romanian National, named Cristian Calin as an "IT Manager" for the ENTIRE COMPUTER NETWORK run by the City of Chicago.

This network covers EVERY agency operating under the jurisdiction of the city, including departments with sensitive information, such as law enforcement.

Mr, Calin was terminated from his former employment at Greenlees Filters, LLC, in Forest Park, Illinois after he began being investigated by the F.B.I. and his former employer for unauthorized use of company resources to transmit threats and attempt to extort money. He also has historical links to the Romanian spy agency, known as S.R.I..

How the City of Chicago came to hire him after that incident remains a mystery. However, you need to know that your information systems (and, thus, your information) are compromised by having him entrusted with them.

The City of Chicago continues to employ (and/or otherwise trust) him at YOUR peril.

Here is his e-mail address:  chicagouno@yahoo.com

Sincerely,

Thomas Lowell Ketchum, Jr. (one of his victims)

American Citizen and Tea Party Member

Subject: Fwd: Fw: Complaint of Criminal Activity by Romanian National in The United States

To: EHAGEN@dcm-mfg.com

This is a complaint about your "IT Project Manager" who works at Greenlees Filters, LLC, at your Forest Park, Illinois office.

Cristian Calin is using company resources, including phones, computers and both internet and telephone lines of your company to transmit threatening and extortionate message to me, my wife and my step son in Romania. I am a United States citizen and, as such, have duly filed a complaint with the Duty Officer at the Chicago Field Office of the F.B.I..

You are advised that Mr. Calin's activities may result in criminal prosecution for the Federal Offence of Interstate wire fraud and interstate communication of threats in connection with his attempt to support his father, Constantin Calin of Buzau, Romania, in fraudulently obtaining about 300,000 Euros in Agricultural subsidies from the European Union, through an office in Romania which administers such programs (A.P.I.A.).

Mr. Calin also graduated from the Academy Institute of Economic Sciences in Bucharest, which is a training school for the Romanian Intelligence Service, known here as S.R.I.. As such, the F.B.I. is now investigating Mr. Calin for National Security reasons, since he works for your company, which has significant U.S. Defence contracts.

A simple check of Mr. Calin's work phones and e-mail access will confirm or refute my allegations as to his use of company resources. Further examination may be required to determine how much company time he may be expending on his extortionate schemes. However, if my step-son's phone records here in Romania are any indication at all, he spent over 2 hours on the phone to my step son in Bucharest, just yesterday. That phone time does not count any internet use expended in any similar pursuit. He sent  most of his extortionate SMS messages from the phone number of 773-541-1342. That may or may not be a company phone. Only you know that.

Copies of some of his communications via e-mail, along with my responses, including criminal

complaints about him to authorities is also enclosed for your review.

It is up to you about whether or not you want him in your company when he gets arrested for telephonic and e-mail extortion by the F.B.I.. I would think that no company wants much of a scandal. However, I leave that up to you.

In any event, I thank you for your attention to this matter.

I will destroy you all."

Additional note: What this man is demanding is not possible, since the company has changed hands and she is not legally in any position to create or certify anything at all, especially, something which is not the truth. The sole purpose of this SMS is to try and intimidate my wife with the idea that she will be libelled and slandered  be subjected to malicious and false prosecution if she fails and refuses to illegally produce the false document which this man is demanding.

 LET THE BUDGET BATTLES BEGIN
The nation hits its borrowing limit today, with the Treasury Department once again resorting to “extraordinary measures” to keep from defaulting on a debt that now stands at a staggering $18.1 trillion. The measures are estimated to run dry sometime between October and November and while a default has been professed by both parties to be less likely this time around, raising the limit is just one bitter economic battle set embroil the White House, Congress and the politics of 2016. This week Congress begins to hammer out a budget, with separate Republican resolutions slated to be released by the House, Tuesday and the Senate, Wednesday. Achieving a joint budget resolution is critical to the Republican strategy to use reconciliation – a procedure that would enable the Senate to pass bills with a simple majority – as a means to usher in major policy changes such as a rollback of nObamaCare. President nObama could still use his veto, but at a political cost.  -Fox News

Senate GOP plan denies Dems 2016 ammo -   The Hill: “Senate Republicans will not include detailed plans to overhaul entitlement programs when they unveil their first budget in nearly a decade this week, according to GOP sources. The decision would break from Rep. Paul Ryan’s (R-Wis.) House budgets from recent years, which Democrats used to pound Republican candidates in the 2012 and 2014 elections…. In breaking with Ryan, Senate Republicans want to avoid giving their opponents the same ammunition, especially with a slim majority and in danger of losing their majority in 2016…The Senate GOP blueprint will not propose reforming Social Security, the political third rail that Ryan also avoided as former chairman of the House Budget Committee. ‘From the standpoint of a budget, the less words of the English language you use, the better off you are,’ said Sen.  Anonymous Just Struck MASSIVE Blow To ISIS
(madworldnews.com) - Earlier this year, the hactivist group known as Anonymous declared war on ISIS in something they’ve dubbed #OpIsis, and they have most recently proven they’re serious...According to reports, Anonymous has released a list of 9,200 Twitter accounts linked to ISIS in hopes that the social media giant will be forced into banning the accounts entirely. The leak actually came about as Anonymous teamed up with two other hacker groups, GhostSec and Ctrlsec, to compile the list. Such an action is rarely seen, as an unidentified member of Anonymous told IBTimes UK, “This is historic amongst the digital world as it’s the first time these groups have come together for something this large.” As the rest of the world strives to ignore the threat of ISIS, it’s nice to see someone stand up for what is right. Seeing how the terrorist organization has been allowed to post their barbaric propaganda on sites like Twitter, Anonymous has made their point abundantly clear – you can run, but you can’t hide.      http://madworldnews.com/anonymous-struck-isis/

Jen Psaki Can’t find Hilly Clinton’s Separation Statement Form
(nicedeb.wordpress.com) - A key form that could determine whether or not Hilly Clinton broke any laws when she left state without returning her emails, seems to have been misplaced at the State Department...After being queried about the formal separation statement form, last week, State Dept. Spox Jen Psaki had no answers for reporters. And again today, she had nothing new for them regarding the whereabouts of the form. AP reporter Matt Lee grilled her over why this standard form would be so difficult to produce.       https://nicedeb.wordpress.com/2015/03/16/jen-psaki-cant-find-hillary-clintons-separation-statement-form-where-oh-where-could-it-be-video/

