VOLIN: “THIS CROWD IS ENORMOUS”

(May 16, 2014) — On Friday, commentator, writer and radio show host Erik Rush opened his show with a recording of Obama taking the oath of office in 2013.
Rush reported that Mike Volin, founder of WheresObamasBirthCertificate.com, is “on the ground now in DC” and in the process of meeting with Operation American Spring (OAS) founder Col. Harry Riley (Ret.).
Live streaming of the event is posted at the Gunny G blog.
Rush stated that “the White House is under fire from all directions now” because of the recently-exposed scandal within the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), which allowed dozens of veterans to pass away from lack of medical care. Certain employees within the VA reportedly created false medical appointments which denied veterans certain tests and treatments while $10,000,000 was spent on new VA office furniture.
Rush, who is biracial, stated that while “Barack Hussein Obama” was touted as “the first black president,” he was installed by people wishing to advance a “statist, communist agenda.”
At 11:20 a.m., Rush brought Volin and Riley on the air, both of whom were at the Washington Monument, from which Miki Booth reported earlier. Volin said that heavy rain has been falling since Thursday. “It’s extremely windy,” Volin said. “It was horrible this morning, but we trudged through because we have a message.”
However, for the last hour, the sun has broken through, Volin reported.
Volin said that there will be a prayer service on Sunday morning on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial. Regarding Riley, Volin said that “the crowd is continuing to gather…people are flocking in here” to meet him.
At11:24, Riley came on the air and said that the bad weather would not stop OAS’s plans to protest corruption in government. He asked “patriots” in states surrounding Washington, DC to consider attending OAS. “We need to keep a flow of folks in here and hopefully get the attention of the lawless leadership in DC and get some changes,” Riley said.
Riley told Rush that Congress has “abrogated” its responsibility and allowed Obama to become a dictator ‘with a pen,” referring to Obama’s assertion that he can change policies “with a pen and a phone,” without input from Congress. Riley said he spoke with the park police, who “have no problems with what we’re doing” to ease the expressed fears by some of a confrontation between OAS attendees and government agents.
“We need millions of individuals to come, lock arms with us and support us,” Riley said. “Everything is completely peaceful and joyful…I’m totally overjoyed to be part of ‘We the People’ who are here and will be here,” he said just before a commercial break.
Rush said that today’s show, which runs through 1:00 p.m. EDT, is “dedicated” to OAS. At 2:00 p.m., Rush will host Volin’s radio show to continue OAS coverage.
At 11:34 a.m., Volin reported that Riley is “making a speech right now” and has received numerous interview requests.
Volin said at 11:49 that there is “a very large Tea Party presence” at OAS and brought on Miki Booth, who said she has met many people she knew from past rallies.
“Are you seeing a lot of veterans there?” Rush asked, to which Booth responded, “Oh, yes, I think I see more veterans here than Tea Partiers.” Booth said it was “wonderful being here and seeing all these people.”
At 12:17 p.m., Rush mentioned the VA scandal with an OAS attendee, saying that it is “worse than criminal.” The guest mentioned that the Obama regime calls returning veterans “potential domestic terrorists,” as The Post & Email has noted in dozens of reports.
At 12:30 p.m., another guest and friend of Booth’s said that the number of people is increasing and that she has found it very uplifting. “We can’t give up now,” she said. “This is the beginning, not the end.” Booth had spoken to The Post & Email this morning about her friend Kari, who came from Southern California.
Rush asked if any “planned speakers” were scheduled for today, to which Kari responded that while Pastor Wiley Drake is the official OAS chaplain, non-ordained individuals are “getting up and speaking their minds in front of the group.”
At 12:37, Volin brought on an acquaintance, Deb, who said that “the Good Lord provided sunshine” for OAS attendees. “It’s been absolutely amazing,” she said. She then mentioned that commentator Glenn Beck said on his show that OAS was “calling for violence,” which Riley has specifically prohibited.
She said that she saw people from “every state,” including “The Connecticut Three-Percenters.”
Rush said he heard Beck’s broadcast and said that it is “unfortunate” that Beck “has chosen to misrepresent” the real mission of OAS.
The caller said that Beck has her phone number and offered on air to have a “one-on-one” between Riley and Beck about “the truth.”
Volin said that Deb is the press relations person for OAS.
At 12:43 p.m., Pastor Wiley Drake came on Rush’s show while he was conducting his own “Wiley Drake Show.” Drake urged listeners to visit Volin’s website, WheresObamasBirthCertificate.com to see evidence of fraud, forgery and criminality. “I would encourage you to go there and get a kit,” Drake said, referring to Volin’s Sheriff’s Kits, which contain a full-length presentation of the conclusions of the Maricopa County, AZ Cold Case Posse regarding Obama’s long-form birth certificate and Selective Service registration form.
Last November, Volin and a team of volunteers traveled to Washington and distributed more than 200 kits to members of Congress, although none have acknowledged viewing it.
Ed, an assistant to Riley, said that the purpose of OAS is because “we want our Constitution back.” He stated that there are related OAS rallies at state capitols beginning next week. “Whatever your effort is, double it…This is the time when we must step up…when if we don’t step up, we run the chance of losing it all…” he said. Ed said that instead of signing a petition, OAS attendees have “delivered it in person” by going to Washington. He ended by quoting the words of Benjamin Franklin: “We must, indeed, hang together, or assuredly we shall all hang separately.”

