Does anyone that is not a full blown progressive/socialist believe that their Democratic Party does not have a deep and visceral hatred of anyone who disagrees with them? Can they be so self delusional to think that the American people want the President and indeed our government to be run by such people who can not prove any of their point, and incoherent in the message they spout, rambling on and on about situations that have no basis in fact? There is no way they will be able to destroy the patriots in this country.

Declaring your viewpoint the only viable one, and declaring those who hold an opposing view as deniers, racists, homophobes, and other demeaning terms do not make you right. It is always so simple to just spout your views and leave declaring victory without discussing it with those with opposing views is not the way this country should be run. You can’t limit those with opposing views , and if you feel an opposing view is too much of an attack on you and your safe space, get over it.

Since Trumps inauguration, there has been a blizzard of lies, distracting innuendo, and loud attacks on our President to resist the very policies that the American people are seeking. Jobs, Healthcare, Tax Reform are all more important to the American people that a supposed collusion attack against the President that has no basis in fact. After all these months of investigation, lies from such sources as the Washington Post, the New York Times, and the alphabet cable liberals have still found no evidence. The special council does nothing more than assure the Democrats, progressive/ socialist all, will have talking points still without any basis in fact for the 2018 elections. They are counting on this, along with the violence which they still call for along with the media to attempt to change the American outlook. Even some Republicans, most in name only, have started to back away from our President.

To understand what these progressive/socialists really intend let’s take a look at one who is being called a “rockstar” by the media. Congresswoman Maxine Waters. “Auntie Maxie” , as she is being called by the media and supposedly millennials (although I have yet to meet one who even knows who she is), is front and center in the resistance, she combats hate by hating those that disagree with her and is a main point in what she calls the “counterinsurgency” as shown to the American people by groups like antifa and BlackBloc.

Maxine Waters have served 37 years in office, and just what has she accomplished? Her promises for her constituents to improve South Central Los Angeles have basically ignored those same constituents  and as head of the Congressional Black Caucus ignored the unemployment and gang violence that runs rife in the district she purports to serve. She earned the respect of her constituents by declaring the Los Angeles of 25 years ago a “rebellion” and allowing Bloods, Crips and other gang members to be blameless because they were misunderstood and not able to express themselves in any other way. This was the flashpoint for the violence and damage we see being done now and still the supports of the progressive/socialists suck as Congresswoman Waters. Her  “Maxine Waters Employment Preparation Center”, named of course after her was a money eating disaster which consumed tons of federal funded taxpayer funds.

 Perhaps this is how she can afford her mansion in Hancock Park, which is miles outside the district she supposedly represents. Or perhaps it was her meddling in the multiple ethics case of One United Bank, a minority owned bank in which her husband was invested. It was Waters who personally intervened and lobbied the Treasury Department to give One United Bank $12 million even though another government agency stated that the bank operated “without effective underwriting standards” and “speculative investment practices”.

Her husband even secured the ambassadorship to the Bahamas because he went there on vacation once.

Is it any wonder the Congressman Waters has been designated by a left wing organization, the Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington  “Most Corrupt member of Congress” in 2005,2006,2009,2011, and now 2017. According to the Investment Watch Blog, Maxine Waters has only passed three bills. One, a Haiti Relief Bill, the second, to rename a Post Office and the third a modification of the Flood Relief bill. None of these has done anything for her district. What has moved forward is the millions in revenue that her family has made from her government connections.

Maxine Waters is the shrieking point person for the progressive/socialists. She has stated proudly that Trump is not her President. She does not respect this President, she doesn’t trust this President, and claims Trump is not working for the interests of the American people. She started this rant after the inauguration, and refuse to answer how she can say the President isn’t working for the American people the day after he takes office.  And she has the audacity to call Trump a Liar?

This is the same woman who paid her own daughter a total of over $600,000 from the Waters campaign since 2006. I suppose Maxine wanted to be sure she has a good neighbor in Hancock Park.