Huge Hilly ally admits she wanted to avoid congressional oversight
(Noah Rothman) - In the moments where former Clinton advisor James Carville wasn’t completely unintelligible in his Sunday morning appearance on ABC’s This Week, he was actively undermining the effort to defend Hilly Clinton’s controversial email practices...Due to her stubborn refusal to amend her 2016 campaign rollout schedule, the former secretary of state still lacks a press shop and, as a result, has had to rely on surrogates like Media Matters founder David Brock, former Clinton counsel Lanny Davis, and political advisor James Carville to defuse this scandal in the press.  Dems Push ATF To Ban Bullets Now
(Brian Lilley) - Congressional Democrats are demanding the ATF use "existing authority" to ban a popular bullet. The move comes just days after the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives backed off a proposal to ban the M855 green-tip cartridges, one of the most popular bullets used in AR-15 rifles...The public comment period for the proposed ban closes Monday but in the face of overwhelming public opposition the ATF announced last week that they were going back to the drawing board. Not good enough for Democrats. They sent a letter, obtained by The Hill, which says the ATF needs to act to keep, “dangerous ammunition out of our communities.”       http://www.truthrevolt.org/news/dems-push-atf-ban-bullets-now

190k Coloradoans Losing Health Insurance Thanks to Dem Leadership
(Dave Jolly) - Barack nObama’s infamous lie to the American people resulted in nearly 6 million Americans having their healthcare plans cancelled...nObama’s lie was followed up by his illegal action when he issued his announcement to insurance companies to stop cancelling pre-existing healthcare plans that did not meet the minimum requirements established by nObamacare. However, the insurance companies claimed that they had already spent many millions of dollars revamping their systems and there was no possibility to restore many of the previously cancelled plans. Yet there were some that managed to hang onto their pre-existing healthcare plans with another promise from nObama that they could keep their plans through 2016, but would then have to purchase plans that met nObamacare’s standards. In Colorado, a state being ruined by nObamanite Democrats, about 190,000 residents have been clinging to old healthcare plans believing they have until the end of next year before being forced to purchase an inferior plan at a higher cost. But thanks to Colorado’s Insurance Commissioner Marguerite Salazar, all of the 190,000 grandfathered healthcare plans will be cancelled at the end of 2015 instead of 2016.       http://godfatherpolitics.com/21034/190000-coloradoans-losing-health-insurance-thanks-to-democratic-leadership/#fpuVrrvQS49XsioZ.99

Why Has the U.S. Congress Done So Little About UNRWA?  ?
(Steven J. Rosen) - American defenders of Israel generally see the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) as one of the worst UN agencies, an organization that harbors terrorists, teaches militant conflict with Israel and anti-Semitism in its schools, and perpetuates the Palestinian refugee issue as a source of tension...Yet the paradox is that the United States has consistently been the largest single-state donor to UNRWA. Therefore it is not surprising that UNRWA's critics have turned repeatedly to Congress, where they know there is bipartisan support for Israel, to fight UNRWA's practices. About once every year, a pro-Israel organization announces an anti-UNRWA initiative on Capitol Hill. With equal frequency, members of Congress issue press statements proposing legislation and sense-of-Congress resolutions targeting UNRWA's ties to terrorism, anti-Semitism in its textbooks, and UNRWA policies that perpetuate rather than resolve the refugee issue. Seemingly, UNRWA is an important item on the foreign policy agenda of the United States Congress.   http://www.meforum.org/5113/congress-unrwa

 British PM Pulls MB Report
(John Rossomando) - British Prime Minister David Cameron pulled a report Monday which was widely expected to recommend against labeling the Muslim Brotherhood a terrorist organization...The review, led by Britain's ambassador to Saudi Arabia, Sir John Jenkins, also is expected to suggest that the Muslim Brotherhood's activities in the United Kingdom should be more open and remain under review. No concrete policy recommendations are expected; however, it is expected to name a network of linked organizations alleged to be involved in extremist activities. This network reportedly included a complex web of at least 60 organizations, think tanks, TV channels and charities with links to the Muslim Brotherhood. The British government decided in December that it would release only a summary of the full report. Cameron requested the report in April, reportedly at the instigation of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).       http://www.investigativeproject.org/4799/british-pm-pulls-mb-report

State Depart Refuses To Answer Clinton “Separation Form” Question
(rickwells.us) - Did Hilly Clinton sign a separation form when she left the State Department is a simple yes or no question. When dealing with a secretive government that it violating our laws and Constitution, there is no such thing as a simple answer...Jen Psaki doesn’t have an update, a softer way of saying I’m not going to answer the question. If they wanted to provide one it wouldn’t be that tough. We could have a response in just minutes. The State Department has trouble with the most basic things; lying to cover criminal behavior creates those kinds of difficult situation. The arrogant misconception that those who have a job in the government are better than the rest of us seethes from this smug mouthpiece of corruption. In response to the Associated Press’ Matt Lee description of Hilly Clinton as an employee she injected, “I don’t think former secretaries are standard employees.” She’s right, standard employees might be arrested for doing what Clinton and her comrades routinely get away with.       http://www.rickwells.us/more-lies-obstruction-state-department-refuses-to-answer-clinton-separation-form-question/

The letter is issuing a veto threat of Corker's Iran Nuclear Agreement Review Act of 2015 which requires Congress to approve any nuclear deal reached with Iran.  President Bystander Blames Bush For ISIS
(nicedeb.wordpress.com) - Year after year, scandal after scandal – this president always sings the same tune whenever something bad happens. It was somebody else’s fault and poor nObama was the last one to find out...In his interview with Vice News, he played the part of a character we’ve become all too familiar with – the shocked and bewildered bystander who is perennially having to clean up other peoples’ messes. The problem with that pose of course, is – Obama’s been the president for over six years. It is his government that has allowed ISIS to metastasize in Syria.  It was nObama’s CIA who funneled millions of dollars into the hands of al-Qaida, the Taliban, and ISIS. It was nObama who funneled weapons to the Syrian rebel fighters who often turned out to be ISIS fighters. It was nObama himself who called ISIS the Jay-Vee team after they had taken over Fallujah in Iraq. It is nothing short of despicable that he would try to blame President Bush for the creation of his terrorist Frankenstein. And here’s the really sick part – al Qaeda in Iraq had been routed by US forces in Iraq thanks to Bush’s surge (which President Bystander opposed.) nObama snatched defeat out of the jaws of victory by pulling out all of our troops before Iraq was ready to defend itself.
Is Hanoi John Kerry a Moron?
Alan Caruba
Kerry%2B-%2BIdiot.jpg
(factsnotfantasy.blogspot.com) - I can recall Hanoi John Kerry, nObama’s Secretary of State, from the days he testified to a congressional committee and slandered his fellow soldiers as the spokesman for Veterans Against the Vietnam War in 1971. I was appalled then and my opinion of the man has not changed since those days. I opposed the war, too, but I did not blame it on the men who were conscripted to fight it, nor did I believe the charges he leveled against some of them.

