I came into this world when Franklin D. Roosevelt was President and I have never been afraid of my government until now.

I am not alone. A consistent and growing theme of commentaries on the conservative news sites and blogs that I read every day is the fear of the Obama administration that has been cracking down on those who criticize it. They get audited by the IRS. They are refused the same status as non-profit entitles engaging in public education as Left-leaning organizations. They are accused of being racists, homophobes, anti-immigration, and anti-women.

This goes beyond the ordinary disagreements between individuals and groups that express opposition to the Obama administration. It has the look of a deliberate campaign and we have three more years of Obama as President in which to endure it.

In a speech to the leftist nonprofit Center for American Progress, Sen. Chuck Schumer, (D-BY) recently urged the IRS to “redouble” its intimidation tactics against the Tea Party. He represents a State whose governor recently said that conservatives were not welcome to live and do business. Its largest city, New York, just elected a Marxist as its mayor.

Jim Lakely, the director of communications of The Heartland Institute, a free market think tank that has led the effort to debunk the global warming hoax, recently posted a commentary, “The Unceasing Political Thuggery of Obama’s Gangster Government.” He noted Michael Barone’s description of the Obama administration as a “gangster government.”

Lakely cited the growing list of actions taken against some who have expressed criticism. It includes Dinesh D’Souza, who produced a documentary about Obama’s life, “Obama’s America,” and who was arrested on felony charges for violating campaign finance law. “This is beyond absurd—especially in light of what the FBI and IRS have found not worthy of any investigation, let alone indictment” in the past. A Hollywood group of conservatives, the only one there, received an IRS demand for its complete donor list; this is a repeat of similar demands of Tea Party groups seeking non-profit status. James O’Keefe whose Project Veritas exposed the nonprofit status of the leftist ACORN is being audited as was Frank VanderSloot, a big Republican donor as was conservative journalist Wayne Allen Root—twice. The list keeps growing.

The Heartland Institute was subjected to the stealing of its confidential budget and planning documents by global warming activist Peter Gleick “for the purpose of harassing” its donors, but no action has been taken against him by law enforcement authorities.

“Never in the history of this country have we seen such a broad and coordinated abuse of the government’s power to threaten criminal prosecution and ruin the lives and livelihoods of people the President and his party see as political ‘enemies’”, says Lakely.

“This should be the political scandal of the century—if only we had an honorable and competent MSM (mainstream media) press corps in this country.”

Ordinary Americans have cause to share my fear as they discover the wreckage that Obamacare is inflicting on our healthcare system, losing their insurance plans, and now we are hearing that the insurance industry may have to be bailed out as it is subjected to major losses. The government’s website is not only a disaster, but it subjects anyone using it to the threat of identity theft as experts testify it can be hacked with ease.

The economy of a nation with enormous energy reserves, enough to make us energy sufficient for decades, is being undermined by a deliberate campaign to shut down coal-fired plants and make the construction of new ones impossible. The Keystone XL pipeline from Canada has been delayed for five years despite the jobs it represents and access to oil at the same time the government has slowed the provision of leases to oil companies seeking to explore and extract our own reserves.

And millions of Americans are out of work or have ceased looking for work as the result of the worst economic “recovery” in the history of the nation. This is occurring at a time when the Obama administration has added $6 trillion to the nation’s debt, causing a leading credit agency to downgrade the nation’s credit rating for the first time in its history.

The scandals attributed to the Obama administration keep mounting from “Fast and Furious” that transmitted weapons to Mexican drug cartels, to the failure to provide security to our Libyan consulate despite many requests, leading to the Benghazi killing of a U.S. ambassador and three brave security personnel who went to his aid. The list keeps growing.

There is ample reason for Americans to fear their government these days and the mood of the nation is growing worse as they realize that they have a President who lies all the time and pursues “climate change” policies that have no basis in known science and a campaign of class war based on “income inequality” as the incomes of Middle Class Americans have suffered a decline. The solution to income inequality has always been an increase in the national economy.

The nation’s military is being undermined by budget cuts and policies that encourage open homosexual participation and the introduction of women into its combat forces. A growing list of generals and admirals have been forced to retire.

It has taken only five years to bring the nation to this point and none of the scandals has resulted in anyone in the Obama administration being held accountable.

They have good reason. When they can no longer depend on the Department of Justice, the Internal Revenue Service, and other elements of the government to act lawfully, this nation—a nation of laws—we are all in jeopardy.

For these and other reasons I and many Americans are growing fearful. We have good reason.

The topic will be “What’s So Great About America?” and the face-off features D’Souza, whose 2008 film, “2016: Obama’s America,” envisions the dire consequences he expects from Obama’s tenure in the White House.

It’s the second-highest grossing political documentary of all time.

Ayers, meanwhile, with his wife, Bernardine Dohrn, were the main founders of the domestic terror group the Weather Underground, which ultimately was assigned responsibility for dozens of bombings aimed at destroying the defense and security infrastructure of the U.S.

Ayers characterized the Weather Underground as “an American Red Army” and said the ideology was to: “Kill all the rich people. Break up their cars and apartments. Bring the revolution home. Kill your parents.”

In a 2001 memoir, he wrote, “Everything was absolutely ideal on the day I bombed the Pentagon. The sky was blue. The birds were singing. And the bastards were finally going to get what was coming to them.”

In a 2001 interview with the New York Times, Ayers said, “I don’t regret setting bombs. I feel we didn’t do enough.” Accompanying the article was a photograph of him stepping on an American flag.

Ayers worked for years in the education industry in Chicago, and is noted for holding a fundraiser for Obama in that city while Obama was launching his political career. He’s also been cited by many as the real author of “Dreams From My Father,” which purportedly is Obama’s autobiographical writing.

Gerald R. Molen, producer for D’Souza’s “2016″ said, “I’m looking forward to watching the debate between my friend and colleague, Dinesh D’Souza, and the president’s friend and colleague, Bill Ayers.

“It will be a great opportunity for the American people to tune in online and see the stark differences between the spirit of 1776 that gave us this great country and the spirit of 1968 – the radical vision for our nation that has brought us to the brink of destruction.”

D’Souza’s film, “2016: Obama’s America,” is to be followed soon by a new project, called “America.”

His appearance has been overshadowed by the recent accusation from authorities that he donated more than the legal requirement to the 2006 campaign of Republican Wendy Long, who lost the race for the U.S. Senate seat in New York that had been vacated by Hillary Clinton.

The indictment charges D’Souza donated $20,000 to Long’s campaign by aggregating the money from various people and falsely reporting the source of the funds.

As WND reported, many of D’Souza’s defenders see the indictment as the administration exacting revenge over D’Souza’s film.

Molen, in a previous WND interview, called the charges against D’Souza “the equivalent of prosecuting a political dissident in the Soviet Union for jaywalking.”

“Yes, jaywalking in the Soviet Union is a crime, but it’s a minor crime. The real point is that you are a political dissenter and the government wants to put you away,” he said.

“When Dinesh D’Souza can be prosecuted for making a movie,” he continued, “every American should ask themselves one question: ‘What will I do to preserve the First Amendment?’”

Dennis Michael Lynch, well-known for his films on immigration, “They Come to America” and “They Come to America II: The Cost of Amnesty,” also sees a political motive behind the charges.

In pointed out that D’Souza’s new project is arriving just before the 2014 midterm election.

“What Dinesh D’Souza proved is there is a huge appetite, a huge audience, for the kinds of films that he and I make. That’s why it won’t happen again. Because, the other side knows that. And they want to make sure that doesn’t happen,” observed Lynch.

His new “America” is scheduled for release July 4, and Molen predicts it will become a thorn in Obama’s side because of the prosecution against D’Souza.

“This action may have been designed to intimidate us, but it will have the opposite effect,” Molen said.