But it not’s just Trump that Congresswoman Waters if attempting to smear,  Utah Rep. Jason Chaffetz has come under her unintelligible ramblings. Her thinking is so convoluted that she now claims that Chaffetz announced his retirement and will not seek re-election in 2018 because of what Waters calls “improper links to the Russian government. At least, in this instance, Waters admitted she has no evidence to support this theory, but felt the lie was such a good story that she just had to offer it. She even attempted to tie it to Flynn, saying Chaffetz is talking about Flynn, so that it will raise him above the connections that Chaffetz has with the Kremlin. She stated we, need to keep an eye on him. Without any evidence, Waters spouts this out, and then follows it up by sayig , she doesn’t really know and can’t say, but Chaffetz is conducting himself in a way the Waters finds strange. This is what the progressive/socialist takes as evidence to demean those who disagree with the globalist socialist world government they are working toward.

Another step toward the government the progressive/socialists want is the imposition of Sharia Law. Congresswoman Waters has been a big proponent of the imposition of Sharia on the American government, going so far to state “people are exploiting fear and trying to convince state legislatures that the state adoption of Sharia tenents is a strategy that extremists are using to transform America.

Next, the ties between Maxine Waters, and her Russian linked investment.

Once again, the left has attempted to show outrage over the rights of the American people being used to have credible debate. Our political class, along with the violent protest groups that they support have attempted to serve notice that those of us who believe in the American way must be silenced, and must be forced to keep our opinions and beliefs to ourselves. Between the progressives/ socialists dinosaurs called the Democrats, the socialists throughout our academia and the media, and the basement dwellers creating chaos in the country, it is going to get worse before it gets better.

Berkeley shows us that the idea of conservatives allowing to present views that are different from those of REVCOM and other socialist entities will not be tolerated. They call themselves “antifa” presumably because they are opposed to the fascism of our country while using fascistic ideology to close down anyone who dissents.

By calling dissenters viewpoints “hate speech” they plan these riots in advance, when the shouting is no longer working they move to violence to squelch those who disagree. The roots of this have been shown in the past as Marxism and Anarcho-Communism and being used today by the organizing founders of this anarchy such as Workers Dignity, Black Live Matter, the Central Labor Council, BAMN, The local unions such as UAW Local 737 and even something called the Woman’s March Movement. It is time to target all these groups on a Federal Level as being domestic terrorist groups and start arresting and jailing the leaders of these groups who are found to be calling for the overthrow of our country.

Law enforcement and local governments all over the country must pass laws that make this illegal. If you are too much of a coward to show your face and confront those you disagree with. These terrorist, along with illegal aliens, and those living on the government will do the best they can to collapse the government in classic Cloward-Piven strategy to bring down those who know the rights and the responsibility that this nation confers upon its people.

Politics plays a large part in the domestic violence we are experiencing. In Berkeley, the police were told to stand down, and with over  $100,000 dollars in damage, only one person was arrested. The stand down order is believed to have come from the Berkeley mayor, Jesse Arreguin. It has since been proven that the Mayor sided with those causing the violence. Of course, he tried to blame the chief of Police, but overall responsibility belongs to the Mayor. Could the police be so cowardly as to not protect the people they are sworn to serve. He is also a member of “By any Means Necessary” a violent Marxist group pledging a violent over throw of the country.

The police not attempting to quell the violence is concerning. Since the election of Trump we have seen conservative speakers shut down, rioters blocking roads and airport terminals, causing violence and damage of colleges and the terrorizing of individuals, even in their own homes. They loot businesses, smash car windows of innocent people, and set fires while the police are told to watch but do nothing. The administrations and colleges do nothing to curtail this activity unless it impacts the college profit making ability. Americans have started waking up to the fact that these riots and domestic violence is happening precisely because the progressives socialist in these local government and unfortunately, some in the law enforcement community upper echelons actually sympathize with these terrorists and have no interest in stopping the violence.

Loud whining, rioting, and violence about racism has made our law enforcement and other authorities hesitant to call for calm. If Black Lives Matter blocks a major freeway at rush hours why are people not arrested and thrown in jail? Because that are in charge are afraid of being called racist, and stifling the right of free speech. They are afraid of coming down on rioters because shutting them down may cause more violence and some of these rioters may get hurt. It is my opinion that if you are creating domestic violence and damaging the property and people around you, you deserve whatever happens to you. I have always believed that you have rights in this country, but you also have responsibilities. One of those responsibilities is to follow the rule of law. If you don’t all rules are off.

