 Leading From Behind Has Predicted Result  

Seems like no nation wants to take the lead to fight the Islamic State. So much for Barack nObama's "international community" and "leading from behind." Each one of them has a 1-2-3-not-it approach to summoning enough initiative for ending the Islamic State once and for all. Oh sure, Syrian rebels, the Peshmerga and the Iraqi army are all battling corners of the group on their turf, and the West is content to lob a few bombs in Islamic State territory every day, but no one has set a vision for the endgame. Now, the general secretary of NATO, Jens Stoltenberg, announced the organization won't be leading the effort to end the caliphate and ensure security for its partner nations.

          "Muslims are on the front line in this war," Stoltenberg said. "Most victims are Muslims, and most of those who fight against the [Islamic State] are Muslims. We can not carry on this struggle for them. The United States has a limited number of special forces. In the foreground, however, is strengthening local forces. This is not easy, but it's the only option." Despite the attack on America's homeland in San Bernardino, nObama is content — using National Review's Arthur Herman's analogy — to huddle behind the Maginot Line while Nazi Germany perfects its Blitzkrieg tactics. Instead, he addressed the nation Sunday to say he was doubling down on his strategy of "inherent resolve" and oh, to make firearms more difficult to acquire, because that would disrupt the jihadists who by the way are waging a "knife intifada" in Israel.  The Syrian Refugee Religious Test  

If the Syrian refugees the nObama administration is accepting into the United States really are the most needy — the ones most at risk at being caught in the crossfire of the Syrian civil war — then why has the U.S. government only accepted one Christian refugee? A total of 237 Syrian refugees entered the country since Nov. 13, the day the Islamic State struck Paris. But only one Greek Orthodox individual landed on our shores, despite U.S. law requiring that asylum seekers be asked about the role religion played in persecution. Remember: Christians are fleeing the Middle East after their churches are targeted and razed — and it's not just the Islamic State carrying out the atrocities. The nObama administration, however, continues to refuse to consider religion with any of its Middle East dealings. In August, Immigration and Customs Enforcement was preparing to deport 27 Christians who were seeking asylum after fleeing the Islamic State.

          As a result of the Syrian refugee question, Congress is stepping up its involvement with immigration policy. The House passed, with a 407-19 vote Tuesday, a measure reforming the nation's Visa Waiver Program. The bill would require travelers holding passports for Western Europe who also traveled to Iraq, Iran, Syria or Sudan in the last five years to get a visa and undergo more scrutiny before entering the states. But there is only so much reform that Congress is willing to do. While there is bipartisan support to reform visas, the very program that accepted a single Christian will probably fall to Barack nObama's veto pen. Rep. Steny Hoyer (D-MD) believes  Democrats have enough votes to sustain the nObama administration's Trojan horse refugee program for Syrians.

 French Raid Mosques, Democrats Visit Them  

The attack in Paris was a hard lesson and wake-up call, but the French are showing signs of learning. During a state of emergency crackdown, "French authorities announced [last week] they shut down three mosques for an alleged 'pattern of radicalization,'" reports USA Today. French authorities found Islamic State propaganda, as well as weapons and ammo, and they made scores of arrests.

          Of course, USA Today also notes the flip side: "but terrorism analysts said such tactics are unlikely to be repeated in the USA." Thanks to Barack nObama's blinding Islamophilia, he would never allow such a thing. And Democrats follow his lead. That's why several Democrat lawmakers attended a prayer service at a radical mosque and nObama's DHS secretary held a press conference at a mosque tied to the Muslim Brotherhood — both after the San Bernardino attack.    -The Patriot Post

 Denying Rights to Combat Terrorism?  

In a Sunday speech he clearly had no interest in giving, Barack nObama spoke to the nation from the Oval Office in an attempt to address the fears of many Americans following attacks in Paris (130 dead, almost 400 wounded) and San Bernardino (14 dead, 21 wounded) by Islamic jihadists. He failed to assuage those fears, primarily because he once again proved that he is clueless as to the real threat and the real enemy.

           To no one’s surprise, nObama used these recent tragedies to renew his push for more gun control in what was actually pretty savvy political theater.

          Under the guise of combatting terrorism, nObama declared, “To begin with, Congress should act to make sure no one on a no-fly list is able to buy a gun. What could possibly be the argument for allowing a terrorist suspect to buy a semiautomatic weapon? ... We also need to make it harder for people to buy powerful assault weapons like the ones that were used in San Bernardino." Then he mocked, "I know there are some who reject any gun safety measures.”

          This is craven theatrics, but it will work on some Americans. All the public is going to hear is "no-fly list" and "guns," and then they're going to think, "Why do Republicans want to put guns in the hands of terrorists?" Mission accomplished for nObama.

          But there are three glaring problems with nObama’s proposed “solutions” — one practical, one political, and the other constitutional.

