As I write this, We the People have stormed the US Capitol building and are inside it. The lame stream media is reacting with a pearl clutching swoon, and spineless Republican leaders are claiming “This is not who we are.”

Pissed off American patriots who have had enough of feckless Republican dithering and cowardice. Well guess what? THIS IS EXACTLY WHO WE ARE. Patriotic Americans who refuse to surrender our country without firing a single shot.

We the People are being told that we should have let it play out legally, constitutionally. Well, we tried that, and tried that, and tried it again, and they stole our election and laughed at us. What are you going to do about it? This, we are going to do this.

If our so-called representatives won’t represent us, if they refuse to honor their oaths to protect and defend the US Constitution, then all bets are off. When Donald Trump took office in January of 2017, neither he nor the patriots that put him there realized the extent of the Deep State. The swamp is global, the mire is deep. The scheme of the globalists is to take over the governments of the world and transform the planet into a one-world Communist state with Sustainability as the new world religion. This sustainability is only for them, to sustain their money, their power.

The Chinese Communist Party (CCP), at least for the time being, seems to be cooperating. After all, they want to see America fall as badly as the conspirators do. At the same time, the CCP sees these globalists for who they are, traitors without an army, to be eventually swept aside as competitors for world domination. Nobody loves a traitor.

Much of our Washington institutions, our press and education system, have been made political tools, criminal alliances between political parties evident. Corporations have assumed massive political power, in many cases calling the shots. Whether Americans have any real say in their government is now highly debatable.

The new Democrat Party, born domestically in the 60s when they created a new moral imperative, selling redemption for what they see as our sinful past, spent our country into oblivion, as much as 25 trillion dollars. It was all to gain power, leaving the subjects of their noble intentions behind, and opening every Pandora’s box in the process. They have now joined with these global pirates.

Any fool can see forces are gathering against the people. Big Tech, Big Media, Big Medicine, Big Pharma, and many major corporations have joined foreign conspirators to dictate our lives, our customs, to decide what we are to see, not see, what we are to believe, and what is moral. What fools they be. They are to be destroyed along with the people they think they are fooling.

Our Republic, and Canada as well, are joining the world in government by the ruling class, the rich and powerful, rather than government by the people. It is self-serving, corrupt to its very core, filled with happy talk, with the result no different than scores of third-world s**t holes around the globe. It is now in the process of being made official here in the U.S. by this last counterfeit election. Investigations are aplenty with prosecutions nowhere to be found. Federal and many local law enforcement institutions can no longer be depended on to enforce law. Trump’s presidency has become an island of national allegiance in the middle of an ocean of traitorous sludge.

When or if Biden takes office they will then deal with the Trump voters.

January 6 is the day Congress counts the votes of the electors. It is a day when our government decides if it is to be the voice of the people or the voice of foreign and domestic enemies. Hundreds of thousands of patriots will gather on that day to witness their representatives confirm or deny their corruption. It will be a day of announcing the character of governance they will be leaving to our children and grandchildren.

January 6, Patriots Day, could be a new national holiday to rival July 4. It will be the patriots that remind our government that we are in charge…a day to admonish the world that we are not to be ruled, but governed.

Don’t expect many Republicans to stand up for what is right, they are weak! The history that is no longer being taught has caught up to us. This is not about the future of Donald Trump. It’s about the future of our Constitutional Republic. We are soon to be reminded that freedom is never free. We have cheapened our freedom and will soon realize the cost to keep it. The USA is an exceptional country. Liberty is never the natural order of things.

Our country is in a very precarious place. It will be up to patriots to decide our future, whether we live in liberty or slavery. Don’t expect many Republicans to stand up for what is right. They will only concern themselves with their careers. The only thing they do in unison is cluck. The existence of our nation and freedom everywhere is at stake. We will either be the home of the brave or the home of the snowflakes, choosing safety over liberty and getting neither.

The people always get the government they deserve and allow. Yes, we do have a Republic and we CAN keep it, if we stand together. Freedom will have its last stand right here. Let’s make history. God help us.

I read some the posts but wonder what actions we are taking and maybe more what are our short term objectives?  North Carolina used was a solid red state now there are sections that turning blue.  Roy Cooper won the elcetion by a wide margin but republicans won at all levels.  How is this possible?  Just wondering what are we doing?

At any time the COVID Nazis can say “No vaccine for you” if there is a problem, like burned out workers, the government can’t be bothered fixing. No Vaccine For You!

NO! So sayeth the COVID-19 Nazis. At least not during the Christmas holidays. California is like other jurisdictions where everyone MUST take the vaccine in order to stop the spread of the most over-hyped thing since Justin Bieber came on the scene. If you don’t line up and get your shot, people will die and it will all be your fault. You, that’s right YOU, are causing people to die! So you have to get a shot and the consequences future navigation throughout society without a government issued “Vaccination Card” will be pretty well impossible.

So it was a surprise, or maybe not given the erratic state in which all levels of government operate, that vaccination centres closed down for the holidays. Despite the crisis that caused the elites to close the economy on the word of their WHO and UN masters, vaccinating people during the Christmas holidays was not important.

Geez, since the government can't give you a schedule of when you can get 'the shot' then maybe you have to wait until the 'Holy Fathers' can figure it out!  (good luck)  OBTW - "I'm from the governement and I'm here to help you"

It is also believed these obstructionist are taking end of the year hoildays, so America has to wait to die!

There are a few reasons, some of them speculative, as to why this “crisis” was deemed not to be important enough to continue throughout the holiday weekend. One theory is there simply was not enough vaccine ordered and received and the “pause” was to delay running out. Another one is people administering the vaccine were “burned out.”

Doctors and other health care workers were mad with several saying if staff shortages were the problem they would have gladly volunteered to work to help with the overloaded work demands. News Flash -> there is no shortage of people to give the shots; there was however a shortage of planning and organization needed to prepare the vaccine for the inoculations. Does America have enough qualified pharmacists to come in to prepare the vaccine? Or, extra help just isn't that important. All those burned out could have temporarily been replaced by qualified volunteers who would otherwise have not been working during the holiday weekend.

And many wonder why a lot of people don’t take COVID, said to be the greatest plague in 100 years, seriously.

The person in charge of the distribution of the vaccine is .......who? Having someone associated with the military running the operation just adds to the speculation of those who think martial law is either here or right around the corner. It would be one thing if Dr. Fauci was doing a good job but he obviously isn’t. Guess what, the virus didn’t take a break during Christmas, vaccinations should not have either.

Of course this helps the government in what appears to be the prime objective of scaring the population into submission, knowing the vaccinations could be slowed down or stopped on a whim. And of course there will people who will now insist if vaccination can be limited on Christmas Day, why weren’t they closed on Kwanzaa and Festivus?

Inoculating the dumb unwashed masses is obviously not that important to the government. And the closure of these centres is further proof COVID-19 is not as serious as we’re being told.

People who really want to get the shot should understand this. At any time the COVID Nazis can say “No vaccine for you” if there is a problem, like burned out workers, the government can’t be bothered fixing.

Last week, we asked the listeners of the Ringside Politics program to nominate their “Heroes” and “Zeroes” of 2020. This is an annual exercise that always elicits excellent nominations. This year was no exception as 2020 has been eventful, disturbing, and extremely challenging. Everyone is eagerly anticipating the arrival of 2021 and the hope of better times ahead.