The 82^nd Avenue of Roses Parade was cancelled after receiving an e mail, of course from a cowardly unnamed source, that these domestic terrorists  intend to dominate America through acts of violence. The e-mail said

                “You have seen how much power we have downtown and the police can not stop us from shutting down roads so please consider your decision wisely”

In this country we the people have rights. The first Amendment gives us free speech, but over the past eight years we have been deluged with political correctness and told that we must watch what we say, or even think. One thought that must be kept in the minds of American patriots must be that no one, NO ONE, has the right to tell us what speech that consider appropriate. There is no such thing as “hate speech”. It is just speech that the progressive/socialist and their rabble rousers disagree with. They talk loudly of diversity of thought, much like Mao did, but they only mean thoughts and speech that they agree with, again, much like Mao. The idea of critical thinking, of listening and debating in our colleges and universities have been shut down. Indoctrination in the past has lead to where we are now. Student-terrorist think that socialism is the answer, and will continue to praise Venezuela while the people there are starving, and Bernice Sanders who owns three half a million dollar homes tells them how downtrodden they are.

There is no exchange of conflicting ideas, no debate, it is no longer allowed to express your real feelings on a university campus. There are free speech zones routinely watched by the campus police, and if you should try to do something treasonous like hand out a copy of the Constitution, can get you arrested and thrown out of school.

Schools must be made to be responsible for what our children are being taught. This goes from elementary school . where they want to teach homosexuality to children as early as first grade, to universities where they continue the indoctrination into the fabrication of progressive/socialism that we see today. This indoctrination in the past has lead us to where we are today.

Funds must not be made available if they continue to indoctrinate our children into socialism, to the detriment of our own country. When our children are being taught, as they have been for many years now that capitalism is what fuels the inequality in this country and the only one and truly “fair” concept is socialism they should not have taxpayer funding available to teach treason. Parents also need to be more involved, to borrow a phrase, “If you see something, say something”. Let other parents know what brainwashing is being force-fed to our children and fight it.

Faculty and administrators that allow the indoctrination of our children, and the violence that they teach our students to achieve the “fundamental transformation” is acceptable must be fired. The subversion that academia has poured into our young students minds have created the rabble rousers and persistent victims we now see. It is responsible, along with the media, and the progressive/socialist that have attempted to transform our country.

It will be the people of this country that will stop these left wing mobs. Will it come to a civil war, that is a question that only those on the socialist left can answer. They are bolstered when told by the professors they go to class with that a small handful of determined animals can change history. These losers are not Bolsheviks and whether they are willing to stifle those in this country they will not succeed. The American people will not put up with much more. They put an end to transformation of our country with this last election, and the progressives will soon be a part of the past in this country. They riot and cause massive amounts of chaos because they do care about any election in the past or future, but only care about creating their socialist utopia that will never exist.

Many educators in ‘public’ schools, colleges, and/or our universities are failing to teach our children the basic principles in our Constitutional freedoms based on Judeo-Christian values as inscribed by our Founding Fathers.

Senators must become more aware of each Presidential SCOTUS nominee; their personal and political ideals.  Does the SCOTUS nominee(s) know, believe, support, and practice Judeo-Christian values?  Will SCOTUS nominee(s) support restoring our Constitution freedoms involving changes as intended by our Founding Fathers?

Each sitting Senator must require Presidential SCOTUS nominees as to whether they will they support Constitutional Judeo-Christian values.

Tillerson turned down a request from the State Department’s Office of Religion and Global Affairs to host an Eid al-Fitr reception as part of Ramadan celebrations, said two U.S. officials who declined to be identified because they were not authorized to speak publicly.

According to an April 6 memo seen by Reuters, the office – which typically initiates such events – recommended that Tillerson hold an Eid al-Fitr reception.

Congressional technology aides are baffled that data-theft allegations against four former House IT workers — who were banned from the congressional network — have largely been ignored, and they fear the integrity of sensitive high-level information.

Imran Awan and three relatives were colleagues until police banned them from computer networks at the House of Representatives after suspicion the brothers accessed congressional computers without permission.

Five Capitol Hill technology aides told The Daily Caller News Foundation’s Investigative Group that members of Congress have displayed an inexplicable and intense loyalty towards the suspects who police say victimized them. The baffled aides wonder if the suspects are blackmailing representatives based on the contents of their emails and files, to which they had full access.

“I don’t know what they have, but they have something on someone. It’s been months at this point” with no arrests, said Pat Sowers, who has managed IT for several House offices for 12 years. “Something is rotten in Denmark.”

“There’s no question about it: If I was accused of a tenth of what these guys are accused of, they’d take me out in handcuffs that same day, and I’d never work again,” he said.