 NSA's needle in a haystack  

 {Judge Andrew Napolitano} ~ If you were looking for a needle in a haystack, simple logic would tell you that the smaller the haystack the likelier you are to find the needle. Except for the government... Since Edward Snowden revealed the federal government’s unlawful and unconstitutional use of federal statutes to justify spying on all in America all the time, including the members of Congress who unwittingly wrote and passed the statutes, I have been arguing that the Fourth Amendment prohibits all domestic spying, except that which has been authorized by a search warrant issued by a judge. The same amendment also requires that warrants be issued only based on a serious level of individualized suspicion backed up by evidence – called probable cause – and the warrants must specifically identify the place and person to be spied upon. Because these requirements are in the Constitution, which is the supreme law of the land, Congress and the president and the courts are bound by them. There is no emergency or public safety or wartime exception to them.  Making women front-line targets

That’s why sequestration was the perfect storm for the nObama administration... It provided the legal basis for the unilateral disarmament of the most feared and capable military force in the world. However, unilateral disarmament was insufficient to kill the “warrior mentality” of our military forces. It took the social engineering that were forced on our military to undercut unit integrity, cohesiveness, moral fiber, and most importantly, “the will to win,” with apparently no objection by our military leadership. Stunning was the announcement by Secretary of Defense Ashton B. Carter that he, personally, overruled the U.S. Marine Corps on whether it should be exempt from his directive that all combat positions be open to women. Nothing is excluded.  nObama Violated Federal Law with Bergdahl Exchange  

{Stephen Kruiser} ~ The nObama administration hits just keep on coming... A House Armed Services Committee report set to be released Thursday accuses the nObama administration of misleading Congress and violating federal law during a controversial prisoner exchange. The report compiled by the GOP majority charges that the administration did so when it bypassed Congress in negotiating the exchange of five Taliban prisoners for U.S. Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl, who was being held in Afghanistan. They suggested that the White House had put politics and expediency ahead of proper procedure in making the deal. This is the same administration that put politics and expediency ahead of common sense when "ending" the war in Iraq, so this is really no surprise. This president puts politics ahead of everything. If the Republicans are against it, national security be damned. The quickest way to get rid of nObamacare may be to have every Republican in Congress embrace it.

 Shut The Govt Down Rather Than Fund Obama’s Invasion  

{constitutionrising.com} ~ The US Senate has passed by a voice vote a short-term spending bill to fund the government until Wednesday, providing House leaders seeking to slip the Paul Ryan “Holiday” gift [he wouldn’t accept a Christmas gift] to Hussein nObama... with the time they need to get the dirty deed done. Ryan’s gift, which fund’s the nObama agenda for two years and rewards his own cash dispensing masters at the same time, will also include full funding for the nObama Islamic Invasion. At a minimum, the army of ten thousand “Syrian refugees” will be funded, but there will also be Islamists from other terrorist nations, including Afghanistan, Iraq, Somalia and Sudan, that will be imported to fill the recruitment needs of the nObama/Ryan caliphate.  China Flight Tests Multi-Warhead Missile  

{Bill Gertz} ~ China conducted a flight test of a new multi-warhead ballistic missile capable of reaching targets throughout the United States, Pentagon officials said... The test of the new DF-41 intercontinental ballistic missile, or ICBM, took place Dec. 4. The latest flight test demonstrated the use of two multiple independently-targetable reentry vehicles. The missile launch and dummy warheads were tracked by satellites to an impact range in western China. It was the second flight test this year of the new missile and the fifth since 2012. U.S. intelligence assessments suggest that the missile will be capable of carrying between three and 10 warheads. The two most recent missile flight tests took place Aug. 6, also with two dummy warheads, and on Dec. 13, 2014.

 nObama, Johnson and Clinton Shut Down Investigation...  

{constitutionrising.com} ~ Philip Haney is a whistleblower and former DHS employee who says he was pulled off of an investigation into terrorists in the interest of political correctness and to avoid offending Muslims, with what were very deadly consequences... Haney’s work included the developing information and the monitoring and tracking of terrorists and their affiliated mosques and groups inside the United States. That included cases and information related to the two terrorists who killed fourteen innocent people in San Bernardino. Haney details that, after noticing a trend of people with suspected ties to radicalization coming into the United States, he began looking into a collection of global networks which were attempting to infiltrate Islamic terrorists into America.

 The Muslim Brotherhood Has Taken Over the White House

 Islamic State Manifesto Details Paris Attacks, Expansion Plans  

{John Rossomando} ~ Terrorists behind last month's Paris attacks modeled their assault on tactics developed by Al-Qaida in Iraq, now the Islamic State (ISIS), during the Iraq War, according to a new Islamic State manifesto... "Black Flags From the Islamic State. "Originally disclosed last week by the Investigative Project on Terrorism (IPT), the 130-page ebook details the extensive planning that went into the Paris attacks and describes how plotters evaded detection by Western intelligence. Other aspects of the manifesto detail the history of the Islamic State's emergence from Al-Qaida, its plans for the future, and how it operates. The Paris attacks, which left 130 people dead, were enabled by at least 200 operatives in undisclosed locations who worked for two months, the ebook claims. Some lived near the Belgian-German border and in other European countries. {jewishworldreview.com} ~ How much lower will America sink before it regains its senses? Wednesday, two Muslims walked into a Christmas party at a community service center in San Bernardino, California where one worked. They were wearing body armor and video cameras and carrying automatic rifles, pipe bombs and pistols. They opened fire, killed 14, and wounded 21.

The murderers, Syed Farook and his wife, Tashfeen Malik were killed by police.

.
Speaking to the Daily News, Farook’s father said his son, “was very religious. He would go to work, come back, go to pray, come back. He’s Muslim.”

.
Farook’s neighbor told the paper that over the past two years, Farook exchanged his Western dress for Islamic gowns and grew a beard.

.
These data points lead naturally to the conclusion that Farook and his wife were jihadists who killed in order to kill in the name of Islam.