FIRST AMENDMENT RALLY RIDICULED BY ELITISTS, GLENN BECK AND MORE

(May 17, 2014) — The eyes of America closed last night on the heartbreaking ridicule so many Americans endured today in Operation American Spring. Of course that isn’t new as we have suffered a thousand taunts before today, but the calls for violence surprised even the most peaceful folks that come out of stories and comments for those here in America who no longer support the United States Constitution.
One need not wonder about the valor that was exhibited among patriots today all over the United States of America as much as wonder about those who have forgotten the principles of the Constitution. The ridicule came as a threat from the power that has been assumed by the liar-in-chief irrespective of law and the demands that the Constitution articulates as qualifications for the Office of the President.
The threats of violence were endured by those peacefully assembling from many directions, but it was crystal clear that as the assembly was bipartisan, and those in the seats of honoring the Constitution who had desecrated their oaths was bipartisan, so was the ridicule, taunting, and even threats of violence bipartisan.
Glenn Beck made the top lists of ridiculers as was also most notably recognized by Rush Limbaugh. Mr. Beck ridiculed the act of Revolution, closely shading the people’s revolutions in the Arab Springs armed and encouraged by the Obama Administration as not something he ever wanted to be part of. Today he questioned the integrity of the Tea Party’s desire for the liberty and freedom and Rush Limbaugh said it was unfortunate that Glenn Beck had misconstrued the very important elements of peacefully gathering and assembling as constructs of the Constitution for the People in O.A.S.
Maybe it was because he hadn’t organized it that he was feeling left out, but the only thing that came to my mind is that Glenn Beck would have definitely been one of those opposing George Washington’s call for a restoration of decent principles associated as the pinnacles of citizenship and a list of intolerable grievances that were petitioned for redress today. He certainly wasn’t feeling, well, patriotic, nor was he giving the time of day for him, or any one of his 300 employees, to take a short walk down the internet freedom highway to OAS2014.com to see the consistent language of “peacefully assembling” and a demand for “redress of grievances” expressed in the First Amendment of the United States Constitution.
That was inexcusable and lazy at best, and I myself found it derelict and void of the parameters of journalism America has always favored in the watchdog of the Media. I was sickened with the taunts, rants, and paltry conduct unbecoming the civility Americans have enjoyed as Civil Liberties today. With so many feasting at the trough of the First Amendment rights of free speech today on the left, I often wonder at the delirious quasi- serving conundrum that they on one hand hold on to for dear life, but on the other disdain so madly the rights of others that have been infringed by Obama’s ineligibility.
They do not put together that the qualifications demanded in the Office of the President within the Constitution actually pose as Civil Rights to those in the Presidential Race such as myself who have literally been inflamed as an assault most grievous and unaddressed with not so much as a single hearing in the Halls of Justice clear up through the United States Supreme Court in Judy v. Obama 12-5276.
No, not a single hearing, and it’s with wonder and awe that, completely devoid of intelligence, they cannot figure for themselves the resolve that “Citizen” and “Natural Born Citizen” are two completely different and separate qualifications as is most notably recognized in the constructs of the Constitution within the same sentence.
“No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of the President…” Article II, Sect.1 Clause 5.
The United States Supreme Court did say that “a person born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents” was never doubted to be a natural born citizen in the precedent case Minor v. Happersett for no reason; expressing that there were doubts to the others effectively stated as precedent there was indeed a difference in a first- and second-generation citizen of the United States of America and the possibility existed in real time for the overthrow of the United States in the first much more readily than the second provided by time; or the natural defense of time.
Glenn Beck has a long history of assaulting the principles of the United States Constitution’s Qualification for the President; which is very important, as it literally hangs by the thread of a qualified person the whole of the Executive Branch and the authority that is given to it, including all its Cabinets and Bureaus as enforcers of the law, by We The People in the United States Constitution.