These days Hanoi Kerry is engaged in securing an agreement with the Iranians, if not to stop their program to make their own nuclear weapons than to slow it to a later date. Never mind that the Iranian government is listed by our own government as a leading sponsor of terrorism worldwide or that they have signed such agreements in the past and then tossed out the inspectors.

Hanoi Kerry is convinced that the nObama administration can get an agreement that is, in his own words, “not legally binding”, nor is it a treaty that the U.S. Senate would have to vote for or against. In point of fact, President nObama can make the deal—sign the agreement—just as Presidents have done for over two hundred years. It can then be abrogated by whoever the next President will be.

Why nObama and Hanoi Kerry are doing this defies my understanding. It gives the Iranians more time to reach nuclear capability. It is opposed by every nation in the Middle East. It puts every nation within reach of Iran’s missiles at risk and it virtually guarantees the destruction of Israel, a goal of Iran’s Islamic Revolution from the day it was born. Hanoi Kerry is negotiating with people who took our diplomats hostage in 1979 and have played a role in the deaths of many Americans since then.

Is Hanoi John Kerry a moron? I think so.

I asked myself this question in regard to another area of U.S. policy which the Secretary of State is also championing even if millions around the world have concluded otherwise.

On March 2nd, Hanoi Kerry addressed the Atlantic Council in Washington, D.C, telling them what he has been saying in many forums. Let us understand that “climate change” is the name being used to replace “global warming”, because the Earth has been in a cooling cycle for the past 18 years or so. And let us understand that “climate change” has been happening for 4.5 billion years.
Hanoi Kerry said, “So when science tells us that our climate is changing and human beings are largely causing that change, by what right do people stand up and just say, ‘Well, I dispute that’ or ‘I deny that elementary truth’?”

The problem with this is that human beings are not causing the planet’s climate change. Forces far greater than humans are involved, not the least of which is the Sun.

As for science, its most fundamental methodology is to constantly challenge the various ‘truths’ put forward as theories until they can be proved to be true by being independently reproduced. Nothing about the “global warming” theories has been true. All of the computer models on which it was based have been proven inaccurate. In some cases, they were deliberately rigged.

On television meteorologists remind us that every day, indeed, from morning to night, the temperatures of the area about which they are reporting are in a constant state of change. They show us satellite photography and mapping that demonstrates how dynamic the weather is on any spot on Earth. The climate, however, is measured in decades and centuries. Every one of the doomsday predictions of the global warming “scientists” and propagandists have been wrong.

The enemies of the use of energy to enhance and improve the lives of the residents of Earth began to claim in the 1970s and 80s that carbon dioxide (CO2) was threatening the climate.

At best, CO2 is a very minor element of the Earth’s atmosphere, about 0.04%, which gets it rated as “a trace gas.” As such, it plays no role with regard to the climate.

Kerry%2Bas%2BHerman.jpg
Hanoi Kerry asserted that climate change is “one of the biggest threats facing our planet today” and should be ranked with terrorism, epidemics, poverty and nuclear proliferation…” Oh, wait! Isn’t this the same Secretary of State negotiating with Iran to allow it to become a nuclear power?

And what “solution” does he offer to reduce the “threat” of climate change? Hanoi Kerry urged that the U.S. transition away from “dirty sources of energy” such as coal, oil and natural gas.

Writing in a recent issue of The Wall Street Journal, Matt Ridley noted that “In 2015, about 87% of the energy that the world consumed came from fossil fuels, a figure that—remarkably—was unchanged from 10 years before. This roughly divides into three categories of fuel and three categories of use: oil used mainly for transport, gas used mainly for heating, and coal used mainly for electricity.”
Fossil fuels have made the difference between modern life and burning cow dung to cook dinner. A billion people on Earth still do not have electricity.

Less obvious, but significantly more threatening is the White House effort to get the U.S. signed up for the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change and its International Climate Justice tribunal. This is a follow-up to the 1977 Kyoto Protocol that was unanimously rejected by the U.S. Senate. Why? Because such treaties threaten the sovereignty of the U.S. and, just as importantly, because the entire United Nation’s climate program is a huge fraud.
This is what Hanoi John Kerry wants the U.S. to agree to, just like the Iran deal, and just to be sure the U.S. Senate, as mandated by the U.S. Constitution, doesn’t have a say in it, he and the President are calling these deals anything other than a treaty.

Is Hanoi John Kerry a moron? Maybe not as dumb as he seems to be, but surely cynical and devious.

Unfortunately, he is the Secretary of State.

Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa), a senior member of the Budget panel.”   -Fox News

Thus far, they have utterly failed in their mission.       http://americanactionnews.com/articles/huge-hillary-ally-admits-she-wanted-to-avoid-congressional-oversight

In response to the Associated Press’ Matt Lee description of Hilly Clinton as an employee she injected, “I don’t think former secretaries are standard employees.” She’s right, standard employees might be arrested for doing what Clinton and her comrades routinely get away with.       http://www.rickwells.us/more-lies-obstruction-state-department-refuses-to-answer-clinton-separation-form-question/

nObama's Warning Letter to Senate: Don’t Mess With My Iran Deal!
(Suzanne Hamner) - nObama wasted no time in having his chief of staff, Denis McDonough, fire off a letter to Senate Foreign Relations Committee Chairman Sen. Bob Corker, (R-TN) warning "US Senators to withhold legislation"...that "would likely have a profoundly negative impact on the ongoing negotiations" with Iran. The letter is issuing a veto threat of Corker's Iran Nuclear Agreement Review Act of 2015 which requires Congress to approve any nuclear deal reached with Iran. Additionally, this letter from the administration could be seen as a response to one signed by 47 Republican Senators that was sent to Iran's Ayatollah.     http://freedomoutpost.com/2015/03/obamas-warning-letter-to-senate-dont-go-messing-with-my-iran-deal/

Race Together for Real Solutions

So Howard Schultz, Chairman and CEO of Starbucks thinks we need to start a conversation about race. Just where has this man been? The discussion of race is everywhere, TV shows, mainstream media, talk radio, the classroom, the pulpit, the street corner. My suspicion is that the #RaceTogether campaign is nothing more than a clever marketing ploy, glomming on to the latest social issue to draw attention to the company and there by driving up sales.

If Schultz, and all the others that keep racial tension at the forefront of our collective conscience, really wanted to foster understanding and unity, they would be addressing the real cause of societies' downslide.