.
But in America of December 2015, natural conclusions are considered irresponsible, at best.

.
In an interview with CNN following the shooting, US President Barack nObama said the massacre demonstrates that the US needs stricter gun laws. As for the motives of the shooters, nObama shrugged. “We don’t yet know the motives of the shooters,” he insisted.

.
In other words, while ignoring what in all likelihood drove Farooq and his wife to murder innocent people, nObama laid responsibility for the carnage at the feet of his political opponents who reject his demands for stricter limitations on gun ownership.

.
Here is the place to note that California has some of the most stringent gun control laws in the US.

According to the victims, Farook and his partners were able to reload their weapons and shoot without interruption for several minutes until the police arrived because there was no one to stop them.

.
nObama wasn’t alone in deflecting attention away from the likely motivations of the murderers.

.
Wednesday evening, the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), held a press conference at the Islamic Center of Orange County. Farook’s brother in law, Farhan Khan was carted out before the cameras to tell the world that he for one had no idea why his brother in law opened fire.

.
Two other speakers at the event were Hussam Auyloush, CAIR’s regional executive director and Muzammil Siddiqi, the director of the Islamic Society of Orange County.

.
Auyloush insisted that he had no idea would could have possibly prompted Farook and his wife to murder those gathered at the center. Auyloush raised the prospect that they could have been mentally ill, or perhaps they just didn’t like the victims, or maybe they were garden-variety extremists.

.
For his part, Siddiqi insisted that Islam had nothing to do with the shooters’ decision to murder innocent people, (how he could be so certain, is unknown).

.
Siddiqi added that he hopes law enforcement bodies will conduct a full investigation into the “people and motives,” behind the attack.

.
To a degree, the very fact that Siddiqi had no compunction about stepping in front of the cameras just hours after the attack is proof that the US has lost its way.

.
If American elites were even semi-competent, Siddiqi would have faded into the shadows, never to emerge again 15 years ago.

.
Siddiqi is a known jihadist sympathizer. His close ties to jihadists have been a matter of public record since 2000.

.
In October 2000, Siddiqi spoke at an anti-Israel rally in Lafayette Park in Washington, DC. There he warned the American people that they must abandon their support for Israel lest “the wrath of G0D ” be unleashed against them.

According to a profile of Siddiqi compiled by the Investigative Project on Terrorism, (IPT) in the late 1990s Siddiqi gave a speech extolling jihad and foreseeing Israel’s replacement with an Islamic state.

.
Among other things, Siddiqi said, “In order to gain the honor, jihad is the path, jihad is the way to receive the honor.”

.
Siddiqi converted Osama bin Laden’s senior aide, American jihadist Adam Gadahn. Gadahn converted to Islam at the Islamic Center of Orange County in 1995. According to a 2007 New Yorker profile, Siddiqi employed Gadahn at the Center in the years following his conversion. It was during this period that Gadahn was radicalized. He then went to Pakistan and joined al Qaida.

In 1992 Siddiqi hosted a blind sheikh named Omar Abdel Rahman at the Islamic Center. He stood beside Rahman and simultaneously translated his lecture about jihad to the audience of worshipers.

The next year, Rahman masterminded the first jihadist attack on the World Trade Center.

.
During the 1990s, Siddiqi served as the president of the Islamic Society of North America, a known Muslim Brotherhood front group. In 2007, ISNA was named as an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holyland terror financing trial.

.
Despite all of his connections to jihadists, US authorities insist that Siddiqi is a legitimate voice. In 2007 Stephen Tidwell, then assistant director of the FBI division in Los Angeles upheld Siddiqi as a moderate.

.
Speaking to the IPT, Tidwell said, “We have a very strong relationship with Dr. Siddiqi.”

.
Hours before nObama responded to the San Bernadino massacre by lashing out at gun control opponents, Col. Steve Warren, spokesman for US Operation Inherent Resolve – the US campaign against Islamic State – rejected Russian claims that the Turkish government is collaborating with the terror state.

Warren praised the Turks as “great partners to us.”

.
“We flatly reject any notion that the Turks are somehow working with Islamic State. That is preposterous,” he insisted, adding, “Any thought” the Turkish government would deal or collaborate with Islamic State is “completely untrue.”

.
Unfortunately, a wealth of evidence indicates that it is Warren’s statement that is preposterous and completely untrue.

.
For nearly five years, it has been an open secret that Turkey serves as Islamic State’s logistical base. Almost all the foreigners traveling to Syria to join IS transit through Turkey.

.
For nearly two years, we have known that Turkey is Islamic State’s major arms supplier. And for six months we have known that they are their partners in oil exports.

.
In an article published this past summer in Middle East Quarterly, Burak Bekdil reported in January 2014, Turkish prosecutors acting independently from the government, dispatched forces to a border province with Syria to intercept a convoy of trucks laden with missiles, rockets and ammunition making its way to Syria. One of the truck drivers testified at the time that he and his colleagues had “carried similar loads several times before.”

The forces charged with seizing the cargo were shocked to discover the trucks were being escorted by Turkish intelligence officers.

.
According to Bekdil, “all hell broke loose,” after the prosecutors ordered the men arrested and the cargo seized.

.
The provincial governor swooped in and insisted that the convoy was traveling on direct orders from Turkish leader Recep Tayip Erdogan. Months later, the military took over the case. And today, the men who executed the arrests and cargo seizure are on trial for “international espionage.”