Over the past year, a multitude of people distinguished themselves as “Zeroes,” but very few took the type of courageous action necessary to be identified as “Heroes.” In this extremely elite group, one person stood alone, President Donald Trump, so it is only right that he received the overwhelming majority of votes from our audience.

The President was attacked not only by the media, but also by every conceivable element of the Deep State. While our listeners appreciated his leadership, President Trump was denounced and maligned by powerful forces throughout the year. The mainstream media continued to treat him as an enemy and coverage of the President was almost uniformly harsh and negative.

After facing a three-year, phony, Russian collusion investigation, the President was subjected to an impeachment hoax. This outrage was engineered by a leaker, who was politically motivated to create a firestorm that eventually resulted in the President’s impeachment.

Thankfully, the President was acquitted, but the whole episode was a needless distraction and another way for the Deep State to attack the Trump agenda. It was inflicted on the President despite a “perfect” phone call to the Ukrainian President.

Of course, there should have been an investigation related to Ukraine, but it should have revolved around former Vice President Joe Biden’s threats to withhold U.S. loan guarantees until the prosecutor investigating his son was fired. Fortunately for Biden, powerful Democrats are immune to prosecution from a Department of Justice that has been used to target President Trump and his allies.

Once the President survived impeachment, he was immediately thrust into the Covid-19 pandemic. Displaying extraordinary leadership, he created the Coronavirus Task Force and spearheaded the effort resulting in the manufacturing of tremendous supplies of personal protective equipment for healthcare workers and ventilators for patients in serious condition.

The President also negotiated four peace deals with Israel and former enemies in the Arab world. His “Operation Warp Speed” has been universally credited, even by Biden, for the creation of several vaccines that were approved for widespread use in record time. This will possibly save millions of lives; however, the President receives mostly condemnation from the media and his innumerable political enemies for his handling of the pandemic.

Due to Trump’s leadership, our economy came roaring back from the depths of the Covid-19 recession by Election Day and the American people rewarded the President with over 74 million votes. It broke the record for most votes for a sitting President and was 11 million more votes than he received in 2016.

Clearly, he won the election, but it was stolen from him by corrupt Democrats in a variety of swing states. As the President fights this electoral fraud, the base of the Republican Party is solidly behind his efforts. Not surprisingly, the power structure in D.C. is opposing him at every turn. His legal challenges have been dismissed at every level of the judiciary, including the Supreme Court. He is also not receiving much support in Congress and practically none in the U.S. Senate.

Sadly, this is nothing new for the President. He withstood opposition in Congress to support the Keystone pipeline and our oil and gas industry, which resulted in our country becoming energy independent for the first time in decades. With no help from Congress, the President secured funding to build a 450-mile wall on the southern border.

President Trump wants peace through strength. The President also negotiated four peace deals with Israel and former enemies in the Arab world, as well as a historic agreement between Kosovo and Serbia. For his remarkable accomplishments, the President received four Nobel Peace Prize nominations.

While he destroyed the ISIS caliphate and ordered military operations that killed several terrorist leaders, the President wants to bring our troops home and end the endless wars. This “America First” platform fulfills his campaign promise, but it has generated tremendous opposition among the military industrial complex and the political establishment of both parties.

While the powerful insiders in Washington D.C. want war, President Trump wants peace through strength. He has rebuilt our military because he does not want to use it unnecessarily in far flung places around the globe.

Only President Trump could have accomplished what he did in 2020, the finest year of his remarkable term. No other President has faced as many enemies as Donald Trump as he received constant attacks from the Democrats, the Deep State, and foreign leaders, even from many that are supposedly U.S. “allies.”

His veto of the defense bill and his stated opposition to the horrible coronavirus relief package show the American people his commitment to his promises. What is truly remarkable is that the President was regularly criticized and opposed by congressional Republicans, even though he is tremendously popular with the rank-and-file membership of the GOP. Too many Republican leaders have lost their connection with their constituents and are beholden to the Washington D.C. bureaucracy and powerful special interest groups. The President is a threat to the D.C. establishment and the tenured class in the Beltway hate Donald Trump for what he has done to challenge their power.

As usual, the President and his 74+ million deplorables are together, while the swamp is firmly against them. If he does not succeed in his electoral challenges and must leave office, he should exit in a blaze of glory.

The President wants the American people to receive relief, but Congress wants to cram the bill with unacceptable pork and give crumbs to the suffering pandemic victims.

During the final presidential debate between President Donald Trump and former Vice President Joe Biden in October, Biden stated that America would have a “dark winter” in reference to his weak assertion and the Democrat mantra that the COVID deaths in the United States were all Trump’s fault, and that he should have acted sooner. However, in the winter months at the beginning of the year when COVID-19 hit, Biden, along with his more vocal Party members, criticized President Trump for shutting down travel to China. Which is it?

Biden pursued his point: “We’re about to go into a dark winter… A dark winter, and he has no clear plan and there’s no prospect that there’s going to be a vaccine available for the majority of the American people before the middle of next year.” Yet, two have come forth to be approved. The question remains whether the American people will trust in their government to take a vaccine now that some are available. In October, only 40% of the population said they would be willing to take the vaccine, if there were one available.

Small groups of a “vaccine-resistance” are beginning to form around the nation. There was already general resistance to vaccinations during the 2016 general election, and it seems to be reviving. The nation has been swept by fear due to COVID, but several thousands of citizens are more panicked about the lack of respect and obedience to the Constitution than concerned over the “plandemic.” And in fact, the dismantling of America’s election integrity appears to be of increasing importance as several patriot, conservative, and Christian groups in all parts of the nation have already, or are now organizing for action due to the cavalier view that those in Congress and even those in the Supreme Court have taken in light of definite evidence compiled regarding the corruption and fraud in the recent election.

It is indeed a dark winter, but not for the reasons Biden was weakly alluding to; but, it is because his Party has decided to steal a presidential election. Collective anger amongst the American citizens is exponentially rising over the censorship or suppression of any type of criticism of the outcome of the election from the social media outlets as well as the lack of coverage in the mainstream media of the violations of election procedures and voting machine anomalies that appear to demonstrate a rigged election. How can American citizens allow the theft of a national election? Before, people fought and were willing to die for the right to vote. Women in the women’s suffrage effort suffered much, endured so much, in their fight to simply earn the right to vote. Blacks had to struggle and suffer great indignities and personal injuries for the right to vote.

Now, in this day, is it now acceptable to steal one’s right to vote? The progressives are truly not so progressive; in all honesty, they are absolutely regressive because they will have America go back to the way it was in the Democrat-controlled Deep South. It does not matter who is spewing the Democrat-Progressive-Socialist mantra that this was a fair election. That is defending a corrupt, fraudulent, and manipulated election outcome. The defense of the “move on” mantra, like the recent remarks by Geraldo Rivera, is a defense of the steal. Such individuals are aiding and abetting those who committed the crime. Through their words, such people are revealing their true colors, and they are not red white and blue. 