The Awans’ ban sent 20 members searching for new IT workers, but another contractor claims he’s had difficulty convincing offices to let him fill the void, even when he seemed like a shoo-in. He says he has the sense some members wrongly believed that he blew the whistle on the Awans’ theft and they were angry at him for it.

Politico reported the Awan crew is “accused of stealing equipment from members’ offices without their knowledge and committing serious, potentially illegal, violations on the House IT network.”

A House IT employee who requested anonymity said tech workers who have taken over some of those offices found that computers in some — but not all — offices were “thin clients” that sent all data to an offsite server in violation of House policies. Additionally, staffers’ iPhones were all linked to a single non-government iTunes account.

Awan began working for Democratic Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz of Florida in 2005, and his wife, his brother’s wife, and two of his brothers all appeared on the payrolls of various House Democrats soon after, payroll records show. They have collected $4 million since 2010.

For years, it was widely known that Awan, and eventually his 20-year-old brother Jamal, did the bulk of the work for various offices, while no-show employees were listed on members’ staffs in order to collect additional $165,000 salaries, workers said. This circumvented a rule that prevents any one staffer from making more than members of Congress.

Michigan: 2 more Muslim couples’ submitted girls to FGM, custody at risk

Two more Metro Detroit couples face petitions from state welfare officials seeking to terminate their parental rights amidst a growing federal investigation into female genital mutilation.

The two couples, who have not been charged, went before a Wayne County juvenile judge Friday for a pretrial hearing on the state’s bid to strip their custody. Also before the court: a third custody case involving Dr. Jumana Nagarwala, who is jailed on charges of performing genital mutilation on two 7-year-old Minnesota girls and conspiring to cover up the illegal surgery.

Nagarwala’s husband, who has not been charged, also appeared at the hearing. His wife was allowed to participate in the proceedings via a telephone hookup in the courtroom. There was no testimony by the couples Friday.

The cases considered Friday bring the number of families facing custody termination petitions to six in connection with a federal mutilation investigation.

Under an agreement with the state, the Nagarwalas’ children and those of the two other couples will remain with their parents for now but under a long list of conditions through supervision by Michigan’s Department of Health and Human Services.

Among them: turning over medical releases for the children, agreeing not to discuss the case or allow other relatives to do so with the children, having trauma counseling for the children, agreeing that there be “no more” female genital mutilations performed and getting approval from authorities and the court before the children can travel out of state or out of the country.

Judge Frank S. Szymanski said in court: “I’m going to expect parents … if they become aware of someone talking to the children about this case that they immediately terminate (the conversation).”

Nagarwala is allowed supervised visits with her children at the Huron County Jail in Bad Axe. Her attorney, Shannon Smith, said the children’s phone conversations and visits with their mother are taped.

Any conversations during the visits must be conducted in English, said Assistant Attorney General Kelli Megyesi.

Hearings for the Nagarwalas and the other two couples are scheduled to continue next month before Szymanski.

With judges like Szymanski the only thing at risk is these young girls being taken out of the country or forced to live a life of submission.

Charge them, arrest them, deport them and all those involved where possible and ban any relatives from entering the U.S.