Bekdil reported that two months after the cargo was intercepted, a meeting took place between then foreign minister and current Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu, his deputy, Feridun Sinirlioglu, the head of Turkish intelligence, Hakan Fidan and deputy chief of the Turkish general staff, Gen. Yasar Guler.

A recording of the meeting was leaked to social media. In the recording, Fidan is heard saying that “he had successfully sent two thousand trucks into Syria before.”

As to Islamic State oil sales to Turkey, this past May, US special forces executed their first known raid inside Syria. The commandos descended on the home of Islamic State’s financial chief Abu Sayyaf. US forces killed Sayyaf and seized his computers and hard drives.

Sayyaf directed Islamic State’s oil, gas and financial operations.

Last July the Guardian reported that the computer data revealed close, direct dealings between Turkish officials and Islamic State members. According to one senior Western official familiar with the contents of the documents, just from what had been uncovered in the initial study of the material, “the links between Islamic State and the Turkish government are already so clear that they could end up having profound policy implications for the relationship between us and Ankara.”

Yet Wednesday, in the face of an overwhelming mountain of evidence, the Americans rejected out-of-hand Russians allegations that Turkey is the main consumer of oil exports from Islamic State.

This past July, two senior Defense Intelligence Agency analysts assigned to US Central Command submitted a formal complaint to the Defense Department’s inspector general. The two claimed that their intelligence reports on Islamic State were doctored and distorted as they made their way up the feeding chain to nObama. Fifty intelligence analysts have stated their agreement with the allegations in the complaint.

The doctored reports systematically rendered portraits of the US campaign against Islamic State as successful and Islamic State as a nearly spent force, along the lines of the narrative presented by nObama and his advisors. According to the analysts, the picture painted by the doctored reports bore little resemblance to their far more negative conclusions.

According to the Daily Beast’s report, intelligence analysts began complaining to their superiors about the distortion of their reports in October 2014. Some of those analysts were urged to retire early, and some did.

.
According to the publication, “one person who knows the contents of the written complaint… said it used the word ‘Stalinist’ to describe the tone set by officials overseeing CENTCOM analysis.”

.
Following the jihadist attacks on Paris on November 13, nObama maintained his insistence that climate change is a graver threat to US national security than terrorism. It could be that this prioritization of concerns is playing a role in the administration’s apparent determination not to seriously fight Islamic State.

In an interview with Charlie Rose last month, former CIA director Michael Morell explained that the administration decided not to bomb Islamic State’s oil infrastructure “because we didn’t want to do environmental damage.”

.
According to the Guardian, Islamic State makes between one to four million dollars per day from oil sales.

.
Perhaps the shooters in San Bernadino were just mad at their boss. Maybe Farooq suffered from clinical depression or ADD, or PTSD, or something.

.
And maybe Islamic State, with its new colony Sirte in “liberated” Libya, just 400 miles from Italy, is on the run. Maybe as well, Turkey is just a patsy and Russia is really Islamic State’s largest trading partner, or maybe Israel is, or Ireland.

.
But if facts are to be taken seriously, then the fact is that in December 2015, the US is acting with pathological devotion to ideological narratives that bear no relationship to reality.

Pro-GOP group America Rising is having some fun with Colorado Sen.Michael Bennet who the group says posted unedited shots of himself campaigning in what seems to be an attempt to indirectly coordinate with outside groups making ads on his behalf. Bennet is a vulnerable incumbent Democrat, and has been vocal opponent of outside money in campaigns.

U.S.-backed forces in Iraq and Syria have retaken significant amounts of territory from the group, depriving it of traditional sources of income, analysts say. Towns and villages that the Islamic State had relied on for tax revenue have been captured by Arab and Kurdish opponents. And lucrative spoils of war, including oil fields, properties to confiscate and captives to ransom off, have become scarcer as the group struggles to seize new areas.

"A problem they face is that much of their income over the last two years has been through conquest, confiscation and extortion, and those are all one-time things that aren't sustainable," said Quinn Mecham, an assistant professor of political science at Brigham Young University. "And now they're losing territory, and that makes it difficult to continue to extract revenues. The pressure is on."

Information about the Islamic State's finances is murky. But the group's diverse sources of income, which include extortion and antiquities smuggling, have helped it weather more than a year of airstrikes from a U.S.-led coalition, analyst say. The U.S. Treasury Department recently estimated that the militants could be earning $40 million a month from oil sales.

Through a complex bureaucracy that uses the threat of violence, including floggings and beheadings, the Islamic State also raises cash by taxing and fining the roughly 6 million to 9 million people in parts of Iraq and Syria who live under its rule.

An Islamic State official purportedly told Arabic-language media in January that the group had a 2015 budget of $2 billion. Although likely an exaggerated figure, the group may have accumulated enough cash to run a large budget surplus, said Benjamin Bahney, a terrorism analyst at the Rand Corp.

But the Islamic State lost as much as a third of the territory it had controlled in Iraq, including the city of Tikrit and the Baiji oil refinery. Iraq's military and pro-government militias have captured those areas with the help of airstrikes from the U.S.-led coalition. In Syria, too, coalition air support has aided an alliance of Kurdish and Arab forces in seizing from Islamic State militants key areas near the group's self-declared capital of Raqqa.