D’Souza’s lawyer, Benjamin Brafman, released a statement saying, “Mr. D’Souza did not act with any corrupt or criminal intent whatsoever. He and the candidate have been friends since their college days, and at worst, this was an act of misguided friendship by D’Souza.”

Can you imagine? Stalin just might be the greatest mass-murderer in human history. Estimates of the body count during Stalin’s reign of terror range anywhere from 20-60 million, and that doesn’t include the millions of people who were starved, imprisoned, and tortured but who didn’t die. Only China’s Mao Tse-tung rivals Stalin’s butchery. Then, again, many Chinese people still love Mao Tse-tung, too.

How is it that people can laud and honor tyrants and butchers? How can people so easily submit to slavery and despotism?

No tyrant rises to power calling himself a tyrant. Tyranny is never sold as tyranny. Every tyrannical regime of history considered itself to be patriotic and compassionate; and the people who supported and submitted to such regimes considered themselves to be patriotic and compassionate, as well. The police state is never called that by those who promote it; they call it “law and order,” “keeping the peace,” “protecting the homeland,” etc.

Ask the average American today about the possibility that our country could become a police state and the common response is, “That could never happen here.” But, ladies and gentlemen, it is already happening here. And, furthermore, it seems that the vast majority of the American people are all in favor it. Republicans love it; Democrats love it; Christians love it; politicians love it; police officers love it; pastors love it; school teachers love it; businessmen love it; everyone loves a police state.

Threaten to remove Phil Robertson from Duck Dynasty, and Christians and conservatives come out of the woodwork in righteous indignation. Threaten to put a Nativity scene on some courthouse lawn, and Democrats and liberals come out of the woodwork in righteous indignation. But propose laws that strip the American people of their God-ordained liberties protected by the Bill of Rights, and conservatives and liberals alike, Christians and unbelievers alike, think it’s just about the greatest thing since sliced bread.

According to a World Net Daily report, “The 2014 NDAA was fast-tracked through the U.S. Senate, with no time for discussion or amendments, while most Americans were distracted by the scandal surrounding A&E’s troubles with ‘Duck Dynasty’ star Phil Robertson.

“Eighty-five of 100 senators voted in favor of the new version of the NDAA, which had already been quietly passed by the House of Representatives.”

The report continued saying, “Section 1021 allows the detention of anyone, including American citizens, by the military, if the president considers that person to have helped with terror.”

The report further said, “Congress specifically expressed its desire for the detention provision to apply to American citizens even on American soil by rejecting multiple amendments that would have exempted them.”

So, where are the notable leaders of the Religious Right? Where are the liberal groups? Where is the national media? Where are the talking heads from the right and the left? With precious few exceptions, they are absolutely silent on the subject. Why? Because they like it.

Liberals never met a big-government program or proposal they didn’t like. If it increases the size and scope of government, liberals love it. Conservatives love anything that smacks of “law and order.” (A word of caution: you never want to be the defendant in a courtroom where the jury is stacked with conservatives. If you do, you’re dead meat, friend.) And Christians get goose bumps up their spine about anything they think resembles Romans 13. Give government more power over our lives and listen to the Hallelujahs ringing out from the all of these 501c3 churches. And ditto for most of the talking heads on radio and television and the vast majority of the pundits and spokesmen from the national news media. Like I said, everyone loves a police state.

Well, not everyone, thank God!

GOP Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell is complaining that President Obama continues to silence Conservatives.  It appears President Obama and Senate Minority Leader may be on a ‘separate team’ working for the ‘same objectives’; to defeat Conservative ‘TEA Party’ Republicans.

RNC Chairman, Reince Preibus; Mitch McConnell; Speaker of the House, John Boehner; other RINO leaders, Chamber of Commerce President, Thomas J. Donohue, and others have joined together agreeing they will spend Chamber and Republican National Committee (RNC) money to defeat Conservative ‘TEA Party’ Republican candidates in GOP primaries.

Americans are fed up with more growing of deficit spending in the White House and on Capitol Hill.  Republicans and Independents are asking ‘Conservative ‘TEA Party’ Republicans to stop the ‘deficit’ spending of what now exceeds more than $17 Trillion of debt; left for our children and their children to pay.  Republicans and Independents are turning to ‘Conservative ‘TEA Party’ Republicans’ to restore our Constitution and its’ freedoms.

GOP leaders may be misleading Republican legislators to support the Chamber of Commerce on new ‘illegal’ immigration legislation leading to Amnesty; legislation that will expand Democrat Party registrations and even more government spending.

As Michelle Malkin says,  “If you are a business owner who believes your country should strictly and consistently enforce its borders and deport illegal immigrants who violate the US Code, the laws of this nation, the terms of their visas; the U.S. Chamber of Commerce doesn't represent you.”

President Obama, Democrats, and Chamber of Commerce President Donohue, are leading Capitol Hill Republican leadership around as if they have a rope attached to a ring in their nose; lacking leadership with character.

Unfortunately, (y)our GOP leadership appears to have joined President Obama and the Democrat Party in turning their backs on Conservative ‘TEA Party’ Republican candidates and the GOP Platform.

For the past 5 years, US occupying president Barack Hussein Obama has done a political tap dance on par with anything that Gene Kelly and Fred Astaire did on the ballroom floor in their primes. Obama has nearly single-handedly coddled, cajoled and maneuvered world leaders and situations to allow Iran all the time and space they needed to bring nuclear reactors online and create the bomb(s) that will be fired at Israel.

Critical mass has been achieved with today’s announcement from US Director of National Intelligence James Clapper that Iran can now build the bombs that Hillary, Obama and others promised would never be built.

However, he added, it could not break out to the bomb without being detected.

In the past year alone, the report states, Iran has enhanced its centrifuge designs, increased the number of centrifuges, and amassed a larger quantity of low-enriched uranium hexafluoride. These advancements have placed Iran in a better position to produce weapons-grade uranium!!

Just heard on Greta Van Susteren that the Republicans are planning a retreat for this week-end.  House Republicans will hold their annual retreat at a waterside resort on Maryland’s Eastern Shore.

Although Republicans will deny what I’m about to say vehemently, deals behind closed doors not exactly kosher. The bottom line is they’re wining and dining with some high powered lobbyists from big corporations and various associations. The lobbyists just purchased themselves a free pass to wheel and deal behind closed doors with the Republican Party.   

I know what their song and dance will be about my comment – they’re going to say that the Republican Party doesn’t get any of the lobbyist’s money – it all goes to the Congressional Institute. Lobbyists at Your retreat????? 

Shame on all of you – here’s your lousy report card for the past five years which will show beyond a doubt that you haven’t been doing your job.

Starting back in 2009 Americans were forced into handing the Government 787 billion dollars for the sole purpose of jump starting our economy, creating jobs, helping those who are losing their homes and jobs due to the housing bubble.  That didn’t happen! 

For starters let’s discuss the $312 billion in tax breaks available through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act which are being claimed legitimate yet no one in Congress could get a handle on these tax breaks or verify the actual eligibility of the recipients. All were too busy playing politics and as usual taxpayers got gouged once again.

Where were the Republicans when the DOE kept handing our millions of our stimulus money for the “Green Energy” scams?  Reports verify that over 90% of our loans to the green scam went to Obama’s big bundlers or donors, Harry Reid and other high ranking Democrats.  Not a bleeping peep out of you!  You didn’t bother telling us about this scam until you were caught with your pants down and companies started going belly up.

Let’s revisit the 75 billion dollars that Obama said was set aside for mortgage relief – this money once again went to risky lenders who were in lawsuits up to their armpits. Everyone was too busy to oversee and monitor this relief fund. 

My daughter was a victim of the HARP program, which was a blooming nightmare with more holes in it then tea strainer!  All this program did was prolong the agony of foreclosure.  Not one of you bothered monitoring this program either – it was easy come easy go, taxpayers and homeowners took another financial hit due to your negligence.