What about jihad violence is contrary to the spirit of Ramadan? The many Islamic authorities quoted in this piece would disagree with President Trump. But Muslims are enraged anyway, because Trump had the temerity in his Ramadan message, alongside these soothing falsehoods, to mention jihad terrorism. He is supposed to toe the establishment line that Muslims who commit violence in the name of Islam and in accord with its teachings have nothing to do with Islam. “Trump’s statement on Ramadan is almost entirely about terrorism,” by Sarah Pulliam Bailey, Washington Post, May 26, 2017: President Trump issued a statement on Ramadan — a holy month of fasting and prayer for Muslims around the world — that focused primarily on violence and terrorism. His statement was a stark contrast from the Ramadan message President George W. Bush issued in the aftermath of Sept. 11, 2001, in which he emphasized how millions of Americans are Muslim and explained Islamic belief. “At its core, the spirit of Ramadan strengthens awareness of our shared obligation to reject violence, to pursue peace, and to give to those in need who are suffering from poverty or conflict,” Trump wrote. Trump noted recent terrorist attacks in the United Kingdom and in Egypt, “acts of depravity that are directly contrary to the spirit of Ramadan. Such acts only steel our resolve to defeat the terrorists and their perverted ideology.” Trump also noted his recent visit to Saudi Arabia, where he gave a speech on terrorism. “I reiterate my message delivered in Riyadh: America will always stand with our partners against terrorism and the ideology that fuels it,” he said in the statement. Several Americans who are Muslims said Friday that they especially noted Trump’s framing of terrorism around Ramadan. Shadi Hamid, a fellow at the [Qatar-funded – ed.] Brookings Institution who is Muslim, said his expectations of Trump are so low that he seemed surprised Trump said something “vaguely nice” in parts of the statement. “Trump has so rarely recognized that American Muslims even exist, but this offers apparent proof that he is aware of our existence. Great!” he said. “Putting all that context aside, it’s offensive and pretty much terrible.” Trump’s statement, Hamid said, ties Muslims who are American citizens to the problem of terrorism. “We, as American Muslims, shouldn’t be defined solely in our relationship to bad things that we have nothing to do with,” Hamid said. “We’re also normal people who happen to be Muslim and to see us and our history in America so narrowly is plain out offensive.” Asma T. Uddin, editor of AltMuslimah, said she thinks Trump’s statement is typical of his position on Islam, though it’s less infused with fear. Is anyone surprised? Theresa May and her ilk have the Britain they have chosen, the Britain they have created. For years, May and her cohorts have hounded, stigmatized, and demonized foes of jihad terror, falsely claiming that they represent a “far-right” equivalent to jihad terrorists, while appeasing and accommodating Muslim groups in Britain, many of which were by no stretch of the imagination “moderate,” and allowing numerous jihad preachers to operate without hindrance.

Britain has a steadily lengthening record of admitting jihad preachers without a moment of hesitation. Syed Muzaffar Shah Qadri’s preaching of hatred and jihad violence was so hardline that he was banned from preaching in Pakistan, but the UK Home Office welcomed him into Britain.

The UK Home Office recently admitted Shaykh Hamza Sodagar into the country, despite the fact that he has said: “If there’s homosexual men, the punishment is one of five things. One – the easiest one maybe – chop their head off, that’s the easiest. Second – burn them to death. Third – throw ’em off a cliff. Fourth – tear down a wall on them so they die under that. Fifth – a combination of the above.”

May’s government also recently admitted two jihad preachers who had praised the murderer of a foe of Pakistan’s blasphemy laws. One of them was welcomed by the Archbishop of Canterbury.

Meanwhile, the UK banned three bishops from areas of Iraq and Syria where Christians are persecuted from entering the country. And of course, May banned me from entering the country for saying: “[Islam] is a religion and is a belief system that mandates warfare against unbelievers,” which is like banning me for saying humans need oxygen to breathe.

But when you ban foes of jihad and allow jihad preachers to enter and preach all over the country, you’re going to get more jihad. This is Theresa May’s Britain. If Britain survives as a free nation, which is very much in doubt, Theresa May will not be hailed as a statesman. She will be excoriated as the traitorous criminal she is, one who is chiefly responsible for the downfall of British society.

UP TO 23,000 potential jihadis are reportedly living in Britain as police investigate the sprawling terror network linked to Manchester bomber Salman Abedi.

Security services revealed the figure as they said up to 3,000 would-be terrorists are being investigated as “subjects of interest”.

The announcement, unusual for security agencies such as MI5 and MI6, highlights the difficulties in investigating potential terror threats, according to insiders.

Amid a reported 500 active terror investigations, one security source told the Mail: “It is difficult because becoming aware that someone is an extremist sympathiser does not make them a live and present danger.

“It is a balancing act – is the intelligence sufficient to push them up the list of priorities or should the focus be on someone else given the finite resources available?”

The warning comes as extra police officers and soldiers are deployed to thousands of events across the UK this bank holiday weekend amid heightened terror fears.

Sick terror group Islamic State, which claimed responsibility for Monday’s attack that killed 22, has called for “all-out war” against the west as the Islamic holy month of Ramadan begins.

But police officials have announced beefed-up security at events such as Saturday’s FA cup final, the premiership rugby final and the Great Manchester Run.

And for the first time armed police will patrol Britain’s trains as soldiers guard the Houses of Parliament, Downing Street and Buckingham Palace.

Film premieres in London have also been scrapped in the wake of the horror bombing.