"As it loses control of cities and as its economy suffers because of the war, its tax revenues are reduced," said William McCants, an expert on the militant group at the Brookings Institution.

The territorial setbacks also may have compelled the group to turn to terrorism abroad - including the recent attacks in Paris that left 130 people dead - as a way to apply new pressure on its enemies, analysts say. The group, they also say, appears to be shifting resources to reinforce affiliates in other areas of the world, including Libya, possibly to secure a safe haven in case it loses more territory in Syria and Iraq.

There are signs that the group might be tightening its budget. Fighters' salaries have been reduced recently, from roughly $400 a month to about $300, said Columb Strack, a Middle East analyst at Jane's Information Group. In addition to a tax system rooted in Islamic law, he said, the group appears to be imposing more fees on everything from farming to mobile phones.

Aid programs that benefit the needy in Islamic State areas appear to have been scaled back, causing poverty to deepen, Syrian activists and aid workers say. These areas, they say, are experiencing acute shortages of medicine for chronic diseases such as diabetes, as well as prolonged electricity cuts.

Aymenn al-Tamimi, a fellow at the Middle East Forum who studies the Islamic State's finances, said the group took a big hit this summer when Iraq's government stopped paying civil servants living in areas the militants had captured, including the city of Mosul.

For months, Iraqi authorities continued to pay the salaries, and the Islamic State taxed that income, earning the group a windfall that some estimates put at tens of millions of dollars a month.

Without such easy money, the Islamic State has raised its fees, even on high school registration and textbooks, Tamimi said.

"Now, evidence seems to point to hardship in Mosul, and the Islamic State has been resorting to measures to try to deal with the new reality of having to pay those working under its authority who no longer get salaries directly from the Iraqi government," he said.

Few expect widespread dissent in Islamic State-controlled areas anytime soon, in large part because of fear of the group's notorious brutality. The threat of violence also prevents many people from fleeing, and war, anemic economies and sectarian-driven politics in neighboring areas prevents others from attempting to leave.

Colin P. Clarke, a terrorism analyst at the Rand Corp. think tank, said he expects the group's finances to tighten as the airstrikes intensify. In recent weeks, the U.S.-led coalition has targeted tanker trucks, threatening the Islamic State's ability to transport the oil. British warplanes began bombing targets in Syria on Thursday, striking an Islamic State-controlled oil field in eastern Syria, the BBC reported.

Russia, which does not coordinate with the coalition, also has stepped up air raids in the Islamic State's key oil-producing areas in eastern Syria.

The Islamic State imposes fees and taxes on refining, shipping and selling oil, which largely is consumed within territory held by the group, analysts say.

"There will be a lag in seeing the effects, but in order to keep operations going, the group will likely have to reduce payments and the number of people working for it," Clarke said.

That could affect thousands of people, causing local anger to soar and more discontent for the militant group to manage.

"It's running a caliphate, so it has salaries to pay and people to keep in jobs. They run bakeries and have to find ways to keep the lights on," he said. "It's a lot to manage."

Open Letter to all members of the Senate.

Senators, you were elected by the people to represent us the American people. It is clear that many of you stand by your moral principles and by your oath to defend our constitution, but it is also true that many Senators betray us and violated their oath in favor of crony capitalism,

The truth is that many senators become traitors; they betray the people that place them in office and the whole country. We will like to know if this was done by willful Ignorance about the Constitution, because many of you who have solemnly promised to protect our Constitution are subverting it. Senators for us the Americans that love our country it is hard to understand how far our government has drifted from the Constitution’s vision and the stated provisions.

The very truth is that too many members of the Senate and Congress don’t understand the Constitution they’ve sworn to defend, not because they can’t understand it, but because they make little or no effort to do so. Some Supreme Court justices aren’t much better; too many of them understand our founding document but refuse to acknowledge that it’s most important function is to limit and check power. Presidents are often even worse, like Obama that has built a profile of being a pathological liar; Presidents pay lip service to our nation’s governing document, but their actions frequently betray a lack of real commitment to its restrictions.

Senators it is a disgrace that many of you that have raised your right hands and sworn an oath “to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States. Most chose to trash it if not all, have made such a vow intended at the outset to keep it. Maybe they believe they are keeping it. But far too often they are not. The truth is, many of the very people who have solemnly promised to protect our Constitution are subverting it.

2016 Presidential candidate, Donald Trump and others are ‘right’ on the issue of refusing more ’Islamic’ Muslims into the USA in an effort to protect our nation and its citizens.  Other 2016 candidates like Jeb Bush, Marco Rubio, Carly Fiorina, Chris Christie, and other Presidential candidates are wrong.  How can these other candidates profess to support the USA and our citizens; yet turn around and support more ‘Islamic’ Muslims as ‘immigrants’ who are determined to kill you and me?  Why is Speaker of the House, Paul Ryan choosing a wrong? 

President Franklin D Roosevelt banned Germans and Japanese from entering the USA in his Presidency. 

President Jimmy Carter banned Iranians from entering the USA in his Presidency. 

Why shouldn’t any President have the Constitutional authority to ban any nation, group, or individuals who may be methodically resolute in killing Americans? 

Why shouldn’t any principled President of the USA have the support of a majority of Americans, and especially other Republican Party Presidential candidates? 

Why should the USA continue to invite more ‘Islamic’ Muslims into America while ‘Islamic’ nations and groups continue declaring that ‘Islam’ will destroy America, our Bible, and our Constitution’ replacing the USA with Islam, the Quran, and Sharia Law? 