Let’s talk about the Fast and Furious Gunrunner operation – Obama funded the program with our money, Holder & Napolitano choreographed and launched the program.  In April 2009, they toddled down to Cuernavaca Mexico City to discuss the Fast and Furious operation with Mexican officials. Holder and Napolitano both perjured themselves lying under oath feigning that they didn’t know about the operation. End of story!

The rest of the story about the gunrunner operation is this: OIG sent a letter to CIA, FBI, ATF, Homeland Security and Congress warning them that the gunrunner operation was flawed and dangerous. You can find this information on the DOJ website if you’re having a lapse of memory. 

Not one Republican raised their hand to notify Americans about the deadly operation, not until two of our brave border agents were killed and hundreds of innocent Mexican men, women and children were murdered. Once again you were AWOL – now years later Obama, Holder & Napolitano are walking our streets free as “jay birds.” 

The Benghazi murders are still unsolved after all of these months, yet you regularly get on National TV putting on your dog and pony show pointing fingers, naming names and no one is responsible.  If you’re afraid of Obama, Clinton, Panetta, Lamb, Carney and Rice – then kindly step down, the last thing we need is cowards in the Republican Party.

In closing the other scandals that you seem to avoid like a plague are the IRS, NSA and Obama care – all of these scandals have harmed Americans and been a horrendous cost to taxpayers. Yet, you opt to play politics and worry more about job security rather than fulfilling your oath to our Nation and all Americans.

The Old Republican establishment is a disgrace – you are self- serving back biting leeches. You turned on the tea parties and the new faces that entered the House and Senate in 2012.  For five years you’ve refused to be good stewards of our money. Originally I  thought the House was in charge of our money or is it no one is in charge of our money?

The Old Republican dogs are the gutless wonders that kicked Ted Cruz under the bus when he wanted to repeal Obamacare.  Obamacare is the most deadly dangerous law that Obama has jammed thru - Republicans better believe if it isn’t repealed and Obama gets his way he will control our beautiful America.

Alinsky was right, if you control the healthcare, you control the people.  The other thing the Republicans have ignored is the extreme increase in the poverty level – Obama is truly the food stamp President and he’s damned proud of it. 

Alinsky said increase the poverty level as high as possible, poor people are easier to control and will not fight back of you are providing everything for them to live.

So enjoy your retreat, but understand that you have failed in your promises to Americans and you’ve fractured, sliced and diced what was once a political party that Americans were proud of and embraced.   Not much to be proud of now, is there?

Hi, I am Joseph B. Zilar, a veteran, patriot,  and a native of Washington State. I was wondering about the issues on amnesty, so I looked it up on Bing (http://immigration.procon.org/view.answers.php?questionID=000771). Come to my surprise, I had found a few argument for and against amnesty, and this is not the first time that our "Representatives" have voted for amnesty. I agree that we have a problem with controlling our borders. I agree that illegal immigration is a problem, and it is difficult and costly to find, prosecute, and deport illegal immigrants.  I agree with no amnesty should be allowed as this is not the issue that should be addressed. The problem is how do we address keeping our boarders open and keep illegals from entering and staying? Securing our borders and reforming immigration law should be our first step before going on with amnesty.

The Congressionally approved conspiracy right in front of your nose...  and no one acknowledges it.

There remains one bit of evidence I have yet to see anyone in Congress utilize - this "bit" of evidence is in Federal records, Congressional records - and once it becomes common knowledge -  damming to Mr. Obama and will require him to be immediately removed, all his administration removed, everything and anything he has signed removed and nullified.

This "bit" of evidence clearly proves the Democratic Senate and the Senate Judiciary Committee (SJC) fully understand the Constitutional requirement of "Natural Born Citizen" despite their numerous attacks on anyone who disputes the eligibility of Mr. Obama to hold office...

Senate Resolution 511 was signed by Senators Clinton, Obama, Coburn, Webb and Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Senator Patrick Leahy.

Within this resolution it clearly proves the SJC understands the Constitutional requirement of a person being born on US soil, it also proves the SJC understands the Constitutional requirement that BOTH parents be US Citizens...

FACT: There is NO corresponding Senate Resolution for Senator Obama...  nor were both of his parents US Citizens...

To me, this is grounds for charges of treason. A conspiracy approved by Congress to allow an illegal, ineligible individual to usurp the Office of President of the United States.

You wonder why we cannot seem to stop him? This is a very good reason to start investigating... a very good reason to write your elected and demand he be immediately removed.

Am I just expecting to much or am I the ignorant one? I thought the state of the union was all about explaining (the state of the union. Did I miss something? Although I already basically know  what the state is it seems to me it has become something less that explaining to congress or the American people where we stand as a country. If any president wants to inspire the people with things he will try to do to better our country or praise the people for a job well done then so be it, but at least tell me what state we are in.

I gather from the speech that all is well. We really don't need to change much is to give everybody  a raise and everything will be ok.

By the way, do we still owe any money or did we take care of that?

Please, from a everyday common working man, someone that admits that he knows very little about politics and what it takes to fix things. I would just like to see a real leader stand up and lead. to lead in truth and honesty with the interest of the people in mind, the betterment of this country at heart, and be willing to die if necessary to do what is right. I believe the word honesty has been removed from our dictionary. Maybe it's like so many other words we use, it's not removed but just been redefined to make it easier to call one honest without a true standard being set.

When I say this, it does not mean that the betterment of this country has to be just as I define it, although the way I define it would not be bad. Having the backbone to speak truth, lifting a standard that will make other people have to lift theirs and stand on their own two feet, be debt free and live within my means. If we could just get back to the foundations that forged this country with the pride of being part of something bigger than one's self and each person, even if they have very little being willing to give all they had to create a strong nation and doing this from our hearts rather than being forced at every hand to.

Constitution, I have one. I'm not forced by myself to keep it. If I fall short of it, I am  bothered by my inability to live up to my own standards, but it also strengthens me with a will to not fall short in that way again.

Do you realize that I, like most Americans don't know all the constitutions of my own country? I know some of it but probably would not have it all in order. At the same time I'd be willing to bet you I live by it closer than some people that know it well. Most of it is a natural thing if anyone desires to do what id right. To go against it is a sign of weakness in one's own character, and also the self-designed constitution they have set for themselves. You mean to tell me that it takes a constitution to tell me that all men are created equal or that what you have is yours and I can't have it? What a shame if we have come to this.

Anyway, I didn't hear the state of the union although I listened. This could be very revealing.

'I will veto' new legislation against Iran, Obama tells Congress

In fifth State of the Union to Congress and the nation, Obama says Iran diplomacy "may not succeed," but personally issues veto threat against new sanctions bill.

WASHINGTON - US President Barack Hussein Obama entered Congress on Tuesday night and defended his diplomatic strategy with Iran, threatening to veto legislation introduced in the Senate last month that could torpedo international negotiations over its nuclear program.

"Let me be clear," Obama said: "If this Congress sends me a new sanctions bill now that threatens to derail these talks, I will veto it."

The speech marked the first time Obama personally threatened to veto sanctions legislation against Iran. Senior White House aides have issued similar veto threats since the end of December, when Senate Foreign Relations Committee chairman Robert Menendez, a Democrat, introduced the Nuclear Weapon Free Iran Act of 2013.

The bill— which would trigger new sanctions tools against Iran should negotiations fail to reach a comprehensive agreement in twelve months time— has since garnered 59 public cosponsors in the upper chamber across party lines. The bill also has the aggressive backing of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee, the largest pro-Israel lobby in Washington.

"For the sake of our national security," Obama said Tuesday night, in his State of the Union address, "we must give diplomacy a chance to succeed."

The president noted in his speech that negotiations toward a treaty over Iran's nuclear program, now a decade old, would be difficult and "may not succeed." In prior remarks, Obama has put the odds of success in negotiations with Iran at less than 50 percent.