In December of 1776, American colonists were facing a dark winter as well. Only six months after proclaiming the Declaration of Independence, the War for Independence seemed to be lost. The onslaught of the powerful British military overwhelmed the rag- tag band of American “troops.” The devastating losses at Fort Washington and Fort Lee in New York left many colonists doubting General Washington’s capabilities and overall the wisdom in declaring “independence” and taking on the mightiest military power on the planet. The powerful British forces had chased General Washington out of New York, out of New Jersey, and had re-occupied three colonies. Washington had retreated into Pennsylvania, but the British forces had pursued the colonials to within miles of Philadelphia, the very birthplace of American Liberty.

In that critical time, it appeared to many that the entire fight for independence was about to flame-out as a noble, but a lost cause. Freedom seemed to be on its deathbed. Many Continental troops had been captured, some were executed, and many remaining of the beleaguered men had their enlistments coming to an end in this time .Some decided not to wait and went AWOL. On top of all of this, Washington’s band was in dire need of supplies. Many men only had summer uniforms or lacked proper boots. But, good favor shined upon the father of our country. British Commander, General Sir William Howe directed his forces to prepare for winter quarters. Likely in his arrogance, he may have felt that the war would be soon won in the Spring. Regardless, the British pursuit came to a halt for the winter.

During the long pursuit, even the morale of the enlisted Continentals had grown dull and the Congress had become anxious about their choice of Commander. But, history is full of stories of how, in such times of trial, great leaders emerge. It was such a time for General George Washington. He knew an attack, if successful, could turn things around and restore a bit of confidence in the colonists’ pursuit of Independence. Washington’s plan to attack the Hessians at Trenton on the other side of the Delaware River is now famous because it was brazen, yet it was victorious.

The attack took place the day after Christmas, and it proved to turn the tide in the war to some extent because the victory showed that the Americans would not give up their fight for freedom.

Millennials should listen to those who escaped the socialist “paradise” Ocasio-Cortez promotes from her congressional platform. 

When the radical socialists in Congress and in the streets of America started giving more and more rhetorical and chanting time to Democratic Socialism, half of America were enchanted, and half of America laughed. Such a construct aimed at re-defining socialism the American way was not to be taken seriously but it was. Young Millennials, egged on by seasoned members of the Communist Party USA, were going to build a better America, a Democrat Socialist America, free of capitalism.

Their explanation was that all the former Communist Party tyrants who obliterated over 100 million of their own people and enslaved the rest for most of the twentieth century were bumbling idiots. These American socialist wannabes who did not understand economics, politics, or knew geography at all, were going to do it better and thus succeed.

Now the Democrat Socialist whippersnappers have the chance to build their American-style socialist “paradise” with the newly “elected” duo Biden/Harris. Eighty million Americans genuinely believed that an octogenarian with severe health issues and a 47-year lackluster career in Washington would be the best president for the United States. As Newsweek magazine wrote on its cover on February 16, 2009, “We are all socialists now.”

If you ask most of the resident supporters of socialism, what is democratic socialism, you will get just as many confused looks, lame attempts at definitions, and the lack of understanding of what they support. They want a “socially owned economy,” a “workers’ self-management within a market socialist economy,” and a “decentralized planned socialist economy.” But they have no idea what it means.

Millennials do not understand how a capitalist economy functions, what is the role of capital and profit in the development of a free market economy. They are also highly ignorant of what drove into the ground the mis-managed centralized economies of all the socialist countries of the twentieth century. They could research the economy of Venezuela, Cuba, North Korea, and China today but that is too much to ask of such brainwashed generations.

Even though the Communist Party through the Bolshevik activists promised worker self-management and a socially-owned economy, the proletariat was not allowed to manage themselves and received nothing except a meager pay, hard times, starvation, misery, long food lines, shortages of everything, endless rationing, labor exploitation by communist unions called syndicates, and gulags funded by the Communist Party that lorded over them with an iron fist via its Central Committee, the security policy, and its highly centralized five-year planning of their devastating economies. 

Had these American radical Marxist activists known a smidgen of history, they would have realized that the democratic socialism repackaged lies presented to them in the 21st century are repeats of those told a century ago by Bolsheviks dispatched around the globe by a well-funded cadre of communists on the payroll of bankers from the U.K. and America.

American students are now scholarly weak, ignorant, and thoroughly indoctrinated. They do not understand that security and prosperity cannot be legislated. You cannot make people equal by force of law, nor can you change their biology. You cannot steal from some and give to others in the name of social and economic justice.

You cannot legislate equal opportunity and equal outcomes. You cannot legislate inequality out of existence. Humans have been unequal since the beginning of time. Wealth and income disparity exist in the socialist economies centralized by the Communist Party and tech oligarchs.

Putting mom and pop stores and restaurants out of business creates more exploitation by large corporations that will function as oligarchies ruled by a centralized political committee of Democrat technocrats and billionaires.

Destroying the middle class is the dream of the Communist Party USA. The middle class is what made America successful and allowed a myriad of opportunities for all Americans to better themselves economically. 

Millennials should listen to and learn from those who escaped from the prison of the workers’ socialist “paradise.” We lived under “Democratic Socialism.” It was neither democratic nor did it care about the poor masses. On the contrary, the rulers stole all the wealth and property and put everyone in prison who was considered “bourgeois.” And you were part of the imagined “bourgeoisie” if you owned a home or some land.

Under socialism ruled by the Communist Party, everyone was equally poor, miserable, and exploited with paltry wages, and no opportunity for education and progress. The poor people, that is the proletariat, had no opportunity for the constitutionally guaranteed self-governance; if they tried to demand anything they were promised, they were summarily dispatched to a gulag from which they never returned or worse yet, shot in front of their families to teach them a lesson they will never forget.

Democrat Socialists focus on redistribution of wealth by confiscating from those who worked to build wealth and giving it to those they see as having been exploited for the choices they made in life. D. Hamilton wrote that a “social democratic or democratic socialist America” must protect minorities from “predatory private employers” who focus on profit and “exploit people and the planet.”

To redress this exploitation, he proposes a federal job guarantee, a child trust, and reparations in a race-specific program. It is a welfare, wealth-redistribution scheme which, in his view would address the racial and economic injustice in this country. 

To support his federal job guarantee (full employment) idea, Hamilton uses India’s National Rural Employment Guarantee Act as an example of promotion of full employment and alleviation of poverty.

Looking at India’s exodus of labor to America’s high-tech jobs and our hiring of Indians (outsourcing) to do jobs that Americans used to do, highly skilled and educated Americans who are now unemployed because of it, it is easy to see that a job guarantee does not alleviate poverty.

Under the socialism I grew up in, everybody had a job, but it was not worth much economically and it only paid survival wages, way less than minimum wage in America. My people were what Roosevelt called “necessitous men” who were not “free men.” Again, security and prosperity cannot be forced and legislated by politicians, bureaucrats, and philosophers.

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez said that “what socialism means is to guarantee a basic level of dignity. There is no other force, there is no other party, there is no other real ideology . . . that is asserting the minimum elements necessary to lead a dignified American life.”

Asking those who fled the socialist paradise she advocates, at great cost to them and their families, the stories are quite similar. Living under socialism was starvation, no human dignity, a huge loss of personal freedoms, abject poverty, hunger, lack of necessities, lack of proper medical care, lack of medicines, severe oppression, loss of individuality for the good of the collective, justice for the Communist Party rulers only, and loss of private property and land.