“WE MARCHED THROUGH THE FRONT OF THE WHITE HOUSE”

(May 17, 2014) — Reporting live from Operation American Spring (OAS) in Washington, DC, Mike Volin reported at 2:05 p.m. that something noteworthy occurred when approximately 3,000 protesters entered the White House grounds on Saturday to protest corruption in the federal government and demand the resignation of Obama, Biden, and key members of Congress.
“Everybody was so peaceful; they were following directions, and then we turned our backs against the White House, and everybody turned their flags upside-down,” Volin said.
Live streaming of the event was provided on Saturday by Guerilla Media.
In an interview earlier on Saturday, Volin reported that the police were stopping traffic so that the group of about 3,000 could cross streets.
Other websites said to be providing live-streaming are here, although it is reported that “Live Streaming video websites for OAS are being attacked by hackers.”
At 3:22 p.m. EDT, Charles Strange, father of Michael Strange, one of 30 military special operators killed on August 6, 2011 in “Extortion 17,” went on camera. Strange held a sign in memory of his son and said he recently met with a Gary Reid to pose questions about the tragedy, to which Reid reportedly offered no answers.
Strange said he gave Reid a 1,300-page report on the downing of the helicopter in Afghanistan in which 22 Navy SEALS and eight other special operators were killed but that Reid admitted to not reading it.
Another man with a camera itemized the Extortion 17, Benghazi, IRS, and NSA “scandals,” after which activist Carl Swensson spoke. “We have a problem understanding what comes out of Congress, what comes out of the White House…” Swensson said. “We have a White House crawling with lawyers…”
Swensson recommended that people refer to Black’s Law Dictionary to learn how a constitutional republic is supposed to operate.
At 3:36 p.m., Strange was invited to take the microphone and told the story of his son’s days as a Navy SEAL. He reported that “the NSA started tapping my phone” after he “began asking questions.” Strange said that Extortion 17 is “bigger than Benghazi.”
Regarding Reid, Strange said, “They don’t think any of us can think.”
Pastor Wiley Drake taped Strange’s comments.
At 3:41 p.m., Strange said that he “shook Obama like a bobble-head” after Obama reportedly said, “Michael changed the way America lives.” Obama reportedly offered a full investigation which Strange does not believe took place. Strange said he was asked to leave after becoming emotional during a meeting with a Defense Department official after his son’s body was returned. Regarding his son, Strange said, “He loved this country. He’d do it again if he could. He didn’t know he was getting set up.”
At 3:45 p.m., a man began playing a guitar and singing a prayerful song.
When the man finished, another stood up to make an announcement, but the live feed went dark.