The UK premiere of The Mummy at Leicester Square was scheduled to take place on Thursday but Universal Pictures said the screening has been cancelled out of respect to the victims….

Of course, the BBC has a Muslima mouthpiece on hand to defend the Didsbury mosque. She regurgitates the same well-worn Islamic-talking-points-to-the-West. Of course. What contempt they have for us. Instead of saying that the mosque must be investigated and we must call for Islamic universities, clerics and scholars to purge all the violence prescribed in Islam, she claims that the audience member is taken taking the lines out of context. Uh huh. They peddle that same garbage when anyone quotes the Quran’s teachings that call for jihad, slaughter and hatred of the non-Muslim.

Boom. The Muslima defending the mosque is expected. I don’t believe her. It is righteous to lie to advance Islam (taqiyya). As for opening the mosque every Sunday to non-Muslims, that its to proselytize, that is dawah, recruiting to Islam.

And British citizens are forced to fund the BBC. The BBC is funded by the public on pain of criminal penalty. Every household with a TV has to pay an annual “license” fee (aka a tax) or face the criminal courts.

Youths surrounding the incident repeatedly say “Ode“, a term conveying amazement frequently used by youths from a Turkish or Moroccan background and Dutch natives who socialise within their sphere of influence.

The assailant also repeatedly calls the victim “cancer whore” in an accent that’s highly typical for youths from a Turkish or Moroccan background.

As is usually the case with fight videos uploaded to Dumpert.nl, an arrest will probably soon follow.

Insane Fourth Circuit: Muslims’ Feelings Trump National Security

Actual rights — such as life, liberty, property, and conscience — are denied by the courts. American Christians cannot run their own property in accordance with their conscience — the most sacred of all property rights. “Bake the damn cake,” they say!

Yet, these same courts have created an affirmative right to immigrate based on religious liberty for Muslims living in a shack on some Somali hilltop.

Now, the Fourth Circuit has taken this debauchery a step further and has created a right to not feel perceived stigma – to the point that such a grievance can overturn national security and, presumably, diplomatic and military policies. The sky is the limit, if we are to hold the Fourth Circuit to a consistent reading of its own ruling.

As I noted in my first piece analyzing the Fourth Circuit’s immigration ruling on Thursday, this case was not about letting a foreign national into the country. Indeed, none of the relatives of the plaintiffs were even denied entry. What the court did was nullify the intangible executive policy, rhetoric, and directive in general about fighting Islamic terror because the plaintiffs felt stigmatized.

This is the only way they were able to obtain standing and assert an injury-in-fact to satisfy an Establishment Clause violation. Thus, the court has now opened the door for any Muslim American or even Muslim LPR (legal permanent resident) to shoot directly at a national security policy in court — even beyond immigration — assert the injury of feeling a negative stereotype and a stigma, and have the court “overturn” that policy.

Take a look at this footnote from Page 60 of the opinion, whereby the courts essentially say the Justice Department can’t collect data on honor killings because it stigmatizes Muslims:

Plaintiffs suggest that EO-2 is not facially neutral, because by directing the Secretary of Homeland Security to collect data on “honor killings” committed in the United States by foreign nationals, EO-2 incorporates “a stereotype about Muslims that the President had invoked in the months preceding the Order.” Appellees’ Br. 5, 7; see J.A. 598 (reproducing Trump’s remarks in a September 2016 speech in Arizona in which he stated that applicants from countries like Iraq and Afghanistan would be “asked their views about honor killings,” because “a majority of residents [in those countries] say that the barbaric practice of honor killings against women are often or sometimes justified”). Numerous amici explain that invoking the specter of “honor killings” is a well-worn tactic for stigmatizing and demeaning Islam and painting the religion, and its men, as violent and barbaric.

Judge Thacker, in his concurrence, also cited the “stereotype” of honor killings as reason to make the president’s policy rise to the level of an Establishment Clause violation.

There are no words to describe the infinite and insane consequences that flow from this decision. By definition, almost all of our key diplomatic, military, homeland security, and national security policies are focused on the threat of Islamic terrorism. The consummate threat of our time will always involve, in some form, the recognition of a threat within the religion of Islam.

Any smart lawyer could now use the language of this ruling to strike down almost any foreign policy or homeland security policy on behalf of a Muslim by contending that such a policy violates the Establishment Clause because it stigmatizes Muslims.