As Thomas Paine said in 1776, “These are the times that try men’s souls.” And so it is today. There is a ghostly silence in every corner of the country as the nation waits to see what will come about as a result of how this election was conducted. Too many questions, too many occurrences of foul play, too many people coming forward with horror stories, too many alienated voters, too many states that went their own way. All from six states that just happen to be battleground states: Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania & Wisconsin.

A new report on the election was just released, The Navarro Report. It’s a comprehensive report that found that six states engaged in most, if not all, of the irregularities. They detected clear cases of outright fraud, ballot mishandling, contestable process fouls, equal protection clause violations, voting machine irregularities, and significant statistic anomalies. Included in the account are reports in all six states of excessive voter turnout, at times exceeding 100%.

The report contends that the patterns of election irregularities observed “...are so consistent across the six battleground states that they suggest a coordinated strategy to, if not steal the election, then to strategically game the election process in such a way as to unfairly tilt the playing field in favor of the Biden-Harris ticket.”

As the report states, “This was theft by a thousand cuts across six dimensions and six battleground states rather than any single ‘silver bullet’ election irregularity.”

The one dimension not mentioned in the report was what allowed so much of the fraud to take place…a manufactured pandemic. Democrats are luxuriating in this pandemic, exploiting it to the full. They seem to love the diversion, the chaos, the tyranny and control they are engaging in, watching millions of people’s livelihoods disappear, the middle class being destroyed. And they keep it alive, announcing no changes even after the vaccine is introduced. They regularly ignore their very own directives, knowing the flimflam they created for over 99.8% of the people. Oh, how intoxicating is the power they are exercising. They used it to fight for and get millions of mail-in ballots that ended up being floated around in every direction. The Democrats probably can’t believe their luck, and how stupid their opposition is, allowing such a scheme, especially when every state already had a mail-in absentee ballot system.

It has become obvious to many of us, probably to the majority of this nation, that even before this report was released, that this election was stolen, and with foreign influence. It was corrupted by an establishment with total disregard for ‘We The People’, and the Constitution of the United States. They want what they want, have skin and rice bowls in the game and are determined to have the election their way. The people be damned.

Except for the majority of legal voters, President Trump has few institutions on his side. That is to be expected since so many of those same institutions are so thoroughly corrupt. The perpetrators, the traitors, are presently in deep cover in the media, the bureaucracy, Big Tech, and the Democrat Party, hiding in the swamp, or is it a polluted ocean? They will propagandize 24/7 against Donald Trump as they have done every day of his candidacy and presidency, never giving him a moments peace. To them, Trump is a man who presumed too much. The established order will never recognize an outsider, a man who owes no favors. President Trump must ignore their gauntlet of indignation. And now the Democrats, with their legendary audacity, are calling for unity, and for us to forget their thievery. It’s akin to the most vicious kind of political melodrama, as we wait for the traitors to get their comeuppance, a divine frenzy.

The Democrats have also shown that their accomplices, Antifa and BLM, will burn cities down if any court or congressional action attempts to reverse the election. As is typical of Democrat political moves, they frequently go too far. This time they have gone over the cliff in their determination to be rid of Trump. In their zeal to remove this president, they have planned and executed a coup d’etat, thereby committing treason. They made complicit the naive people below them in the same capital crime. The Democrats have also shown that their accomplices, Antifa and BLM, will burn cities down if any court or congressional action attempts to reverse the election. For a party accustomed to implementing shakedowns, this will be the most outrageous act of extortion in U.S. history.

Our founders prepared us for such an event. It’s called the Insurrection Act and Martial Law. If the counting of the electoral votes on January 6 does not amend what has been so wrongly done to the American people, if there is no honor to be found, we will call for President Trump to invoke the Insurrection Act and declare Martial Law. We will also ask that all patriots stand behind him. This will have little effect on the common citizen, but it will remove the cloak the traitors are hiding behind. Once arrests ensue, these conspirators will sing like birds and it will go to the very top.

The people will be protected. In fact, this action will protect the people of this nation against an active domestic enemy determined to destroy our nation as founded. We cannot allow a corrupt, unethical, debauched group of political operatives to take control of this nation. No amount of reporting of a Biden win from the news media will make it right. Corruption has gone mainstream. The cancer has metastasized. Ronald Reagan said, “The price of freedom is high, but never so costly as the loss of freedom.”

Hunter's propensity for excessive spending on “drugs, alcohol, prostitutes, strip clubs, and gifts for women with whom he has sexual relations”

Throughout the scandals of the last few years, former Vice President Joe Biden has repeatedly heaped praise on his troubled son Hunter. In several interviews, including one this week, he has referred to Hunter as the “smartest guy” he knows. To make such a statement, it is clear that Joe Biden needs a much larger circle of acquaintances.

Is Joe Biden even qualified to identify a smart person? In fact, how smart is Joe Biden? The record shows he is the antithesis of smart. From his many asinine comments to his long record of questionable associations to his multiple episodes of outright plagiarism, Joe Biden is certainly not smart.

Since Joe Biden is not Mensa material, how about his son Hunter? C’mon man, this is about as easy as it gets. Hunter has a sordid personal life and has created a mess of professional life.

In 2014, after testing positive for cocaine use, Hunter was discharged by the U.S. Navy from his position as a public affairs specialist. His naval career lasted less than one month.

In 2016, in Prescott, Arizona, Hunter returned a Hertz rental car from California “after hours.” Inside the car, he left a crack pipe and a bag “with a white powdery substance inside” for all to see “on the passenger seat.” For good measure, he left behind credit cards, a driver’s license, a cell phone, “a Delaware Attorney General badge,” and a “U.S. Secret Service business card.” Instead of leaving the keys in the drop box, Hunter put them in the gas tank compartment. Due to Hunter’s action, this was not a car return, but a crime scene. Not surprisingly, since his last name is Biden, no charges were filed against Hunter.

The following year, Hunter’s former wife Kathleen filed for divorce from him. She noted his propensity for excessive spending on “drugs, alcohol, prostitutes, strip clubs, and gifts for women with whom he has sexual relations.” In her filing, Kathleen accused Hunter of running up massive debt, issuing bounced checks and having judgment that was “frequently impaired with respect to their safety, their care, and their best interests.” Eventually, the couple reached an uncontested divorce settlement in April of 2017.

By that time, Hunter was in the midst of a two-year relationship with his deceased brother’s wife, Hallie. After that break-up, it was announced that Hunter had impregnated a former Arkansas stripper, Lunden Alexis Roberts, who had to sue him for child support. Ultimately, they reached an out-of-court settlement. In 2019, Hunter married South African native Melissa Cohen after a six-day relationship. In March of this year, she gave birth to Hunter’s fifth child.

Along with a turbulent personal life, Hunter has been involved in controversial business dealings for years. He was paid an exorbitant amount of money to sit on the board of Burisma, a Ukrainian oil and gas company, even though he did not know the country, the industry, or the language. He admitted that he was given the position solely because of his father.

The company has been tied to a former Ukrainian President and an oligarch and was under investigation by a prosecutor until Joe Biden threatened the withholding of a $1 billion U.S. loan guarantee and was able to force his firing.