"If Iran’s leaders do not seize this opportunity, then I will be the first to call for more sanctions, and stand ready to exercise all options to make sure Iran does not build a nuclear weapon," Obama continued. "But if Iran’s leaders do seize the chance, then Iran could take an important step to rejoin the community of nations, and we will have resolved one of the leading security challenges of our time without the risks of war."

Responding to the president's charge, Senator Mark Kirk (R-Ill.), who co-authored the hanging sanctions bill, said that nevertheless "the Senate should act" on the bill.

"The American people – Democrats and Republicans alike – overwhelmingly want Iran held accountable during any negotiations," Kirk said in a statement. Polls show that while most Americans don't prioritize foreign policy matters, they view Iran with deep Distrust, and Support more Sanctions over less.

"While the president promises to veto any new Iran sanctions legislation, the Iranians have already vetoed any dismantlement of their nuclear infrastructure," Kirk added, calling his bill an "insurance policy" for Congress.

"I don't think its a good idea to pass sanctions while we're in the midst of negotiations," Rand Paul (R-KY), said on CNN on Tuesday after the speech. Paul, a libertarian in the Republican Party, is a member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.

James Jeffrey, a former senior American diplomat and an expert at the Washington Institute for Near East Policy, said that the president was "careful not to oversell the Iran negotiations" in his Tuesday address, outlining the interim deal in factual terms and underlining the delicacy of the talks.

"Linked with his strong affirmation to Israel's security, the president stayed within the bounds of the national consensus on this most important of diplomatic initiatives," Jeffrey said. "His repeated stress on ending America's wars, however, left still unclear how enthusiastic he would be about using all options including force against a recalcitrant Iran."

The president also made brief note of US Secretary of State John Kerry's efforts to forge peace between Israel and the Palestinians to "end the conflict there; to achieve dignity and an independent state for Palestinians, and lasting peace and security for the State of Israel."

He referred to Israel as the "Jewish state," in a subtle but notable reference to Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu's condition in peace talks to have a future Palestinian state recognize Israel as the Jewish homeland.

Delivering his fifth State of the Union address to Congress and the nation— the speech is the largest televised address given by an American president every year— Obama's remarks echoed speeches from years past, utilizing similar language on Iran as he has used throughout his presidency.

"The international community is more united and the Islamic Republic of Iran is more isolated," Obama said in his State of the Union address in 2010. "And as Iran's leaders continue to ignore their obligations, there should be no doubt: They, too, will face growing consequences. That is a promise."

Over the past ten years, Iran has grown its nuclear program with virtually no effective impediment, and is now in possession of enough enriched uranium to produce 5-6 nuclear warheads within months should it choose to proceed. In 2003, Iran had 163 operating centrifuges to enrich uranium; it now has over 20,000, some 4-5 times more efficient than their older models, as well as the infrastructure for a heavy-water plutonium plant that provides them with a second path to the bomb.

Countries allied against the program, citing national security and strategic interests, have sought to sanction Iran's leaders and its key industries both as punishment for its actions past as well as negative reinforcement, hoping that the specter of economic collapse will force Iran's leaders to capitulate.

Congress and the president passed a particularly harsh package of financial penalties in 2011, when the president, in that year's State of the Union address, said that "because of a diplomatic effort to insist that Iran meet its obligations, the Iranian government now faces tougher and tighter sanctions than ever before."

Iranian crude oil exports dropped over 60 percent after new sanctions took effect in January 2012, and a June 2013 presidential poll in Iran resulted in the election of Hassan Rouhani, who campaigned on improving relations with the West for sanctions relief. He has since opened diplomatic corridors with the US and its allies.

"The leaders of Iran must recognize that now is the time for a diplomatic solution, because a coalition stands united in demanding that they meet their obligations, and we will do what is necessary to prevent them from getting a nuclear weapon," Obama said in his 2013 address.

After months of negotiating in secret, and two months of public talks in Geneva, an interim deal was reached between Iran and world powers that gives the parties six months to negotiate, and six months more should all parties agree that an extension would be fruitful.

The agreement, reached in November between the Islamic Republic and the P5+1— the US, United Kingdom, France, Russia, China and Germany— temporarily freezes Iran's enrichment of uranium above 5 percent, and its production of a heavy-water plutonium plant in Arak, for $6-7 billion in sanctions relief doled out in increments over the next six months.

"It is American diplomacy, backed by pressure, that has halted the progress of Iran’s nuclear program – and rolled parts of that program back – for the very first time in a decade," Obama said on Tuesday night. "As we gather here tonight, Iran has begun to eliminate its stockpile of higher levels of enriched uranium. It is not installing advanced centrifuges. Unprecedented inspections help the world verify, every day, that Iran is not building a bomb."

"If John F. Kennedy and Ronald Reagan could negotiate with the Soviet Union," Obama added, "then surely a strong and confident America can negotiate with less powerful adversaries today."

Barack Obama and his Hatred for the Constitution!!

Barack Obama has done nearly all any good Marxist, Socialist, or Communist could do. From his chief advisor Valerie Jarrett to his Communist mentor Frank Marshall Davis, to his Marxist leanings in college to his discipleship at the feet of Saul Alinsky, Barack Obama is a mixture of these ideologies. This is really what the “sheeple” of the United States elected without really looking at who this man. Now, many wish they had never voted for him.

Our intent is to show what the Declaration of Independence stated and why it was written. Then, we’ll tie it to what Barack Obama has, and is currently doing. We are sure that many people have read the Declaration of Independence, but then again, that is if one makes the assumption that people really care anymore about the Constitution or what it meant to our nation! Let us first look at why this document was written as explained in the second paragraph of this document.

“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of happiness.”

This has been corrupted in so many ways today. To witness what is going on today does not reflect upon what was written back in 1776.

First and foremost, here it is understood that all men are created equal, no one can deny this since every man, and woman was “created” in the same way, through inception in the womb. There is no mention of everyone, in their equality, are all entitled to what everyone else has, nor is there a claim that everyone is equal in their abilities.

Instead, “…they are endowed by their Creator with Certain and unalienable Rights…” We have to realize that in 1776 our nation was under the thumb of a King that forced people to live by his rules. These Rights, so described in the Declaration, were not free and did not include everything, as they seem to do today.

If you read the next few lines, you will see that it is clearly stated, “…that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.” It is the last one that rings a bell with us in that it is very clear that it is the “pursuit” of happiness, and not the “giving” of happiness! To many, this will not matter. They would feel that the first two show the last to be just a brief statement showing what “may” be accomplished.

Let us dissect the very first part of Life, Liberty and pursuit of Happiness. It is our right to Life, no one should deny this right. Yet, in the United States today, over 3,000 babies are murdered every day and their Right to Life is ignored.

Next comes Liberty. Yes, we can make a huge statement that the slaves were denied this right, but we have to go back and take a very deep look at why this was not considered in the writing of our Constitution. We can state here that had Thomas Jefferson, who owned slaves, had his way, he would have included “everyone” and left no one out. To that end, it was the decision of those from the New England States to not include slaves into this document. After all, they were making vast amounts of money on the slave trade through their ports in Boston, New York, Philadelphia, and other North ports of call. However, that is an entirely different story, although closely linked to this one.

Consider the last part of this very profound document, “..the pursuit of Happiness.” Once again, it is very clear that the word “pursuit of” which show a clear and concise definition of what the founding fathers were out to do. They made sure that everyone could “pursue” their dreams of happiness. It did not mean that happiness was an automatic gift or right would could claim.

Many will try to take this part of the article apart with all the changes over the years and how the Supreme Court decided many cases which now seem to be opposite of what was written in the Declaration of Independence. We must look back every now and then to see what was intended for “WE THE PEOPLE” in order to make sure those ideas are never destroyed. We began with the Declaration of Independence to consider what Barack Obama is doing now and how it compares to what King George did during the the time leading to the American War for Independence. The following words of this document make our explanation of what we state here simple.