The conversation should be about characteraccountabilitypersonal responsibility, and good old common courtesy. The lack of these, is evident everywhere, from the checkout counter, to the highway. Right and wrong are malleable according to the situation, our behavior is never our fault, and for every injury or insult against us, someone must pay. We continually cry out for "justice" when what we really want is vengeance.

This isn't a black vs white, rich vs poor, man vs woman, Democrat vs Republican issue, it's an American issue. We have bought into the "it takes a village" ideology. We believe that it is the "village's" responsibility to take care of us and our children rather than assuming that responsibility ourselves, and have thereby become a self-centered nation of victims. Always ready to demand that we be treated the way we want to be treated, but never willing to look deep within our own psyches and our communities, to correct the bad attitudes and moral deficiencies within ourselves. We must have the courage to stand up for right and justice, but we must also develop the wisdom to know when a grievance is really worth taking a stand for, and when we should just toughen our skins and walk away.  We should be willing to accept the truth, even when that truth is uncomfortable to face and puts us or our loved ones in a bad light.

Hanoi KERRY CONCEDES IRAN NUKE DEAL WOULDN’T   BE BINDING
WashEx: “The nObama administration won’t submit any deal limiting Iran’s nuclear ambitions to Congress for approval because it won’t be legally binding, Secretary of State Hanoi John Kerry said Wednesday. ‘We’ve been clear from the beginning we’re not negotiating a legally binding plan. We’re negotiating a plan that will have a capacity for enforcement,’ he told the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. ‘We don’t even have diplomatic relations with Iran right now.’ Hanoi Kerry, who was visibly irritated by what he called misconceptions by lawmakers about the ongoing talks, was criticizing an open letter to Iran’s leaders signed by 47 Republican senators. The letter has angered Democrats, but appears not to have slowed bipartisan efforts to force congressional approval of a deal, in spite of stiff opposition by the nObama administration. As he spoke, committee Chairman Bob Corker, R-Tenn., who did not sign the letter but is a sponsor of legislation to require approval of any deal, cut him off. Corker later noted that as a senator, Hanoi Kerry had demanded congressional approval of a proposed agreement with Iraq on the status of U.S. troops there.”  -Fox News

nObama: The Chamberlain of Our Time?
(Ron Radosh) - In recent weeks, it has become clear that the nObama administration’s policy is to regard Iran as an ally in the fight against ISIS, and to overlook its goal of attaining hegemony throughout the Middle East. Iran essentially controls Baghdad and the Iraqi army fighting ISIS, Lebanon, and Assad’s Syria...We no longer hear nObama pronouncing that “Assad must go.” The Iranian expansion is described in a Wall Street Journal editorial, in which the editors write: The strategic implications of this Iranian advance are enormous. Iran already had political sway over most of Shiite southern Iraq. Its militias may now have the ability to control much of Sunni-dominated Anbar, especially if they use the chaos to kill moderate Sunnis. Iran is essentially building an arc of dominance from Tehran through Baghdad and Damascus to Beirut on the Mediterranean. Iran’s actions threaten the Sunni states of Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and the Gulf states, all of whom fear that an emerging alliance of the U.S. with Iran poses a great threat to their own national interest.       http://pjmedia.com/ronradosh/2015/03/15/what-ever-happened-to-a-bad-deal-is-worse-than-no-deal-in-evaluating-an-agreement-with-iran/

Dems Bill, Suddenly Block It Over Abortion Language
(Rachel Stoltzfoos) - Senate Democrats are throwing a fit over language in a bill they asked Republicans to bring to the floor, but apparently didn’t read...The 68-page anti-human trafficking bill has 13 Democratic cosponsors and was supposed to pass easily in a rare moment of bipartisanship, but Democrats are now threatening to block it because they suddenly realized it contains standard language preventing federal funding of abortions. The bill unanimously passed the Judiciary Committee in February, and on Monday several Democrats called for the Senate to pass the bill. ”I doubt there will be problems on my side,” Senate minority leader dinky Harry Reid said Monday on the Senate floor. “If there are, I will work to clear them.”       http://dailycaller.com/2015/03/11/dems-read-bill-theyre-pushing-suddenly-block-it-over-abortion-language/

Militant Islamist fighters on a tank take part in a military parade along the streets of northern Raqqa province June 30, 2014.
 Dislodging ISIS in Iraq
(Gary J. Schmitt) - What does the likely victory of Iraqi forces retaking Tikrit from the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria tell us about the current U.S. military strategy in Iraq?...The first and most obvious point is that ISIS is not some indomitable foe. Yes, it’s a terrorist “state” of the worst sort, but as a military matter, it’s not ten-feet tall. If the campaign succeeds in capturing back the city—and there is every reason to believe it will—it will have been accomplished largely with a gaggle of Iranian-backed Shiite militiamen, at most a brigade of regular Iraqi troops, and a few Sunni tribesmen—not exactly a first-world fighting force. And it will have been done absent the almighty destructive power of the United States Air Force. The battle over one Iraqi city is hardly conclusive evidence of how one might expect a longer-term effort to go, but it does strongly suggest that President’s nObama’s view that this “is going to be a long-term campaign” is more a sign of what the White House is willing to do than of what could be done. It’s hardly news at this point, but the president’s estimate is less an accurate assessment of a foe than a reflection of the president’s own determination to put off hard decisions. As the three-year timeline proposed in his draft authorization for war against ISIS suggests, it is also a matter he would like to push off to the next occupant of the Oval Office.       http://www.aei.org/publication/dislodging-isis-in-iraq/?utm_source=paramount&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=AEITODAY031315

Texas, State Leaders Attack Local Govts for Big on Regulations
(Kate Scanlon) - They say everything is bigger in Texas. Some argue that the saying even applies to the state’s local governments. Conservatives often contend that more decision making should be done at the local level, but what if local governments overreach their authority?...Texas Gov. Greg Abbott, a Republican, has been vocal about his opposition to what he characterizes as an overabundance of regulations implemented at the local level in his state. During remarks at the Texas Public Policy Foundation’s 13th annual Policy Orientation in January, Abbott said that “the truth is, Texas is being California-ized with bag bans, fracking bans, tree-cutting bans…We are forming a patchwork quilt of bans and rules and regulations that are eroding the Texas Model.”       https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OLCb81iIwRQ

nObama Admin Kills Program That Helped Poor File Taxes
(Richard Pollock) - The nObama administration has quietly killed an IRS tax preparation program designed to help low-income and disadvantaged citizens, choosing instead to give millions of dollars to liberal groups for the same purpose...Without fanfare, the administration has closed down the free walk-in services at hundreds of taxpayer assistance centers around the country. Administration officials are now trying to steer the “face-to-face” help to volunteer community groups, some with political ties. But one undercover inspection of those groups in 2013 revealed a 49 percent error rate.       http://dailycaller.com/2015/03/15/exclusive-obama-admin-kills-program-that-helped-poor-file-taxes-sends-funding-to-liberal-groups/?utm_campaign=547f4d2f01958a5001000e49&utm_source=boomtrain&utm_medium=email&bt_alias=eyJ1c2VySWQiOiJkM2ViOWZiOC1lMGNmLTQwZDQtYTljNC1lNDBiODkxZDZlZDIifQ%3D%3D