Americans are being commanded to accept more ‘Islamic’ Muslims in dispute of these Constitutional and cultural differences. 

‘Islamic’ Muslins are at war with all ‘infidels’; with ‘infidels’ being identified as Americans, Jews, and all other Christians around the world who oppose ‘Islam’. 

Do Americans know and understand that ‘Christianity’ and ‘Islam’ are reversals in living? 

Do Americans know and understand ‘Islam’ as, “The Qur'an explicitly instructs men to beat disobedient wives.” (Qur'an 4:34, Sahih Muslim 2127); or "I have been commanded to fight against people till they testify that there is no god but Allah, and that Muhammad is the messenger of Allah" (Muslim 1:33);  or "And fight them until there is no more persecution and religion is only for Allah" (Qur'an 8:39) 

‘Christianity’ is contradictory to ‘Islam’.

The ‘Bible’ is contradictory to the ‘Quran’.

The ‘US Constitution’ is contradictory to ‘Sharia Law’. 

A religion must learn, practice, and teach others to follow the ‘Word’ as demonstrated and shown in the ‘Holy Bible’.  Many books and history on various subjects change with different messages on a regular basis; however, the Holy Bible teachings have remained endless with their messages for thousands of years.  Our Bible’s authors go back to the 15^th Century BC, starting with Jesus’ revelations to Moses, and followed by many various writers. 

A ‘true’ religion should not, cannot, and will not instruct you, me, or anyone else to go out and kill others whom you disagree to, “Kill, convert or subjugate Christians and Jews.” (Qur'an 9:29). 

Our Founding Fathers met in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on July 4, 1776 to inscribe the Constitution beginning with the ‘Declaration of Independence’ as a determination with a group of principles of our future nation and our people centered around freedoms and morals founded on ‘Biblical’ Judeo-Christian values. 

‘Islam’ has been around for more than 1,000 years; all fighting to attack and kill all humans who oppose ‘Islam’ and the Quran, as reportedly revealed to Muhammad  in 610 AD. 

In World War II, Sir Winston Churchill fought ‘Islamic’ Muslims in which he wrote about, “Far from being moribund, Mohammedanism is a militant and proselytizing faith. It has already spread throughout Central Africa, raising fearless warriors at every step, and were it not that Christianity is sheltered in the strong arms of science, the science against which it (Islam) has vainly struggled, the civilization of modern Europe might fall, as fell the civilization of ancient Rome.” 

Inasmuch as ‘Islam’, in the ‘Quran’, calls for its followers to kill others, Capitol Hill legislators and SCOTUS should remove all ‘tax exemption’ advantages from Islamic groups and other supported groups. 

As Diane Sori says, “It’s extremely important to note that one of the main things separating a true religion from a cult is that NO true religion instructs its followers to kill in God's name, but  sectarianism groups do instruct its followers to kill in the name of their leader.” 

In that exercise as a group, ‘Islam’ is not a religion.  ‘Islam’ is an alliance with ‘worldly’, ‘murderous’, ‘rapists’, ‘ungodly’ and other ‘criminal’ lives.  ‘Islamic’ Muslims seem to hate all other lands they possess.  Their hate expands as their geography expands.  Hate!  Hate!  Hate!

For the last ten years of my teaching career, that was the essential question I wanted students to think about from day one in September. As the educational jargon goes: “Essential questions foster the kinds of inquiries, discussions, and reflections that help learners find meaning in their learning…” When my last principal required us all to write up every unit of instruction we used and title each with its essential question, that’s what I chose for unit one.

It’s also the question President nObama has been avoiding his entire two terms as commander-in-chief. I had good reasons for focusing on that question, and President nObama has his reasons for dodging it. I know what my reasons were. When I think of what President nObama’s reasons might be, it scares me. He’s our commander-in-chief. His primary responsibility is keeping America safe, but fewer Americans believe he knows how to do that — especially when he won’t even name our enemy.

My essential question assumed the obvious: radical Muslims wanted to kill us and were doing so by the thousands ever since 1979 when the Islamic Republic of Iran declared war on the United States in 1979. President nObama ignored our state of war when he authorized Secretary of State John hanoi-Kerry to negotiate a nuclear arms treaty with one of our biggest enemies. We’re not at war with Islam, insists President nObama. So did his predecessor, President Bush, but Iran, the most powerful country in the Islamic world, has long been in open war against us.

Radical Muslims are those who live their lives in adherence to Quranic verses such as Quran (8:12) - “I will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve. Therefore strike off their heads and strike off every fingertip of them” and Quran (5:33) - “The punishment of those who wage war against Allah and His messenger and strive to make mischief in the land is only this, that they should be murdered or crucified…” and more than a hundred others. It doesn’t matter whether they call themselves Shia, Sunni, Boko Haram, al Shabab, Hezbollah, al Qaida, ISIS, or whatever. They all pledge to make the world Muslim and kill or enslave anyone who resists.

It doesn’t matter whether they’re Africans, Asians, Europeans, or Americans either. They’re all seduced by fundamental Islamic theology. What do they all have in common? They’re Muslims. That’s the simple fact President nObama and every Democrat who wants to succeed him avoids with their ubiquitous “religion of peace” rhetoric. Another essential question is: when nObama was campaigning for reelection in 2012 claiming just before the Benghazi attack that al Qaida was “on the run,” was he a liar or a fool? When telling George Stephenopoulos the morning of the Paris attacks that ISIS was contained? Same question. When he told America a week before the San Bernardino massacre that “there was no specific or credible threat to America during the holiday season,”? Same question.