“That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.”

Here we can finally make a huge comparison of what Obama is doing now that does not adhere or reflect the words of our founding fathers. Since 2010, we have seen what clearly seems to be wrong doing by Government officials that should never be allowed to happen without the “consent of the governed”! We are talking about the supposedly “phony” scandals of Obama, including Fast and Furious, Obamacare, Benghazi, IRS targeting, News reporter abuse, and NSA retrieving nearly all the information “WE THE PEOPLE” send out without a warrant. We could go on and on with these, but this demonstrates that maybe we should reflect back on the first document that declared our freedom from tyrants; a freedom we are now watching vanish before our eyes.

Today we have what is called the “Tea Party,” and these people just wish to bring to remembrance this part of our history. Yet, King George, sorry, Barack Obama does not wish to even listen to them. He calls them racists, terrorists and whatever he, and his minions wish to call them.

Tea Party people are nothing less than being Patriots of the Constitution and the history that has been laid down before us. Remember that statement from King George, sorry, Obama? “I have this thing called the Constitution that keeps getting in the way of what I want to do.”

That is a very true statement by a man whom took the Oath of office twice to, “…preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.” That oath is directly quoted from Article 2 Section 1, Paragraph 8 of the US Constitution.

Yet, for Barrack Hussein Obama, the Constitution is something that is seen as an obstacle; something in his way! This means that what Obama has planned for the United States is against the very Constitution he swore to “preserve, protect and defend.” Why would any president ever wish to violate the bounds of the Constitution if he did not have evil plans for the United States? This president is a known liar. He is a president whom can outtalk anyone, yet knows nothing about what the Constitution is, even though he lays claim that he is a “Constitutional” layer, of which brings forth even more questions since none of his college transcripts or most of his history is out there for anyone to read, only what very few of his classmates are willing to state.

If we delve into Article 1, Section 8, Paragraph 2, we see that President Obama has violated the very meaning of this part of our Constitution just by his actions alone with his healthcare rollout (fallout might be a more appropriate term). Whatever one may wish to call the failure, what Obama has done is not and never was intended to be allowed under the Constitution. Remember, it’s that Constitution that keeps him from doing what he wants to do, until now! This section of the Constitution shows just what Obama has single-handedly done to violate the very law he swore to defend!

“The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;…”

It goes on from here to describe 17 items that Congress, and only Congress, can do. Yet, with Obama, it seems that this part of the Constitution does not apply to him!

Let us delve into where Obama has violated just this part of the Constitution

Obama is involved in criminal behavior without even going on to the 17 other parts where he has decided to allow Obamacare to be hashed out among certain groups like the Unions and many others. How so? Congress voted and he signed into law an act that was supposed to be “uniform” in ideology. Instead, Obama just ignores his own socialist legislation and grants illegal waivers to a variety of people that the law does not allow. But let us go to Item 2 of this Section;

“To regulate Commerce with foreign nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian Tribes.”

Obama has decided to “regulate Commerce” without Congress at all when he excluded the Unions and others from Obamacare.

Here’s the next direct violation of the Constitution under this section:

“To declare War, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and to make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water.”

All we have to do is go back to the way he assisted the rebels in Libya and Egypt to see how he “bypassed” Congress. Obama also, through his own negligence, allowed the IRS to target Tea Party and other conservative groups that opposed him. He did this in much the same way King George retaliated against his subjects that opposed him. Now how about the way that Obama is “abusing” the Environmental Protection Agency because he could not get Congress to go along with his climate control agenda? Or how about the way Obama now plans to totally circumvent Congress to do as he pleases?

Just when did the Constitution grant the president the right to make laws and regulations without the consent of the People via Congress? That never happened.

Alas, we also have to pose the very same question to members of Congress that seem to be humbled by this would be King. They just seem to sit on their butts while Obama just does what he wants without impunity! Maybe Congress should give up 1, no make that 10 months, of pay each time Obama decides to violate existing law or implement one on his own without the consent of the People.

We could go on with the list, but we feel that we have shown enough here to place President Obama not on the pedestal of freedom, but on the pedestal of Tyranny. That is not where we need to have him, especially since he just cannot live by the Constitution he swore under oath to defend. It seems we have gone way over our allotted 140 characters, but if anyone would pay attention to more than that, maybe our nation would not be on the brink of total Failure!!

Obama Care is not a right. Rights come from God, not man. The Declaration of Independence, which is still part of our nation's organic law, clearly states that Governments are instituted among men to protect our God given rights. ( Click Here to see Declaration in Organic Law )

Rights must be of a nature where all people can enjoy them at the same time, i.e., the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness (not a guarantee of happiness or of equal out comes).  God given rights are never dependent on the property, money, or energy of others.  Taxes for the most part come from citizens like our neighbors and our neighbor’s money should never fund the basis of anyone’s rights.

Any law passed by Congress and signed into law MUST be rooted in an enumerated power enshrined in our U.S. Constitution that was ratified by the citizens in the state ratifying conventions. There is no enumerated power that gives the federal government authority over the health care of our citizens.

In Federalist Paper #48, Alexander Hamilton said,

"No legislative act contrary to the Constitution can be valid."

Hamilton’s statement in Federalist Paper # 48 is supported by the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS):

Chief Justice John Marshall stated in MCCULLOCH V. MARYLAND,  (1819):

“The Government of the Union then ... is, emphatically and truly, a Government of the people. In form and in substance, it emanates from them. Its powers are granted by them, and are to be exercised directly on them, and for their benefit. -

This Government is acknowledged by all to be one of enumerated powers. The principle that it can exercise only the powers granted  to it would seem too apparent [not] to be enforced by all.” (Emphasis added)

Chief Justice John Marshall also stated:

"If an act of the legislature, repugnant to the constitution, is void, does it, notwithstanding its invalidity, bind the courts, and oblige them to give it effect?

Or, in other words, though it be not law, does it constitute a rule as operative as if it was a law? This would be to overthrow in fact what was established in theory; and would seem, at first view, an absurdity too gross to be insisted on."

Actions by Chief Justice John Roberts and the SCOTUS

The federal government argued that for the private health insurance market to function effectively, with affordable premiums for everyone, including people with pre-existing conditions; currently healthy people must participate in the market as part of the risk pool.

In response to the plaintiffs’ argument that upholding the individual mandate will not leave any meaningful limits on Congress’s Commerce Clause power, the federal government argued that the appropriate check on Congress’s exercise of its legislative powers is the electorate, not the courts.  Nothing could be further from the truth.  The SCOTUS should act as a check against unconstitutional laws passed by Congress.

In Gibbons v. Ogden 22 U.S. 1 (1824), Chief Justice John Marshall stated,

"They [Inspection laws] act upon the subject [the flow of commerce] before it becomes an article of foreign commerce or of commerce among the States, and prepare it for that purpose. They form a portion of that immense mass of legislation which embraces everything within the territory of a State not surrendered to the General Government; all which can be most advantageously exercised by the States themselves. Inspection laws, quarantine laws, health laws of every description, as well as laws for regulating the internal commerce of a State, and those which respect turnpike roads, ferries, &c., are component parts of this mass.
No direct general power over these objects is granted to Congress, and, consequently, they remain subject to State legislation."
  (Emphasis added) Notice laws governing health are outside of the general or federal government authority

Chief Justice Roberts relied on the following Supreme Court Case in his ruling on Penalties vs. Taxing powers: N.L.R.B. v. JONES & LAUGHLIN STEEL CORP., 301 U.S. 1 (1937)

Using this previous SCOTUS case Judge Roberts agreed that: “The cardinal principle of statutory construction is to save and not to destroy. We have repeatedly held that as between two possible interpretations of a statute, by one of which it would be unconstitutional and by the other valid, our plain duty is to adopt that which will save the act.” (Emphasis added)                                            

In the case of Obama Care, Justice Roberts rewrote the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (Obama Care) in order to try and save the act from being unconstitutional. Roberts changed the word “penalty” to “tax”. Obama Care would not have been passed if there had been an additional tax required to make the Act more actuarially sound. Justice Roberts rewrite of the Act making the penalty a tax was a violation of the first sentence in our Constitution:

Article I, Section 1 states:

“All legislative powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.”