Israelis prepare to vote; Palestinians prepare to fight
(Khaled Abu Toameh) - For some Palestinians, the election is not about removing Netanyahu from power. Rather, it is about removing Israel from the face of the earth and replacing it with an Islamist empire...Hanoi Kerry's statement about the revival of the peace process shows that he remains oblivious to the reality in the Middle East, particularly with regards to the Palestinians. Hanoi Kerry is ignoring the fact that the Palestinians are today divided into two camps; one that wants to destroy Israel through terrorism and jihad and another that is working hard to delegitimize and isolate Israel with the hope of forcing it to its knees. As Hanoi Kerry was talking about the revival of the peace process, Hamas announced that it has completed preparations for the next confrontation with Israel.       http://www.gatestoneinstitute.org/5395/israeli-vote-palestinians-fight

In Case You Missed It: America is Out of Money – Again
(conservativehq.com) - You might have missed it because the nObama Treasury Department chose to let the news slip out in testimony to Congress on a sleepy Friday afternoon, but today marks the theoretical date that the federal government runs out of money...even though the debt ceiling has been raised eight times while Barack nObama has occupied the White House and now stands at a staggering $18.1 trillion. In normal times this date would have been preceded by a lengthy Congressional drama of Democrats demanding that the debt ceiling be raised without any conditions and establishment Republicans going through a list of phony spending cuts that they required before raising the debt limit, after which they would cave-in and raise the debt limit without actually cutting spending. But these aren’t normal times and, borrowing a phrase from our friend Diana West, nObama is not a normal president. Unfortunately, however, today’s congressional leaders are normal establishment Republicans, so there has been almost no mention on Capitol Hill of a new plan to cut spending rather than raise the debt ceiling.       http://www.conservativehq.com/article/19894-case-you-missed-it-america-out-money-%E2%80%93-again

Benghazi: timeline of State Department obstruction
(Byron York) - When did the House Select Committee on Benghazi first learn that former Secretary of State Hilly Clinton kept a secret email system? When did the State Department finally turn over even some of those emails to investigators? When did State first admit it didn't even possess all the former secretary's documents?...That information, and more, is contained in a timeline created by the Benghazi committee as investigators seek to piece together just what the nObama administration did in response to House requests for information about the September 11, 2012 terror attack that left four Americans dead. The timeline isn't an official committee report or publication; it's just an informal summary compiled to help members keep dates straight as they assess the State Department's lack of cooperation. The timeline doesn't include every significant date in the Benghazi investigation, but it does give readers an idea of what Republican investigators have been up against as they've tried to uncover the story of Benghazi. What follows is a fleshed-out version of the timetable — in my words, not the committee's — based on information from committee sources.       http://americanactionnews.com/articles/on-benghazi-a-timeline-of-state-department-obstruction

Newly emboldened 'lame duck' out for blood

Newly emboldened 'lame duck' out for blood
(jewishworldreview.com) - The next 22 months until President Barack nObama leaves office promise to be the most challenging period in the history of US-Israel relations.

Now unfettered by electoral concerns, over the past week nObama exposed his ill-intentions toward Israel in two different ways.

First, the Justice Department leaked its intention to indict Democratic Sen. Robert Menendez on corruption charges. Menendez is the ranking Democratic member, and the former chairman, of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. He is also the most outspoken Democratic critic of nObama's policy of appeasing the Iranian regime.

As former US federal prosecutor Andrew McCarthy wrote this week at PJMedia, "It is perfectly reasonable to believe that Menendez may be guilty of corruption offenses and that his political opposition on Iran is factoring into the administration's decision to charge him. Put it another way, if Menendez were running interference for nObama on the Iran deal, rather than trying to scupper it, I believe he would not be charged."

The Menendez prosecution tells us that nObama wishes to leave office after having vastly diminished support for Israel among Democrats. And he will not hesitate to use strong-arm tactics against his fellow Democrats to achieve his goal.

We already experienced nObama's efforts in this sphere in the lead-up to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's speech before the joint houses of Congress on March 3 with his campaign to pressure Democratic lawmakers to boycott Netanyahu's address.

Now, with his move against Menendez, nObama made clear that support for Israel — even in the form of opposition to the nuclear armament of Iran — will be personally and politically costly for Democrats.

The long-term implications of nObama's moves to transform US support for Israel into a partisan issue cannot by wished away. It is possible that his successor as the head of the Democratic Party will hold a more sympathetic view of Israel. But it is also possible that the architecture of Democratic fund-raising and grassroots support that nObama has been building for the past six years will survive his presidency and that as a consequence, Democrats will have incentives to oppose Israel.

The reason nObama is so keen to transform Israel into a partisan issue was made clear by the second move he made last week.

Last Thursday, US National Security Adviser Susan Rice announced that the NSC's Middle East Coordinator Phil Gordon was stepping down and being replaced by serial Israel-basher Robert Malley.

Malley, who served as an NSC junior staffer during the Clinton administration, rose to prominence in late 2000 when, following the failed Camp David peace summit in July 2000 and the outbreak of the Palestinian terror war, Malley co-authored an op-ed in The New York Times blaming Israel and then-prime minister Ehud Barak for the failure of the negotiations.

What was most remarkable at the time about Malley's positions was that they completely contradicted Bill Clinton's expressed views. Clinton placed the blame for the failure of the talks squarely on then-Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat's shoulders.

Not only did Arafat reject Barak's unprecedented offer of Palestinian statehood and sovereignty over all of Gaza, most of Judea and Samaria and parts of Jerusalem including the Temple Mount, he refused to make a counter-offer. And then two months later, he opened the Palestinian terror war, a.k.a. the second intifada.

As JWR contributor Jonathan Tobin explained in Commentary this week, through his writings and public statements, Malley has legitimized Palestinian rejection of Israel's right to exist. Malley thinks it is perfectly reasonable that the Palestinians refuse to concede their demand for free immigration of millions of foreign Arabs to the Jewish state in the framework of their concocted "right of return," even though the clear goal of that demand is to destroy Israel. As Tobin noted, Malley believes that Palestinian terrorism against Israel is "understandable if not necessarily commendable."