I began teaching about our state of war a few years after the Islamic Republic of Iran declared it in 1979. During the 1980s the war got little attention. It got more during the 1990s when suicide bombers were blowing themselves up in Israeli busses and restaurants. My job was to teach students what motivated them. They had to learn terms like: jihad, sharia, intifada, Quran, etc. After September 11, 2001 our war came front and center. After that my lessons began on the first day of school when our media was hyper-focused on observing anniversaries of the attack, year after year.

We all know where we were on that fateful Tuesday morning. I was writing the word “jihad” on the blackboard during my first class of the day when the principal came to my door to tell me about the attack. There had been another suicide bombing in Israel the day before and I was asking my students why radical Muslims wanted to kill Jews. After 9-11, my essential question naturally morphed into “Why do radical Muslims want to kill us?”

Our leaders describe most Muslims as moderates. In response, President nObama’s ally, Turkish Prime Minister Erdogan said: “These descriptions are very ugly, it is offensive and an insult to our religion. There is no moderate or immoderate Islam. Islam is Islam and that’s it.”

Many of my former students went into combat against radical Islam in its various forms, but it continues to grow. So does the myopia of our president who tells America that climate change is a much greater threat. According to the UK’s Financial Times President nObama said the recent slaughter of over a hundred Parisians was a “setback,” and the Paris climate change talks immediately following it were his “rebuke” to the terrorists.

The multi-million dollar show titled "Fiat Lux: Illuminating Our Common Home" was created and funded by climate-change partisans and population-control advocates with the goal to “educate and inspire change around the climate crisis across generations, cultures, languages, religions and class.” Along with images of the world and its endangered animals, including lions, birds, apes, and whales, appeared New Age symbolism associated with ancient pagan deities.

The show also took place on the most important Marian feast day for Catholics, the Immaculate Conception, where Catholics celebrate Mary being conceived in the womb of her mother Anne without the stain of original sin.

Many pro-family leaders from around the world say they are flabbergasted that the pope would allow St. Peter’s to be used as a backdrop for promoting the controversial and contentious “climate change” agenda.

Republicans on the House Energy and Commerce Oversight Subcommittee have demanded answers from the Obama administration on whether it is requiring states to pay back millions in federal dollars they used to build marketplaces that later failed.  The White House spent over $4 billion to fund state efforts to build their own exchanges.

The failure of the state exchanges have been well documented.  The crown jewel of disaster was Oregon where a corrupt governor and his political operation pulled the plug on their exchange despite a $200 million investment for fear it was doing political damage to their re-election chances. Nevada and Hawaii's exchanges were a complete bust while Maryland, Minnesota and Massachusetts couldn't get things up and running without major glitches.  Republicans became concerned about the perception that the Obama administration was using the federal exchange as a blue state piggy bank.  After the federal government paid for Maryland's exchange, the federal government sued and won a signification amount of money -- only to share some of the proceeds with the state even though Maryland never invested a dime into the exchange.  Most political observers saw the payment as hush money or an "atta boy" to reward a Blue State for their efforts to build and expand government-run health care.  

HHS' Andy Slavitt, was pressed by Rep. Tim Murphy (R-PA) at a hearing on whether states face any consequences for using federal money in ways that didn't result in successful outcomes.  

"They failed but they spent all this money and then said 'gee sorry, it didn't work out,'" Murphy said. "Is that acceptable?"

Callously, Slavitt responded that "States have the right to change their mind for a variety of reasons including technical or otherwise."  Slavitt is turning his back on the fraud and corruption in places like Oregon.

Tomorrow the House Government Oversight Committee will hold a hearing on Las Vegas casino owner Sheldon Adelson's pet project -- an effort to stifle his potential competition by outlawing the ability of states to legalize online gaming.  Dan Schneider of the American Conservative Union makes a persuasive case why such an effort is not only folly, but destructive of the Constitution:

The 10th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution was ratified 224 years ago — almost to the day — to ensure that the rights of the people would be protected from a government in Washington, D.C., eager to impose its will on them. Unless a power is specifically delegated to the federal government under the Constitution, it is “reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.” 

The Framers called for this protection — and the American people ratified it as part of the Bill of Rights — because they did not want a national government hundreds of miles from their homes dictating how they lived their daily lives. Except to preserve our constitutionally guaranteed rights, that kind of authority must reside with the people and is shared only with their state legislatures.

Rep. Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah), chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, is a good conservative with a Boehner-era American Conservative Union (ACU) rating of 88 percent. That is a very respectable score that roughly correlates with his alignment to the 10th Amendment. Chaffetz and many of Utah’s political leaders strongly support transferring certain federal lands back to the states. Clearly, Chaffetz understands that state and local governments are better equipped and motivated to enhance environmental health and economic productivity than nameless, faceless bureaucrats in Washington can ever hope to achieve. The ACU also applauds Chaffetz’s efforts to restore the rights of the states to establish their own taxing systems. This issue is often horribly mischaracterized by certain opponents, so the congressman’s support of states’ rights in this instance shows courage, and we respect him for it. 