SCOTUS (Supreme Court of the United States) stated in:

U.S. Supreme Court Case: VALLELY v. NORTHERN FIRE & MARINE INS CO., 254 U.S. 348 (1920), is a good case showing the limits of judicial authority.

“Courts are constituted by authority and they cannot [go] beyond the power delegated to them. If they act beyond that authority, and certainly in contravention of it, their judgments and orders are regarded as nullities. They are not voidable, but simply void, and this even prior to reversal.”

SCOTUS stated in: OSBORN v. BANK OF U.S., 22 U.S. 738 (1824)

“Courts are the mere instruments of the law, and can will nothing. When they are said to exercise a discretion, it is a mere legal discretion, a discretion to be exercised in discerning the course prescribed by law; and, when that is discerned, it is the duty of the Court to follow it. Judicial power is never exercised for the purpose of giving effect to the will of the Judge; always for the purpose of giving effect to the will of the Legislature; or, in other words, to the will of the law.”

Blackstone stated in his Commentary on the law that Judges must first discover the law (according to the intent of the lawgiver), then expound on the law, and then make a judgment under the law.

Hamilton said in Federalist # 78:

“The judiciary, however, has no influence over either the sword or the purse. It directs neither the strength nor wealth of society. It can take no active resolution whatever.

The judiciary may be said to have neither FORCE nor WILL, merely judgment. It even depends on the aid of the executive arm for the efficacy of its judgments.”

This is exactly what our early courts understood their rolls to be, merely judgment according to the intent of the law giver, and with regard to our U.S. Constitution, judgment according to the understanding of the citizens who ratified it at the State Ratifying Conventions.

Judge Roberts and the Court majority, strayed from their sole roll of judgment when they rewrote Obama Care according to an earlier SCOTUS ruling that preferred to uphold Congressional laws that were in conflict with the citizen’s Constitution.

This type of judicial action violates a judges “Good Behavior” which is the only requirement for a judge to continue in office.

Alexander Hamilton said in Federalist Paper 78:

“To assure judges will act responsibly, they are liable to be impeached by the House of Representatives and tried by the Senate. If convicted, a judge may be dismissed from office and disqualified for holding any other.”

Alexander Hamilton also stated in Federalist Paper 78:

Where the will of the legislature, declared in its statutes, is in opposition to that of the people, as declared in the Constitution, judges should be governed by the latter [the Constitution] rather than the former [unconstitutional will of the Congress]. They should regulate their decision by the fundamental laws [our Constitution] rather than those that are not fundamental...”

Hamilton said, in Federalist Paper 65, that:

“Impeachment is the bridal in the hands of Congress over the executive servants of the government (judges are included as executive servants).”

Justice Story, the Father of American jurisprudence stated:

The offences to which the power of impeachment has been and is ordinarily applied as a remedy are ... what are aptly termed political offences, growing out of personal misconduct, or gross neglect, or usurpation, or habitual disregard of the public interests…  unconstitutional opinions and attempts to subvert the fundamental laws and introduce arbitrary power." (Emphasis added)

This is contrary to what you have heard from an uninformed or deceiving mainstream media that claims that one must break a law in order to be impeached.

It is time that “We the People”, begin replacing those public servants who pass unconstitutional laws in order to gain more power and control over our citizens, like that of taking control of our health care.

Public servants must also be elected who understand the need to impeach and remove those out of control judges who sustain the very unconstitutional laws that allow Congress to gain more control over the people. In the United States of America the people must control Congress and the Courts, not the other way around.

Our Declaration of Independence states that our government is under the consent of the people.

Three I can think of right now!  This is only a starting point.

The informed electorate being essential to the preservation of liberty and the sovereignty of the individual states, the people’s representatives must be honest and truthful at all times.  Any knowingly false statement made to the public by any elected or appointed official, or their agents, or employees, shall be prohibited.   Should an allegation of dishonesty by an official be proffered, with a quorum present in each house, Congress shall decide by majority vote the veracity of the charges.  A finding of culpability shall result in the immediate removal of the offending official from office and the matter shall be referred to the Executive Branch for criminal prosecution on the charge of perjury.  The only exception will be during a declared state of war, when deceiving the enemy is necessary for military advantage.

No tax, fee or penalty may be assessed or attached for the purpose of deterring activities otherwise protected or compelling obeisance to any moral or social philosophy.   The federal government’s withholding of public money from any state for the purpose of compelling compliance with laws or regulations that conflict with the privileges and rights of a sovereign state shall be prohibited.

The Congress shall be prohibited from approving any budget for federal spending that would result in an overall deficit.  The annual spending budget shall not exceed the previous year's revenues.  The previous year's budget shall not be used in any manner to project a new budget.  In the absence of a bill authorizing spending by the federal government, no member of Congress, the Judiciary, or Executive Branch shall receive any monetary compensation until such a bill is authorized and signed into law by the President.  The Supreme Court may authorize the President to petition Congress for deficit spending authority during time of war or national calamity.   Exigent spending authority shall be reviewed annually by the court and rescinded at the earliest opportunity.

It was the mid 1950's. Around 9 years old and the eldest of five, I along with my parents were extremely excited as we wooed and awed over our new home; new appliances and everything. Our family moved from a leaky roof, pot belly wood stove row house in the ghetto of east Baltimore to a brand new government highrise. Apartment 6B was our new home in the 11story building of all black residents.

Little did I realize that living in the projects and other life experiences would lead to my becoming a black conservative, a Christian and a Tea Party activist.

In a short time, I witnessed the building becoming an 11 story dangerous violent ghetto. Without the pride of ownership or earning their way, only a hand full of residents kept their apartments nice. We kids learned to play hand ball in the square on our floor because Mom thought the playground was too risky. Stairwells became dark bathrooms and dens of iniquity; broken elevators due to vandalism.

And yet, I constantly heard that everything was the white man’s fault. At 9, I sarcastically said, “How can we stop mean white people from sneaking in here at night urinating in the stairwells and breaking wine bottles?”

Dad was among a few blacks who broke the color barrier into the Baltimore Fire Dept. I vividly remember Dad's outrage about our rent being raised, “Seventy-two dollars a month. They're crazy. We're movin'!” Sadly, my cousins on my mom's side who lived in single mom households remained on welfare. With the exception of one who worked his way through college, my cousins lived wasted lives, serial out-of-wedlock births, substance abuse, AIDS, jail and entitlement mindsets. Several died young. Thus, the bad taste in my mouth for cradle to grave welfare and absentee fathers.

Dad winning Fire Fighter of the Year two times despite working under unfair and humiliating circumstances taught me about trusting and trying to do things God's way, character, hard work, not whining and the greatness of America. Dad progressed from laborer to Doctor of Theology. Dad eventually won the respect of white racist firefighters who hated him when he first arrived at Engine 6.

Our family's move out of Baltimore City to a black suburban community meant I would be bused to newly integrated Brooklyn Park Jr, Sr High School in Linthicum, Maryland. I still remember that first day when our two school buses with black students from neighboring Pumphery arrived. With the fear of the seventh grade, an inherited stutter and the sea of 1400 white faces, I was terrified.

My white art teacher, Mr Gomer, recognized my art talents which ultimately lead to scholarships from several white politicians, opportunities from white businessmen and a successful career as a graphic designer; advertising agencies and a major market TV station.