What is to stop a Muslim LPR from suing our government for engaging in war almost exclusively in “Muslim” countries? Every major military engagement is against a Muslim-majority country or Muslim entity.

Plaintiffs could cite the same “data” and anecdotes suggesting that these policies cultivate an anti-Islam bias in this country and make them feel “anxious,” “stigmatized,” “stereotyped,” and “like an outsider.” This is the new threshold for determining whether a policy violates the Establishment Clause. And it could now apply to foreign policy and national security.

Most certainly, they could lodge lawsuits against any FBI policy of data collection and basic law enforcement actions because they are primarily focused on one religion as it relates to terrorism. Also, it’s quite clear from this decision that the DHS couldn’t ask basic questions to determine whether a visa applicant is a Sharia supremacist, practices honor killings, or believes in performing female genital mutilation. That is a prima facie violation of the Establishment Clause, according to these judges.

That means that the courts have now codified the Obama-era policies of willful blindness into law. And not only into law, but into the Constitution, thereby preventing even Congress from implementing basic protections.

Entry of aliens is just as much a part of foreign affairs as military and diplomacy

Lest you think my hypothetical case of a Muslim suing against military or diplomatic policy is an exaggeration or even an extrapolation of this case, think again. The decisions governing aliens entering this country are not only controlled by the delegated authority Congress has given over through statute to the president; it is also inherent in the president’s own Article II powers to conduct foreign affairs.

Here are a few quotes from past court decisions demonstrating this point:

The exclusion of aliens is a fundamental act of sovereignty. The right to do so stems not alone from legislative power but is inherent in the executive power to control the foreign affairs of the nation. * * * When Congress prescribes a procedure concerning the admissibility of aliens, it is not dealing alone with a legislative power. It is implementing an inherent executive power.” [930 F. Supp. 1360, 1365 (N.D. Cal. 1996)]

“It is pertinent to observe that any policy toward aliens is vitally and intricately interwoven with contemporaneous policies in regard to the conduct of foreign relations, the war power, and the maintenance of a republican form of government. Such matters are so exclusively entrusted to the political branches of government as to be largely immune from judicial inquiry or interference.” (Harisiades v. Shaughnessy, (1952).

“When Congress prescribes a procedure concerning the admissibility of aliens, it is not dealing alone with a legislative power. It is implementing an inherent executive power.

“Thus, the decision to admit or to exclude an alien may be lawfully placed with the President, who may, in turn, delegate the carrying out of this function to a responsible executive officer of the sovereign, such as the Attorney General. The action of the executive officer under such authority is final and conclusive. Whatever the rule may be concerning deportation of persons who have gained entry into the United States, it is not within the province of any court, unless expressly authorized by law, to review the determination of the political branch of the Government to exclude a given alien.” (Knauff v. Shaughnessy, 1950)

Thus, to grant standing to a Muslim to shoot down an immigration policy under the pretense of an Establishment Clause violation is tantamount to granting standing to sue against any foreign policy. This would mean that an American Jew should be able to sue the State Department for promoting a Palestinian state — a policy that would uproot Jews from Judea and Samaria.

No other diplomatic policy directly targets a religion to the point that the outcome and purpose of such a policy is to make a land — the Jewish homeland of all places — Jew-free. The stigma of Israel as an occupier is directly responsible for the violence and persecution of Jews on college campuses. There is a much stronger case to be made for suing on these grounds, along with FBI hate-crime data on attacks against Jews, than the claim before the Fourth Circuit … once we accept their maniacal premise.

The precedent this decision sets on vetting immigrants is also breathtaking. What flows seamlessly from this opinion is that any American immigrant relative of someone who was denied a visa could sue and assert a religious liberty right.

Whereas for the first 200 years of our history we only admitted people who shared our values, now the courts are saying you can only deny entry to someone with absolute, unqualified known ties to terror. His values system is out of bounds. Support for honor killings or FGM, notwithstanding. As I note in Chapter 6 of “Stolen Sovereignty,” this not only violates the legalities of sovereignty, it violates the philosophy behind our immigration system since our founding of only bringing in “meritorious.”

In Federalist No. 69, when contrasting the role of a president from that of a king, Alexander Hamilton observed that “[T]he one [a president] can confer no privileges whatever; the other [a king] can make denizens of aliens.”

 The Threat to Britain Keeps Escalating 

British Prime Minister Theresa May addressed her nation on Tuesday and announced that she was raising the terrorism threat level from "severe" to "critical." She explained that her decision was based on information from the intelligence community regarding knowledge of a potential impending attack.