During nObama's 2008 presidential campaign, then-senator nObama listed Malley as a member of his foreign policy team. When pro-Israel groups criticized his appointment, nObama fired Malley.

But after his 2012 reelection, no longer fearing the ramifications of embracing an openly anti-Israel adviser, one who had documented contacts with Hamas terrorists and has expressed support for recognizing the terror group, nObama appointed Malley to serve as his senior adviser for Iraq-Iran-Syria and the Gulf states. Still facing the 2014 congressional elections, nObama pledged that Malley would have no involvement in issues related to Israel and the Palestinians. But then last week, he appointed him to direct the NSC's policy in relation to the entire Middle East, including Israel.

The deeper significance of Malley's appointment is that it demonstrates that nObama's goal in his remaining time in office is to realign US Middle East policy away from Israel. With his Middle East policy led by a man who thinks the Palestinian goal of destroying Israel is legitimate, nObama can be expected to expand his practice of placing all the blame for the absence of peace between Israel and the Palestinians solely on Israel's shoulders.

Malley's appointment indicates that there is nothing Israel can do to stem the tsunami of American pressure it is about to suffer. Electing a left-wing government to replace Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu will make no difference.

Just as Malley was willing to blame Barak — a leader who went to Camp David as the head of a minority coalition, whose positions on territorial withdrawals were rejected by a wide majority of Israelis — for the absence of peace, so we can assume that he, and his boss, will blame Israel for the absence of peace over the next 22 months, regardless of who stands at the head of the next government.

In this vein we can expect the administration to expand the anti-Israel positions it has already taken.

The US position paper regarding Israeli-Palestinian negotiation that was leaked this past week to Yediot Aharonot made clear the direction nObama wishes to go. That document called for Israel to withdraw to the indefensible 1949 armistice lines, with minor revisions.

In the coming 22 months we can expect the US to use more and more coercive measures to force Israel to capitulate to its position.

The day the administration-sponsored talks began in July 2013, the EU announced it was barring its member nations from having ties with Israeli entities that operate beyond the 1949 armistice lines unless those operations involve assisting the Palestinians in their anti-Israel activities. The notion that the EU initiated an economic war against Israel the day the talks began without coordinating the move with the nObama administration is, of course, absurd.

We can expect the US to make expanded use of European economic warfare against Israel in the coming years, and to continue to give a backwind to the anti-Semitic BDS movement by escalating its libelous rhetoric conflating Israel with the apartheid regime in South Africa.

US-Israel intelligence and defense ties will also be on the chopping block.

While nObama and his advisers consistently boast that defense and intelligence ties between Israel and the US have grown during his presidency, over the past several years, those ties have suffered blow after blow. During the war with Hamas last summer, acting on direct orders from the White House, the Pentagon instituted a partial — unofficial — embargo on weapons to Israel.

As for intelligence ties, over the past month, the administration announced repeatedly that it is ending its intelligence sharing with Israel on Iran.

The Hilly Clinton email scandal has revealed that during her tenure as secretary of state, Clinton transferred top secret information regarding Israel's operations against Iran to the New York Times. We also learned that the vice chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff is being fingered as the source of the leak regarding the Stuxnet computer virus that Israel and the US reportedly developed jointly to cripple Iran's nuclear centrifuges.

In other words, since taking office, nObama has used the US's intelligence ties with Israel to harm Israel's national security on at least two occasions.

He has also used diplomacy to harm Israel. Last summer, nObama sought a diplomatic settlement of Hamas's war with Israel that would have granted Hamas all of its war goals, including its demand for open borders and access to the international financial system.

Now of course, he is running roughshod over his bipartisan opposition, and the opposition of Israel and the Sunni Arab states, in the hopes of concluding a nuclear deal with Iran that will pave the way for the ayatollahs to develop nuclear weapons and expand their hegemonic control over the Middle East.

Amid all this, and facing 22 months of ever more hostility as nObama pursues his goal of ending the US-Israel alliance, Israelis are called on to elect a new government.

This week the consortium of former security brass that has banded together to elect a leftist government led by Isaac Herzog and Tzipi Livni accused Netanyahu of destroying Israel's relations with the US. The implication was that a government led by Herzog and Livni will restore Israel's ties to America.

Yet as nObama has made clear both throughout his tenure in office, and, over the past week through Malley's appointment and Menendez's indictment, nObama holds sole responsibility for the deterioration of our ties with our primary ally. And as his actions have also made clear, Herzog and Livni at the helm will receive no respite in US pressure. Their willingness to make concessions to the Palestinians that Netanyahu refuses to make will merely cause nObama to move the goalposts further down the field. Given his goal of abandoning the US alliance with Israel, no concession that Israel will deliver will suffice.

And so we need to ask ourselves, which leader will do a better job of limiting the danger and waiting nObama out while maintaining sufficient overall US support for Israel to rebuild the alliance after nObama has left the White House.

The answer, it seems, is self-evident.

The Left's campaign to blame Netanyahu for nObama's hostility will make it all but impossible for a Herzog-Livni government to withstand US pressure that they say will disappear the moment Netanyahu leaves office.

In contrast, as the US position paper leaked to Yediot indicated, Netanyahu has demonstrated great skill in parrying US pressure. He agreed to hold negotiations based on a US position that he rejected and went along with the talks for nine months until the Palestinians ended them. In so doing, he achieved a nine-month respite in open US pressure while exposing Palestinian radicalism and opposition to peaceful coexistence.

On the Iranian front, Netanyahu's courageous speech before Congress last week energized nObama's opponents to take action and forced nObama onto the defensive for the first time while expanding popular support for Israel.

It is clear that things will only get more difficult in the months ahead. But given the stakes, the choice of Israeli voters next Tuesday is an easy one.

Israel elections--Speculative or prophetic?

I never have been a fan of speculative journalism--that is coming of with a scenario and discussing it as if it were fact. In journalism, we are supposed to write about the facts. Problem is these days, that there is so much deception that it is difficult to get to the facts. Now prophecy is another animal altogether. Prophecy is the facts yet to come and the events surrounding what will bring them about as they play out. The current situation in Israel is a prophetic one. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has held the line on negotiating with terrorists and has been strong on the protection of Israel. He has been like a candle in the wind of nonsensical liberal dogma seeking to destroy Israel.