“MARCHING TO THE WHITE HOUSE”

(May 17, 2014) — Early on Saturday afternoon, The Post & Email conducted a telephone interview with WheresObamasBirthCertificate founder and radio show host Michael Volin, is arrived in Washington, DC on Friday to attend Operation American Spring (OAS) activities and rallies.
OAS was conceived by Col. Harry Riley (Ret.) at the end of last year as a protest by millions demanding that Obama, Biden and high-ranking members of Congress of both parties resign. The first stage of OAS was stated by Riley as a “peaceful, non-violent, physically unarmed (Spiritually/Constitutionally armed), display of unswerving loyalty to the US Constitution and against the incumbent government leadership in Washington D.C., with the mission to replace with law abiding leadership.”
As Volin was speaking to us, he was walking in a group of about a dozen people to the White House to gather there for approximately an hour. “We’re actually walking from almost the Capitol to the White House,” Volin said at the time. Volin estimated the total number of protesters to be about 3,000, with Friday’s total estimated at 5,000. “There are Oathkeepers, everybody’s here…veterans, elderly people, young people, constitutionalists, everything,” he told us.
“The media is portraying OAS as a flop,” we told Volin, referring to The Washington Times’ gloomy picture of the events as a result of one interview with an attendee.
Volin said he disagreed with that characterization and restated that people are going to be cycling through Washington, DC over days, weeks and perhaps months. “I spoke to Deb, Col. Riley’s press person, and I walked right up to the colonel. Nobody’s covering this. They’re pushing for me to do more coverage because nobody’s doing it. Regarding the live streams, most of them don’t work.”
Commenters on Twitter were also highly critical and derisive of the event.

Radio show host Erik Rush, who covered OAS on Friday on both his own show and as a guest host for Volin’s show in the afternoon, commented that Glenn Beck’s coverage was that of “mock and misrepresent.” On his Thursday radio show, Beck told his audience that Operation American Spring “is one of the most irresponsible and dangerous things I have possibly ever heard.” Linking to the group’s Facebook page but not the official websites, Beck deprecatingly broadcast, with the help of two assistants, that “maybe” there would be “maybe 80,000″ in attendance rather than the 10,000,000 which he said “organizers guaranteed” would attend.
Beck’s tone was clearly one of ridicule. “I don’t see 10,000,000 in the cards,” he said. “I don’t a million; I don’t see very much…” he said. Beck derided anyone calling for “violence,” but Riley made clear from the beginning that he would not tolerate any violent intentions.
Beck’s advice was for people to “get down on their knees and pray.” He said he feared that a Marxist revolution would occur as a result of the OAS protest from “looking at history.” “It always ends the same way,” Beck said, saying that the “Arab Spring” didn’t work out “so well.”
When federal agents pointed guns at members of the Bundy family and its supporters last month, Beck called for a non-violent resolution but was perceived as being clearly on the side of the federal government for which he was excoriated by retired Sheriff Richard Mack.
On Friday, Deb invited Beck to call Col. Riley or her to obtain an accurate report of what OAS intends to accomplish.
Mack defended the Bundys, who he said “just want to be free.” “The government is destroying the ranching and farming industry in America,” he said. “What do you think that’s going to do to our food supply? What do you think that does to liberty? The greatest enemy to our country is our own federal government, and some people are even applauding this…Glenn Beck, you ought to be ashamed of yourself. You should be out here marching with us. You should be at the front lines when the bullets start flying from these federal thugs and criminals. Let’s get out here and support the American people…”
Last June, Beck was filmed walking down a street in New York City declaring that a stunning revelation to be made “within 24 hours” would cause a massive change in “the power structure.” “The whole world is about to change,” Beck said, claiming knowledge of a key document allegedly provided by a very frightened whistleblower. However, Beck never delivered on his promise or explained why he never came forward with the revelation.
“If you think that this military won’t turn their guns on you, the American citizen or you, the American patriot, you’re wrong again…” he said, implying a minute later that the intention of OAS was to “overthrow the government.”

Of the media’s negativity, Volin said, “It might be a tactic to get people to stay away.”
U-Stream is providing live coverage of OAS as of this writing. At 2:15 p.m. EDT, a man who said that he defended the Bundy ranch last month commended Pete Santilli of Guerilla Media for his coverage of both events.
CBS News’s Mark Knoller reported earlier on Saturday that Obama is playing golf at a particular private club in Virginia for the first time.

“I’m very disappointed in the news reports because I’m here; I’m right in the middle of it, and I’m reporting from the middle of it, and it conflicts with what they’re saying. I’m questioning their motives,” Volin said.