His business dealings with Ukraine, China and other countries have been outlined by his former associate Tony Bobulinksi. In his statement, Bobulinksi claims that Joe Biden was aware of these business arrangements, contradicting the denials by the former Vice President.

While most of the media ignored Hunter Biden and his questionable financial dealings, some courageous media outlets did share the truth with the American people. For example, the New York Post revealed the explosive material on a laptop that Hunter Biden left at a Delaware computer repair shop.

In a move that the “smartest guy” would not make, Hunter did not retrieve the laptop. It included images of explicit sexual acts, illegal drug use and a host of messages connecting Hunter and Joe Biden to business deals with communist business interests in China.

The owner of the computer repair shop realized the explosive contents of the laptop and shared it with President Donald Trump’s attorney Rudy Giuliani, who then gave it to the New York Post.

The hard drive has been in the possession of the FBI since last December and Hunter has now admitted that he is under federal investigation for “tax affairs.”

Joe Biden often claims that he is “proud” of his son and lambastes any rare reporter who has the audacity to ask him about Hunter and his business dealings.

Eventually, the investigation surrounding his son may destroy the remaining political career of Joe Biden. If he ultimately becomes President, it may be a very brief tenure, courtesy of the scandals surrounding the “smartest guy” Joe Biden knows.

“Spider” is the expert cyber security witness trained by the 305th military intelligence battalion

Yesterday, military intelligence analyst Jeffrey Prather dropped a bombshell during his live broadcast: A military intelligence analyst code named “Spider” had filed a sworn statement in a lawsuit handled by attorney Sidney Powell. This sworn evidence was accepted by the court on Nov. 25th, and this same evidence is likely already being submitted to SCOTUS for the Texas lawsuit case which claims “irregularities” took place in the swing states.

The document is one of the many bombshells — actually a MOAB — that will be dropped onto the bench of SCOTUS in the days ahead. Here’s some of what it states:

I was an electronic intelligence analyst under 305th Military Intelligence with experience gathering SAM missile system electronic intelligence. I have extensive experience as a white hat hacker used by some of the top election specialists in the world. The methodologies I have employed represent industry standard cyber operation toolkits for digital forensics and OSINT, which are commonly used to certify connections between servers, network nodes and other digital properties and probe to network system vulnerabilities.

The document lays out the fact that Dominion voting systems had open, unencrypted passwords and remote access capabilities which were exploited by both China and Iran during the election. Through analysis of IP addresses, subdomain resolutions and other tracing techniques, the “white hat” cyber warfare expert testifying in this document was able to determine that foreign aggressors interfered in the 2020 election by remotely accessing Dominion voting machines and altering election outcomes. Some of the remote access infrastructure was also hosted out of Canada and the Netherlands, and financial support for the effort was also tied to Pakistan.

In addition, Dominion Voting Systems is shown to have sold intellectual property patents to communist China via the HSBC Bank in Canada. Importantly, one of the properties of at least one patent deals with ballot “authentication and verification.”

Guess who the inventor is? Eric Coomer, the very same radical left-wing corporate guy who promised that he had fixed the election so that Trump wouldn’t win. This same man, Eric Coomer, was then brought in by Georgia’s corrupt Sectary of State Brad Raffensperger to be a “witness” to defend all the last-minute software changes that were made to the Dominion voting machines used in Georgia to steal the election.

Actual quote from Eric Coomer: “Don’t worry about the election — Trump’s not gonna win!”

The document reveals how Dominion vote tabulation machines alter election outcomes through a complex mechanism that obscures the original votes and produces a “win” for the pre-selected candidate. It even features a step called “decorate” which is all about formatting the results into something that seems believable:

The conclusion on all this is jaw-dropping. From the sworn statement (emphasis added):

In my professional opinion, this affidavit presents unambiguous evidence that Dominion Voter Systems and Edison Research have been accessible and were certainly compromised by rogue actors, such as Iran and China. By using servers and employees connected with rogue actors and hostile foreign influences combined with numerous easily discoverable leaked credentials, these organizations neglectfully allowed foreign adversaries to access data and intentionally provided access to their infrastructure in order to monitor and manipulate elections, including the most recent one in 2020. This represents a complete failure of their duty to provide basic cyber security. This is not a technological issue, but rather a governance and basic security issue: if it is not corrected, future elections in the United States and beyond will not be secure and citizens will not have confidence in the results.

The Kraken has struck.

Don’t forget, either, that China owns Dominion Voting Systems. This means our national election was run on machines owned by a foreign enemy who has already compromised and corrupted one of the candidates: Joe Biden. Of course they rigged the election for “their” candidate whom they could control after a “victory.”

This evidence is now in the hands of DNI John Ratcliffe

This sworn document is now in the hands of DNI John Ratcliffe, who Trump put into place in May of this year. Ratcliffe, you may recall, is due to issue a classified analysis report on Dec. 18th — next Friday — that reports on whether the 2020 election was subjected to foreign interference.

This report is demanded by Trump’s Sep. 12, 2018 executive order on foreign interference, which declared a National Emergency and labeled the U.S. elections infrastructure “critical infrastructure” for national defense. Eight days later, on Sep. 20, 2018, President Trump put into place a new “offensive cyber warfare” doctrine with the Dept. of Defense. This doctrine allowed the Trump administration and its DoD allies to take all necessary steps to preemptively use conventional and cyber warfare forces as necessary to prevent an attack on critical US infrastructure, including its elections infrastructure.

Importantly, these two steps allowed Trump to put into place the very “white hat” cyber experts at the 305th battalion of the DoD, as well as NSA infrastructure monitoring systems, giving Trump the ability to monitor and record all foreign interference activity that took place in real time on Election Day (and the days that followed).

It is this evidence that is now about to be dropped into the lap of SCOTUS. This evidence is irrefutable, conclusive and overwhelming. No one in the media has yet seen this evidence, but this is what Sidney Powell speaks of when she uses the term, “Biblical” to describe what’s coming.

In summary, Trump’s key people at the DIA, DoD, 305th, NSA and in positions of the DoD power structure (Miller, Cohen-Watnick, etc.) now have all the cards. They have everything that is needed to essentially maneuver SCOTUS to decide in favor of Texas, even if they didn’t already lean in that direction.

With or without a SCOTUS decision, Trump is preparing to make parts of this information public as he prepares to invoke the Insurrection Act that is obviously going to be needed once the seditious Left realizes Biden did not win the election and won’t be in charge.

The Texas lawsuit is on the docket with SCOTUS

The following link from SupremeCourt.gov shows that the Texas case is officially on the docket. You can even read the responses from some of the swing states, which are making the most juvenile, irrational arguments any legal analyst has ever seen in a Supreme Court case:

The legal arguments from the swing states are about to be obliterated by the “Kraken” proof that the election was rigged by foreign aggressors. Importantly, it was the loosey-goosey late hour alteration of election protocols by the swing states that allowed foreign aggressors the opportunity to inject false votes and alter elections well after midnight of Election Day.

Put another way, the changes in election integrity by the swing states provided the opportunity for foreign aggressors to alter the outcome of the election. This point will no doubt be swiftly noted by the sharp minds of jurists such as Thomas, Kavanaugh, Alito, etc.