Drafted in the U.S. Army for two years, I learned that good and bad people come in all colors. Sharing the same skin color does not make someone your friend or a brother.

My gift of seeing beyond an invisible wall of race to see people as individuals rather than monolithic members of a race has been a source of great criticism all of my life.

Thus, when Obama came out as a presidential candidate, I logically listened to his vision for our great nation. When Obama told Joe the Plumber that he wanted to spread the wealth around, I knew his vision was wrong for my country. I passionately campaigned against him.

Apparently, I missed the point of 96% of black voters. Obama should have my support because we are both black. His agenda is irrelevant.

Obama is simply another Democrat pushing the same insulting bigotry of lowered expectations, class envy and cradle to grave government entitlements which have devastated the black community for decades. I joined the Tea Party because Obama's implementation of his extreme liberal socialist/progressive agenda; his vowed fundamental transformation of America must be stopped.

I have traveled on 12 national bus tours, participating in over 400 tea party rallies. The extraordinary people I met are the salt of the earth. A white Texas couple proudly introduced me to two black babies they adopted from Africa. A terminally ill white fan in Michigan wanted to meet me before she died.

Democrat's and mainstream media branding the Tea Party racist is the height of racism, irresponsibility and evil. These patriotic Americans are simply saying no to the left's hostile takeover of their country.

I became a born-gain Christian in my twenties. I grew weary of my meaningless life of drugs, sex and partying. I asked God to help and He did. My faith keeps me strong, confident and focused in my quest to restore my beloved America to it's former exceptional glory.

In 1996, President Clinton signed the Defense of Marriage Act, which defines marriage to be a "legal union between one man and one woman."

By the way New Yorkers, he meant what he said and said what he meant -  he said “right to life, pro-assault weapon, anti-gay” conservatives have “no place in the state of New York.”

Mr. “Better than Thou” isn’t exactly the kind of guy you would probably be comfortable with as your next door neighbor.

Of course everyone remembers the subprime mortgage crisis, well surprise, surprise the one who fanned the flames for the subprime mortgage crisis was none - other than Andrew Cuomo. This is the same guy who was thrilled to death that the Muslim cultural center would find a home at Ground Zero.

The New York Daily News reports that Cuomo received two donations totaling $100,000 from a developer who stands to reap millions from a tax break signed by Cuomo — two days before he signed the bill: Check out the Elco Master LLC or Extell Financial Services both, they actually “Paid to Play” and got a hefty tax break – neither company were lifetime suporters, in fact it was their very first contribution to Cuomo’s treasure chest.

Actually George Soros and his son Jonathon also “paid to play” in Albany, NY.  Johnathan paid Cuomo because he wanted help on a campaign finance reform.  Old George just casually chucked 750,000 to the state Democratic Party knowing Cuomo was in charge and could skim funds from the pot as needed.  Andy Cuomo and George Soros are sort of bosom buddies or at least top the list of dirty politics.

Andrew pledged never to accept donations over 10,000 from special interest groups – but that was a bald-faced lie. Cuomo re- established the rules for his “pay to play” monopoly game and grabbed over 7 million dollars in 2010 from Unions, Corporations, organized labor or is it referred to as organized crime in NY (whatever.)  Players like lobbyists, self interest groups, construction, RE, healthcare big dogs joined the game. 

FYI Cuomo and John Podesta aren’t just kissing cousins – they’re more like Siamese twins.  Cuomo isn’t by any stretch of the imagination a “nice man” even his assembly has turned against him in NY.  Many NY Dems are unhappy about his campaign against his own party – the Governor can kiss the idea of running for President good bye. 

By the time the NY DEMS get thru tarring and feathering him – Cuomo will be the one looking for a new home. The NY DEMS don’t like his “Pay to Play” game or the way he has attacked his own party via harassment and scandalous attacks.

What has happened that those who live in this nation of wonder have forgotten that as Americans it is our wonder that creates that miracle?

As most of us wake up I the morning, read the news, and check outside to insure that by some magical transformation we’ve gone through some portal to a universe we do not recognize. Simple concepts are so distorted that without discarding reason and thought, it is difficult to even comprehend the statements themselves. We can all take the journey, it requires only one thing—the marvelous experience of thought.

Now many say we all think. If so, where is the proof? Or is it we don’t know what thinking is, so we can’t really measure it? Is it not only thinking, but even communication that distorts this ‘Brave New World’ of the ‘fundamental transformation’ we are experiencing? Have we so convoluted even words and concept, that the simple reality that as men, we are as the ‘Tower and Babel’ and cannot even express thought and ideas to one another? If so why has this happened, and if we can identify it has happened is it possible to correct?

That question posed has no previous answers supplied. The result if you engage your mind in wonder, you will experience that marvelous experience of thinking. For thinking is the one thing, we can verify, that this nation has far too little. Yet if we identify we don’t think, and we have areas that we should engage thinking in to contemplate, do we even comprehend what is required to think? As for that matter, do we even ever stop to think, can we talk to one another, or as the story of the ‘Tower of Babel’ was there an observation of fact it explained that what exists we can’t seem to comprehend today?

The latest comment that was beyond my limited capacity to comprehend was the statement of the head of ‘Homeland Security’ that ‘Illegal—(I do not know what these are)—immigrants, have earned the right to be U.S. citizens. The very convolution of the words used was enough to give me a headache. How can you do an illegal act, resulting in gaining a right? And when did God intervene and decide that only by breaking laws, he would decide if you are qualified to have a right? In addition, what is this right so inalienable that only those who break the law are entitled to it? You can begin to see my dilemma if you only stop and think about it for a moment.    

First of all, this was akin to hearing our current president talk; who talks like this, who lives in some fallacy that reality is rejected and words of insanity are substituted? Who has the foundations the background, the absolute ignorance of this nation to speak such as a blithering idiot, and then get it in the press? I’m amazed, that such people exist, and as they do exist what are they doing in any position of power in this nation? Compounding that little reality, if you have no idea what citizenship means, how in the name of Hades does one become the head of Homeland Security—that from my understanding is to protect this nation—not advance its annihilation? It became very obvious not only was the statement absurd, it couldn’t possibly be advanced by anyone who was an American? Who is this person? The only question my mind screamed for an answer.     

Well in this world today, we have means to use literacy, the written word to find out much in a short period of time. This is all possible by the miracle of the world of electronics, and the creation of a computer. Add to that wonder the efforts of ‘Al Gore’ and the creation of the internet, just about anything can be researched, with both good and bad information close to the speed of mental thought. Now in searching for Jeh Johnson, something jumped out in his bio that was remarkable. For you see, Jeh Johnson is the only person I know on a bio that is government related that is an ‘American.’ This jumped out at me, as I’ve filled out a multitude of forms, and had to write in American as it is not offered as a choice. Having them rejected, for even on the cultural hegemony census form we were all by ‘government decree’ forced…by threat of penalty…not able to declare ourselves American. Instead every subset—every hegemony—every separation of what we could or could not be, was available. There was not a choice for American. Yet this Mr. Jen Johnson…whose very name—Jen—is from an incident if Liberia…in private practice was an African American (again one of those things I have no idea what that is) but now as he is in a government position has risen above all others, us lowly peasants who grovel before our masters, and become an American.

Now with this foundation, he has become so elevated that single handedly without legislative design, rule of law, or any of those other impedances dictates policy. He and he alone, not as an employee of the government, one enforcing our nation’s laws, but as acting potentate, has determined that the very existence of being in this nation illegally is all that is required to be a citizen. 