          As is usually the case with these atrocities, it has become increasing clear that the jihadi responsible for this latest suicide bombing attack in Manchester was not a "lone wolf" but a "known wolf" acting according to the worldwide hateful ideology of radical Islam. UK authorities are currently tracking 3,500 of these radical Islamist "known wolves" — this in a country whose population is 65 million. Belgium, a country of only 12 million, is currently tracking at about 18,000. Why the significant discrepancy in ratios? One answer may be found in the different immigration and border polices between the two nations, with Belgium having one of the laxest in Europe.

          The sad and frustrating thing is that Europe has become increasingly tolerant of these terror attacks, or at least their leaders have. One wonders how devastating an attack would have to be to prompt decisive action to eradicate the threat posed by radical Islam. Across Europe this year alone 45 have been murdered and hundreds have been injured by terrorist attacks. While the people suffer, their leaders continue to placate an ideology predicated on hatred.  ~The Patriot Post

Comey Had Secret Russian Document

Exposing liar-Clinton, Soros, Lynch Collusion

{rickwells.us} ~ The Washington  Post is reporting on collusion between Russia, the US Attorney General, the liar-Clinton Campaign, George Soros and James Comey, with each playing a different role related to a particular document of supposed Russian Intelligence. It is a very unusual source for a document critical of any Democrat, let alone the inner circle of power in 2016. The motivation for doing so, with the natural exclusion an obligation to truthfully inform the public in the case of the Washington Post. Are they merely setting up another piece or multiple pieces of disinformation, perhaps more protection for the guilty Democrats? They wrote on May 24th:

“Current and former officials have said that document played a significant role in the July decision by then-FBI Director James B. Comey to announce on his own, without Justice Department involvement, that the investigation was over. That public announcement — in which he criticized liar-Clinton and made extensive comments about the evidence — set in motion a chain of other FBI moves that Democrats now say helped Trump win the presidential election.

But according to the FBI’s own assessment, the document was bad intelligence — and according to people familiar with its contents, possibly even a fake sent to confuse the bureau. The Americans mentioned in the Russian document insist they do not know each other, do not speak to each other and never had any conversations remotely like the ones described in the document. Investigators have long doubted its veracity, and by August the FBI had concluded it was unreliable.

The document, obtained by the FBI, was a piece of purported analysis by Russian intelligence, the people said. It referred to an email supposedly written by the then-chair of the Democratic National Committee, Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-Fla.), and sent to Leonard Benardo, an official with the Open Society Foundations, an organization founded by billionaire George Soros and dedicated to promoting democracy.

The Russian document did not contain a copy of the email, but it described some of the contents of the purported message.

In the supposed email, Wasserman Schultz claimed Lynch had been in private communication with a senior liar-Clinton campaign staffer named Amanda Renteria during the campaign. The document indicated Lynch had told Renteria that she would not let the FBI investigation into liar-Clinton go too far, according to people familiar with it.

Current and former officials have argued that the secret document gave Comey good reason to take the extraordinary step over the summer of announcing the findings of the liar-Clinton investigation himself without Justice Department involvement.

Comey had little choice, these people have said, because he feared that if Lynch announced no charges against liar-Clinton, and then the secret document leaked, the legitimacy of the entire case would be questioned.”

Somehow one email supposedly sent by Russians was sufficient to counter the tens or hundreds of thousands sent by liar-Clinton and justify, in the backwards brain of James Comey the idea that she should be let off the hook?

Shouldn’t it, if anything, have motivated him to investigate Lynch, Wasserman Shutlz, Soros, and the other players in addition to liar-Clinton, not just to call the whole thing off?

Maybe this is one of those things that Congress might want to ask the corrupt former FBI Director about if and when he comes before their committees, his insistence on not finding a crime where many clearly existed and his own reasons for adopting that position.

From the moment the bureau received the document from a source in early March 2016, its veracity was the subject of an internal debate at the FBI. Several people familiar with the matter said the bureau’s doubts about the document hardened in August when officials became more certain that there was nothing to substantiate the claims in the Russian document. FBI officials knew the bureau never had the underlying email with the explosive allegation, if it ever existed.

Yet senior officials at the bureau continued to rely on the document before and after the election as part of their justification for how they handled the case.