The upshot is that SCOTUS will be maneuvered into a decision that, if rationality prevails, must come down in favor of Texas. The real question comes down to what remedy SCOTUS will choose in order to resolve the assault on the elections that was allowed by the swing states.

In most remedies, Trump wins the election, but in one possible remedy, Biden could still achieve victory. I’m not going into details here because I don’t want to arm the traitors with any knowledge of how they still might win, even of SCOTUS sides with Texas.

If the remedy from SCOTUS pushes the election back to the state legislators, we anticipate an instant insurrection on the part of radical Leftists who will begin threatening and firebombing the homes of state legislators who are tasked with voting on new electors. This action would very quickly result in Trump invoking the Insurrection Act and deploying military troops to protect state GOP legislators from the death threats and kinetic attacks of the Left.

In this scenario, the troops would appear first in swing state cities such as Philadelphia, Atlanta, Detroit, etc.

However, if SCOTUS invalidates all ballots that were counted after midnight of Election Day, this would alleviate any need for local legislators to vote anew, but it would place the burden for the entire election outcome on SCOTUS itself… and I doubt that’s a burden SCOTUS is willing to carry. Nevertheless, if this remedy is chosen, it would result in a nationwide eruption of insurrectionist forces, requiring President Trump to invoke the Insurrection Act and deploy troops to cities across the country.

The only scenario where nationwide bloodshed is avoided is found in the possibility of Joe Biden conceding very soon. This remains a legitimate possible outcome, although not the most likely one. As we’ve seen from recent explosive media stories and a new Senate report, the Biden crime family is facing numerous criminal indictments for their illicit deals with China and other nations, and a pardon for those crimes might be enough to motivate Joe Biden to step down and concede. Only in this scenario is nationwide bloodshed largely avoided.

The other possibility in all this is that SCOTUS gets threatened or scared and decides to toss the case, handing the election to Joe Biden. This seems unlikely but remains a possibility due to the fact that only one Supreme Court justice would need to be successfully turned. If this occurs, Americans will realize we have lost our constitutional republic, and from that day, it’s all-out war by patriots to defeat the occupying enemy forces that have seized control over every branch of government and nearly every institution in society. The streets of America will run red with blood as patriot forces engage their Second Amendment duty to defend the nation against tyrants and domestic enemies.

SCOTUS cannot possibly be on a suicide mission

It’s worth noting that if Biden wins and the Left is emboldened, one of the very first targets they will prioritize for mass executions will be conservative SCOTUS justices.

So if Thomas, Alito, Kavanaugh, Gorsuch and Barret want to keep their heads attached to their shoulders, they will likely consider the very grave personal risk of what happens if they issue a death sentence to the U.S. Constitution and turn America over to Bolshevik-style communists and fascists who are already calling for mass incarceration of all Trump supporters, conservatives, Christians and gun owners. Those Leftists would obviously try to eliminate all conservative justices by any means necessary. They believe in the use of violence to achieve political domination, especially since they can’t win legitimate elections if they’re fair.

Additionally, Democrats are openly promising to stack the court if they gain power at both the White House and Senate. This would render the current slate of jurists obsolete, essentially ending the careers and influence of the conservative justices who now occupy those seats on the High Court. Thus, any decision by SCOTUS to side with Biden and the election theft of the swing states is essentially a suicide mission — both for themselves and the nation as founded.

The Pentagon, under Chris Miller, just cut the CIA’s counterterrorism personnel assets… likely to halt the execution squads from operating in America

Meanwhile, key Trump assets inside the Pentagon just cut DoD resources to the CIA’s “counterterrorism” units, which are actually the units that run kidnapping and execution operations around the world. As reported by DefenseOne.com:

Two sources familiar with the matter said that Acting Defense Secretary Chris Miller has sent a letter to CIA Director Gina Haspel saying that a longstanding arrangement offering DOD support to the agency is in jeopardy. The review is the pet project of Acting Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence Ezra Cohen-Watnick, one of several top-level political appointees assigned to acting roles in the Pentagon…

Anyone who has been listening to my Situation Updates immediately recognizes all those names. As it turns out, the DoD and DIA are at war against the CIA, which ran the foreign interference via its Frankfurt server farm, altering the election outcome in swing states.

More importantly, we also believe that just as the CIA turned its cyber weapons against America in the 2020 election, the CIA is also running executions, kidnappings and other nefarious ops inside CONUS. This is evident in the mysterious “accident” deaths of people associated with GA Gov. Kemp and Sen. Loeffler, whose senior staffer was recently killed.

The date on which the DoD plans to cut off all DoD personnel resources to the CIA is January 5th, one day before the US Congress officially accepts the electoral college votes from the states.

Jan. 6th represents the last date on which members of the U.S. Congress — or even VP Pence who oversees the count that day — can raise objections and challenge the electoral votes of the states. Thus, unless SCOTUS renders a decision that achieves a win for Trump before January 6th, that’s the very last day on which any sort of legal, non-kinetic process could preserve the Constitution and save the republic.

After January 6th, if the election is still on track to being stolen by Biden, the CIA and the deep state, this is when we believe Trump will have no choice but to activate the national security option to prevent America from falling into the hands of communist-run deep state puppets such as Biden and Harris (with Brennan, Clinton, Rice and others pulling the strings from behind the curtain).

The national security option

If all other efforts fail — the Supreme Court, state legislators choosing their own parallel electors, and objections raised on Jan. 6 — then Trump must invoke his national security option to save the republic.

In this scenario, Trump initiates the public emergency broadcast system and holds an emergency announcement from the White House. There, he would declare the election to be an act of cyber warfare against the United States, carried out by foreign aggressors colluding with domestic, corrupt officials and deep state actors. He would likely invoke the Insurrection Act, deploy troops across U.S. cities and begin a wave of mass arrests of the traitors and enemy combatants involved in the attempted coup.

Trump even speaks of this possibility in his own tweets, when he says, “This is going to escalate dramatically. This is a very dangerous moment in our history…” He also characterizes the election theft as a “coup” against America, and he’s right about that. It is an attempted coup. Trump is bound by his own oath to make sure this coup does not succeed.

As this scenario unfolds, Trump will be forced to quickly seize treasonous media outlets using military forces. Big Tech companies would be shut down or seized and overtaken. Zuckerberg, Dorsey and other Big Tech CEOs would be arrested and charged with treason (which needs to happen anyway). Traitorous actors like Obama would try to flee the country to evade arrest. If they succeed in fleeing, they would call for United Nations intervention from their new overseas locations, where they will likely will be hunted by US Army Rangers or Delta forces.

This scenario seems just as likely as any other scenario at this point, and the current positioning of U.S. Carrier Strike Force units reveals that the DoD is anticipating needing to defend CONUS against the possibility of attempted foreign invasions of the United States. We do not believe any invasion by sea would even have a small chance of being successful, but smaller land invasions via Chinese troops in Canada is a very real possibility. However, if China invaded the USA from Canada, this would only shore up support for President Trump and underscore the fact that he is actually defending America against foreign invaders and isn’t merely declaring himself a military dictator for political reasons. Thus, an invasion by Chinese troops from the North would actually strengthen Trump’s authority and leadership in a time of war.