Netanyahu is in the way. The occupant of the Oval Office and other leaders around the world that are trying to guide into existence an end time caliphate against Israel need a weak, leftist minded, Islamist Marxist-trusting leader at the helm in Israel. They need someone who will give in to having a hostile terrorist state cutting across the midsection of Israel. They need Iran to have nuclear power. They need the Islamic State to advance. They need to topple Bashar Assad's Syrian government. They need to topple any stable government that stands in the way of the Islamic State and Iran's upcoming Persian-Assyrian empire. They need it, not because they believe in prophecy playing out, but because they hate Israel.

I do not want to give the impression that I favor the US "president" or the Islamic State because they are advancing prophecy. Those who know me and read my posts know that I renounce and deplore all they stand for. But I do see them as tools of the dark side in advancing end time prophecy. It is just that we as a people, as Christians and Americans, should not have leaders that favor satan and his move toward the Beast government of the end times--no matter how much we want Jesus Christ to return. It does not bode well for us. As the prophet Zechariah writes in 12:3, "And in that day will I make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people: all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces."

The Lord also says in Zechariah 12:9, "And it shall come to pass in that day, that I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem." The US "president" has done all within his power to bring about that day where the enemies of Israel come against Jerusalem--he has destabilized the Middle East, helped birth the Islamic State, empowered the Muslim Brotherhood, and has campaigned against Netanyahu. He has taken America on a fast track to the prophetic dark side, a journey that is sure to have prophetic ramifications for each of us. We are to: never become weary in doing good; to overcome evil with good; to let our light so shine before men that they may see our good works and glorify our Father in heaven. This does not mean hastening prophecy by allowing evil to advance. Making disciples is a more acceptable path.

Hillary’s Camp: Oh, by the Way, We Really Did Read Every Email

Is this any way to run a nascent presidential campaign? It took Hillary Clinton three days to challenge the story that her “personal” emails were deleted without anyone even reading them. Clinton spokesman Nick Merrill released a statement claiming that when they said keyword searches were used to determine which emails to keep it wasn’t the only method they employed. “[I]n wanting the public to understand how robust of a search was conducted, the fact sheet laid out several examples of the methods used by the reviewers to double and triple check they were capturing everything,” he said. “It was not meant to be taken as a list of every approach performed to ensure thoroughness. Those subsequent steps were in addition to reading them all, not in lieu of reading them all. (No different than our explaining such terms were used but not listing every search term used.) We simply took for granted that reading every single email came across as the most important, fundamental and exhaustive step that was performed. The fact sheet should have been clearer every email was read, which we are doing now.” They assumed everyone would trust Hillary’s judgment. It’s ‘Sunshine Week,’ So Obviously Obama’s Blocking FOIAs

George W. Bush decided that the Office of Administration was exempt from Freedom of Information Act requests, despite the office having abided by the law for 30 years. Barack Obama’s administration has continued the Bush administration’s practice, and, in fact, the White House just made the policy official. USA Today notes, “[T]he timing of the move raised eyebrows among transparency advocates, coming on National Freedom of Information Day and during a national debate over the preservation of Obama administration records. It’s also Sunshine Week, an effort by news organizations and watchdog groups to highlight issues of government transparency.” Not only that, but the Office of Administration handles White House record keeping, including email, making the timing especially ironic during a firestorm surrounding Hillary Clinton’s corrupt email practices. So, once again, it’s plain that The Most Transparent Administration in History™ is about as see-through as a brick wall. More…

Finally! Congressional GOP Starts to Lead Using Proposed Budget

Congressional Republicans certainly have their work cut out for them. Today, the House Committee on the Budget, headed by Dr. Tom Price of Georgia, released its proposed budgetthat sets forth a Republican agenda for how the federal purse is to be spent. The budget, steeped in the fiscal influence of Rep. Paul Ryan, cuts spending by $5.1 trillion and slashes additional debt in 10 years. ObamaCare would be repealed and the caps on defense spending would be lifted. But such a proposal could be controversial even among Republicans because it pits war hawks like Sen. John McCain, who vehemently opposed the sequestration of defense spending, against Republicans who prioritize a tight fiscal policy in all quarters. Last month’s fight to fund the Department of Homeland Security while defunding Barack Obama’s executive actions on immigration showed that congressional Republicans face a double enemy – fratricidal infighting and an authoritarian executive. But a budget is a worthy goal (exactly why Harry Reid blocked one for so many years), and we’re glad to see the Republican majority finally starting to lead. More…

Jeb Bush’s ‘Grown-Up’ Immigration Plan

Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush isn’t likely to win over many grassroots conservatives with his stance on immigration. But he knows that and isn’t even bothering to try. He sounded off on what to do with illegals already in the country, saying, “It’s easy to say, ‘Well, anything you propose is amnesty,’ but that’s not a plan. That’s a sentiment; that’s not a plan. I think the best plan, the most realistic plan – the grown-up plan, if you will – is once you control the border and you’re confident it’s not going to be another magnet, is to say, ‘Let’s let these folks achieve earned legal status where they work, where they come out of the shadows.’” He’s right in that dealing with illegals already here is the most difficult part of immigration reform, and there are few, if any, satisfactory plans to do so. We’ll give Bush marks for consistency, but he would do far better to try to win converts than to belittle as children those on his own side who disagree with his approach. That’s what leftists do.

Seattle Eateries Are Dying and Minimum Wage Killed Them

It’s just going to be that much harder to get some authentic Seattle salmon. Due to the city’s minimum wage hike that’s set to slam the city April 1 (April Fools!), Seattle restaurants are closing because they can’t pay workers the $15 an hour minimum wage. Seattle Magazinereports, “Washington Restaurant Association’s [Anthony] Anton puts it this way: ‘It’s not a political problem; it’s a math problem.’ He estimates that a common budget breakdown among sustaining Seattle restaurants so far has been the following: 36 percent of funds are devoted to labor, 30 percent to food costs and 30 percent go to everything else (all other operational costs). The remaining 4 percent has been the profit margin, and as a result, in a $700,000 restaurant, he estimates that the average restaurateur in Seattle has been making $28,000 a year.” While restaurants are not the economic lifeblood of any city, a city without good food is tasteless. This is a tangible example of what’s happening to Seattle’s economy with a government-mandated wage. More…

2015-03-17-4777f5be_large.jpg

The Justice Department recently announced plans to crack down on campaign finance coordination between candidates and outside groups. Not satisfied with the job the Federal Election Commission is doing to keep candidates from leveraging independent political groups, Justice said it will investigate such cases and “aggressively pursue coordination offenses at every appropriate opportunity.”

The Wall Street Journal explains, “Under federal law, a campaign expenditure is illegally coordinated when it meets certain tests for content and conduct. The content of an ad must either advocate for a candidate or mention the candidate by name in the 60 days before a general election. The conduct amounts to illegal coordination if there is material involvement or substantial discussion between a [political action committee] and a candidate regarding that election-related content.”