“WE NEED MORE WALKERS THAN TALKERS”

(May 17, 2014) — On Saturday night, The Post & Email spoke with three attendees of Operation American Spring (OAS), all of whom provided unique perspectives on the event thus far.
Mike Volin, founder of WheresObamasBirthCertificate.com (WOBC), said that he will be holding a strategy session this evening with a team of volunteers, with more news to be released at a later time.
Volin will be broadcasting live beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday morning for a prayer meeting, with The Post & Email and researcher Martha Trowbridge co-hosting.
We asked Volin what the high point of Saturday was, to which he responded, “the march on the White House.” He added, “Everybody was totally silent. There was no mumbling or grumbling; there was no shouting or screaming. There was no “Rah, rah rah!” We followed directions. We marched from the [National] Mall quietly, peacefully, to a drum roll. When we got to the White House, we were told to stop and form a line. From the pictures, you can get an idea of how many people were at the White House; a whole block. I ran out and grabbed some pictures, and then Ruth had her flag upside-down. One of the coordinators noticed it, and said, ‘Wow, that’s a great idea,’ and then everybody was told to turn their flags upside-down. That’s a sign of distress. We just stood still; nobody spoke from Operation American Spring. We just stood there, turned around, and we walked all the way back to the Mall. We did a loop around the U-turn, and when we were out of sight of the White House, we turned the flags up correctly. But when we were in front of the White House, our backs were turned to the White House, and the flags were turned upside-down.”
Jeff Harrison, a WOBC volunteer and founder of “Operation Pony Express,” next spoke with The Post & Email and said that an OAS spokesman coined the slogan, “We are here; why aren’t you?”
Harrison said that while serving in the Marine Corps, he was expected to “lead by example.” “Why aren’t other high-ranking officers here?” he asked.

“We have people who walk, and we have people who talk, and we need more walkers than talkers,” Harrison continued. “We need people to continue to do what they’ve been doing, just as Lt. Zullo asked people to write letters to their congressmen,” he said, referring to Cold Case Posse lead investigator Mike Zullo, who announced more than two years ago that Obama’s long-form birth certificate and Selective Service registration form are “computer-generated forgeries.”
“Once again, we need to continue to press that, and people need to write letters to their congressmen at their local offices,” Harrison said. “We need to send letters by priority mail and certified, registered receipt. They need to make phone calls; they need to go visit their congressmen in local offices. They need to contact their family members. We need backup. We’re doing the hard work.”
“I think Mike sent you a photograph of a veteran in a wheelchair who is 100% disabled. He was in Vietnam and subjected to Agent Orange. It took him ten years to get his benefits. There was one lady who came from out West who took a two-day bus ride and is paralyzed from the waist down. There was a veteran with a walker with wheels on it. There was a lady who was in the Army during Vietnam and was a technician who when they operate, they give the tools to the doctor. We had all kinds of people from different nationalities here. The one main thing is that we have a lot of talkers. People need to get off the bench and get in the game.”
Cheryl Surber, who has two Bachelor’s degrees in media a Master’s degree in marketing, spoke with us with an idea to urge the major media to cover OAS. “Regarding ‘I was here; where were you?’ we need to expand on that. We need to get a lot of people who are out there to contact the news media’s Facebook pages and put a comment, ‘I was here, where were you?’” she said. “If they had 2,000 or 3,000 individuals putting that comment there, I think they’d get the message that they need to get themselves in gear and report this.”
“One of the things I learned when I was taking radio and TV classes is that the airwaves belong to the public: not to the broadcaster, not to the station, not to the on-air talent, not to the local station. It belongs to the public. These various entities are licensed to operate in the public interest. This absolutely would be the public interest in order for you to be a fully-informed voter and citizen. So we ought to make the case that it’s in the public interest. ‘I’m here; where are you? It’s in the public interest for you to report on this. Where are you?’”
“It sickens me that they are licensed…they should all lose their license,” Surber said. “We should all call up and complaint to the FCC if they don’t do it. We could have 1,000 or 2,000 people bombarding each of them: CNN, NBC, CBS, Fox, MSNBC. Glenn Beck has been telling people not to come. I am so angry with that guy.”
Volin and Harrison then shared a special event they have planned for Sunday following the prayer service.