Plus, Chinese forces would learn very quickly what happens when you try to overrun patriot country folk in rural Washington and Idaho.

It is clear from troop movements, U.S. Navy activities, military flight tracking and intel from my military-connected sources that the military is being readied for the possibility of domestic deployment in January. The likely timing of this would be immediately after Jan. 6th.

My best assessment of where we are right now

In my assessment, there is a solid chance — say 50/50 — that SCOTUS sides with Texas. If that occurs, there is around a 90% chance that Trump emerges the victor from the various remedies that would be prescribed by SCOTUS.

Simultaneously, there is a small chance — say 20% — that Biden concedes before the end of December. This is the best outcome as it avoids most of the more serious bloodshed scenarios.

However, there remains roughly a 50% chance that none of the efforts by Trump will succeed, and that on Jan. 6th, Congress will accept electors that solidify the Biden “win,” despite all the irrefutable evidence of vote fraud, foreign interference, China’s hold over the Bidens, etc. In this scenario, Trump is almost certain to invoke the national security option, which puts America in a similar position to Abraham Lincoln’s war powers acts in 1862.

The advantage of this scenario is that it allows Trump to mass arrest all the deep state traitors, enemy combatants, China puppets, CIA black hat operatives and other corrupt officials, all at once and completely outside the usual civilian court system (which itself is corrupt). The scary part in this scenario is that it puts the USA under some form of military rule, with the possibility that Trump might even suspend habeas corpus.

My personal opinion is that Trump needs to invoke the Insurrection Act right now, roll out the troops immediately, and activate all the mass arrests needed to take down America’s domestic enemies. However, my opinion isn’t what counts here, and it looks like Trump is going to give SCOTUS a chance to end the illegal coup via the court system first.

If SCOTUS rules for Texas and Trump achieves victory, this “solution” does nothing to resolve the problem of deep state traitors and China puppets still running Big Tech, the media, the Democrat party, the universities and most of the courts. That problem still needs to get solved, and both the DOJ and FBI appear to be utterly compromised and even complicit in the deep state’s agenda to destroy America.

Thus, any honest assessment of what mechanisms will be needed to defend and restore our constitutional republic must, sooner or later, realize that mass arrests under temporary military authority are the only realistic option. That’s why I believe Trump should invoke it now, while he’s still in power, and while the overwhelming evidence of blatant election theft is fresh in the minds of the people.

Stay tuned. Pray for your nation and double check your rifle ammo. If SCOTUS fails, and Trump fails, and the DoD fails, it all falls on the shoulders of the American people and their Second Amendment duty to defend this nation against a communist takeover.

Under no circumstances can America allow Biden, a corrupt Chinese puppet, to attain control over the military. Biden will immediately move to criminalize all AR-15 rifles, and he will weaponize the IRS and every other government agency against Trump supporters. Biden would also invoke the Insurrection Act himself, then deploy US troops against patriot groups in an attempt to exterminate them, and we all end up in a civil war anyway.

Fight now like your life depends on it. Because it does.

Not only do we know that President Trump invoked language from his 2018 Executive Order in his historic Dec. 2nd speech — thereby providing the full public justification for Secretary of Defense Chris Miller to start issuing all necessary orders — we also know that many other critical documents and secret orders were put in place between 2018 and the 2020 election:

• Trump’s 2018 Executive Order states that persons or organizations are guilty of foreign interference (acts of war) against the United States if they, “have directly or indirectly engaged in, sponsored, concealed, or otherwise been complicit in foreign interference in a United States election.” This includes, “to have materially assisted, sponsored, or provided financial, material, or technological support for, or goods or services to or in support of, any activity” related to the election theft.
• 10 USC, Section 394. Subtitle A, Part 1, Chapter 19 describes the role of conventional military forces in dealing with cyber warfare (election theft) and specifically focuses that power in the hands of the Secretary of Defense, who is now Chris Miller: “The Secretary of Defense shall develop, prepare, and coordinate; make ready all armed forces for purposes of; and, when appropriately authorized to do so, conduct, military cyber activities or operations in cyberspace, including clandestine military activities or operations in cyberspace, to defend the United States and its allies, including in response to malicious cyber activity carried out against the United States…”
• We also learned that the United States Code specifically calls for these defensive operations to be conducted in secret, which is why the so-called “rendition flights” are not yet public knowledge: “…a military activity or military operation carried out in cyberspace, or associated preparatory actions, authorized by the President or the Secretary that (A) is marked by, held in, or conducted with secrecy, where the intent is that the activity or operation will not be apparent or acknowledged publicly.”
• In addition, we became aware that President Trump announced a new doctrine of “offensive cyber operations” on Sep. 20, 2018, just eight days after signing his “foreign interference” EO. As described by The Washington Post, this new doctrine swept away Obama-era doctrines: “The strategy incorporates a new classified presidential directive that replaced one from the Obama administration… It allows the military and other agencies to undertake cyber operations intended to protect their systems and the nation’s critical networks.”
• Then, finally, we learned that President Trump issued a new National Security Presidential Memoranda (NSPM) #13 in 2018, which covers “offensive cyber operations. He kept this directive hidden from Congress for 17 months. The exact language of this NSPM is still classified and has not been released to the public. Here’s a list of all the NSPMs, but notably, “offensive cyber operations” is a secret and is not publicly shown.
• Trump is now poised to veto the reauthorization of the NDAA in order to force lawmakers to repeal Sec. 230. The NDAA grants special powers to the Commander-In-Chief to declare American citizens to be “enemy combatants” and to detain them without trial. But Trump doesn’t need the NDAA during times of war, which is exactly the scenario under which the 2020 election took place.
• In addition, Trump is now working to clean up the CIA. Former director Gina Haspel has likely already been fired, and now Federal News Network is reporting that one of the top information technology officials in the DoD, the “deputy CIO” (Chief Information Officer) has been reinserted back into the CIA. His name is Peter Ranks. A DoD spokesperson describes Peter’s accomplishments: “Under his leadership, we’ve made great advances in execution of the DoD Cloud Strategy and development of the software modernization approach while supporting the entirety of the DoD workforce with remote work capabilities during the pandemic…”

The obvious, rational realization in all this is that since 2018, Trump has put in place a cyber warfare battle plan for America, and that plan was initiated on November 3rd with the real-time trapping of treasonous actors as they tried to steal the election.

Importantly, those who committed election theft fell right into the trap by tripping into “national security” traps which moves their prosecution out of civil or criminal courts and into military courts. This point cannot be overstated. This is how Trump achieves a flanking maneuver around corrupt judges in traditional courts.

It also underscores why much of the activity taking place right now is not known to the public. It’s all covered under the secrecy provisions mentioned above.

What we should all expect to see in the very near future (weeks at most) is historic assertions of military authority, followed by an acceleration of arrests of traitors, public confessions and a wave of resignations of Democrat leaders from Congress. The result will be Trump in the White House, a GOP-run Senate, a GOP-run House and a conservative SCOTUS. As a bonus, if Trump exercises his full authority to seize corporations which aided and abetted the cyber warfare attack on America, we may also see CNN, the Washington Post, Twitter, Facebook, Google and other treasonous operations seized or shut down.