Proving coordination can be difficult, but starting an investigation can be alarmingly easy. All that’s needed is an allegation that two people talked who shouldn’t have – then government lawyers can come in and comb through files, computer drives and bank accounts with the full power of the FBI behind them.

Is there really a rash of corrupt coordination taking place between political candidates and PACs? What kind of widespread corruption would warrant the Justice Department taking such sweeping actions? “The opportunity to commit crime has increased dramatically,” said DOJ spokesman Peter Carr. Oh, the opportunity. But what about actual crime?

Well, the total number of such cases DOJ opened since the Supreme Court’s Citizens United ruling on campaign finance has plummeted, as has the total amount of fines collected. According to the DOJ’s statist mindset, that could only mean missed opportunities to shakedown political opponents.

GOP members of the FEC claim the lower number of investigations indicates people are following the rules, though Democrat members believe Republicans must be getting away with something. You can imagine which side the DOJ will come down on.

Richard Pilger, head of the DOJ’s Election Crimes Branch, supports pursuing coordination investigations. The outcome of an FEC investigation could lead to fines or even jail time.

Incidentally, Pilger was the DOJ official who in 2010 reached out to the IRS’s Lois Lerner – remember her? – about prosecuting nonprofits that engaged in fraud on their tax returns. Lerner ended up sharing protected taxpayer data on a number of nonprofit groups – coincidentally, all of them supported conservative causes. Talk about coordination.

In fact, Barack Obama’s 2012 election victory could largely be attributable to the IRS’s targeting of his political opponents.

Lerner’s activity and the DOJ’s open-ended persecution of political groups are both far bigger threats to free political speech than any phone call or backroom meeting between a candidate and a PAC. The government, whether it’s through the IRS or the Justice Department, bullies organizations into silence by tangling them in bureaucratic red tape, threatening jail or fines, or simply gumming up the works with extended investigations. And it’s no coincidence that a vast majority of these organizations fall on the opposite side of the political spectrum than the White House, Lerner or Pilger. The Left hates free political speech coming from the Right. And leftists will use any available tool to silence it.

Democrats Traffic in Abortion

2015-03-17-887d1c23_large.jpgReid's black eye

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) announced that the Senate will not vote on Barack Obama’s nomination of Loretta Lynch to take over Eric Holder’s position as attorney general until Democrats start cooperating on a human trafficking bill. Your move, Harry Reid.

Senate Democrats are furious over some of the language included in the trafficking bill, claiming they didn’t know it contained the Hyde Amendment, which stipulates the bill may contain no federal funding for abortions. So far, they’ve blocked a vote on it.

They didn’t know it contained this language? That’s a bit absurd considering that the trafficking bill contains the same language that was part of the legislation from the beginning. Furthermore, the Hyde Amendment has been a common addition to spending bills since 1976. Perhaps Democrats decided to read the bill this time – a novel idea for them.

Senate Minority Leader Reid gave his two cents, blustering, “Any attempt to hold a confirmation vote hostage because of this abortion provision is a sham.”

So says the man who spent his entire time as majority leader holding House legislation hostage.

John Cornyn (R-TX) noted, “When we offered them an opportunity to offer an amendment to change [the abortion language], they said: ‘No, we don’t want an amendment. We don’t want to change it by a vote of the Senate. We just want to block the bill.’”

The fact Democrats will not vote for a trafficking bill simply because it includes language blocking federal funding for abortion – language they helped pass before – reveals how twisted their minds are when it comes to the issue of life. Just as revealing of their warped thinking is that they are more concerned about voting on the Lynch nomination than they are about trafficking or protecting life.

And the street doesn’t run both ways. If Republicans were to block a bill on trafficking for any reason, Democrats and their Leftmedia lemmings would quickly label them “pro-trafficking.”

National Review’s Joel Gehrke writes, “[This is] the same tactic that Democrats used to kill the Department of Homeland Security appropriations bill in order to avoid taking a vote on House-passed language targeting President Obama’s executive orders on immigration with a tweak: Democrats allowed the debate on human trafficking to begin, but they won’t offer an amendment during the debate to get rid of language they oppose.” Yet somehow they continue to get away with painting Republicans as the party of “no.”

McConnell is playing his cards right this time. And if he stands firm by holding off the vote on Loretta Lynch until Democrats cooperate and pass the human trafficking bill, then Republicans will have finally stood on principle against Democrats. If McConnell succeeds, then one has to ask, why in the world didn’t he use it on the DHS/executive amnesty bill?

OPINION IN BRIEF

Sir Winston Churchill (1874-1965): “The price of greatness is responsibility.”

Columnist Arnold Ahlert: “Anyone still remember the left’s apoplexy when they discovered Richard Nixon had an enemies list? Last week, I named three people I suspected might be on Barack Obama’s equally contemptible equivalent. They were Hillary Clinton, Sen. Bob Menendez (D-NJ) and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. One week later that educated guess is looking like a stone cold winner. … Hillary flounders, Menendez squirms and Netanyahu’s fate may have been sealed by Obama’s campaign allies. And the see-no-Obama-evil American media maintains its calculated disinterest because they are as invested in Obama’s deal with Iran – and the self-aggrandizing nonsense about achieving a ‘historical legacy’ that accompanies it – as the Obama administration itself is. … They will do whatever they want, by any means necessary, and they dare anyone to stop them. Those who try will undoubtedly make themselves as targetable as Clinton, Menendez and Netanyahu. That’s because Barack Obama … is Richard Nixon. On steroids.”

Columnist Michael Barone: “The president has made it clear he won’t submit any agreement [with Iran] to Congress for approval, and his spokesmen have made feints at suggesting he would seek approval, in the hopes of some measure of permanence, by the United Nations Security Council. He is evidently ready to acquiesce to an expansion of Iranian power in the Middle East and a green light for Iran to obtain a bomb in 10 years, on the assumption that the character of the regime has changed sufficiently to render it tolerable. Neither Saudi Arabia and other Arab neighbors nor Israel considers that desirable. Neither do most of members of Congress or, to judge from polls, most American voters. This is not the first time a Congress has been at odds with a president’s foreign policy and has tried to push back. That was the case in back in 2007 and 2008, when most members of the Democratic Congress opposed George W. Bush’s surge strategy in Iraq, which contrary to their predictions, succeeded. Barack Obama threw that victory away and now seems complacent about Iran’s advances beyond its borders. Telling Iran’s leaders that most in Congress and most Americans disagree and that an agreement may not last is just highlighting what should be obvious.”