When one thinks of this reality, isn’t it beyond reason we have so many government employees. Why? Why would this nation employ so many when, we are seeing it takes so few to run this nation? Think of it—we have a president that ignores the concept of enumerations of government! He uses the misguided concept that as he ‘has a phone, and he has a pen,’ that he has the power, through ‘executive orders’ to play god little (g) on earth to us the unwashed public, the citizens of this nation. It must be so; I neither hear nor read anyone objecting to this reality of fact. In fact, I’m not sure if our congress has been in session since the passage of the legislation that never existed, and was reconciled—creating legislation that never was in the first place—creating communism of central government taking over health care! Wait, I just remember, there is a continuum of bills passed by our disgraceful politicians passing funding bills, of which we have no money or—as the ignorant among us say, revenue—to pay for, to prevent not a government shutdown, but for doing anything to cure the every expanding problem of this nation’s monetary debauchery. How could we forget?

In a movie of the 60’s a line that has lived in infamy as it is as apropos today as when spoke. ‘What we’ve got here is failure to communicate.’ A script line from ‘Cool Hand Luke.’

Think about it for a moment. Is this not the prefect identifier of our current debacle of our nation’s absolute journey refuting every foundation of this nation’s design? Is it not that so many placed in position of power are not only unable to communicate, but apparently lack literacy to even attempt to understand the format of our nation’s design? Is it they can’t read, or is it what they read isn’t acceptable. For we watch in stupefied incomprehension as our elected one, reads from a teleprompter, saying such gibberish, do we not challenge he has any comprehension of his understanding what he says? If you have, you have either my admiration, for I’ve understood nothing. However, you may deserve my empathy, as somehow you’ve lost the ability and means of reason.           

Is it not the problem of this ‘failure to communicate’ that is the very reason this nation has such variance, such veering, such nihilistic journey from our philosophy? If it not that there is no understanding of the concept of enumerations, the idea of ideals, of principles, of simple foundations of both the concept of ‘equal’ and the wonder of ‘liberty’ missing from our current dialogue?  

This failure to communicate is not something new in this nation. In the literacy, the recording of those who even created this wonder, many had completely diametric opposite ideas of what our design is. Those same divisions exist to this day. If fact, in the reality of reality, it is more confusing as even the terms and applications have been so convoluted, what is a conservative of our nation’s beginnings is now in the camp of the federalist, those who advocate government. While the concept of liberty, once the bulwark of conservative principles has all but disappeared, gone, nonexistent in the actions and the concern—even considerations—of either political party.

If this is the problem, this ‘failure to communicate’ what do we have for confirmation? There seems to be a great problem in this nation, some illusion that all are the same. That all men everywhere are alike. That if we take a man from one society, in which the language of his programming of all of life he knows and transport him to another society—there is some magical fit, some restructuring occurs—making this assimilation possible. Is not the question, why, who came up with this and where is their verification?

As man has such problems understanding man, perhaps we should start with something most, 99.9% of those who work and understand functionally the wonders of the modern electronic area, or maybe 30% of the population, that computers have different operating systems. It is accepted intuitively that if you have an ‘Apple’ operating system, you cannot just plug it into an ‘IBM’ machine and have it work. Yet the reality is; the hard components of each machine are the same. The hard drive, the whirling noise making, the disk readers, the chips inside are the same—yet one cannot use the others language. How is it we can see this reality of difference, and not understand the same reality in the language of man?

How the reality that man is as a computer when we arrive. We are not a functional entity ready to face the world. All around us, we see those of the animal kingdom that are. In the world of the wildebeest, the newborn calf has on average of 4 minutes to conform to the society of the wildebeest or they become part of that generic population we identify as prey. For if a calf cannot, does not, and isn’t able to conform and join the herd—that is the result—guaranteed.

Here is where this inability this ‘failure to communicate’ occurs. When a man, of any race, is born, he has certain characteristics that make all men equal. It is that in all men, in their remarkable mental foundations come with ROM, the preprogrammed provided by our creator, to do what we to live must do. It is simple instruction, written into the DNA the generic instruction written onto deoxyribonucleic acid—as we have hard drives, bubbles, tapes and an assortment of other ways to convey pre-programmed information in the computer arena. We as men, have the same ROM instructions. Men at birth can change from existing in the amniotic fluid of the womb, and transform to the system of man, breathing air. The sensors, the transducers in the brain cell, identify the amount of CO², carbon dioxide—sending a signal to the diaphragm to flex. This causes the lungs to inhale, and exhale, creating the transfer of air, and the required element of life, oxygen to enter the lungs, be absorbed into the blood stream and supplied to all of the body, creating the very sustenance of life. Either you have this in your ROM, preprogrammed system requirement of existence, or you die. There are no other alternatives, unless you are in a surgery suite that can mechanically preserve your life. This is repeated over and over in all of the systems of our body. It requires no learning on the individual’s part. No teaching or conformity from the society in which we live, it occurs all from the programming of life we are preprogrammed with. I will not keep repeating this wonder over and over, if you are cognitive, this reality should be known.

Is there a problem with what we know? Is there something that every rational sensible reasonable cognitive human being should—by their ‘own’ mental processing of ‘THINKING’—should not be identifying? We all have installed at our birth the ROM required of our life. We, none of us, anyone ever born, have any RAM. For it is the RAM, the random access memory, the magical formatting of our wonder, that is the operating system of our mental memory, thought, knowledge, intellect, and if developed perhaps intelligence and maybe someday wisdom. None of these remarkable abilities that a man can develop and obtain, come in our arrival.

As a computer, man also has to do that horrible task to develop the RAM of their knowledge. As a computer—where the magical requirement is, the operating system, the language of operations—so is man. For it is the language of man that becomes the RAM of his existence, language supplies all of the things required to make man, a Homo Sapient, thinking man, from animal. That means of knowledge, from which identification, storage, and retrieval can occur. It is how the human mind works. It is how every person that has ever been conceived, given life, basic anatomy, and become cognitive, with memory of the world around him gains knowledge.

Now here is where this ‘failure to communicate’ becomes evident. As the language of the operating system of an ‘Apple’ and an ‘IBM’ is different, so are all the languages and applications of man. There are those who are linguist among us who can explain the differences of how the basic structure of languages works; I’m not one. I know from experience that those of different languages do not even when knowing the language of English, cannot communicate in English. As a parrot they talk English—the use the words—but they make statements in the format of their…programmed…language. My simple world of international consulting, it was something that was difficult for me to understand. Often at a loss that what I’d explained in perfect understanding to me, as I only speak and write English at the barbaric level I do. Finding that the results were often the inverse of what I’d explained. For in their assembly of structure, how the bytes if their language work, they’d taken the words I’d said, interpreted them to their language—and the results were as expected. Their operating system, based on their language, was different from mine. The results, though they heard what I’d said, they did not understand what was the meaning, in English, I’d conveyed.      

So when we look at our nation, is it not obvious that our problem with allowing those with a different operating system, a different mores, a different social foundation of everything of this nation—and our operating system—that we do not have problems?

This ‘failure to communicate’ is not an unintended consequence. It sadly is the design of Antonia Gramsci who envisioned this destruction of this nation in 1920—that is now being applied since the absolute tragedy of the immigration policy of 1965. The is, and was the most illogical, ill-conceived, and irrational pieces of legislation ever from the mind of evil in the ‘communist’ advancement of culture communism specific to destroy this nation, and genocide the culture of this society, this federal republic of States United in America.

Our problems are large. They aren’t simple to cure. They aren’t something that can be cured by in the future something magical being applied resulting in any illusion of utopian society. The inverse is fact. Every step, every advancement, every movement of man’s society improving came about by work. Hard work, reason, study, learning, applying, and all of the tedious demanding effort are what are required in society to advance this wonder of our very existence.

To improve our society, preserve our foundations, and retain the remarkable concept of this experiment of our very existence requires we begin with one simple requirement. We must correct, and understand this ‘failure to communicate’ must be identified, and corrected. For no society where there are those with different operating system, their very foundations of culture, society, and understanding. Here we begin. Here we identify why so many attempts to correct our problems fail. Here is why so much government does only acerbate the problems that exist. It is traceable to the simple fact, ‘we…as a society…have a failure to communicate.’