However, conservative principles are not something that members of Congress can pick and choose to adopt when it’s convenient. To do so would create a slippery slope that would erode the basic foundations of our federal-state system. Just as we encourage every member of Congress to strengthen their conservative ratings, we hope that all members make this point clear in the upcoming hearing in the Oversight Committee that Chaffetz has called to consider the issue of Internet gambling later this week. 

The ACU understands that gambling harms some people. Scientific American magazine recently cited surveys showing that about one-half of 1 percent of Americans are addicted to gambling. While we do not want to diminish the tragedy of addiction, we don’t see how federal intervention could be superior to a state response to this problem, or why the heavy hand of the federal government should be allowed to trump the 10th Amendment when the percentage of impacted Americans is so miniscule. States have already proven that they have the ability to prohibit gambling or approve and regulate it. 

It is also important to note that no bill in Congress would or could ban online gambling, in part because it is impossible to prevent foreign operators in places like the Caribbean, China, and Russia from bringing their gambling business into U.S. markets. Moreover, Chaffetz’s bill would allow some domestic Internet gambling and prevent others, essentially picking the winners and losers. FanDuel and DraftKings are just two examples. And, for years, Americans have been legally allowed to bet on horse racing over the Internet.

As strong supporters of the 10th Amendment, the ACU will never forget that when we grow the power of the federal government to limit people’s freedoms, we also empower it to mandate other aspects of our lives (e.g., the Little Sisters of the Poor under the ObamaCare mandates). Therefore, we would need to see significant, broad-based harm before even entertaining the idea of federal usurpation of states’ rights. We do not see that kind of harm here, nor do we see any tangible benefit from adopting such a scheme.

Similarly, as explained in an interview with William F. Buckley Jr. in 1967, then-California Gov. Ronald Reagan explained there is, in fact, “a very practical advantage” for allowing the states to govern themselves on thorny issues. Reagan noted that the advantage is this: If conditions are so terrible in one state, the federal system of 50 states gives citizens the right to vote with their feet. As long as the rules and the regulations and the taxes are not uniform, there’s a kind of built-in control on how bad a state government can get, because if it passes a certain point, the people just pack up and move to another state where things are better. We should look very carefully on throwing away this control. Let’s say that all the rules become uniform; then, if you object to the policies of government, where do you go?

Reagan got it right. Honoring the rights of states not only generates the kind of laboratories of learning envisioned by the Framers, it also prevents one state from forcing its will on another. It would be a sad day, indeed, if Nevada were permitted to dictate to the people of Utah what kinds of gambling would be permitted in Salt Lake City.

Moreover, it’s not Congress’s job to pick winners and losers. Using the federal government to target certain competitors may be very good for the profits of some favored businesses, but it is by no means an appropriate way to set policy. Although we understand the substantial downside to irresponsible gambling, it is not a proper use of the federal government to preserve the profits and success of a single company’s business plan.

Conservatives recognize and understand that each state should set its own policies under the rights guaranteed by 10th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. Conservatives trust the states to know what is right. Furthermore, conservatives trust our fellow Americans to understand that all people should be treated equally under the law with favoritism toward none. We urge all members of the House Oversight Committee to stand for the principles in our Constitution.

On Sunday night, Barack Hussein Obama stood in the Oval Office spreading manure from his oral orifice regarding how great his strategy of combating Islamic terrorism has been working and how, if we just stay the course, doing what he says, doing more of the same…everything will be okay.

That strategy, by the way, has been in place from the moment a 7th century Islamic barbarian shot up a U.S. military recruiting station in Littlerock Arkansas in June of 2009. That strategy has been in place through the Navy Shipyard Islamic terrorist attack, the one in Chattanooga, the one at the Boston Marathon, it was in place when an Islamic barbarian attacked four NYC police officers with a hatchet, and in place when another Islamic barbarian, Ismaaiyl Brinsley, assassinated two NYC police offices as they sat in their squad car.

It’s the exact same strategy that was in place when two Islamic barbarians tried to attack an art exhibit in Garland Texas…and it was exactly the same strategy, the strategy Obama says is the only way to keep us safe that was in place last week when yet two more Islamic terrorists…barbarians…shot and killed 14 while leaving 21 wounded in San Bernardino California and to be clear, those two had designs on killing many, many more.

Oh, Obama did have a new wrinkle to toss into his manure spreader…

Township High School District 211 in suburban Chicago settled its ongoing dispute last week with the federal Department of Education (DoE) concerning a biologically male student who wants to use the girls’ changing room because he thinks he’s a she. Though the school district had already substantially indulged the boy’s delusions it was until recently insisting that the boy use a “privacy curtain” when disrobing, a compromise which the student and the federal government found unconscionable.

The recent agreement reached between the school district and the feds stipulates that “the school district will provide multiple changing areas with privacy curtains, for the student and any others who want privacy.” So now everyone gets a privacy curtain and it’s up to each student whether to use it.

It should come as no surprise that the student and the ACLU still aren’t happy with the resolution. Though the school district can now claim that it’s providing all the “girls”—both real and imagined—equal access to private changing areas, the transgender “girl’s” mere presence in the locker room has precipitated a policy change that falls short of full victory for transgender “rights.” Clearly, the school district is still treating him as a different kind of girl—which he is, of course. He’s a “girl” with a penis—a make-believe girl. “Girls” with penises tend to be treated differently than girls without them and that makes “girls” with penises feel marginalized. Boo hoo.