The Kraken is a Department of Defense, Cyber Warfare Program designed to track, hack, expose, and acquire evidence of nefarious activity from enemies both foreign and domestic.  (...we have enemies in abundance)

Democrats capable, willing to silence millions of American voices, take on an operation of cyber-warfare against the United States of this magnitude during a presidential election is beyond disturbing, comprehension and beyond sedition. It is treason!!!  

Sedition is overt conduct, such as speech and organization, that tends toward rebellion against the established order. Sedition often includes subversion of a constitution and incitement of discontent toward, or rebellion against, established authority.

Treason is considered more serious than sedition. It is a concept that overlaps with sedition. It refers to acts of brazen defiance against one’s own government in a bid to bring harm or to overthrow the government in place. 

While the media, including Fox News, has been withholding overwhelming evidence of election fraud, and putting on a 24/7 continuous blitz that Trump lost and needs to concede, Democrats are announcing their intention to deliver us to a global reset. They have compiled an enemies list (Jennifer Rubin, Washington Post), and make no secret that Trump supporters need re-education (Bernie Sanders’ field organizer, Kyle Jurek). This is an operation to destroy this nation as founded, and people are becoming increasingly distressed, and are now suspicious that some massive fraud has taken place. And indeed it has. All added to the fear mongering from Democrats and the media for a minor pandemic to keep us off balance.

When Sidney Powell recently said to Lou Dobbs on Fox Business that the Kraken was going to be released, it was not a clever quip related to Greek mythology. Ms. Powell looked straight at the camera, never blinking.

Ms. Powell and the Trump Team contend that President Trump won the election in a massive landslide. They argue that an algorithm was plugged into the servers to shift votes from Trump to Biden, that votes were deleted, that the envelopes millions of ballots rode in were tossed so as not to prove their mismatched signatures. Poll workers were told not to look for defects in ballots. Also, thousands of ballots arrived after election day in the middle of the night with all votes for Biden, a statistical impossibility. Many precincts also reported that there was a multitude of over-voting…more votes than registered voters, all for Biden.

Dominion servers with the Smartmatic software infected with a malware called Qsnatch. Thousands of Dominion servers with the Smartmatic software were built with the ability to drag and drop votes anywhere they wanted, and were infected with a malware called Qsnatch, allowing unauthorized persons to log into the servers from anywhere in the world. And now Eric Coomer, Voting Systems Officer of Strategy and Security for Dominion Systems, a member of Antifa, is nowhere to be found to answer questions. These servers were originally built for Hugo Chavez, who had every intention of being in power for life. Giuliani’s team will also show that illegal ballots were produced in abundance, with some that looked like they were never even folded to fit in an envelope.

There is little doubt this election will prove to be the greatest act of cyber warfare in U.S. history, where some political operatives even had financial ties and support from Communist China. The former Defense Secretary and Democrat, Leon Panetta, said in 2012: “Well, there’s no question that if a cyber attack, you know, crippled our power grid in this country, took down our financial systems, took down our government systems, that that would constitute an act of war.”

These crimes are so egregious, so seditious, so traitorous, as to harm, maybe permanently, the integrity and security of our election system, the bedrock of our Republic. This election was not an election at all, it was an attempt to take over the government of the United States by the Deep State and the Democrat Party, a self-proclaimed resistance, an opposition, to destroy this nation and remake it in their image, ready for global governance.

This is the party of the 60s anti-America, pro Marxist radicals, the street revolutionaries. If the Trump Team and Sidney Powell are successful in proving their cases, they deserve no less than the Presidential Medal of Freedom, the highest civilian honor.

This is not the Democrat Party of past generations. This is the party of the 60s anti-America, pro Marxist radicals, the street revolutionaries. They are the radicals that planted bombs in police stations, the U.S. Capitol, and the Pentagon, traveled to North Vietnam to support the enemy, that now dominate our media, our education, our political institutions. We have slept and winked at their discord way too long. They have now morphed into an army of enemy combatants. Bill Ayers, of the 60s and 70s Weather Underground, even suggested in September of this year that the civil war has already begun.

That the Democrat Party, a major political party in the United States, is capable and willing to silence millions of American voices, to take on an operation of cyber-warfare against the United States of this magnitude during a presidential election is beyond disturbing, comprehension and beyond sedition. Situation Update – Nov. 28th – ART OF WAR: How Trump won the election BEFORE Nov. 3rd… now it’s just playing out for all to see!-Posted on Natural News-By Mike Adams-On November 28, 2020:

(Natural News) President Trump won the 2020 election well before Nov. 3rd, and he did it by knowing his enemy and the tactics they would try to use to steal votes and rig the outcome.

He knew them so well that he signed an executive order on September 12, 2018 which described the very acts of vote rigging and fraud in which the Democrats sloppily engaged.

That executive order, found at this link on WhiteHouse.gov, specifically finds that, “the ability of persons located, in whole or in substantial part, outside the United States to interfere in or undermine public confidence in United States elections, including through the unauthorized accessing of election and campaign infrastructure or the covert distribution of propaganda and disinformation, constitutes an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security and foreign policy of the United States.”

In that order, Trump declared a national emergency, meaning the 2020 election took place under a national emergency order. This allowed Trump and white hat elements inside the DoD to set up a SCIF and monitor the election theft happening in real time. Trump allowed the Democrats to steal the election, in other words, so that they would entrap themselves in a grand scheme of treason and cyber warfare that would ultimately lead to the downfall of the entire Democrat party.

Trump then dispatched DoD personnel to raid server farms in Frankfurt, Barcelona and Toronto, acquiring the physical servers that recorded all the digital proof of the election fraud. These servers, along with results from Kraken, the DoD’s cyber warfare information gathering system, were handed over to DIA cyber crimes and counterterrorism analysts, who produced irrefutable, bombshell evidence that was turned over to Sidney Powell for use in her lawsuits. Powell is going to roll out these military intelligence witnesses during the trials, sending shockwaves around the world.

Trump, it turns out, is running an “Art of War” scenario on the Democrats. He feigns weakness where he has strength. He feigns strength where he is weak. He attacks in unexpected ways, and he already planned the full victory of this entire election battle long before the election even began. Democrats vastly underestimated Trump because they believed their own characterizations of him as a “stupid” person. So they carried out wholesale, brazen election theft under the assumption that Trump was too stupid to notice, while in reality, Trump had laid the trap for them to walk right into. And emboldened by their own arrogance and lust for power, they fell for it.

Now, Trump has everything. He has the CIA’s servers, the proof of cyber warfare, the names of those who carried out these crimes and all the evidence that will allow SCOTUS to overturn the results in most of the swing states. Trump is now calmly watching Democrats and GOP turncoats continue to hang themselves with acts of betrayal and treason, even as Trump already knows the end result: A second term for Donald J. Trump, and the destruction of the Democrat party as hundreds (or even thousands) of top Democrats are arrested and imprisoned.

Soon, you will see nationwide calls for Biden to concede. As the Kraken evidence comes out, the world will be stunned. The People will be outraged, and Biden will be very lucky to escape without ending up in prison. America will overcome this insidious attempt at an illegal cyber warfare attack, and elections will be secured from this day forward.
